Honestly, I haven’t gotten my big furniture yet because of move in dates, but I would recommend Ashley’s in Fort Walton Beach mainly because of the employees. Sarah did an amazing job with helping me and my wife get our first time new furniture!! By the time we got done, it felt like we had known her for a year instead of a few hours. All the other staff was very helpful and friendly as well!
After reading great reviews about Assistant Manager Brian, I contacted him to discuss some items I wanted to purchase. He sent me a quote online and I visited him in the store the following day to see the items in person and finalize the order. Brian helped me get the best discounts and financing offer as well as answered all my questions about product and delivery. Excellent experience at the Fort Walton Ashley store!

I ordered 2 recliners, they were delivered. They were broken the repair guy when he came out. So they looked like they had been dropped. The screws were stripped out. Bases were bent, cushions were jacked up. They've replaced the base of the recliners, both of them multiple times just for it not to fix it. the same problem Yada, da Yada yada, they won't do anything More to the chair they say it's normal wear and tear but normal wear and tear does not happen a month after you get the chairs and every month after that replacing the same parts for it not to correct the problem. Now they won't service them at all, and I bought the warranty with. Very poor customer service, and the way they translate the repair order to their benefit. It's sad.

I have been a customer for years but will never purchase an item from Ashley Funiture again! It took 6 months to receive a nightstand, but when I received it, the color was completely different from my original order. However, they never said if the furniture doesn't match, you can not return it, or it is final! I am furious because I paid for something I am not satisfied with and they are stated it is nothing they can do!

I spilled Acetone all over my dining room table so my husband sent me to pick out a brand new one. Ive always shopped here. Ive never enjoyed the experience, but I do like the nice pieces ive gotten. I walked in just me and my infant daughter. There was a man at a table at the front door. And I saw maybe 6-7 more employees. 4 of them were sitting at a table together but all on their phones. I made several laps around the store. I was undecided on a dark grey table and chairs in the back area where most of the other tables were, and a black very long one at the front of the store. I sat at all of them. I went back and forth deciding. No one. I made 1 more lap around the store and no one even looked at me. So I went out the door and straight home and ordered online and even saved a few dollars. Im done spending money in a store full of people that dont care to even acknowledge my existence.

On 17 June I ordered a bed listed as in stock and set to arrive 21 June. At the end of June I reached out for an update and was told that the bed had just left the warehouse and would be delivered the following week (1-5 July). I'm writing this on 10 July with still no bed. I reached out today to ask for an update and was told it actually is not in stock so I was lied to first on the website and second lied to directly when I was told it had already left the warehouse. I am now being told i will be delivered at the beginning of August, a full month and a half late. When I asked to cancel I was told that since the order has been confirmed a refund is not possible. So, to summarize, they took my money, lied about the delivery timeline, and then held my money hostage when I got wise. This is not my first such experience at Ashley. They falsely represent delivery times on their website and lie to their customers over the phone. I am likely filing a BBB complaint.
This Ashley store has great service and a fantastic selection. The sales associate Jamie was super helpful and even put a hold on the sale night stand that I was looking into so I could go home and make sure that it matched the color of the rest of my furniture. Overall a great store!

I'm very impressed with Brian McGee and the Ashley Store in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Brian McGee is a fantastic resource if you are looking to buy a mattress. He knows what he is talking about and he will not try and upsell you on something you don't need. He listens to what you want and helps guide you in that direction. First we looked at the more expensive, top of the line, Sealy Mattresses on Saturday, and then we told him we'd think about it and come back in on Sunday with our decision. When we came back in on Sunday, Brian showed us the less expensive Sealy Mattresses that offered the bigger sale prices on them for this years spring sale. We ended up out the door for an even better deal than the one we were going to go for on Saturday, and we have up to 30 days to try the bed out in home and if we don't like it we can send it back before the 30 days is up and take the deal we were going to take on Saturday. Don't see how we can go wrong with that. Thanks Brian for making our experience a great and memorable one. You are an outstanding professional and we appreciate you taking such great care of Us! Beautiful store with very lovely furniture on display. Prices are reasonable. The drawback Everything has to be ordered and shipped in, and then the store delivers your mechanic. There is no such thing as a direct purchase. Not only did we have to wait, 4 weeks for our couch to come be delivered, there was a $129.00 delivery fee. Something feels very wrong. .
What a fantastic couch buying experience we had with Sarah at Ashley Furniture! We are so excited to get our new recliner sectional to complete the living room in our first home. We also got an adapt medium mattress for our king bed. Shannon helped us out today. UPDATE: I received a personal phone call less than 24 hours after writing this review from the local Fort Walton Beach store manager, Chris (I had been speaking to the call center prior). Chris was concerned and eager to provide a resolution for my issue. He was apologetic and immediately without hesitation assured me he would send someone out at no charge to fix the tear. This is the kind of customer care that shows that Chris cares about his customers and that we are just not a $$ sign. The Fort Walton Beach location has regained my trust and appreciation. Thank you Chris for understanding that going a little bit over and above can go a very long way. Absolute worst customer service, they do not stand behind their product and DO NOT be fooled into purchasing their amazing warranty that they will try to upsell you explaining how great it is and how it will cover anything because it is just that great! We purchased a couch and had it delivered. They brought it in and put it where we asked. As most customers do when delivery people are delivering you stay out of the way. Fast forward a year later when we pulled the sofa out to clean behind it (they installed it against the wall) there is a rip on the backside. Called that AMAZING warranty that they sold us because it was so wonderful and because I said I didn't know how it happened (because we didn't see behind the couch when they delivered it) they denied my claim. Called to complain and I was told by the claims department at Ashley that they would be so kind to order the part for me but we would have to pay to have it fixed. UMMMM that's not doing anything for me. Lessoned learned, guess we should have been all up in the delivery guys business and inspected every inch of the couch when they were delivering or lied when we made the claim. In the world we live in today.....there's no making the customer happy anymore its all about making a dollar. Never will we purchase furniture from Ashley again. As a business owner, reputation and backing your product is crucial to my success. I guess the larger corporations could care less because behind me is another customer walking in the door. Very disappointed. READ the fine print and do not trust that the delivery people will tell you that your furniture being delivered is damaged.

Today we purchased our first sectional from Ashley’s Furniture Store. The sales associate was extremely helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase. We were greeted by Shannon as soon as we entered the store earlier today. He asked what we were interested in and how he could be of service. We told him, he educated us on some of our options then gave us the space to look around. Once I found THE sectional and, unexpectedly, THE entertainment center, Shannon got right to work. In less than 10 minutes, Shannon returned with the numbers to include delivery and, most importantly, the furniture protection plan. Once I picked out the furniture, we were good to go, on our way out in less than 15 minutes! BOOM!! We’re back out and about on this beautiful Sunday! Absolutely love working with like minded individuals who, listen without interruption, get ya what you want without any unnecessary upselling and provide you with space to breathe and think….. I bought 10,000 dollars in furniture for my new house. I was promised by my sales associate Kristin that my furniture would be delivered on my move in day. The day before I never received a confirmation call for delivery. I texted Kristin and she ignored my texts. When I called the store the associate that answered hung up on me. Now we have moved in and my furniture still isn’t here. I am very unhappy. Beware if you buy furniture here. There is no customer service. Go any where else besides Ashley’s. Kristin is very unprofessional and rude.

I purchased a new sofa and loveseat a couple weeks ago from this store. Zack, my salesman, told us when asked about moving my old furniture to the garage for us, wince we're senior citizens and can't lift like we used to, stated and I quote "They are not allowed to haul off your old furniture, but moving to the garage should not be a problem". Well, when they arrived today, my wife called and they told her that they were absolutely NOT going to move the furniture for us, so now I have to hire someone to come in and move it 25 feet to my garage. I'll tell you what, I will NEVER pay another $500 delivery fee again when they won't hold up what the salesman tells you. That is highway robbery. Buyers BEWARE! Don't let them tell you they move furniture out of the way. My wife had to drag it over to the kitchen to make room for the new stuff. Very unhappy with the delivery service. As for the furniture? We will see....

My wife and I walked into Ashley Furniture with the sole intent of looking for dining room chairs. Instead we ran into the powerhouse of a super salesman Joe Conti. His silver tongue and incredible wit mesmerized us. The next thing we know is we’re purchasing a brand new living room sofa. The sofa was on clearance so we ended up getting a great deal on it. While waiting to pay and set up delivery we also had the pleasure of chatting with Brian McGee who’s life story was almost unbelievable. We had visited around 4 different furniture stores from Miramar, to Niceville, to Fort Walton and hadn't found a perfect sectional couch that was worth the price. We ended up finding Ashley's by accident and found one sectional we really loved, but it was a little overpriced. Then our eyes had caught their clearance section in the back of the store! We found the one we loved from the showroom, marked down more than half! It seemed to be returned, but only had one or two minor issues (stain & dime-sized tear), and absolutely a steal for the price! We made our decision on the spot and the lovely Jamie helped us through the entire process! She was brutally honest, yet super friendly, and even gave us some tips on how we could fix the minor issues. We didn't want to lose this sale, yet we don't move for 2 weeks and Jamie, being so kind, allowed us to store it there until we can pick it up! Will forever recommend this Ashley's and Jamie specifically!

I went into Ashley looking for a couch because the one I bought 2 years a go from ashley was to big for my current house. I was met by a very friendly associate who was more than happy to wander all over the store with while I struggled to pick a couch that was comfortable, in a darker cool shade, had soft fabric and was also a sectional but not a massive one with short right face. I know I'm difficult but she was fantastic, kind, personable and more than willing to not just look in store but look every where to find me the couch I wanted I highly recommend and thank Tonya LaMay.
When you come here you must ask for Tonya, she is always extremely sweet and lovely to work with. You can truly tell she has expertise when it comes to customer service. Came to the Fort Walton Beach location to work through a return we were having issues with. We had ordered furniture back in February and hadn't gotten the in our timeframe we were expecting so we cancelled and ordered from elsewhere to get furniture in time for our first guest. Called Ashley customer service back in June and July and again today. We were frustrated with the lack of service and resolution and came back to Ashley FWB to get in person help. We were greated by Jaime and she jumped to help right away. She escalated our return and was so helpful. She even offered to personally track our refund and return. Gave me her cell and everything. Still not fully resolved but we loved her service and look forward to being return Ashley customers....will you posted on the return

Very attractive, comfy sofa & recliner. Happy with purchase, sales lady Tonya very helpfull, just what i was wanting a genuine leather sofa & not some laminate stuff. I believe my buy will last me 10 years or hope so cause buying top grain leather is premium price but i feel worth the extra, i feel Ashley will stand by their products also as when delivered and set up, a side on sofa was out of line a little but installers set up tech to come back and he did...simple issue he fixed. ASHLEY gives a full year warranty and you will need to contact warranty person in store for issues after that I purchased a 5 year warranty from them that i feel will cover any issues if any happen. I bought the Wurstrow sofa & recliner and feel price was fair with extra 5 year warrany & tax was around 4300. 🙂

Stay away from this store. Do not purchase anything. I've been waiting for 8+ months and no delivery has been made yet. Every time I call the store menager Kris, he suggested me to be patient and wait for another month. I'm so unhappy and frustrated, they promised goods to be shipped in 8 weeks the most and here I am 8 months and still nothing showed up. Open your mind and don't purchase a thing here

Lots of choices and friendly staff
I was looking for a new recliner, and Mike showed us around the showroom. Mike was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of chairs and loveseats. I was shocked to find he had only started there, I thought he had been working there for years as knowledgeable as he was. We found a loveseat that was two recliners and very comfortable, which we ordered. Thanks Mike for the great customer service!

Our leather sofa is cracking and pealing! Very frustrating! I won’t recommend Ashley furniture! First thing they asked me was did I buy the extra warranty plan? I didn’t know I needed to pay for a protection plan? Shouldn’t they stand by what they build! I Won’t be a costumer anymore 🙁
Unfortunately, we will probably be getting our money back to go somewhere else if our furniture isn’t delivered in the next couple of weeks, and do not count on customer service being of any help... We were in the middle of buying our new home and bought a new bedroom suit with Ashley Furniture on September 6th, and we have been moved into our home with nothing in our bedroom but our mattress and tv. We were informed that it wouldn’t be the normal wait time for delivery, but were told it would be around 6-8 weeks, and 12 at the absolute most. Here we are 14 weeks later with nothing in stock, and no estimated time when it will be, according to customer service. We spent almost $4,000 and still need to buy 2 more bedroom suits after seeing how the quality was, and all customer service will tell us is that it’s not showing any items in stock in the warehouse and doesn’t know when it will be in stock, but we will receive a call when it does arrive— super dissatisfied with with our experience as we were really looking forward to our new furniture. :(
Super affordable furniture!
I don’t normally post any reviews but this deserves one. SO many problems, some of which have attempted to be solved but still it’s not right. Out of ALL of the furniture, the only thing that was correct were the dressers. Two bedrooms were switched, the master came in pieces, the salesman forgot to order the bed frame for the master, the delivery people forgot to order the footboard and EVERYTHING is delayed and messed up. First time around the drivers were unprofessional for various reasons including telling us Ashley has gotten in trouble for stealing and asking us to get them lunch. Our brand new house was damaged on delivery and all I got was a $50 gift card and told someone would come out. No one has scheduled a time to come by saying that we’re far away and they need to work us in the schedule. After that first time around, they tried to make it better but ordered the wrong bed frame! A driver arrived without a piece so another driver had to drive from Mobile to deliver that piece and when attempted to put together a bed that didn’t fit. What was told to take 10 minutes took 3 hours and we’re still sleeping on the floor. Too many complaints and too many poor experiences to type in this review. Do not furnish your house with Ashley Furniture and do not use Joe at the Ft. Walton beach store because he was the one that messed up the original order.

I just moved into a new home and I was looking to buy all new furniture for the living room. I had an Idea of what I wanted, I just did not know where to look. Going into the furniture store, I was greeted by a Judy Ortiz. She listened to my situation and after I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, she was able to help me with my search and pointed me in the direction of the great deals that they had available. At the end of my visit I was very happy with what Judy and I picked out and I am happy with how it looks in my home. She was the best!
I already love the quality products that Ashley sells but not all people working for Ashley measure up in their treatment of customers. When I came into this store a young lady named Judy helped me. I had a lot of questions and let the sales lady, Judy, know that I was not going to be purchasing that day. Judy did not change her treatment of me regardless of the fact I was "just looking" at that point. I have three rooms I need to redo and this is the ONLY store I will return to in order to furnish my home.

Went into Ashley Homestore looking for a new bed. I did not leave disappointed . As me and my honey came in we were welcomed by a young lady named Judy, she was very kind and listened to what we had in mind. We weren’t sure what we were looking for just a king sized bed lol. Judy showed us a handful of pieces she thought we might like and we fell in love with one bed in particular pictured below. Shipping didn’t take long at all which was a total surprise. I just now wish we had listened to Judy and got the full bedroom set as it is now gone . But Judy made shopping for a bed easy and painless and actually saved us money and went below our budget. She gave us a great deal on a bed frame mattress, pillow topper and mattress cover . Will definitely be back again as our next big purchase will be a house and we will need new furniture ! If you’re in the area go ask for Judy !

Bought a new sofa here. Buying process was easy and hassle free. Be aware they’re short staffed so you don’t have someone walking you around but I liked this better. The wait times for Shipping are crazy long

As an Ashley’s card holder i shop at Ashley’s for most of my home furnishing needs. We dealt with a lovely young women by the name of Judy. We are moving to the area and wanted a few new pieces for our home. Judy listened to our needs AND our target price range and found us several pieces that would be a perfect match. Unfortunately due to the long wait period for delivery we didn’t buy that day. We also haven’t closed on our home yet so we are just waiting till everything falls in line. BUT when we return Judy will be the only one we want to help us. We truly value someone who isn’t just in it for the commission. She made our shopping experience divine and we can’t wait to come back.
Judy is a great sales rep, she is so nice & she is definitely patient because I can't make up my mind sometimes. I would definitely work with her again. Highly recommend 👌
I recently bought a king size bed with a frame and mattress as well as other items. When the bed was delivered they couldn't attach the frame to the headboard because they said that I didn't order the four bolts to hold the frame to the headboard and that was an additional charge. In the first place, you are pretty cheap when you can't place 4 bolts with the order. Second, if you are that cheap, you should at least let the buyer know that they are not included and they have to buy them. When I called the store about the problem, I was told by an employee that he would get back to me that day and he didn't. I called back before they closed and talked to another employee and she said it was the weekend and there was nothing she could do, but she would definitely get back to me on Monday (Labor Day) and of course, she didn't either. If this is customer service, I would have given them a zero. Another problem was that I had guests coming in that day. I finally had to go to Home Depot to find the bolts and do it myself. I would not recommend anyone using this store.

Horrible experience. The manager was very polite but unfortunately we went into the store and walked around for almost 45 minutes without being helped. We just left because we had to get to the movies. Tried to call 3 times in a week as I knew what we wanted to purchase because we picked it out walking around. Couldn't get anyone to answer or call me back. On the fourth attempt finally got to speak to someone, the girl that I spoke to was very unprofessional and gave off a very big I don't care vibe. I needed to but almost a house full of furniture and she acted like I was bothering her to even be on the phone. Maybe she was just having a bad day but my experiencewas not good at all with this store.
My account got closed because I didn’t use it fast enough! When I asked how long I had from time of receiving my card until I HAD to use it I was told 1 year. When I went in during the pandemic to use my card and buy a dining room table I was told there was a 6 month wait to get my furniture because of the pandemic. I decided to wait it out and lo and behold my account was closed for inactivity and I wasn’t even notified. I saw it on my credit report. Not cool! Not my kind of place. 👎

They were upfront with me that what I wanted was going to take a little while to get in, but I was kept in the loop every second of the way. I have never been to a furniture store where no one even said hello to me. I walked through the entire store hoping to find bedroom furniture and a sleeper sofa. I walked through the entire store and even stopped to look at specific things. I walked by two employees talking at the podium up front, no acknowledgement. Walked by two more talking at a table, two more at a checkout counter...not one said hello, asked if they could help me or anything. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything and won't be going back. It's a shame, I really needed to purchase things. I drove over to Havertys where I was greeted at the door and assisted along the way. I ended up purchasing my sleeper sofa and a few other things there.
Don’t even bother coming on 4 months and still haven’t gotten half the furniture about to cancel but I was wanting matching furniture and I can’t return anything now. Cant provide any eta for anything still could be months out.
Barb was fantastic and helped me and my husband with everything we needed for our new home. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs any sort of assistance here. She was a fantastic resource and on top of that a great conversationalist. Amazing!
It took over an hour to purchase a bed when I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales rep rang up the bed piece by piece which increased the price. A manager corrected it to the right price, but it was still another wait. Then they didn't deliver all the pieces when they were supposed to assemble it on delivery so now I have a pile of parts in my garage while waiting for bed rails. Customer service is terrible and hangs up on you as soon as you are out of the wait que. Also waited the full 6 weeks they said it might take to receive a partial shipment.

Worst experience in a furniture store. Staff didn't know their products. Sales lady basically told we were wrong to want a certain type of mattress.
I was helped by Maggie, who was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped me get exactly what I needed at a great price - and the delivery was much faster than we were led to expect, which is great! The guys came in and put the set together no muss no fuss, and the little dining set is doing great. I would shop here again.

Was trying to buy some furniture from here but with Covid everything is on backorder. Then the last option the salesman had us look at told us it was last piece and we could buy it. He just had to get best price and call us in few days. A week later I called him and nothing, well three weeks later and still haven't heard from him. So I guess that one isn't an option either!
DO NOT waste your time or money! We tried to invest in long-lasting furniture, buying the more pricey options at Ashley's. The first chest came with an obviously broken leg that was poorly glued back together. The second chest came with a large split in the wood that was covered initially by the drawer. Both times they hoped we wouldn't notice or waited so long for it, we would just deal with it. We ordered our furniture 7/3 and over two months later, still not complete. Not to mention their predatory sales practice in saying your Ashley's card has been closed to get you to open a new line of credit with their new credit card servicer. This store/company takes advantage of hard working people just trying to do little things to improve their lives.
If you liked being ignored then this is the perfect place to go. My mother and I went in and we passed by 3 employees who did not even look our way even though they weren’t busy. When it finally came time for us to select a sectional we loved there was not one employee around, so we left. It was like we were ghost in the store, even though we walked around the whole thing. They have a few employees so it’s ridiculous that none of them have customer service skills. When we went into other furniture stores around town for my bed set they greeted us warmly and were able to help us purchase the bed we found. I can’t say the same about this place. They lost a customer and a great sale today.
No employees spoke to us when we came in. 3 were helping customers. 2 others visiting with each other. We wondered thru the store looking for bar stools. Never found what we wanted and left. Don't let the door hit you on the way out! 😬
Update from my last experience from ashley. Never received any calls from the store like the owner said they would. Our furniture still needs parts cause its BROKEN. Its been a month since we had a technician come out and said what we needed.Good luck to future customers. Went in there to get some furniture and the customer service wasnt the best. My wife and I decided to buy furniture anyway and they said everything will be at the house by mid December. It is now almost the end of January and we have not gotten the rest of the furniture. We have called several times and they have yet to answer. Once we get our furniture we will not be dealing with Ashley Home Store anymore.
To over priced staff made me feel uncomfortable.
My girlfriend and I just moved to the area and we wanted to look for furniture at this establishment. When we walked in, no one even approached us to help. People looked but kept walking. I remember one person followed directly behind us but still didn’t say anything. It felt as if they did not think we were important enough to assist. The selection of furniture also is not as good quality as other Ashley HomeStores we have visited. Watch out for this store. I would take my business elsewhere. We feel like we were discriminated against.
This company disregards the needs of elderly by allowing their employees to park in their spaces. Shameful!

I was there 2 hrs and didn't have 1 salesperson to help me pick my mattress which I could've done skins but the sale prices where not on the items to help me decide my savings. Very disappointed. Looking for a mattress it hard enough in itself but this one is for an elderly man and he's not sure either. I could've really used some help with this.

If I could give no stars I would. Disgusting customer care. Furniture quality is poor and laughable. I believe they have no quality assurance dept. second dining set delivered today damaged like the first. I called and insisted on a call back mid day and never got one by the end of the day. They don’t care.
Went into Ashley's to try and get a table hoping they had one on the floor to sell me ( ordered another one from way fair and it didn't make it in time 😭) we needed one the next day for thanksgiving and these ladies did everything they could to get me a table for the holiday and i can't thank them enough !
Chris (District Manager) is amazing and I appreciate his assistance getting my items to me after some miscommunication. I love my furniture that I purchased and appreciate them taking the time to look at my items before delivering them to ensure they are in good condition. Waiting on a few more pieces, but overall, satisfied with my experience.
We had been to Ft Walton Beach Ashley store several times. Just stopped by to see if the sofa we had been looking at was on sale. They close at 6. We got there about 5:45. We decided to buy the sofa. No attitude at all. They acted like they had all night to help us. Great experience!

Appalling lack of service! I went into this store this morning. As I entered, I noticed a young woman in an Ashley shirt sitting at a display dining table intently texting on her phone. A man in an Ashley shirt was standing nearby. I stood in the entry for a minute before he wished me food morning. I told him that I was interested in bar stools. He pointed toward the back of the store and told me they were around the corner on the right past the ‘gang’ at the desk. I followed his directions and found a display, such as it was, of barstools. I had some questions, but there was no one to ask. There were two employees at the desk thoroughly engrossed in a couple sitting there. Neither acknowledged my presence nor interest in the bar stools. I found a style I liked and sought a sales person. The two at the desk were disinterested, the man I saw when I entered had disappeared, and the young woman at the dining table was still totally engrossed in her phone. I threw up my hands and left. I will Not ever be back.

Absolute WORST furniture purchase experience I’ve EVER had!!! My husband and I have spent nearly six grand at this location. When our first items were delivered, handles from our dresser and chest were BROKEN off and the chest was also damaged. Barstools were ordered but missing from the delivery truck and couldn’t be explained why by our salesman Joe. Upon further inspection of our dining table and chairs, we discovered stickers with numbers on them left on the legs of the chairs by the person that put them together that I had to remove but some were wedged in between the legs when put together and left there. There were also scratches from tools probably. I expect this from someone putting together furniture at Walmart but not at Ashley. I shouldn’t have to do maintenance on my brand new furniture or have scratches on it either. Getting ahold of someone at that store to discuss these things has been a joke. We’ve had to drive to the store to speak in person each time. Phone calls aren’t returned and updates are not given. They don’t know the meaning of customer service once your money has been taken. I also placed an order for a vanity that I have a receipt for that they can’t find information on and keep saying they will “look into it.” We keep getting the run around. The manager has been just as unhelpful and just as clueless as to what’s going on and how to rectify this situation. I usually look at reviews before shopping around but trusted that Ashley was a reputable company. Do NOT shop at this location.
Bought several pieces of furniture. Nearly everyone had defects, missing or incorrect parts. Stopped by store, promised someone would call me to fix and order replacement pieces but after a week, still no call, no parts.
This is probably the worst store to buy your furniture from. Don’t waste your time especially if your military and need some sort of furniture. Cause you’ll be told many different stories then it’ll be 3 months later and still no furniture. Or you’ll call about your problem then they’ll say “let me call around to see what the hold up is and we will call right back” guess what they never call back.
Ordered a bed and dresser 3 weeks ago, the gentleman in the store was very nice as was the manager that day. Was told would take up to 2 weeks for the store to receive the furniture and they would call to set up my delivery. Got the call on a Monday and set up for delivery that Friday. Well Friday came and my window was missed so I called to double check to see if they were coming. Traffic is terrible and things come up so I wasnt upset, but once i called i was told my delivery date was the following Monday and not that day(friday). The issue was I had to call off work to make sure I could be there to receive the furniture. So basically I'll have to use more time off to get the furniture due to working 6 days a week.

We had Barbara assist us with our new sectional couch. We lost our furniture after hurricane Michael. Barbara went above and beyond, from start to finish. We even had an issue with the sectional not fitting the space we had & she reordered the opposite configuration for us and it was just switched out today. Any time I had a question or concern, she was fast to respond & just so helpful. I highly recommend Barbara as your sales person for this particular store & I’m very happy we bought from Ashley. As they went just went that extra mile. We love our new sectional!

Great customer service! Loved that the sales team wasn't pushy. They offered their help, but mostly left us alone during our trip. The furniture isn't the absolute best quality (almost everything I've bought from Ashley's throughout the years broke), but for the price, it's worth it! Also, a bit limited of a selection, but enough that you can actually design your whole living room with their stuff. This is definitely a go-to furniture store!

We decided today was the day to make the investment in new living room furniture. Jim was our salesman. He helped identify what our needs were; showed us what was available and then gave us some space to explore and make the selections that suited our family the best. He earned his 5 stars. Thank you so much for your assistance. The furniture is a few weeks out which allows us time to finish our hurricane remodel prior to delivery.
Would not recommend Ashley’s to anyone. Bought a 7 piece dining set that is damaged/scratched. 3 out of six of the chairs weren’t built right. 2 of them weren’t leveled and don’t sit right, the other one’s legs are loose and will fall off. This is just after one day after being built. Was a huge hastle to get someone to come have it built by Ashley’s to begin with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. So extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and quality. Will let others know about my experience.

Wonderful furniture but terrible customer service on 3 levels. - in store- Arrived & there was a big sale going on but there were only 2 employees. - Phone- upon delivery a piece of furniture was missing & the sales department argued with me about that piece not being in existence. The woman spoke in a condescending tone. When they realized they were indeed incorrect, they would not apologize or admit they had spoken wrong & then hung up on me. - Delivery- the first set of delivery men wanted me to sign off saying it had been delivered. The second set of delivery men knocked my painting off my wall & did not apologize or think anything wrong of it. I have used this company over the years because the furniture is beautiful, but the service was bad. It will make it a toss up on the future if I go with them again.
Going through remodeling right now. Place is a mess but give it another week and they will be back to normal. Will look great when it's done. Great furniture for reasonable price.

Store was being remodeled during sales times very dusty and disorganized. Salesperson was pleasant and helpful considering what he had to work around not fair to the salespeople. I went elsewhere to purchase a chair in Niceville small local company.
We were warmly greeted by a tall gentleman named Randy, who was very accommodating in helping us find exactly what we wanted for our home. We came into the store already knowing what we wanted to check out so he showed us where we would find the specific living room set. He took the time to look up availability and prices for items we were interested in, and made sure to give us time to think to ourselves. He didn't hover!

Purchased a new sectional recently. George was very nice and unknowing to us stayed in store an hour and half past closing. He never once mentioned that they had closed while we browsed and we had no clue. Fortunately he was so helpful and we got the new furniture we wanted a pretty good price.

Beautiful selection. Plenty of variety and themes. Furniture looks well made and durable. The sales representative, George Philpot, was very helpful. He provided quotes, the financing options available and our options for delivery or pick up. But never once did we feel like we had to buy anything to feel welcomed here. Definitely returning here for a new bed frame and mattress.

Great in store service. Over the phone service is awful. Was told by at least 3 different employees(1 lady who was not so kind) that my furniture would arrive on 3 different days. No one was on the same page. And when told that I would be called once my furniture arrived at the store they did not care to contact me. Stores have employees for a reason. Just because the manager is not working does not mean that I could not have at least been notified that my furniture was actually in the store. Have bought from this place before highly satisfied and was at first when purchasing from them 3 weeks ago. As of now, due to the lack of communication and lack of friendly customer service they definitely have deserved this rating rather than the 5 I had originally given. Next time I will wait to get my furniture before giving a rating. People's attitudes change once they've done their part of the job.
Randy Henson was great, he sold me my furniture. My issue was once my delivery date happened, it seems the delivery department didn’t communicate with the actual store and vice versa. Whoever answered the phone was a complete jerk. So after my delivery window came and went I tried calling the store and I was pretty much told that there was no way of contacting the delivery truck. Really upsetting, how are you gonna sell furniture but be unhelpful about verifying information about the actually delivery of the furniture.
I went as a scouting expedition shopping ahead of taking my mom out, who is mobility challenged. Randy Henson and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me all the information I needed to take back to my parents for them to make an informed decision. There was no pressure to buy, either. They were great.
Limited selection of overpriced cheap quality ugly furniture. Customer service is horrible. I want greeted or assisted and left to fend for myself as I wondered around the store without once being addressed by several sales reps.
Randy did an excellent job helping us choose the perfect furniture for the budget we we're working with. He made sure we were happy with our final decision and has been helpful throughout the entire process.

My wife and I recently moved into the area into a house much bigger than we were in previously, and made the decision to acquire some new living room furniture. We went in on a Sunday afternoon, and Katie was very helpful, letting us explore on our own and checking in on us without being too pushy, and adeptly answering any questions that we had. We were not ready to buy that day; when we decided what we wanted and came back a few days later, George was fantastic and helped us go through our options to make sure that we got the best deal. He made buying easy and fun, while putting us at ease and helping us to narrow down the best choices. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for furniture.
I am very happy with my recent purchase at Ashley Home Store. My salesman George was extremely helpful and patient while I was making my selections. He even picked up a side table and moved it near the TV console so I could see if the woodgrains matched. I found just what I wanted and I'm very happy with the price of each item. When I need more new furniture Ashley HomeStore will be my first place to go.
I have purchased many items from Ashley furniture in Fort Walton Beach over several years. I have also had the misfortune to have a few of my items come with defects which I understand happens, but to me what matters is the events that take place after said misfortunes are discovered. I can say with all honesty that Ashley in my experience has always gone above and beyond to do their very best to keep me happy and coming back. My last couch purchase has a few defect issues and 2 years after purchase Donna the store manager went far beyond what she or the store had to do and replaced those pieces. And not only did she replace them but she allowed me to pick a different set all together as to not have to encounter the same issues again. I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Ashley and we will continue to be repeat customers as a result of them showing us that we are valued customers.

Inexpensive furniture but that's cuz it's cheaply-made but that's not necessarily A Bad Thing. The salesman didn't hound me all over the store which was nice cuz they usually follow you everywhere you go. I don't like to be bothered by them.
If I already didn't have my items picked out and at a great amazing price I would have walked out. We walked in right at opening. Granamjte no one was in there but us and the employees. Had 2 people walk past us and the third person actually said hello and that was all. We had to walk to front to find a employee sitting down and looked like he wasn't ready to work. Very very very disappointed in this place. Will not recommend.
We have purchased a lot of furniture from this store. Recently the customer service has gone down hill. We ordered a box spring a month ago and haven’t received it. Called a couple of times and stopped by and no call back yet. I own a business and would never run mine like this. I definitely won’t be back.

I will never again order from these guys. I paid for all my items on the 5th of December and all they have delivered is my bed, on the 19th. They will give you a delivery date just to get a sale but once they have your money, they start changing delivery dates. I will go to Badcock next time. Bad customer service. I still don't have my mattress or dining room set.

I have remodeled about 20 rental properties in the area in the past 2 years and have had many great experiences. I work with George and he is the best! The management and delivery folks are helpful as well.

Friendly staff that helped me take home the floor model of what I wanted that day. However their products are generally over priced and you can order the same online for much cheaper. They charge $150 for delivery and setup.

Well I'm very disappointed with Ashley Furniture in Fort Walton beach Florida i purchased a table sets , and the table base was smaller so i have to returned for replacement and they never did. it it pass like 1 month and they not given any solution to me so i better choice to return the all table with sets cause they never imported my purchased. But that's its not all now i have to wait for a nother week for refunds my money back. Ho my God thes things have me mad. I'm not recommended thes store to any body
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley HomeStore in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Not only did they help me get a replacement cushion for my sectional, but they waved the fee. They truly went above and beyond with their customer service and I am truly grateful for them. I highly recommend using them for all your furnishing needs.

They were nice enough with regards to sales, but I was told my purchase would be delivered within 10 days. Called and got put off a few more days, then called again. No one reached out to me as promised and I had to hunt them down to get my items. Still awaiting delivery. Won't purchase here again solely due to the hassle and inconsistency. Was also told I had to come in to pay my balance and then was told I could do it over the phone. All at my own urging, I finally got a delivery scheduled. I would much rather order from Haverty's again--less pressure from sales people and they all have better sales and 30-day guarantee if prices decrease.

Great sales; however, prices online differ largely from stores. Salesperson let you browse without bothering you and are quick to answer questions. Only fault was the pick up location in the back of store is sketchy and the roads are bad, full of potholes.
We purchased a love chair that was an electric recliner leather. We have had for about 6 months at it is AWESOME service was fantastic at Ashley Furniture in Ft Walton Beach.
I don't feel they have the selection that they use too, I couldn't find any furniture that interested me.
Some of the labeled prices are a bit questionable... There was a night stand on display here that looked pretty badly damaged. It was listed for $200. The name written on the label was "Lol Nightstand" because it was a joke.

Order twice from two different stores, one in Crestview and one in FWB. They are both owned by the same company and I will never deal with them again. They tell you what you want to here when you are in the store and all seems great until you order, then everything goes down hill from there. Once your items are in, its a nightmare to get them to deliver it.
