Went to Ashley on Sunday. Found, after great help from Kristin, found a couch and love seat, which was perfect. Went back today to nail it down and Shannon was outstanding as well. We will always shop with Ashley first for any furniture!

I spilled Acetone all over my dining room table so my husband sent me to pick out a brand new one. Ive always shopped here. Ive never enjoyed the experience, but I do like the nice pieces ive gotten. I walked in just me and my infant daughter. There was a man at a table at the front door. And I saw maybe 6-7 more employees. 4 of them were sitting at a table together but all on their phones. I made several laps around the store. I was undecided on a dark grey table and chairs in the back area where most of the other tables were, and a black very long one at the front of the store. I sat at all of them. I went back and forth deciding. No one. I made 1 more lap around the store and no one even looked at me. So I went out the door and straight home and ordered online and even saved a few dollars. Im done spending money in a store full of people that dont care to even acknowledge my existence.

On 17 June I ordered a bed listed as in stock and set to arrive 21 June. At the end of June I reached out for an update and was told that the bed had just left the warehouse and would be delivered the following week (1-5 July). I'm writing this on 10 July with still no bed. I reached out today to ask for an update and was told it actually is not in stock so I was lied to first on the website and second lied to directly when I was told it had already left the warehouse. I am now being told i will be delivered at the beginning of August, a full month and a half late. When I asked to cancel I was told that since the order has been confirmed a refund is not possible. So, to summarize, they took my money, lied about the delivery timeline, and then held my money hostage when I got wise. This is not my first such experience at Ashley. They falsely represent delivery times on their website and lie to their customers over the phone. I am likely filing a BBB complaint.

This Ashley store has great service and a fantastic selection. The sales associate Jamie was super helpful and even put a hold on the sale night stand that I was looking into so I could go home and make sure that it matched the color of the rest of my furniture. Overall a great store!

I'm very impressed with Brian McGee and the Ashley Store in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Brian McGee is a fantastic resource if you are looking to buy a mattress. He knows what he is talking about and he will not try and upsell you on something you don't need. He listens to what you want and helps guide you in that direction. First we looked at the more expensive, top of the line, Sealy Mattresses on Saturday, and then we told him we'd think about it and come back in on Sunday with our decision. When we came back in on Sunday, Brian showed us the less expensive Sealy Mattresses that offered the bigger sale prices on them for this years spring sale. We ended up out the door for an even better deal than the one we were going to go for on Saturday, and we have up to 30 days to try the bed out in home and if we don't like it we can send it back before the 30 days is up and take the deal we were going to take on Saturday. Don't see how we can go wrong with that. Thanks Brian for making our experience a great and memorable one. You are an outstanding professional and we appreciate you taking such great care of Us! Beautiful store with very lovely furniture on display. Prices are reasonable. The drawback Everything has to be ordered and shipped in, and then the store delivers your mechanic. There is no such thing as a direct purchase. Not only did we have to wait, 4 weeks for our couch to come be delivered, there was a $129.00 delivery fee. Something feels very wrong. .

What a fantastic couch buying experience we had with Sarah at Ashley Furniture! Sarah showed us plenty of options, allowed us time to talk about each and helped pick out matching coffee table to go with the floors/couch in our home. I paid a lot of money for furniture and when it arrived, the feet were missing from one of the items. Apparently, this is quite common with them. What bothers me is there was no apology for the inconvenience or any offer to compensate me (to make it right like many other companies do). Now, I need to take more time of work for them to fix the problem.When shopping from furniture, it may be a good idea to make this company your last stop!

Absolutely terrible service. I have been told every week something different about my delivery date. Every time I talk to someone about when it's being delivered, the date gets pushed back an additional week. I was told on Monday, 1/22, that the couch would be in and delivered by the end of this week. I spoke with Samantha in delivery today, 1/24, and now the couch is not coming in until the end of next week. This will make it over 4 weeks since we ordered the couch and originally I was told 2 weeks. After two weeks I was told 3 weeks, and now 4weeks. The only thing offered to me was a call when the couch finally comes in... as if I was not already going to receive that already. At this point I'm not even positive I will be getting my couch. All in all, I'm not impressed with this service whatsoever and the staff has been unhelpful to say the least.

We are so excited to get our new recliner sectional to complete the living room in our first home. We also got an adapt medium mattress for our king bed. Shannon helped us out today. UPDATE: I received a personal phone call less than 24 hours after writing this review from the local Fort Walton Beach store manager, Chris (I had been speaking to the call center prior). Chris was concerned and eager to provide a resolution for my issue. He was apologetic and immediately without hesitation assured me he would send someone out at no charge to fix the tear. This is the kind of customer care that shows that Chris cares about his customers and that we are just not a $$ sign. The Fort Walton Beach location has regained my trust and appreciation. Thank you Chris for understanding that going a little bit over and above can go a very long way. Absolute worst customer service, they do not stand behind their product and DO NOT be fooled into purchasing their amazing warranty that they will try to upsell you explaining how great it is and how it will cover anything because it is just that great! We purchased a couch and had it delivered. They brought it in and put it where we asked. As most customers do when delivery people are delivering you stay out of the way. Fast forward a year later when we pulled the sofa out to clean behind it (they installed it against the wall) there is a rip on the backside. Called that AMAZING warranty that they sold us because it was so wonderful and because I said I didn't know how it happened (because we didn't see behind the couch when they delivered it) they denied my claim. Called to complain and I was told by the claims department at Ashley that they would be so kind to order the part for me but we would have to pay to have it fixed. UMMMM that's not doing anything for me. Lessoned learned, guess we should have been all up in the delivery guys business and inspected every inch of the couch when they were delivering or lied when we made the claim. In the world we live in today.....there's no making the customer happy anymore its all about making a dollar. Never will we purchase furniture from Ashley again. As a business owner, reputation and backing your product is crucial to my success. I guess the larger corporations could care less because behind me is another customer walking in the door. Very disappointed. READ the fine print and do not trust that the delivery people will tell you that your furniture being delivered is damaged.

We were greeted by Shannon as soon as we entered the store earlier today. He asked what we were interested in and how he could be of service. We told him, he educated us on some of our options then gave us the space to look around. Once I found THE sectional and, unexpectedly, THE entertainment center, Shannon got right to work. In less than 10 minutes, Shannon returned with the numbers to include delivery and, most importantly, the furniture protection plan. Once I picked out the furniture, we were good to go, on our way out in less than 15 minutes! BOOM!! We’re back out and about on this beautiful Sunday! Absolutely love working with like minded individuals who, listen without interruption, get ya what you want without any unnecessary upselling and provide you with space to breathe and think…..
