Great furniture at a great showroom!

Freddie was great with helping us pick out the perfect reclining sofa that fit our different height restrictions and needing to be leather. She was patient, kind and knew all about the sofa. Great job.

We already knew that Ashley Furniture is synonymous with quality. But working with Freddie was simply a pleasure. As we worked on identifying the right combination and price point, Freddie provided concise answers to questions about combinations and design, but she also provided us "the space" to "sell ourselves" on the furniture. With Freddie's assistance, we arrived at the best value to fit the space we had to work with. We will undoubtedly seek Freddie out for our next furniture adventure. Additionally, Brent went above and beyond to help us fit a clearance piece into our vehicle. His experience proved invaluable in carefully securing the heavy piece into a tight space and we were still able to close the hatch. Bent's strength and sweat made all the difference, saving us, strain, time, and guess-work. All in all, Ashley's team, at Fort Walton Beach Florida, made this challenging task a pleasure!

Ashley's pricing business model is HORRIBLE! They do not honor price matches within their own company. Had to purchase a dining room buffet/server at full price at the Fort Walton Beach, FL store since they would not honor / match several other Ashley store prices within the same region that were as much as $400 less than the full price. FWB Ashley offered zero concession(s) for the price discrepancy with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The store manager was too cowardly to return calls and emails to discuss. The server had not been delivered yet, so we surmise to circumvent us rejecting the merchandise, the manager deliberately avoided contact. She left the bad news response to an employee who texted us post delivery, but was powerless to assist. The server was a matching piece to a new dining room suite. This is the last time I will do business with the FWB Ashley store. You are better served by the friendly Ashley stores in Crestview and Pensacola, FL.

Feeling disappointed and disrespected, especially with the undeserving high score this store gets. It’s been a week since our incident and we’ve yet to get a call from the store’s manager as corporate told us to expect. The amount of blatant disrespect when corporate told us “you are mad because we gave you an extra barstool” is still beyond my comprehension. As it stands, in summary, we ordered 3 barstools, paid for THREE 2-packs of barstools, went to pickup our alleged 2 out of three, were given two boxes with two each (so 4 barstools) and a receipt that clearly states we paid for the two packs. They claim their system (conveniently) puts things on the receipt like that. Some random employee wanted to come to our house to ge the extra barstool and in addition to this, they did not give us a refund for the third box, claiming we paid the price per barstool. When you go online, you can clearly see the barstool is sold as a set of 2 and for much less in price, adding more validity to our claim of how much we overpaid. Their attitude towards our situation was extremely dismissive because we have not even gotten an apology. Our review is not going to affect their business or change anything. It will just get lost in a string of good reviews they are pushing. If this store is so amazing as the reviews claim then why are they refusing to take accountability for what is clearly their mistake?! The receipt says what it says and stating your computer makes them like that yet not explaining that to us at the time of purchase but after the fact they suspiciously and erroneously hand us two 2-pack boxes of the stools. Doesn’t matter we’ve spent over $10k with them over the years. I can’t tell you all what to do as a consumer but if anything at all goes wrong with your purchase at Ashley, they are not going to make it right. I already even told them I would take the review down if they make it right to us, because we are honest people. I swear to the best of my life we are telling the truth and being ignored; they know this. I am sure a generic answer will come soon. But I will update this review if we hear back. Pity because their product has always been good but their service really left a sour taste for us. By the way, the person that sold us the stools was (Shockingly) Freddie— the star associate that gets positive reviews here like a rockstar making hits. Nothing bad to say about her other than if she’s so superstar, why hasn’t she also helped us address this? And why did she not explain at the time of purchase our receipt would show 2 packs yet we were “supposedly” paying for 1 each? Enjoy your commission, Freddie— last one you’ll get from us for sure.

The salesperson was amazing. She was not too pushy. She assisted me by letting me know where things were located that I was looking for and explaining to me the different sales that were going on. Brent placed my purchases in the back for pickup. When I returned to pick them up, Brent took care with my new furniture that I would think he would take care of his own furniture. That was very nice of him. All together it was a great experience!

Freddie is an outstanding sails associate. She gave us plenty of time and room to browse. And when we were ready she answered every question, which helped us decide on our bedding purchase. Jaime was readily on hand to help out with any additional questions.

Freddie was my consultant and was very fun and helpful as well as professional in helping me find the furniture I had looked at online, and was able to get a discount for me! After looking at multiple furniture stores including Rooms Togo, for a matching TV stand/console/end tables for my living room, I was ONLY able to find ALL matching AT ASHLEY FURNITURE. I definitely would recommend Freddie to help you with finding what you need. She is very personable and helpful and the whole process of getting it all financed was almost effortless. We were looking for a dining room set and stopped by Ashley furniture. After a long, LONG day of furniture shopping and 5 stores later- we found Ashley Furniture in Fort Walton and Freddie Johnson assisted us in our journey. We walked the floor and found a few sets we liked. Freddie was incredibly kind, patient and very helpful- she smiled the entire time as we shopped, talked and looked around. She discussed financial options with us and got us all set up with our dream bedroom set. I highly recommend Freddie and Ashley furniture. This is our first big furniture purchase and so pleased how it worked out.

My husband and I recently purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat from Ashley Furniture, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We worked with Sara at the Fort Walton Beach location, and she was wonderful—very easy to work with, no pressure at all, and she gave us the space and time to find exactly what we wanted. The set I had my eye on was located in Pensacola, and even after viewing it in person there, we chose to return to Sara to place our order. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend working with her!

5 stars for the Ashley’s (and specifically Brian) in Fort Walton. My wife and I were very close to giving up on Ashley’s after a couple visits to the Pensacola store and being hounded by sales people to the point where we couldn’t even enjoy looking for furniture. Thankfully we stopped in the Fort Walton store and found Brian! We found exactly what we were looking and he made it super easy, letting us rearrange the floor model 10 different times. We even had a discrepancy is measurements and Brian made the return of 2 pieces super easy. We’ve already went back and bought more furniture from him and will continue looking for him specifically if we buy more.

Honestly, I haven’t gotten my big furniture yet because of move in dates, but I would recommend Ashley’s in Fort Walton Beach mainly because of the employees. Sarah did an amazing job with helping me and my wife get our first time new furniture!! By the time we got done, it felt like we had known her for a year instead of a few hours. All the other staff was very helpful and friendly as well!

After reading great reviews about Assistant Manager Brian, I contacted him to discuss some items I wanted to purchase. He sent me a quote online and I visited him in the store the following day to see the items in person and finalize the order. I ordered 2 recliners, they were delivered. They were broken the repair guy when he came out. So they looked like they had been dropped. The screws were stripped out. Bases were bent, cushions were jacked up. They've replaced the base of the recliners, both of them multiple times just for it not to fix it. the same problem Yada, da Yada yada, they won't do anything More to the chair they say it's normal wear and tear but normal wear and tear does not happen a month after you get the chairs and every month after that replacing the same parts for it not to correct the problem. Now they won't service them at all, and I bought the warranty with. Very poor customer service, and the way they translate the repair order to their benefit. It's sad.

I have been a customer for years but will never purchase an item from Ashley Funiture again! It took 6 months to receive a nightstand, but when I received it, the color was completely different from my original order. However, they never said if the furniture doesn't match, you can not return it, or it is final! I am furious because I paid for something I am not satisfied with and they are stated it is nothing they can do!

I spilled Acetone all over my dining room table so my husband sent me to pick out a brand new one. Ive always shopped here. Ive never enjoyed the experience, but I do like the nice pieces ive gotten. I walked in just me and my infant daughter. There was a man at a table at the front door. And I saw maybe 6-7 more employees. 4 of them were sitting at a table together but all on their phones. I made several laps around the store. I was undecided on a dark grey table and chairs in the back area where most of the other tables were, and a black very long one at the front of the store. I sat at all of them. I went back and forth deciding. No one. I made 1 more lap around the store and no one even looked at me. So I went out the door and straight home and ordered online and even saved a few dollars. Im done spending money in a store full of people that dont care to even acknowledge my existence.

On 17 June I ordered a bed listed as in stock and set to arrive 21 June. At the end of June I reached out for an update and was told that the bed had just left the warehouse and would be delivered the following week (1-5 July). I'm writing this on 10 July with still no bed. I reached out today to ask for an update and was told it actually is not in stock so I was lied to first on the website and second lied to directly when I was told it had already left the warehouse. I am now being told i will be delivered at the beginning of August, a full month and a half late. When I asked to cancel I was told that since the order has been confirmed a refund is not possible. So, to summarize, they took my money, lied about the delivery timeline, and then held my money hostage when I got wise. This is not my first such experience at Ashley. They falsely represent delivery times on their website and lie to their customers over the phone. I am likely filing a BBB complaint.

This Ashley store has great service and a fantastic selection. The sales associate Jamie was super helpful and even put a hold on the sale night stand that I was looking into so I could go home and make sure that it matched the color of the rest of my furniture. Overall a great store!

I'm very impressed with Brian McGee and the Ashley Store in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Brian McGee is a fantastic resource if you are looking to buy a mattress. He knows what he is talking about and he will not try and upsell you on something you don't need. He listens to what you want and helps guide you in that direction. First we looked at the more expensive, top of the line, Sealy Mattresses on Saturday, and then we told him we'd think about it and come back in on Sunday with our decision. When we came back in on Sunday, Brian showed us the less expensive Sealy Mattresses that offered the bigger sale prices on them for this years spring sale. We ended up out the door for an even better deal than the one we were going to go for on Saturday, and we have up to 30 days to try the bed out in home and if we don't like it we can send it back before the 30 days is up and take the deal we were going to take on Saturday. Don't see how we can go wrong with that. Thanks Brian for making our experience a great and memorable one. You are an outstanding professional and we appreciate you taking such great care of Us! My wife and I have been looking for a new sofa for several weeks and visited many stores. During our search we met Kristin Bundurant at the Ashley Furniture store in Ft Walton Beach FL. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After making our decision on which sofa we went back to her and purchased it. We also bought a dining room set even though we weren’t looking. Beautiful store with very lovely furniture on display. Prices are reasonable. The drawback Everything has to be ordered and shipped in, and then the store delivers your mechanic. There is no such thing as a direct purchase. Not only did we have to wait, 4 weeks for our couch to come be delivered, there was a $129.00 delivery fee. Something feels very wrong. .

What a fantastic couch buying experience we had with Sarah at Ashley Furniture! Sarah showed us plenty of options, allowed us time to talk about each and helped pick out matching coffee table to go with the floors/couch in our home. She even helped entertain our toddlers while we looked around. Will be back to shop for bedrooms next!
