Excellent service. Very friendly. Please don't make the mistake I did by ordering online with the 1-800#. Call your local store with the sku# of the item you want and order that way. I've been waiting a month just to get a delivery date by doing it that way. I canceled that order, called the store locally, got a delivery date right then. Very easy and friendly transaction. A completely different experience than using that 800#!

Casey and Ruby helped us pick out our bed. They were very informative, patient and sweet. We highly recommend them. We went to mattress firm and the prices were crazy! We were able to get what we wanted plus more for less. We will be back. They were very accommodating to my blind and hard of hearing grandmother. If I could give it more stars I would. Thank you for such an easy and satisfying shopping experience. That being said. We ordered on 11/5. It is 11/14 and haven't gotten the frame. 1st it came broken and we sent it back cause the men unloading it noticed it. Every couple days I have talked to customer service and even someone from the store. I called them. No one has text me, called me or e mailed me. Now they are saying I won't get the frame till the 26th! Some representatives said there was no room on the trucks and I just had one tell me it wasn't in the warehouse. Tell me why payments should be made for something that isn't even here? I have a brand new mattress in my room that I can't use. As nice as Casey and Ruby were. This is extremely frustrating and we won't be back. We were going to come back and get a recliner. Unless they have it in the store and you can put it in your truck, expect to wait.

The buying experience was easy. I think we got a good deal on the Nector bed. Although at the time of the review we haven't received our bed yet. It's scheduled and I will update review after they deliver and set up.

In my opinion Do not buy this furniture is garbage and you can’t get any customer service. They send you to a call center no one speaks English and they don’t understand what u are trying to get across about the problem. U can see from the pictures the mattress is 6” to narrow and 4” to short for the frame and all they say is we can’t take it back(both of which we bought from them at the same time). You would think furniture people would know these things but the don’t. I have had to fix the drawer slides myself already after 3 weeks. So now I am stuck with 5200.00 of pure garbage. The delivery process was a 100% cluster they called and told us to have everything out of the room to set up the new furniture and they show up with a mattress and no frame now we are stuck with no bed for 17 days. I could go on and on run as fast as you can

The 2 rating is for the furniture itself. The service at this location was great BUT the furniture is the issue. Better quality is found at other companies. A rocking chair that has cardboard for arm rests is cheap and that’s what that did. We had them come out and fix it and was told by the service guy who I might add solid not what to be here to fix it, said he would put in a request to “reselect”. He said if you don’t get a call in 2-3 days then the company isn’t interested to give that option. No Call of course. The cushions on the couch are like if we had this couch for years as they are squashed down and don’t hold shape. Only 2.5 months old and barely used. My family will NEVER waste our hard earned money at Ashley ever again. Such a disappointment that we didn’t even get a courtesy call. Heck, illegal invaders are getting better places to live with super nice furniture nowadays…. Shameful..!!

I have never.been so mistreated by a business in my whole life! I purchased a bedroom suite for $4500 and when the mattress was delivered the mattress didn’t fit the bed and they won’t exchange it to a larger mattress! I have been trying to get ahold of corporate for a week! No response! Had spoken to Robin at the Inverness store and ask her for corporate # number and she hung up on me! What am I going to do with this mattress! Looks terrible! Beware do not shop here!!!! Once you purchase it doesn’t matter if product is wrong you are stuck!!!!!

We had a very pleasant experience at the Inverness Florida showroom location. We had been looking for a bar height square table for our kitchen for a few years and found what we were looking for. Delivery was fast and they arrived just before 8 a.m. and they put the furniture together for us. Our sales lady Casey was very friendly and helpful.
Ruby is a huge asset to Ashley Furniture! She is extremely knowledge about each piece of furniture we inquired about and went out of her way to accommodate us. We were comfortable enough to purchase a bedroom set within 15 minutes of arriving! We must also give a shout-out to the manager, Robin. They both were so friendly and cheerful which made our visit that much more pleasurable. While there, we also looked at mattresses, and again Ruby was well-versed on all the differences of the models on display. When we’re ready, we are definitely returning to Ashley (and Ruby) for a new King mattress.

I just bought a home and needed to fully furnish it. Ashley’s was the most affordable and had the best selection of home decor and furniture. I don’t remember exactly the name of the woman that helped us but I think her name was Casey. She was absolutely amazing super sweet and made my furniture shopping experience fun and exciting. Everything was very clean and has a super welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

Would be nice if all retailers would realize the value that Baby Boomers give their stores. We still have control over a great deal of the wealth floating around, and it would behoove Ashley and other like minded businesses to HIRE folks who relate to we Boomers. Seems like all that's left to wait on us are Millennials', very few Gen Z, and hardly any other Boomers.
Karon was a big help. We were looking for a small white dresser, although they didn't have one in the store that would fit our area Karen showed us one online we could check out. I did find an open storage unit and she checked us out quickly. It should be here next week, I can't wait to put it together.
Sales person and manager very helpful. We shopped locally and then ordered everything over the phone and set delivery for our new home in a different state. A few hiccups with the online link to pay, but the manager was very patient and worked through the problem. Would recommend this store.

The Employees at this store are very Pushy & down right Rude. Be prepared to have someone hound over you while you are browsing. I recommend going elsewhere as I'm sure you will be treated better.DB responded to my Review but made it so I couldn't Reply to their Reply. Of course they did & told me to Email them. I will not say what I have to say in a Email. That is a Good way for them to try to Cover for the way they treat Customers. I will say what I need to in a Review as I did above. That way the Public can be made aware How a person is Treated at this Store.

Delivery issues…Make sure you ask if they will take your old mattress away. They did not disclose that if old mattress has any stains they wouldn’t remove!! Local store said there was nothing they could do.

The Ashley store in Inverness is clean, organized and presents a good sampling of their furniture offerings. For items not in the store, there is a convenient and detailed online description, or you can choose to travel to a store that has your item in stock for viewing. We dealt with Kim and Karen and both ladies were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We're looking forward to delivery of our furniture.
Bought a couch from this location with a warranty & cleaning “perk”. When it came time for them to clean the couch, they dragged their feet & refused to honor the policy. To shut us up, they provided $300 worth of gift cards on a future purchase. We came in today to utilize those gift cards and the manager said they won’t honor them because it was over 12 months ago. They NEVER provided us with an expiration date. Had they provided an expiration date, I would have used the gift cards within the time frame. Shady & unprofessional to not honor the gift cards that they provided for not honoring their own policies in the first place. Would not recommend this place unless you want to pay for things that they’ll find a loophole on so they don’t have to honor their own policies. The manager just stated that she’s done her “due diligence” by checking the notes, but admitted that there was no expiration date provided to us, or in the notes. Awful customer service & untrustworthy policies.

We have been buying our furniture from Ashley for many years in multiple states. We recently moved into a furnished house that had a dining room table that was way too big. We went to our local Ashley store to see what we could find, We found the perfect table, a round table with a single extension that allows 4 to 6 to sig comfortably. The entire staff at Ashley treated us like friends. We placed our order on a Saturday and the table and chairs were delivered on Wednesday. The furniture was unpacked and assembled quickly and efficiently. No damage to the new furniture or anything else. We enjoyed the experience from Start to Finish.

Bought swivel chair for $500. Only 1 girl was working while 3 others sat at computers. Had to wait for the one working the floor. Pricey. I thought $99 was a little high for delivery fee. Delivery people would not move my original chair to another room. Hopefully will get a few good years out of it.

We had a store credit for defective sofas so we went in to choose replacements. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful even though we were not spending any money - just using store credits. Casey was our salesperson and we couldn't have asked for a more personable individual. Even though we dealt mainly with Casey, everyone in the store was great! I would definitely recommend this store when buying furniture.

My review for this store I would said I'm so disappointed at all with everything. The furniture I have buy from here all has been so bad quality. I think if I buy on IKEA they have better quality. customer service worse. They get away saying your one year warranty. If I buy something it was worth a lot money I expect the product would be good for long time and worthless. and not to braking in less in a year . Who ever want to buy any furniture I would NOT REALLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE NEVER SO DISAPPOINTED WASTE OF MY MONEY.

She he was very pleasant and asked us a lot of questions so she knew exactly what we were looking for. She showed us several sets and was very informative when we asked questions. She was patient and took her time with us. Apparently, Ruby was new, we never would’ve guessed, so she did have to get her manager, Robin, to help at times and she was great too! In fact, they all seem like a great group and we enjoyed talking with Kim as well! We are excited to receive our furniture In an in a couple of weeks and we highly recommend this store in Inverness!
The sales person was very helpful she also backed off and let me take my time and let me ask about 10,000 questions and go back and forth between things I had looked at to clarify what I couldn't remember because I was trying to decide between a few different combinations. Ruby was great. She didn’t hover over my husband and I but when I needed to ask her a question, she was close by so I didn’t have to search her out. We took pictures of the rugs so that we could look at them almost side by side. She provided information regarding the rugs and sofas that we were comparing. The sales associate guided us through the flexibility of purchasing through Ashley and the easy payment options. Everything is being delivered and assembled in 5 days of purchase. Couldn’t be happier.
I went in to look at a couple of particular pieces of furniture. The sales girl couldn't get her iPad to work because of bad wifi . I was there over 20 minutes trying to get a price on premium shipping . I'll just go someplace else who is better equipped to help customers..

Awful. Bought from Ashley furniture many times before moving to FL. Went to the Inverness location a couple years ago and the staff was ignores you. Like pulling teeth to get someone to help you. That time I went home and ordered furniture for the living room and family room online. Flash forward to now, went to look at new bedroom furniture and again had difficulty not just getting help but even acknowledged by the staff sitting at the counter. Finally got someone to help and they put everything together on an order. I needed to go home that evening and make sure everything would fit with measurements and i came back the next day to pay for everything and finish the order. Both the sales girl and manager that i had talked to the night before were there along with two other employees that worked the previous day. Guess what? Same thing happened. Not only did I not get someone greet or acknowledge me as I'm standing in front of them but when i did get the same sales girl and manager to help me, they didn't remember me or knew that we were working on an order. Keep in mind, both times the store had very few customers in it and also the mattress that i purchased was the most expensive in the store so to not remember someone that you saw less than 24 hours previously who was dropping $8k on one bedroom set just makes a customer feel not very valued. I like Ashley Furniture but this location needs a complete staffing overhaul. How hard is it to say "hi, is there something i can help you with?"

THE WORST FURNITURE COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY! If I could leave 0 or negative stars I WOULD. Ikea has better quality.I was sold a completely defective mattress, the mattress foam on top has collapsed leading to SEVERE indentations in the mattress which make for TERRIBLE sleep. It's a hybrid mattress (springs on bottom, foam on top) and the foam has completely sunken in. I know that some sinking in is normal but these are 3-4 inch indents of where I sleep (and I'm only 140 pounds). I've purchased the "warranty" (which is a complete scam btw, NEVER BUY THE WARRANTY) and the salesperson LIED straight through their teeth when selling it to me saying anything and everything was covered, just call and explain and they will either repair, or replace an item, easy as that...WRONG!I contacted Ashley in June and explained what was going on with the mattress, I sent pictures of the indents. After being ignored for about a month, I finally got a call to schedule a technician to come and view the mattress. The technician was very polite, measured the indents on the mattress and CONFIRMED with me that these idents were NOT NORMAL behavior for a mattress and that it looked to be defective and that the foam top had collapsed. About a week later I get a message that we have a delivery coming. I'm so excited! The delivery shows up and they attempted to deliver ONE TWIN SIZE BOX SPRING (it's a king size mattress so we have 2 twin box springs) like what is replacing ONE HALF of our box spring going to do when the indents are all in the foam. I'm FURIOUS at this point. I refuse delivery, I contact Ashley immediately and explain what happened. They say they would look into it. I get no communications with them for about a week.Then I get a message saying a delivery is coming! THEY TRIED TO DELIVER THE SAME TWIN SIZE BOX SPRING. THIS WILL NOT FIX THE MATTRESS FOAM ON TOP OF THE MATTRESS! Not only will Ashley sell you COMPLETE JUNK, they will scam you into a warranty that does not actually work, and then they will make you go through hell when it comes to their customer service and getting something rectified. And they will do everything in their power to actually help you and get the problem solved.Ashely should be embarrassed by their behavior. By being a family owned company, if I was the CEO I would be ASHAMED that this is how customers are being treated. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING, from Ashley again, and I advise that you should not either. Terrible quality, and terrible service. All around a HORRIBLE company. Ashley - DO BETTER!

I purchased over $10,000.00 of furniture in Nov 2022. I am having 2 issues that are clearly manufacturers defects. The extra warranty wont cover it because they state its under a year old and being a manufacturers defect the store should cover it. I called the store and the agent states she is opening a claim and I will receive an email to which I am to send pictures. Within mins I received an email stating "This is Ashley Furniture reaching out regarding your last technician visit. "Unfortunately, we do not cover damage or stain claims caused by use of the product. The Ashley warranty would only cover manufacture defect claims."What visit??? I just filed a claim minutes prior! No one could have possibly been here to inspect the furniture unless it was "The Flash" and I missed him!I immediately called customer svc number to obtain corporates number and they stated they do not have it. I called two Ashley Furniture Store locations and neither of them would provide me the corporate number. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE unless you enjoy wasting your money.

DON'T DO IT!Bed arrived with incorrect height bed spring - the bed when set up had a height of 35 inches - need to be an high jumper to get into bed. Reported the issue more than 2 weeks ago, and despite promises, still waiting for a resolution. Once the sale is done you are on your own. The "customer service" department is a joke. I was requested to "write a report" for which they will "open a case" as though I am a criminal. I was asked to send 10 pics - did this. NOTHING heard again despite 2 repeat transmissions of the report and pic attachments. Still waiting...I will never shop at Ashley again and cannot tell you where to shop but can say: DON'T BUY AT ASHLEY AND EXPECT AFTER SALES SERVICE - DOES NOT EXIST.

Absolutely the worst store to ever deal with. We ordered several pieces of furniture to include a bookshelf. When it arrived, they had no hardware to put the bookshelf together, and I was told they would be back later that day, they eventually came back two weeks later. When they arrived, they tracked mud all over our brand new house and the hardware they brought didn't fit. When they delivered the couches, one of the men cut his finger and bled on our new couches. When you try calling the store, nobody ever answers. I had an issue with my new couch that needed to be fixed, they were supposed to show up during a given window and when they were past that window, I tried calling, and I was disconnected every time. I will never go to this furniture store again. The headaches are not worth it. The one bright spot is the tech that does come out is really nice and professional.
Don’t ask for Josh, worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, furniture didn’t fit, he slapped on the warranty without asking, and wouldn’t return my calls for 6 days before the furniture arrived. Delivery team knocked over an expensive piece of art upon delivery. Seemed rushed and won’t take your old couch like Rooms to Go. Even spoke with store manager, no help. Buyers beware!!!

However the lift chair I bought my mom doesn't work they won't bring a new chair we have to wait for a repair man to try and fix the chair even though it never worked.if a product doesn't work when delivered they should send a new one that actually works as it should.

I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. The manager should be replaced by someone who actually cares and does not lie. We bought a bed from Ashley it came 3 hour late at 10:30 at night to be exact. No one called to let us know of the delay. I was the one who tried to find out if my merchandise was coming. The store closed and so did the warehouse so after awhile I had no one to call. The set up was half done. They did not pick up my old mattress as promised. I had to pay someone to haul it off. They promised reimbursement of my delivery plus $50 for the mattress haul and money taken off for my inconvenience. Well I got some money back but not what was promised. When trying to contact the manager she was never available. She had one of her puppets call me. Called corporate over the situation and what was promised was never delivered. Managers attitude was terrible. Would not recommend this store to anyone. I will never go back.

They wanted to exchange my sectional for something of lesser value and also did not tell me they were picking up my old broken sectional so therefore I did not receive the new set I picked out due to lack of cummincation on there end they are not professional at all we lost 2 grand out of these people and will not ever buy from them again

the sales rep from the store was great steve . On my delivery the table came damaged and missing parts. Two chairs were damaged and cracked. I was told immediately from the delivery team representative that they would come later today or tomorrow. I followed up the same day to find out my status and was told again by a lady named Jami that all was good. Next day came. No one showed. I called and they pushed me out 4days. This is unacceptable. If my new stuff comes damaged, I'm done with this company for ever.

These are not honest people. We had an issue with our leather sofa. They sent 2 technicians out who both said it's a design flaw and we should return it. The local store said it was a "corporate" issue. Corporate then said they had no record of sending out techs. We wasted numerous hours trying to resolve this. Just know that if you have any issues, even if confirmed by their employees, they will not stand behind their product. These are not good people. Avoid my mistake and buy elsewhere.

We purchased a considerable amount of furniture for our new home back in February/March/April. The staff at the local store in Inverness were very nice and professional. Our furniture was delivered in stages just prior to our new home being completed. We have had NUMEROUS repairs to most of the items, especially the Larkinhurst couch (which is now fine) and the matching rocker recliners. We have had the repair technician (Paul) come out 4 times to address the issue with the chair that has already had the mechanism replaced but is still not right. There are staples that stick out on both sides of the cushion and arm areas that have already torn open a relatives skin and caused bleeding. Despite Paul stating the "there is definitely something wrong with it but I just can't see where and it's not up to me", we have had no luck in dealing with Ashley Furniture for a replacement. When I questioned the Customer Service personnel about this, I was told that they would only replace an item within the 72 hour window after delivery and as far as they can see "it meets their manufacturing standards." The chair is under the extended warranty but that is quite a joke to even purchase since it does not cover a manufacturing issue. Ashley will not stand behind it's product so we are now stuck with a chair that still has tags on it and no one will sit in. (It's like sitting on metal and wood and the sound it makes when you move is horrible....) I will not purchase anything else from Ashley Furniture and neither will my family and most of our friends. (Word of mouth is strong.) Once our balance is paid off with them, we are closing the account. The chairs unfortunately are being given away and replaced with something that is manufactured better and from a company who stands behind their products.

Waited weeks for delivery and installation. Boxes were missing the hardware so they were unable to install. Waited more weeks for another appointment today and still no hardware was brought. Installer said it was mailed. Now it will be weeks again.... Worst service ever!!#
I purchased a high priced mattress on Sunday. Was told by the Salesman, John that the price was regularly $5129 but for 4th of July special discount "Only" $4629 but we will give you another $300 off. Then I asked if they would make a deal to combine the mattress with a set of outdoor furniture which had a retail price of $1400. I offered them $1000 plus the $4300 for the mattress. Equals $5300 plus tax and shipping. The store agreed but then John said he couldn't lower the price of the mattress but he would reduce the Shipping cost from $499 to $99 saving me $400. When I discussed shipping with him earlier he said it was $100, now it moved up to $500 but they are going to give me a "deal" and reduce it to $100. Ten minutes later he changed his story saying that the Shipping cost were $399 and reducing it to $100 saved me the $300. They played me as the final bill came to $6,368 including $360 of sales tax. So, $4600 mattress plus $1400 outdoor furniture equals $6000 plus tax of $360 = $6,360 does not equal $4300 plus $1000 plus $100 delivery plus tax of $342 equals $5,742 which is $626 less than the $6368 that they charged me.

Went here to shop and buy local, looking for a Purple mattress, saw and see what I liked and bought it from them, was promised for mattress removal but they did not remove due to a few stain from a 13y old mattress, were they expecting a prestine condition mattress?, I should've bought it straight from Purple, last time I buy from this establishment.
Purchased bedroom furniture and kitchen table. Delivered damaged. The store takes no responsibility once you pay. Everything is jobbed out so you must track down delivery, repair, stay home for evaluations, consistently call to keep them on track it’s just a mess. From October until June we are still trying to keep them accountable for damaged table top which has chipped and is bubbling up. Be advised, drive by Ashley Furniture!

Ordered a couch after trying it out in store. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be. I like it when businesses do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it.
I had numerous problems with this store and the people that work there are VERY rude and unhelpful!! Order took weeks to get and was told we had prime or premium delivery that was suppose to include set up.. They came with "20" boxes dropped it and left. I will never shop here again or recommend them to ANYONE.

We ordered furniture in January. Never received a phone call. We finally contacted them to find out the furniture was not available. Now I have been fighting to get a refund. I pay with a debit card and they’re keeping my money. Asking for a letter from the bank that the bank will not give us it’s ridiculous. Spent two hours on the phone with the bank to even get a letter stating what they’re asking for but they will not provide it. It’s a scam to keep your money in their account. Do not buy from this place .
I can’t stress hard enough the difficulty and aggravation the store has created for me. I ordered my furniture in January 2022 they told me it would be ready second or third week of February. Come March I give them a call and they informed me that the furniture will not be available until much later date where I will not even be in the state. They said someone should’ve called me. Now I have no kitchen table for the house I am putting on the market. But the worst part is they won’t refund me my money. Due to the credit card having fraud two days after being at their store . So I had to wait for a new card and they still won’t credit me my money. It was a debit card also. They asked me for a letter from the bank but the bank will not provide the type of letter they are asking me for. Spent two or three hours on the phone with the bank they tell me they only have auto generated letters they can send. We provided the new card attached to the bank letterhead but that’s not good enough. They’re like accusing me of stealing trying to steal they have a name from the original purchase and we have IDs to show them but still aggravation no refund. Stressing me out

Casey at the Inverness, FL location was awesome! It was New Years Day I arrived right at opening. Casey was all smiles and helpful from the start. She pointed me in the right direction, was attentive when I needed her. Casey took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me pick out a beautiful bedroom set that fit my needs. Casey made my experience wonderful even with my two youngest with me.
Worst service and experience I am having Purchase a bed have a factory default, it took at one week and a half so customer service to respond. I have to make an appointment for a technician to come out and check the bed no show so now we have to wait two more weeks for them to come out and check the bedThey can send a new or do any returns with a Technician seen the bed first and decide.I would never ever ever shop at there

What a great experience we had. The one we wanted was on back order till after the holidays and Steve helped us find one almost similar that would be delivered before Christmas. We got a great deal and we are very excited to get new furniture. We got the 5 year protection plan and I believe it will be worth it. Couldn’t be happier for the Great service we got at the team at Ashley home store in Inverness.

My husband & I were there a few days ago, looking for a TV stand & some end tables. We found Steve to be rude & insulting, when he looked us over, down his nose, & just assumed we had a very small TV. When we told him we just bought a 65" TV, he said they didn't have any to fit that size, but he'd check the catalogue, while we browsed, & he'd get back to us. Steve didn't direct us to any end tables (or even ask what we had in mind) or offer any further assistance. We slowly perused the entire store. None of the other sales associates offered help. Steve had completrly disappeared - we never even saw him, again. I would recommend nobody waste even a moment of their valuable time in this store!

I’m surprised to see so many good reviews for the Inverness Store. While Steve was a good salesperson the store customer service is under par. I’ve emailed and called countless times to get a refund for the fireplace insert delivered to my home 2 times that was the wrong size. Brittany the customer service manager has not been successful getting my refund for over 3 months. Lots of blame placed on Corporate but no responsibility taken by the Inverness store. No follow up to my many calls and promises “you’ll get your refund in 7-10 days.” I do not recommend the Inverness store. I like my furniture but I’ll skip this store. If you pay attention to reviews Inverness Ashley give me a call to resolve.
I found what I wanted on Ashley's website. I looked around at some other furniture stores and could not find anything like what Ashley carried for the anything near the same great price. I went into my local Ashley store and Billie helped me. I showed her what I wanted to purchase and quickly and efficiently she made it happen. Looking forward to delivery.

I have been speaking to Steve on the phone regarding some furniture pieces I was looking for and he was extremely helpful. Some of the pieces were on back order so we arranged to get what I could within a couple days and he told me when the other pieces would be available. I have always been happy with Ashley and have bought furniture from them before, even recently bought a sectional and will continue to purchase from them again.

Our purchasing experience was great. The sales staff was very helpful without being pushy. However, that is where the good experience ended. Immediately after our furniture was delivered, we discovered that a chair was damaged (this may have occurred when they rolled it off the truck and it fell to the pavement). We have been trying to resolve this for well over a week now. We have called multiple times and even went back to the store. We have wasted hours on trying to get a resolution - we want a new chair. If they offer you the insurance, don't bother, it is evidently worthless.
Steve was the best! He helped me find the perfect couch after all do the sleeper sectionals were out of stock! We did this all over the phone and was even able to honor free shipping! I’m so grateful for this experience. I work in the credit card industry and have had to dispute multiple furniture companies for providing a poor experience or not delivering furniture, but I will definitely be going back to Ashley in Inverness for all of my future furniture needs!

Stopped in on a whim after a rather disappointing experience with a competitor, as I am furnishing an Airbnb. Billie was the epitome of my favorite kind of salesperson: not pushy, worked hard to find the three beds I needed at a reasonable price, friendly, understanding of my needs. Rather than do a lot of comparison shopping to maybe save a little, I bought all three beds with mattresses on the spot. While the beds will not be delivered for 4 weeks, so I cannot vouch for their quality, I would recommend Ashley and Billie Faber.
Ashley Homestore is a complete garbage company. Nearly everything I purchased was damaged. The rest was poorly built. Everyone in their customer service department should be FIRED. I will NEVER return.

I will NEVER buy from Ashley again. I had a living room set when it was delivered was clearly dark brown, I ordered Saddle. The reasoning was the showroom lighting. Happens all the time they say. Then fix the lighting. The dining set was not the right wood, but by that time I was just tired of arguing about it, so I kept it. Then I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with customer service when the wood on my coffee and end table shrank and split. Customer service dropped the ball. I sent pictures and contacted them 3 months prior to moving. The story was if you move from the delivery address it's not covered. Does that even make sense ? Needless to say after all the aggravation I will never buy Ashley again. In addition I have shared that story with many of my friends and even some people I didn't know. This was the Ashley store in Richmond VA but their policy is I'm sure the same everywhere and customer service most likely as well. The last email I sent to customer service never even got a response. Way to go Ashley, you need to step up and back your.products.
The service at the store was amazing ,they were not pushy at all. They let you shop at your leisure ,that is how I like to shop.Loved it! The salesman made the purchase very quick and easy ,but still waiting on delivery to be fulfilled.Will update later.
Terrible terrible customer service . This company lies to you and says Anything to close a sale ! Doesn't matter that your furniture is delivered for 150$/ 200$ cost to the consumer. They will deliver it even if its broken, scratched or isn't even ASSEMBLED when they say repeatedly it will be , and then you ask again and they lie to your face and say it will be assembled. They leave your furniture out in the rain next to your garage and don't bother letting you know it's been delivered days BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE . Please Do not for your sake and sanity trust these sales people or company. Period the end .
The purchase of my sofa was pleasurable and relatively simple. I paid extra for delivery and set up. BEFORE agreeing to pay the extra money for home delivery.. I specifically asked my salesperson if delivery after 5:00 p.m. during the week was possible as I work full time during the week. My salesperson assured me that delivery AFTER 5:00 p.m. is no problem.. they do it all the time. A few days later I found out that the delivery people COULDN'T GUARANTEE what time they were going to deliver my furniture , they could only Guarantee the date of delivery. After trying to reach my local Ashley Home Store where I purchased the sofa for hours.. I was unsuccessful trying to talk to a live person either at the local store OR at the Customer Service number. It takes hours to get to talk to a live person with this company. Finally after being on hold for over 30 minutes and being transferred from person to person.. I was able to talk to a person at my local store where the sofa was purchased. Ultimately, the answer from Ashley Furniture was that even though I paid extra for delivery and set up BASED ON BAD INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A EMPLOYEE OF ASHLEY FURNITURE, I was out of luck ! It was their way or no way ! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR DELIVERY ! This was a horrible experience. I know that sometimes things get messed up.. but this was a blatant lie or a uninformed salesperson. Either way.. I the customer got the shaft in the end. Customer Service is way at the bottom of the list of priorities with this company ! I will NEVER buy from them again

Awful experience. After we got our furniture. We bought a leather sectional that does NOT stay together, one end was on back order, told I would get it in 4-6 weeks. Bought the couch in February and still haven't seen it. The bolts on the end of the couch cut up my kids ankle and she even fell between the couch because it won't stay together. I didn't want my money back just another couch and they are honestly horrible at trying to make a customer happy. Period. Even sent out a tech, he said it won't stay together its more of a unused living room couch not an everyday sit on couch and told me there's nothing he could do.... awful.
The staff was friendly but their return policy is close to fraudulent. They arrange for delivery and set up of a bed. The bed frame bent upon an adult sitting upon the bed. They have refused to refund this item. Keep in mind that it was put together by Ashley HomeStore, not the buyers. Take advantage of their mattress prices & availability, but do not depend on them to do the right thing in regards to service.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! Worst customer service!!! We received our recliners January 25, 2020. We bought the furniture protection for $199. I contacted Ashley furniture 1/22/2021 before the year was up about the chair leaning to the right and basically falling apart. They sent a service tech out to assess. Then another tech came out and replaced the base. We told her right then and there the chair was still leaning. Unbelievable wait times on hold! Finally stopped in the store and they told me to contact the furniture protection folk GBS. Unbelievable wait times so I filed a claim on line with pictures! After holding this morning for another half hour to check claim status, they advised me it had been more than 30 days so it wasn’t covered! They felt they could send a service tech but it would be an additional cost!!! Someone here is responsible for this!! My husband is disabled and has herniated discs in his back. The pain has been made worse by this chair!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a recliner 6 months ago from Ashley Furniture with the 5 year warranty protection plan. The chair starts to lean to the right. They sent a repair man to inspect and he tells us that the delivery guy must have dropped it at some time during delivery. He orders the part to fix and says when it comes to my home to call customer service and they will set up delivery. Part comes I set up appointment for repair, guy comes wrong part. We reorder part same thing wait for part call customer service set up appointment. When the repair guy replaced the part the chair still looks like it leaned to the right. Repair guy agreed and called it a failed repair and he sees no reason why they would not replace the chair because one of the screws is a quarter of an inch off so that is what is causing it to lean to the right. Ricardo Lopez called us the next day and asked if we are looking to replace the chair. I said of course I am I’ve only had the chair less than 6 months and it’s starting to fall apart. Ricardo Lopez said that because the chair still works it cannot be replaced. So my takeaway is their warranty protection plan is a scam. Their furniture is sub par at best. Their customer service is extremely horrible. I really wish I had read the customer reviews before purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture.
first of all I wouldn't recommend Ashley's in Inverness we purchased a dining room table and 4 chairs and November of last year when it was delivered the table had a damaged part on the corner of the table what is damaged all for cheers when you set and them you feel like you're sitting in a hole we have gone to the store 6 to 7 times and still nothing has been solved all we hear is we'll get it straightened out we'll get it straightened out well as you know it is February 12th 2021 and so far we have no good response for any good efforts to replace the damaged Furniture so if I was you guys don't waste your money because they're not going to guarantee their product so good luck

Bought a loveseat recliners the salesman was wonderful he’s no longer there. But...didn’t receive it for 2 months it wasn’t put together right came finally to fix it said it was ok of course it’s not. The one chair has come I sewn and finally after 3 weeks of calling finally got someone out here said oh just need a new cushion sent one the wrong one and said it wasn’t sitting right needed to order us a new one. That was 3 weeks ago. Called finally got an answer said we couldn’t get a new one till April 29th. But was going to try to get it sooner still haven’t heard from them. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! N E V E R!!

I purchased a pair of recliners from Ashley in Feb. 2018. Our salesman was great, but no longer works there. When we purhased the recliners, we also purchased a warranty for them. A few months later a pull cord broke that releases the foot rest. I called the warranty company and they came out and repaired it. It didn't take long before the pull cord broke again and was repaired a second time. The repair was not professionally done and the chair was not reassembled correctly. (See attached photo right arm rest.) When the pull cord broke for the 3rd time, I contacted Ashly for help. Its very difficult to communicate with them. They did send someone out to tell me that they cannot help me and that I needed to contact the warranty company again. After waiting for weeks, the warranty company said that they can longer get the replacement part from Ashley. Therefore, they were going to give me a credit on only one recliner of the pair. So rather than buying two new recliners, I put the credit toward a bedroom set. The delivery date was postponed because some of the furniture was back ordered. I asked Ashley to make sure the delivery people wore face coverings due to my daughter being a cancer patient. When the furniture finally arrived, the delivery men could not speak very good English, which I'm fine with, but they wore bandanas instead of masks and one was singing while walking in the house. When they got done they asked me to inspect the furniture while he kept yelling "good hey, good, beautiful hey." I signed the paper and they left. I opened about three or four drawers and the dresser tipped over so I had to order a bracket to attach it to the wall so no one got hurt. A week later my daughter noticed that one of the side rails were damaged on the bottom left side. The sides are made of laminated particle board. The furniture is very cheaply made. I've been a customer for years and I thought their furniture was made here in the USA. I'm done with Ashley.

The in store selection was kind of lacking. We couldn't find anything we liked at all. We would have to have picked from online selections, but we couldn't test the comfiness that way. This was not a store for us unfortunately.
Livid, lied about delivery dates... cant get a straight answer on when its going to be delivered. I was promised 11/23 and I get home and the delivery system is showing after Xmas! This has ruined my plans with family as my new home is empty with no furniture. Buy online.
This dresser (well, the whole bedroom set) is complete garbage. The dresser drawer broke by me putting shirts in it. I can't even begin to say how big of a pain it was to get it all delivered. The running boards, dresser, mattress (which is the worst mattress I've ever had), head/foot board all came separately. Even after I paid for the "hassle-free" delivery. Not to mention, I received two nominations that it was being delivered and it never showed up. I had to take multiple days off to sit and wait for the deliveries and even with paying extra for them to take the packing material with them, they left it in my room. I tried calling "customer service" over 20 times to try and find out where the deliveries were and I was hung up on over a dozen times and transferred even more. Finally, I reached a CSR that "said" she'd email her boss and someone would get in contact with me...which never happened. This is the worst furniture company I've ever seen. To think that I decided not to go with IKEA because I wanted "nicer" stuff, that I would have for a while, this was a big mistake. On top of it all, when you order online they charge your card, when they ship it they charge your card again and then it takes 2-4 days for them to credit your card back for the first charge. I'm VERY glad I didn't go ahead and buy furniture for my whole house (like my wife told me to) because it's complete crap. Save your money and hassles and go to IKEA, at least with them...you know what you're going to get.
Ashley Homestore has terrible communication skills with there customers! I purchased a bed and foundation and was told a date for delivery then after I purchased then was told delivery would be pushed out until Dec so I canceled and I told them I can’t wait that long that I need a bed now that I’m sleeping on a recliner so they told me to come to the store and they would upgrade my order for the same price as the first original order, So o did that and at that time they told me my delivery would be Nov 6 and that’s today and I called to check in and see around what time my delivery was for today and I took off work to be here for them. Come to find out they just told me that it has been pushed out until Nov 15 it’s now on back order and I never got a call telling me that. They say in there notes that someone has called and left me a vmail well that never happened either!! Now this is the second chance I gave them and I am done with Ashley Furniture that I canceled my order completely!!! They have horrible horrible communication skills! So unprofessional! I would never ever recommend them to anybody. Your better off going to a real furniture store, not a knock off like this one!!!! Never again!!!!
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a mattress for delivery early in October. I was promised it was &"in the warehouse and available for delivery in days&". (YES, I have learned to ask this before any purchase with Ashley) Of course within 48 hours I get notified it won&'t be until November which I just let go and waited. For two weeks they have blown my phone up with the automated system promising me that 11/5 delivery in fact I received two notifications of delivery today saying 11/5 was my magical day.Then suddenly that fated third call saying oh just kidding now we have to push you out to the middle of December. Of course now I&'m heated so I start making calls and let&'s just say I need another review to discuss how horrible that process was.. But in the end I speak with a live customer service agent who said sorry for the mis-information we don&'t have your mattress and you have two choices:1. open a case giving the warehouse supervisor 4 days to call you... but he will probably just tell you the same thing I just did2. Go back to the store and request a refundI have been an Ashley Shopper for years and frankly they have always failed at on time delivery and customer service follow up after a purchase (not quite this bad in the past) but this time I&'m feeling like I am going to be &"THAT LADY&" everyone is looking at in the store when I show up to go over this current situation with the salesperson.. Get it together Ashley don&'t train your salespeople to sale at any cost even lying about availability, and please look at your customer service systems overall process because it is the WORST.
This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been calling since Monday, left multiple messages, and have yet to receive ANY response. I was told by the delivery team today that a part of my order was on backorder and they have no idea when I will receive it. This is unacceptable as I NEVER received a call or notice from Ashley Furniture informing me of this delay. This is the second disastrous order/delivery I've had with this company. This is unacceptable and awful customer service for a customer who has spent over $10k in your store. I need this resolved immediately. To add insult to injury, I was also just informed that the artwork I ordered in store along with my furniture is no where to be found and no one knows if or when I will receive it. I will never purchase from this company again, and expect a full refund.
They lied about the furniture being real wood, it's not. It's pressed wood that can NOT be buffed, stained, or cleaned! They have lied to me on delivery dates for months. Finally got promised I was the first on the list for a new date & it didn't come again. RIP OFF!! They won't stop saying sorry & I'm just out a matching set I paid for or have to take the last used option that was on display 😡 Scam

First, I want to say that I never give bad reviews. I mean never! I believe that businesses can have good days and bad. Mistakes can be made, we’re only human. So, I can forgive minor mistakes. However, my recent experience with Ashley Furniture will be my last with that company. I purchased a couch and 2 outdoor chairs in June for a new house that I moved into. We had no furniture at the time and I eagerly awaited the delivery. The chairs arrived on schedule. The couch didn’t come when it was supposed to. I waited a day or 2 thinking that it was running behind due to Covid or something like that. No couch, no phone call, nothing. So, my husband and I went to the store to inquire about the couch and it turns out that the salesman never ordered it. I was then told I’d have to wait another 2 weeks. Mind you, we had been sitting in camping chairs for 3 weeks. But, ok. I agreed. We got our couch almost a month after we purchased it. About 6 weeks ago, one of the outdoor chairs broke. The metal ring at the base just gave out. I’m no heifer. This was not caused by over use or misuse. I just sat in it one day and went to the ground. So, we went back to the store. The chairs were still under a manufacturer’s warranty, luckily. Brittany at the Inverness store helped get a claim started and she said someone would call me within a week. No one called. So, I got the number and called the warranty department. The recording said that they had an unusually high call volume and to leave a message and someone would return my call within 24 to 48 hours. So, about 48 hours later a fellow named Damian called. He scheduled a service visit. Damian and Brittany earned the one star in this review, by the way. The service visit was on September 9th. The gentleman ordered the parts to fix the chair and informed me that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive them. So, we waited. After 20 days I called and left another message. No return call after 48 hours. 3 days ago I left another message. No return call. Today I went to the store and spoke to Brittany. She couldn’t give me any answers. She couldn’t call anyone to see what the hold up was, because the have no direct contact with their warehouse. Can you believe that? She said she would send an email. After all of that I still have a broken chair and no resolution. Moral of the story... don’t shop at Ashley Furniture.
So..needless to say we won't be coming back here. We purchased a leather sofa and recliner about a year ago and we are very disappointed. 1st. The couch was delivered so disfigured we could not sit on it. It took over a month for the " service dept" to repair and they eventually did. Now our recliner is falling apart. The leather on left armrest is splitting in 3 places, so we call and schedule the" warranty dept" in which we paid a few hundred dollars for to come and tell us they won't warranty because we have a oily hand? Is there such a thing as just a left oily hand? I felt insulted and sure the response was a typical BS line used to fool those who will buy it. Ashley sends a representative with No ID, no uniform, and no decals on their vehicle and the finger pointing between the store and the " extended warranty " is mainly lip service. Buyer beware. They don't even deserve 1 star. We ordered and paid for a sofa and chair and audub. We just moved here from Idaho, so we have no living room furniture, using patio furniture. They called saying delivery would be on September 10th. They called the 9th saying it's on backorder. Wouldn't be delivered till September 22. They called yesterday the 21 saying it would be delivered between 1:30 - 4:30. They called morning at 6 am saying everything is on backorder and said no one called us yesterday to sit up delivery. heading to Inverness to get our money back and cancel order I don't deal with people who call me liars. BAD BUSINESS!!!
If you need furniture go to Ashley furniture in Inverness and ask for Stephen! Great experience. And when we had issues with our delivery date they handled everything perfectly and got our furniture scheduled to come a whole month sooner. We have no living room furniture, nothing to sit on. So when we heard that our couch wouldn't be coming until November we wanted a refund. We were so pleased with how the staff handled our situation we bought more furniture! We’ll probably be going back for more in the near future.
The store is adequately staffed and the employees have great attitudes and willing to assist you. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Now 3 weeks later we call again and now it’s on back order they don’t know what happen. We call them and they can’t do nothing , but cancel the order and after more month of waiting. I have ordered furniture from Ashley Homestore in Inverness before but I will not do so anymore. I called the store and placed my order over the phone. The lady told me it was free shipping. They delivered it yesterday and just dropped it off in boxes. First time ever they didn't put it together I was not happy, if I wanted to put furniture together I would have went to Big lots. I did call and she explained to me that because I got free shipping I had to put it together myself which was never explained to me when I first ordered it . I ordered a kitchen table that came damaged before also. I'm done with Ashley they don't seem to care once you've received your item so go somewhere else.

I really regret purchasing a couch from an Ashley furniture store and using there delivery.I was delivered an damaged couch the delivery people broke light fixture off the wall by my garage,and didn't even say that they accidentally broke it.When you call customer service takes all day to 2 weeks to get a hold of someone on the phone.They dont refund your money If you get a damaged peice of furniture,and not catch it before delivery people leave.now have to wait for a technician to look at it.If it cant be fixed they send another furniture out to you,but if they have none in the warehouse could take months.When they should just refund my money,and take the damaged couch.I will never purchase anything from another Ashley furniture store again.

Purchased an entire sectional and ottoman set two months ago and it needs a replacement. I&'ve left four messages (since they don&'t answer), emails, and no one will call back. Absolute waste of money and time on a product that&'s defective off the bat. Please go anywhere else to spend your money on furniture.
I was misled to believe that products I order would be delivered or shipped to me within a few week. Purchase date 6/25 estimated ship date 7/15. We are past the first week in August and I have yet to receive all of my items. One of those items being a crib for my 9 month old! Near impossible to get someone at the store to pick up phone, the time i did I asked that they have the GM call me, he/she never did. Customer care has hung up on me twice or just transfer me person to person. This has to have been one of my worst experiences working with a retail company period. Very poor management in this store and at home office. My advice is to stay far away!!

Would give zero stars if possible! Had couch delivered and can&'t remove one of the back rest cushions to start instead with the middle one first, then finish with the side ones! After spending mucho money on a couch you would think delivery people could set it up for you! Especially since with their experience it would take all of 5 minutes! Nope. Ashley lets you know it would be extra $ for that. So I unbox the couch and voila NO INSTRUCTIONS for proper assembly! So now I need to find a power lifter to get this end back cushion off. I&'m sure it was no accident that the assembly instructions weren&'t included. Most probably call and pay to have delivery people come back. Not me! If I can&'t fix this situation I&'m going to dump this couch at the front entrance of the store and smoke a big fat cigar while sitting on it and refuse to move until someone fixes it!
What a disaster this had been. You can not reach anyone by phone. You are sent to recording and never get a call. Ordered a table, bench and chairs. Delivery day, the bench and table only thing delivered. Now they are saying almost two months wait for the chairs. I have a table sitting here with no chairs. How inefficient is that? The bench delivered wasn&'t even put together correctly. It consist of only 8 screws, not a big job. I would have preferred them just drop off and me put together rather than mess it up like they did. They put 5 screws, who knows where other 3 screws went. Three out of the 5 are barely screwed in, and they stripped them so you can&'t properly fix it. How is that for professional set up and installation? I Have been calling the entire week (and chat) got one phone call back, out of my many messages and the agent disconnected when trying to get me over to someone &"who can help.&" Do not order from them, they do not have it together at all.
‼️ATTENTION‼️ It’s time for a RANT 😡 Ashley Furniture is THE. ABSOLUTE. WORST. COMPANY. To deal with. We ordered NEW Furniture in MAY! It is now July and we have yet to receive what we payed for (NEW FURNITURE). We originally were sent the sets we ordered, they came damaged w/repaired. Ashely Furniture gave us the run-around and took THREE WEEKS to contact us to make a correction. We called every day for three weeks, no return phone call!! So I called the credit company I used to dispute the charges and wouldn’t you know, two days later we get a call! A week after that call we finally got a second shipment sent, that also came damaged w/repaired areas. Today we received a THIRD shipment, and you can guess where this is going.. the pieces were damaged w/repairs on them. When you ORDER NEW, you should receive NEW.. not repaired pieces!! I would have had the original sets refused/& taken back but the delivery guys just up and left! How wonderful, right!?? So we were stuck with messed up furniture! And here’s the kicker... NO DISCOUNT for their mistakes! No returns! UNREAL! So now we are waiting on the FOURTH replacement sets!! I ordered my couch a month ago online and schedule to delivery and my couch never showed up never got informed that my couches on backwarder I took off work and everything and waited all day for my couch and it never showed up and no one ever contacted me never buying anything from this place
So update to my post below, so my furniture was delivered late as I expected by 4 days, the deliver crew stated my furniture almost didn&'t even make it on the truck and was going to be pushed out again, but they made it happen. While the delivery crew were taking things off the truck they complained that they had to use the freight elevator, they stated it was too far...not sure if they know was a freight elevator means, but it is used for things just like this. I didn&'t pay any mind to them at this point. They took about an hour to bring put my bed and entertainment center and I had to move three other pieces from their truck myself because they made it so awkward with all of the complaining. I did let Ashley Furniture know and they did not apologize, just let me know they will send an email to the company.I also paid for assembly and delivery...well my furniture was damaged and not assembled correctly. It looks like I bought my furniture at the flea market and at this point it might have been a better option. So once again I tried to call and no one answered, like usual, so I drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back (this was my third trip to the store), for them to tell me to send the pictures via text and they will follow up with me...that was over three weeks ago at this point...still have not heard back from them. Here we are 6.30.20 and my couch was finally being delivered, no didn&'t think so...I got a call at 6:50pm the evening before to tell me that my ottoman was being delivered but my couch would be delivered sometime this week...they are lucky I actually missed the call and received a VM...so I took time off of work today (I&'m working from home) to have this delivered with a window of 11:15pm - 3:15pm, which is ridiculous in itself to find out that I am only getting an ottoman today and now have to take time off of work again for a TBD delivery at some point this week. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!! After you pay for your things you get no help..I would give this no stars if I could.
If I could give a zero star I would. Do not purchase from here expecting things to go smoothly. We purchased a mattress through them being very firm that we are leaving the state and need to have the mattress delivered before we leave, and if they could not do that to let us on our way to mattress firm that could have had our mattress delivered to us in our new state. The sales lady assured us it would arrive and we would have no issues. Well, that was until they called to schedule delivery and we were told that it wasn't going to make it to us. We asked if they could have it sent from the store in our new city, which would make sense since this is a large chain. Their answer? Not possible this is a franchise they don't speak with other stores. So now, we are losing money and time due to the incompetence of the sales people here. To top it off, stores in other states don't honor pricing/deals from other stores. What's the point of saying you price match as a company if you literally don't price match your own company. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO MATTRESS FIRM, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!
Do not order anything here. This location in particular (I can&'t speak on other locations). Once they have you signed and paid, they DON&'T CARE! Waiting 14 days on a refund is ridiculous! The customer service team doesn&'t care. Called and asked when the refund would process and they told me they never got a refund request?? Go somewhere else. Save yourself a headache. Read the reviews (proof is in the pudding) they don&'t have 2.5 stars for nothing.

First off I want to say my sales rep and the manager that supported me during my visit did great; however, I spent over 4 hours in the store because the technology in the building failed multiple times. Each time the sales rep put my order into the system it would reset and she would have to resubmit everything over and over again, to the point we went to 5! different kiosks to try and process my order. This seems to be a trend in the store where the technology only works sometimes. This resulted the sales rep missing out on so much business on Memorial Day, one of the busiest days for her, because she had to support me the whole time. I also paid for my furniture to be delivered and was advised I would be called two days prior to the delivery to give me a delivery window; here we are less than 24 hours away and I still have not received a call and I have been waiting from someone to pick up my call for over 30 minutes now. At this point I think I will cancel my order and just pick my furniture for a different store.

Awful customer service probably one of the worst i&'ve dealt with.They only care about the money after you pay you are done, a headboard was delivered with a damage and takes more than a month to find a solution, still not solve.Won&'t be getting anything else here and of course will cancel the line of credit they gave me.DO NOT RECOMMEND
We ordered a living room. I declined the "delivery service" as I have a truck and could pick up the furniture and save myself $400.00. The salesman, Ilya, explained that the delivery SERVICE was delivering, placement of the furniture assembly if required, "White Glove" inspection by the customer, and haul away of the old furniture. He further explained that the "White Glove" inspection is done BEFORE you sign the paperwork accepting the delivery. Once you accept the delivery and sign the papers, any problem are ours, and Ashley wouldn't take the furniture back. The delivery came, and we weren't allowed to do the "White Glove" inspection prior to signing the paperwork. The delivery drivers wouldn't remove the furniture from the truck until the paperwork was signed, and they said that once the packaging was opened, we could not return it. Complete opposite of what Ilya said. Then, they refused to remove the old furniture, saying,"Ashley salesmen do this all the time just to up the price of the sale with the cost of the delivery service. You could do a white glove inspection after we remove the packaging, but again, you're stuck with the furniture once we open it." Ilya was not the only salesperson time tell us of the delivery service. Nichelle, another salesperson on a different day talked about how it was a "win-win" to have the old furniture removed by the delivery men. I called Ilya, and his response was, "I never said that." The fact that I was going to decline their garbage,"White Glove" inspection and he took the effort to tell me that they also haul away the furniture was the ONLY reason I agreed to having it delivered. It would have cost me less than a tank of gas to pick up the furniture myself, but because I listened to a liar salesman, I'm out an extra $400.00. Trying to reach a customer service agent or manager is impossible. Cleary they do this to avoid dealing with the blatant scam they are running. We bought the furniture protection plan, too. I'm sure we will get screwed over if we ever have to call for that. Ashely furniture is a horribly run company.

I purchased a dresser (shay) in December for my son and the hardware did not fit this dresser so they order knobs well they sent me one knob 6 weeks later. they then order more knobs meanwhile we are breaking our nails to get in to this dresser I now receive 5. do they not know it needs 11 I'm still waiting for these knobs and its april... I'm super frustrated they think it's funny...I'm upset

If the stores says the delivery through UPS never accept, as if there is any damage you got to lift no matter how heavy the product is, the After sales customer service is pathetic and they treat you like shit, we have been communicating with them for such a long time and the response is mostly not satisfactory.. I definitely would have expected better but I feel for the money you spend I guess there are better places and treat you with respect and all the furniture protection plan and delivery fees etc is bull shit,. No wonder this store has such low rating..

Stay away from this store. The sales people are nice and helpful but once you pay no one will help you. The wrong furniture was delivered to us and we had to wait for a new delivery because the truck was &"full&" when they promised to deliver the correct couch. There is no manager to speak with so you wait on hold or transferred to corporate customer service and wait on hold there. They are rude in the finance and scheduling departments and basically admit it by saying &"there&'s nothing I can do&". We spent $5000 and could not even speak to a store manager. If I could rate it a &"0&" I would.

We were lied to about delivery in 3-4 days. Got email receipt that said 10-11 days. If they tell you something, get it in writing at the store before your purchase. Buyer beware. Especially here. Was told delivery between 3-7pm. At 3pm estimate time was 5-6pm. At 4pm estimate time was 7:30-8:30pm. Called the driver, and got nobody. Called the store and they know nothing. I'm disabled vet. Dad is 87 year old veteran. I'm an hour drive home with 10 year old granddaughter who needs to get to sleep before 9pm.
We just cancelled a 2 room order due to a promised delivery date that wasn't going to happen. I called to check on our order to make sure it was being delivered tomorrow. We were told someone tried to call us yesterday at 7 but couldn't tell us am or pm...needless to say there were no missed calls or any left messages. Originally, 2 weeks ago, we were told that our order would be delivered on 2/14 (even though 2/18 was on the paperwork and not to worry about it) minus a headboard, footboard, and nightstand but they would see what they could do to take from someone else's order to make ours complete. Apparently someone else did the same thing to ours because when I called we were now missing more pieces, the pieces they did have wouldn't be delivered until the 18th not the 14th as previously stated. We were on the phone with the GM of this location who let us know she could try and see if we could get the delivery Saturday but couldn't promise anything. We were also informed that your communication between stores and delivery fulfillment is via email only and they have to wait for an email back. That is absolutely ridiculous! You all lost out on an $8000 sale as we have cancelled our order. Probably saved ourselves alot of headache from what it looks like, to deal with anything else that would have come up with our furniture as we did purchase the warranty also. Because of this experience we will never purchase another Ashley product. Get it together Ashley Homestore.

Avoid At All Cost!!! I hate leaving bad reviews but Ashley Homestore customer service is just plain horrible. Ordered a kitchen table and 4 chairs. When delivered it was noted and documented that the table has 2 significant dents/chips as well as a couple of dings on the edge. There was also a knot in the wood on top of table which was filled with wood putty.This was reported immediately to vendor and a replacement was requested. Ashley responds that they will only send techs out to "repair" the damages and also I was to wait over 3 weeks for this to happen. I then requested a refund because I ordered a NEW product, not a damaged one that they could sell at full price and possibly repair. They refuse to accept the return of product for a refund. This is a totally unacceptable practice I would think for any buyers of merchandise. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for you furniture needs and if you have to make a purchase from Ashley, cross your fingers and pray it's received undamaged. I certainly did not receive what I purchased.

Ashley seems to have figured out that once you have purchased something from them you are highly unlikely to cancel your order so they appear to have cut corners on their delivery process to the point of incompetence. I purchased living room furniture on December 23rd. They set a delivery date of January 26th. On January 23 I got a voice mail asking if I had received my delivery and if not they would need to reschedule. I called and told them that I had not received my delivery, it wasn&'t a scheduled for another 2 days. They no longer had delivery available for the 26th and would have too push it out another week. I was obviously not happy but ultimately agreed. The day before my new delivery date came and they gave me a 4 hour delivery window, between 2:45 and 6:45. At 12:15 I get a text saying my delivery is 20 min away. They are 2 hours early! My wife and I rush home knowing that if we miss this we may not see our new furniture for months! We arrive home just at the 20min mark only to wait another hour for them to show up. It seems somewhat suspicious that I never got a call or text to schedule my &"missed&" delivery and that I have not received a follow up call now that my furniture has actually been delivered. I will certainly never do business with Ashley again and would advise you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that sell cheap furniture that will actually act like they want repeat business. Ashely is obviously not one of them!
I've always liked Ashley Furniture Harvest store here is a bit small not enough selection unfortunately what the folks working there they're very nice and very helpful
I bought a bed frame on a sale. First they did charge me non sale price, they add a protection which I did not wanted. I was told it will be return to my account but they never did. They deliver the wrong item!. The store rep said they do not take stuff back. I have to send the furniture to the warehouse. Luckily I have a van, otherwise I would paid for rental because they do not take the furniture back and I would've paid out of pocket for their mistake. They may return the cost of the item but not the protection plan so be vigilant about it. Finally they were willing to return it after multiple phone calls. I bought a new house which is pretty much empty, but I would not buy from this store ever again.
I only purchased the very expensive living room set because I was mislead to believe any damages would be covered under their warrenty. Having a lot of small children in my home I thought it would be worth it. Don't purchase the warranty.or the furniture.. Very untrue!!!

My experience at the Inverness store was exceptional because the man who helped us, Scott, was the most helpful person ever. He found selections for us based on what we described we wanted, he availed himself to bring us to another location when we asked about a piece that wasn’t in the store, he even helped reschedule our delivery after we made a purchase. Overall, I would shop at this Ashley location in the future based upon his sincerity and the level of customer service he provided. Thank you to Scott and Ashley for making this such a pleasant experience!
When we got there ,the service was good and fast until we order. They sent us a banged up couch with lots of defects and it was impossible to contact them, the customer service bad on the phone so we went to the store to try and figure it out and it turns out to be the customer service was just as bad there.
Horrible customer service...I bought a desk and 2 side tables on December 27, 2019.Originally it was scheduled for delivery on January 6 but then they Were out of stock and finally they delivered on January, 16th. Item was supposed to be in a box but it wasn&'t. Still I accepted because it had been 3 weeks and I wAs excited to see my order delivered. I quickly inspected it but I didn&'t notice the problems until a couple hours later I looked closely. Attached are pictures of the damaged desk. You can see them when you lean down anD get closer. I called customer Servis and they gave me the run around . After getting fruitless, never connecting calls I started getting never being picked up calls. They could see my number and ignore me!!!I sent my complaint in an email with pictures attached. This time they scheduled a technician appointment for February, 8th!!!!!Are you kidding me?I will never ever going to buy from Ashley furniture again.

Still today there has been no resolution. We have received not one return phone call from the 800 customer service and it seems our phone number at the local Wesley Chapel store has been black listed as calls inbound ring and ring and go unanswered. We've since discontinued our efforts and vow to never use them again.

We bought an electronic double recliner a little over one year ago. We also purchased a 5 year maintenance agreement. On November 9, 2019 the recliner motor quit working with the right side of the recliner frozen in an intermediate, uncomfortable position. We called to get it fixed. We have called Ashley twice and talked to our salesman who promised to talk to his supervisor and get back with us. We received no call back. We have also called GBS, the 3rd party maintenance organization for Ashley 6 times. They made various promises and never followed through on any of their promises. We received a call today, December 23, from GBS who informed us that the repair was approved and the part should be shipped within 4 weeks. I will believe it when I see it! If they actually do what they promised it will have been about 3 months and then we can hope the service technician who is employed by yet another organization will fix it in a reasonable time. This was not our only purchase from Ashley, but will likely be our last.
They approved me but then they closed my account since I didn't use their credit card within 3 weeks. July 08, 2021 @7:05pm I guess I don't a letter or note from anyone at the CORP since I told the truth. It just wasn't fair to me for them to approve me but close my account before I could use it. I only had it a month, I had to figure out a design to create in my home but they close my account when I wenbto use my card, it was so embrassing and through me fo a loop. I wish they would consider in giving me back at a $2500.00 credit limit.

Staff at Inverness store is exceptional! Walked in there dead set on a certain mattress and left with something completely different - but better! Store is clean, and prices are clearly marked. Gina was very helpful with some information I received at a different Ashley store that left me confused and misinformed. Will definitely shop this store again in the near future.
Very unhappy with my recent experience there , we came in and ordered a dinning room set was uneasy about having it delivered after receiving it and setting up, got down to last chair and have two right piece and I needed one left price called the store and spoke to Chris he said he was going to call back and tell me what he can do I never received a call back went down to the store a 48 minutes drive and got brushed off like I was a bother for trying to get the correct piece, asked them to call management or corporate they refused , and now I’m here stuck with only 3 full chairs to my dinning room set , waiting to hear back from corporate .i will NEVER buy or recommend buying anything from Ashley’s again
This is the worst experience I’ve have had. Customer service wise , the sales associates where very unprofessional in the store , talking about inappropriate things while my kids where in the store . Felt like I was bothering them while being in the store Chris made me feel very uncomfortable and brushed off my concerns
DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is by far the worst place to buy furniture. They delivered my furniture and it was broken. It took them two weeks to send someone out and they could not fix it. I wanted to return everything at that point and there are no returns! They then sent a person to my house five more times and they did not fix it! I spent about 8k on furniture from here and it is all cheap broken junk. If you buy from here and the product comes through your door, you are stuck with it. You are better off sleeping on milk crates! I do have all my receipts from when I purchased at this store and will be glad to prove my claims to anyone. I challenge them to prove otherwise! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store or I am sure you will share a similar experience. Once they get your money you are screwed!
All of the sales associates at this location are amazing! The general manager is super nice! The customer service representatives are always helpful and they’re helpful on the sales floor when sales associates are busy! I would recommend this store to anyone!
I can not say enough good things about this store. My mom and I went there several weeks ago (as well as several other furniture stores in Inverness, FL), but we found the best value and service at Ashley HomeStore. For those of you who live in Inverness, this is the old Walgreen's that was on Independence. Since that first visit, we have been back several times and decided to purchase all of our furniture (great room, study, floor lamp, lamps, decorative clock and bedroom) from Ashley. Our "designer" was Billie and she worked with us to the bitter end, going above and beyond to answer all of our questions, make recommendations as well as steer us away from things that wouldn't look just right. Our furniture won't be delivered for another two weeks, so I can't speak about the delivery, but as far as selection and service goes, we have been very, very pleased. :) I'm looking forward to going back to purchase more pieces once the "first wave" is delivered. Billie also worked with us to get the best prices available. Highly recommend so far!

We've purchased from this same store twice and it was the same story both times. I will never buy from Them again. Basically, they schedule their "premium" delivery during one of your work days, so you have to take the day off, and then they miss the delivery. I don't just mean the delivery time window, but the entire delivery date. When trying to call the store, they don't pick up for hours at a time. When they finally pick up, they promise to call you back and fail to do so. The only reason why we're putting up with this is because they happen to carry the perfect couch for us. Otherwise, we'd be taking our business elsewhere. You'd have a better purchasing experience at Walmart. This is trash.

If I could give less of a rating I would. My family and I went to the Wesley Chapel, FL store to purchase a couch this past Saturday. We TRIED to purchase the couch, in the middle of the transaction the sales person asked us to wait while she went to another customer?? 30 MINUTES Later we left the store out of frustration. Additionally The sales manager Harry Siano walked past us numerous times, NEVER ONE TIME acknowledged us or asked us if he could help? We ended up coming back to the store HUGE MISTAKE and finally ended up purchasing the couch and a LAMP. Ashley shipped us a couch with a defective arm and CANDLE HOLDERS???? We didn't order candle holders, ever, and they never shipped the lamp???? Then they told us WE HAD to Bring the CANDLE HOLDERS back to the store- an hour away and they would give us the LAMP- Basically holding the lamp we purchased as collateral????? They also told us the first available tech was not available till MID OCTOBER??? My wife and I called MULTIPLE times to the store and customer service, spent well over 2 hours on hold over the course of 2 days. Today she started calling at 10am asking to speak to the Manager at the Wesley Chapel store and he never returned her call ALL DAY. She was on hold until after 9pm with the store and he never took her call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, you should be ashamed. We were also disconnected/hung up on multiple times while holding. A lady in store finally came on the line and told me if I wanted to speak to someone above the manager to call corporate. I called corporate and was on HOLD FOR another 40 MINUTES!!! Corporate told me they couldn't do ANYTHING and that I had to call the Wesley Chapel store- and ask to speak to the MGR??!!!?? UNBELIVEABLY bad customer service from a company that claims to be the 1 furniture store and strives to make their customers happy, which it states repeatedly on their hold loop? Going on day 3 with a broken couch, no lamp and no call back from Harry the Store Manager. . . . . . . . . . .
Went to the Wesley Chapel store on Labor Day weekend and got a great deal - the sales rep - Shalance was great. That was about all that was great. We spent about $3,000 on a couch and if I could do it all over again, I&'d spend more money somewhere else. The couch arrived with grease stains from the factory on it. Delivery team assured us the store would help address it - nope. We called the store who told us to call the protection plan company. The protection plan company told us to call the store back. The store then told me to call corporate help. I called corporate help and submitted a claim, however corporate said they would call me back in ten minutes. Well 2 hours later and they did not call me back. I then called the store back several times to speak with the manager, Orlando. He never called me back - I assume he&'s allergic to the phone like all the other reviews say on here. In the end, corporate scheduled a technician to come out about three weeks later. But I ended up spending about 4 hours of my day (all during the work day) to simply schedule a technician to fix stains that were from the factory. Shame on Ashley for showing no care for their customers. I just bought a new home and was hoping to buy more from Ashley - but after all this - never again.
My wife and I were in the market for a recliner chair and searched all of the local furniture stores, looking at our options. While we did not purchase from this store, we wanted to take the time to show our appreciation for our salesman, James Roman, who was excellent! There is something shady with Ashley Furniture and the financing plans. Tax, delivery, protection would cost $1500 on two pieces that are less than $3k? Thanks, but you can keep that furniture! Every where else we went, it's pretty straightforward. Won't be back...ever!
We ordered a sectional couch. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. All 5 pieces delivered were damaged. We refused the furniture. We went back to the store, was told this "never" happens, to give them a second chance, we did. We ordered another sectional. This also was delivered damaged. I called the store to speak with a manager immediately after refusing the furniture again. I was told all managers were busy and that I would receive a call back. A call back NEVER happened, in fact I called 3 more times. Each time the receptionist was extremely RUDE and told me that the manager was busy. This is the worst customer service and furniture quality we have ever encountered. Beware! Julie B.
My wife and I bought furniture for our new home. The sales woman named Billie was outstanding and helped us select the decor we were looking for. The GM named Gina was very professional and helpful as well. We’ve since gone back and purchased more furniture. I can say ALL the employees are exceptional. By the way, the 2 men who delivered 3 rooms of furniture were great. I give them 5 Stars as well. 👍
King Bed broke the first night because the braces were not installed right. It is going to take over a month to fix it. Poor customer service. I was polite until the customer rep went off on me because I asked her to repeat herself please. Felt like I was a kid getting yelled at. This place is awful. It took 3 weeks to actually get the furniture and they didn’t tell me that until it was paid for. They got there money and that is all they wanted. I am disgusted.

The customer service is awful. We ordered a dining room table set that we were putting together ourselves and part of the bench was cracked in the box. I immediately called customer service and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours of the delivery and got hung up on. No one called me. I called the store and one of the sales reps had to make an appointment to have someone come out and see if it needs to be repaired or replaced. I told her that I do not want a repair, I want a new piece because that's what I bought. Anyway, I had to wait almost 2 weeks for someone to come out just to look at it. Fast forward to today and the tech comes out and orders the replacement pieces for the bench instead of a whole new bench, which is ok, but now I have to wait another 3 weeks for the parts to come in to be able to have a full dining set and we had bought the table so that we had enough room for people to sit down during an upcoming party. Disappointed in Ashley's for not caring that they sent out broken furniture and having no sense of urgency to fix it. Will never shop there again.

We went there to look for a kitchen table today. James Roman went above and beyond to help us. We wanted to take something home today but unfortunately you can pick up from warehouse or have it delivered. So we thanked James for his effort of helping and while walking to the door he stopped us and showed us the clearance tables that you can take home. The 1st one was exactly what we were looking for. Made my day. James was so extremely polite and helpful.

One would think if you want people to be a customer of your business and to continue to be a customer, then you would do your absolute best to make that customer happy, treat them with respect and if they spend money in your store, then make them want to return. Not if your name is Nichelle or Orlando, or most of anyone in that store (Land o Lakes Florida) No, when there is something promised to you, they don't follow through, when they screw up, they don't even begin to try to fix their screw up, when you show them when, where, and how they screwed up they deny it, try to hide from you, and or just treat you like dirt. Also, when you are told they will call you back, you wait on that call all day and they don't even make an effort to call you, that just makes you hate your store more. I called back to speak to one of the salesmen who told my wife about a discount he was going to do, then wind up over charging us for, he hides like a coward and has yet to return my phone call. What a lousy, horrible store, horrible lead of management and leadership. In short, your store and 99% of your staff is trash. We were going to continue to be a customer of yours but that is now, a never gonna happen again thing. You suck!
Ordered dining room set- the order was supposed to be delivered by 7 PM no one arrived until after 9:30 pm- no call no apologies. Every piece of furniture arrived was damaged in some regard. We did not accept 3 pieces bc they were so badly damaged they sent a tech to work on the others. The tech related all the bar stools were assembled wrong as well as corrected multiple scratches. Had the worst time getting someone to communicate with us regarding the replacement furniture. IT WAS SO BAD WAS SO BAD I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE STORE AND DEMAND TO SPEAK WITH THE MANGER BC HE WOULDN'T ACCEPT OUR CALLS. He told me to call back the next day to speak to him that he would straighten it out- but then refused to take our calls and after 20 min on hold he put someone else on the phone to tell us we were ok to set a deliver date for the missing pieces. Well the missing pieces arrived today and every piece is damaged and 2 of the 3 pieces are assembled wrong. One chair has a leg that is 1/8 inch short. There is adhesive stuck on one seat that the delivery people can not get off (they tried). They won't send out someone for repairs for over a week and a half. When you pay thousands for furniture it should arrive perfect- understanding things get damaged in transport- the company should bend over backwards to get you a replacement that is in perfect condition like Rooms to Go does. If you want 2nd hand overpriced furniture and zero customer service then Ashley is your store- be prepared to clear as many as 4 days from work for unpredictable delivery times. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I purchased a sectional, coffee table, side tables, pillows, lamps, and accessories. I am happy with the product and the amount I paid. My room looks nice and is so comfortable. The salesperson Christine was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. Delivery was within a week. Overall it was a great experience.
They do have nice furniture, but over priced. Now I know why the store is always empty. Great assortment of bedding, living room sets and dining but no deals even during a sale.

To say we are happy is quite the under statement. Me and my family are very upset at the overall service of Ashley from the delivery to the technician. The delivery came and delivered my table with chairs and bar chairs as well as my bed set. Me and my family noticed that all the chairs were wobbling and when asking the delivers they said all you have to do is sit on them and they will adjust. Silly us to believe that... after sitting on them they still wobbled so we called Ashely customer care and they said they can send a technician. When we went to check on my bedroom set The delivers mentioned that the legs of the nightstands were stuck and that the technician needs to get them out because they are not allowed to do that. Another thing we noticed was that there were scratches on the nightstand and on the headboard of the bed set. When we called customer care again they said that we can not exchange since we sign off on the delivery. Another thing was that they brought bed springs that were tooo high once you put the king bed on and they said they couldn't take it back and I was suggested to just put it for sale on my own. Which is quite the inconvenience. Point is the technician finally came today and he had a profound Odor that was not pleasant and he was in fact very dirty. He went to go fix the nightstands and take out the legs for the nightstand and while he worked ... let's just say his pants needed to be lifted up because our eyes were brought to the attention of something very unpleasant. When he was fixing our nightstands he came in with Elmer's school glue and kept saying to us that "not a lot of people know this.. but this stuff works on wood" I was not impressed at all. We were told that the technician would come out in a small truck however he came in his own personal little Sudan vehicle. Needless to say I don't think we will be purchasing from Ashley's again.
Do NOT buy from this store! The manager has zero customer service skills!!! My mother bought a bar chair from this store and it was delivered with mismatched parts. She bought just one because my father has Parkinson's and it will make it easier to get him dressed. While visiting my parents my mom told me about the issue with the chair so we took it back to the store only to be rudely told no we need to take it to Brandon (30 minutes south) to the warehouse and also showed me a number to call. He acted as though we were to blame for getting mismatched furniture pieces and we were interrupting his day. FYI, we did drive to Brandon and I did call the number. . . . I called when we left this store and when we were at the entrance to the warehouse(30 minutes away) I finally got a person on the phone. Only then did things turn around with better customer service. I will be reviewing the warehouse as well. It will be separate because the warehouse is awesome with amazing people. So I will advise to NEVER buy from the Wesley Chapel location!!!!!! If you do and have issues they will not help!!! If ever I need something from the brand I will get it online and deal with the warehouse in Brandon!!!
Store is always empty... How sad...
Workers at the store were very nice and helped us find the piece of furniture that we were looking for. After the furniture was set up I could see that most of the screws were very loose and not tightened also we were missing parts of the furniture, such as the screws for some places and the leg stands. I am very disappointed with this company and we called them back and no answer and they could not even put the furniture together correctly. Not coming back.
We purchased a king bedroom set, Tempur-Pedic mattress and box spring, a dining room set, a living room set, and an entertainment set between the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017. My husband purchased the extended warranty for most of the items, this was a waste of money. The bedroom set was delivered on 2-25-17 and on 1-24-19 a support leg broke. We contacted Ashley first and were then referred to the warranty company, GBS. I followed their instructions and provided pictures of the cracked leg and pictures of the serial numbers, etc. They acknowledged receipt of the photos and said they would review the claim and get back to us. I followed up with them via phone and email several times they never approved or denied the claim they just ignored us until I gave up. I ended up going over to Badcock Furniture looking for a new bed frame when their sales person Ryan told me I didn't need to replace the whole frame I could just buy a set of metal slats and support legs that would last longer and support the added weight of the Tempur-Pedic mattress better. This is something Ashley Furniture should have explained to us. We spent about $100 (less than the extended warranty we paid through Ashley) and the bed is in working order now. I will say all of the furniture we bought from Ashley looked nice at first, however, the quality is not there. The finishes on the coffee table and end tables started to come off quickly after purchase. In addition, the side of the dining table has a veneer thin like paper that started to peel off quickly as well and we rarely use that table. This was not inexpensive furniture. We are very disappointed with Ashley and will no longer buy from them in the future.

We purchased our Tempurepedic adjustable beds at this store. Harry, the store manager went out of his way to provide and demonstrate his main objectives; quality of service and exemplary customer satisfaction. The salesman we dealt with, Tyler also provided the same traits. Thank you Harry and Tyler. We recommend you both and your store to all future customers.
Salesperson gave us a price on item and delivery Turned out nearly $300 more on item her error in pricing. But have laptops. And also quoted us $69 delivery which was actually 140. Left again with no item. Guess they need better training.

Garbage furniture unless your looking for something that only stands for a month or two. Lied to about the warranty coverage and guess what, if you get denied on one product under warranty everything else you have under warranty is also denied in the future,so if one product like a night stand is damaged say goodbye to coverage on your bed set ,dresser,living room etc. POS STORE

There were only four people there and no one really had an idea how to do anyting on their computers. I know they weren't partying but still it was a new setup I guess. That didn't turn us away we still bought some furniture.
They tell you that a one-day sale is going on. But every thing you look at is already reduced. Then they tell you that you can either pick it up about 80 miles away or have it delivered for $70. Not impressed with these terms. You should be able to buy the one on display and take it home yourself.

The return policy from Ashley's (Port Richey) is horrible They will NOT return your calls when you call the customer care center, I'm sure no fault of the CC, it's with the management of the store. If you are not willing to replace damaged goods shipped, then don't offer the policy. Simple. Too bad, they had my hopes up for a good reputation and it failed considerably.
We began our purchase mid August 2018. Originally we couldn't believe the deal we got. New LR set, two Bed rooms for kids, mattress and two desks for $13k. We were also advised by our sales agent that if an item doesn't work out for us to call and they will come pick it up. Word of advice, inspect all items before come off the truck and before come into the home as we later found that they do not allow returns. We moved into our new house Mid October and had the furniture delivered. The coffee table sent was damaged with split pieces for wood and could tell that fabrication had "fixed" the table by gluing the pieces back but still felt it was suitable for delivery. I will say Ashley did make good and replaced with new table. Issue was with the two individuals that delivered the furniture damaged our newly painted walls, hand prints all over new tempurpedic mattress, and there was no hardware for my sons bed to be put together. Insurance co for Ashley denied the claim stating it had to be reported within so many days. Please note that we had a tech at our home the following week that documented all deficiencies (damaged coffee table, missing bed parts, damaged walls and mattress) and said would be submitting all. They reflect the got the pics of the damages to walls however no claim was ever filed by the tech and insurance co will not honor. We had purchased two desks of same for our home office. We realized they would not fit comfortably. We told the store and store manager. Originally they advised that if items were unloaded into the home, it's considered purchased. After several calls and escalations they conceded to allow return of the desk. Now we are awaiting the full refund. Today when I called to inquire about this they said "I show we owe you nothing". I explained there is a $200+ discrepancy. She placed me on hold then the line rang over twenty time unanswered. I called back and no one at Ashley answered the phone. This is not our first time receiving this treatment of the phone not being answered. (Update, was transferred via customer service to the store and did speak with a rep whom is looking into this issue) We remain awaiting both our kids beds repairs to be completed. We had a "tech appointment" for today however no call and no one has shown. This is our fourth "tech appointment" that's been made in which it was not put into both systems. Each time we call customer care it's over a 20 minute wait time before a representative answers. So this also remains an unresolved issue. Also if you purchase a sofa bed. Make sure to pull it out at time of delivery. We did not and when we went to use for Thanksgiving (30days) the frame was rusted. At first Ashley said it needed to be discovered at time of delivery. However due to our other ongoing issues they sent a tech. The tech recommended full replacement. And we are pleased to say we did receive a brand new sleeper sofa. Our frustrations are that 5 months later we are still dealing with this purchase repairs etc. we had one tech that said "I don't know why they bother sending us here they should just send new ones out" and this pertained to my sons bed hardware missing

What a horror show! From the point that I called customer service and told than they had sent us the wrong mattress to the end of my customer service conversation when they pretty much told me I am screwed. Made me pay cash because they said I wasn’t in their system ( first sign that they are crooks). I can’t sleep on mattress- too soft; I askef for a firm pillow top , but got plush only ( elder abuse). Then delivered missing hardware & sending parts so I could do it! So far I’ve put calls into Sealy mattress to no avail. Royally screwed, a villager. Next .... Calls into better business bureau Calls into my lawyer Calls into news networks (channel nine) to do investigative reporting to include a ELDER ABUSE
Small but convenient store located in an old Walgreens. Very friendly and helpful employees. Really nice selection of furniture and mattresses. If your in the market for furniture or a mattress, I recommend you stop by and visit this location.

They don&'t have a return policy especially on items that I did not sign for it. I got in an altercation with Orlando the manager (supposedly) he started calling me a child. like who does that?! Totally terrible store, go to Dale Mabry instead.

WESLEY CHAPEL FL. so many things went wrong that I would never return. I'll just list them and you can decide. 1. initial salesman uneducated on delay delivery since we were moving (not a big deal but we received incorrect information about the delivery process) 2. we paid our deposit to hold the furniture (so we assumed) and wait on delivery until we took possession of our new home in 2 weeks. However, I received a voice mail 4 days later that our furniture was being delivered the following day. which would have been a nice surprise if we actually lived in Tampa but we did not even own this home yet so it involved a 20-30 minute on hold transferred around phone call. 3. after moving we went in to the store to set up the financing and were told that the delivery would be in a couple weeks (instead of the initially arranged date) and when asked why, we were told that they don't arrange delivery until it's paid for. when asked why then were they going to deliver it the week before we even moved, Ashley rep. has no idea. 4. Then after charging my credit card (decided to skip the financing) we were informed that the furniture was no longer available. Not being made. None in warehouse. So to "make this right" they "let" me buy the floor model. A second salesperson arranged that to happen and it was 40% off instead of the black friday 25% HOWEVER they charged me full price for the $499 lamp instead of the original 25% off which i didn't notice because she was so excited she only showed me the pricing on the sofa set 5. Lamp had to be shipped. was obviously an open box. the packaging was in pieces and a missing part. The problem was a part was missing to hold one of the shades in. Instead of dealing with Ashley home store again I just ordered the part on Amazon and took care of it myself. NOT appropriate . they NEVER asked if they could send a used lamp. completely ridiculous. and NO i didn't bother to call "customer service" . why would I when Ashley HOme store has failed with every transaction at this point?

I never even realized I needed a new mattress until Tyler Moore (Dalton) told me that my neck, back, and sharp lower back pain was most likely coming from my mattress. Time flies and apparently 11 years was a long time to own a mattress, haha! He made the whole process so simple and even provided more information on what pillows I should be using, as well! He also got me EVERYTHING I wanted/needed for $1 under my approved amount through Ashley HomeStore since I was slightly nervous I wasn't going to be approved for as much as I needed. I am very lucky and grateful to have such an amazing salesman that saved my back, literally! Update: Slept on my new bed last night and woke up in the best mood ever with zero aches or pains! I had numerous problems with receiving furniture in one piece. This table has a retractable wire to pull the table apart to add an extended piece that is in the middle of the table. this is the second table they had delivered and someone from the warehouse had cut the wire. They tell me that it comes like that, so that means when someone buys this table that they have to send a tech to every persons home to fix this issue (I don't think so) Now the tech came over took some pictures and had to order a new track to install it and replace the existing track. now i have to wait 2 or 3 weeks to receive the part. This company is so disorganized and incompetent, i will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. The CEO of this Company needs to be aware of the bull **** that i have to deal with.
