What truly impressed me was her ability to compare similar couches highlighting the pros and cons of each, helping me make an informed decision. There was never a pushy sales vibe – just genuine care and expertise. Dani's enthusiasm and positive attitude were contagious, making the whole shopping trip a breeze. Dani was wonderful. She pointed to us to exactly what we have been looking for, wasn't pushy about the sale, and extremely friendly. She gave us time to think it over before making the purchase, without hovering over us. She also helped us with financing and warranty options, again without making us feel overwhelmed or pressured.
