Very misleading and dishonest establishment(Blanding Blvd store) will tell you anything to get you to buy. I will close my account after this purchase. Do not shop at this location!!!!

SCOOTER SLIM! Slim Greeted my daughter and I, asking what I was looking for, and that the lady told him I had a budget. I told him I needed to furnish several rooms. What I liked and disliked and so forth. He sat down looked on his IPad and pointed me to where the furniture was to try out. He had so much patience and professionalism. He doesn’t even know how much he blessed My kids and I with comfortable affordable furniture. His acknowledgement and transparency was exactly what we needed. We are grateful to have experienced meeting him. He is one we won’t forget.

I felt like Ashley Home stores lied to me. Do not go In There expecting to have your “in-stock” advertised piece delivered when they say. I was told a week and now it’s not in stock and now it’s the only thing on the truck coming in and will not be able to be to me for another week. 2 weeks past when I purchased the sofa. I have purchased satisfied bug items (beds etc) from amazon and it be here within the week and the Amazon driver delivers and sets up. Very satisfied furniture shopping via Amazon or the like, very very displease with Ashley. I will NOT purchase from them again. We made plans to be off and have our other furniture given away just to be told it will be a week and 1/2 more.

I ordered an item online on March 20th using their store card through Synchrony Bank. I cancelled the order on March 23rd because my delivery date was scheduled 2 months out. As of today, the charge is still showing pending on the credit card (14 days later) after numerous conversations I've had with Ashley and Synchrony Banks Customer Service Department to have those funds refunded. Everyone I've talked to has given me the runaround. No one has resolved my issue. Will definitely be closing that account and will never shop at Ashley's again.

I was shipped a couch that was broken. I ordered a 4 piece sectional, 3 pieces came damaged. We have had the sectional for 6 months now and it's still not fixed. I called and asked for a replacement couch, the rep said a manager will call me back. It's now been 1 week, still no call. I have been told now 5 times someone will call me back.. No one ever does. So terrible, I wish I never purchased from them. So finally got a hold of someone last July. I was told they would be sending a replacement after the new year. So i called them a few days ago to check the status. I was told someone came to fix the couch which they did, however the couch is still not right so they are not replacing. Will never purchase from Ashley’s again.
