Black Friday we went furniture shopping. We went looking for a specific kind of furniture. Basically we had found stuff we liked at Rooms to Go but wanted to see what else might be at other stores. We went to Ashley Furniture next. I was shocked at the prices. They were much higher than RTG. Valerie at Ashley Furniture kept repeatedly telling us that RTG furniture is made in China and that their furniture was much higher quality. Well that may well be true but we can only afford what we can afford. But today I get ogled does Rooms to Go and Ashley Furniture get their furniture from China and google says yes. They both have factories in the US and both have factories overseas, including China. So Valerie needs to fact check before she starts trying to tell people lies. I don’t appreciate being lied to as a tactic to get me to spend more money. Shame shame. I gave 2 stars because the store was nice and the furniture was nice.
I absolutely loved my experience with Ms. Estellita! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

When we walked in we were greeted by Sherri and after she introduced herself and asked what we are looking for…she said come find me if you need…go look around . Very pleasant. We loved a table and chairs and the bench that went along with it and we wanted to go to dinner to decide. Because of her amazing service we went back to Ashley furniture on the day she worked to purchase it from her. We did find something somewhere else that was a little less expensive but from her making us laugh and feeling so comfortable it was the right to do! So if you all need anything new for your house for furnishings we highly recommend her and Ashley furniture!

Update- this has turned into a fiasco. I’ll never buy stuff at Ashley again. The delivery and after sale service has been a mess. 3 months later and the $1200 bed I bought is in pieces in my room and my mattress is on the floor. I have no idea where the new bed is or when I’ll get it. They have exhausted me and i simply don’t even care anymore. I spent $7000 and still don’t have resolution. They offered me a $100 credit. For what? There’s nothing for $100 in that whole store. Well-made furniture for a good value. Ms. Debra, a very nice home furnishing consultant, and I had a lot of fun furnishing my entire 2nd home in one long shopping spree.

Sarah was extremely helpful patient and personable. She made the shopping experience stress free and smooth! However, (unrelated to her) things took a left turn when Ashley tried to deliver my order with no confirmation or approval outside of the date I selected. When I called customer service I was told it was an automated error and because of it the date I selected and made arrangements for was no longer available. I was assured since this was an error on their end that it wouldn't be a problem for the delivery people to at least get it inside at no charge to me since the people I originally had to help me were not available on the new days that were given as an option. The delivery gets here and the customer representative did nothing to assist in rectifying the matter. My items are now in the garage instead and I am left with having to find a way to get it in the house. Had I not been assured they would help by bringing it in I could have made better arrangements. The company got their money and did not actually care about customer satisfaction or ensuring everything was properly taken care of. Updating to add. Product is poorly made, cup holders are not actually installed as they are supposed to be .

My experience with Valeria Eikhvald felt as if I went into just any store besides the personal touch. I didn’t feel pressured. It didn’t feel like she was making a sale. Definitely not like going to a car dealership. Those are the worse! She was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable. Explained things in details. Got my opinion. Our conversation was definitely not a sales conversation and I love that. No one likes a pushy sales person. I left with a purchase I went in for with her help and wisdom. I just wish my 4 dining table chairs were in stock bc I was ready to throw them in the back of my Tesla suv! LoL but I am looking forward to my delivery!

We came into this Ashley store knowing roughly what we were looking for, but wanted to see some things in person and look into financing options. Our rep Estellita was super sweet and helpful, and didn't rush us at all. She took the time to find different options for pieces we could match to create our dream office space. The no interest financing options through Ashley's Synchrony card are so wonderful when you're moving and have more pressing short-term expenses. Overall, we've always had a good experience with their furniture and service!

I just want to pick the furniture and get out as fast as possible but she made us so comfortable and helped me imagine the pieces in my house. She even drew out a quick diagram to help us imagine it. She was not pushy just very very honest and helpful.

I’ve recently spent quite a bit of time at Ashley furniture on Blanding. We went in looking for ideas for a new house so we needed furniture for multiple rooms. We were greeted by Valeria who did an amazing job helping us with a lot of questions! She was able to provide suggestions and helpful insight to pieces/collections that we liked in addition to offering alternatives and info for pieces not in the showroom. She was very thorough and helped us feel very confident about our choices. I’m not sure if all the salespeople are so patient , but we were very satisfied that she was really trying to help us find just what we were looking for! And as we were closer to the purchase, Val went out of here way to assure us that if there were any issues at all that we should contact her directly, instead of a random customer service rep, and that she would help us get it right! It’s was a rather large purchase so that made us feel a lot more at ease! The showroom was also nice and imo had lots of variety, very nice things to choose from and relatively reasonable pricing. We didn’t really need to look to another store which was convenient and I think the customer service we received from Valeria went a long way towards helping us to not only place the order, but also to feel like we have a working relationship there going forward if we do encounter any issues with the lovely new things we found at Ashley.

She initiated warranty claims, and returned to the local store where it was purchased within 3 months to address the deterioration of the paint finish. No one at Ashley honored the warranty or offered to replace this defective product. This is abysmal!!!

I came in Ashley looking for mattress’s and bedding for my children and after shopping for a month I was done. Wait, I wasn’t after coming into Ashley and was greeted by Estellita, she was awesome. She showed me around and I was never pressured into buying anything. After hours of being there she was able to assist me finding what I was looking for and like. So I'm going to do a review of my experience so far, and a follow up later. I purchased a full dining room set with chairs. And a coffee table for my living room. Had a few issues with the salesman before the purchase but nothing major. When everything was delivered the box that the table was it was damaged. We explained to the delivery team our concern about the box and his reply was that he ripped it open to check the color. Straight out lie. It wasn't just open it was completely rippled. No way he could have done that on purpose. So after they left and we got around to opening the table it was completely damaged. We have been reaching out to the so called customer service and it's not going very good. Communication is awful. It's been 5 days now and they are deciding what to do. Really. We spent thousands of dollars and this is how you treat customers. If it's not corrected soon I will be loading it up and heading to the sales center and dealing with this in person. I will post a follow up after this is resolved. Edit... Still waiting for a response!

I would recommend Estellita if you want amazing and timely customer service. She was so kind and so helpful with our entire process. Update: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was sent the wrong bed and the bed I was told came in a certain color, actually didn’t. I didn’t find that out until they came to deliver it this morning. It was a complete waste of my time.
Estellita did not do a great job at all. She ordered us the WRONG color after knowing how important it was and then we found out the product we wanted didn’t even come in the color we wanted.

Updated review: The buying process was great but unfortunately I will not be buying from Ashley again based on poor planning and lackluster execution on their part. I paid for 2 bed sets (1 king, 1 queen) a month ago and had it delivered to our new home 4 days ago. That same day, we went to put both the beds together and neither of them had the most important parts. There is 4 bracket pieces per bed that puts the whole structure together. Missing. ON BOTH BEDS. How does this happen, you might ask? We are still asking ourselves and Ashley the same thing and cannot get a solid answer. We finally get called back 48hrs after my initial contact and claim submission (on delivery day), sent them pictures of the problem, and then don't hear from them again until this morning by a text message that our King bed brackets are in Wisconsin AWAITING shipment. By the time they get here, it will be a week of sleeping on a mattress on the floor because neither of the beds we bought a month ago are functional. When will the queen brackets be sent? Who knows? I can't get through to anyone to ask, so I will continue to wait for someone to contact me. I have a hard time believing that there is not even 1 set of brackets in the Jacksonville area that we can pick up to expedite this process or have brought to our house. Especially since both of these beds were assumably suppose to be put together 4 days ago. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your furniture needs.
