Update 7/30: Still no pillows or mattress cover. Got a text from Ashley yesterday with no EDD on the text. The mattress was delivered last Tuesday. Thank God we bought a frame somewhere else and had it in place and ready to place mattress on it. I also noticed there is no response from Ashley Furniture about my post. Husband and I went there after leaving the competition just up the road looking for a king size bedframe with storage and a mattress. The store only had a couple to actually see in person. We were told we could view a damaged one in Regency that had the kind of storage we wanted to see if we were interested. We decided to go with the one we saw on display at the Blanding store. Didnt think I needed to ask if it was available at the warehouse, apparently we should have. The frame was not readily available and apparently as of today 7/17 neither are the two pillows (Tempur - Pedic) or the cover for the 4k Tempur- Pedic mattress. We cancelled the order for the frame weekend last week because it appeared we were not getting it anytime soon. We are suppose to get our mattress next week. We were not expecting it in 3-4 days when we first went shopping but I think being upfront with customers about availability and delivery for large purchases like this should be a priority. I thought "Ashley was the largest furniture store in the country." We will not go back to there to shop, only to pick up our pillows and the cover which assists in the warranty on the bed. So can we get a bed, but cant sleep on it 🤔

Instead, I was greeted by a beam of human sunshine named Sky, who had the customer service skills of a concierge at a five-star resort and the enthusiasm of someone who just drank three Red Bulls. Sky didn’t sell me a couch. Sky guided me on a spiritual journey toward lumbar support nirvana. I came in unsure and left with a sofa and a throw pillow I didn’t know I needed but now love like a second child. Naturally. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sky moonlights as a furniture whisperer. At one point, I jokingly asked if the ottoman came with free therapy. Sky replied, “Only emotional support, but it does recline.” I laughed so hard I nearly financed a dining room set. In conclusion, if you're shopping at Ashley Furniture and don’t ask for Sky, you’re doing it wrong. She’s not just a salesperson. She’s legen… wait for it while you recline on a leather sectional with built-in USB ports… dary. 11/10

I like my furniture. It's pretty decent, and the service was good. However, a note to beware of I financed, and it's through Wells Fargo, which is a horrible bank. Several times they have told me I didn't make my payment when I did. Thankfully i had my receipts. There is no grace period so I was 1 day late because I couldn't get by there because of the weekend and the holiday and they charged me a $40 late fee. My $67 payment was $107. And if you're wondering, I am not a member of the bank. So I can't just pick up the phone and make a payment.

Ms. Estela was very helpful with choosing our new sofa. She allowed us to mix-match our cushions to test out the firmness and was very patient with our trial and error. She was also willing to help us stay back while we completed our transaction.
