Came in not really knowing what to look for exactly last week. i just moved into a new apartment and just needed updated furniture - Zion was very helpful and even guided me to some furniture that perfectly complimented the furniture i wasn’t getting rid of! very thankful for them 🩷

The sales people are very nice and helpful at the store, but I’ve had a delivery recently done by drivers- Daniel Sherman and Malcolm Myles, and it was the worst experience. After being very kind to them, one of them decided to steal my wedding ring. I've tried getting in contact with someone from the store multiple times about this situation, and I’ve heard nothing from them.

Unfortunately, she lost a sale by attempting to be "funny" with a customer who was being polite, respectful, and couldn't remember Katie's name so asked her again so that when she found what she was looking for she could be sure to get the correct rep credit. I hope this was just a bad day for her and not her norm. Fortunately, we were able to find the same dresser at the Ashley store at the Town Center.

Let me start by saying we arrived during luch and it appeared that the store was just a little short staffed, that being said service and attention for the customers was not lacking in the least. Katie, the young lady helping us was attentive and very helpful and I noticed that she was also giving another set of customers just as much time and attention. She answered all our questions and as we moved from set of sofas to sets. Once we picked one she escorted us to Alice who helped with the sale and even gave us a demenstration how she earned the nick name Alice with the magic wand finger. I was having issues logging into my phone to move the money around to pay for the furniture. I handed her my phone and she handed it right back and it worked.....lol Just want to thank these two empoyees for doing an excellent job and for following up several times after the sale to make sure there were no issues with the delivery and timing of said delivery. Oh and the furniture was priced extremely well and the quality is also great. Delivery and set up also went off without a hitch and the delivery personel comported themselves as if this was the most important delivery of the day. They were absolutely great.

Justin helped me get a better idea first by showing me different types of couches (futons and sofa beds are NOT the same!), then by asking me some pertinent questions that I didn't even think to ask myself to help guide my decision making process. Justin KNEW i wasn't ready to make a purchase today, but he was still willing to spend time with me and answered ALL of my questions. I still don't have a new couch, YET, but I know where I'll be going when I have made up my mind!

Think twice before shopping here. Usually Ashley is professional, but not this one. Foy did not order the right parts for my bed even though we spent an hour confirming the furniture I wanted. Waited weeks for it. Waited another week for right parts to be delivered, was told the parts arrived and scheduled the delivery, did not hear anything so I called the day before to confirm the time and was told they hadn’t even arrived yet. Such a headache for no reason.

We're looked all around for a quality sectional couch for our new home. A lot of stores around carry Ashley furniture but have it marked up. Awesome! I'm all for supporting local businesses but not at the absurd markups they're charging when you can buy direct from the manufacturer. We were helped by Darnell and we got the same couch a competing furniture store had for almost $1,000, cheaper. Darnell was professional and easy to work with. If you're in search for furniture, make sure you hit him up.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, I have been met with nothing but excuses, deflection, and a total lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership, your customer service team continuously passes the blame, showing no regard for the fact that Ashley has sold me faulty, incomplete, and non-functional furniture. Ashley’s refusal to provide even the most basic level of customer support is unacceptable. I have given your company every opportunity to make this right, but it has become clear that Ashley believes being a large corporation exempts it from accountability. You seem to think you can take customers’ money and leave them with defective products without consequences. Since Ashley continues to ignore responsibility, I will be taking my complaint beyond this company and making sure that as many consumers as possible—both locally and nationally—know to avoid shopping at Ashley Furniture due to its deceptive business practices and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I expect a real solution—not another empty service request. If you are unwilling to resolve this properly, do not bother responding at all. Image: Slats do not align with holes on bed. Gave the delivery and assembly company screws which they used to secure the slats to the frame and in the process cracked the slat.

I regret having to write another review, especially after previously leaving a raving review about my first experience in the store. Unfortunately, my second experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I recently purchased a bed from the clearance section, and it was delivered to my home this morning. The delivery team also assembled it for me, which I appreciated. However, I soon discovered that the bed was missing essential parts—the support legs for the slats. Only one was included, while the others were completely absent. When I first inquired about the bed, I specifically asked Shawn if there were any issues, and I was assured there were none. Two weeks later, when I returned to purchase it, I asked again and received the same response. Yet, today, when I went back to the store to address the missing parts, a customer service representative had the audacity to say, “Oh, if it’s clearance, then it probably never had the slat supports.” That’s when Shawn recognized me and attempted to resolve the issue. He provided me with leftover supports from the back, but when I got home, I discovered they were too short. On top of that, the first set of supports I was given—pulled from the exact same bed model in the clearance section—were completely mismatched, each a different color and clearly from different furniture pieces. I want to clarify that this review is not necessarily a reflection of the customer service I received, as Shawn did try to help. Instead, it speaks to the lack of decorum in their sales practices. It is misleading and unacceptable to sell a bed while assuring customers that nothing is wrong with it, only for essential components to be missing. How can you sell a bed without disclosing its defects? I understand that clearance items are discounted, but that does not justify withholding critical information from customers. I will make one final attempt to get this issue resolved. If Ashley Furniture Outlet provides a satisfactory solution, I will update my review accordingly. Until then, let this be a warning—if you’re considering purchasing from the clearance section, inspect everything yourself before buying. I wish I had done so and avoided this hassle. Honestly, I would have been better off ordering the bed online.

My husband and I had a great experience at Ashley today. We went to multiple furniture stores and this store had the best options and prices for us. Katie Baker was our sales rep and she was so patient and helpful. We currently have a large living room with dead space and we were looking to buy a reclining set but we’re not sure of how to organize the set for the furniture to make sense and look good. After discussing, Katie showed us multiple options and gave us multiple ideas. We left with a large 5 piece reclining set with corner chaisers. The review will not be provided until the furniture is delivered. I still haven't been contacted to see when the furniture will be delivered. After 14 days of purchase, I contacted Ashley Furniture to request información on the delivery someone took my information and I was advised that someone will contact me. Yes they did in the same day to let me know that the items are not ready to be delivered. They advised me that they can deliver two of the 4 items but there's no date for the other items to be delivered. Waiting to be contacted by Ashley to let me know when are the other items. I advised them that I want all items to be delivered at the same time. Very disappointed with the store.

He was taking care of the next customers. Want to tell you about one of your employees at your Jacksonville Atlantic office. My girl and I were looking for something very specific from your store walked in and was being helped by a young lady as we peruse the store with two young kids we actually found something very different from what we were looking for and we’re ready to purchase. However, the young lady that was helping us left and never returned. She saw us standing looking around as if we needed help, but never spoke one other word to us Noticeably upset. We were leaving the young man at the door by the name of Sean O’Toole stopped doesn’t asked what the problem was. I told him it didn’t matter we were leaving. He insisted that we would he could help us gave him a short story. He gave us his information. We were literally on the way to another furniture store Less than 10 miles away to buy the exact same piece of furniture. He, with his persistence, his kindness his professionalism brought us back in and we are now very happy Ashley furniture customers. I don’t know how long he’s been on the job or how it works. However, he needs to be looked at to do something more than what he’s doing now. Thank you, Shawn and thank you, Ashley a customer now for life.

Worst experience ever! Do NOT buy from here you will regret it! Let’s start with something simple. They couldn’t even get my name spelled right or my phone # right on the order. I had to make 2nd trip back to the store because they left something off the order, so the only reason they get one star is because they gave it to us for free but it was due to the fact the sales rep was incompetent. Moving on to delivery, the drawers were broken before we purchased…so we asked Foy to fix it before having it delivered. He said he would. He never did! I got it in my daughters room & when I called they said I had to bring it all the way to the store for them to fix…ME & my 70yr old father or hire movers to bring a 5 drawer chest that is incredibly heavy & took 2 movers to bring in. Instead my 70yr old father fixed the 5 drawer chest drawers in the meantime hurting himself & me hurting myself! On top of that the store said that habitat for humanities picks up your old stuff for FREE?! Don’t believe them! They charge you big time! Had to call Salvation Army, which was an experience, for little things & PAY over $500 to $1800-junk for them to come get my couch & sofa! So again this store lies to you & only cares about getting a sale/commission. Not to mention, I am now having issues with my brand new bed not staying together. It easily comes apart when I try to make the bed & you can see there a gaps where it looks like pieces are missing when it was put together! So they even sell crappy unreliable new stuff too! If I could do it all over again, I’d snap my fingers & erase this entire purchase. I fully regret buying ANYTHING from them. This was a gift my parents bought me & all it’s been is a complete nightmare. Ashely Homestore lied about a lot & had they been truthful we’d had waited for this purchase or at least not have purchased a few of these items like the chest for my daughter, the couch, the loveseat, a different bed frame, etc. In fact, we may have just gone somewhere altogether! They saw dollar signs, got greedy for a HUGE purchase & took advantage!

Asley Furniture on Atlantic Blvd in the Regency area is a very nice store. But I almost gave up on them - I purchased an area rug on 09-7-2024 and was alerted that the rug was available for pick up. When I got to the store a young lady went to the back and could not locate the rug. So, I asked her why would I get notification if the merchandise was not there? One week after, I then returned to the store a second time, to pick up the rug and was told it was not in the back and I need to call customer service. I began to get frustrated, because I had already received alerts that the rug was delivered to the store and to pick it up, so I was confused as to why I had to call customer service. I want say a special "thank you" to Fred / and his manager who went above and beyond to find my area rug. The manager went back into the back (storeroom) and found my area rug. Thank you guys for making my day.

Dear Google, I rarely review my experiences, but I had a recent one that affected me so profoundly that I just had to share it with you all: I recently visited the Ashley homestore outlet in the regency area, and let me tell you, I was blown away. Firstly, the parking lot was quite inviting and nothing strange happened at all. The building was beautifully painted and looked clean from the outside, so first impressions were overwhelmingly positive. From there, to my surprise, things only got better. I was greeted, warmly and gently, by a young man called Jonathan. He was disarmingly handsome and devilishly charming, his demeanor calm, yet assertive. Quite frankly, it caught me off guard. But I'm not complaining. Jonathan proceeded to thoughtfully guide me through the tidy showroom, gliding along with practiced ease, making pleasant conversation in between asking my needs and making some recommendations based on my replies. Aside from a couple of instances where he casually attempted to plug his new mixtape (I'm sure it's great, but I don't really listen to that hip-hop stuff), this part of my experience was flawless. Eventually, we were able to find just the piece; a desk (as pictured) for my father, Bilbo. He recently returned from a rather stressful journey, and needed a place to unwind and focus on his writing. The style was fabulous and elegant. The size, perfect. The price couldn't be beat, and I couldn't be happier. You can't get service or deals like this at other stores like room-to-go or mattresses-firm. Needless to say, I will be returning often. To shop, yes, but also just to visit and relive this incredible experience. Plus, Jonathan assured me he could get me a bargain on a rather attractive leather sofa sleeper, which I have been eyeing for my den. If you're in the market for furniture or mattresses, I would suggest you do the same. In closing, this has been an experience that I will remember and treasure for the rest of my life.
