Katie was very communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I stopped by Ashley Outlet back in November and Kaitlyn showed me a beautiful bedroom set. At the time I was thinking about it, no firm decision. Fast forward to today, I decided to make the purchase. She remembered me and the set I was interested in. Not only did she help me with the bedroom set, but also showed me a dining room counter table and chairs that are perfect replacements for the set I have now, that is too big. Katie was so helpful in advising me with my furniture purchase that she will be my "go to" person!

I'd bought a Canopy bed in October that didn't come with the top rails. I'd tried and tried to get the issue resolved. I called the store and spoke with Ms. Brenda. She was able to put everything in motion and I should be receiving those posts in a few days. I just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Brenda for helping me resolve my issue.

Stopped in 1st time ever. Greeted at door by David. Very nice & he was training Matthew. I just wanted an ottoman & they took me right to the clearance area. Found exactly what I was wanting & Matthew did the work up & got us out the door. Just the way I like to shop. Know what I wanted and no pressure sales. Got it in my car trunk for me & the store even helped take the feet off so it would fit. When I need more furniture I am definitely going back here to buy.

I came to buy a sectional for my new apartment and April was able to help me. She did a great job. She made sure that I was well informed on my purchase. Very great job overall. Definitely appreciate the service.

I bought the Culverbach bedroom set. The salesperson was Juanda Torres, a home furnishing consultant. I already knew what I wanted, as I had already done my homework. Juanda helped me pick me out the pieces I wanted and totaled up my order. I didn't have to move anywhere in the store, she took care of all of it. I paid for my furniture and went merrily on my way. Now all I have to do is wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Thank you, Juanda.

I have shopped here multiple times to buy furniture for rental houses. The last time I was convinced to use Acima to "finance" my purchase as it would save an extra 5%. We were told by the in store rep that we could pay off the account on the week of delivery and would avoid any finance charges. Multiple times i asked if there was a catch and was told no, not if paid off right away. However, we were both charged finance charges (we had two different orders; my finance charge was $208) even though we paid within 24-48 hours of delivery. We called and spoke to the Acima representative, who acted very confused why this happened and told us the store manager would call the next day to discuss. We never received a phone call, so tried to call the store directly. Instead we were routed to the call center and told that the store manager could not help us, but that she would create a case and have someone from the finance team call to discuss with us. This also never happened. Giving 3 stars because the sales staff are very nice, but do not use Acima or trust the representatives when you are told there will be no finance charges if paid off right away; she also told us there would be no sales tax which was also a lie. And since no one from corporate called us to discuss further, we will likely not be shopping at Ashley again or at least not trusting them when it comes to financing. Be safe and just pay in cash.

So we were dreading furniture shopping but today when we walked into Ashley Outlet we were greeted by Zion. When I tell you it was the best experience we have had, it is an understatement! She did everything right from the stand point of she first greeted us and asked what we were looking for. After showing us a couple of options she let us look around on our own without feeling stalked but when I had a question she was close enough to hear me and ready with an answer. No pressure but actual customer service, which we all know is rare these days. After looking over the whole showroom, we ended up with 2 sofas and a coffee table that we absolutely love. I credit her for being so helpful and knowing the balance between help and over selling. She is a keeper and although the prices were good, without her we may have continued to look elsewhere. We are so happy we went in today and look forward to our new furniture being delivered. Thank you Zion for all your help!

My experience with this company has been absolutely infuriating. After five separate delivery attempts, the furniture arrived damaged every single time. Each situation was met with unhelpful, dismissive customer service that showed no real effort to resolve the issue. The level of incompetence — from the store associates all the way up to management — is truly unacceptable. To make matters worse, the company’s idea of compensation was a $50 in-store credit, which is insulting given the repeated inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration I’ve endured. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I will never do business with this company again. I will also be making sure that friends, family, and colleagues are aware of my experience so they can avoid going through the same ordeal.

Came in to order a bed set for my mother in law that I was having problems with online. Sean was great at getting me in the system and getting everything ordered. I ended up with a better bed protector and a better price. Saved $100 for coming in. I would recommend stopping into the store to check prices. I hope this was just a bad day for her and not her norm. Fortunately, we were able to find the same dresser at the Ashley store at the Town Center.

Let me start by saying we arrived during luch and it appeared that the store was just a little short staffed, that being said service and attention for the customers was not lacking in the least. Katie, the young lady helping us was attentive and very helpful and I noticed that she was also giving another set of customers just as much time and attention. She answered all our questions and as we moved from set of sofas to sets. Once we picked one she escorted us to Alice who helped with the sale and even gave us a demenstration how she earned the nick name Alice with the magic wand finger. I was having issues logging into my phone to move the money around to pay for the furniture. I handed her my phone and she handed it right back and it worked.....lol Just want to thank these two empoyees for doing an excellent job and for following up several times after the sale to make sure there were no issues with the delivery and timing of said delivery. Oh and the furniture was priced extremely well and the quality is also great. Delivery and set up also went off without a hitch and the delivery personel comported themselves as if this was the most important delivery of the day. They were absolutely great.

I came in knowing only that i want a new couch, but didn't have anything specific in mind. Justin helped me get a better idea first by showing me different types of couches (futons and sofa beds are NOT the same!), then by asking me some pertinent questions that I didn't even think to ask myself to help guide my decision making process. Justin KNEW i wasn't ready to make a purchase today, but he was still willing to spend time with me and answered ALL of my questions. Don’t normally write reviews, but I was really kind of taken aback by the hospitality and helpfulness of the sales associate, Justin! Think twice before shopping here. Usually Ashley is professional, but not this one. Foy did not order the right parts for my bed even though we spent an hour confirming the furniture I wanted. Waited weeks for it. Waited another week for right parts to be delivered, was told the parts arrived and scheduled the delivery, did not hear anything so I called the day before to confirm the time and was told they hadn’t even arrived yet. Such a headache for no reason.

We're looked all around for a quality sectional couch for our new home. A lot of stores around carry Ashley furniture but have it marked up. Awesome! I'm all for supporting local businesses but not at the absurd markups they're charging when you can buy direct from the manufacturer. We were helped by Darnell and we got the same couch a competing furniture store had for almost $1,000, cheaper. Darnell was professional and easy to work with. If you're in search for furniture, make sure you hit him up.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, I have been met with nothing but excuses, deflection, and a total lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership, your customer service team continuously passes the blame, showing no regard for the fact that Ashley has sold me faulty, incomplete, and non-functional furniture. Ashley’s refusal to provide even the most basic level of customer support is unacceptable. I have given your company every opportunity to make this right, but it has become clear that Ashley believes being a large corporation exempts it from accountability. You seem to think you can take customers’ money and leave them with defective products without consequences. Since Ashley continues to ignore responsibility, I will be taking my complaint beyond this company and making sure that as many consumers as possible—both locally and nationally—know to avoid shopping at Ashley Furniture due to its deceptive business practices and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I expect a real solution—not another empty service request. If you are unwilling to resolve this properly, do not bother responding at all. Image: Slats do not align with holes on bed. Gave the delivery and assembly company screws which they used to secure the slats to the frame and in the process cracked the slat.

I regret having to write another review, especially after previously leaving a raving review about my first experience in the store. Unfortunately, my second experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I recently purchased a bed from the clearance section, and it was delivered to my home this morning. The delivery team also assembled it for me, which I appreciated. However, I soon discovered that the bed was missing essential parts—the support legs for the slats. Only one was included, while the others were completely absent. When I first inquired about the bed, I specifically asked Shawn if there were any issues, and I was assured there were none. Two weeks later, when I returned to purchase it, I asked again and received the same response. Yet, today, when I went back to the store to address the missing parts, a customer service representative had the audacity to say, “Oh, if it’s clearance, then it probably never had the slat supports.” That’s when Shawn recognized me and attempted to resolve the issue. He provided me with leftover supports from the back, but when I got home, I discovered they were too short. On top of that, the first set of supports I was given—pulled from the exact same bed model in the clearance section—were completely mismatched, each a different color and clearly from different furniture pieces. I want to clarify that this review is not necessarily a reflection of the customer service I received, as Shawn did try to help. Instead, it speaks to the lack of decorum in their sales practices. It is misleading and unacceptable to sell a bed while assuring customers that nothing is wrong with it, only for essential components to be missing. How can you sell a bed without disclosing its defects? I understand that clearance items are discounted, but that does not justify withholding critical information from customers. I will make one final attempt to get this issue resolved. If Ashley Furniture Outlet provides a satisfactory solution, I will update my review accordingly. Until then, let this be a warning—if you’re considering purchasing from the clearance section, inspect everything yourself before buying. I wish I had done so and avoided this hassle. Honestly, I would have been better off ordering the bed online.

My husband and I had a great experience at Ashley today. We went to multiple furniture stores and this store had the best options and prices for us. Katie Baker was our sales rep and she was so patient and helpful. We currently have a large living room with dead space and we were looking to buy a reclining set but we’re not sure of how to organize the set for the furniture to make sense and look good. After discussing, Katie showed us multiple options and gave us multiple ideas. We left with a large 5 piece reclining set with corner chaisers. After 14 days of purchase, I contacted Ashley Furniture to request información on the delivery someone took my information and I was advised that someone will contact me. They advised me that they can deliver two of the 4 items but there's no date for the other items to be delivered. Waiting to be contacted by Ashley to let me know when are the other items.
