Want to tell you about one of your employees at your Jacksonville Atlantic office. My girl and I were looking for something very specific from your store walked in and was being helped by a young lady as we peruse the store with two young kids we actually found something very different from what we were looking for and we’re ready to purchase. However, the young lady that was helping us left and never returned. She saw us standing looking around as if we needed help, but never spoke one other word to us Noticeably upset. We were leaving the young man at the door by the name of Sean O’Toole stopped doesn’t asked what the problem was. I told him it didn’t matter we were leaving. He insisted that we would he could help us gave him a short story. He gave us his information. We were literally on the way to another furniture store Less than 10 miles away to buy the exact same piece of furniture. He, with his persistence, his kindness his professionalism brought us back in and we are now very happy Ashley furniture customers. I don’t know how long he’s been on the job or how it works. However, he needs to be looked at to do something more than what he’s doing now. Thank you, Shawn and thank you, Ashley a customer now for life.

Worst experience ever! Do NOT buy from here you will regret it! Let’s start with something simple. They couldn’t even get my name spelled right or my phone # right on the order. I had to make 2nd trip back to the store because they left something off the order, so the only reason they get one star is because they gave it to us for free but it was due to the fact the sales rep was incompetent. Moving on to delivery, the drawers were broken before we purchased…so we asked Foy to fix it before having it delivered. He said he would. He never did! I got it in my daughters room & when I called they said I had to bring it all the way to the store for them to fix…ME & my 70yr old father or hire movers to bring a 5 drawer chest that is incredibly heavy & took 2 movers to bring in. Instead my 70yr old father fixed the 5 drawer chest drawers in the meantime hurting himself & me hurting myself! On top of that the store said that habitat for humanities picks up your old stuff for FREE?! Don’t believe them! They charge you big time! Had to call Salvation Army, which was an experience, for little things & PAY over $500 to $1800-junk for them to come get my couch & sofa! So again this store lies to you & only cares about getting a sale/commission. Not to mention, I am now having issues with my brand new bed not staying together. It easily comes apart when I try to make the bed & you can see there a gaps where it looks like pieces are missing when it was put together! So they even sell crappy unreliable new stuff too! If I could do it all over again, I’d snap my fingers & erase this entire purchase. I fully regret buying ANYTHING from them. This was a gift my parents bought me & all it’s been is a complete nightmare. Ashely Homestore lied about a lot & had they been truthful we’d had waited for this purchase or at least not have purchased a few of these items like the chest for my daughter, the couch, the loveseat, a different bed frame, etc. In fact, we may have just gone somewhere altogether! They saw dollar signs, got greedy for a HUGE purchase & took advantage!

Asley Furniture on Atlantic Blvd in the Regency area is a very nice store. But I almost gave up on them - I purchased an area rug on 09-7-2024 and was alerted that the rug was available for pick up. When I got to the store a young lady went to the back and could not locate the rug. So, I asked her why would I get notification if the merchandise was not there? One week after, I then returned to the store a second time, to pick up the rug and was told it was not in the back and I need to call customer service. I began to get frustrated, because I had already received alerts that the rug was delivered to the store and to pick it up, so I was confused as to why I had to call customer service. I want say a special "thank you" to Fred / and his manager who went above and beyond to find my area rug. The manager went back into the back (storeroom) and found my area rug. Thank you guys for making my day.

Dear Google, I rarely review my experiences, but I had a recent one that affected me so profoundly that I just had to share it with you all: I recently visited the Ashley homestore outlet in the regency area, and let me tell you, I was blown away. Firstly, the parking lot was quite inviting and nothing strange happened at all. The building was beautifully painted and looked clean from the outside, so first impressions were overwhelmingly positive. From there, to my surprise, things only got better. I was greeted, warmly and gently, by a young man called Jonathan. He was disarmingly handsome and devilishly charming, his demeanor calm, yet assertive. Quite frankly, it caught me off guard. But I'm not complaining. Jonathan proceeded to thoughtfully guide me through the tidy showroom, gliding along with practiced ease, making pleasant conversation in between asking my needs and making some recommendations based on my replies. Aside from a couple of instances where he casually attempted to plug his new mixtape (I'm sure it's great, but I don't really listen to that hip-hop stuff), this part of my experience was flawless. Eventually, we were able to find just the piece; a desk (as pictured) for my father, Bilbo. He recently returned from a rather stressful journey, and needed a place to unwind and focus on his writing. The style was fabulous and elegant. The size, perfect. The price couldn't be beat, and I couldn't be happier. You can't get service or deals like this at other stores like room-to-go or mattresses-firm. Needless to say, I will be returning often. To shop, yes, but also just to visit and relive this incredible experience. Plus, Jonathan assured me he could get me a bargain on a rather attractive leather sofa sleeper, which I have been eyeing for my den. If you're in the market for furniture or mattresses, I would suggest you do the same. In closing, this has been an experience that I will remember and treasure for the rest of my life. This review is not only for Ashley but also synchrony bank who they finance through. We ended up getting scammed and told we had a 3 year promotion and it was only 2. We didn’t see it because half our family was very sick on treatment for 18 months for Lyme disease and once we realized the mistake no one could do anything. They said if we had caught it a few months earlier they may have been able to do something. Somehow we were only signed up to pay the minimum instead of the full. Don’t know how that happened. So we ended up paying 6k for a 3k couch. We the people sure get screwed over sometimes so big companies can make their buck. Had to eat it. Such is life. Do not trust anyone and oh yah don’t get sick cause that’s something we can control *sarcasm* On top do that I’ve been calling for 2 years trying to use the cleaning service I bought with the couch. They keep filing complaints with the third party and never has the couch gotten clean. Mind you we have been on treatment and had lots of infusions and bodily things occurring on that couch so it would be nice to get it cleaned. No one is doing anything.

I purchased a bed frame from here. When I got home to put it together. The bed frame was defective. The manager at Ashley's furniture told me I can not return the defective bedframe. I have been extremely disappointed with my transaction with this store. I purchased a dresser here recently snd got it delivered last week. The delivery men set it up incorrectly and it is not useable and i have called multiple times to complain and nothing has happened. The dresser is not even useable and I spent $550 on it. Would bot recommend purchasing anything from this store and I will be returning this purchase and will never shop with them again. It has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with furniture purchases.

Delivery guys were excellent, prompt, and courteous, sales associate was mediocre or slightly below, very transactional and I don't even recall her name; quality of items are right on par with what you expect for price or slightly better. Alot of my major pieces are from Haverty's but I will start to buy more from Ashley as the Signature Line seems to be a bit more upscale and higher quality for a fraction of Haverty's prices, but only time will tell!

New review 5 month after purchase, the electric love seat recliner is no longer working, I purchased the warranty and was told by Katie that it’s a good thing to purchase the warranty since it’s electric.but now I’m being told that Guardian warranty will not fix my chair because it has a manufacturer warranty, Which is Ashley Furniture, now I’m being told that the manufacturer warranty does not apply to Furniture purchased from the Atlantic Boulevard store Because it’s a clearance item so I’m paying on a chair that I cannot use. I’m on a fixed income 71 years old. With medical issues that’s the reason I bought the chair from the beginning now I can’t use it. I was not informed by Katie of any manufacturer warranty or that it would not apply because iit’s a clearance item,. Nor was I told it is as is once it leave the store so I thought I was getting a good deal and sales person was generally honest and helpful I stand corrected. I would never have purchased an item if I had been informed that it was clearance and I would just be on my own. If it was a problem, I am very disappointed. Ashley have their money. Instead of having a satisfied customer, they want me to pay for the service of getting the chair fixed, plus the part, where Is loyalty to your customers I will never ever purchase anything from Ashley and I will definitely report this to consumers affairs and I will post it everywhere because I do not want anyone To be in this predicament. So I was told to contact my sales person since I was not informed. In advance that I have no protection I’m just paying for something that I cannot use so please be aware before you purchase anything from This company and make sure you were given all the details which apparently to make a sale they will not voluntarily tell you the truth. And if you don’t know the right questions to ask, please do not purchase anything from Ashley Furniture . I am so sad And disappointed that I have this chair that I cannot use and I have health issues and I cannot afford to get it fixed, but I have to continue to pay For this item. I bought a tempur pedic power base from this store and they delivered a broken base without a power cord and refuse to supply one. Terrible service. Avoid this store. Some of their prices are cheaper than online and some are much more expensive. Double check before you buy anything!

Honestly I Came in today to browse. Knowing exactly what color and style I was interested in. Katie greeted us immediately and was very helpful, pleasant, attentive (and cute). I am updating my original post to warn customers about Ashley and their deceiving sales style. Osa is a kind person and was very helpful when selecting a mattress but is likely being asked to do whatever she needs to do to close a deal so I don’t really fault her for misleading me. I suffered a severe medical injury and had to have a bed in time before they picked up my current bed which wasn’t working for me. I asked at least 4 times during the sales process about delivery times and told them to make sure that it was indeed 7-10 days. They assured me of this and I proceeded to purchase a new mattress. We called about our bed about 10 days into the process only to be told that they never deliver beds in that timeline and that is always 4-6 weeks. Needless to say, I became very frustrated due to the blatant lie by their sales team and management. They suddenly found a bed a few days later only to tell me it was damaged and I would need to wait on a new one. We all know that my bed was never there but they just wanted to cover their obvious screwup. In terms of the bed itself, it is a actually comfortable but be advised that you do need to give it some time to soften up. The ones in the store are worn and very soft due to constant traffic. Original Post: Osa and the team at Ashley helped us get a very comfortable new bed. Have a sleep number now and made a switch to the Beautyrest black. 🙏 for many nights of great sleep. Well, I thought Ashley’s outlet store was good. Melissa was great as a sales person but now that I’m having trouble with the bed within a weeks time of being delivered they don’t want anything to do with you. It’s said its a manufactures problem not theirs. I’m so shocked why bother buying a warranty. Manager said they can’t follow up on it because it’s a manufacture problem. So very disappointed will not ever buy anything from any Ashley’s again. Karen St. John

tl;dr : Sells cheap products with warranties that are rackets. Terrible! My mother bought a $500 chair with a 3 year "warranty". I put quotes around "warranty" because it's only been 2 years, and the warranty company refuses to honor it because it took my mother longer than 30 days to file the claim. Absolutely ludicrious; heaven forbid people have busy lives. To top things off, my mother called Ashley Home Furniture to see if they could do something to, you know, stand by their (obviously cheaply-made) product, and the lady was very dismissive, and just kept saying there's nothing she could do. Obviously, we will not be buying from Ashley Home Furniture ever again.
To say I’m satisfied would be an understatement, Alie pepper went above and beyond helping me choose the right furniture for my living room. She was attentive and patient, not to mention knowledgeable and has an outstandingly keen sense of home styling. I will be a forever customer of hers and can’t wait to work with her again. Ps. Red hair don’t care :) she’ll understand.

I went to the Jax location and found my way to Osa. I came in with my daughter right at closing time. I am positive Osa wanted to just make the sale and go home or just go home dealing with me and my pain in the butt daughter lol. She was quite very patient and helpful with us. I went to Rooms to Go and Havertys and I have to say I liked some of there styles but the customer service is what really drives me to finalize a sale. So I ending up coming to Ashley and I worked with an amazing young woman name Allie she was so knowledgeable and she has such a great spirit. We ending furnishing our brand new home with her. She keep our kids entertained while we looked around to find the perfect pieces for our home. It was a great experience to have met her at the time we did. I purchased the 4 piece sectional most expensive one Ashley has not including my bed /dresser/ nightstand & bay stools. Pieces were delivered broken multiple times now they connected all the stores and some people were moved around nobody want to help, so me spending thousands of dollars on Atlantic at that store and being taken advantage is a horrible experience! I hope the owner gets in contact with me asap !
I bought a bedroom set and matress...took 1.5 weeks to arrive the delivery person dropped off a partial delivery in my foyer and left didn't say anything. Had to call and wait for the headboard for about another week, it got delivered without any hardware to put it together. They say I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for a technician to get the hardware and put it together. Getting g a refund!!! The worst experience. Will not shop here again!

Bobby brown did an amazing job answering all the questions and concerns my wife and I had. He wasn't down our necks trying to sell us furniture which we greatly appreciated. My mother and I went shopping for a new mattress and a man named Bobby Brown helped us put throughout the whole process. Not only was he very helpful, but he saved us around $500. If I could give more than 5 stars to this man, I would.

So I purchased a dresser and 2 nightstands. Dresser I had no issues, as it was taken home the same day. The two nightstands was a totally different story. We were told the items would be in within 2 weeks for pick up. 8 weeks later, and multiple calls to see what was going on...I finally got the call they were in and we could pick them up at the warehouse. Now this was a nightmare, worst then the wait for the items to come!! They have 13 different bays for pick up, with one person working. I just don't get it? Pick up is only 9-4, T-Friday; not sure how this schedule works for someone who works...and then you must give them an hour notice to pick up the items. But be prepared, even if you follow all their procedures you will still wait over an hour for the items to be brought to your vehicle. I would never purchase anything from them again...not worth the headache and/or wait time frames to save a couple dollars.
Maybe I'm reaching with a 4 but 3 is too low. The customer service was extraordinary but the delivery options were lacking and frustrating.
We had just went to Mattress firm next to Ashley Furniture on Atlantic Blvd. It was like being being pressured into buying a Time Share. When we went into Ashley Furniture we met Bobby Brown. He was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, he listened to our wants and needs and we ended up buying the same $4000 mattress from next door for $1000. No pressure just wonderful experience. We are now heading back to get furniture from Bobby. He deserves a raise!! Thank you Ashley Furniture for having such a wonderful person there to help us!
Well today I moved into a senior living community- bought a storage bed from Ashley Outlet. When the guys showed up the wrong pieces had been packed. Oh NO! After the movers were not the best I sure didn’t want to hear this news. But Stephon and Reggie got right on the phone and totally fixed everything. Within a couple hours I have my bed built and they removed all the boxes and trash. Thanks so much young men. Stephon and Reggie are 10+
Both my husband and I walked in to purchase some furniture and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. When we asked for some help it was like we were bothering them. Im not sure what the problem could’ve been but the encounter showed us we were better off buying furniture else where.
When you go here, ask for Mr. Bobby Brown. That good ole Southern hospitality. Hands off salesman that answered all the questions that I had while remaining professional yet courteous. A good natured human that has been in sales for 22 years and it shows.
Went in to purchase a sectional. Everything I actually liked was on back order for months. So when I do find something I like, I'll have to get the floor model. The reps don't call U back resolve any issues so you'll have to make another store visit if U have any concerns.
Ordered a bedframe, waited a month and a half for it to arrive only to have to deal with a bunch of missing pieces and hardware and a runaround customer service. I've had an incomplete bed frame sitting around my house with no sign that it will ever be put together because every time someone comes around to bring missing pieces, there's always more missing pieces and they leave. Leading me on another chase around with calling every day to get it resolved... Very disappointed.

We went in dreading the thought of furniture shopping. Typically you are followed around the store and feel like you’re being stalked. That was not our experience. We worked with Bobby B and had the best furniture shopping experience ever! We had plenty of time to just walk around and look. Bobby was there when we had a question and we got a great deal on our furniture! I highly recommend going to Bobby for any furniture needs you may have!

Been needing a new mattress for a while and the President's Day sales gave me a little incentive! I had purchased a Simmons mattress from Ashley at River City Market Place about 15 years ago. It's been a very supportive and comfortable mattress. But after so many years, it's starting to feel a bit worn. Plus, I think you're supposed to replace your mattress every 6 years...so I'm way overdue!I was dreading the process, images of pushy salespeople running through my head. I had looked online beforehand and narrowed down my choices some, did my homework. I had never been to the fairly new Ashley Outlet on Atlantic Blvd until today. I called Ashley earlier and the rep told me that the Outlet probably had a larger selection than the "regular" store. So I decided to go there first. Bonus-the Outlet store is closer to me! (It's located at the intersection of Southside and Atlantic.)I was greeted at the door by a pleasant young man named Mason. He asked me what I was looking for in a mattress and quickly narrowed down some choices. He was right on the money. He didn't try to push the more expensive brands. He just wanted me to find what I was comfortable with. As it turns out, my favorite was NOT one of the most pricey mattresses. And because of that, I was able to also purchase a top of the line cooling mattress cover, which actually adds years to my warranty. What I thought might turn out to be days of looking all transpired in less than an hour! Mason was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mason and the Ashley Furniture Homestore Outlet.
Today I was just looking around to prepare for buying my first bedroom furniture. I was referred to Bobby B. And when I say he didn’t disappoint me. He listened to my needs he helped me get exactly what I wanted. He didn’t try to force anything on me . He was also great with my 3 year old daughter who was all over the place lol. Just recently went today to purchase a sectional for my son, totally didn’t expect to walk out today with delivery scheduled for Thursday of this week 10/7. Khoury was awesome in making it happen, very informative, very pleasant to speak with and have assist in the entire experience. Would recommend Khoury 10/10 to anyone in the market for furniture. The staff went way above and beyond successfully finding a recliner that I needed for my elderly mother. I needed one in next few days. Staff called to advise me new shipment just came in and was available to purchase and take home that day. Amber and Ja so nice and thoughtful. Highly recommend shopping here.
Poor Experience so far. I ordered Items in April of 21 and I still have not had my order completed. 1. The delivery team: - Installed parts wrong - Forgot to install parts - Left Trash all over the floor - Damaged my home - Brought in dirt from outside onto my floors. 2. There were inaccurate delivery times promised. 3. The delivery date changed several times. 4. Sent me broken furniture. 5. Sent me damaged furniture. I hope I'm the only one this will ever happen to. My advice if you shop here, do all E-correspondence, so you have evidence if you need to take it to dispute.

Been to two of the Ashley stores in Jacksonville and we bought a couch at each store. Both stores guaranteed that we would get our couches on said date, because it was in the warehouse. We ordered these couches two months ago and have received three phone calls with change of dates because either they only had some pieces and now they have none. We are now told it'll be another month until we get our couches! We moved from overseas, were ok with not having them for a month but now being told to wait a total of three months is unacceptable! Don't buy from this company, they feed you lies to buy and then can't back up their product in their own warehouse!!

Purchase and delivery went as planned. We purchased the extended warranty as recommended by the sales person. 8 months ago we filed a claim for a stain(covered by extended warranty) and issue still is not resolved. The warranty company shipped the “panel” to us after 7 mos. with instructions for us to let them know if we were unable to do the labor ourselves. Their contractor “furniture repair guy” contacted us to set up appointment for which I took off work early. No show, no call. Worst customer service. When I call the store where we purchased, a recording is still using the Covid-19 limited hours/staff excuse. Choose your furniture store wisely.

Liars! They sold me their warranty through Platinum Warranty services. What a joke. 5 year Warranty that’s supposed to cover anything as long as it’s not pet related.My couch and chair are already pealing after 2 years and they won’t honor the warranty. Not bad however, by the time we found something we kinda liked it was not going to be in until the very end of March and this is something we need sooner. Apparently this is on several items. I guess that is to be expected now with proper precautions in production.
Bought a coffee table from here in December was told it would arrive February 13th. Couple days before delivery I get a text saying it’s not coming and they’ll let me know when they have more info. Called the store and they informed me it’d be delivered In A couple weeks. Well I just called again to see when it would be coming and I was not informed it wouldn’t be here until April.... it’s one coffee table..... every time I’ve called the customer service team is insanely rude. Save the headache and go shop somewhere else!

David at the Regency location was amazing! Answered all our questions and stayed within reach for help, without being too all over us or pushy. The location was clean and had workers posted in different spots all over the store in a helpful way. Nico at the front while at check out was very friendly as well. We ended up getting a great deal on a sectional chaise and ottoman set! Can’t wait to receive it in a couple months (a little delayed bc of Covid, but we understand). Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for great deals on quality Ashley’s home furniture.

We bought a party time sofa. White with all the lights and pull down USB etc. LOVE IT! We looked 4 months and many stores and finally found the perfect one. I'm 6ft and my wife is 5'1" and we love it! Go on Amazon and buy a battery pack, so you don't have to plug it in an outlet.
If I could give them 0 stars or a negative 10 I would. 1st of all, I was lied to about the quality of the furniture. I was told it was made of solid wood. That is a lie. It is nothing more than keep, light particle board. My 6 drawer dresser ways 45 pounds. The handles or loose, the drawers do not shut properly and The guy lied about the delivery. I was told the dresser and nightstand would be here on December 11th period the dresser came by its self the Day After Christmas. Deny stands did not come until January 6th period I have no idea when the chest of drawers will come. A I had already purchased a bed And wanted everything to match. I wish now that day would come take every single piece of this junk back !

I bought furnishings which I received the couch & mattress with in 2 weeks. I also purchased a bedroom set & still waiting for delivery. It will be 2 months before I get my bedroom set. I do understand the delay is because of the pandemic. I love my couch, my mattress is very comfortable.

Plenty of workers stationed around the building, with not feeling overcrowded or pressured. We went around the whole display 3 times looking at our favorites twice and we got some pleasantry greetings and it was a very relaxing atmosphere while just enjoying our time looking at our options. A wholly positive experience and we will definitely be making the purchases we came to this store to look for.

Been waiting two months for a coach I ordered from Ashley HomeStore. Ordered a couch in July and I was told it would arrive in August. However, they later changed it to September. I let it slide because I know COVID is messing things up. However, now they changed it again to October. When I called, I was told that it could get changed AGAIN. Pandemic or not, I wish they were upfront and honest about the wait time. It seems like I'm never going to get it. This has been one of my worst experiences trying to buy a coach.

So many options of things we need
Purchased a cabinet for my living room, probably mid June. I paid extra for assembly and home delivery. I received a call from one of Ashley's Furniture driver on 7/16 1:21pm, stating he unable to find mind address, which I went outside to assist with my location. There was three delivery men, that unloaded the piece to bring inside(it's solid wood and really heavy), and they continued to set it up. I inspected the cabinet, provided them all a tip. Upon plugging my television back up I noticed the leg had came off of the cabinet and laying on the floor. I immediately called the driver from the same number he had called me from, to advise of the issue, no answer. I sent a text stating who I was, my address, the issue and the option to return to fix or should I call Ashley Furniture, no response. I called Ashley's Furniture Corp 7/16 1:31pm( I have all of their names, which I won't use), advised of the issue. Young lady placed me on hold to get ahold of the driver. She returned to advise me he'll give me a call to come back out, needless to say no call returned. 7/17 10:39am I called Ashley's Furniture Corp again, explained the above and this different young lady advised the lady I spoke with the day before wasn't available and she couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department but she'll send an email for someone to return my call, no return call. I called 7/18 1pm and one of the ladies I spoke with prior advised a tech will be out Saturday but cannot provide me a time. Saturday came, tech arrived stated Ashley failed to communicate the cabinet issues in it's entirety, didn't have the proper tools, took a piece off the cabinet and stated he'll be back Tuesday along with help due to the heaviness of the cabinet. Tuesday came, the tech returned with tools and a helper. They managed to turn the cabinet over and where the leg was supposed to be, an entire 4 - 5inch piece of wood had been broken completely off and that's why the leg came off(which the delivery guy's knew this and decided to prop it up as if nothing happened). Also upon the cabinet being turn over, we noticed the entire back panel of the cabinet was cracked and broken from the top to the bottom. The tech immediately got on the phone with Ashley, advised of the situation above. He got off the phone and advised me that he'll put in for a new cabinet and someone will contact me for a delivery date. 7/24 12:48pm I called Ashley's, advised of the above. I was advised by the young lady that the cabinet will not be in until 8/4 and someone will call me for delivery. I then requested to speak with a supervisor, she advised me that the supervisor will not be in until 1pm and she'll have her give me a call. 1:15pm the supervisor did return my call, advised her of the above and how disappointed I was especially after spending over $700 for this cabinet, to arrive broke in two different places and which I feel the warehouse and delivery guy's was aware of and still decided to pass it along as if nothing was wrong. The Sup apologized, offered to refund my assembly & delivery cost($99). 8/4 called Ashley's and spoke to a different young lady, advised of the above and still have yet to receive my refund. She advised she'll get with the Sup mentioned above for refund and someone will call me back for delivery. 8/11 I called Ashley's, spoke with an entirely different lady, advised of the above, no new cabinet nor refund as promised by the supervisor. She advised the cabinet will be in 8/20. Placed me on hold to get ahold of the Sup mentioned above, no avail. Came back, placed me on another hold to contact Accounting department but the person she called was on the other line. I offered to hold, she advised she was unaware of the wait time and she'll call me back once she's able to make contact, no returned call. 8/12 I called Ashley's, spoke with a totally different lady and explained the above and was awaiting a callback from 8/11. She advised the lady the day before did not

Wanted to pay cash for a desk and few other pieces today. Found out we can not take home items we saw in store. Can have them delivered in few days for $60 extra or pick them up at a warehouse across town. No thank you. I would think a store would have items on hand for people like me wanting to pay and take items with me. If I go to target and there is a desk, they have quantities available for purchase there, not across town.

Amazing service..... Khoury was literally the best. We went to every furniture store in a 20mile radius and didnt find the quality to price point any where near what we ended up getting through Khoury... He let us know about all applicable sales, all of our financing options, and made the process as smooth as butter.... I will have to say besides the quality of the product, Khourys attention to detail, and comfortable yet professional work style is really what made us come back to seal the deal. We came in a week ago to look for the first time and thats when we met him. After looking at all the other stores, we didnt find anything as nice or receive the type of service Khoury provided. Almost a week later we got the text from him checking in on us and what a coincidence cause we were on the way to look at the bedroom set and livingroom set again!! Needless to say my wife and I had a great experience and will definitely be shopping here in the future as well as recommending others!

Good store but you have to shop them.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Purchased a sofa and bed at the beginning of May and was given a delivery date of June 4th. I was called to set up delivery thinking everything was fine. The bed was the only thing being delivered. I asked about the sofa, and the girl said “oh, that’s not until July 12th.” So no one was going to tell me that my delivery had been pushed out FIVE WEEKS!!! Unacceptable. I called back a few days later to see if there was anything they could do, and the date had moved up to July 2nd. Still not ideal, but it is what it is. Get a call 2 weeks after that call for them to tell me my sofa was discontinued and I should come in to find something different, or they have one on the floor but the configuration was different than I ordered. Still, desperate because I have no furniture currently, I agreed and asked the manager to check out the sofa to make sure it was in good condition. He confirmed it was, but asked that i come in. THANK THE LORD I didn’t just trust his word, the couch was filthy and there was a hole in the side. A. Hole. Infuriated at this point I just asked for my money back because “there was nothing they could do.” Which is terrible customer service and awful business practice. So after a month and a half I waiting for absolutely nothing, I took my money and left. Just out of curiosity I called the store at the town center to see if they had it, the sales person told me they didn’t, but it would be available in August! I was floored. I have no clue if that is true, which is why I will NEVER purchase from this company again. A waste of time. Our sales person was nice enough, but As someone who works in customer service/distribution, and understanding our current climate is full of uncertainty, What is completely unacceptable is not taking ownership of the mistakes made, and making it right for your customer. My suggestion, save your time and take your money down the street to Havertys and ask for John.

UNPROFFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE. Only gave one star because 0/5 isn't an option. I ordered 1 couch and 1 dining table with 4 chairs. I received 2 of 3 parts of my couch and the 3rd part a week and a half later. When we received our dining table we only got 2 out of 4 chairs and have yet to receive the other two. The team there is very customer friendly but also misleading. The delivery service is comparable to Wish.com. I was given a date for delivery that was 3 weeks out from the day we ordered (which was fine) but ON THE DAY I was supposed to receive my couch, it was pushed out a week and I was only getting 2 out of 3 parts. NOTE: delivery times are 3 hour windows and they don't deliver Monday or Tuesday. I was unable to meet the delivery people at the set time because I work a full time job? And can't just leave my place of business as I please. So I made a phone call to have friend go there and 20 minutes later the delivery people HAD LEFT MY HOUSE to do a different delivery. Save your money and the heart ache and shop elsewhere.

Just came in after visiting two other local stores and finally found what we wanted. Purchased the most comfortable mattress on the planet, a sectional, two accent chairs and two twin beds. The process took a bit longer than expected due to technological hurdles but we got it done. Fair prices and Melissa was great. Would definitely shop here again.

Had very helpful salespeople sell us a dining set, bedroom set, and couch. They made sure to recommend the premium warranty program which covers absolutely nothing. The sales people told us it covered almost all damage including pets. We just tried to call for our couch being torn and cushions completely flat, springs broken (less than 5 years from buying it)- not covered, drawer to my dresser broke just with normal use- not covered! This is absolutely absurd. We paid $400 for this useless warranty and were lied to when we bought it. Definitely do not buy from this place they are crooks!
I bought a mattress and base. Chris was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Willing to help and you can tell he is a good person. Definitely an A+.However it was a different story with the delivery person and customer rep. I paid for delivery and was told they would take care of the old mattress disposal, delivery guy would nit take the mattress telling me it had some stains. I called customer service Veronica and she was not willing to work with me or offer an alternative. Definitely not the type of person you would want on your business. Why would i buy a new mattrress if there is nothing wrong with the old mattress. They expect a shiny new mattrress for disposal? Would NEVER COME TO ASHLEY AGAIN. aftersales are definitely the WORSE in the industry.

I had the Ashley store stand behind their product. I had an issue with an Ashley leather sofa. On one cushion, the leather finish chipped/wore off. I had bought the expensive third-party Furniture Protection Plan Insurance, but they would not cover it. I was very disappointed and felt that I had purchased the insurance without getting the benefit when the leather product failed. I contacted the Ashley Home Store in Jacksonville TownCenter-Corporate. The Guest Experience Manager worked through Ashley Corporate and they gave me a store credit to purchase a new couch. When I went in to find a new couch, the sales staff was helpful and informative. The Guest Experience Manger was professional and easy to work with. She was very clear in the steps I needed to follow to document for the manufacturer the product issue. What started out as a disappointing experience with the leather failure and the denial of my insurance claim, turned around to be a pleasant experience in getting the product replaced.

Fitzroy is the best! We were shopping for a firm king size mattress and he listened to our needs and was very patient with us. He showed us around the store and educated us on the various brands and types of mattresses as well as the different types of power bases. He was kind and personable! We came in to the store toward the end of the day and he did not rush us a bit. He also understood when we wanted to take a day to think it over. He consulted the sales manager and they offered to sell us the set at a great price if we returned within two days. We went to other stores but nothing beat the deal we got here for the quality of the set. We did it, we purchased a mattress set! The mattress will be delivered soon and we cant wait to leave another review with more info on how delivery and the product turns out! I am sure it will all be great. So happy we got the chance to work with Fitzroy to find our perfect mattress. Looking forward to the perfect sleep!

I've had an awful experience with this location, and staff. Gerard T. has awful customer service care he was rude and has guaranteed that i will never be a returning customer. I would not recommend this location, staff or company to anyone. I was set up with Gerard T. I asked if he could get me a price of the entire bedroom set (bed frame, dresser with out mirror, 2 night stands, and chest). I asked if he could give me two quotes one with the chest and one with out the chest as I didn't really need the chest I just liked the look of it. He came back with a tablet with the price online with had the bed frame, dresser with out mirror, 2 night stands, and chest listed along with the in store price. He never gave me the price with out the chest. He then proceeded to get rude and irritated with me when I questioned why they couldn't match the online prices and instead that the in store price was a better offer. Which I was confused and at this point it had been a long day and I was honestly ready to go home. I asked if he could get me a price of everything including shipping and the warranty plan. He came back with what I thought was a decent price and ended up purchasing the set. This is when his whole mood changed he was nicer, he offered to help me measure a couch that had caught my eye. So I purchased the set at the price given. One week later I decided to call to get an estimated delivery date. That's when everything just blew up in my face. I found out that Gerard forgot to add the dresser to my order. That's when I called the store and spoke to him. He told me that I told him I just wanted the chest. Which really frustrated me because I wasn't even sure if I wanted the chest but I was in love with the dresser. They refused to honor the price and if I wanted the dresser I'd have to pay more for it. After all of that I'm feeling very disappointed and displeased with my purchase. They wouldn't even let me cancel my order and refund my money. On another note if you're looking for furniture go to JAXCO on Atlantic or rooms to go on Blanding Blvd I had a wonderful experience with both of these locations and company's!

My girlfriend and I went in there to buy a new sectional, we looked around for about a half an hour. Not one associate greeted us, talked to us, or asked us any questions. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were all on their phones on the floor, several employees were crowded in groups talking amongst themselves. We approached the group saying we had some questions on a couch, an employee said they’d be right over but never came over, so we left and bought an entire living room furniture set somewhere else.

Make sure you know the return policy, location that I purchased from said that I could not return what I purchased, the furniture looked nice but it was poorly put together. I was looking for a new couch. And there was a great one with a great price. It hasn't been delivered yet, but I'm so excited to sit in it. The sales lady Alicia was so nice and funny. Purchased 2 loveseats, and a full bedroom set (including two dressers and two side tables) from Ashley HomeStore Jacksonville, - 10 pieces in total. Staring with the first delivery 8 of the ten pieces were damaged! I have had 5~6 (SIX) redeliveries to replace the defective/damage furniture! Each time we were given damaged/defective furniture again! The last furniture delivery (Loveseat with console) Ashley had the audacity to redeliver the same damaged/defective furniture that I has returned the first time! Cameron

One star because customer service is horrible. This was the worst shopping experience ever. I waited 2 months before i got all my items. Some were damage and not put together properly. I sent those back, then the delivery guy Johnny calls at 11pm at night to drop off furniture, very unacceptable and not respectful of the customer. After receiving all my items some broke, it was replaced and broke again, it was replaced with a different item to get and parts were missing. Bailey the sales lady went above and beyond to make this right. She met me at another store to replace the item with missing parts. She has been excellent and the reason i didn't return it all and request my money back. I probably won't ever shop here again due to all the damage items and horrible customer service i received. First time shopping and the worst experience.

The ONLY reason I’m giving this two stars is because of Melissa, who went above and beyond and did an outstanding job from the beginning of the sale all the way through the end of service recovery. If it wasn’t for her I’d give this place once star. I ordered a couch, waited over a month for them to deliver a couch. When the delivery date came only one person showed up to deliver a whole couch to a second floor. He swore up and down the couch would not fit and didn’t even try so I was forced to send it back. When I went back to talk to the store about the situation they sold the couch I had ordered and waited over a month for. Upon discussing alternatives. NOT ONCE DID MANAGER approach me to apologize for the inconvenience. He walked by me several times and even stood directly in front of me. Having worked in retail and in the service industry for many years, the least this man could have done is come and say I’m sorry. It’s sad to see someone in a position of leadership avoid moments where service recovery is necessary.

Really great customer service and amazing inventory. I don't like these types of stores due to the pressure you feel to make a decision that very moment. My Mom and I had a fabulous experience with Evvy. It was like talking to a girlfriend whilst you picked out something for your house. My Mom can be a bit indecisive and I had my 2.5year old with me...time was ticking. Moms know what I'm talking about.Evvy was really cool and very patient. Very cool person. I would also recommend this place due to the inventory and selections in store. It's fabulous and chic.

I walked in to inquire about a small part for the dresser they sell in the store (We purchased it online). Was redirected to online store. Then, had another question and with some attitude the man replied. Finally, I was inquiring about a small night stand.I gave him an idea of what I was looking for.... his reply was that he couldn't understand what I was looking for?! I asked do you even have night stands, bedside tables..? He replied "yes, but don't know what you're looking for" Uh, couldn't he at least show me where they were at? Most likely by the bedroom sets..?!I'm not a demanding or annoying customer. I felt that he really had a "bad day", wasn't in the mood to do his job, or who knows what? I just walked out...
Amber was able to help me get all the furniture I needed for my new home at an amazing price! The store manager, Kash, was very friendly and customer oriented. He did everything he could for me to leave as a satisfied new furniture owner. I was able to purchase a sectional couch, coffee table, and bedroom set all for under over $1K off MSRP. Highly recommend if you need furniture; be sure to ask for Amber!

In-store experience was fine. Purchased an item for delivery and was told we could work with the delivery department to schedule a delivery after 5pm "no problem." Wrong. I received a text message one day prior to the delivery with a time frame right in the middle of the day. It's unable to be rescheduled. Now I have to take off work for half the day to accept this thing on less than 24 hours' notice.
Staff is pushy and then non-existent if you are just looking around. Prices are just plain silly expensive for the quality. Do people not know what is decent quality anymore?
Delivery took longer than advertised (3+ weeks), delivery team showed up at the very end of the 3 hour window they provided, and then the piece of furniture wasn't even unloaded due to damage. A simple phone call could have been made indicating the piece received was damaged. Called and spoke to Grace, who assured me she would call me back the following day after the piece was recieved back at the warehouse. The next day came and went with no call. Called today when I was on the way to the store and she still needed further time to confirm that I could get a refund. At least the refund process seemed to go smoothly once I made an additional trip to the store. Prices in store were no better than what was available online, customer service is atrocious, and furniture quality is questionable.
I did not know until driving by on Atlantic Blvd that this store was here, in the old Circuit City bldg. Great having somewhere to pick up furnishings and not pay full retail. Sears and RTG weren't cutting it anymore. Much better Ashley quality with better prices. See Amber!

Not a good experience especially when you are just shopping around and comparing prices and products. They only are nice if you are going to buy their products that second! It's called "shopping around" and I have the right to just look and not be hassled to but today! Geez!
If you want to be jumped on by 100 sales people before you take a step in the door this is the place for you. Cheap junky furniture that is way overpriced. Your money is spent better elsewhere.

Really disinterested, not customer oriented
Went back to purchase the recliner to match my sofa I picked up less than a month ago and to my surprise the color has been DISCONTINUED!!!! UNBELIEVABLE...totally misleading a d Unexceptable!!!

I’ve had the most horrid experience with Ashley. My bed did not come on time. After being told three different times. After 2/3 weeks of not getting my bed. I got this bed now and it breaks a week after. Now the supplies are not in stock. So instead of informing me of when they’re coming to fix the bed. I’m called by someone who is asking me to tell them that the bed supplies are shipping to my house and they’ll come once i inform them of the delivery. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I’ll never order from them again ever.
Its Okay some good products but others look to cheap compared to the price they are asking for.

Great service our salesman Kevin was extremely helpful and friendly we were in and out in about 20 minutes purchased a memory foam mattress which was a an awesome price about half of what we had been looking at the over all experience was great even the pickup was in and gone in just a couple minutes

Real nice until after the sale they lie about delivery then don't communicate at all! Ashley furniture will tell you it's a franchise and they can't help! Go somewhere else, anywhere else!
I was surprised by this place....Nice people though.
Needed to purchase a sectional explained that we were living overseas and needed to get future by this weekend. Was told no problem. Called the day before we were supposed to pick up furniture and was told it would not be available until the following month. Found out on receipt it already stated that it was on back order and the salesperson didn't say anything. So we would have rented a truck the next day for no reason at all. That salesperson makes the whole place seem shady.

So far my experience has been terrible. They tried to deliver the wrong color ottoman which I refused and now are telling me it will be another 4 WEEKS before they can deliver the correct one!? On an order they screwed up in the first place? I never would have made this purchase if I had known it would take 6 weeks to get what I’ve already bought and paid for and was promised I would have in a week. Customer Service Jonathan’s response? Nothing we can do. Manager Drew’s contribution to the conversation after being put on hold then Jonathan informed me he was on the line? Silence. Never again will I shop here and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know about this ridiculous experience.

I bought a dining room table set with 4 chairs in November (fully paid upfront) with an estimated delivery date for December. When my estimated delivery date came along I called the store to find out the status and they informed me that the set is on backorder and wouldn't be available for another month. I called them, they didn't call to notify me which I felt was highly unprofessional. January rolls along and they tell me that the table is available but the chairs are still on backorder. I tell them to deliver the table anyway. I get my table and it is damaged! They take it back and bring me another one the following week. That one is damaged as well! After the third time I finally get a table that isn't damaged. Horrible delivery service and even worse customer service when I explained all of this to them. How can you deliver someone damaged furniture multiple times? It is now February and I still do not have the chairs for the dining room table. Customer service offered to send me loaner chairs. I accept the loaner chairs and they are an ugly white color which doesn't even come close to matching my brown dining room table. Ashley couldn't even send me decent brown/black colored loaner chairs? It is now March and I finally received the actual chairs that match the dining room table. Two of the chairs were missing the rubber inserts on the legs and are extremely wobbly. I have had enough of Ashley Furniture. After 5 months of waiting and still highly dissatisfied, I am DONE with Ashley Furniture and will be telling everyone I know to never shop here. Worst furniture store I have ever dealt with.
Came in the store looking for a specific bed and Joey led me straight to it. In and out, didnt waste my time or lead me to something I wasn’t interested in. Best part he made sure I got what I wanted in my price range!!! Big thank you to Joey and the Ashley team!
Excellent pricing and a definite willingness to help, as well as an openness-to-negotiate. We were able to "haggle" the price down, making our purchase - brand new sectional - even cheaper than the "factory outlet" type stores around Jax. I'll update this with the salesman's name, but he was the Sales Lead and was most excellent. I would invite everyone who reads this to check him out (just ask for the tall guy "Sales Lead"). Everything we saw at competitors, in addition to online offerings from Ashley and others, was available onsite or for ordering. On the minus side, delivery is expensive but includes setup, So there's that. Warranty is only a year, but they offer a 5 year "covers everything including pet stains and drinks" for a reasonable price. 5/5 stars most excellent. Can't wait til I need more furniture.
My mom and I purchased over 10 pieces of furniture from Ashley. Nathan helped us and we got a great deal on the mattress. The only suggestion I have is being a huge company, they should assign their sales tablets that easily scan the barcode on certain products and create shopping carts for customers as they browse through the store. Watching him trying to write down those long numbers and figure out math with certain discounts with a pencil and a sheet is painful. I took away 1 star just because of the delivery guy. It is a hit or miss. The first team was professional and fast but the second crew was rude and impatient. Every time he asked me " where you want this" it sounds like this job was a huge inconvenience of the day for him.
Jonathan was one of the best salesman I’ve ever met. I visited a few furniture stores and no one was as knowledgeable and less pushy than he was. Making the decision was difficult but he helped a lot.
Nice selection and helpful people ready to help you. The atmosphere is relaxing and nicely arranged. It's in a nice location and easy to get to.

Feels just like a normal Ashley HomeStore, except for the checkout which was way less painful on the wallet. Alana was very helpful and there was a great selection of bedroom furniture. I picked out a queen bed (headboard, rails, footboard) a dresser, and nightstand, with delivery and setup, all for less than $1000.
We were pleasantly greeted by a young man, Mr. Sharper and we later spoke w Eric who was fantastic at describing the mattresses and their differences to us. We loved the selection and the prices were outstanding. The bathroom was spotless and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

I went here looking for one thing and came out with something else. The prices are very reasonable.
This is the worst place to shop with the our older/sr/ elderly they are unorganized the delivery is off dynamically the time they give you for delivery is only an estimated time then you need to call delivery to schedule the delivery ? But they have taking your money for it at the store so why cant you leave with everything done my client i took to this store is 87 yr she just wanted a new bed nothing elae its a nightmare for her with they so call warehouse/ delivery/ the store

When it comes to mattresses, they have it covered. All kinds of beds, all price points. Other furniture is okay, not really into the newer styles.
I went in a couple weeks ago for a new mattress for mom. At first, everything was great. Found a great deal on a nice plush one. Minor hiccups getting everything together, but Kash, the manager straightened everything out and secured an even better deal. Another hiccup with delivery, turns out there was a mix-up and they sent the wrong mattress! One quick call and visit to see Eric, and another call to Shandella, and everything is being made right and we're on track to get a better mattress than before. If you decide to go, deal with those three wonderful people. They'll treat you right!
