Very nice customer service, as soon as you entered through the door you're acknowledged & welcome. Went in with the idea of browsing to bedroom sets, & ended up falling in love with a beautiful set. Valentina, a Venezuelan red hair girl was our assistant. She knew right away where the set was located at, when we went to ask for pricing, because we forgot the isle we saw it at. Her customer service, and knowledge of the products they sell, were amazing, so much so that we ended up not only with the bedroom set but the mattress and pillows. Andddd we got a great price for all of it on Labor day. Thank you very much Valentina for all of your help, charisma and assistance. We're happy with our entire set, and looking forward to come back for the sofas as well. We highly recommend Valentina, and this Ashley Furmiture location!!!. The delivery service guys were right on time with fast service and truly nice!!!

I had one of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences with Ashley Stores. My delivery (Aug 27, 2025) was a nightmare: the crew made DAMAGED TO MY PROPERTY of my brand-new home by breaking my bedroom wall and hiding the hole behind my old bed frame. I felt deceived and heartbroken. The TV stand arrived missing the handles (the crew even took them with them!), my expensive sectional was delivered dirty and broken, and the bed base didn’t even fit because the wrong item was ordered. When I tried to reject the damaged pieces, the delivery team refused and told me to “call customer service.” I’ve since called multiple numbers, sent photos, and even went in person to the store. All I’ve gotten is being passed around between customer service and the store, with no real solutions. The store manager even admitted the delivery team lied, but still left me without help. So now I’m stuck with a broken, dirty sofa, a useless bed base, a damaged wall in my brand-new home, and a TV stand missing parts. I spent thousands of dollars, trusted this company, and was left in tears. Ashley needs to take accountability — right now they’ve lost my trust and I will warn others to avoid going through the same nightmare.

(Translated by Google) Terrible service, 2 months ago I bought a mattress for $3399 and it arrived with a defect and the same day they delivered it I told them that the mattress was not right, and I tried to contact the store all day and the delivery guys did not want to take it, that was on June 10, then we called thousands and thousands of times for them to go change it and they never solved anything, they only made us wait and wait and take photos and send them to an email and then speak directly with the manufacturer which was TEMPURPEDIC who said that it was not correct, that the store had to respond for the mattress and every time we went they told us that they were going to put notes, to call corporation and that was a lie, today August 20, 2025 I am still calling to find out what solution they give me and they want to force me to choose a mattress that I obviously do not want anymore, some people from the call center say that if I can choose any item and that the rest of the credit may be lost and we told them that Yes, it didn't matter, but we didn't want to deal with those people or Ashley anymore. We just want to buy something, and after they eliminate that credit, we can get rid of these incompetent and useless people. I've already filed a report with the Better Business Bureau because this is already disrespectful to me and my partner. Super bad service, and if I could give it a -1000 star rating, I'd give it as a review of how terrible they are. (Original) Pésima atención, hace 2 meses compré un colchón de $3399 y me llegó con un defecto y el mismo día que me hicieron el delivery les dije que el colchón no estaba bien, y traté de contactar la tienda todo el día y los muchachos del delivery no se lo quisieron llevar, eso fue el 10 de junio, luego llamamos miles y miles de veces para que fueran a cambiarlo y nunca resolvieron nada, solo nos daban espera y espera y que tomara fotos y la enviara a un email y después que hablara directamente con el fabricante que fue TEMPURPEDIC que ellos dijeron que eso no era correcto, que la tienda tenía que responder por el colchón y siempre que íbamos nos decían que iba a poner notas, a llamar a corporación y eso fue una mentira, hoy 20 de agosto del 2025 todavía sigo llamando para saber qué solución me dan y me quieren obligar a escoger un colchón que evidentemente ya no quiero, unas personas de call center dicen que si puedo escoger cualquier artículo y que el resto del crédito puede que se pierda y le dijimos que sí que no importaba pero que no queríamos más tratos con esa gente ni con Ashley, solo queremos comprar algo y ya que eliminen ese crédito así nos podemos librar de esta gente tan incompetente e inservible. Ya puse un reporte en better business buro, porque ya esto es una falta de respeto hacia mi y mi pareja. Súper mal servicio y si pudiera ponerle -1000 estrelas se las pongo como review de lo pesimos que son.

So disappointed with the quality and customer service provided by Ashley furniture on my last purchase, tried getting this table replaced cause it looks worn down,dull and even moldy i was told it was a lighting issues when clearly its a quality issue the refuse to replace the table and also refuse to refund my order this is completely unacceptable after spending 1200 on this piece, if i was looking into getting furniture i would reconsider taking your business elsewhere clearly this company doesn’t value there customers and peoples hard earned money and its a shame.

Vito was excellent helping us find the perfect mattress/adjustable base/frame combination and a coffee table. He was very informative and was able to accurately tailor his recommendations based off our feedback so that we ended up with a perfect fit. We felt no sales pressure, and he financially was a straight shooter. It made the entire experience pleasant and stress free. I absolutely would return to Ashley for more furniture just to work with him again.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life! Tried for 4 hours to buy a recliner online...during those 4 hours nobody would answer the phone at the Kissimmee store. I spoke to customer service multiple times and they were terrible and could only offer putting a "ticket in" which I never received even days after. Tried multiple cards and thoroughly contacted each card and there were no blocks on my end. They just wouldn't take my money! Gave up and went with another company even though I really wanted the recliner Ashley had.
