If there is a negative rating, I would give negative 5 star. I ordered my bedroom setting in Feb. 2022. It did not get delivered until the end of July. The dresser wad broken and I found it right away and asked the guy to take back with his truck. After he left I found a huge crack( totally crushed) on the side railing of the bed. The installer knew it and was trying to hide it. I called ashley right away and they said there is no replacement parts so I had to return the whole bed that I waited for 6 months. But they said it will take regional managers approval to return the mattress because mattress is not returnable. By September, even after I called them 4 times, there was still no response. So I had to go to the store. The guy at the desk said there was no record anyone applied to regional manager. So he did it. After two more weeks, they finally decided they could not return the mattress because it was delivered to my home more than two month ago even I requested since day 1, or day 0. What is more ridiculous is their policy says mattress would not be under warranty if it is not sitting on a bed. So they forced my brand new mattress to lose warranty. How is this moral or legal?! If you work for ashley, Do you want your home to be treated like this? They also charged my credit card for full amount even though I did not sign any paper to confirm the delivery. I think I might have to hire an attorney to deal with this to this point.
Crazy how they can turn furniture buying experience into a sleazy car dealership environment. Had to move my own furniture purchase through the whole showroom myself & load it myself. Let’s see how this goes. I wonder if I’ll get compensation since I did their job. More than 10 employees were there sitting down on the furniture not even trying to assist with moving a purchase through the showroom. This place has gone completely downhill since my last purchase I made in 2019.
Super experience shopping with Shirley Garcia. Went in to purchase one item, but she spent time and helped us to purchase an entire Bedroom Set and Mattress set for a guest room. She is so friendly, authentic, and knowledgeable! Thanks, Shirley! We’ll be back!
I would give this location a -100 if possible. We shopped for and found a couch we liked. But when we called back to purchase it the price went up 1000 dollars. We did purchase a couch from them online and it showed up at our house damaged and used as it appeared to be from the showroom floor! When we called and complained about both incidents customer service was horrendous! Purchase at your own risk!
Most of my furniture is grime Ashley. I usually find what I want for a fair price, and delivery is efficient.

Don't bother with this company. We just spent $13,000, waited 6 months for delivery, and bed frame and dresser are damaged. Ashley won't replace them. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Edit: We placed an order in February and it wasn’t delivered until August. In addition to a 6 month wait, the product came in damaged. The dresser was removed immediately, but Ashley won’t replace the parts for the bed. Better yet, we pay extra for “white glove service” and they have the nerve of putting together a bed with broken parts! Within their 72 hour return policy, we called to have them remove the furniture from our home. It’s now 2 months later and they still refuse to take the furniture. We bought a set, and now that dresser and bedframe are broken, we have two nightstands, and no need for a mattress and box spring. It’s a set, it belongs together. They won’t take the return of the mattress even though their warranty requires it to be on the bed frame which they will take away. Criminal? I’d say. So why spend $13,000 on defective product that takes 6 months to deliver, and no return? Don’t. Stay away from this company.
