If you buy here, pray that nothing goes wrong. It will take a long time to get help. Our couch was delivered with minor damage. After many calls, many trips to the store, and several lies, we finally got the problem resolved. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Try calling a local store. Impossible. Try calling the service department. Impossible. Try calling before you buy! Other customers were in the store complaining at the same time. I understand we are in a Covid situation but Corporate is handling it very poorly on the customer service side. At least answer the phone and explain. This is not the local store issue. The employees were extremely nice. I am sure they are trying to do their best.
If I could give this a zero I would.. Been dealing with,customer service for almost 7 months. Yes I am understanding the covid thing but 7 months is crazy.. spent over 2k on a couch an ottoman and the Ottoman,broke in 3 days.. Now I'm being told you can't use an ottoman for sitting on... since when ??? The tech even said the thing is so poorly made they shouldn't be seeling them..DONT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE IT IS JUNK JUNK JUNK..

The in store experience was great and the salesman was very helpful. The delivery however was not. The delivery man was rude and mean throughout the entire ordeal and simply had a bad attitude. We asked the delivery man to put on some shoe covers before entering our home (remember, COVID-19) and he threatened me and my husband that he would sue us if he put the shoe covers on and slipped on the floor. After that, his attitude got worse and he was throwing our delivery on the floor, not caring if he damaged it. This delivery was a horrible experience and it makes me not want to purchase again from Ashley.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. Ordered furniture in store early August. Set up a delivery date for early September because they were backed up on orders. No problem, I understand things aren't exactly normal right now. We set up a delivery day for Sunday (when im off work). I get a text a few days before the delivery date saying it will be delivered on Monday during some time window, problem is im working Monday and cant take off. I call and im told they can't reschedule it for the original day. The best they can do is keep it scheduled for Monday or move it a week and a half back. I say fine I'll rearrange my schedule for Monday. Monday comes no phone call no text so by late afternoon I call back. They rescheduled my furniture delivery for a week or so out saying I asked them to change it! Which I never did. Now I'm without my furniture because I got rid of the old to make room for the new. Im told they'll call within 48 hours to try and rush the order, and at least let me know what happened. My number was also wrong on the order which I was assured would be changed during that conversation. Fast forward 72 hours later, I've received no phone call or email regarding updates on my furniture. I call back a 3rd time, they never changed my number and now the furniture is out of stock. At this point I'm livid and ask what can be done. I get told sucks for you, it'll get there at a later date and if you have issues call the original store since they messed up. Thats it thats what I'm told. I've called this store 3 times this week. They don't answer, I get theyre busy but I've left voice-mails. They still have not gotten back to me. At this point I just want a refund. I have worked in the customer service industry and try to be extremely understanding. But this is ridiculous and has been handled so poorly I will NEVER buy from Ashley again, nor recommend them to anyone else. No one should be treated like this. Absolutely awful customer service.

Way too much paperwork to buy something never had that much in the Wichita stores in Kansas.

Doris Sosa was amazing she did with us an awesome job. She helped us find the exact furniture we were looking for and with pressuring us!!! One more time I day she was amazing and the manager was great with us too!!! Awesome store highly recommended

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. In the beginning of August my husband and I ordered a Queen size bed and mattress with an original delivery date of August 22nd. Two days before the scheduled delivery we received a phone call stating that part of our order was on back order and that our delivery date was rescheduled to August 29th, on August 28th we received a confirmation call saying that our items were going to be delivered on August 29th between 12 & 3 PM. They never showed. We called and were told our delivery had been rescheduled until September 5th, we received no phone call, voicemail, email, or any form on communication in regard to our delivery being rescheduled. The representative I spoke with on the phone told me the earliest our delivery could be would be on September 3rd, we had family arriving on this day and needed something for them to sleep on. I asked her to please give me a confirmation that my delivery would be there the morning of the 3rd and she assured me she did a verbal confirmation. On September 2nd I received another automated voicemail saying that my delivery was still scheduled for September 5th. I called back and asked what happened to the delivery for the third and the representative NEVER changed the delivery date for the 3rd, so I was instructed to visit the store I bought the furniture from. I went on my lunch break to speak with the manager Nathan. Nathan was able to get a hold of the warehouse manager to get me a scheduled delivery of September 4th. As soon as I got back from my lunch break at 3:30 I received a phone call to confirm the delivery for September 4th, I was WORKING and couldn’t answer the phone. They rescheduled my delivery for September 11th. I went back to the store when I got off of work and spoke to Nathan the manager again. He assured me that my delivery would be there September 4th. Mind you my husband and I have been sleeping on an air mattress. On September 4th I waited for them all day and they never showed. I spoke with Nathan the customer service representative who told me the earliest delivery date would be September 9th. Today, September 9th we received a phone call that only our bedframe would be delivered and the mattress would be delivered tomorrow even though all of our items were in the warehouse. THIS IS INSANE. We have taken days off to wait, bought and slept on an air mattress, and have been too nice in regards to their many mistakes. I will NEVER be buying anything from Ashley furniture again, and I cannot believe I have to pay for something I don’t even have. This was utterly ridiculous.

Really enjoyed shopping at Ashley furniture. We went there first looked at their merchandise which they have a huge selection. Then we went across the street to a competitor felt much more welcomed at the Ashley store then we did at the competitors. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman named Richard. Interested in looking at schools for our eat at kitchen counter. They have a look around the whole the counter height stools were displayed in various areas. We found stools that we really liked, bought them and found a living room set we purchased also. We will be back.
