I ordered a sectional couch from this store and was told it was most definitely in stock. On delivery day they delivered half of my couch and said the other half is on back order and they have no idea when the other half will be available. I am livid. Why would I need HALF of a couch. The sales rep lied to make a sale.

Great selection we had steve as a sales rep he was very patient and helpful. We bought 6 rooms of furniture from him and every one was delivered on time and with no damage. I would definitely buy from here again.

We used to buy all our furniture from this place but not anymore, I'm not talking about customer service, but the quality of the furniture and the extend warranty...I'm talking about more than $14.000.00 worth of furniture...Recently I have a vase that leaked on one of my end tables,that we purchased from Ashley's furniture, the water cause so much damage on the table, proving to me that the table wasn't solid wood like I was told, the surface of the table disintegrated the table from the top...not just they refused the claim after they told me to send pictures of the damage of the table through my email, saying that they refuse the claim because my table have scratches from the top...I started to laugh because those scratches are the design of the table..and they missing the water damage...the surface of the table is not even anymore...I'm not buying from Ashley anymore, and I'm making sure that all my family and friends do the same...I know how to take care of my house and my furniture...I am a nice lady, they just insult me today! Btw their warranty company jBS is the one who denied my claim

This is by far the worst customer service, and overall store ever, I spent over $6K in this store and the results are horrible, everything we bought came defective and when we tried to have this issues fixed they just kept playing us around. Now nobody is responsible for his awful product.

Hello, my name is Ivan Diaz, and I recently bought a set of dining table and chairs, entertainment center, coffee table, sofa, love seat , ottoman, one bed and one temperpedic adjustable base and a mattress. Now unfortunately I’ve had by far the WORST experience with customer service and care with some of the products that we bought. I’ll start with the dining room chairs, from the moment it was delivered one of them came stained, and they were all unbalanced, they “wobble” so we thought they needed to be adjusted, so when we complained they refer us to a repair person who by the way was the rudest person ever, he came in supposedly remove the stain with an attitudes de because he told my spouse that it was wet so we were supposed to wait 24 hours to dry. And instead of leveling the chairs he only loosened them, making them “leveled”, now the problem came when we were going to use the dinning set for the first time my wife sat on one chair and this one broke, when we checked to see what happened one of the legs was broken at the base when we checked all the chairs they were super loose to the point that if you sat in them they were going to break. Unfortunately this story doesn’t end there. I packed my chairs and went to the store to demand and explanation when I got there the Salesman was super Thoughtful and review the problem along with the “manager” when we reviewed the chairs on display they were completely different in the construction way to the ones that got delivered. Now at that point we agreed to have the whole dining chairs exchanged. After a couple of weeks and some problems because they were only meaning to switch the chair that was broken not all the set, the day finally came, when they started to unload the truck with the supposedly new chairs they were in a worst condition than the ones that we had on the first place. To which we refused the delivery and resume the request to have the set exchanged, at that moment one of the delivery person told us that all of the chairs dining set, coffee table and entertainment center of that same model or “collection” had that problem, now after more than one month the reply we got was that they were going to exchange the dining set, however all this has made us super upset because we bought a new furniture set, not used, not refurbished, not as is set, and we are not happy at all with this furniture and more than we are not happy with the product it has a defective item. We approached now to the “STORE MANAGER” because we want to return the set that we bought ( dining table and chairs “defectives”, coffee table “poorly finished” and entertainment center “because will not match to any set that we may choose”) and his reply to this was that he was not allowed to accept any returns and that he was no authorized to fix this problem, now my question is to whom should I refer now? In the meantime I’m stuck with a dining set that I cannot use because it represents a safety hazard, a coffee table that looks like I bought at a flea market with all due respect to flea markets, and an entertainment center that doesn’t match or goes with any other type of collection, which I bought to have it all together with the same collection that was bought now I’m stuck with a different piece of furniture. Please I need assistance into having this issues fixed since I believe it’s not fair that a high end store such as Ashley furniture home store takes advantage to a paying customer, we went to this store as our first option believing that it was the best but unfortunately our experience it’s totally different. As you claim in your values “Honesty & Integrity” we expect that this matter gets resolved.

Where do I start worst experience never again. Store experience was great, but once they get your money everything goes south. Delivery was a nightmare, and I still have no furniture and the staff from customer service over the phone to Ms. Jennay in the Kissimmee loop location was rude. I left work early to meet my time window of 2:30-6:30. Driver shows up at 1:15, and i’m told it’s my fault and I should have stayed home even before my schedule window to ensure the furniture was delivered. I was told at 2:30 the driver would return, once again waited and the driver never showed up. I asked that the furniture be re delivered on a different day, and for Ashley furniture to refund my delivery fees for my inconvenience. I was told my Jennay that they already discussed my matter, and that would not happen. You’ve been warned stay away, they are full of it and give you the run around. Oh and the customer is wrong according to Jennay.

Submitted an order about a month ago. A piece went out of stock and was made aware the day of the delivery which was scheduled 2 weeks after the purchase. Wrong dinning set, had to wait another week to have the correct dinning set delivered (7/12) and now waiting until 7/30 to have a technician take a look at it because the table and chairs are wobbly. Keep in mind, I have to be here to accept the "out of stock" piece on the 19th. Requesting 4 days off from work to avoid a restocking fee if the order is accepted without noting the account or calling them at the time of delivery. I paid for premium delivery. No, they do not honor the time frame. No, they will not call you 30 minutes before. They showed up an hr and 30 minutes before my time frame began. I asked them to please note the account and still did not get the 30 minute call on the 2nd delivery. Once you add the days off and your total price you will be paying far more than what you intend. What will Ashley Furniture do? Store can't accommodate or do anything because corporate takes care of it since there are too many complaints. Call corporate, they will forward the complaint and will use the feedback to better their service. Like that does anything for the customer. Last time I will ever purchase and strongly recommend people stay away. Rooms to go is right across the street. Should've walked away after the 2nd lady walked in to complain.

I wish I had read the review before walking into Ashley Furniture Store. Their mission is to profit; clients are seen as their enemy the moment we paid our furniture. I had problems from the delivery and unsolved problems since February until now. The store failed to enter the description " Accidental Warranty" in the sale receipt, they charged for it, but didn't describe it on receipt. Managers at the store don't care, Don't resolve it, just treat me like I am a criminal.

Me hicieron la vida de cuadros y solo estaba esperando q pasaran los 30 días para resolverme. Tuve q ir directamente ir a la tienda y pelar con mis recibos en manos y registros de llamadas pq son unos mentirosos. I’m going to start by saying I had the WORST experience ever with this place I will NEVER buy anything from ASHLEY HOME STORE.. customer service is horrible. The customer service satisfaction horrible!.. I ordered a set of couches while paying for the profesional installing services sense you have to pay for that ! They broke my couches.. having The couches less that a year already broken paying over 6k. Tried getting help from them to fix the issue they broke. They couldn’t do anything for me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY anything from this place! Even the manager was rude while explaining the situation. That the installers made a mistake and breaking the 6k couches I paid for.. they had the nerve to say that the issue was a my perception.. so if you have perception issues then don’t buy at Ashley HOME STORE sense they different perception..
