Everything bought at the store didn't arrive in the correct day scheduled. Also. My product arrived with damaged. All my complained to the Sales department they excuse that the problem is from COVID-19. So, if they have a problem, why they guarantee them word that they will delivery in the correct day scheduled? That is a shame to the sales people who works front with the customer. I understand the Sales people do not have fault on that, but the Logistic and administration of this store is so worst bad.
Horrible service, been lied to multiply times about a delivery and when I cancelled the delivery they still charged me for partial delivered items I told them to come back and pick up. This is a place that no one should go and buy from. Two different people at the store said they would help me fix the issue and said they would call me back so I didn't have to go back to the store and both times they did not call. Seriously I am going to tell everyone I ever talk to not to buy from them or you will end up regretting your purchase

Had a great experience today buying our first bed room set. Salesman Harry was the best salesperson. He wasn’t pushy, helped us get everything we needed at the price and monthly payments we wanted ! Def recommend Harry ! So Happy and excited that after living with my now fiancé for almost 10 years we were able to get a nice bedroom set exactly how we wanted !!
Purchased a new sofa in May scheduled delivery got changed twice with an unacceptable new delivery date. After 4 message with a 24 to 48 call back which never happen. 4 in person visits to try to get this ordered cancel still no luck. Nathan personally told me he would call me back last Saturday and again this Friday that just passed. I have never received service like this, I would never allow that in my 114 stores. All I have been told they are back up and out of stock. Will amazon figure it out with overnight delivery and so did Rooms to Go. Left Ashley’s went to RTG and got a BETTER sofa BETTER deal WITH AMAZING SERVICE THANK YOU RONNIE and was delivered in 1 week. Shame on you Ashley’s you just lost another customer for life. My order is still pending cancellation and $300.00 pending back to my credit card. How do you think this is ok to treat people like this.

I believe that Ashley Furniture is in business because at some point they over delivered their goods and provided great customer service. My experience has been on both sides and even though my first experience 5 years ago had a few hick ups. I still decided to go back and shop again. This experience however has been breath taking and very upsetting as well. If you shop at ASHLEY FURNITURE chances are you will receive out of boxed furniture which could have been a return. I am disputing all charges until all my furniture gets delivered in one piece.

What a wonderful experience at the store, we were greeted by Richard. He shared the financing promos and guided us around the store to the collections we were looking for. He suggested the mattress protection and the different options available within the porter collection we liked. Richard was extremely kind, he truly made our experience in furnishing our entire new home easy and effortless. Will definitely recommend Ashley and Richard to my friends and families.

Had a bad experience....... ordered a area rug, May 25 th, said we Would have it by June 17, ok things happen, but had to go into store June 18, to find out where it was! They never called with updates, Nor did they answer their phones when we tried to call, several times A day the week before! Told us it would be delivered, July 8 th, But couldn’t guarantee, We said screw this .....our LR has been bare Middle of June. They wouldn’t give us any paperwork that it as Canceled, JUST some one will e- mail you . So we went over to Lowes and had one in the car and on our LR floor Within an hour and half.
I don't recommend AcceptanceNOW to anyone. In January 2020 I bought a sofa at Ashley Homestore and was offered a loan that I found interesting. I couldn't imagine that I was making a mistake, because my English is still not enough to understand some things. Anyway, what's worse is that in March I called AcceptanceNOW to make the final payment and I was informed that they were closed because of the Corona Virus and that I needed to wait.
