We had a store credit with Ashley Furniture that needed to be used by today or we would lose it. However, we live in Colorado, so we couldn’t come into the Kissimmee store to see what was available. Everything we tried to find online was ONLY available online. In desperation, I called the store and spoke with an angel named Clifford. He spent a great deal of time with me, giving me product numbers over the phone that I could look up on my end. He helped me find items that would work for us and that used up all of our remaining credit. He was endlessly patient, and I was extremely impressed!

I just wanted to say that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful assisting with my purchase. I got only smaller items (accent pillows, vases and throw) but Abel helped stack them at the counter so I wouldn’t have to walk through the store carrying them around. He also assisted me in taking everything to my car as I’m currently pregnant.

I had a terrible experience that I 6 never purchase again from them I made a purchase just less than 2 months and I paid in full at osceola kissimmee fl. they already delivered me a damage headboard and they replace it. I purchased a Kong bed that I only sleep on myself. I noticed it got broken from the other side, and also, the sofa I got from them I noticed today while I'm cleaning it was delivered damaged already which I never paid attention. This is the worst experience I was looking for a high quality since their prices is not cheap and this quality is a trash already. I NEED SOMEONE TO LOOK AT THIS FOR ME. I can't believe this all with 2 months old purchase.

I thought that as a customer I would be accommodated for a mattress delivery based on my schedule but of course the sales rep TJ was only able to help with completing a sale and not for my needs. The reason I called him personally to see if the delivery could be arranged at an earlier time was so that I could be present at home during the delivery but nothing could be done not from TU or even the customer service number I called. Due to this , my wife had to accept the delivery at 7:05 pm while I was at work and have one of the delivery guys start asking her personal questions on his way out the door . This is exactly why I was trying to be present during delivery. Because if I already dealt with an unprofessional salesman at the store , what else is there to expect from a delivery driver who should just respectfully deliver and mind his own business. I can’t recommend this store. Much better service at the millenia location .

Brought a dining room sel large table and six chairs on a Sunday. Would not deliver because it was on clearance. Was told to come back on Monday. Someone would be there to help wrap it and load it 4 me. When I went back on Monday with my daughter, I was told I would have to load it myself. Told the worker they can keep it. Seriously, I am 80. The worker who brought the set to us said he would help up. Shame on u Ashley.

The sales person was efficient, polite and knowledgeable but I must say we purchased a nightmare. Paid $250 for the delivery and it has been a horrible experience. Bedroom furniture arrived on Feb 8, 2024 and the delivery was ok but we are still battleling to get all of our furniture how it should be. First the 5 drawer chest bottom drawer did not open and close correctly. A tech came out to try and repair it (new furniture should not have to be repaired) and was unable to do so. So he had to order a new chest. Then both dresser and chest have a very large and obvious warning label attached to the inside of both top drawers which is the first thing you see when you open them. Apparently glued on to never be removed, not even by the purchaser. Some customers may be ok with that but we are not. So after being advised by the tech and patiently applying heat from a blow drier we tried to remove the label and that was mission impossible. We were unable to remove it and the drawer was scratched up from trying. Another tech came out and stated he could not repair it. He ordered a new drawer. We are not ungrateful but a purchase should never be this complicated. Keep in mind every time a delivery is scheduled or a tech has to come out someone has to be home for a 4 hour window. Needless to say we may have to live with these furniture labels starring at us every time we open our top drawers. Will definitely have to re consider making another purchase from you. Probably not. Unhappy customer

They came in installed broke the furniture, we reported it n had knobs missing. 2 weeks later still no response n when i called they say they havent been able to come out due to processing the paperwork to be charged . See the sequence of events below: Delivery Attempt #1 on Jan 11, 2024: Furniture was filthy and scratched; not in original boxes and wrapped in quilts. Delivery was refused and sent back. My parents followed-up with salesperson, Stephany, who assured them that they would be receiving a premium delivery service at the next delivery attempt and that all furniture would be in its original packaging. Delivery Attempt # 2 on Jan 19, 2024: Furniture was in the same exact condition as above. Furniture was once again not in boxes and wrapped in quilts. Delivery Attempt #3 on Jan. 24, 2024: Received in original boxes and brand new EXCEPT for B633-46. Five Drawer Chest. The chest arrived off-balance with a leg completely broken off. The delivery team noticed right away and took it back to the truck. Delivery Attempt #4 on Jan 30, 2024: The chest arrived in WORSE shape than attempt # 3 in a badly beaten box. One of the legs was completely broken AGAIN (photos included). At this point, my parents spoke with the original salesperson and threatened to have everything returned for a full refund. The salesperson, Stephany offered a $50 gift card for our troubles. My parents were not satisfied with this and the issue was escalated to Nilsa at the store office. When my parents asked to speak with a manager, a manager was never readily available. A manager on duty eventually called my parents back and offered a $100 gift card and said that's the best they can do. He assured that the next delivery would be fully inspected before delivery and that they would not run into any more issues. My parents made it clear that they are fed up with the excuses, frustrations, headaches and missed days of work to receive these deliveries. But they took his word that the next attempt would be handled with care and priority. Delivery Attempt # 5 on Feb 9th, 2024: Once again, the chest was wrapped in quilts and not in boxes. When the quilts were removed, the delivery team noticed and pointed out a crack next to one of the drawers. They refused the delivery and the chest was sent back. They are now pending a 6TH DELIVERY! As you can imagine, this whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating. My parents have had to miss days of work, expecting these deliveries and have not been able to fully settle into their new home without all of the furniture that they have expected to have by now. The store management team said that the best that they can do is offer a $100 gift card for their troubles. Considering that they spent over $3,000 and have now had 5 failed delivery attempts, this is incredibly unacceptable. We have reached our boiling point with this process and want this rectified. We do not feel respected or valued as full-paying customers. We have been more than patient and respectful throughout this process, but have not gotten the same treatment from Ashley Furniture, We expected to have everything delivered, brand new, clean and in mint condition in ONE DELIVERY. Offering my parents a $100 gift card to use towards a future order is absurd, considering they will now be hesitant to do business with Ashley Furniture moving forward and they have lost out on work & pay because they've had to stay home to receive these deliveries. This is just a terrible way that they've been treated and prioritized. See the attached pictures from our multiple deliveries. Incredibly disappointing experience with management giving us a ton of excuses and no solutions despite us paying in full for an order that cost over $3,000. Makes you wonder why our family was not prioritized and respected.

This is the worst experience I have had in years: After the sales person (Richard) sold me on the bed set (including Bed, Dresser, Mirror and Night stand), together with a living room Set, the furniture arrived missing a dresser and with one bed rail broken (chipped) see photo. Richard knew I took the day off today just to wait for the delivery and set up before I fly to bring my furniture from Cali… now I don’t have a dresser for my clothes. (Which was the item I needed the most). I just called the store and told me that the dresser will arrive in two weeks! Should the store expedite delivery? No! They don’t feel like it … why would they go the extra mile to fix a mistake of a sales person who accidentally forgot to include a dresser in my order, and all he was focused on is to run my CC and close the deal… but going over the order and making sure the items are all accounted for? NOT important! You created a major inconvenience for me, not to mention I have a broken bed rail ! And the store couldn’t do anything for the inconvenience. Worst experience ever. Purchased a couch on Black Friday to be delivered 11/15. Order was pushed back until 11/21 which is fine…. Until it was delivered missing a cushion. Delivery team contacted dispatch about this and we were told they would FedEx us the pillow, but it would arrive after Christmas now. A week later with no update, we went to the store and were told the store would contact us by end of day if the company hadn’t yet. No one contacted us. Called the next day to find out they couldn’t ship the cushion and a tech would have to pick it up and deliver. Asked to speak to a manager in regards of the promise they would call and didn’t, they took my number and never called…again. Today the cushion was delivered finally…except it was just the stuffing! No cushion cover or anything. Had to contact again and they stated I shouldn’t have to pay since it’s under warranty… but we never received the item to begin with. At this point we are 3 weeks from our couch being delivered and still missing items. We even paid extra to have it assembled. I would return the couch but given the process to receive my full item, can’t imagine how that would go. This store was happy to take the full payment at purchase but still cannot deliver the full product or even call back. I advise others to be very cautious before buying.

The warehouse center is horrible. I waited two hours to pick up my sofa. Then the staff is rushing trying to get ready to leave at 4:30pm when there is a bunch of people waiting to pick up they orders. They close at 6pm do not sure why. Thats not acceptable. Corporate needs to take action and fix that. Something needs to be done to change the customer experience. I see to many bad reviews here. Change had to be made:

I had an amazing experience with sale representative Clifford. He was great because he showed me what I was looking for. He gave me time to think about what I wanted. Then he was available and gave me information and in put. It shows he has knowledge of products which is great. This is how representative should be. He was pleasant and I loved how he made me feel welcome right from the start. I highly recommend to ask for Clifford to get the best customer service you deserve.

Bought my furniture in June of 2023 and a third party company delivered my furniture since i guess Ashley now cuts corners wherever they can and these two men did not secure and install my bed properly and the bed broke in October and I did all of the proper steps and contacted Ashley and sent over a "technician" who did nothing and corporate tried to tell me they have no record of me making any claims. Also the staff in this store is useless and cannot manage to help their customers, they would rather make a sale and then abandon you. I have been sleeping on the FLOOR for 2 months and have a broken California king bed frame. Now i am stuck paying monthly for a broken bed. I even went to the Department of Consumer Services for the State of Florida and Corporate could not even respond. I have NEVER had the piss poor service I have had with Ashley's until now. NO ONE has reached out to me about getting this matter taken care of.

He couldn't do enough for us what a great salesman this guy was and from start to finish everything went smooth. To make a long story short we found the dresser we wanted and it is being delivered in just a few day's. Hats off to Ashley furniture and the staff for getting the job done!

Hate that it had to come to me posting on here about Ashley’s service but since I haven’t got a phone call back from corporate or a solution in getting my dining room set that was promised before Thanksgiving, here it goes. Not only did my husband have to drive TWO hours to a Ashley’s warehouse to pick up our dining room table because the salesman said it would get delivered after thanksgiving, we discovered that night that the legs to the table were MISSING. Mind you we were hosting thanksgiving the very next day. I immediately called the salesman and informed him on what happened. Of course since it was the night before Thanksgiving nothing could happen. I had to scramble that night trying to look for tables and chairs. Let’s fast forward to that Friday (after thanksgiving) I show up to the store located at the Loop right when they opened. Spoke to the regional manager, Cynthia. When I started expressing my complaint she started to say I had to call the 800 number for all “delivery” problems. I had to express to her my frustration more and explain to her the warehouse is a image of Ashley’s. And how my husband not only wasted his time driving there and back but I truly felt we weren’t getting the best of service to resolve this. She offered me a $50 gift card for our troubles. That is less than the gas and time we put in to pick up that table. To make things worse she stayed the warehouse was closed this weekend and Monday, that I won’t probably get my table till next week. This is unacceptable and I have no choice but to post on here since no one has been able to get us our purchase and no call back from the 800 number. I am truly loss for words on Ashley’s customer service, I will never be shopping there again after this experience. UPDATE AS OF 12/5/23 We finally received the missing pieces after waiting two weeks, only to realize there was a HUGE piece of wood missing at the bottom of the base. So not only have we been waiting since before Thanksgiving, but now we have to wait to get this “chipped wood” resolved. I have no words other than DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU TOO, this is a huge disappointment and I should’ve just went to another furniture store from the beginning of our problems. UPDATE AS OF 1-18-24 We finally received our piece that was originally damaged. I have to say thank you to Michelle in corporate for expediting our shipment from MARCH to today. After this experience unfortunately we won’t be shopping at Ashley’s in the future.

Then before delivery I REDUCED my order a bit. Will they refund me my money? Will they answer my calls? Will they entertain me when I visit? NO, NO, and NO. And NOW...my salesman HAS BLOCKED ME!! Zero integrity. I was scammed plain and simple. Funny thing is that after my first order was delivered, I needed to add some things. They still assured me that I would be refunded what they owed me, but forced me to pay for the additional items, until they could "take care of the paperwork". That was 7 months ago!
