i came in to this store a few months ago to buy some pieces of furniture for my home i was helped by Mashud he showed and answered all questions i had and was very patient i did not feel like he was just trying to sell me and before we where done he asked me if i can test mattresses with him since i told him i was having back problems he showed me this amazing memory foam mattress and my back today feels amazing thanks to the mattress he sold me 2 months ago he was awesome it was a great experience in this store ask for Mashud if you ever go visit

If you're going here, Ted Kramer is the guy to go to. He was so patient and cared so much about getting us taken care of. He took his time and gave us options and he was very detailed. Hes been in the business for such a long time you can tell he knows his stuff, I'm definitely going back to him once I need to get my other furniture.

Hector was an amazing salesperson to deal and helped us as much as he could in a very difficult situation with Ashley's ability to get our furniture. We were promised our furniture at a certain date and was told about 4 times of the delay in our furniture delivery, of which our last piece ended up being delayed about 3 weeks. The frustration occurred with them promising constantly when in fact they did not have definite dates on delivery from their distributors. We remained without our entire living room and family room furniture during periods when we had guests. We depended on their truthfulness about delivery times. It was the most frustrating furniture purchase we have ever made. I felt very sorry for Hector, who tried to support the situation to the best of his ability.

Bought a couch and love seat here and purchased the extended warranty. After about a year the couches fake leather finish began to peel off. This was well within the extended warranty period. The store refused to help, and only gave us the phone number for the warranty company. They refused to cover it saying they don't cover defects, only accidental damage. What kind of warranty does not cover manufacture defect!? And what kind of company encourages "accidental damage" and if a company is encouraging accidental damage, what effect does that have on the price of the near worthless warranty for more honest consumers? I will never purchase anything else from Ashley furniture based on the fact that they work with warranty companies like this and refuse to accept blame for selling inferior product to begin with.

I went to the store to buy a dining room set and a sofa, after choosing everything on our own because the sales person was helping someone else at the same time, we liked a sofa and the price of it, but when we told the salesman that we would take it, he said that the price was wrong, that the price was from a previous sale that ended the day before, funny because it was right by the entrance door all day and they didn't realized it. So we asked to talk to a manager, she said that she can only honor the same price if we take the protection plan, terrible customer service. Also from the dining room set we got, they delivered the wrong table and the General manager refused to do anything for me after contacting the store several times. I reached out to the corporate office and the told me they can't do nothing about it because every store is independently own. Please stay away from this place, awful customer service, spend your money some place else.

I purchased a brand new bedroom set at Ashley Furniture HomeStore and it came damaged. I was very disappointed, I came in there and order and new bedroom set and the salesman had it shipped to my house, straight out of the factory. When I inspected the Furniture, there was chips here and there and cracks in between the bed legs. The whole set looked like somebody used it already. The employees here didn't want to replace it, even though I had the warranty and the customer service (phone people) gave me a hard time and wanted me to pay to ship it. This company wouldn't even fix a defected product that was sold to one of their customer. They didn't hold the responsibility for the damage even though they knew they made the mistake. I wouldn't do business with Ashley Furniture HomeStore in my life again. They only treat their customers like humans when they know the customer will buy something, and will sell a overpriced poorly made furniture. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these scammers.

Terrible ! This is the third time I have purchased from them and they messed up each time! Maria is absolutely rude discourteous and unprofessional ( talking about you to her co workers in a different language while your standing there like I don't understand what she is sayin )They lie to make the sale and do whatever the f they want with your order changing delivery times and dates without a courtesy call . The managers dont do sh** when you bring a concern to their attention. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS(literally). Absolutely disgraceful , will be contacting Florida better business bureau

I have to agree with Sophie. I have bought from this store 3 separate times and spent well over $10 thousand dollars here. 2 out of the 3 times the delivery times given where from 2-6 and they showed up at 6. 2 out of the 3 times I got deliveries there were items missing that included bar stools and an accent chair with my most recent order. Apparently I was supposed to get notified but no one ever called. After they have your money they really don't care about customer service. My suggestion to you is that if you can pick the items up yourself avoid the delivery fee and the not knowing of what you'll actually receive. I've ordered from Lazy Boy and Haverty's in the past and they beat the Ashley store by a long shot. Of course you'll pay a lot more also...

This store is horrible!!!! I ordered bar stools that were to be direct shipped. After calling the day after I ordered to verify the shipping address I was told an email would be sent to me when the item shipped. I waited a week, no email, called customer service "the store will call you" waited another week still no email and no stools. called customer service "the store will call you" waited another week still no stools. called customer service this time only to find out they were shipped to another address. Store was supposed to call to straighten out. NO call, can't get a hold of anyone willing to look into it! At this point I have just written off that I paid $ 170,00 and will never see those stools!! will go order new stools from a store that can handle a simple order!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Don't shop here!!!!! waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a bedroom set on 8/6 and delivery was set for 8/20. They called and texted to confirm delivery. They call us on Friday before delivery date to tell us the furniture was damaged and will not be able to deliver till the following Sat 8/26. Today we receive a call that the furniture will not be delivered until Monday 8/29. Its going on a month that we are sleeping on the floor waiting for our furniture. Reading previous reviews, it sounds like they give the same excuses so I think I am going to call and cancel. I will be very upset if we have been waiting for this long to receive damaged or broken furniture.
