It was excellent , quick and professional The only thing that I was not countable was the amount charge for delivery , otherwise so far , just about all my main furnitures had been bought at Ashly and with the same sales person , she is great ….. thanks

Sales Person Rafael was very instrumental in helping me find the right bedroom set. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me different options that fit my needs helping me to narrow my choices to the best one, he was friendly yet very professional. It made choosing “the one” easy.

I initially tried to purchase a bed in Davenport. Unfortunately the sales person there was very dismissive when i was not sure if i wanted to make the purchase that day and quickly stop assisting me. a week later decided to go to the Osceola store. The sales person was helpful and to their best ability was willing to accommodate to my wishes, so i made the purchase On the day of delivery i was initially upset to find out that the head board that was being delivered to me was damaged, it even look like it was a return which had been repainted to hide the damage. I refused the order and got a phone call from Caroly the main store customer service manager. She told me that the would replace it the following week. To my surprise i got a call from their dispatcher saying i would get it on Saturday instead. I called Carolyn and she told me the warehouse was attempting to deliver the same damaged one. She said that it had been canceled and that the right one would be delivered nd have the warehouse first inspect the replacement. A day later i got another call telling me that mine had been delayed another month. I called Carolyn who said that this was not right and that she would take care of it. A couple of days later she called me again and told me that we were back on schedule. The delivery team brought it over and helped put it together. Had it not been for Carolyn none of this would have happened. I am very grateful that she works for that store and will do her best to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. I do how ever had issue with their internal department who seem disconnect from the store. Again if it were for people like Carolyn there would be a lot of dissatisfied customers. Thanks Carolyn
