The furniture is nice but God Forbid you need service on your items!! The warranty department is THE WORST!!!!! Takes months to address any warranty issue after placing several phone calls to them..they never call you back.

Horrible service. I bought my items at the Kissimmee, FL young parkway area to be exact. I was supposed to receive my items Nov. 15th and was expecting the items. I found out the day off that it was a delay and the items would not be available until Nov. 29th. Victor the sales rep. was supposed to get to the bottom of the delivery problem and return my call. I called him and texted him and he would not return my call. Finally, I received my furniture and the tv stand is the wrong color and the bottom part of the bedroom set has scratches on it. Trying to contact the store and person is difficult; you continue to get AI voice that will not allow you to speak to a person, when I spoke to Danielle she said she didn't see the TV stand in different colors and it's on the website with different colors and she claims she didn't see different colors. she was supposed to call back and never heard from her. At this point i am still trying to get this problem resolved. I bought my Livingroom set from Haverty's and there was not an issue/ problem. Horrible service!! Today is 12/17 and the problem still has not been resolved. No one has contacted me to replace the damage furniture and wrong order. You can never reach anyone to speak to someone in the store. I purchased furniture from Rooms to Go and Havertys, I wish I would have bought furniture from there.

I purchased furniture that w as delivered to me over two months ago. I paid for delivery and installation. The first night I felt on the floor. I reached out to Ashley's and just 3 weeks ago they sent a technician. I've been waiting for 2 weeks more waiting for someone to reach out. I emailed to follow up and no response. Today I called because I've sleeping on the floor all this time which they are aware. They finally sent an email resolution after speaking with me that they don't accept returns because I went to their showroom and not purchased online. I don't want anything from them. It's been a terrible experience. It is obvious that all they care is about the money.

Valentina, a Venezuelan red hair girl was our assistant. She knew right away where the set was located at, when we went to ask for pricing, because we forgot the isle we saw it at. Her customer service, and knowledge of the products they sell, were amazing, so much so that we ended up not only with the bedroom set but the mattress and pillows. I had one of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences with Ashley Stores. My delivery (Aug 27, 2025) was a nightmare: the crew made DAMAGED TO MY PROPERTY of my brand-new home by breaking my bedroom wall and hiding the hole behind my old bed frame. I felt deceived and heartbroken. The TV stand arrived missing the handles (the crew even took them with them!), my expensive sectional was delivered dirty and broken, and the bed base didn’t even fit because the wrong item was ordered. When I tried to reject the damaged pieces, the delivery team refused and told me to “call customer service.” I’ve since called multiple numbers, sent photos, and even went in person to the store. All I’ve gotten is being passed around between customer service and the store, with no real solutions. The store manager even admitted the delivery team lied, but still left me without help. So now I’m stuck with a broken, dirty sofa, a useless bed base, a damaged wall in my brand-new home, and a TV stand missing parts. Vito was excellent helping us find the perfect mattress/adjustable base/frame combination and a coffee table. He was very informative and was able to accurately tailor his recommendations based off our feedback so that we ended up with a perfect fit. We felt no sales pressure, and he financially was a straight shooter. It made the entire experience pleasant and stress free. I absolutely would return to Ashley for more furniture just to work with him again.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life! Tried for 4 hours to buy a recliner online...during those 4 hours nobody would answer the phone at the Kissimmee store. I spoke to customer service multiple times and they were terrible and could only offer putting a "ticket in" which I never received even days after. Tried multiple cards and thoroughly contacted each card and there were no blocks on my end. They just wouldn't take my money! Gave up and went with another company even though I really wanted the recliner Ashley had.

Im sure some people are happy with their products. I however will Never buy a sofa from Ashleys. I bought an expensive gorgeous sofa and within 3 weeks the cushions literally started breaking down. Ive had to buy support boards from Amazon already to keep from sinking. And ive had the couch about 4 months now. The density (durability) of the foam is just horrible quality. Honestly my Rooms To Go sofa lasted 3 years. So if you buy a sofa from Ashleys..good luck

This has been the worst buying experience of my life. Their customer service is completely disorganized. They delivered the wrong item, and trying to get this resolved has been an absolute nightmare. The table was damaged and one chair was damaged. They wanted us to sign for delivery and we said we aren’t signing for delivery. We called our sales rep and we still have not heard back from customer service. We asked to speak to the store manager and asked what can be done. The store manager refuses to call or speak with us to do anything. They want us to send an email and that will probably be the response. Poor service. But to my surprise they said today that they need to try to fix the piece first before getting it replaced. So they have had me run in circle for 3 weeks waiting for a replacement which they are not processing, making people waste their time and been shady. Worst customer service ever, they expect people to spend thousands of dollars in furniture and then dont support if their product is damage from factory. Worst part is I am not asking for return but instead a replacement which will keep their sales numbers and revenues intact. Original Review on June 19th: Leaving this review to see if someone finally can provide a solution, I made a purchase on May 29th and all was smoothly and very polite. Delivery was scheduled quickly for June 4th, on the delivery date we have issues with a Ottoman that came stained, they sent a service guy on June 6th and after cleaning up we notice 3 cracks on the fabric of the Ottoman corners, they sent another technician on June 11th to check the issue and mention the piece will need to be refurbished with new parts. Which is unacceptable for me that I purchased new furniture and have to go through hoops to get a new furniture. Since June 11th they said they were gonna work the case and provide a replacement and pickup of the damage item, call on June 16th still no status on the case, call June 19th the same. Every time you call customer service (which is outsource call center by the way) you go through many hurdles and they end up saying you will be contacted by email in 48-72hrs with resolution and guess what nothing happens in that time frame. I will steer away from Ashley Stores because they customer service lacks providing service to the customer all they want is the sale and that is it. I have bought furniture on different store for my new home like City Furniture, Rooms To Go, and Ashley, did have another damage item with Rooms To Go, but guess what they quickly responded and a less than 24hrs later I had a call to program the replacement delivery. The worst part is that this is a manufacturer defect which I am pretty sure they handle with the manufacturer and get any restitution back from them but they continue to ignore the customer. Lets see if this helps gets any customer care if they truly intend to.

When I decided to pick up the package myself, I had to wait nearly two hours while they located it in the warehouse. To top it off, they informed me that one of the packages was open and possibly used. The lack of professionalism and the constant runaround I received was extremely frustrating. Despite multiple rescheduled deliveries and unreturned calls, I had to visit the store in person to resolve the issue. Thankfully, the in-person service was much better, and they credited the delivery fee to my account within minutes. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I hope Ashley Furniture improves their customer service in the future

My husband and I went shopping for a bedroom set this past weekend, and the experience was exceptional. Shirley was incredibly patient with us, especially since we had our three toddler boys with us—you can imagine how that made the process even longer! She was very knowledgeable, took her time to guide us, and gave us great advice. In the end, we found a beautiful set with amazing benefits, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Ordered a sofa, ottoman, table. Ottoman didn't come, apparently it was never on the order. Had my mom go to the store since they don't answer the phones and I just moved 3 hours away, they did not want to help or take accountability that a mistake was made somewhere along the line. The manager Mohammed "moe" was condescending and impolite to my mom. Mohammed the salesman was kind. I had told her I wanted to speak to them if they could not come to a solution, which they did not, and he promised to give me a call about the issue that night. I never received a call. I'm not intending to get a "free" ottoman, but at minimum expected good customer service, an apology, and maybe a solution. He wanted to charge $450 for ottoman (when it is $339 online with the same delivery address) AND make me pay another $50 delivery fee when it should've all came tighter to begin with. Just overall lacking in accountability and customer service.

Unfortunately the sales person there was very dismissive when i was not sure if i wanted to make the purchase that day and quickly stop assisting me. a week later decided to go to the Osceola store. The sales person was helpful and to their best ability was willing to accommodate to my wishes, so i made the purchase On the day of delivery i was initially upset to find out that the head board that was being delivered to me was damaged, it even look like it was a return which had been repainted to hide the damage. I refused the order and got a phone call from Caroly the main store customer service manager. She told me that the would replace it the following week. To my surprise i got a call from their dispatcher saying i would get it on Saturday instead. I called Carolyn and she told me the warehouse was attempting to deliver the same damaged one. She said that it had been canceled and that the right one would be delivered nd have the warehouse first inspect the replacement. A day later i got another call telling me that mine had been delayed another month. I called Carolyn who said that this was not right and that she would take care of it. A couple of days later she called me again and told me that we were back on schedule. The delivery team brought it over and helped put it together. Had it not been for Carolyn none of this would have happened. I am very grateful that she works for that store and will do her best to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. I do how ever had issue with their internal department who seem disconnect from the store. Again if it were for people like Carolyn there would be a lot of dissatisfied customers. Thanks Carolyn

So this review is not for the store itself but the company. I had ordered an entertainment set and a bedroom set. After waiting over a month for my delivery because it was back ordered. Which I was not told about until I had to reschedule. My order was not able to be put together because of a manufacturing issue with my bed set. So I had to wait more for a technician to show up, just to tell me I had to have things shipped and then once at the house I can call to have it put together. Also, the wrong middle piece was ordered for the entertainment set and the bridge didn’t sit right. I had to call that in and see if it can be ordered correctly. It’s been a mess and I have just been tossed around between different people with no resolution in sight.

I have waited for a call back in reference to my delayed delivery. I was told in store by the associate I was attended by that my delivery would be partial for most items purchased on a certain date 12/28. I did not receive anything until over a week later on 01/07. I called several times.. I’ve spoken with several reps and have continued to be told to await a call back in reference to this matter. In store everything was great but the follow up has been non existent.

DO NOT buy furniture here!!! We purchased furniture in early January. Delivery wouldn't be until late February. the Salesman, who was very nice, upsold us on premium delivery. Fast forward to today, we take off from work as we received an email confirmation and a text that it would be here within an AM timeframe, it specifically says "Approximately". The time comes and passes, when looking at the tracking they are no where near us and have 8 more stops to make! They really don't have any consideration to following up on their promises. We canceled our order. if you are going to pay thousands of dollars for furniture, and then take a day off just to receive it, you should't be given the run around. Editing to add that when I spoke to someone in chat (and I have the entire transcript), they were not helpful at all and would rather have canceled the order instead of offer some form of credit for the broken brand promise by messing up the delivery window. Ashley Furniture needs to do better with its delivery system and give more accurate timeframes from the jump.

Maria was an amazing sales rep! I felt like I knew her for years. I just moved down to Florida and we were just looking around first to see what are some good deals for beds. I ended up purchasing the dining room set I had saw in Jersey and mattress for my mom. We cannot be more grateful for Maria’s help and making us feel right at home here in Florida. She made the shopping experience smooth and not just trying to sell or over sell to us she showed us what we wanted when we first entered and from there I felt more comfortable with her. Be aware of fraudulent activities in this business! I bought a marble coffee table from them, then I canceled it. They shipped it anyway. That could be a mistake; no problem. But they shipped a broken coffee table to our house and expected us to pay for it! When we opened the box, the top was broken into pieces. I called them and asked them to come and pick it up, but they refused and they claimed that we are responsible for the broken table they have sent us! They charged my credit card $176 for a broken table that we had already cancelled! After months of fights and disputes, I had no choice but to make a formal complaint with Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. This business refused to respond the FDACS officer. This is the last communication we received from FDACS officer: "The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services contacted the above referenced business and provided them with the additional information we received from you. The business has chosen not to respond. At this time your complaint is now closed. The closing of this complaint does not prohibit the department from seeking enforcement action regarding any statutory violations that may have occurred." I have not received a refund yet!

Well no kidding it was probably because they had complaints. Then he said I would have to pay the difference for another brand that I think is solid wood and not the glue laminate stuff. After I mentioned that I cant breath and would hire an attorney they called back and said they would replace the bedroom furniture without an up charge. Now I thought the only smell was coming from the bedroom. Well the furniture I bought in the living room reeks too. I called Daniel ands he said they would reach out to me. This was from last Friday. Meanwhile I cannot sit in my living room. Imagine this is a year later. They need to do something. NOW. I cannot imagine selling expensive furniture with such poor quality and poor quality control. I have bought Ashley in the past. I actually shopped in the Boca store and I saw the manager their wearing a mask. Now I know why. If you buy here get the MSDS sheets. Do your research but I am seriously considering legal action because this is ridiculous. BUYER BEWARE! Do not let this happen to you.

Complete Incompetence! Where do I even begin? This is the second room of furniture I've purchased from this company this year, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. The first delivery, a master bedroom set, was a complete disaster: it took two months to arrive, and despite being given a delivery date, they didn’t show up. They rescheduled THREE times without any prior notice, and each time I had to rearrange my workday to be home for delivery. The delivery was scheduled for yesterday. I took the day off from work, as they gave me a delivery window of 3:00-7:00 PM. At 8:00 PM, I got a call telling me they wouldn't be coming. Now, here’s the kicker: I just received another call saying the delivery team is too busy today with other scheduled deliveries and won’t be able to make it. My delivery, which was bumped from yesterday, is now being pushed back again—because other orders are a "higher priority." Are you kidding me? Now, I’m left waiting to see if they can deliver over the weekend. But here’s the real punch: I only get 7 paid days off a year, and I’ve already used 5 of them just waiting on this company. I’m down to 2 paid days off left, and I will be taking a week off after Christmas to see family in Ohio. I’ll have to take most of that week unpaid. To say this is my last purchase from this company is an understatement. I am DONE. They’re lucky I haven’t canceled the dining room delivery altogether and gone back to get my $3,000+ refunded.

On September 29th we visited the shop at Millennia and bought a full dining room plus : dining table, 6 chairs, sofá table, and end table. Till that point is all good, all items in stock and ready to deliver. The delivery was scheduled for October 11th. I didn't like to wait for that long bc we recently moved to a new home and needed furniture for the house. We are using a folding table and office chairs at this point for our family meals. But accept that delivery timeframe bc that items were the one the family liked the most. All good, all set, did my concession for the family. On October the 7th received an email to confirm the delivery on the 11th. Did it. All set and willing to have a dinning room for the family's meals. Then the issues started. During the week I received a call that they will need to postpone the delivery regarding the storm. I accept that even though I have other deliveries scheduled that weren't cancelled such as IKEA products and utilities replacements from Whirlpool. Both companies /business honored and respected the commitment with the customer regardless of any situation. I was not happy but didn't complain and understood the situation. Rescheduled for October 21st. During our lunch today, I even joked with the kids that today , Oct 19th, would be our last meal on this improvised table. A couple of minutes ago I received a call informing me that my delivery will need to be rescheduled one more time because they don't have the dining table in stock. What?! When I paid for that it was there. When they scheduled the first delivery it was there, even at the second delivery schedule. Now, they don't have the product anymore? Is this a joke @ashley? I don't know what is happening with business nowadays. Maybe this is a corporate issue, not respect the customer and have them like just one more. Do not honor commitments. Honestly, I miss the old way of doing business where just people's words were valid and honored. No we have to go through a booklet of paperwork to sign as at the end be disrespected like this as a customer. Shame on this company @Ashley. ------------- Update 10/28/24 The Customer Service contacted me on the reply below. We started exchange emails and I send all information requested. The best I got was Customer Service informing what I already knew, the new delivery date. Believe or not, they were able to do nothing. Just waste of time dealing with one more person on that company. A couple of days before the delivery date I got a confirmation email that the delivery will be done as expected. A day before another one. And guess what, my delivery was missing one item. Again, believe or not, after the confirmation they had all products I bought at the store during the purchase moment, after 3 reschedules due different situations (including missing item), one item was missing. This is just disrespectfully and unbelievable. I just was informed about the missing item when the truck driver arrived and told me what they would be delivering that day. Nobody from the company advise in advance and I didn't heard from them till today. The delivery was last Friday (10/25/2024)
