Never visit again any Ashley store I ordered approximately $8000 furniture and they charge me 599+ tax for the delivery while rest of the furniture companies they provided free service or only charge under $150 so I cancel my order due to the service and never visit it again any of the Ashley store. Thank you for your response. However, your suggestion to email a copy of my receipt raises concerns. Since I was instructed to cancel my order, I no longer have the ability to submit the required documents as per your instructions. This seems like an oversight in your process, and I find it extremely frustrating to face additional hurdles after already experiencing dissatisfaction with my initial purchase. I expect Ashley Furniture to take ownership of resolving this issue promptly and without requiring further unnecessary effort on my part. Please advise on how you will proceed to resolve this matter given the circumstances.

-1 star I recently purchased a furniture set from Ashley Furniture Store, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery was delayed twice, with the staff providing excuses about the truck, which seemed unprofessional. When I decided to pick up the package myself, I had to wait nearly two hours while they located it in the warehouse. To top it off, they informed me that one of the packages was open and possibly used. The lack of professionalism and the constant runaround I received was extremely frustrating. Despite multiple rescheduled deliveries and unreturned calls, I had to visit the store in person to resolve the issue. Thankfully, the in-person service was much better, and they credited the delivery fee to my account within minutes. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I hope Ashley Furniture improves their customer service in the future
