I've always had good luck finding furniture at Ashley's. Recently, I've been looking for living room furniture. I lucked out again. The floor salesman, Victor, stayed with me until I found what I was looking for. I appreciate his patience and courtesy. I attribute my final decision based on his excellent salesmanship. I’ve had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture in Lakeland. On Nov 2, 2024, I paid in full for a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered the next week. Only one dresser arrived, and I was told the rest was on backorder. Finally, on Nov 23, the rest was scheduled for delivery, but it was the wrong bed and missing side rails—all due to the sales rep Tim not ordering it correctly. I spent nearly two weeks dealing with finger-pointing between corporate and the Lakeland store. I was forced to pay more for what was supposed to be ordered originally and promised my bed by Dec 16, but now the delivery is pushed to Dec 26, and Tim hasn’t responded to my messages. Meanwhile, I’m sleeping on a mattress on the floor despite paying in full for the bedroom set and the extra for setup and delivery. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and no one has done anything to make sure I’m taken care of. I needed another nightstand but will never order anything from Ashley Furniture again. I hate writing a bad review but I’ve had enough and feel I’ve been treated extremely poorly from this store and its staff.

What a disappointment, I already feel more than frustrated. (Original) Compré unos muebles el día 11/10 los cuales fueron entregados en malas condiciones, rotos, sucios, con clavos afuera, notablemente que no están nuevos. No obstante el driver el día de la entrega se negó a regresarlos diciendo que él no podía llevárselos que debía llamar a la tienda y otra persona los buscaba, pues grave error porque ahora no quieren cambiarlos si no solo una parte del mueble y el resto que está sucio y en malas condiciones que lo arregle un técnico. Pues yo compré unos muebles NUEVOS, no para que sean reparados. A esta fecha va a llegar Navidad y yo con estos muebles que hasta mal huelen. Que decepción ya me siento más que frustrada.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would Never buy from them again!!! We purchased a whole living room set and had a problem with an end table. When we arrived to pick it up at the store one of the end tables was completely broken. They never said a word. We had to point it out. The manager wasn’t there to take care of the problem. He called us and said he would take care of it. Never heard back from anyone. Had to go back to the store to get it taken care of. You cannot call the store. All calls are sent to an offshore call center in the Philippines. There is No customer service.
