Wasim Browne (Sales) was so patient and helped us in finding the sofa we like and Paula Borges also in sales assisted us when we visited Ashley's furniture again as well as Omar Ortiz (Sales manager) assisted us in finalizing the sales for our beautiful sofa. We had a wonderful experience during our visit to the store. They were all so helpful, professional and knowledgeable regarding their products. Emilia is a contemporary and modular design that allows you to arrange it in different ways to fit your available space at home. In summary, if you're looking for a versatile, stylish and comfortable sofa set with the look of leather and the flexibility of a modular design, the Ashley Emilia collection is likely what you had in mind. I highly recommend the store and people and this product to anyone who's meticulously inclined to get the best that they can get from a sofa collection.

As a business owner myself I try to give benefit of doubt, I try to be lenient with employees or any interaction within a company when I myself am frustrated. This process has been nothing less than discusting, fraudulent and unethical in various ways. We have been dealing with a process from the " warrenty claims" and ashley store front for over 5 months now. Their furniture protection is absolutely underwritten to trick and give the appearance of a well covered protection however when you purchase a SET as we did 2.5 years ago, and they now discontinued the set, you are out of luck! Find something that matches is a joke and the amount rendered is also a joke as prices have increased significantly.we went in store to try to find something as I do love the set i have, no luck. So we decided to go online to purchase random things we dont need and have a company repair our bed, that cost us $265.98. Guess what!! You cannot purchase online with the credit lol!! So back to the store we went to pick out more random things we don't need. Now that we did that June 3, we have had two ottomans delivered without the legs that attach, had to reorder them via the claims dept. We are still awaiting lamps almost 20 days later as they are at the warehouse with a label created , just stagnant. Here i am sitting on hold today as I type this up and " Chandler" in store is giving me all the wrong answers and LYING 🤥 about the it being FED X as the one at fault claiming a label was never created. Omar finally gets in on the activities ( floor manager tonight) seemingly assisting people for 21 minutes while im on hold. He gets on the phone and pretends he cannot hear me. This is laughable at this point and I can't be mad when I hear laughing near Omar via the phone. So eventually he hangs up but not before he calls right back for a quick recovery, I answer and have to question the insanity, I dont even care about the lamps at this point but surely this can't be real customet service right?? Surley when I get frustrated the direction of questions wont be why????right??? But nevertheless they are, Omar seemingly can write up a new order now, shocking !!chandler will need to be educated on that part now. Im over the lamps im over the disgusting cust service however im not shocked as they seem quite bored at this location, when we have been in the ratio of client to sales rep is low.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience! This is my second time visiting this store—even though it’s not the closest one to me, I made the drive all the way from St. Petersburg because I knew I’d get the best customer experience while shopping for furniture for my new home. And once again, it was absolutely worth it! Huge shoutout to Anthony, my first sales associate, who helped me pick out everything I needed for the kitchen, living space, and bedroom. I especially appreciated his detailed guidance while choosing my new bed and mattress. I had a ton of questions (probably more than most!), but he answered every one of them patiently—in person and via text. Even on his day off, he coordinated with Tae, another incredible associate, who stepped in seamlessly and made sure I was taken care of. Tae was super helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you both! Big thanks also to Mr. John, the General Manager, whose attention to detail and personal involvement really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible deal. His customer care is unmatched. Last but not least, thank you so much to Ma’Kayla and Rebecca (Acima) for working hard behind the scenes to accommodate my delivery dates—even when we had to rework some items at the last minute. Your patience and commitment made all the difference! Overall, I’ll absolutely keep coming back for the exceptional service and care I’ve received. Thank you all for making my home furnishing journey such a great experience!
