I furnished my entire home and purchased all the furniture from this store. I was assisted by a representative named Paula Keener. I called and messaged her many times, but she never responded. However, during the sales process, she claimed to be a very professional person who would be attentive to all my needs. I spent over $10,000 at the store, and the cocktail table I purchased was shipped via FedEx, unassembled, even though she clearly told me that everything would arrive assembled and that I wouldn’t have to lift a finger. That turned out to be completely false. She has since ignored my calls. What a poor representative and unprofessional person—she is giving your company a very bad image. On top of that, the table arrived damaged on one corner, and now I’m being told that I have to personally bring it to the store, even though I paid over $1,000 in extended warranties. I absolutely do not recommend this sales representative, and the store has offered no real solution. Customer service is terrible. Remember: PAULA KEENER is the sales representative.

The manager and the staff member that helped us were very friendly. The staff member was very friendly and encouraged us to try all the couches before making a decision. I am glad we chose Ashley to get a new couch.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a great experience. At first, i wanted to purchase a mattress online with my Ashley Furniture card and have it sent to my brother’s house in Florida (I live in NY) because I will be staying there a while. According to the policy, anything purchased online has to be shipped to the billing address, I couldn’t send it to my brothers not even if it was a gift. Needless to say I went to my brothers, there was an Ashley store near by in (Lakeland) and so I ordered my mattress, frame and a mattress cover protection. I received my mattress and frame but the cover was delivered with the wrong size. I tried to exchange it at the store, they wouldn’t exchange it because they either didn’t have it online or that the warehouse was to contact me 72 hours and will arrange to have the exchange done (also not aware that the warehouse was closed Sunday and Monday). I don’t receive a call but received an email asking for proof of purchase. I sent the proof and the which took another two days later received a text saying that the exchange will be on the May 28th. The delivery took place on the May 17th. To conclude, as a customer I was not satisfied nor accommodated for the error made by the warehouse. I would like to add that the salesperson was very helpful with my selection on the mattress.
