Had a very pleasant shopping experience. With no pressure, Holly let us wander the store at our leisure after answering some basic questions about a bed we had initially looked at on the website. She checked on us at intervals that allowed me to feel comfortable shopping without the anxiety that hovering overly intrusive sales people often cause. In the end she helped us with the purchase of a beautiful new bedroom suite for my daughter's pastel goth dream room and I am very happy with how the whole experience went. I don't typically do reviews, but after multiple other high pressure experiences that have left me panicked I felt this one was earned and deserved. We will be back for the sofa!

Great furniture selection and sales service

Ashley’s furniture of Melbourne is where we got most of our furniture. We spent alot of money trying to outfit our new home when we relocated from up north. The only reason why I’m giving this three stars is because yes the quality is great and I’m very pleased but customer service is absolutely horrendous. Both in store and calling g their customer service number not even located in the country . I must have called that number a 10 times to try to get someone to come back out because of a mess up on their end. Then my bedroom piece was broken on a separate occasion in the driveway, not by us and get them to redeliver the peace again calling customer service at least 10 times to get it so if you’re in need of good furniture, I absolutely recommend them but make sure you don’t need to make any changes and make sure there is nothing wrong with it..

We had a great experience at Ashley furniture on 192 in Melbourne, FL. We were greeted by Dee who helped us find exactly what we needed. Dee gave us “space” to look around on our own as well time to discuss it over and make a decision. We are very excited to get the nightstands delivered this week! Thank you Dee!

My first visit to the Ashley store in Melbourne was an excellent one thanks to Holly Grimont. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took a considerable amount of time with me trying to pick out the furniture I needed. We even exchanged cell phone numbers and I was able to send her my thoughts and concerns throughout the process even when she wasn't working. Holly is an asset to Ashley. Thank you so much Holly! I will definitely be back.

I spent over $5000 in furniture in the store in June 2024. All of the furniture was delayed a month into July. That was fine, I completely understand things can be backordered. Our install date finally came July 16th. The day before the furniture was delivered, I was informed that the bed would not be arriving until July 23rd due to availability. Once again, things happen and I was fine with it. Until just recently, I was notified via email… Not a phone call that now my bed which we have already waited a month for will now be delayed until August 16th possibly But cannot promise when it will be delivered. This company continues to makes false promises and lies directly to the customer. I will never use this company again and I will encourage everyone that I come into contact with to never use Ashely furniture. Everything about the operation is shady. The HR department of Ashley’s furniture has in no way been able to get in contact with the Melbourne store after continually trying to call them. This company and the Melbourne store is an absolute joke

Went in on July 4th to look at couches. Melissa B met us and the door and helped us while we looked around without being pushy and hoovering around us the entire time. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful. We came back on the 9th after we closed on our house and showed her a couch we actually found on their site. She showed us similar couches like that one so we knew what we would be receiving. We ordered through her and it arrived by the 13th. Will definitely be back in the future. Ask for Melissa!

I rarely ever write reviews but I have to warn and let others know about our experience. My husband and I went to purchase a full bed set. We paid for it and set the delivery date. The delivery date was a certain day and time. The delivery drivers showed up 2 hours before the scheduled 12-4pm time. They set the bed up incorrectly which caused the wood piece at the bottom of the bed to break because they did not install the middle support beam. They forgot our night stand and had to double back to deliver. At this point we can not sleep on this bed because there is no support and could cave in and cause more damage. They stated they can send a technician out…we already had to take time off work to be there for the furniture to be delivered. No return policy. They never spoke on that one but we signed the paperwork. Only great part is their sales rep Kyle was AMAZING! Super helpful! But would we EVER recommend them? No. Worst furniture experience ever. And the manager barely wanted to speak to my husband when he came to the store. They are only about sales and not the customer experience. If your delivery drivers install furniture incorrectly or you don’t have all the parts to install and it causes a problem you should be more proactive and caring to fix the problem not cause a further inconvenience on the customer.

Not given correct info. wrong mattress. I said no memory foam was under impression mattress I bought has some coils inner springs It arrived rolled up and memory goal which I said I did not want. Mattress not decompress to 8 inches even after 72 hours. I HATE THIS MATTRESS I Called complained same day went to store next day. I'm told I need have tech come inspect before they will do anything. I am so unhappy. The mattress I want not available till August they tell me I may have sleep on this horrible mattress I can not even move on I am in lots pain when I try move which is reason I never wanted memory foam. I feel I was not able to buy the mattress I wanted and picked out at first but was talked into this mattress which was more expensive. Then DELIVERY CHARGE FOR A ROLLED UP MATTRESS WAS $99 dollars. If I was told it was rolled up I could have picked it up. I will never buy. Anything from that store again. I would have gone to mattress firm but they high pressure sales. It's like buying a used car. ASHLEY same bad experience

I had a great sales experience - My sales consultant was 10/10. Unfortunately, when it came down to delivery/quality/customer service, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered furniture for our entire house, as we are rebuilding after a house fire. This included two beds. Both beds were assembled in a way that left the frames floating off the ground and not appropriately supporting the weight of the mattress or my sons. The slightest movement shakes the entire bed so it's impossible to actually sleep in them. My real concern is safety and the fact that they're going to fall in on themselves at any moment. I went through the motions of creating a case with customer service, I waited an entire week for a tech to be available and come out to properly assemble the beds. He closed my case stating there was nothing he could do - he said in this case you get what you pay for and this is just the nature of the furniture. I've bought beds from IKEA, I've bought beds from Amazon. I've never in my life seen beds this feeble. The official response from Ashley Customer Service after the tech left our house is that the beds conformed to manufacturing standards and there was no additional recourse for me. There is either an inherent flaw in the design and assembly of the 2 completely different beds I purchased from Ashley OR the beds they sold me are an outright scam. As I mentioned previously, I've purchased beds for rental properties that are much less expensive and much better quality so it's hardly a case of "you get what you pay for." In this case I'm not even getting that much! I have half the mind to drive to the store tomorrow and remove the mattress from the floor model so I can see how exactly it was assembled -- That way I can reinforce it the same way at home. Surely it has a different frame, or supports, perhaps additional hardware that makes it appear more sound on the sales floor than the rickety mess they delivered to my house. If you can't tell, I'm incredibly frustrated - mostly because I've now wasted two days coordinating delivery and service and my kids still have no beds. //deep sigh

I want to start off by saying I actually feel bad for the store manager and a couple other employees I have dealt with here. They really did try to make my purchase right and went out of their way to attempt to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, the company is set up so anti-customer it really is next to impossible to get anything close to a good purchasing experience. I will start with their initial saleswoman Jada who is no longer with the organization. Piss poor service and deceptive. This was explained to me by the store manager. I went forward with my order. They were out of stock on a bed they tried to deliver previously (where did it go? I paid for it already) and trying to get another bed in its place delivered on the same day as my mattresses were coming was just an exercise in frustration. They cannot get anything done with any semblance of efficiency. I selected a bed online and held on over a half hour for a store associate to help me. Corporate tries to brush you off the phone “I tried calling 3 times already, no one picks up”. Is that acceptable? Are you not concerned the phone rings off the hook during business hours with a store full of employees? Trying to shoo me off the phone, I told the associate I will wait literally all day long to speak to someone physically at that store. 35 minutes later, they got a hold of someone. Unable to accommodate me, I let them cancel my bed. It took literally 10 minutes to google Rooms To Go across the street from their Melbourne FL store, get a salesperson on the phone, select my items and complete my transaction via email. The process could not have been smoother. I do not understand how Ashley stays in business when the competition makes it so easy. Sorry Ashley, I really tried and was hoping you’d come through. Unfortunately your corporate policy of non existent service and impossible communication ties good employees hands.

The price of the furniture is only the beginning. When you purchase an item hopefully you are close to the distribution. I have a store that’s 2 miles from my house. But the distribution center is 3 hours away. So they add a huge delivery fee I believe they charged around 300 plus dollars just to get our furniture. Are we could drive three hours to pick it up.

The dresser was exactly the right size and color that I was looking for. Kyle was very helpful and professional.

Got a pretty decent deal on the couch and loveseat, 4th of July sale. Unfortunately there is a whopping $200 delivery fee which made it not such a decent deal. They have nice furniture and I could tell service was good by the other sales people but our sales lady was meh. I would recommend Ashley, wish the delivery fee wasn’t sooo much.

This store does not tell you but they do not accept returns even if the furniture is less than 72 hours old and still has the original packaging. We recently purchased furniture that caused a severe allergic reaction. We called the store and were told “we don’t accept returns” and abruptly hung up. Will never buy from Ashley store again.

I recently moved into a small beachside apartment and needed to downsize my furniture. I visited the store multiple times trying to find new pieces for my living room. Eddie, Alex and the store manager Moe were amazing. Excellent customer service and were always there to help. I highly recommend the three of them for your next furniture purchase.

The buying experience was fine, it's the warranty and follow-up to product failure that is horrific. Two months after receiving a new mattress, we called to complain of the warped and super squeaky bed mattress. Ashley sent out a very nice technician who zip tied the bed frame and did nothing but take pictures of the mattress. Well, six months later, the bed frame broke and the mattress has to be rotated every 2 weeks to even out the warping every two weeks, by the way, it is a Sealy mattress. So what is the point of a warranty when the company does not fulfill it's promise of satisfaction guarantee. We don't recommend Ashley furniture. Update: I responded to your request to send you an email Attention Joe G. Thanks Update: technician came out but Ashley customer service does not stand by their warranty. We will have to spend money elsewhere to find a better quality bed that does break after a couple of months and a mattress that doesn’t warp. Very disappointed.

Ordered an entire bedroom set from Ashley’s and one of the drawers broke on dresser just out of the 1 year warranty. Called the store who told me I had to contact corporate. Called corporate and got tossed around on the phone for hours. Called the store manager back who gave me his email. I emailed him and haven’t heard back in months. Extremely poor customer service who doesn’t stand behind the quality of their products. A dresser should last longer than a year and no one ever told me when I purchased it that if I don’t get their extended warranty than they won’t help you in any way, shape pr form. I never even asked for someone to repair it, all I simply needed was the hardware to do it myself. I’ll never purchase here again.

I (22 F) came in to furnish my first apartment. I needed a bunch of stuff and needed guidance on what to choose. Mike was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for in terms of a sofa and he took his time to show me around and went above and beyond to help me narrow the choice down. He is very personable. I also ended up getting a coffee table and matching tv stand with the help of Dee who was very knowledgeable of the products.

Ashley furniture are thieves. We bought a sofa sleeper from here. They scheduled a delivery two days later. I received a text the next day saying that our delivery would be from 12:30pm-3:30pm. All good right? No I was on my way back from new Smyrna which is an hour and a half north of we're we live it was 9:30 and they told me my delivery would be at 10am and they could only wait 20 min. I called all my neighbors to meet the delivery team to have them leave the sofa. When I got home the sofa wouldn't fit in the room because of the closet location and the won't honor a return. I even went to the store they said it would be honored and after 5 calls with the Philippines still no one has gotten this issues resolved. I now have a $800 sofa that I'm about to bring out to the curb. The incompetence and lack of customer service is appalling. I'll never go back.

Ordered a dinning set and a frame bed. Both came damaged. Customer service are from a foreign country. He didn’t solve the situation. I contacted the store and they said they will send me an email. Ten days after never happened. Don’t waste your money.

Ive been to 7 stores and when I walked in Kirk was waiting with a welcoming smile. He asked about my day and was very helpful with asking important questions about what I was looking for, especially size, composition and price. He suggested exactly what I was searching, at the best price and in the lower end of my budget. It's Tuesday and my sofa will be delivered on Friday. Thrilled is an understatement. Don’t spend thousands on furniture that breaks every few months!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the 3rd party repair company they sell you on is an absolute joke and refuses to make things right and if they do actually come out you’ll be waiting MONTHS and god forbid if you want to exchange the broken furniture you will just be given the run around and passed from person to person with everyone tell you how much they wish they could help you but you need to talk to this person instead.

It’s amazing that we spent $5000 on furniture just a year and a half ago and this is now the 4th time something has broke and they refuse to exchange the pieces for non-reclining one since that’s all that keeps breaking. We aren’t asking for money back or anything just want furniture that doesn’t break every couple months!!!!!!!

My delivery arrived missing parts, the delivery guys were unable to assembly the bed because they said the warehouse sent it missing parts. Also, the dresser is broken. It's the third time i purchased something from Ashley and I have quality issues in all the times. Very bad experience in all the times.

Found a nice couch. Alex helped me. But the delivery service and after customer service experience has been horrible. The installation team did not install the legs of the couch correctly and they forgot the center support leg. I contacted customer service via the 1-800 number and was told a new part would ship to me. I received another outer leg not a center support leg. So, I called the store and they said they would ship me a new leg and I would get a 50$ refund. The right leg came this time, but I never go the $50 refund. I had to wait 1.5 weeks to use the couch and had to flip up the couch and reinstall the legs for use myself. The show room is just that and they have none of the furniture local, so it all has a mandatory shipping/installation fee that is worthless.

All well and good until the delivery driver started taking pictures of inside of our home from the outside, scaring my wife while I was at work. The driver didn't speak English so my wife was not able to communicate what she wanted done. Ashley Furniture dropped the ball at the finish line and ruined the whole experience, oh and it cost $250 for the displeasure of shipping. (Heads up) I spoke with the store manager (Amanda?) on 4/12 at 2:30pm. She didn't care at all for my troubles, So I'll share with the public instead. Keep in mind that these companies prey on the uninformed. UPDATE: 4/22, 11 days after delivery. I had purchased a purple pillow from Ashley Furniture for $250 when I had purchased my bedset. From the manufacturer there is a 100 day trial period, if not satisfied you're able to exchange it worry free. Please be aware that Ashley Furniture does not uphold this trial period and instead tells you to kick rocks. It took me 21 phone calls between the Ashley store, Ashley corporate, and the purple manufacturer themselves to get this handled. Nobody at either establishment was willing to take responsibility and help the customer. That is until I was finally able to speak with the GM of this location who couldn't believe it was such a big deal and helped solve my issue with our hesitation. I was asked to update my Google review to reflect my better experience. So I will update it now to a two-star review based on my experience with the GM alone. I thank him for his help. Overall my experience with Ashley Furniture was subpar at best. They offer less value for the same amount of money than me purchasing from the manufacturers themselves or from a different business altogether. If anybody were to ask me about purchasing purple products I would tell them to buy it from the manufacturer directly instead of dealing with Ashley Furniture at all whatsoever

We purchased the Almafi couch two years ago. The fabric is so weak. We purchased the warranty plan and because it was based on “normal wear and tear” we have a “worn out couch” (costing $1800 after warranty) in less than two years. It’s terrible. The quality is so poor, how can they live knowing that less than two years of sitting at most four hours a day, is enough to make the fabric fray to the point the interior of the cushions is exposed? Never buying from this retailer again!

Dee was AMAZING!! Give them a raise!! Exceptional customer service and met every need I asked about and offered additional products! Came in for a dresser and ended with about 5-6 products. I will be back to buy a mattress from them!

Even the "sale" items are ridiculously overpriced. You can find almost the same exact furniture online on Amazon or even visiting another furniture store. However it gets 4 stars because we had an employee even tell us somewhere else to go to get the same furniture for 6x cheaper! So that tells you just how much of a rip-off this place really is.

Awful experience. Multiple issues with quality and delivery of our couch and loveseat. We were promised a refund from the store manager. The couch was picked up weeks ago and still no refund. Very sketchy now. Apparently the Ops Manager no longer works there and there is no other manager available to discuss the issue. Still no refund and no customer service from anyone. HORRIBLE!

I took away my original 5 star review .I have since had nothing but trouble with this place.The recliner I bought last September has Lost a lot of firmness in the seat.Tomake this shorter,they arranged for a tech. to come to house.He told them he came and no one was here.Caught him in lie because come to find out they forgot to give him my apt number.I called the store a week ago and spoke to Kaitlyn about a resolution and she never called me back .Called back today and all I got was excuses as why they did not call me back.was told again someone would call me back.i hate,despise this placei only wish I knew the following before I bought from them the class action lawsuit, Ashley Furniture advertised inaccurate sales on its website and in stores by using misleading “original prices” that did not reflect the actual value of the products. These fake discounts allegedly tricked consumers into making purchases they otherwise would not have.if Ashley's furniture gives me a resolution I'm happy with I will revise this post in their favor.

Despite finalizing past closing, the staff remained exceptionally accommodating. Though we encountered financing challenges, Kyle and the store manager exceeded expectations in making me feel valued. Terrible experience from our salesperson ordering the wrong product configuration to the delivery people damaged 3 of 6 pieces. Manager was lackluster in solving the issue.

We stopped in today at the Melbourne store. We were greeted by Rocco Ferriero. From the moment he introduced himself to us he was by far the most convenient, knowledgeable and personable sales associate we have come across in a long time! We needed to find a love seat however the challenge is our differences in height. Rocco immediately knew just what we needed. Ashley has many collections that offer a adjustable headrest that can be lengthen to fit a taller person. We then mentioned that we were looking for a new mattress too. Again without missing a beat he asked us a couple questions and with our height and weight difference he was able to suggest the perfect option to accommodate us both!! We had informed Rocco that while his salesmanship were awesome, we unfortunately were only looking for products because we don't live in Florida, we are from Wisconsin and we were not able to get from this store. When we do make our purchase, we will absolutely 💯 percent recommend Rocco for commission and credit of the sale. Thanks so much Rocco for all of your advice and knowledge.

Omg! Who would have know a night at Ashley Furniture was going to be so fun! We went in really just shopping around for a purple mattress. Had no intention of really purchasing anything specific till me were so warmly greeted by Christopher Plaza and Gary Smith! What. Dynamic team working towards helping us make the most educated decision on on bettering our sleep! We were thinking the Purple mattress was what we wanted. However, after talking with them they helped us understand our sleep needs and we ended up with the Tempur Pedic Luxe Breeze with the Pro Smart. Base! We genuinely loved how they pointed out all the bells and whistles of the bed we chose! I’m so incredibly grateful with the massive diamond I got for Christmas this year, however….. I might be even more excited about the investment we made with our glittering new Tempur Pedic Mattress! Can’t wait to build our home by coming back to Ashley and hanging out with our new friends and help up make the most educated and informed furniture purchases!

Early in January I went to this store to ask about a specific piece of furniture. The man -notice I did not say gentleman - whose turn it was to greet the shopper entering the store was less than helpful and rather discouraging with my specific request. I purchased an item elsewhere and when it arrived damaged I decided to try Ashley once again. Totally different vibe with Dee who researched my specific request, gave me the price, ordered the item and we were done. Dee didn't have to be an outstanding salesperson, she just had to listen to my request and act on it which, in reality, did make her outstanding in my eyes. Thanks Dee for being the kind of salesperson I would come back to see again and would definitely recommend to others. Now just waiting for my purchase to arrive.

Way overpaid, not happy with it, and they would NOT take our old mattress (has to be "sanitary"). Who on earth has an existing showroom clean mattress they are replacing??? Seems to be code for "we want to tell people we'll take their old mattress but not really". Half the reason I went with a big box store was that they would take our old one. Never again!

We bought a recliner that peeled in scratches the first year with the insurance and we bought this headboard footboard bed. We have written letters called and noone returns calls and said it was due to abuse. Apparently your head rubbing against the headboard is considered the reason for a peeling vinyl faux headboard falling apart. This was falling apart from the very beginning and around 7 years ago now. We are buying another bedroom and replaced the recliner from another company . Will never shop there again.

Went to Ashley in Melbourne, Fl just tire kicking for a new sectional. Store was clean and neat and the salesperson was not intrusive or annoying. I don’t think I have ever left a review but this is a must. The experience after they took their money has been horrible. From delivering wrong product to resending a damaged chair and not wanting to replaced and wouldn’t. Then I ordered an entertainment center and that was damaged and have gone through a lot to try and get quality product and service and it’s been horrible. Have tried over 6 times to get a general manager on the call and still never received a call.

they just called me back now they're bringing me a new chair 🪑 I'm so happy thank God you're doing me a soild I'm so happy. Merry Christmas 🎁 But unless they have more than what is on line I don't think they are going to be able to help me I wish they could have said that they don't have any recliner for 300lbs you have to go somewhere else 😢

This is the second time I purchased an item from Ashley Furniture. The first experience was so good that I decided to return for another piece of furniture. I was met with a very friendly and helpful sales associate named Cody. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of pieces. I fell in love with the dresser of my dreams and immediately purchased it. It is beautiful and very functional for what I need. Very good quality and a very good price. Ashley will now be my go to for any home furnishing needs. I will use Cody for my contact point there.

Our entire home is pretty much Ashley Furniture. I went in today to purchase an outdoor dining set. I met with the sales rep, Michael Luaders, and he was absolutely wonderful. We laughed almost the whole time. He was professional and knowledge. So happy with my visit today.

Eddie Diaz was fantastic! Straight shooter that makes sure you're getting what you need. Got an incredible deal on a counter height table. The chairs alone would've cost more than the whole combination. Also, 5 year plan is only $60 and you get your money back if something happens to the items you purchase. Delivery is $99, which isn't that great. But still, the money we saved overall makes this purchase worth it. Go in, ask for Eddie, you WON'T regret it!
