We were dealing with Ebony She was very friendly courteous and extremely helpful She was new but we were patient with her.

I came by today looking for a king headboard. I wasn’t greeted at the door and started looking for a free associate. Everyone was busy but I ran into Kirk in his white doctor’s coat. When I asked about the coat, he smiled and said he was a Sleep Expert. After realizing I needed assistance, he was an excellent helper outside of his normal Tempur Pedic mattress sales area. He was personable, fun, and efficient. He was patient and assisted with matching my drawer to 3 headboard choices. It was a very successful trip and I’m looking forward to free door drop delivery next week!

Over priced furniture that they convince you to purchase the 5 year protection plan that is only good at the original store that you purchased the furniture from. Example I had to move to Tallahassee during Covid for a job. Informed sales person that I would be relocating back to Melbourne FL Aug 2021. Five years later I never used the protection plan and was told I could use the credit to purchase up to $500 with the store. NO ONE EVER SAID THAT IT HAD TO BE DONE FROM THE ORIGINAL STORE!!! Again why would I waste $500 on a plan that I knew I would not be living to Tallahassee for more than a year. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLANS UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW OUT THE WINDOW. Way to many restrictions and absolutely no compassion for their clients. I will never shop at any Ashley stores ever again

Sales leader, Demoy, greeted us upon arrival. He was a great resource for the answers to our many questions in addition to guiding us through all the mattress options. He applied no pressure as we 'tested multiple mattress types. When the choice was clear, he assisted with delivery, which should occur at the end of this month.

We went to The Melbourne store last week to casually look around. We met up with Tom Schmidt and he was the perfect balance of knowledgeable yet not overbearing. We left without making a purchase with the intentions of thinking things through and taking some measurements for our new home. Today we went back and completed our purchase and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service that Tom provided to us throughout the process. He also suggested some additional things that would complement our selections which added to our order. We also appreciated that he was able to get us some of the order by this week, even though other things were backordered. I fully recommend Tom as an individual who can help you navigate what can often times be a challenging experience. Thank you, Tom for all of your support, Wayne and I appreciate you.

On time very polite and professional

Tom was great to work with. He checked in regularly without ever feeling pushy or “car salesy.” He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Original delivery about a month and half from purchase. Then delivery date got put out another month and no one notified us, we found out accidentally. Couldn’t find a direct number to location of purchase and instead had to talk to a call center in a foreign country with people not understanding our frustration, nor us understanding their accents. We had to drive to sight to talk to a manager. Then we were told that since we didn’t remeber our sales person, no other sales person could pull up order. Only a manager could. Did finally receive recliner and Ashley had deliverers set up loveseat recliner at no charge to us.

The sales person named Christian this young man was very helpful very patience, he answered every question we ask and very respectful. He will be our go to salesman. Ashley you have a good young man Represented the store.

Ashley's was an easy furniture shopping experience starting with the website and visiting the store to complete the purchase. Our salesperson, Kirk was extremely professional and helpful. He did his best to get the items we wanted delivered at a reasonable price in a relatively short time. I would highly recommend Ashley's for a stress free furniture shopping experience!

Buyers be ware!!! This Ashley location and the warehouse it use is the worst experience that I had ever experienced. I was lied to about delivery dates, the dining table set future had uneven legs they tried using curricular sticky pads to hide it but the chairs were just too unbalanced. I canceled the order, they offered a $98.00 to allow them a chance to do better. Don't fall for this like I did. They work with "Synchrony" credit card service, which there Representative told me they are unable to see the history of Ashley making changes to my account "NOT GOOD". When Ashley furniture took the dining room set off, I no longer saw my payment that I had made. "Synchrony" still can't see the history of changes that Ashley furniture make to the account 😕

I walked into Ashley this afternoon feeling over whelmed , scattered and all over the place . The universe was with me because Samantha came over to see if she could help and all I can say is that she was a God send. She was attentive, listened to what I was looking for and she helped me put together a living room, dining room and bedroom. With all the years I've been buying furniture, she is by far the best that Ive had the pleasure of working with. Thank you Samantha!!!!

Kirk probably is the most knowledgeable associate they have at that facility. He is probably the first sales person that told me you probably don’t want to buy that with the measurements you supplied me this is not going to fit your living room. So instead of him letting me just run up the bill he was informative and gave great opinions of what will and will not fit in my space. I will be back and I will spend more money with Kirk. I have never been so furious with a company as I am with this store. I visited this store in person and the sales associate took me to a computer to see how much I would qualify for if I wanted to buy on credit. He said it wouldn’t affect my credit score. I verified again that it wouldn’t affect my credit score. He told me it wouldn’t. Well lo and behold I have a new open credit account from Ashley home store. I don’t even know where to begin to file complaints against this store. This is unacceptable.

Our salesman Malakai was wonderful. Really enjoyed working with him. He was kind and patient. Best of all he knew his job.

*Update: Received a generic email asking me to send pictures to the 3rd party… a step I had already completed last month. Still no phone call or resolution. Don’t shop here. They don’t know what they’re doing. I spent $4,000 on a couch and an additional $400 on delivery. The delivery team damaged my drywall (like golfball size holes) and delivered the couch with stains. Ashley’s third-party delivery company will not respond, and Ashley itself has failed to return multiple calls. At this point, the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Ask for Tom. Tom was incredibly helpful, straightforward no pressure. We always go to Ashley for our rental properties, always great deals and pretty straightforward with the pricing. They generally have some sort of sale going on and you can haggle a little for some discount on shipping. Usually if you buy enough product.

I should be able to buy products at your store and drive them home. I shouldnt be forced to pay to have an item delivered from Tampa. Store needs to have more products at location. Sales staff are very friendly and polite

We had a great experience, from shopping in the store to delivery in our home.

What a nightmare! I purchased furniture so my 95 father could move into an assisted living home. Several pieces of the furniture came damaged or missing parts. The delivery driver took photos of the damaged furniture and assured me I would be contacted to arrange a replacement. A second delivery came with more furniture and no replacement item were included. I contacted Ashley via the text chat and I was assured a replacement would be sent. Several more days later and no shipping date provided. I tried to call the store however you get routed to the overseas customer service. The customer service representative could not view the text chat and will not process a replacement without me emailing photos. I now have to drive 2 hours round trip to take photos which the driver already took. This is my first and last purchase from Ashley.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE BAD REVIEWS!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. 3 MONTHS I have called emailed.. LinkedIn messaged and talked to numerous people. To not get a full refund for a product they never delivered. They still owe me $400 and I can’t get anywhere with them. I ALSO HAD TO PAY WAY MORE TO GET THE RIGHT PRODUCT IN TIME. Go here if you want overpriced furniture, poor quality and absolutely ridiculous customer service. Save the time , money and have peace of mind by going elsewhere. We had 5 items delivered. 3 were defective and we don’t have a resolution 1.5 months later. When I say defective I’m literally talking about uneven dining table legs making it wobbly, uneven surfaces I can’t keep a coffee mug on and joints splitting on a table. The run around after these guys have been absolutely insane! They tell you they will call you or someone will get back to you and they never do.

If I could give negative stars I would! Went to the store and purchased a mattress and mattress pad. We were told this mattress was in stock and would be delivered a few days later. Now almost a month later they have changed our delivery date 5 times now they do not have this mattress in stock. NO One seems to care about solving this issue at all. We have called multiple times and used the chat system multiple times and still we are no where. Had to file a dispute with my card to ensure I will at least get my money back if they do not ever deliver this thing. BUYER BEWARE OF THE BS!!!!! I won't buy from here again.

We bought a sofa set on 12/12/2025, they scheduled the furniture to be delivered today, 12/29/2025. They did not delivered it today, and today a lady from customer service told us that we did not received it today because there is a piece missing. They will get the piece on 1/10/2026. So I guess after the 10th will have to guess and wait for them to deliver who knows when. Too naive me, I planned to have guest at my house for new years, and will not have a sofa for the guests. Now, this is not the first time that Ashley Furniture fail us. First time was in 2014, when they delivered a broken sofa for the price of a new one. Yet, we give them another chance. Completely regret that. Deeply disappointed with Ashley. Will never buy from them again. Not thrust worthy

When I went to try a chair i had seen online , I found Ashley was quite a bot more expensive. I saw a recliner sofa similar in color as the chair and decided to buy the sofa which was on sale and buy the chair online from another vendor. My salesperson was trying to convince me to purchase all, to purchase warranties stating recliners break down often, to get the white glove delivery as I would have to put the sofa together. The delivery date was one week later than offered, which was a great inconvenience regarding having my old furniture picked up from a charity or also not having furniture when I had guests arriving. After much consideration the rep was able to give me 10% discount which didn’t even cover the delivery. When the delivery men brought the sofa , they did not have to put it together like the salesperson stated… they just took the plastic off and left. I could have saved the white glove charge as they did not do anything extra than a normal delivery. I think I should have received the full delivery amount due to the added inconvenience and the delayed delivery Love the furniture but disliked the sales pressure and the delayed delivery . Also same chair on line was 200 less and included white glove delivery and no delay .

Bought 10k worth of furniture initial delivery had damaged items and missing parts of a bed so cant even use the bed after a month since purchase. Thomas in store wad not helping when we called and said we had to speak to corporate and wouldn't let my wife ask questions about when the missing items would be delivered.

Samantha was the absolute best - we had issues with a purchase we made at a different location and she guided us through everything to help us solve a complicated issue, helped us find additional furniture and was on the phone with customer service for us for a long time until issues were resolved and until we were content- everyone was helpful but she helped us through it all! She’s wonderful!! :)

The salesman was pleasant and helpful,my one thing I was very disappointed is their protection plan,I was told they had one but never told it would cost me$469.99,and if I do not ever use it I could use that money in full toward a purchase on full price merchandise in 180 days or lose it.It should have been my choice if I wanted the plan.

I "pre-shopped" for a sofa for my parents for a month prior to them arriving for a short holiday visit. They are moving to the area, and I wanted to narrow the choices down to limit the amount of walking they would have to do as they have mobility issues. Ashley furniture was the 2nd of 3 stores we were to visit during their trip and my mother fell in love with one of the sofas Kazi presented to us. Kazi provided a wonderful shopping experience for my mother, but the cost of the sofa was higher than we had budgeted. She brought her manger in just as we were about to leave to visit the 3rd store. Her manager offered us an additional 15% discount if we would finance the sofa instead of paying for it up front. The price was still high, but it was enough of an incentive to make the sale. My mother completed the required credit app and as we were finalizing the sale we noticed Kazi entered the wrong ship-to address. We explained that the delivery address was different from the mailing address. But Kazi brushed it off and told us that my mother would have to call Synchrony to change it as she could not do it at the store level. My mother called Synchrony a couple of days later, and they told her the store has to change the address. We called Kazi who, now that the sale is done, rarely answers her phone. We put multiple calls (8-12) into the store which has their number forwarded to a call center where heavily accented people answer and then transfer you amongst themselves. Ther is NO POSSIBLE WAY to reach the store and speak to a manager. I am upset. My parents are upset. Kazi is now upset, gas-lighting me, the customer, stating that I am treating her poorly and that she is a top-seller and None of her hundreds of customers have ever had a problem changing a delivery address with Synchrony. She states we are the very FIRST who have ever had a problem. Now, Kazi, you are insulting my intelligence and that of my parents. We have been trying to rectify your mistake for 2 weeks. You could try to understand the frustration that you and Ashley furniture have caused us all. If you had taken responsibility and changed their "ship-to" address at the time of the sale or when my father called and spoke to you that "one" time you answered their call, we would not be here today. My advice. Don't waste your time with Ashley furniture. Their furniture is just as expensive as other stores, and their after-sale-service is terrible. They promise the moon but can't even fix a simple thing like a delivery address.

Edit: The delivery experience has been awful. We are now one month since purchase. The first delivery was missing items and multiple items delivered were damaged. They have come to fix the damaged goods but still have not brought the missing items we were anticipating receiving today. My child is getting a room makeover for Christmas this year, but unfortunately we have only received parts of her bed. Thanks......for spoiling something that was supposed to be very special. We happily just purchased an entire home worth of furniture from Kazi. She was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the materials was fantastic and her patience with us was outstanding. Continue doing what you are doing Kazi!! You are truly a pleasure.

I like that Ashley has items that can Delivered quickly. I went there looking for a panel bed frame and was able to have it delivered in four days time! In terms of quality, it is exactly what you would expect… Press board furniture that is put together upon arrival.

When your merchandise is delivered do not just glance at it examine every inch of it underneath also. Read all tags that is attached, there may be instructions that apply to delivery time such as adjusting or leveling chairs etc. while the delivery persons are there. Do not sign anything until you are satisfied because they don’t care about any complaint you have. You will most likely be passed on to someone else, given a number to call when the associate at the store should contact the next person who is suppose to take care of the problem. These businesses cannot be trusted anymore. O good work ethics that’s a thing of the past!!

We purchased a couch, oversized chair and ottoman and after 1.5 years the couch has lost its firmness and the couch was decidedly not treated for stains. We purchased the extended warranty and were told we need to go through them for claims. The customer service staff was rude and not helpful . I tried to email Ashley directly and received and email saying their in box was full. It appears that once you buy from the store they wash their hands of you and the product . We need a new couch but don’t think it will be through Ashley what a horrible product and customer service

Things did not go smoothly and then when a manager came into the picture, he said it could not be undone the way she had done it. That’s just not right

UPDATE: STILL NO REFUND SINCE SEPTEMBER! Their reply below is a lie! Thankfully my credit card company is investigating! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I ordered a living room set a month ago and they sent two different colors. I immediately contacted customer support and returned the furniture but getting a refund has been the worse experience. As of today, I still have not received my refund of $3000 and they keep giving the run around. I also have no furniture because my funds are tied up with credit card I used to buy the furniture! Never again will I purchase from Ashley! Buyer beware!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a chair in Melbourne store, and girl ordered the wrong one. Called later the same day to get it corrected and she changed it, to another chair, also the wrong one. Called again the following day. Was assured it would be easy to fix, only it never was. Delivery is some stupid AI texting system that only responds to yes or no for delivery- asking it for 'help' does nothing. Called corporate to try and get order switched to correct chair- but you can't understand anyone because at best English is a third language in their overseas call center. So wrong chair has been delivered. Trying to return said chair only gets worse. Once again have to go through AI system that understands nothing only to once again get referred to overseas people. Eventually sent an email promising to get back to us to resolve their screwup within 24 hours. It has now been over a week. Don't waste your time with this company. They don't believe in customer service.

I would like to leave 0 out of 0. I have never had a problem with Ashely furniture before. However I have had nothing except issues since moving and using the Ashley furniture in Melbourne, Fl. I highly recommend you do not use this store and shop elsewhere for your furniture needs. They are unhelpful with issues and place orders incorrectly then do nothing to fix the incorrect order that THEY placed! So frustrated and unhappy.

First off we have purchased a few items from Ashley with no issues but this is a bit ridiculous.Terrible in store and customer service, We ordered a dining set in store, everything was good until delivery when they delivered the wrong table, delivery team wouldn’t take it back said we needed to call customer service to arrange for replacement. Called our salesperson first to inform him of situation, he said he would take care of it and gave us customer service number, waited a couple of days with no response so called customer service and they knew nothing! Thought we had it sorted out with a new delivery date for correct table. When we heard nothing about a delivery confirmation we called customer service back and they said table was discontinued and offered refund , called the store and spoke with manager and salesperson to resolve and still have not heard anything! Purchased 9/12/25, wrong table delivered 9/19/25, new delivery date was 9/29/25 with no new table and still have the wrong one, do not buy from Ashley in Melbourne Fl. Or anywhere else . Complete incompetence! This pic is the wrong table this a a counter height table in the wrong base color, we ordered regular height table in white base, also note the install of pedestal bolts halfway in! Update 10/3/25 Still no results always the runaround , 2 weeks with the wrong table still in my house,1 email from the bad review telling me a case number and further investigation, I don’t know what needs to be investigated, even included the store manager to no avail, Update 10/14/25 Finally delivered correct table Friday but only after we had to go to store and nudge them along. This only took 20 minutes to correct after 2 weeks of calls and no answers, will probably not shop Ashley again.

Our Ashley furniture nightmare started on 08/31/25 with the purchase of a bedroom set from the Store which I paid for delivery and set up. The Store experience is not the issue but the Customer Service aftermath. Our bank account was charged the amount for what we purchased almost immediately. We scheduled delivery for 9/3 however, on 9/2 we contacted the delivery service and rescheduled for 9/8 due to a last minute work conflict. Delivery customer service said it was no problem and they would notify their delivery team of the changes. On 9/3 we were contacted by the delivery driver who said he was outside our house to deliver. I explained to the driver the schedule conflict and it new delivery date when he responded with a snarky attitude it wasn't a problem. On 9/7 I reached out to the delivery team to confirm delivery. I was informed by customer service. it was already delivered on 9/3. I immediately called which I spoke with someone foreign (India) from their customer service. It was hard to understand however, I was informed it was delivered and invoiced but the driver marked it as "undeliverable" and was provided a case number. I would get a phone call within 1 business day. After waiting 2 business days, I reached out again (9/12) and received the same run around. The Foreign customer service said a mistake on their end was made and my case was not sent to the right department. Again, someone would reach out within 1 business day (9/15). I then told them if someone did not reach out to me by the end of the day on 9/15 then I would be calling back to cancel and get a refund. As you would expect, no phone call was provided on the 15th or 16th when an in store visit by one pissed off wife occured. Within 2 minutes of speaking with the sales manager, he found our order was cancelled on 9/10 and a refund had already been initiated. The icing on the cake is they had the audacity to refund the purchase price for the furniture but not the delivery/set up fee. We are starting to contest this with our bank. The manager stated he is fully aware of how bad customer service is outside of the store and tried to get us to reorder. He was politely told our business would be given to another store. Unless you want to deal with a nightmare, go elsewhere.

I never bother leaving a review that isn't worth 5 stars but unfortunately our experience was so bad, it is worth warning others. I would encourage you to consider one of the many other furniture stores in this area. The first part of this negative experience was our sales person who did not know what they were talking about in regards to any of the furniture we were looking at. When we would ask questions, they would first answer us incorrectly or just say they didn't know and with further prodding would then look up the answer. This happened in regards to pricing as well as product information. When we ordered a twin bed with a mattress, they told us we would need a twin slat roll to go with it and when everything arrived, it was very clear that that was not compatible with this bed frame. We spoke to customer service who got us set up with the incorrect replacement, and then went into the store to speak with someone there. Most people in the store looked to be half asleep or just not concerned with the issue. There was one woman behind the desk who was legitimately helpful and stuck with it the whole time to make sure we got what we needed regardless of the guy who was supposed to help us that appeared ready to give up right away. When the boxspring arrived, it required assembly which was surprising to us, we've never encountered that and no one said that it would. We accepted the delivery, not fully sure that was even correct but we're going to assemble it and hope that it works. Definitely not going back to Ashley and would highly recommend Angela's furniture who also sells Ashley products and beyond. The customer service there was wildly better.

We had a horrible experience with delivery since we purchased some items on clearance that needed to be picked up at the store and some items that needed to be delivered. We spent wayyyy too much time (hours) at the store waiting for the salesman to get the receipt right. Then when delivery day came they told us we had already picked up all of our items! We then had to wait another 3 weeks to get those items! Customer service was absolutely horrible to work with to figure out what happened! We were more than patient with this store and they could care less about us.

Beware: Do not let them sell you any type of insurance for your furniture. Its covered by a company called Reguardprotection, when it comes time to make a claim they will find any reason to deny it. Will be reporting them to the BBB

UPDATE: STILL BUYERS REMORSE I emailed the address provided by Ashley. What a joke. I provided multiple photos, receipt, screenshots of previous exchange with warrenty department. NO ONE RESPONDED TO HELP!!!!! Buyers remorse. For me, zero service after the sale. I bought a secontional online and paid extra for the "White glove delivery and set up." The delivery men unwrapped, set up, I tipped them and they were on their way. Fast forward, after they left, I flipped one of the cushions over and there was a stain!! First lesson, don't waste your money on "white glove" and if you do, totally deconstruct the entire unit before the delivery men leave and get your tip money back if they hid a greasy hand print. I called customer service. The Ashley representative had thick accent and was clearly reading from a script. I could barely understand her. The rep advised me to text a number. When I did, the system would not recognize my phone number. I called customer service back. Again, a different rep, thick accent, reading from a script. Once again I share all the details of my experience. She sends me an email to submit photos and file a claim for my warranty. I submitted all requested, that was July 16. Today is Sept 10, I never received a response, checked my spam and firewall. Now over a month later, no response, and I paid thousands of dollars for a blemished "new sectional via white glove delivery ". MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. I WISH I HAD PURCHASED MY FURNITURE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for years, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. For over a month, I’ve been getting the runaround on the status of my order. Despite reaching out multiple times, no one has gotten back to me or resolved the issue. On top of that, we are out $500 that Ashley claims they never received, even though my bank statement clearly shows otherwise. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is extremely frustrating. My family and friends, who have also shopped here, are equally disappointed. Sadly, after this experience, this will be our last time shopping at Ashley Furniture.

Ordered a side chair and the two pillows didn’t come with it. Took 8 weeks and still no pillowcase. Incomplete pillow case always mailed to me. They mailed the fabric and stuffing. I don’t sew! Why would I spend thousands to sew it myself. Eventually a technician came and he had to go to the store to get the remaining pieces he needed. Then the zipper broke! They have lost my business. Stay away from this store.

Don’t buy from here unless you plan on picking up the furniture yourself. I spent 4500$ and their delivery team ignored my request to use my double French doors to bring the furniture into my house. Instead they forced their way into my front door getting stuck more than once causing damage to my brand new home and then damaged the wall when setting up the furniture. They tried to hide the wall damage with the couch they delivered but I found it before they left. I showed the delivery team the damages and they just looked at me, then turned and got in their trucks and left without a word. Ashley’s offered me a mere 200$ for the inconvenience. Very insulting for the money I paid them.

I purchased an $1800 mattress from this store with a 24 month no interest promotion. One year later I was charged full interest. I contacted the bank and was told my account only had a 12 month promotion and I needed to contact the store to correct the mistake. I call the store and was given a few different phone numbers to call instead. Those numbers told me the store has to fix it. I call the store again, got transferred to a corporate office. Again I’m told the Store has to fix it. I drove two hours to the store was told only one person could “handle” my problem. She pulled out my contract and says there’s nothing they can do and I should have read the details before signing it. The contract only said “President’s Day Sale.” It didn’t say anything about 12 or 24 month limits. This should be a very easy thing to fix, but instead the lady apologized and maybe the bank will take a few months of interest off if I ask nicely. Honestly, you have to judge a company by how they treat you when there’s a problem.

Have had to edit review as our delivery was the worst experience of my life! After waiting for 3 weeks for delivery. First we told them loud and clear that our elevator was broken and we live on the 4th floor we were told up a down it’s fine they will deliver and assemble! “White Glove Delivery” Yah that didn’t happen. Aug 6th came and we were so excited for delivery the guys driving the “unmarked” truck saw our elevator was broken a without even saying a word they LEFT! I spent the rest of the day on the phone with customer service crying an upset after spending over 3k and was told they were not allowed to deliver to the 4th floor! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was lied to and completely disrespected! Called and begged and pleaded with Customer service to have the guys come back and deliver a they refused was told we would have to wait to have our delivery rescheduled! Of course that day I called Dee an told her what was happening she said she would try and help but of course I never got a call back. So another delivery day was schedule.. today. They guys came an again told them our elevator was broken they tried to leave again but my husband was down there making sure they didn’t! They didn’t speak any English so they were talking to us through a translation app! After an hr or so they brought everything up to the third floor an was going to leave it! I begged an pleaded with them to bring the 3 pieces up to the 4th floor! Had to bribe them with $50 to bring them up 2 more flights of stairs! Thankfully they did but I had to push them down the hall to our apartment take everything apart and put it all together which was not what I was promised! I will more then likely never buy from Ashley Homestore again and will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience!

The worse furniture buying experience ever!! Poor quality!!

Having a good experience at a store is a generally easy thing to accomplish. What has earned my respect and praise is how this store and their team dealt with a potentially negative experience and turned it into a very positive result. We had some issues with delivery due to the fact we live on a military base and there was confusion with the delivery team. The team at the store was able to quickly handle the problem and reset our delivery. Our sales person Kim was phenomenal, she worked with us diligently to help us make a decision on a new sectional. Craig maintained communication with us throughout the process and made sure we were taken care of. Ashley Furniture will remain our top choice for home furnishings. Thank you to everyone at the Melbourne store.

Disappointed that the store wouldn't honor a military discount on top of a sale price. I have never had this happen. Then the delivery was scheduled for a week later. We waited the entire delivery range. When the truck arrived it was raining so we didn't get our sofa. Now we're supposed to wait another week for delivery.... upsetting and disgusted are gentle words. We were advised by the manager he would try and get us delivery by tomorrow. Still haven't heard from anyone if that would be happening. Buyer beware.

Eddie was so friendly and did not make us feel pressured at all to make a purchase. He was very up front with us about pricing and any discounts available. The delivery was quick and on time. We were extremely happy with our visit and purchase at this location.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I was under the impression they would hallway my old furniture so as they were taking my old furniture out of the house I thought they were taking it. After they left I walked out of my house to find my furniture scattered across me and my neighbors yard. We called and asked them about it and come to find out they don’t offer hallway. Then we asked if they could move it to the curb and they said they would have to let us know in 72 hours when I live in an HOA. We will NEVER shop at Ashley’s ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Have to say the sale went good up until it didn’t. So I was interest in an adjustable bed with platform. The order was entered for in store pick up and it should have been delivery only. I was asked to cancel purchase with my bank and to reorder. I decided not to…I guess in a way it was meant to be. I decided to leave it as the original order and call it a day. And saved $5,240.00 dollar. And just purchase a Zinua mattress online😉

After paying $500 for delivery the furniture comes with missing parts. They make me call some call center and tell me it will come the next day. The next day they tell me 3-4 days. 3-4 days later they tell me the other people didn’t put an order and that it will take 5 days to get it. And this is all me having to do all the leg work because once they get your money all you will hear from the store is “there is nothing we can do.” Update: how about helping when I call the store and ask for the manager, he said he will call me and never does. 7 days later? Update 2: they sent the wrong hardware. You could not make this up. Save yourselves. Run from this company. P.S still waiting for them to fix my order 21 days out

We had a great experience at Ashley's Furniture store. We were greeted by Tom who showed us where to go for what we were looking for. It was nice not being followed around by a salesperson. The store was visually appealing and we found exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. Tom was very helpful and made all the difference in our great experience. Ashley's is definitely our new furniture store!

Horrible experience. I ordered a sofa mid March from this location. It came damaged and took 10 days to get replaced. After sitting on it for 2 days I realized it was not anything like the floor model- the cushions are HORRIBLE. I decided to see if they broke in/I got used to it. After a month of still horrible comfort I called the store back. They informed me they don’t have the couch anymore (a month later!!) and they’d have to put a claim in with corporate. 20 days later and I’m still waiting on that claim. Additionally, it’s outside of the 72 hour window so apparently I will likely be stuck with a $1500 sofa that irritates my sciatica so badly I’ve had to go to the doctor and now physical therapy for. Do NOT waste your money. Go to Havertys- much better quality and customer service. You get what you pay for.

Made the fast & easy purchase with the nice rep and it'll be delivered in a couple of weeks when I get moved. Excellent experience. The Melbourne store is so nice! Ashley’s furniture…Shady adds that aren’t available in store, I live an hour from them, so after, 20 minutes of texting to see if, said sale item was available, to discover that the supposed person I’m texting did not answer my question because it wasn’t a real person, just repeating the same things, so then I called the store in Melbourne, Fl. To be hung up on 3 times, although I hit the “1” to stay on line and wait for a sales person. Then to finally get through, to be told that the sale item wasn’t in the store, I’d just have to buy it before trying the chair and ottoman that I was looking to purchase. If I wanted to buy before trying, I’d order online from a number of other places that are way less costly. Think I’ll stick to Haverties in Cocoa, where I’ve had superb customer service, honest sales and it doesn’t take a hour of bs, to contact them by phone.

Went to Ashley to purchase a small space saving table. Met Tom. He was very helpful. We found a table. With my husbands bad back it has been very hard for him to get onto the barstools. But he also has trouble getting up off of a low chair. We did buy the table. But ended returning it. We found another table that was counter height. Very easy for husband to sit in chair without the struggle of getting upon and out of bar stool or the lower chair. Tom was reslly great and understanding.

They sent me the wrong furniture as well as a broken cabinet. Later they refused to send me the correct furniture saying they don't allow trades. I don't want to trade I want what I ordered. The broken cabinet was replaced with a 2nd broken cabinet but the 2nd one isn't just broken its used! I would be happy to share emails and photos with anyone wanting to use this store.

Furniture has not been delivered yet, so I can’t speak to that, but the shopping experience was great. Greeted immediately but then given space to browse in peace and no one pressuring you into anything. When I had some questions, the employee I was working with was available and helpful and then gave me space to decide until I was ready to purchase. From that point the checkout process was quick and easy. Delivery and furniture quality / longevity remains to be seen, but the actual shopping phase was very casual and enjoyable. Will likely shop here again for furniture needs in the future.

In store experience was good. Greeted at the door, and were allowed to browse the store without having a constant shadow. Sales rep was pleasant and available to assist when needed. Problems started upon furniture delivery. Ashley Quality assurance review during furniture packaging was poor - wrong part was sent. Delivery was on time however crew spoke very little English. Crew supervisor seemed agitated with me (the customer). There were times communication was not effective. We (the customer) refused the product due to wrong parts. Poor communication from Ashley management as to when replacement would be available. No apologies given. Rude.

We went all over the county trying to find a sturdy kid/pet proof couch that would stand up to our big dogs and most places just said good luck with that, try leather? Eddie at Ashley furniture took us over to the durapella sectional and showed us how it isn’t damaged even when you try scratching it with a key. We also found a table and chairs for a really reasonable price that’s going to go great with our decor. Really happy with the service and delivery timeframe so far.

They don’t deserve any stars. We ordered a sectional that was extremely uncomfortable. We went back to the store less than 72 hours later to talk in person. After being told we could exchange the piece for another one, we selected a sectional that cost twice the amount. Even put the exchange in with the salesperson. They sent a technician out and then told us to contact corporate since there was no record of an exchange. We did as they said and put in the request for the new sectional that we selected. We were then told that they would follow up to schedule the exchange within 3 business days. We waited 5 days and then we finally called them. When we called they said there was nothing they could do about exchanging the sectional. When I asked the store for help they told me to try and sell it on Facebook marketplace they couldn’t do anything either. I purchase a lot of furniture for work and for my personal home and I have never been through this before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Very disappointing since I have shopped here for clients and in the past. I will never shop here again.

My mom and I went here to pick out a nursery chair, and although the one I originally intended to try out was not in the display room, Kirk directed us to a very comparable chair, which we ended up buying instead. Honestly, I believe it was the better choice for me anyway. I cannot give enough praise to Kirk. Great service with Jeffery at the Melbourne store! Very friendly, and a no pressure sales experience! We knew what we were looking for, so that made it easier to narrow our purchase down. Check out took maybe 5min, and delivery was 2 days. The delivery guys were fast, showed us how to put it together etc, and took all boxes, wrapping with them. They took maybe 10min total! I can’t say enough about this store, their customer service is On point! This is the 2nd time we’ve made a purchase from this location, and will be back!

The Melbourne Ashley store is currently under renovation, so a lot of furniture was being stored in trucks out back. That made viewing some things impossible. However, there is still plenty of furniture to browse through. My wife and I were looking for a chair to put into our living room that would compliment our existing sofa. We were able to find one at a very reasonable price and Eddie helped us secure the delivery date. I appreciated that I never felt hounded by sales staff but that Eddie and a manager checked on us occasionally to answer questions and assist when we needed. Lookin forward to getting the chair this week.

Saleswoman just fine. Major issue with the “protection plan “Readers digest version we were told purchase would be discontinued as items very close in price to similar at Haverty. Plus military. Anyway my husband handled cc transaction. My fault that after we got home noticed $449.99 charge for the plan. Called to get it remo and was told it was part of the “package” and if I did all pricing and delivery charges would go up (approx same as the plan charge). My first time with Ashley as we are moving a needed some stuff asap. Figured I would take my time on the other furniture. Needless to say I will be thinking three times before I go back. Have never run into this coercive situation at any other store.

I guess because this store is in the process of hiring a GM the staff is lazy and doesn’t think customer service is their number 1 priority. To top it off when the merchandise arrived and the technician proceeded to put everything together, the hardware was missing causing a further delay with the delivery. I eventually canceled the entire order and requested a refund. I waited 2 weeks after my original scheduled delivery date for nothing. I was better off using Rooms To Go! Avoid the Melbourne location until they have a GM to oversee the staff!

Brand new couch is piling. The couch was like $4500 for a sectional. I purchased a warranty and they will not replace the parts that are pilling. . Nothing was delivered together it came in separate pieces weeks apart.

first time purchasing a sectional from this company, my first personal experience with them is not very well. sectional came and it was broken. they sent someone out to look at it and take pictures, which leaded to wrong information. a month later, i still have a broken sectional and will have a broken sectional throughout the holidays, so my first experience goes like this. 1.) they dropped it off the truck when they brought it and broke it, 2.) they brought it in and put it together like nothing happened, dealt with that for 2 weeks before someone actually came out to take a picture, who got the information wrong because i received the wrong piece, and they’re not doing anything to make it right AT ALL. it’s been nothing but a run around, made our holidays very hetic. i will not be purchasing in the future and i’ll recommend people not to either,

After purchasing furniture 3 weeks ago, for my planned time off with company visiting from out of town, I’m notified the day before that my sofa is back ordered. I had to have all furniture removed for this delivery, so I have absolutely NO living room furniture and company arriving in 3 days for the holiday. I also purchased this to enjoy my PTO and that will not be happening. I was told a case manager would contact me in 48-72 hours to let me know IF I could get what I purchased before Christmas. I explained that would not work, I have no furniture I need to know to purchase elsewhere, they could not. There were 3 weeks leading up to this I could have been notified, and I could have kept my old furniture. This is mind blowing and no one seems to care. Updated, the nightmare continues! Today though truly takes the cake! From the rude delivery driver, to the multiple calls, and absolutely no follow up. I was told it was “impossible” to get my sofa in the tv room. To add insult to injury they moved my new heavy kitchen table first (delivered Thursday from Ashley Furniture), and were visibly and audibly annoyed by this. I explained I ordered both items together and that it was not on me that it’s now in the way. (I also spoke to Pamela at the store and mentioned this was going to be an issue when I received an email of the 12/26 delivery). They begrudgingly moved the table and I tried to explain where it needed to be moved, the driver kept saying impossible, did not listen, didn’t even attempt to problem solve. He was rude and dismissive of me, I was highly offended. He then told me the store would call me…at which point I snapped as still waiting on multiple calls. He refused to move my table back, I attempted calling and texting him, and I called the “store” which was routed to the 1-800 number, “system wasn’t up” they couldn’t help me. The follow up delivery call came in and he hung up on me, called 1-800 again, asked is systems were up, was told I had to tell them what my issue was first before they could tell me if it was up (suspicious). When 10am on the dot came I started calling the store till I got an answer. At first I was told it was on me to “clear the way”; I explained absolutely not, how frustrated I was, that this is an Ashley Furniture issue, not on me that they came separately. I was told the store would communicate with me through the day. It is now 4pm and not a single call back. I have company (that I ordered all this furniture for) arriving at 6pm. I will welcome them with a busted shoulder from trying to move it, and asking my company to move my furniture. See exactly what over 2k at Ashley Furniture gets you!

I have never bought furniture that as soon as you get it it's broken coming from the manufacturer. Then it takes forever to get things done because their customer service people don't even understand what we're saying in English I don't know what language they speak or I would actually speak to them in their language. I will never ever consider buying anything from Ashley's. Have great sales people they don't walk around up your butt. They have nice delivery people and nice technical people but the furniture for the price is crap. I have never bought anything that's pricey that comes out broken from the warehouse and screws don't stay in. Won't EVER buy. They tell you get the warranty because they know it is crap coming from the warehouse. What you pay isn't quality. If I could take it all back I would. Regret this purchase. NEVER EVER from the Ashley furniture store.

Lola was fantastic and knew where all the different models were located. Ashley has good moderately priced furniture. I went to several other stores in the area and weather it was the price or the quality, Ashley rose to the top with each comparison. When I returned to Ashley days later Lola remembered me and knew exactly which set I liked.

So we finally found a lift top Coffee table we liked. It was delivered. Had a couple scratches, and was missing all the hardware. They said someone would get back to us shortly and its been 3 days and only hearing crickets. The top of the table is bowing up. Not level at all. The guys that brought it couldnt speak english so there was no communication. They not only tracked someones dog shit through the house, but scraped itheir boot at the front door jam. So for $600+ all we got was a nightmare. And crappy quality table with no legs. Disappointed!! Ive lost all respect for this company and will never go back again. Dont even deserve 1 star!!

Very nice staff and pleasant to work with. Updated from a 5 to a one. We waited almost 2 weeks, and the day before delivery, we got an email showing pieces being delivered. In this email, it was missing a chair that we spoke with the salesman twice about, and he said it was included. The receipt is lots of numbers and right or left side, so we would not have been able to tell from that. Thankfully, on our return to the store, we spoke to Tom at the door, who was pleasant and very helpful. We were directed to Ana in management, who was so sweet and empathetic to our situation. She resolved our issue to our satisfaction. We also received a call from Moe with an apology for the situation. We would purchase from them again, but we wouldn't deal with the salesman we had ever again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was going to be a 1 or 2 star review based off the interaction of a single young lady (I think she had red hair and braces) who demonstrated she didnt want to help me when there was an issue with Concora and their system. I realize this wouldn't be fair to the store manage because of this lazy girl. The next day, Pamela was faced with the same issue took the time to pick up the phone and spent so much time trying to resolve the issue. complete incompetence. My furniture has been rescheduled 6 times. The latest today after I was given notification by the warehouse that my furniture was being prepped for delivery. Yesterday I was given time for delivery, today I was told hours before my delivery time that my furniture is still on back order. Retail staff were very helpful and not over bearing , love the products . Giving it 3 stars because of the delivery crew. Very unprofessional dropped my furniture multiple times , also did not assemble one of my recliners correctly . Once they finished setting up everything they left with out a word or giving me time for inspection, which I would have caught the recliner improperly assembled . They jumped in their box truck and sped away . I had to fix the recliner myself

Jason and Eddie helped my fiancé and I on two separate visits. They were both patient, kind and genuinely involved in finding the right new living room sofa/sectional that would work best for our busy household of three kids and animals. They explained the difference between different materials and really made sure we got what not only made sense for our home, but also fit with the style we were going for. I never felt pushed or pressured, they knew when to give space and when to guide us to options that worked best for us. They were both incredibly helpful and kind and we are excited to set up our new living room and create an amazing space for our family!

Do not shop here! They do not honor their warranty. My furniture came damaged and they will not do a thing about it. They tell me to email service and it takes over a month for them to get back to me. I don’t live in Florida and they refuse to acknowledge I need service while I am in town. I have even gone back to the store and was told service will email me. Horrible customer service! I got a couch which has a huge black spot on it and a tv stand and the door will not close.

Mr. Tom, the salesman that helped us pick out the right couch for us was the best. He didn't hover and he let us take our time. He also gave us great tips and advice to help make a hard decision between two couches. When you come to Ashley, ask for Tom.

1st recliner delivered was defective (broken zipper). They tried to fix it but could not. Wanted me to accept it and they would send out repair tech. Sorry but no… I bought a new recliner not a fixed recliner. Also bought a kitchen set, same day. The delivery date was moved, then moved, then moved, then moved again. Why did they tell us they did not have it in stock. First time we purchased from Ashley furniture. Probably will never purchase from them again.

It was a nightmare. Twice our master bedroom suite was delivered and both time we had the same issues. Dresser damaged and wrong parts to assemble the bed. The night stand to our guess bedroom was also damaged on the first delivery. Then with the hurricanes ( Helene and Milton). The third and final delivery also became quite a task. I was a loyal customer having shopped Ashley in Virginia, but it is doubtful I shop Ashleyagain.

We bought a dining room table and chairs and was told they would come not built unless we paid extra for the special delivery service. So we did and it was supposed to include the delivery people taking all trash. When they arrived the only item jot put together was the table and they did jot remove the trash. Ashley called to see how everything with the delivery went so I told them and was supposed to hear back since I believe I was lied to about needing the extra charges and with them not taking trash. I never heard back. The chair supports are already loose (one month later) but I am skeptical of the extra insurance I paid for after the delivery lies.

Couch was suppose to be delivered within a week they called me the day after it was purchased and said it can’t be delivered that day and came a week later.

Had nothing but problems with the entire delivery process! Missing and broken items and the customer service line just tried blaming everyone else when anyone could clearly see that wasn’t the problem. It was a nightmare. Unless we can walk out with the merchandise, we will not ever purchase again! The sales person was very nice. That about sums that up.

Terrible customer service. Not a good store if your furniture has some damage and you need to replace it. They never sent me a replacement for my damaged chair, and the sofa’s pillows were missing, and I never got them.

When you go to buy a bed clearly you’re going to take your time we looked at probably 20 different beds laid on different beds in different bedding stores and we found ourselves at Ashley where we thought, OK we think we found our bed. We talked to the sales person asked him how long has the mattress been on the floor, said four months. Asked isn’t there a stigma with pillow tops, salesman says no no no they’ve come a long way since doing pillow tops way different technology now they hold up much better. So with the firmness and the information combined with us taking our time and deciding between all these different models, we selected the bed that we did from Ashley. It was a Serta model that had a pillow top and not only did the bed breakdown within the first month of owning it we called we placed a service call., this can’t be right. They said they’d send someone out we scheduled it. They said they would contact us the night before to give us our window. They did not contact us. The service people showed up and of course nobody was home to receive them. this happened an additional time before finally getting a third representative who said when scheduling with me that if I don’t get a call, here’s the 800 number that I can check in with the night before. Well that finally worked on the third try after having the mattress looked at and it being even worse by the time of the inspection. We sink in deeply like a sinkhole your stuck in it, the center of the bed there is very visible hump, firm and what the mattress was in the showroom and what we expected in comfort for years to come. And we’re now stuck with a $2000 bed and Ashley‘s telling us so I’m sorry but it meets the guidelines? Despite practically begging sharing that I have had excruciating shoulder and neck pain. I keep waking up with headaches most mornings because I am apparently grinding my teeth being tilted by the uneven decomposition of this mattress, and have my shoulders sinking into my ears as the bed is tilted as the top half of the body is heavier than your legs and yes we rotated the mattress the first month, but we don’t get an exchange or re-selection. We get nothing more than I’m sorry it meets our guidelines of acceptable, total trash. I can’t fully blame Ashley for the bed but I can blame the saleman for outright dishonesty, glad you got your commission or the possibility this mattress was not handled properly and their lack luster robotic que card responding customer service and their total lack of care as an organization, you spend a lot of your life in your bed, it matters! Good sleep or lack there of effects your health. I know for a fact they can return this bed to the manufacturer and get credit for a defect but again nothing but it meets our guidelines…..5 weeks in and a broken down mattress come on that’s ridiculous and out 2k. Buyer beware!

Recently spent ALOT of money on a bedroom set. Waited six week for delivery which was ok but then they called the day before delivery and said we had no choice on delivery time so had to take off work. Then when they showed up they said it wasnt a full order. Now i have to take off anougher day of work and again they said it wouldnt be everything. So now will have to take of anougher day. We called to complain but all they said was im sorry. Very pour customer service everytime we called. Just read off a script. Will never return to Ashleys. UPDATE: After posting this Ashley's reached out to me. I sent my information and didnt ask for anything which was good because I guess they felt having to take off work 3 days and only going by their delivery schedule is ok. Buyer beware.

*this review is meant for Ashley’s furniture as a company and its customer service team as a whole, not for this specific store. Either way I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time nor your money here. I would love to comment on the actual furniture however we’re currently on our 6th reschedule for it. I am patient and have no trouble waiting, however most of the time they like to confirm our delivery and hours before they’re due to drop it off they call with a new excuse as to why they can’t deliver it. Sometimes they don’t even bother to tell you they’re not coming for the day. While I understand that on occasion things happen and rescheduling is necessary, I would at the very least like to be notified of that situation. Upon calling customer service, I was greeted with we’re sorry but we can’t do anything and not a single one of them can be consistent with the reason for my delivery not happening. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and honestly feel like I’m on the naive end of a scam! Customer service is extremely poor, communication is non existent and I will not be a future customer, and any of friends and family of mine will be told not to shop here unless you want to spend a ton of money and not receive any form of service or your purchase for an unprecedented amount of time. If you do place an order online, prepare yourself to use all of your vacation days from work waiting on a delivery that is likely not coming.

Good quality furniture. But not happy having to wait almost 3 weeks between same order, a bed! Mattress came 1st,they took apart older bed apart,then laid new mattress on floor n left. Bed frame comming in 2 weeks! Furniture goog,service bad 👎 ! Lucky I gave any stars.

Purchased furniture on Sunday. Was going to take it with us that day. Store talked us into having it delivered. Delivery was canceled and we were not notified until an hour after the deliver was suppose to be made that the store closed. Extremely upset over $3k of furniture plus delivery. And getting the run around from the customer service. This store is a complete scam. Wish I had read more online reviews before purchasing. Will never again consider Ashley furniture or any company associated with them again.

We purchased a new couch at Ashley’s. This was the third store we looked at. We are very happy with our purchase. The quality of the furniture and the value for money was superior to the other stores we looked at first. We worked with Billy. He was fantastic to work with. He was kind, professional, and patient. Will absolutely be back!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible return policy. 72 hours….we renovated our home and the bar stools did not go with my new flooring. I only took a seat out of the box AFTER the flooring was installed and they refused to refund me. The chairs have not even been build or unboxed! I will never purchase from here or City furniture in the future.

I would give 5 stars, but the inconveniences deserve a 3. My thoughts of Ashley furniture were classy and fine, which is why I decided to furnish my house. I stopped at the store and was greeted by Holly, who was very nice and helped us with our decision and transaction. Apparently the nice of her went right off with the commission with the transaction. I reached out to her and told her I was dissatisfied and please have the manager contact me; I never heard from her or the store. The furniture was delivered incomplete, and at a different day when it was scheduled all together, we ordered a complete bedroom set and living room sofas only to receive just the bed on the first delivery. Upon receiving the furniture, I discovered that it was damaged. There was something wrong with each piece, headboard, dresser drawer, misaligned, put together by their delivery team; the love sofa seat fabric material was so damaged from the straps the fabric had to be replaced. We had the technician come out about six times to rectify the problem and a bunch of calls to customer service. We decided to still purchase the dining room online since the store didn’t care the first time. What a mistake! When it was delivered, 3 chairs had paint chipped, the dining room leg and dining server had damage. I refused the delivery and requested new pieces. We are into 2 weeks with all the disaster and got the new pieces still damaged. Tired of dealing with back and forth, I requested a technician to come assess the damage and deal with the situation. This is a horrible experience, and I don’t believe I would buy any more furniture from Ashley. Tip: Make sure you look over all your furniture when it's delivered.

Edit: So, I just got my second phone call for delay on my purchase, but it get's better. They want to deliver my table top but not my pedestal. I am not certain how I am supposed to store that without it getting damaged. I would like to know if all of this is coming from North Carolina as I was assured by my rep why the two delays? I could have driven to NC several times in the past month and picked it up. I just spoke to Ashley's last week to confirm my deliver of a whole table and let my table go - so how many weeks will there be no dinner table in my home. Feeling furious. We almost didn't use ashley because this went on the last time, but were assure that it had changed - I guess not - maybe they shouldn't get paid until delivery. Kirk was amazing. He was attentive to all my needs without any undo pressure. I'm so excited for our new furniture.

What a nightmare! Customer service is awful. They sold us a purple mattress, that we never got to try, but we were assured it would fit our needs. NOPE, did not. We woke with severe back pain. This issue has nothing to do with Purple, the mattress we were sold was firm, when we explained over and over. When we called for a return, Ashley had to send their investigative person to our home to check it. We were then told there is nothing they can do, even though we were within our time period. We called and called the store, they never answer their phone! Finally, we went in and demanded a return. They finally agreed to an exchange. 2 months later, I just got the notification that they were coming today.... oh wait... it was just for a pick up. Wait, you are picking up our old mattress, with no new mattress. What sense does this make? Called the store, they told us they need the old mattress back before getting the knew one. Here i sit again, in pain and no mattress that fits my needs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was called one day before my delivery was scheduled, was told it was on back order after I confirmed/told all of the items were stock so i cancelled the backed ordered item (sectional/ottoman and protection plan) and kept the bedroom items. I was told I would be refunded in 5-7 days. But the items that are in stock (which I decided to keep) still can’t be delivered as planned. Then a few hours later received a call from the store, salesman Eddie called to ask why I was canceling. I explained at time of purchase I was told items were in stock and I needed the items couldn’t wait any longer if I was told not in stock i would have never purchased. Then he told me the items were damaged in transit so had to be reordered/replaced which was why the delivery date was extended but why wasnt I told that initially. At this point I was frustrated and had already found a replacement sectional sofa that was being delivered the next day. Again Ashley told me I would receive refund in 5-7 days. Fast forward another week to the delivery date the crew arrive with the cancelled items the original order so I had to refuse. Spoke to customer service they apologized and stated they would adjust the invoice send me a copy via email and to expect a refund in 5-7 days. Email never received even checked spam. The following week receive an email from the insurance carrier which stated my protection plan was activated. I had to explain to them and provide invoice numbers etc etc to cancel. Received email yesterday that the protection was cancelled and Ashley was notified. It’s been almost 1 month since purchase and Ashley has not responded to my emails nor issued a refund. Absolutely unacceptable and hope someone in management reads this and contacts me.

Jeff was the best salesman I’ve ever. So personable and knowledgeable. Made my first time buying a couch a great experience! Can’t wait to come back for more! EDIT UPDATE We got our furniture delivered August 22 (a recliner and a 3 seater recliner couch) and when they dropped it off, the 3 seater was a love seat. Turns out the salesman ordered the wrong couch. I tried contacting the store and they said I’d have to come in to fix it. I went in and they said I didn’t need to come in and that they started the switch. We finally get the new couch that we wanted and I the recliner on one of the sides isn’t working properly. I go to open a claim on the regard protection plan and it’s for the loveseat. I contact regard to have them change it to the proper couch and they won’t without an invoice. Well the invoice is for the love seat and Ashley won’t send me a new invoice because apparently they can’t. So now I’m stuck with a warranty on a couch I don’t have and the couch I now have isn’t working. A tech came out to look at it on August 31. He ordered parts and I got an email confirmation said it will be delivered within 7-10 days which would be September 7-10. WELL it never got delivered so I went to Ashley’s and they told me to call the number on the email I got from the technician. I call and they say parts won’t be here until mid October. Then once it’s delievered I have to wait until the tech can come out to try to fix the motor that’s not working and he even told me it might not be a motor issue and might have to replace the couch altogether. AND HERES THE KICKER. Their policy is that I have to go through THREE technicians before I can qualify for an exchange. Meaning 3 technicians will have to come out at 3 different times if one tech can’t fix the problem. Unreal that I ordered two pieces of furniture in July for over $2k and I probably won’t even have a properly working set until next year. NEVER BUYIN FROM THESE SCAMMERS EVER AGAIN.
