We went all over the county trying to find a sturdy kid/pet proof couch that would stand up to our big dogs and most places just said good luck with that, try leather? Eddie at Ashley furniture took us over to the durapella sectional and showed us how it isn’t damaged even when you try scratching it with a key. We also found a table and chairs for a really reasonable price that’s going to go great with our decor. Really happy with the service and delivery timeframe so far.

They don’t deserve any stars. We ordered a sectional that was extremely uncomfortable. We went back to the store less than 72 hours later to talk in person. After being told we could exchange the piece for another one, we selected a sectional that cost twice the amount. Even put the exchange in with the salesperson. They sent a technician out and then told us to contact corporate since there was no record of an exchange. We did as they said and put in the request for the new sectional that we selected. We were then told that they would follow up to schedule the exchange within 3 business days. We waited 5 days and then we finally called them. When we called they said there was nothing they could do about exchanging the sectional. When I asked the store for help they told me to try and sell it on Facebook marketplace they couldn’t do anything either. I purchase a lot of furniture for work and for my personal home and I have never been through this before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Very disappointing since I have shopped here for clients and in the past. I will never shop here again.

My husband and I went in looking for a small kitchen dining set. We found one we thought would fit. Our salesman Kirk was very helpful. He was there when we returned and helped finalize the sale for us. Ashley had a nice selection of sets and the prices were reasonable.

My mom and I went here to pick out a nursery chair, and although the one I originally intended to try out was not in the display room, Kirk directed us to a very comparable chair, which we ended up buying instead. Honestly, I believe it was the better choice for me anyway. I cannot give enough praise to Kirk. He was knowledgable, resourceful, funny, kind, and most importantly for an introvert like me, NOT PUSHY. If you go shop here for anything at all, please ask for Kirk. He is the best.

Great service with Jeffery at the Melbourne store! Very friendly, and a no pressure sales experience! We knew what we were looking for, so that made it easier to narrow our purchase down. Check out took maybe 5min, and delivery was 2 days. The delivery guys were fast, showed us how to put it together etc, and took all boxes, wrapping with them. They took maybe 10min total! I can’t say enough about this store, their customer service is On point! This is the 2nd time we’ve made a purchase from this location, and will be back!

The Melbourne Ashley store is currently under renovation, so a lot of furniture was being stored in trucks out back. That made viewing some things impossible. However, there is still plenty of furniture to browse through. My wife and I were looking for a chair to put into our living room that would compliment our existing sofa. We were able to find one at a very reasonable price and Eddie helped us secure the delivery date. I appreciated that I never felt hounded by sales staff but that Eddie and a manager checked on us occasionally to answer questions and assist when we needed. Lookin forward to getting the chair this week.

Saleswoman just fine. Major issue with the “protection plan “Readers digest version we were told purchase would be discontinued as items very close in price to similar at Haverty. Plus military. Anyway my husband handled cc transaction. My fault that after we got home noticed $449.99 charge for the plan. Called to get it remo and was told it was part of the “package” and if I did all pricing and delivery charges would go up (approx same as the plan charge). My first time with Ashley as we are moving a needed some stuff asap. Figured I would take my time on the other furniture. Needless to say I will be thinking three times before I go back. Have never run into this coercive situation at any other store.

*****Edit Below***** Went to the store on 1/4/2025 to look at recliners. Kim was very helpful. We then decided to look at beds. Kim seemed pretty knowledgeable about these too. We decided to purchase an $8000+ bed. We then set up delivery for 1/11. We received the standard email telling us to be sure the area was free of any existing furniture. Our bulk garbage pick up day is Friday. We made sure everything was out of the way and the old mattress was out to the trash. Even moved all our vehicles out of the driveway as to not be in the way. Saturday comes and the delivery arrived. They started unloading our pieces and setting them on the driveway and my entrance sidewalk. They then came to my door and informed me they did not have the base to my bed! NO ONE called in advance to let us know this. I now have no place to sleep. I called the store, I am told the sales staff has no way to know if they have the pieces I ordered when making the sale! How do you sell something that you don't know if you have them in stock? Is that even legal? I should have been told it would not be available BEFORE I threw out my old bed. It was left to the delivery people to tell me while they were delivering the rest of my items. We immediately called the store. They cannot do anything until the truck has checked in at the end of their day! Why? They can clearly see I did not get the base, even told me they could see that. They do nothing extra to make it right. Now I am waiting until Wednesday or Friday before I can sleep in a bed! I have tried contacting my salesperson but she has yet to call or text me back. There are no managers available to talk to until Tuesday! Pamela has been pretty nice to deal with, considering the reviews I'm sure she has had to deal with many unhappy customers. Unfortunately, she is only able to say she is sorry and offered a $100 refund on $9600+ sale. I feel these practices are unethical. Selling items you don't have, no way for sales people to know if they are selling you something that is not available for your delivery date, no followup before you move and/or remove your old furniture for your delivery. I have done everything right up to and including picking up the garbage left in my driveway from the delivery. Now I wait, with no place to sleep, to see when the rest of my bed will be delivered. I sure hope nothing is wrong with my items or if I need to exchange the mattress (I was told I have 90 days to do this) because I have read other reviews regarding issues with getting things corrected from unsatisfactory items. I may update this review after I receive all my items. Take this as your fair warning. ****************EDIT*************** 01/17/2025 Received a base 5 days after originally promised. Unfortunately, the base I received was a Ergo base. I ordered, and paid for a Ergo ProSmart base. Two levels up from the one I received. I went back to the store. Ana and the store manager are very nice and professional. Ana is currently working on getting us the correct base. We are not sure, as of now, when to expect the delivery of the correct item. Also, emailed solutions@ashleyfurniture.com 4 days ago. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Will update again when I know more.

Customer service and following up with customer concerns is the least of this company worries! I guess because this store is in the process of hiring a GM the staff is lazy and doesn’t think customer service is their number 1 priority. To top it off when the merchandise arrived and the technician proceeded to put everything together, the hardware was missing causing a further delay with the delivery. I eventually canceled the entire order and requested a refund. I waited 2 weeks after my original scheduled delivery date for nothing. I was better off using Rooms To Go! Avoid the Melbourne location until they have a GM to oversee the staff!

Brand new couch is piling. The couch was like $4500 for a sectional. I purchased a warranty and they will not replace the parts that are pilling. . Nothing was delivered together it came in separate pieces weeks apart.

first time purchasing a sectional from this company, my first personal experience with them is not very well. sectional came and it was broken. they sent someone out to look at it and take pictures, which leaded to wrong information. a month later, i still have a broken sectional and will have a broken sectional throughout the holidays, so my first experience goes like this. 1.) they dropped it off the truck when they brought it and broke it, 2.) they brought it in and put it together like nothing happened, dealt with that for 2 weeks before someone actually came out to take a picture, who got the information wrong because i received the wrong piece, and they’re not doing anything to make it right AT ALL. it’s been nothing but a run around, made our holidays very hetic. i will not be purchasing in the future and i’ll recommend people not to either,

After purchasing furniture 3 weeks ago, for my planned time off with company visiting from out of town, I’m notified the day before that my sofa is back ordered. I had to have all furniture removed for this delivery, so I have absolutely NO living room furniture and company arriving in 3 days for the holiday. I also purchased this to enjoy my PTO and that will not be happening. I was told a case manager would contact me in 48-72 hours to let me know IF I could get what I purchased before Christmas. I explained that would not work, I have no furniture I need to know to purchase elsewhere, they could not. There were 3 weeks leading up to this I could have been notified, and I could have kept my old furniture. This is mind blowing and no one seems to care. Updated, the nightmare continues! Today though truly takes the cake! From the rude delivery driver, to the multiple calls, and absolutely no follow up. I was told it was “impossible” to get my sofa in the tv room. To add insult to injury they moved my new heavy kitchen table first (delivered Thursday from Ashley Furniture), and were visibly and audibly annoyed by this. I explained I ordered both items together and that it was not on me that it’s now in the way. (I also spoke to Pamela at the store and mentioned this was going to be an issue when I received an email of the 12/26 delivery). They begrudgingly moved the table and I tried to explain where it needed to be moved, the driver kept saying impossible, did not listen, didn’t even attempt to problem solve. He was rude and dismissive of me, I was highly offended. He then told me the store would call me…at which point I snapped as still waiting on multiple calls. He refused to move my table back, I attempted calling and texting him, and I called the “store” which was routed to the 1-800 number, “system wasn’t up” they couldn’t help me. The follow up delivery call came in and he hung up on me, called 1-800 again, asked is systems were up, was told I had to tell them what my issue was first before they could tell me if it was up (suspicious). When 10am on the dot came I started calling the store till I got an answer. At first I was told it was on me to “clear the way”; I explained absolutely not, how frustrated I was, that this is an Ashley Furniture issue, not on me that they came separately. I was told the store would communicate with me through the day. It is now 4pm and not a single call back. I have company (that I ordered all this furniture for) arriving at 6pm. I will welcome them with a busted shoulder from trying to move it, and asking my company to move my furniture. See exactly what over 2k at Ashley Furniture gets you!

I have never bought furniture that as soon as you get it it's broken coming from the manufacturer. Then it takes forever to get things done because their customer service people don't even understand what we're saying in English I don't know what language they speak or I would actually speak to them in their language. I will never ever consider buying anything from Ashley's. Have great sales people they don't walk around up your butt. They have nice delivery people and nice technical people but the furniture for the price is crap. I have never bought anything that's pricey that comes out broken from the warehouse and screws don't stay in. Won't EVER buy. They tell you get the warranty because they know it is crap coming from the warehouse. What you pay isn't quality. If I could take it all back I would. Regret this purchase. NEVER EVER from the Ashley furniture store.

Lola was fantastic and knew where all the different models were located. Ashley has good moderately priced furniture. I went to several other stores in the area and weather it was the price or the quality, Ashley rose to the top with each comparison. When I returned to Ashley days later Lola remembered me and knew exactly which set I liked.

Was so happy to be paired up with Eddie when I came in yesterday to buy a dining set. He was helpful, polite and we did a lot of laughing while trying to find the perfect accent chair for my reading nook.

So we finally found a lift top Coffee table we liked. It was delivered. Had a couple scratches, and was missing all the hardware. They said someone would get back to us shortly and its been 3 days and only hearing crickets. The top of the table is bowing up. Not level at all. The guys that brought it couldnt speak english so there was no communication. They not only tracked someones dog shit through the house, but scraped itheir boot at the front door jam. So for $600+ all we got was a nightmare. And crappy quality table with no legs. Disappointed!! Ive lost all respect for this company and will never go back again. Dont even deserve 1 star!!

Very nice staff and pleasant to work with. Updated from a 5 to a one. We waited almost 2 weeks, and the day before delivery, we got an email showing pieces being delivered. In this email, it was missing a chair that we spoke with the salesman twice about, and he said it was included. The receipt is lots of numbers and right or left side, so we would not have been able to tell from that. Thankfully, on our return to the store, we spoke to Tom at the door, who was pleasant and very helpful. We were directed to Ana in management, who was so sweet and empathetic to our situation. She resolved our issue to our satisfaction. We also received a call from Moe with an apology for the situation. We would purchase from them again, but we wouldn't deal with the salesman we had ever again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was going to be a 1 or 2 star review based off the interaction of a single young lady (I think she had red hair and braces) who demonstrated she didnt want to help me when there was an issue with Concora and their system. I realize this wouldn't be fair to the store manage because of this lazy girl. The next day, Pamela was faced with the same issue took the time to pick up the phone and spent so much time trying to resolve the issue. Eddie and Pamela truly deserve to be recognized for their astounding customer service.

complete incompetence. My furniture has been rescheduled 6 times. The latest today after I was given notification by the warehouse that my furniture was being prepped for delivery. Yesterday I was given time for delivery, today I was told hours before my delivery time that my furniture is still on back order. I paid cash for my furniture and now no furniture, wondering what kind of scam Ashley’s is running Notified the BBB

Retail staff were very helpful and not over bearing , love the products . Giving it 3 stars because of the delivery crew. Very unprofessional dropped my furniture multiple times , also did not assemble one of my recliners correctly . Once they finished setting up everything they left with out a word or giving me time for inspection, which I would have caught the recliner improperly assembled . They jumped in their box truck and sped away . I had to fix the recliner myself

Jason and Eddie helped my fiancé and I on two separate visits. They were both patient, kind and genuinely involved in finding the right new living room sofa/sectional that would work best for our busy household of three kids and animals. They explained the difference between different materials and really made sure we got what not only made sense for our home, but also fit with the style we were going for. I never felt pushed or pressured, they knew when to give space and when to guide us to options that worked best for us. They were both incredibly helpful and kind and we are excited to set up our new living room and create an amazing space for our family!

On time delivery. However, had more cleanup after delivery than I would normally expect from Styrofoam packing debris.

Do not shop here! They do not honor their warranty. My furniture came damaged and they will not do a thing about it. They tell me to email service and it takes over a month for them to get back to me. I don’t live in Florida and they refuse to acknowledge I need service while I am in town. I have even gone back to the store and was told service will email me. Horrible customer service! I got a couch which has a huge black spot on it and a tv stand and the door will not close.

Mr. Tom, the salesman that helped us pick out the right couch for us was the best. He didn't hover and he let us take our time. He also gave us great tips and advice to help make a hard decision between two couches. When you come to Ashley, ask for Tom.

1st recliner delivered was defective (broken zipper). They tried to fix it but could not. Wanted me to accept it and they would send out repair tech. Sorry but no… I bought a new recliner not a fixed recliner. Also bought a kitchen set, same day. The delivery date was moved, then moved, then moved, then moved again. Why did they tell us they did not have it in stock. First time we purchased from Ashley furniture. Probably will never purchase from them again.

It was a nightmare. Twice our master bedroom suite was delivered and both time we had the same issues. Dresser damaged and wrong parts to assemble the bed. The night stand to our guess bedroom was also damaged on the first delivery. Then with the hurricanes ( Helene and Milton). The third and final delivery also became quite a task. I was a loyal customer having shopped Ashley in Virginia, but it is doubtful I shop Ashleyagain.

The selection of furniture in the store is great. The sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was very accommodating.

We bought a dining room table and chairs and was told they would come not built unless we paid extra for the special delivery service. So we did and it was supposed to include the delivery people taking all trash. When they arrived the only item jot put together was the table and they did jot remove the trash. Ashley called to see how everything with the delivery went so I told them and was supposed to hear back since I believe I was lied to about needing the extra charges and with them not taking trash. I never heard back. The chair supports are already loose (one month later) but I am skeptical of the extra insurance I paid for after the delivery lies.

Couch was suppose to be delivered within a week they called me the day after it was purchased and said it can’t be delivered that day and came a week later.

Had nothing but problems with the entire delivery process! Missing and broken items and the customer service line just tried blaming everyone else when anyone could clearly see that wasn’t the problem. It was a nightmare. Unless we can walk out with the merchandise, we will not ever purchase again! The sales person was very nice. That about sums that up.

Terrible customer service. Not a good store if your furniture has some damage and you need to replace it. They never sent me a replacement for my damaged chair, and the sofa’s pillows were missing, and I never got them.

When you go to buy a bed clearly you’re going to take your time we looked at probably 20 different beds laid on different beds in different bedding stores and we found ourselves at Ashley where we thought, OK we think we found our bed. We talked to the sales person asked him how long has the mattress been on the floor, said four months. Asked isn’t there a stigma with pillow tops, salesman says no no no they’ve come a long way since doing pillow tops way different technology now they hold up much better. So with the firmness and the information combined with us taking our time and deciding between all these different models, we selected the bed that we did from Ashley. It was a Serta model that had a pillow top and not only did the bed breakdown within the first month of owning it we called we placed a service call., this can’t be right. They said they’d send someone out we scheduled it. They said they would contact us the night before to give us our window. They did not contact us. The service people showed up and of course nobody was home to receive them. this happened an additional time before finally getting a third representative who said when scheduling with me that if I don’t get a call, here’s the 800 number that I can check in with the night before. Well that finally worked on the third try after having the mattress looked at and it being even worse by the time of the inspection. We sink in deeply like a sinkhole your stuck in it, the center of the bed there is very visible hump, firm and what the mattress was in the showroom and what we expected in comfort for years to come. And we’re now stuck with a $2000 bed and Ashley‘s telling us so I’m sorry but it meets the guidelines? Despite practically begging sharing that I have had excruciating shoulder and neck pain. I keep waking up with headaches most mornings because I am apparently grinding my teeth being tilted by the uneven decomposition of this mattress, and have my shoulders sinking into my ears as the bed is tilted as the top half of the body is heavier than your legs and yes we rotated the mattress the first month, but we don’t get an exchange or re-selection. We get nothing more than I’m sorry it meets our guidelines of acceptable, total trash. I can’t fully blame Ashley for the bed but I can blame the saleman for outright dishonesty, glad you got your commission or the possibility this mattress was not handled properly and their lack luster robotic que card responding customer service and their total lack of care as an organization, you spend a lot of your life in your bed, it matters! Good sleep or lack there of effects your health. I know for a fact they can return this bed to the manufacturer and get credit for a defect but again nothing but it meets our guidelines…..5 weeks in and a broken down mattress come on that’s ridiculous and out 2k. Buyer beware!

Recently spent ALOT of money on a bedroom set. Waited six week for delivery which was ok but then they called the day before delivery and said we had no choice on delivery time so had to take off work. Then when they showed up they said it wasnt a full order. Now i have to take off anougher day of work and again they said it wouldnt be everything. So now will have to take of anougher day. We called to complain but all they said was im sorry. Very pour customer service everytime we called. Just read off a script. Will never return to Ashleys. UPDATE: After posting this Ashley's reached out to me. I sent my information and didnt ask for anything which was good because I guess they felt having to take off work 3 days and only going by their delivery schedule is ok. Buyer beware.

*this review is meant for Ashley’s furniture as a company and its customer service team as a whole, not for this specific store. Either way I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time nor your money here. I would love to comment on the actual furniture however we’re currently on our 6th reschedule for it. I am patient and have no trouble waiting, however most of the time they like to confirm our delivery and hours before they’re due to drop it off they call with a new excuse as to why they can’t deliver it. Sometimes they don’t even bother to tell you they’re not coming for the day. While I understand that on occasion things happen and rescheduling is necessary, I would at the very least like to be notified of that situation. Upon calling customer service, I was greeted with we’re sorry but we can’t do anything and not a single one of them can be consistent with the reason for my delivery not happening. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and honestly feel like I’m on the naive end of a scam! Customer service is extremely poor, communication is non existent and I will not be a future customer, and any of friends and family of mine will be told not to shop here unless you want to spend a ton of money and not receive any form of service or your purchase for an unprecedented amount of time. If you do place an order online, prepare yourself to use all of your vacation days from work waiting on a delivery that is likely not coming.

Good quality furniture. But not happy having to wait almost 3 weeks between same order, a bed! Mattress came 1st,they took apart older bed apart,then laid new mattress on floor n left. Bed frame comming in 2 weeks! Furniture goog,service bad 👎 ! Lucky I gave any stars.

Purchased furniture on Sunday. Was going to take it with us that day. Store talked us into having it delivered. Delivery was canceled and we were not notified until an hour after the deliver was suppose to be made that the store closed. Extremely upset over $3k of furniture plus delivery. And getting the run around from the customer service. This store is a complete scam. Wish I had read more online reviews before purchasing. Will never again consider Ashley furniture or any company associated with them again.

We purchased a new couch at Ashley’s. This was the third store we looked at. We are very happy with our purchase. The quality of the furniture and the value for money was superior to the other stores we looked at first. We worked with Billy. He was fantastic to work with. He was kind, professional, and patient. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible return policy. 72 hours….we renovated our home and the bar stools did not go with my new flooring. I only took a seat out of the box AFTER the flooring was installed and they refused to refund me. The chairs have not even been build or unboxed! I will never purchase from here or City furniture in the future.

I would give 5 stars, but the inconveniences deserve a 3. My thoughts of Ashley furniture were classy and fine, which is why I decided to furnish my house. I stopped at the store and was greeted by Holly, who was very nice and helped us with our decision and transaction. Apparently the nice of her went right off with the commission with the transaction. I reached out to her and told her I was dissatisfied and please have the manager contact me; I never heard from her or the store. The furniture was delivered incomplete, and at a different day when it was scheduled all together, we ordered a complete bedroom set and living room sofas only to receive just the bed on the first delivery. Upon receiving the furniture, I discovered that it was damaged. There was something wrong with each piece, headboard, dresser drawer, misaligned, put together by their delivery team; the love sofa seat fabric material was so damaged from the straps the fabric had to be replaced. We had the technician come out about six times to rectify the problem and a bunch of calls to customer service. We decided to still purchase the dining room online since the store didn’t care the first time. What a mistake! When it was delivered, 3 chairs had paint chipped, the dining room leg and dining server had damage. I refused the delivery and requested new pieces. We are into 2 weeks with all the disaster and got the new pieces still damaged. Tired of dealing with back and forth, I requested a technician to come assess the damage and deal with the situation. This is a horrible experience, and I don’t believe I would buy any more furniture from Ashley. Tip: Make sure you look over all your furniture when it's delivered.

Edit: So, I just got my second phone call for delay on my purchase, but it get's better. They want to deliver my table top but not my pedestal. I am not certain how I am supposed to store that without it getting damaged. I would like to know if all of this is coming from North Carolina as I was assured by my rep why the two delays? I could have driven to NC several times in the past month and picked it up. I just spoke to Ashley's last week to confirm my deliver of a whole table and let my table go - so how many weeks will there be no dinner table in my home. Feeling furious. We almost didn't use ashley because this went on the last time, but were assure that it had changed - I guess not - maybe they shouldn't get paid until delivery. Kirk was amazing. He was attentive to all my needs without any undo pressure. I'm so excited for our new furniture.

What a nightmare! Customer service is awful. They sold us a purple mattress, that we never got to try, but we were assured it would fit our needs. NOPE, did not. We woke with severe back pain. This issue has nothing to do with Purple, the mattress we were sold was firm, when we explained over and over. When we called for a return, Ashley had to send their investigative person to our home to check it. We were then told there is nothing they can do, even though we were within our time period. We called and called the store, they never answer their phone! Finally, we went in and demanded a return. They finally agreed to an exchange. 2 months later, I just got the notification that they were coming today.... oh wait... it was just for a pick up. Wait, you are picking up our old mattress, with no new mattress. What sense does this make? Called the store, they told us they need the old mattress back before getting the knew one. Here i sit again, in pain and no mattress that fits my needs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Eddie was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service!!! I definitely will be back for any of other home furnishings needs. UPDATE. Unfortunately I have to redact my experience. I was called one day before my delivery was scheduled, was told it was on back order after I confirmed/told all of the items were stock so i cancelled the backed ordered item (sectional/ottoman and protection plan) and kept the bedroom items. I was told I would be refunded in 5-7 days. But the items that are in stock (which I decided to keep) still can’t be delivered as planned. Then a few hours later received a call from the store, salesman Eddie called to ask why I was canceling. I explained at time of purchase I was told items were in stock and I needed the items couldn’t wait any longer if I was told not in stock i would have never purchased. Then he told me the items were damaged in transit so had to be reordered/replaced which was why the delivery date was extended but why wasnt I told that initially. At this point I was frustrated and had already found a replacement sectional sofa that was being delivered the next day. Again Ashley told me I would receive refund in 5-7 days. Fast forward another week to the delivery date the crew arrive with the cancelled items the original order so I had to refuse. Spoke to customer service they apologized and stated they would adjust the invoice send me a copy via email and to expect a refund in 5-7 days. Email never received even checked spam. The following week receive an email from the insurance carrier which stated my protection plan was activated. I had to explain to them and provide invoice numbers etc etc to cancel. Received email yesterday that the protection was cancelled and Ashley was notified. It’s been almost 1 month since purchase and Ashley has not responded to my emails nor issued a refund. Absolutely unacceptable and hope someone in management reads this and contacts me.

I have purchased furniture from Ashley several times and every time I look for Jason at the Melbourne location! He is so helpful and patient If you haven’t been into the showroom lately, you should definitely go take a look… and ask for Jason!:)

Jeff was the best salesman I’ve ever. So personable and knowledgeable. Made my first time buying a couch a great experience! Can’t wait to come back for more! EDIT UPDATE We got our furniture delivered August 22 (a recliner and a 3 seater recliner couch) and when they dropped it off, the 3 seater was a love seat. Turns out the salesman ordered the wrong couch. I tried contacting the store and they said I’d have to come in to fix it. I went in and they said I didn’t need to come in and that they started the switch. We finally get the new couch that we wanted and I the recliner on one of the sides isn’t working properly. I go to open a claim on the regard protection plan and it’s for the loveseat. I contact regard to have them change it to the proper couch and they won’t without an invoice. Well the invoice is for the love seat and Ashley won’t send me a new invoice because apparently they can’t. So now I’m stuck with a warranty on a couch I don’t have and the couch I now have isn’t working. A tech came out to look at it on August 31. He ordered parts and I got an email confirmation said it will be delivered within 7-10 days which would be September 7-10. WELL it never got delivered so I went to Ashley’s and they told me to call the number on the email I got from the technician. I call and they say parts won’t be here until mid October. Then once it’s delievered I have to wait until the tech can come out to try to fix the motor that’s not working and he even told me it might not be a motor issue and might have to replace the couch altogether. AND HERES THE KICKER. Their policy is that I have to go through THREE technicians before I can qualify for an exchange. Meaning 3 technicians will have to come out at 3 different times if one tech can’t fix the problem. Unreal that I ordered two pieces of furniture in July for over $2k and I probably won’t even have a properly working set until next year. NEVER BUYIN FROM THESE SCAMMERS EVER AGAIN.

Great furniture selection and sales service

Ashley’s furniture of Melbourne is where we got most of our furniture. We spent alot of money trying to outfit our new home when we relocated from up north. The only reason why I’m giving this three stars is because yes the quality is great and I’m very pleased but customer service is absolutely horrendous. Both in store and calling g their customer service number not even located in the country . I must have called that number a 10 times to try to get someone to come back out because of a mess up on their end. Then my bedroom piece was broken on a separate occasion in the driveway, not by us and get them to redeliver the peace again calling customer service at least 10 times to get it so if you’re in need of good furniture, I absolutely recommend them but make sure you don’t need to make any changes and make sure there is nothing wrong with it..

My first visit to the Ashley store in Melbourne was an excellent one thanks to Holly Grimont. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took a considerable amount of time with me trying to pick out the furniture I needed. We even exchanged cell phone numbers and I was able to send her my thoughts and concerns throughout the process even when she wasn't working. Holly is an asset to Ashley. Thank you so much Holly! I spent over $5000 in furniture in the store in June 2024. All of the furniture was delayed a month into July. That was fine, I completely understand things can be backordered. Our install date finally came July 16th. The day before the furniture was delivered, I was informed that the bed would not be arriving until July 23rd due to availability. Once again, things happen and I was fine with it. Until just recently, I was notified via email… Not a phone call that now my bed which we have already waited a month for will now be delayed until August 16th possibly But cannot promise when it will be delivered. This company continues to makes false promises and lies directly to the customer. I will never use this company again and I will encourage everyone that I come into contact with to never use Ashely furniture. Everything about the operation is shady. The HR department of Ashley’s furniture has in no way been able to get in contact with the Melbourne store after continually trying to call them. This company and the Melbourne store is an absolute joke

Went in on July 4th to look at couches. Melissa B met us and the door and helped us while we looked around without being pushy and hoovering around us the entire time. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful. We came back on the 9th after we closed on our house and showed her a couch we actually found on their site. She showed us similar couches like that one so we knew what we would be receiving. We ordered through her and it arrived by the 13th. Will definitely be back in the future. Ask for Melissa!

I rarely ever write reviews but I have to warn and let others know about our experience. My husband and I went to purchase a full bed set. We paid for it and set the delivery date. The delivery date was a certain day and time. The delivery drivers showed up 2 hours before the scheduled 12-4pm time. They set the bed up incorrectly which caused the wood piece at the bottom of the bed to break because they did not install the middle support beam. They forgot our night stand and had to double back to deliver. At this point we can not sleep on this bed because there is no support and could cave in and cause more damage. They stated they can send a technician out…we already had to take time off work to be there for the furniture to be delivered. No return policy. They never spoke on that one but we signed the paperwork. Only great part is their sales rep Kyle was AMAZING! Super helpful! But would we EVER recommend them? No. Worst furniture experience ever. And the manager barely wanted to speak to my husband when he came to the store. They are only about sales and not the customer experience. If your delivery drivers install furniture incorrectly or you don’t have all the parts to install and it causes a problem you should be more proactive and caring to fix the problem not cause a further inconvenience on the customer.

Not given correct info. wrong mattress. I said no memory foam was under impression mattress I bought has some coils inner springs It arrived rolled up and memory goal which I said I did not want. Mattress not decompress to 8 inches even after 72 hours. I HATE THIS MATTRESS I Called complained same day went to store next day. I'm told I need have tech come inspect before they will do anything. I am so unhappy. The mattress I want not available till August they tell me I may have sleep on this horrible mattress I can not even move on I am in lots pain when I try move which is reason I never wanted memory foam. I feel I was not able to buy the mattress I wanted and picked out at first but was talked into this mattress which was more expensive. Then DELIVERY CHARGE FOR A ROLLED UP MATTRESS WAS $99 dollars. If I was told it was rolled up I could have picked it up. I will never buy. Anything from that store again. I would have gone to mattress firm but they high pressure sales. It's like buying a used car. ASHLEY same bad experience

I had a great sales experience - My sales consultant was 10/10. Unfortunately, when it came down to delivery/quality/customer service, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered furniture for our entire house, as we are rebuilding after a house fire. This included two beds. Both beds were assembled in a way that left the frames floating off the ground and not appropriately supporting the weight of the mattress or my sons. The slightest movement shakes the entire bed so it's impossible to actually sleep in them. My real concern is safety and the fact that they're going to fall in on themselves at any moment. I went through the motions of creating a case with customer service, I waited an entire week for a tech to be available and come out to properly assemble the beds. He closed my case stating there was nothing he could do - he said in this case you get what you pay for and this is just the nature of the furniture. I've bought beds from IKEA, I've bought beds from Amazon. I've never in my life seen beds this feeble. The official response from Ashley Customer Service after the tech left our house is that the beds conformed to manufacturing standards and there was no additional recourse for me. There is either an inherent flaw in the design and assembly of the 2 completely different beds I purchased from Ashley OR the beds they sold me are an outright scam. As I mentioned previously, I've purchased beds for rental properties that are much less expensive and much better quality so it's hardly a case of "you get what you pay for." In this case I'm not even getting that much! I have half the mind to drive to the store tomorrow and remove the mattress from the floor model so I can see how exactly it was assembled -- That way I can reinforce it the same way at home. Surely it has a different frame, or supports, perhaps additional hardware that makes it appear more sound on the sales floor than the rickety mess they delivered to my house. If you can't tell, I'm incredibly frustrated - mostly because I've now wasted two days coordinating delivery and service and my kids still have no beds. //deep sigh

I want to start off by saying I actually feel bad for the store manager and a couple other employees I have dealt with here. They really did try to make my purchase right and went out of their way to attempt to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, the company is set up so anti-customer it really is next to impossible to get anything close to a good purchasing experience. I will start with their initial saleswoman Jada who is no longer with the organization. Piss poor service and deceptive. This was explained to me by the store manager. I went forward with my order. They were out of stock on a bed they tried to deliver previously (where did it go? I paid for it already) and trying to get another bed in its place delivered on the same day as my mattresses were coming was just an exercise in frustration. They cannot get anything done with any semblance of efficiency. I selected a bed online and held on over a half hour for a store associate to help me. Corporate tries to brush you off the phone “I tried calling 3 times already, no one picks up”. Is that acceptable? Are you not concerned the phone rings off the hook during business hours with a store full of employees? Trying to shoo me off the phone, I told the associate I will wait literally all day long to speak to someone physically at that store. 35 minutes later, they got a hold of someone. Unable to accommodate me, I let them cancel my bed. It took literally 10 minutes to google Rooms To Go across the street from their Melbourne FL store, get a salesperson on the phone, select my items and complete my transaction via email. The process could not have been smoother. I do not understand how Ashley stays in business when the competition makes it so easy. Sorry Ashley, I really tried and was hoping you’d come through. Unfortunately your corporate policy of non existent service and impossible communication ties good employees hands.

The price of the furniture is only the beginning. When you purchase an item hopefully you are close to the distribution. I have a store that’s 2 miles from my house. But the distribution center is 3 hours away. So they add a huge delivery fee I believe they charged around 300 plus dollars just to get our furniture. Are we could drive three hours to pick it up.

The dresser was exactly the right size and color that I was looking for. Kyle was very helpful and professional.

Got a pretty decent deal on the couch and loveseat, 4th of July sale. Unfortunately there is a whopping $200 delivery fee which made it not such a decent deal. They have nice furniture and I could tell service was good by the other sales people but our sales lady was meh. I would recommend Ashley, wish the delivery fee wasn’t sooo much.

The buying experience was fine, it's the warranty and follow-up to product failure that is horrific. Two months after receiving a new mattress, we called to complain of the warped and super squeaky bed mattress. Ashley sent out a very nice technician who zip tied the bed frame and did nothing but take pictures of the mattress. Well, six months later, the bed frame broke and the mattress has to be rotated every 2 weeks to even out the warping every two weeks, by the way, it is a Sealy mattress. So what is the point of a warranty when the company does not fulfill it's promise of satisfaction guarantee. We don't recommend Ashley furniture. Update: I responded to your request to send you an email Attention Joe G. Thanks Update: technician came out but Ashley customer service does not stand by their warranty. We will have to spend money elsewhere to find a better quality bed that does break after a couple of months and a mattress that doesn’t warp. Very disappointed.

Ordered an entire bedroom set from Ashley’s and one of the drawers broke on dresser just out of the 1 year warranty. Called the store who told me I had to contact corporate. Called corporate and got tossed around on the phone for hours. Called the store manager back who gave me his email. I emailed him and haven’t heard back in months. Extremely poor customer service who doesn’t stand behind the quality of their products. A dresser should last longer than a year and no one ever told me when I purchased it that if I don’t get their extended warranty than they won’t help you in any way, shape pr form. I never even asked for someone to repair it, all I simply needed was the hardware to do it myself. I’ll never purchase here again.

I (22 F) came in to furnish my first apartment. I needed a bunch of stuff and needed guidance on what to choose. Mike was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for in terms of a sofa and he took his time to show me around and went above and beyond to help me narrow the choice down. He is very personable. I also ended up getting a coffee table and matching tv stand with the help of Dee who was very knowledgeable of the products.

Ashley furniture are thieves. We bought a sofa sleeper from here. They scheduled a delivery two days later. I received a text the next day saying that our delivery would be from 12:30pm-3:30pm. All good right? No I was on my way back from new Smyrna which is an hour and a half north of we're we live it was 9:30 and they told me my delivery would be at 10am and they could only wait 20 min. I called all my neighbors to meet the delivery team to have them leave the sofa. When I got home the sofa wouldn't fit in the room because of the closet location and the won't honor a return. I even went to the store they said it would be honored and after 5 calls with the Philippines still no one has gotten this issues resolved. I now have a $800 sofa that I'm about to bring out to the curb. The incompetence and lack of customer service is appalling. I'll never go back.

Ordered a dinning set and a frame bed. Both came damaged. Customer service are from a foreign country. He didn’t solve the situation. I contacted the store and they said they will send me an email. Ten days after never happened. Don’t waste your money.

Ive been to 7 stores and when I walked in Kirk was waiting with a welcoming smile. He asked about my day and was very helpful with asking important questions about what I was looking for, especially size, composition and price. He suggested exactly what I was searching, at the best price and in the lower end of my budget. It's Tuesday and my sofa will be delivered on Friday. Thrilled is an understatement. Don’t spend thousands on furniture that breaks every few months!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the 3rd party repair company they sell you on is an absolute joke and refuses to make things right and if they do actually come out you’ll be waiting MONTHS and god forbid if you want to exchange the broken furniture you will just be given the run around and passed from person to person with everyone tell you how much they wish they could help you but you need to talk to this person instead.

It’s amazing that we spent $5000 on furniture just a year and a half ago and this is now the 4th time something has broke and they refuse to exchange the pieces for non-reclining one since that’s all that keeps breaking. We aren’t asking for money back or anything just want furniture that doesn’t break every couple months!!!!!!!
