Go here if you want overpriced furniture, poor quality and absolutely ridiculous customer service. Save the time , money and have peace of mind by going elsewhere. We had 5 items delivered. 3 were defective and we don’t have a resolution 1.5 months later. When I say defective I’m literally talking about uneven dining table legs making it wobbly, uneven surfaces I can’t keep a coffee mug on and joints splitting on a table. The run around after these guys have been absolutely insane! They tell you they will call you or someone will get back to you and they never do.

If I could give negative stars I would! Went to the store and purchased a mattress and mattress pad. We were told this mattress was in stock and would be delivered a few days later. Now almost a month later they have changed our delivery date 5 times now they do not have this mattress in stock. NO One seems to care about solving this issue at all. We have called multiple times and used the chat system multiple times and still we are no where. Had to file a dispute with my card to ensure I will at least get my money back if they do not ever deliver this thing. BUYER BEWARE OF THE BS!!!!! I won't buy from here again.

We bought a sofa set on 12/12/2025, they scheduled the furniture to be delivered today, 12/29/2025. They did not delivered it today, and today a lady from customer service told us that we did not received it today because there is a piece missing. They will get the piece on 1/10/2026. So I guess after the 10th will have to guess and wait for them to deliver who knows when. Too naive me, I planned to have guest at my house for new years, and will not have a sofa for the guests. Now, this is not the first time that Ashley Furniture fail us. First time was in 2014, when they delivered a broken sofa for the price of a new one. Yet, we give them another chance. Completely regret that. Deeply disappointed with Ashley. Will never buy from them again. Not thrust worthy

When I went to try a chair i had seen online , I found Ashley was quite a bot more expensive. I saw a recliner sofa similar in color as the chair and decided to buy the sofa which was on sale and buy the chair online from another vendor. My salesperson was trying to convince me to purchase all, to purchase warranties stating recliners break down often, to get the white glove delivery as I would have to put the sofa together. The delivery date was one week later than offered, which was a great inconvenience regarding having my old furniture picked up from a charity or also not having furniture when I had guests arriving. After much consideration the rep was able to give me 10% discount which didn’t even cover the delivery. When the delivery men brought the sofa , they did not have to put it together like the salesperson stated… they just took the plastic off and left. I could have saved the white glove charge as they did not do anything extra than a normal delivery. I think I should have received the full delivery amount due to the added inconvenience and the delayed delivery Love the furniture but disliked the sales pressure and the delayed delivery . Also same chair on line was 200 less and included white glove delivery and no delay .
