Don’t buy from here unless you plan on picking up the furniture yourself. I spent 4500$ and their delivery team ignored my request to use my double French doors to bring the furniture into my house. Instead they forced their way into my front door getting stuck more than once causing damage to my brand new home and then damaged the wall when setting up the furniture. They tried to hide the wall damage with the couch they delivered but I found it before they left. I showed the delivery team the damages and they just looked at me, then turned and got in their trucks and left without a word. Ashley’s offered me a mere 200$ for the inconvenience. Very insulting for the money I paid them.

The worst experience buying there the sales guy make a mistakes with my purchase wrong color with my recliner living set and also missing piece because Davon Flores forgot to put in my order so at the end I need to pay for his mistake that store has the worst customer services and the manager Devon lie to us he said one thing and next day say different answer he don’t keep his word since the one bad experience in the store be aware with your order because you gonna pay extra money for they mistakes and a sorry but no sorry that make sense for you I wish I can speak with the store manager this purchase was the worst experience and very frustrating is the last time I buy in Ashley furniture

I purchased an $1800 mattress from this store with a 24 month no interest promotion. One year later I was charged full interest. I contacted the bank and was told my account only had a 12 month promotion and I needed to contact the store to correct the mistake. I call the store and was given a few different phone numbers to call instead. Those numbers told me the store has to fix it. I call the store again, got transferred to a corporate office. Again I’m told the Store has to fix it. I drove two hours to the store was told only one person could “handle” my problem. She pulled out my contract and says there’s nothing they can do and I should have read the details before signing it. The contract only said “President’s Day Sale.” It didn’t say anything about 12 or 24 month limits. This should be a very easy thing to fix, but instead the lady apologized and maybe the bank will take a few months of interest off if I ask nicely. Honestly, you have to judge a company by how they treat you when there’s a problem.

Edited review because buying the couch is the easy part! Thank you Demoy and Dee for your help when purchasing. Dee please remember your job is not done until the delivery is made an our delivery was horrendous so sadly we will never return! APARTMENT BUYERS BEWARE! Have had to edit review as our delivery was the worst experience of my life! After waiting for 3 weeks for delivery. First we told them loud and clear that our elevator was broken and we live on the 4th floor we were told up a down it’s fine they will deliver and assemble! “White Glove Delivery” Yah that didn’t happen. Aug 6th came and we were so excited for delivery the guys driving the “unmarked” truck saw our elevator was broken a without even saying a word they LEFT! I spent the rest of the day on the phone with customer service crying an upset after spending over 3k and was told they were not allowed to deliver to the 4th floor! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was lied to and completely disrespected! Called and begged and pleaded with Customer service to have the guys come back and deliver a they refused was told we would have to wait to have our delivery rescheduled! Of course that day I called Dee an told her what was happening she said she would try and help but of course I never got a call back. So another delivery day was schedule.. today. They guys came an again told them our elevator was broken they tried to leave again but my husband was down there making sure they didn’t! They didn’t speak any English so they were talking to us through a translation app! After an hr or so they brought everything up to the third floor an was going to leave it! I begged an pleaded with them to bring the 3 pieces up to the 4th floor! Had to bribe them with $50 to bring them up 2 more flights of stairs! Thankfully they did but I had to push them down the hall to our apartment take everything apart and put it all together which was not what I was promised! I will more then likely never buy from Ashley Homestore again and will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience!

Having a good experience at a store is a generally easy thing to accomplish. What has earned my respect and praise is how this store and their team dealt with a potentially negative experience and turned it into a very positive result. We had some issues with delivery due to the fact we live on a military base and there was confusion with the delivery team. The team at the store was able to quickly handle the problem and reset our delivery. Our sales person Kim was phenomenal, she worked with us diligently to help us make a decision on a new sectional. Craig maintained communication with us throughout the process and made sure we were taken care of. Ashley Furniture will remain our top choice for home furnishings. Thank you to everyone at the Melbourne store.

Disappointed that the store wouldn't honor a military discount on top of a sale price. I have never had this happen. Then the delivery was scheduled for a week later. We waited the entire delivery range. When the truck arrived it was raining so we didn't get our sofa. Now we're supposed to wait another week for delivery.... upsetting and disgusted are gentle words. We were advised by the manager he would try and get us delivery by tomorrow. Still haven't heard from anyone if that would be happening. Buyer beware.
