With consideration to current supply chain problems, Ashley had a good selection of inventory, we found a nice bedroom set there. Tom was our sales person, very happy with him. No pressure, helpful and responsive.

So frustrated and upset I have been trying to reach this location or even customer service for weeks now regarding an ottoman that was ordered in the incorrect color by the sales associate. I was told I would receive a store credit to get the item exchanged but I can’t even get in contact with anyone to find out what’s happening with it. I’ve even been hung up on while trying to get in contact with the store this was a disaster next time I will just order offline or go to a different store location
I order a 5-piece bedroom set and a mattress. It was all supposed to be delivered on September 4. They told me all day that it would be delivered but kept pushing the time later and later until I was told that it was all still in the warehouse. They rescheduled the delivery to September 9. Again they told me all day it will all be delivered, and again, my stuff never left the warehouse. It is now September 10 and they are bringing me my mattress, headboard, dresser, and nightstands, but they gave my bed to someone else so now I have to wait until October 2 to get my bed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Last time I shop with them.
Placed a furniture order and paid cash back in July. Was told I had to place the order this early due to back order items and it would take that long to arrive. We received an email on August 30th stating "good news you're order has arrived - if you would to receive this early, click below, if you do not wish this to arrive early, do nothing" Our order was scheduled to arrive 8 days later and that's what we had planned. 8 days later - our order does not arrive because they sold it it to someone else, who walked in and bought it on the spot. Delivery date is now November. This is unacceptable and I have been unable to reach anyone for resolution.
I really wish I could leave Zero Stars. I’m so disappointed, I usually purchase furniture from rooms to go but this time around my husband and I decided on Ashley’s for this dinning room table. Big mistake. It gets delivered in a timely manner, but as I watched when the men unloading my table drop the box on the floor I knew from then that we would end up with a damaged table. I called and let Ashley’s know what happened and I got no eta on when my new table would get here, so no resolution to our broken table that we did not cause. I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants furniture delivered safely and in good condition.
This has been a painful and frustrating experience trying to purchase a bed and dresser from the store. The order was placed and paid for up front on 4/13/21. It is now 9/4 and we still have nothing we paid for. We have been promised 4 delivery dates so far that didn't happen. We we emailed that we could have our delivery made "sooner than planned" and we tried accepting those and they didn't happen. We have spent well over an hour on the phone, each of several different calls to customer service. Those calls produced no results. Once, after waiting over an hour and then talking to a rep for a few minutes, the call was disconnected and we did not complete the conversation. No one ever called back. The ONLY positive thing was going back to the store, 30 minutes each way, and being helped by the store's acting general manager. She listened to our complaints and provided a discount for our troubles. Now we wait to see if the furniture ever comes.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I was delivered damaged furniture. I refused the furniture the time of delivery! The 20 something year old delivery driver refused to put it back on the truck and told me he would call and have a tech out within two days. Called two days later, put on hold for over an hour, and they had no record of it!! I told customer service I didn’t want the couch! They said all they can do is send a tech out to see if they can fix it. Waited a week and a half for a tech to show up! Told me I needed a bar replaced on the bottom of the couch. I also told him the power mechanism was wrong and different on each side. He told me that was ok and just leave it!!!!! I said no! I want the couch properly made! $3000 couch!!! At this point I was so furious I called corporate and all they do is give you the run around! Have to file a case and see if anything is approved. Won’t give you general manager number. No refund! Not even a credit! Once they get your money, they don’t care! BEWARE!!! THIS CORPORATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!
I have ordered from Ashley three times and each time there is a problem. The last time, I had three deliver dates and they were all missed. When I called again… I had to hold for 49 minutes only to be told it was on back order… still. I asked the order be cancelled. Days later I was charged another delivery fee and had to call again. I was told this time the order was cancelled and I’ll get a refund in 3-5 days. Not holding my breath. I’m done with Ashley Furniture.
Don't waste your money at this location if you want decent customer service. My husband and I walked around for 25 minutes throughout the entire store and not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed any help. We thankfully found what we were looking for and someone could have got a $2k+ purchase from us, but it looks like we will take our money online or elsewhere. FYI if you go to Rooms to Go you will be greeted immediately and they do an amazing job at helping you find what you need.
This place is a joke. Service is horrible. I’ve walked in to find sales people standing around but when you call, you are on hold forever. After 10 days I am still waiting for a refund on a canceled order that they could not fill.
The customer service here is so poor, they do not remember their customers from a week ago, the workers have no urgency to help after taking your money. Sara has no brain cells be aware lol
