Don’t spend thousands on furniture that breaks every few months!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the 3rd party repair company they sell you on is an absolute joke and refuses to make things right and if they do actually come out you’ll be waiting MONTHS and god forbid if you want to exchange the broken furniture you will just be given the run around and passed from person to person with everyone tell you how much they wish they could help you but you need to talk to this person instead.

It’s amazing that we spent $5000 on furniture just a year and a half ago and this is now the 4th time something has broke and they refuse to exchange the pieces for non-reclining one since that’s all that keeps breaking. We aren’t asking for money back or anything just want furniture that doesn’t break every couple months!!!!!!!

All well and good until the delivery driver started taking pictures of inside of our home from the outside, scaring my wife while I was at work. The driver didn't speak English so my wife was not able to communicate what she wanted done. Ashley Furniture dropped the ball at the finish line and ruined the whole experience, oh and it cost $250 for the displeasure of shipping. (Heads up) I spoke with the store manager (Amanda?) on 4/12 at 2:30pm. She didn't care at all for my troubles, So I'll share with the public instead. Keep in mind that these companies prey on the uninformed. UPDATE: 4/22, 11 days after delivery. I had purchased a purple pillow from Ashley Furniture for $250 when I had purchased my bedset. From the manufacturer there is a 100 day trial period, if not satisfied you're able to exchange it worry free. Please be aware that Ashley Furniture does not uphold this trial period and instead tells you to kick rocks. It took me 21 phone calls between the Ashley store, Ashley corporate, and the purple manufacturer themselves to get this handled. Nobody at either establishment was willing to take responsibility and help the customer. That is until I was finally able to speak with the GM of this location who couldn't believe it was such a big deal and helped solve my issue with our hesitation. I was asked to update my Google review to reflect my better experience. So I will update it now to a two-star review based on my experience with the GM alone. I thank him for his help. Overall my experience with Ashley Furniture was subpar at best. They offer less value for the same amount of money than me purchasing from the manufacturers themselves or from a different business altogether. If anybody were to ask me about purchasing purple products I would tell them to buy it from the manufacturer directly instead of dealing with Ashley Furniture at all whatsoever
