Spent $4,000 on a couch. My wife and I were super excited to get it, even though the delivery date was estimated 1 1/2 months out. So the original delivery day came and went, and finally got a call saying it’ll be late. Another month goes by, with no further info. Finally, we get an update with a delivery day, and asked me to call to schedule a time. My wife has chemo/radiation at 2:30 every day, and so no one can be home around then. They promised a delivery between 9am-1pm. It’s currently 1:30pm, with no delivery. Honestly, even if there’s no problems with the couch, this has been the worst service I’ve used when buying furniture. Save yourself the hassle, and go somewhere else.

My son's bed was delivered today. I ordered a full size bed becuz it comes with 8 storage drawers. I specifically asked "does the full size come with 8 drawers" sales rep "yes it does" and did not confirm with me at the store that ONLY the queen size comes with 8 drawers. Not only did they delivered a queen size bed support but the bed itself has a few scratches and discoloration, the bookshelves drawers were not properly installed. Screws are loose/stripped. The discoloration was from a poorly scratch cover up but they forgot to poorly cover up a scratch on the headboard and the side of the bed. So Ashely is sending a tech on the 30th to look over to determine if its fixable. My son has been patiently waiting and very excited in getting his new bed. I wish EVERYTHING on the bed was in perfect NEW condition for my 8yr old. I paid for a brand NEW bed not for a scratch/poorly covered up bed.

I talked to a representative online who told me all there furniture was made in the USA. I try to support our economy, when I went to the store I saw made in labels not from the US. So I asked and the sales people said nothing was made here but most was assembled here..... wow. At least the sales people were honest.

Partial delivery received, damaged and missing parts. Delivery person would not let us reject. Tech sent to our house 3 times to replace damaged piece and bring missing parts. Each time tech show up he was without correct parts. Ashley refuses to issue full refund and come get the items that were in the partial delivery. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have cancelled my ashley account and will never buy from them again.

The worst experience I have ever had, 11 days ago I bought a bed for my son, the box and the mattress, when they arrived at my house parts of the bed were missing, I called customer service about 3 times and they did not solve the problem, I had I had to go to the store again and a very nice girl attended me and ordered the sides of the bed, it turns out that when assembling the bed the middle pieces that hold the mattress were still missing, I had to go to the store again, I hope to see if my son can sleep in his bed in a month, it's ridiculous

We had the nicest young woman showing us around and helping us with any questions we with any questions we had. She was not pushy, but, was available if we needed her. When we asked if she would pose for a picture in front of the item we like she happily did so and made it a lot of fun. It really is a pleasure to shop here, they have beautiful furniture and the pricing is pretty competitive. But when you get the sales you get a great bargain.

Do NOT shop at these stores! Ordered a dining set and mattress set on July 18. They could deliver by August 12. We delayed delivery until August 29. Received call confirming delivery. On 29th, no call and no show. After calling to see where delivery was, we were told they cancelled us because we didn't answer. A blatant lie. They didn't have our mattress or dining table in stock after we gave them extra time? They "upgraded" our mattress from soft pillowtop to firm without pillowtop? Had to go to the store to choose another "upgrade". They tried to upsell us and get us to pay more. When we said we wanted to return our "upgraded" mattress, they said they couldn't because there wouldn't be room on the truck even though we were scheduled last. The chairs were delivered without a box or wrapping. They were bare on a moving truck. We do not believe these were new as we had been asked if we would take the floor model to receive it sooner. When arriving in store to find comparable mattress, we noticed our dining set was clearanced. There was a statement asking for pickup within 48 hours. We believe our new table was given to someone else for this sale and we are set to get a floor model just like the chairs. All of this occurring during Covid. We are reporting to credit card and refusing further shipment. Check out consumer affairs ratings. Customer service is the worst. They decieve and try to trap you into these purchases. Read the bad reviews! Buyers Beware!

This is our second time buying at Ashley Furniture in the past three months. We always have an easy and fast experience, which is so rare when shopping for furniture. We shopped with Ashley. She truly lives up to her name because she should be running the place. When we were looking for a couch she gave us her honest opinion and we ended up with the perfect piece! Tom was great! I went in with a friend to help her pick out furniture for her newly built home, and ended coming back after lunch to buy a dining room set that I had seen, for my home! This was not my first purchase, nor will it be my last. I have never had anything but excellent customer service and anytime I've had an issue, the issue was resolved in a timely fashion, and absolutely to my satisfaction. I recommend that everyone go there.

Skip Ashley Home Store entirely! The sales man Jason was great, but everything thereafter was the worst experience. More than 2 months later, still missing a chair to our dining room set! We have had 2 separate deliveries in over 2 months; maybe our missing chair will be here in September? NO ONE from Ashley’s has called me to explain, ever; I have called over and over and over again! They respond with giving us free delivery! OF WHAT? My missing chair? Drive right on by! Trust us!

Worst experience ever! We bought all of our furniture here for our new house... big mistake! Experienced more errors than we can keep track of including receiving broken items, wrong items, never being able to get a hold of anybody, delayed delivery dates time and time again. We finally just cancelled our whole order. We our still trying to get our money back from this fiasco after never receiving any items we ordered.

Customer service is horrible when you try to call the store you can’t get through so they put you through an 800 number nobody knows what’s going on I had a delivery sofa it had marks on it so I did not except it can’t get anybody to give me an answer I had to actually drive to the store and go in there and raise hell I wouldn’t buy from them if they were the last store open
