Worst customer service my sofa is not even a month old two technicians came out one made it worse wrote he fixed it but only fixed one part that had to be sewed My sofa is being put together by pieces one piece is coming tomorrow But the worst is how two people spoke to my wife , all we want is to exchange I was told sell sofa it’s no big deal Etc. I will report to BBB . I will go on every website to write my reviews. No one cares to help the customer taking technicians word when they made it worse.
They have high quality furniture and wonderful customer service. Prices are very competitive

So 2nd technician came yes he did great job sewing but the pulls on couch he just rip out so now there’s a hole.unbelievable awful service.still waiting fr response from owner. I was supposed to receive a phone call today no one called, will report to BBB and go on every website to tell my story Received my cushions today How awful we have to change cushions it’s extremely difficult my husband is 63 yrs old and having a hard time, the extremely rude care you give your Custermers is terrible
Our salesman, Steve, gave us plenty of time to look around on our own with no pressure but when we were ready, he was very professional and friendly

Good value to price point and good delivery system; however, it seems intentional that it’s difficult to get through to the specific store we shopped at several weeks ago — even more frustrating, surprising and disappointing was that 4 efforts - initial purchase visit, 2 phone call messages and a subsequent store visit (all about the showroom rug) to purchase a showroom rug (no longer carried) were never responded to. For $4,500 spend in 2 hours to partially furnish our snowbird place, this was incredible. During my recent store visit, I shared my input with the new manager on duty and the salesman who was in the store. I understand glitches and gaps, but four times?! We will shop elsewhere and if we shop Ashley, it will not be at this store (New Haven Ave Melbourne, Fl). Additionally, my husband received a brusque phone call to pick up an oversized wall piece about 10 days after our 2-hour shopping. Ashley personnel need customer-friendly script to use versus ‘winging it’. Delivery went well with good email notification several days prior and a call on the day of delivery ~ 1 hour prior. Good luck on improving after POS customer service.
