Disgraceful customer service experience!!! Everything was great until we paid for our furniture... The communication from this company is horrendous not to mention that the communication within the company is nonexistent. We have been lied to repeatedly over the last several weeks. Our original delivery date was May 28th, on the 27th WE reached out for confirmation & were told it was now going to be 6/21, we were at that point told a manager would reach out to discuss our concerns, that never happened. 2 weeks later, out of the blue we receive a confirmation for delivery. Clear out all of our furniture only to find out they sent the confirmation to the wrong customer. Now June 20th comes along with no confirmation from Ashley’s furniture so we decide to go back to the store hoping for some resolution in person, only to be told there was no date in the system!?!?!?! We finally get a date, I follow up again & confirmed the date of 7/1 repeatedly, To be left a voicemail the day before that it will now come on 7/28. Note, Each contact we have had with them on the phone and in person they have told us which pieces they have and which ones they are waiting for. Based on simple calculations they should have had our pieces together some time ago had they had us in cue as a waiting customer and completed the order as the pieces were available. No one I have asked can answer what that process looks like at the warehouse? This level of incompetence is just unacceptable & downright embarrassing for such a large scale operation. We would have NEVER decided on this purchase had we been given a delivery date of 2 months later, I’m just praying my furniture ever comes at this point!

One star because the customer service people are horrible. In store the lady was very nice, but the people over the phone are the worst. No help, no I’m sorry, no trying to fix things I even talked to the supervisor and she was the same way. I was originally told my couch would be delivered on the 7th I called today to double check and it won’t be here until the 20th now and I bought it back in May. Now I’m paying monthly on a couch I don’t even have and dealing with a broken couch in the mean time.

I order furniture over two months ago and was told 4 times I will be receiving it and I waited home 4 times then to come to find out it never left Tampa Then I finally get it today and it’s not even in a box

Bought 2 bedroom suites for our home. The first one was delivered and we had no problems. The second one was delivered damaged. The wife spent a lot of time on hold trying to get it fixed and after several hours on hold no luck. These suites were not cheap! My advice try elsewhere!

Actually ZERO STARS! In store everything looks awesome - it is set up that way for you to see - what you get is not the same. Empty promises are made by shark sales people. Truth is, cheap quality, cheap labor, incompetency from credit checking to customer service. One hand does not know what the other is doing. No regard for customer except making the sale. Their so called "exclusive furniture" is cheaper at wholesale stores - same item at BJ's for $30.00 less per chair, and I bought 5, as one example. Don't buy extended coverage. There is no such thing, just a trick to take your money. Never again. Buyer beware! Cut my credit card in half.

I enjoyed Ashley's Furniture Store as I was able to browse the full store without a salesperson. This is not to say there weren't any sales people, just that I was able to look, sit, feel, and compare on my own. The store was quite busy and sales people were taking care of other customers. When I had made my decision I approached the gentleman at the "office" counter and received all the information I needed as he was trying to complete paperwork. Once I said I did want to buy, a sales person was called over the loud speaker and my purchase was taken care of by Jason. Very nice showroom with items to fit many budgets!

I wanted to pay cash for a item, they talked my wife into getting a credit card and was lied to. Then tell my wife she has to pay for half of it, to get all of the items sent in time! Then say we will only get one part of the sofa and the other two parts and rug and pillow will come at a later date because we didn’t use cash! What a joke, then the manager Chris pretty much thought it was funny and told me this happens all the time! I’ve been to many furniture places and never been insulted this way and always received all my furniture on the date we discussed! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! BEWARE OF CHRIS THE MANAGER, HE SHOULD BE FIRED!

Brian helped me pick out the perfect couch for my apartment. He gave me all the information I needed and was very helpful answering questions. I freely roamed the showroom, without any pressure or feeling like I was being chaperoned, yet Brian was never too far away if a question did arise. I found the perfect couch, and happened to hit a great (early) Black Friday deal, which I couldn’t beat! Very happy with my purchase and with Brian’s help.
