Hopefully you don’t need to get ahold of this company for anything..they don’t answer the phone or return calls.
Worst customer experience ever. Lied to 4 different times about when my table would be delivered. No one cared when I talked to them and explained the frustration with getting 4 different delivery times. Then they told me it wouldn't be in the warehouse till hopefully january but they could try to get it to me by December. What?? They were just trying to hold onto my money and kept playing games. I will never get a single thing from here or recommend to anyone. I've never had such a terrible experience. Especially when we were promised we'd have the table for the holidays and now we have nothing.
Do not get the insurance plan.. tried to use it, company will not honor. Tried calling the store, but cant get a hold of anyone. Poor customer service. Extremely disappointed.

We looked at furniture for weeks. We finally bought at Ashley because our salesman, Jeff Campbell, promised us a 30 day delivery because the furniture is made in the US. So we put down the full price of nearly $3000 and went out the door August 29,2020. Around came September 30 and I stopped in Ashley Home Store wonder when the Furniture would arrive. I was told it would be October 13. Then I get a call it would be October 25. I waited on October 25. No call. So I Ashley and wait on hold for 30 minutes to find it is now November 4. The reason we bought the stuff is because we were told it would be 30 day delivery. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes with a straight face. Jeff Campbell is going to become a project.
The whole place is dark and it matches their attitude. Half of the salespeople don't wear masks, and this will definitely be my last time visiting since they're not very welcoming either. You can get the same styles in every other furniture store. Buy online and save yourself the trip

Excellent customer service. The manager, whose name is Lily, and the sales girls, Lisa and Melitza, were amazing. All three of them helped me in looking for what I needed, and they went above and beyond in helping me stay in my budget. They deserve much more than just a good review for their amazing customer service. They are truly the best, and will be forever grateful, thank you so much! Definitely recommend.
This young lady named Chelsea was very warming charming and very helpful. Performed the task at hand exceptionally well and went above and beyond. She is gonna go to great heights in this branch.
This has been the worst experience ever! I should have just stuck with Pottery Barn. First, the salesman forgot to include a nightstand in my original order so now I have two orders. Set up redelivery and I got two confirmations. TWO!! The day of delivery, only one item shows up. I literally rearranged my schedule for this delivery. I called corporate (because you can never get anyone from the store on the phone), and they informed me that the other items were coming the following Sunday. No one ever confirmed that date with me and I find out that I’m the last delivery for that day. Ashley Furniture has dropped the ball several times and they will not offer anything to make it right. When I read the bad reviews, I totally believe them.

Had an issue with our grand total because manager from before and sales associate didn’t give us a full invoice which made our transaction appear smaller than it was. Fortunately, Lilly, the manager and Chris, sales representative (from the back of the store behind the desks) helped us tremendously with our issue. Will come back for sure because they handled the issue very professionally and understood our situation. EDIT: Changed my review to 3 stars because the delivery team was HORRIBLE. They refused to set our bed up which resulted in us having to put the bed together that we paid a lot of money for. Manager showed little effort to get anyone out the same day which would have resulted in a sleeping on the ground. The only reason I’m even giving them three stars is because our original sales person was good and they did provide us some money back.
