I ordered a coffee table on line, the color was different than the picture, it’s been more than two weeks and I’ve been calling everyday trying to return it. Every call they ask for pictures of items and their lines are messed up, there reps are so awful the list goes on and on Never order online from them Worst customer service ever I would give zero star Today I was on line for more than an hour, their excuse was they are trying to contact UPS, so frustrating

If I could put 0 stars I would. I purchased my sofa a little less than 2 years ago. Also purchased the warranty. When the motor went out on it we reported it and they said they would do a full replacement after saying they couldn’t fix it. It took them 4 different delivery attempts to deliver a new couch. Each time the wood on the frame was broken. After the 3rd time they said they couldn’t credit my account because it had been so long so instead they offered me a gift card. They gave me $150 in gift cards. At this point I would imagine the whole couch should be credited which is over $1000 but they said they couldn’t do that. I don’t really know what I could possibly buy for $150. Maybe a pillow. Which surely doesn’t match for the amount of days I had to take off work to hopefully get a non damaged peice if furniture. The last attempt to deliver the couch of course there was something wrong. It was missing a few screws which then made it very loose. My husband had to help the guys delivering it, find screws and fix it. How is this ok? After this last attempt we just ended up giving up because we were so tired of dealing with the headache and losing hours at work. So we fixed it ourselves and kept it. But after this we will NEVER shop with Ashley furniture again. And I will definitely tell all my family and friends to also beware. For a large corporation that’s been around for years I expected way more. And the funny thing is this isn’t the first piece of furniture that I’ve bought from them that wasn’t delivered multiple times damaged. I gave them a second chance but I will not give them a 3rd.

This store needs to use another warranty service. Horrible experience. Factory warranty expired. Paid $400 for 5 year extended warranty. Rocker recliner doesn't recline properly, it leans to one side. Was told that it reclines albeit crooked it wasn't covered. Not good for an old man recovering from serious back surgery. BBB here I come. Then they tell you to email complaints to invalid email address. JEEZ Cmon people.

Spent hours at the store, they say they want to give you free pillows but only because they increases their sales as they do something on the back end to make it look like a sale, however charge you for a crazy tax on the so called free $300 pillows. Our furniture came in broken and when they dropped it off there was a tag on it that showed it was a broken piece someone else replaced. The guys that dropped it off would not take it and put it back on their truck. When calling the store (Ashley’s in Melbourne, FL) the manager was extremely rude and advised we could get a store credit and pick something else out. I told her I wanted a full refund and again she refused. I found their VP on LinkedIn and it was the only way I could get these folks at this store moving to provide a complete refund. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Go elsewhere for your furniture and better customer service!
