I never bother leaving a review that isn't worth 5 stars but unfortunately our experience was so bad, it is worth warning others. I would encourage you to consider one of the many other furniture stores in this area. The first part of this negative experience was our sales person who did not know what they were talking about in regards to any of the furniture we were looking at. When we would ask questions, they would first answer us incorrectly or just say they didn't know and with further prodding would then look up the answer. This happened in regards to pricing as well as product information. When we ordered a twin bed with a mattress, they told us we would need a twin slat roll to go with it and when everything arrived, it was very clear that that was not compatible with this bed frame. We spoke to customer service who got us set up with the incorrect replacement, and then went into the store to speak with someone there. Most people in the store looked to be half asleep or just not concerned with the issue. There was one woman behind the desk who was legitimately helpful and stuck with it the whole time to make sure we got what we needed regardless of the guy who was supposed to help us that appeared ready to give up right away. When the boxspring arrived, it required assembly which was surprising to us, we've never encountered that and no one said that it would. We accepted the delivery, not fully sure that was even correct but we're going to assemble it and hope that it works. Definitely not going back to Ashley and would highly recommend Angela's furniture who also sells Ashley products and beyond. The customer service there was wildly better.

We had a horrible experience with delivery since we purchased some items on clearance that needed to be picked up at the store and some items that needed to be delivered. We spent wayyyy too much time (hours) at the store waiting for the salesman to get the receipt right. Then when delivery day came they told us we had already picked up all of our items! We then had to wait another 3 weeks to get those items! Customer service was absolutely horrible to work with to figure out what happened! We were more than patient with this store and they could care less about us.

Beware: Do not let them sell you any type of insurance for your furniture. Its covered by a company called Reguardprotection, when it comes time to make a claim they will find any reason to deny it. Will be reporting them to the BBB

Buyers remorse. For me, zero service after the sale. I bought a secontional online and paid extra for the "White glove delivery and set up." The delivery men unwrapped, set up, I tipped them and they were on their way. Fast forward, after they left, I flipped one of the cushions over and there was a stain!! First lesson, don't waste your money on "white glove" and if you do, totally deconstruct the entire unit before the delivery men leave and get your tip money back if they hid a greasy hand print. I called customer service. The Ashley representative had thick accent and was clearly reading from a script. I could barely understand her. The rep advised me to text a number. When I did, the system would not recognize my phone number. I called customer service back. Again, a different rep, thick accent, reading from a script. Once again I share all the details of my experience. She sends me an email to submit photos and file a claim for my warranty. I submitted all requested, that was July 16. Today is Sept 10, I never received a response, checked my spam and firewall. Now over a month later, no response, and I paid thousands of dollars for a blemished "new sectional via white glove delivery ". MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. I WISH I HAD PURCHASED MY FURNITURE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for years, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. For over a month, I’ve been getting the runaround on the status of my order. Despite reaching out multiple times, no one has gotten back to me or resolved the issue. On top of that, we are out $500 that Ashley claims they never received, even though my bank statement clearly shows otherwise. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is extremely frustrating. My family and friends, who have also shopped here, are equally disappointed. Sadly, after this experience, this will be our last time shopping at Ashley Furniture.

Ordered a side chair and the two pillows didn’t come with it. Took 8 weeks and still no pillowcase. Incomplete pillow case always mailed to me. They mailed the fabric and stuffing. I don’t sew! Why would I spend thousands to sew it myself. Eventually a technician came and he had to go to the store to get the remaining pieces he needed. Then the zipper broke! They have lost my business. Stay away from this store.
