Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. The delivery process is disorganized and frustrating. They do not check the furniture before delivering. The first delivery was missing 2 pieces; they said after checking two they saw both were broken and they forgot the other one. The deliver guys were really nice but later I found out the whole explanation they gave me was a lie, they made up a story so I was content in the moment. A second delivery was scheduled and again, one of the boxes was missing pieces, and the second item which was a set was a complete different thing from what I had in my order. They explained it was a mislabeled and for the box they had no excuses. Now I am waiting for a third delivery which, fingers crossed, I get everything and there are no more issues. When talking to customer services and after explaining that my time is valuable and I do not appreciate waiting for something for a 3 hour window to then realize that it is the wrong thing, or it is broken, or missing pieces, I never heard an "we are sorry" or "we understand it is frustrating", absolutly nothing. All they did was to transfer me from one department to another until they have me no more option than wait for that third day. They said they do not having any type of policy for "damage control" or anything like that and as I mentioned before there is still the possibility I will not get my furniture because they do not check the boxes before leaving the warehouse. It is dissapointing that such an excellent in-store experience was overshadowed by the poor handling and organization of the delivery part. I would recommend they look into this and how they can check the product and make sure it is the correct order and there are no issues even before leaving the warehouse so they do not waste their time or the customers time.

Disappointed in the customer service at this location. I love Ashley’s furniture and it was my second time coming back to this location to look for a storage cabinet/furniture. The minute I walked in with my family , an older lady at the front greeted us. We explained what we were looking for and instead of making an effort to see what options she had available she told us to go to Home Depot or IKEA. We had a furniture in mind and wanted to look around but she kept insisting that we wouldn’t find anything at the store. She literally didn’t want our business. This location should be observing her customer skills. She obviously needs training.

The worst customer service once they have your money or commitment to an order. We ordered a recliner love seat back in Dec. 10,2023. They stated it was in back order until mid January, we did not think it was too bad, so we purchased and waited. When i called for a status they said now it was in back order until 1st week of February. I just got off the phone now for a status and its in back order now until March 15- 24.. so not even a specific date of when the love seat will arrive. However i have already made two payments for merchandise i don't even have or can enjoy. What type of business are these people running. Why are you selling items that you do not have in stock or can provide within a reasonable time frame. I am very disappointed and can not cancel because i sold my old sofa thinking i would have it within the 1st time frame they provided. MY ERROR! i am not saying not to shop here, just make sure when you do that they either have it in stock or make sure to confirm you will not have to pay for the merchandise until you received it!

I just had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture and their delivery. I give it a two because my actual sofa is nice and what I expected. But the customer service was awful. When I purchased the sofa, my sales person did not properly explain their standard delivery system now. As I later understood, it meant leave your wrapped sofa without you inspecting it on your driveway!! How can this be the new way for Ashley Furniture. I have bought many pieces before and yes they have delivery fees but to expect for my sofa to be just left wrapped outside my house is not acceptable. You aren’t given a chance to inspect it. After a futile conversation with customer service, I learned that no matter what the condition of my sofa I would not be able to return it. I accept it because it was left on my driveway. Like I mentioned, it was ok but this poor system should not be place. Please be aware of their new policies and the customer service that is now provided by Ashley Furniture.
