Four months ago my wife and myself went there to buy a mattress, after we decide to buy we told the manager Gordy Avila, that we came from Room to go and they were giving to us 60 months without interest and then after he did some call he decide to give us the same 60 months without interest. So we bought the mattress and we ask again about the interest free for 60 months, and they yes is ok,fisrt month came in to make a payment and we notice that 55 dollars were charge on my account for interest, we call them and we speak with Reiner Rodriguez and he told us to wait the next month, we wait next month and the same 55 dollars was charge again in our account, so we went to see them in person and some lady try to resolve the problem and she told us to wait next month, we wait and problem still not done, we went again to see store manager Manny Salinas, he disappointed as manager , he does not know customer service and I told Manny I don’t want to speak to you , but we saw Manny that he was the one that told us about the 60 months without interest and we ask again what was the problem and he said that he forgot to do the papers for the interest free the same day of the purchase, but he going to call the financial company to change, after 30 minutes, he told us that is already change and I will receive a letter from the financial company about changes and the no interest and the interest already charge is going deduce from your account. As today no change were made we still we the same problem , nobody care about nothing , the only want to sales and give the customers mentiras y mas mentiras. They are lying
