Ashley Naples is open seven days a week. On Thursdays, we are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Every other day, we are open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Our showroom is about a half-mile northeast of Gateway Shoppes North Bay, on the other side of Tamiami Trail N, in the Marketplace Commons shopping center. If you’re traveling South on 41, turn left onto Old 41 Road and then take the first left (it’s right after CVS). Then, instead of turning into CVS’s parking lot, continue straight on to our store!
Finding the perfect mattress is much more about you than our inventory. What kind of sleeper are you? Do you need a very firm mattress, something super plush, or somewhere in-between? Do you share your bed and need motion isolation? Do you prefer memory foam or inner spring mattresses? Our team will walk you through all these questions to help you find the exact right mattress for your needs.

Had a great experience shopping with Lulu S. at the Naples location. I told her what I was looking for , showed her a picture of my room and she took me straight to what I needed! Love my new credenza, looks beautiful.
On November 3rd my wife and I bought a piece of furniture at the Naples store from a salesman named Joshua, who helped us. During the purchase we explained to him that we have a credit at the store, that it belongs to our daughter and that we were going to use it for the purchase of the furniture. He looked up the credit and saw that it was available, but since we did not check the invoice, it turns out that he said that everything was ready and that the only thing left was to wait for the furniture. Then we checked the invoice and saw that it had not been applied and that we had a pending balance as well as the 3-year service included, without having asked us for a cost of 216 dollars. When I called to have the service removed, it was impossible to get in touch until I posted a bad review for the service and then they called me right away and solved the problem. After seeing that the furniture was being delayed longer than expected, I decided to cancel the order and that was when I also realized that they had not applied the credit, I decided to cancel the order and they charged me $270 for restocking, I read the return policy and it says that if it is returned before receiving the furniture there is a charge of $99.99. Additionally, the furniture was supposed to be available in mid-November, but I ordered it for December 17th, and when I returned it it was not available and it said that it would probably be available by December 23rd, so I don’t understand what the restocking charge is if the company does not comply.

This time I went there, because I had some voucher that got it mailed from City Furniture, and the voucher actually was something like refund for some sort of additional protection plan that I purchased 3 years ago along with the furniture, and never had to use it, so this is definitely pretty cool feature and program! I needed something like bookshelf, or something similar for the hallway area for the amount of the voucher or something little bit more expensive, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my budget, so I was really happy with it. Kosta, my sales representative was helpful as usual, and I highly recommend him if you ever go to this store, he’ll get you the best options and prices, I’ve been working with him for 4 years now, and he never disappoints!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. One of my stools I ordered was back ordered, and during that time we moved from one home to another. I advise the salesman of the company that we had moved, but that didn’t matter. It took two months to get the replacement stool, and when it came time to deliver it, they would deliver to the wrong address. I explained to them that we were no longer at that address and we needed it to be delivered to the new address 7 miles away. This could not be handled correctly and we had to wait another two weeks for the stool. 10 phone calls later. I still did not have my stool. Finally, it arrived damage and I had to have customer service come out and fix the stool. I will never deal with Ashley furniture again.

Zachary Smith from the Naples store worked with my friend and I for two days. We had a great experience with him and are planning to go back and Work with him for other purchases. We originally had a woman following us through the store, which made me not want to purchase at all. You need to stop with assigning people and having them walk 2 feet behind you. If we didn’t run into Zach and talk to him, we would’ve just walked out of the store without purchasing anything. He is definitely an asset to the store.
Gregory in the Naples store was so helpful as we figured out furniture for a whole house. He is a keeper and we loved the options of both Ashley and City.
If you guys are doing so well financially that you can afford to miss any sale opportunities, good for you. Stopped in the other day, I was passed by several associates, not one person said a word to me, I was not on my phone and the woman I went up to for help acted as if I was a huge bother. I went elsewhere today and completely furnished my brand new place. I'm guessing I was ignored because I was in gym clothing. Sales people ran to others that walked in right after me. Perhaps if your staff saw my luxury convertible I pulled up in, things would've been different. You should be greeting everyone, not walking around with your heads down and treating EVERYONE the same. Spent A LOT of money at Rooms To Go instead. Definitely a good training opportunity for management/owners to take advantage of. Take Care
We were I. And out if there in no time and our chairs are exactly what we expected. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was that the delivery was 2 hours later than scheduled. I could track where they were but when I called they track it for me and told me another estimated time.

Excellent experience. Tony Torres cannot be beat as a sales associate! He is friendly, customer- centered and knows his product, its location in the store and the quality of every item. He follows up to make sure his customers are satisfied and contented. He arranged delivery, as well. My purchases were delivered on time by a crew of three outstanding movers who set everything up, took away the packaging and made sure I was happy.

Good furniture; horrible warranty service which is a huge scam. We were lied to by an agent about the warranty money we would get back and once we didn't receive the money after their timeline expired, they explained it was because of things that were supposed to be covered by manufacturer warranty that were defects in their furniture. Get their furniture if you like but don't be conned by the upsell on home warranty services! We lost a lot of money we were supposed to get back and didn't even use their services. *Update: thanks to the owner for the reply. We sent a note as mentioned below on Jan 23, at 9:50am. Still no reply 3 days later **Update: Jan 30, and still no reply. Looks like PR does a nice job of replying to social media or to reviews but not to the email provided after we sent all the details requested

Actually the store is combined with City Furniture & Gabriela helped me retrieve a prior order & reorder. It is confusing that i have a credit i Cannot use until June. That's hurricane season & i want to use it now ... as it's been going on 3 years for me to redeem. A substitute would suffice.

He answered all our questions and helped us decide between two styles available of the same bed frame as well as mattress. It was awful! I made a purchase and completed the paperwork and charged my credit card and then I found out that the merchandise was not available. So, the sale was cancelled and a refund was processed. However, the refund was $120 less than my original payment. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. It has been 3 days. I will never step foot into the store again.

We had a great experience at Ashley Home Store in North Naples, FL. The salesman was Cristopher Gonzalez and he greeted us at the door and was so helpful. He had a friendly but professional manner and was very knowledgeable about the inventory of the store. We purchased a coffee table and two different size end tables. After getting home we realized the larger end table wouldn't work in our space. We emailed Cristopher and he helped us immediately with updating the order to the smaller model. I would highly recommend this furniture store to family and friends.

No stars is what this place deserves. Delivered a broken mirror, offered to replace in 3 weeks as it's back ordered. Then they shipped the replacement to the wrong address and refused to deliver it to my home for another few days or a week or whenever! Absolutely 0 respect for time or customer service. The same items are available on wayfair and can be shipped within a few days don't waste your money or your time! Never shopping with them again! Unless it's a Cary out item don't trust them to deliver.

I purposely went to the store to see the product (TV stand) because I needed the wood tone to match the other pieces I have in the room. I found what I wanted, ordered it and it was delivered. Well the color of the item in the store is vastly different from what I received. I called to speak with a salesperson who couldn’t help me and was connected to Vivian in the resolutions department. She blamed the lighting in the store- seriously? Minor color differences are totally understandable but medium oak and dark wood are not close . She said nothing could be done because I had received the furniture. It’s not what I had ordered!! All I want is for them to come get the piece and refund me the total price. If you purchase anything from that store beware - you might not get what you ordered but it’s yours anyway.

this will be the last time I buy furniture from this store. I have had my sectional recliner less than a year and purchased a warranty with it, my recliner stopped working and it took them 45 days to get someone to look at it and then the technician tried to convince me he fixed it when it was still doing the same thing. I received a call later telling me that the part will take 12 weeks to get to me and then about another 45 days to get someone to fix it. they could just replace that se timbal piece like I suggested and it would be cheaper for them. very disappointed with their customer service. I have had serval issues with them having my furniture delivered as well.

My family and I stopped by Ashley/City Furniture today to look for a desk for my daughter not really anticipating to find one since we have been looking for a desk for quite a while. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large selection of desks in many styles and colors. Never buying from Ashley furniture again. Our bed is maybe two years old and the frame has broken twice now. We also had the mirror to our dresser delivered broken, (the mirror was basically swinging in the frame), we were told someone would be out to fix it and no one ever came. After MONTHS of trying to get the issue resolved, to no avail, we gave up. Now this happens. They want to charge big prices for poor quality. Never again. Buyer beware! It’s pretty, but it won’t last. Take your money elsewhere.

This review has no bearing on the salesperson I dealt with at City Furniture/Ashley, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. One out of the 3 items I purchased was taller in size compared to the rest of my living room furniture, and when I called to see if there was a chance I can return and pick a different chair, I was told about a restocking fee of $99.99. Then, I was told that offer didn’t apply due to the fact that it was already delivered. Their policy of-no refund once item is delivered-is non-negotiable! I called Customer care, and after being on hold for 35mins and was told that they would allow me to reselect, if the manager contacted them, I quickly went to the store. I was willing to pay the re-stocking fee, and take store credit if possible to pick another chair, and also buy a few wall hangings and accessories and maybe 2 lamps. After all, I do like the furniture. They had a wide selection, and combined two stores into one. The manager refused to call, and told me nothing can be done. Seriously? No wiggle room? No exceptions? Nothing? I wasn’t asking for a total refund, or planned on going elsewhere once I got my refund. Then the manager tells associate to call Customer care for me, but that I have to talk to them. Again. And after speaking to two more people, one being another manager, they refused to budge on this. They were willing to lose a customer who had planned on purchasing more items, rather than give me a store credit? I just think this is a poor business-like strategy. We’re not talking expensive, fine furniture made in Italy here. It’s affordable furniture, and they should really change their policies, otherwise they’ll go under real soon. Heck even Wayfair will do returns with no problem. So buyer beware. Once that truck arrives to your home, and once items come off that truck, you are stuck with it. I won’t go back.

I placed an order for a sofa and loveseat with sales rep Kelvin Santos. I had to go to Ft Myers City Furniture to view the furniture but out of courtesy I gave the sale to Kelvin. He told me the sofa was available for delivery today 2/24! City Furniture confirmed the delivery but stated the loveseat was back ordered. I had the room cleared for the delivery, waited for a call and then checked online. The online order stated both pieces were not available until 3/11. I called customer service, after an interminable wait, I was told both sofa and loveseat were indeed back ordered and I received a text confirming delivery based on the order submitted by Kelvin Santos who is clearly incompetent. I have a whole house to furnish but it’s too stressful to deal with City Furniture. I won’t be buying anything else.

I ordered a sectional sofa, coffee table and end table on August 22, 2021 and was told it should all be in around October 14th. October 14th came and went with no furniture. Finally received a part of sectional sofa sometime in October and other parts in November. Was told at that time that the coffee table and end table would be in the end of December,the beginning of January. They did not come in then,nor did I hear from Ashley. Finally,on 1/3/22, I received an email stating that the coffee table was in. I set up a delivery date for Friday February 4th. I had to take the day off from work to be home for delivery. Got confirmation of delivery window time… and then an hour before delivery time I received a text confirming the delivery time but it also stated that the coffee table was not in and is on back order until 3/10-3/24. The end table is on back order until April sometime. So not only did I miss a day of work but no coffee table and no explanation. It is quite upsetting.. I went into the store to see if they knew what was going on but they had no explanation of what happened. So disappointed!

I purchased sectional sofa, coffee and end tables and accent chair in Aug. 2021. Received the chair in Oct. Tables and 1/2 the sofa in Dec. And the rest of the sofa in Feb. If you call customer service they don't answer even after 2 hrs. 37 min and 19 sec. Follow the prompts and have them call you. I have always purchased from Ashley in other states but since moving to Florida it is the last time. In addition to the long wait for sporadic delivery, I was told everything would be delivered by Oct. 14th. Covid is no excuse when you commit to a 2 month delivery and you take 5 months. Well they responded and told me to email them so I did. Then they called me and basically told me that the caller was only responsible for her customer service and not the company and they aren't responsible for delays in delivery. This just went from bad to worse.

I have been a loyal Ashley Customer for years. Spend thousands of dollars on multiple bedrooms sets, couches, tables etc. I bought a replacement night stand (Porter Collection) and it was delivered damaged. I called and sent pictures. The nightstand was clearly damaged prior to being boxed since there was no damage to the box. The representative stated she couldn't help me and transferred me to the delivery company. The delivery company offered me $100 and told me to take it or leave it. So I will just call AMEX and have them deal with it. I have also purchased furniture from Kane's. I will be going there permanently and will never consider Ashley as an option.

Carolina did an excellent job in helping me pick out furniture. It was extremely difficult choosing items that I wanted to purchase . A lot of the items chosen were on back orders, and will not be available until March and June. I did not want to wait that long. I purchased a dining room set and buffet server, Cocktail tables. 2 bedroom sets. A credenza and a mattress foundation. Choosing the items mentioned was time consuming. Carolina made it possible and I’m so happy with her thoughtfulness and caring helping me find these items. There was a mirror that I also wanted of which there were multiple on the floor but management was not accommodating and would not allow me to purchase because more mirrors were coming in February. Very disappointed about that, almost cost them all my business. Caroline made it bearable.

This delivery experience was horrific. No one is picking up the phone to correct this. The box spring itself was of good quality and we are grateful to finally have a good night sleep but the delivery driver was extremely rude. We had to leave work two hours early to accommodate the driver drop off time. Was originally scheduled 2-5pm but he showed up at noon, he didn't even make eye contact and flung our purchase two feet from inside the entry. We paid extra to have Ashley furniture set it up, I know it sounds lazy but with a million things extra to do we are willing to pay more to have someone else set it up. Otherwise why wouldwe pay someone extra to do this? What is even the point? He literally opened the door, walked two inches and placed it down. We have called a few times to getour money back, but no response and this is four hours before the closing time. I don't understand why no one is picking up the phone. This driver is incredibly lazy and lacks the basic social skills to appease the every day customer. With businesses struggling everywhere, what's the point of supporting a company like this? I would rather go to a small business who supports the local community. I understand companies get bad employees from time to time but at least answer the phone to correct the fact that your customer feltmoney wasted by a lazy employee who couldn't bother to do his job that he was paid to do.

Before you buy from them make sure you find out about the warranty. They want to tell you the furniture is covered under The one year warranty but then they want to tell you you’ll have fees for them to come out. they give you the runaround I actually decided not to purchase my dining room set because nobody could give a straight answer on what they charge or what they will not charge under warranty.

My order and delivery experience were wonderful, especially relocated from out of state. The furniture is so comfortable. I shop quite often at Ashley. Today I walked in with three bar stools in mind that I wanted to buy. Scott helped me with the purchase and I was out within 15 minutes. It was fast, it was efficient and I was able to sit on one of the stools as we conducted our transaction. The bar stools were exactly what I was looking for, but to have great customer service every time is another reason I shop at Ashley’s.

It was the worst shopping experience in my entire life in America! I thought this does not happen in America! We bought chairs in the store, the seller did not warn about the most important thing - that the goods cannot be returned! The seller forged my signature on the document, which says that we are familiar with the conditions of non-return of goods and at the same time accused us of deception, that this is not true! I have never met such a boorish attitude towards a customer in any store! I think if the buyer has not faced such a situation himself, then no one will be able to believe that this could be, but it's true! And the senior seller is Erka Spaho, this is a very poorly educated person with a boorish attitude who accused me of lying! never recommend having a shopping experience in this store!

Horrible experience, paid for premium delivery which included inspecting items upon delivery that was not done. All dresser drawers on left side of dresser are off track. Terrible customer service, will never shop there or City Furniture again.

We purchased a chair from this store, and then they never even set it up. They literally told us the chair was broken, when you just had to show us how to set up. On top of that, when we told them we had a broken chair, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND. BE WARNED, NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, they WILL NOT REFUND YOU your money. If you are unsatisfied or your furniture is defective, YOU ARE STUCK WITH it. They even refused to pick up the furniture. There are plenty of other furniture stores, make sure you have the opportunity to return in case something goes wrong.
They had everything we wanted for our new home. We purchased a kitchen/ dining room table, 8 chairs, a desk, chair, light and bookcase. Above all is the service we received by Herbans Paul. He answered all our questions which were many, and made our purchase a lot easier. A true asset to your company. Great experience..Thank you!

Bonita Springs FL - I was there for at least 20 minutes and not one salesperson asked if they could help me. I was shopping for accessories and finally picked them up and carried them to a desk. Two people were on the phone. Then a salesperson walked up and helped me. Her name was Sonia Castellana. She even helped them me carry them to my car because they had no paper or bags.

At first there was no one available for assistance but after I came across an employee that was setting up a displayed she called for assistance. After a 10 minute wait she approached me again and called for assistance and right away was assisted. Sales person was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely come back.
The store appears to operate normally, requires wearing masks for entry. A huge showroom, pleasant atmosphere, with large selection of furniture had just the table for which were looking. The salesman Armand was very helpful and friendly and we bought the table for delivery a few days later. Excellent buying experience, we will shop here again, recommend this store and Ashley Furniture.

Ordered some furniture sales person was nice seemed helpful. When some of the furniture was delivered we found out the ned is back ordered over a month. That was our most important item. Footboard on bed was broken. We called sales guy no call back, did chat said they would help dis not, called sales guy no call back. 5 days later got a delivery couch was wrong color. Delivery guy said this happens all the time also proceeded to tell my wife he is sick today. Could be Covid hope not. Cant believe a big company like Ashley Furniture would send a delivery person with Covid. Maybe my sales guy has Covid reason he is not in.

I was informed that out of stock items online may not be consistent with what is in the store, I was able to order what I needed directly from the store over the phone with free delivery! We took the earliest available delivery date because furniture has a much longer delivery window due to COVID-19. I understood this, and had to take the day off work to get the earlier delivery date. However, if you give a customer a 3 hour delivery window I expect you to be able to meet it, or give me a call at the very least if you cannot. That&'s not how Ashley does business. Went to the Naples Ashley Home store to look for a nightstand that I had seen on their website. Patricia took me around to the different bedroom sets and I saw the table. After deciding to get it, she told me that I could pay for it right there and that they would deliver it (I was in a rush, plus I'm putting it together) next Tuesday. If you want to pay extra, they have White Glove service, but I was being cheap. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Awesome!

Once I purchased my $3000 couch they delivered the wrong middle piece 2 days in a row. Worked out a $200 store credit for them to even keep my business. I was ready for them to send the whole thing back due to the horrible experience. I kept the couch and received a store credit that expired 2 months later. Why should it expire in the first place? I Called this exact location to see if they would honor the store credit even though it was expired. They looked up my account and said yes!! Come in!! So I eventually came into the store and they said they can’t honor the store credit. I then explained the horrible experience and told them that it should never have expired and that They told me to come in and would honor it. He tells me that he will give me a discount, but don’t think you will pick out a $200 item in this store and get the item for free with your 200 voucher. So now we are playing sales guy and numbers with my voucher that I received because your company messed up a simple piece 2 days in a row. He acted like he was better than me and my miserable excuse of a store credit. Don’t get me stared on the A** kisser “wrinkles“ of a sales person. She teamed with the manager to show me $900 tv stands and said if you want your 200 off it’s going to have to be a big purchase.it took me everything I had not to bring the whole couch down to their front door and leave it set. I don’t even want to sit on or own your product any longer. I made sure to clarify that next time I go to purchase a even better couch!! That it would not be from this sad a** excuse of a company!!! Go far left from this location folks!

If I could give it 0 stars I would have! Waited 5 hrs fir a mattress delivery, never came. After 45 mins on hold I got a hold of the mgr and she said my order was back ordered! So guess I wasted 5 hrs, thanks for the heads up and I cant wait to sleep on the floor again!

I am very very disappointed with Ashley’s. I found an awesome tv stand there that I fell in love with. Due to Covid we had to pick things out based on what was available. In stock. Which we knew so we double checked that what I fell in love with would be available to us on the date we needed. We were told it was. I was ecstatic. Come to find out we get a call 2 days before our delivery date saying “sorry we made a mistake, we can’t deliver it to you til a month later” OOPS! I was not happy. People at Ashley’s do not put forth too much effort to make their customers happy. Which is odd due to the fact that they work based off commission. Too bad. Better luck next time guys

We purchased a recliner from Ashley Furniture. I swore I would never shop in City Furniture again not knowing they were affiliated. The young woman who helped us Stephanie was excellent. We wanted something smaller and they were the only one that had what we wanted. So against my better judgement we bought it. Delivery today was flawless. I am happy to say it was an easy pleasant experience. If this is the new attitude for City/Ashley I am on board. So far so good.

I am so disappointed in this store! I recently purchased a bed and sectional from this store and have had nothing but issues. It was difficult to get financing and my credit score is sky high... then someone cancelled my entire order and nobody called to tell me this... I found out on the day everything was supposed to be delivered. I had already donated my bed and couch so I slept on the floor for several nights. I finally received my furniture and I guess they gave away half of my sectional since there was only like 1 left? I am still waiting on the other half of my sectional. The manager only reimbursed me $200 for my inconvenience and said legally that is all she can return to me since I received a discount on my couch. Really?????? This has been the worst experience ever and I am so disappointed. I still don't know where the other half of my sectional is and I am taking this to corporate. They should appreciate my business more due to Covid and I know they are not selling like they normally do. I hope someone from Ashley is reading this and please work on your customer service! If I don't get the other half of my sectional then I will just return everything and go somewhere else.

I purchased a living room set a year and a half ago. We had issues with the condition of the furniture when it was delivered. Our delivery people were really good and took it back without issue. My issue is with our salesperson Lillian. She said it was worth the extra money for a service plan as we could call and have the furniture cleaned yearly. Wrong. I just tried to have this scheduled and was told no it doesn't work that way and they apologized for the salespersons misinformation. The furniture is fine but wish I would have saved the over 2 hundred on service plan.

That's when we were told that the dining room table that we ordered was no longer available and had been discontinued. No one had contacted us to let us know. I asked about the floor model and was told that it had already been sold. We had a deposit on the furniture but they sold it to someone else because our invoice hadn't been paid in full even though we were never notified or given option in regards to the discontinued table. We ended in the attached City store and picked out a more expensive dining room table. We kept our original order for chairs, a bench and four bar stools and other items. The purchases were made between January and March and was put in storage until our home was finished being built, the furniture was delivered on March 4th 2020. The four bar stools that we purchased for our kitchen island started loosing screws and one of the cross slats actually came out after only two months of very light use by me and my wife. When I called customer service I was told that someone would come out for the repair but I would have to pay the contractor $50 for a transportation fee. The customer service representative was insistent that I would have to pay to have the repair. After first refusing to pay the transportation fee I finally agreed after I was told "he wasn't playing games and wouldn't send someone if I wasn't gone to pay". I spent an hour with a friend and we took every stool apart and put longer screws in all four stools because tbe screws that were there only had a 1/8 inch grab, we replaced all thirty two 1 inch screws with 1 1/2 inch screws. It appears to have fixed the problem. . The idea that I was going to be charged $50 for someone to come and fix a problem caused by the assembler who used the wrong screws is reprehensible. I am done with Ashley and City for that reason. A friend of mine was shoping for new leather sectional this weekend and when I told him the story both stores were taken off his shopping list. We literally spent thousands with Ashley and City for new furniture for our new home and they have a policy of us paying the repairman $50 for a transportation fee that they should cover on furniture two months old, it's a disgrace. I contacted a manager of the Naples store who stated she didn't have the authority to waive the fee but would look into it and have someone contact me, I received an email requesting photos, invoice numbers etc, when I originally called, the information requested was looked up by the customer service representative and was readily available. A picture was also sent. I answered with a similar email of the contents of this post. Never again will I buy anything from Ashley or City Furniture. Bad bad business.

A friend of mine was shoping for new leather sectional this weekend and when I told him the story both stores were taken off his shopping list.We literally spent thousands with Ashley and City for new furniture for our new home and they have a policy of us paying the repairman $50 for a transportation fee that they should cover on furniture two months old, it&'s a disgrace. I contacted a manager of the Naples store who stated she didn&'t have the authority to waive the fee but would look into it and have someone contact me, I received an email requesting photos, invoice numbers etc, when I originally called, the information requested was looked up by the customer service representative and was readily available. A picture was also sent. I answered with a similar email of the contents of this post.Never again will I buy anything from Ashley or City Furniture. Bad bad business.
The first problem we had is when we went to pay off our invoice because we would be moving into our new home in a few days. That's when we were told that the dining room table that we ordered was no longer available and had been discontinued. No one had contacted us to let us know. I asked about the floor model and was told that it had already been sold. We had a deposit on the furniture but they sold it to someone else because our invoice hadn't been paid in full even though we were never notified or given option in regards to the discontinued table. We ended in the attached City store and picked out a more expensive dining room table. We kept our original order for chairs, a bench and four bar stools and other items.The purchases were made between January and March and was put in storage until our home was finished being built, the furniture was delivered on March 4th 2020. The four bar stools that we purchased for our kitchen island started loosing screws and one of the cross slats actually came out after only two months of very light use by me and my wife.When I called customer service I was told that someone would come out for the repair but I would have to pay the contractor $50 for a transportation fee.The customer service representative was insistent that I would have to pay to have the repair. After first refusing to pay the transportation fee I finally agreed after I was told "he wasn't playing games and wouldn't send someone if I wasn't gone to pay".I spent an hour with a friend and we took every stool apart and put longer screws in all four stools because tbe screws that were there only had a 1/8 inch grab, we replaced all thirty two 1 inch screws with 1 1/2 inch screws. It appears to have fixed the problem..The idea that I was going to be charged $50 for someone to come and fix a problem caused by the assembler who used the wrong screws is reprehensible. I am done with Ashley and City for that reason. They have very very poor responses I emailed 3 times I called and waited for 3 hours again other 2 hours. I was frustrated with their service. They sent me poor quality furnitures. I will never want to buy anything from this store again. They have very poor customer services. I waited and waited for their response for a month it&'s no joking

We decided to purchase a new dining room table and chairs so we went to the Ashley HomeStore on Monday. After being shown the many options they had, we made our selection. It was delivered today and everything is perfect. The delivery ws on time and efficiently done. We would definitely recommend Ashley HomeStore if you are looking for furniture.
My mom ordered the Johnelle Dining Table and chairs on April 15, 20 and her credit card was charged for an additional table purchase that was not wanted. When my mom finally got a hold of someone in customer service after trying since the day it was purchased the rep told my mom that "the credit card would not be charged and the extra table would be canceled and someone would contact her within 48 to confirm on these cancellations and credit reimbursement on the card" she has yet to hear back from anyone and has spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get through via text, phone, chat, email and she cannot get a hold of anyone. Nobody will return calls to fix this. On top of this she has been wanting to exchange the original table she wanted because it has a defect. That is why I am writing yelp to try any avenue to get a hold of management to fix this and help me. I don't know what else to do at this point and this was such an expensive purchase I need this fixed ASAP. Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow

We stopped in at Ashley HomeStore this morning and Sonia met us at the door asking if we are having a great day and what she could help us with. We let her know we had just purchased a new home and needed to furnish it entirely and with her help, knowledge, and expertise we had an amazing shopping experienced and were able to furnish our homes with the most beautiful décor. She spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and making sure the purchases we were about to make fit into our plan. We also needed to purchase a king size mattress and she was very knowledgeable in knowing what would suit our needs best by asking important questions. Overall it was a wonderful shopping experience and cannot wait to see the furniture in our new home.
Today my husband went to Ashley Furniture to finalize our furniture deal for delivery to our new home. At this time he was informed our dining table we ordered several months ago had been discontinued. Mind you we had a deposit on this furniture and we also visited the store frequently and our sales person never told us it was being discontinued. We didn't even receive a phone call. How hard would that be to do. Settling on new house in 10 days and have no table. Now must shop again but never again at Ashley Furniture. Bad business at Ashley Furniture.
It was a couple weeks ahead of my moving date and I figured I’d go find a bed and a bedroom set for my new apartment. Alex, my salesman did a great job but unfortunately as soon as I left the store my customer service experience went from exciting to pitiful. My moving day arrived and i saw the truck as they started unloading my bedroom set. Once they were done I was waiting for them to unload my mattress. When the delivery man said there’s nothing else In the truck, I called the store I had bought everything from. The first story I’m told is that the salesman went on medical leave a week ago and so that took me off the reservation list. And they tell me THEN that I won’t be getting my mattress for another week- I ask for a loaner bed and they say “oh I can give you a bed in a box but you have to go pick it up since we don’t have any guys to bring it to you.” The “manager” Kevin had told me that they load the truck up the night before and thats when they realized my delivery wasn’t on the truck but it would definitely be delivered next week. week goes by and I get a call not from Kevin but from his sales representative because he’s too coward to deal with issues, while I’m at work to tell me it won’t be there for another four days because it’s been on back order. For me - being in retail- what kind of business checks a big order full of big pieces of furniture the night before the order ships out? Then the lady proceeded to say that there’s priority on the list so I’ve been suddenly taken off. So now my stories changed three or four times. I ended up just getting it from another store who told me I’d been way overcharged and that I should not have been treated the way I did. Bottom line: Ashley’s furniture shouldn’t make a sales if they don’t have the product in the back- just because they get commission, nor should they make up ridiculous excuses for their issues and they shouldn’t have their customers deal with people who are afraid to take responsibility for their faults. Don’t go to Ashley furniture.

Nice homestore with lots of choices as we just bought a home in Naples! Service was thorough and we walked out with many items .....and will need to go back again after we move in later this year!!!
Sonia was extremely helpful. The power recliner couch I wanted was not available in stores and she showed us comparable couches. As we were discussing what we needed she showed us power lift chairs that worked much better for my husband. We bought 2 chairs.

I walked into this Ashley on the way up to visit my brothers. I figured &"hey! I&'m moving soon, I saw some of their stuff online, let me go see it in person before I order.&" It was in the afternoon after a full day & here I am looking forward to sitting on what could potentially be a sofa I have in my new home. I walked in, there was I want to say 5-6 people standing behind/around a desk near the front. No one greeted me. Not a single person. Not one. Where am I?? This did bother me but I ignored that & walked in, looked around. 1/2 way into the store a sales associate that was helping someone else finally greets me. She asked me if I needed help and I let her know what I was looking for. I let her know that I had seen a sectional online and I wanted to see what it felt like to sit on it. I showed her the sofa on my phone and she said they didn&'t have that model but she would show me a similar model. She explains Ashley furniture was owned by City Furniture and they only keep about 100 Ashley pieces in the store. She said she could show me similar models but if I wanted the one that I saw online I would have to order directly online. When I showed her a bed I was looking for she said they had one similar, I didn&'t agree that it was at all similar. Then she told me to look around and let her know. I don&'t expect her or anyone else to hold my hand as I look around but I also don&'t expect to feel like I am a bother or a small child told to go away and play with something else. Granted, she was helping someone else but if the issue is she couldn&'t help me maybe she should&'ve or could have found someone that would have been able to. I mean, there were a bunch of people standing around not helping anyone from the looks of it. She came back to check on me & when I made a comment about walking over to the City Furniture section she says &"it&'s a lot more expensive on that side & it isn&'t at all the same.&" I was confused by this comment & didn&'t even know what she meant by that. I drove 24 miles north to American Signature & walked out with a sofa sleeper sectional, an ottoman & an art piece. I wonder how long Ashley can maintain overhead on such a big location with staff like that. I later called to talk to a manager, a gatekeeper asked if she could help & when I let he know I just wanted to speak to the manager she put me on hold, she came back to the line & all of a sudden said he wasn&'t there, but she had just told me he was. She then says she&'s the manager & can help. I ask if she&'s the manager or shift supervisor. She said she&'s the supervisor & I ask to have the manager, Kevin Owen return my call. Here we are, a week later & I am still waiting. I would not recommend you walk into this Ashley location. Unless you&'re ready to not be greeted, feel like you&'re a burden or maybe even a little judged. Just one suggestion to the sales team, Sales 101: never shop with the money in your pocket or what you think you would or wouldn&'t buy.

Well I thought that the Ashley Furniture is reputed company but it’s proved me wrong when I bought my dining sets from them. Poor product quality , bad service and rude delivery folks ...overall horrible. Horrible quality , scratches and damages and fulfilled by City Furniture so first time we didn’t accept. They came second time and the quality is definitely so so and they charged premium delivery and setup charge but only setup my dining table and guess what !! All chairs are setup by me even though I paid delivery and setup fees. I am not buying from them so would not recommend to buy from them as well.

Sonia Castellana is an excellent sales associate!! She knows her products and explains the details to finalize the sale very well. All our questions and concerns were answered fully. She helped us find a coffee table that fits our needs perfectly. She's a good listener. We originally had three or four stores we were going to check, but found it all at Ashley!! This is not our first experience at Ashley, and we have always walked away as happy customers.

I spent $600 on my new bed frame, and everything after buying it went downhill until almost two months later when I reached out to the online team. The bed wasn’t put together properly, and had a crack almost completely up one leg. I called customer service and even talked to a supervisor for an hour and a half and nothing was fixed. When I posted my experience on FB I finally got someone great to reach out to me to fix most of the problems. Overall it was a hassle and the worst furniture buying experience I’ve personally had.

We had purchased a bed frame and were happy with the product.During delivery and set up , the technician broke a ceiling fan blade , accidentally and no one was injured. The technician contacted customer service and they offered $50 for repairs on the fan blade.We searched for replacement parts only to find th fan was discontinued. I contacted Ashley Furniture customer service that a comparable replacement fan was $90.00 and requested an increase to cover the cost, I was informed without the original receipt of the broken fan that would not be possible I again stated that the fan is 2 years old and discontinued, again no help from customer service That will be my last purchase for Ashley Furniture Poor customer relations will reflect on the company as a whole I don&'t recommend Ashley Furniture for this reason

I had an A+ experience from start to finish. Sonia quickly found a desk that was large, and had the L-shape and drawer type that I had looked all over Naples for. It's well designed, rock-solid and looks high end, with hidden outlets for computer wires.. Ordering was simple. Delivery went exactly as planned, they text the day before roughly when it'll arrive the next day, and the day of delivery they nail it down to within an hour, and are right on time. Assembly by their techs was quick, and they were good humored and polite professionals. I paid a little more for the desk than if I'd bought something similar looking but flimsier at Office Depot or at Amazon, however the solid quality is much better,and the assembly service was inexpensive and well worth it to have it set up. Did you know that Office Depot just delivers the heavy package to your door, and doesn't even put it in your house? Do you know what a pain it can be to assemble a desk or other piece of furniture, even if you're fairly handy? When I learned those things, it was game over for OD and Amazon, and Game On for Ashley Homestore.
Alex was a tremendous help . I’ve been SUPER stressed about ordering furniture and getting it here by the time family comes into town for Christmas . So only 19 days ! He helped me narrow down what I wanted and get it shipped on time without worry . AND.. super nice genuine guy who helped me without any pressure whatsoever . Very pleased and will be coming back to Ashley to order much more .

Awful customer service. My 86 year old parents recently transitioned to independent living and needed to purchase an entire new apartment worth of furniture. They returned to Ashley/City furniture as they had purchased furniture from them in the past (long time customers). The bedroom set came damaged but quickly was replaced by an undamaged set. All seems good, right? Well the problem came when my parents returned to the store (without me) and decided to purchase an outdoor lanai table and 2 chairs. The table is so wobbly and unsteady that I am afraid of it&'s safety for my parents. They cannot rely on leaning on the table while getting up from the chair and if they lean on it, they will surely fall. I called and explained the situation with a manager (Reginald). Reginalds only solution was to send a repairman out to &'fix&' it. I tried to explain that it is very cheaply made and that there is no fixing the fact that the base is too flimsy to support the top. We went round and round for a while but Reginald refused to budge and my parents are now stuck with and unsafe table. I have never seen such poor business practice. They have completely lost any future business from my entire family and friends and have set themselves up for a potential lawsuit. All over a $600 item. Doesn&'t make sense from a business perspective. SMH

The store in Naples had a great clean layout. My sales agent Brian Chancy and his manager couldn’t be any nicer. I found what I needed the most: counter stools, dining room and wonderful customer service. I’ll go back for other things. My apologies for keeping the store opened past 10:00pm.
The one star is for my sales person, MaryLou. If I could have done zero stars, I would have. I purchased a dining set, living room set and bedroom set for my new condo and she helped me every step of the way. Unfortunately, when my furniture was delivered on September 24th, I found that some of the dining chairs did not have floor protectors. The delivery person called Customer Care to let them know and I also spoke with them. They assured me that they would be delivered to me within 5-6 business days. When I didn't receive them by the following week and a half, I reached out to the store and was told they would look into it. It is now over 3 weeks later and the store Manager, Josh, called me today, October 17th, to tell me they ordered them yesterday and it will be 5-6 business days and if I don't get them, to call him!!! I asked if there was anything else they could do as I was having guests over and am unable to use my NEW furniture. He said there is nothing he can do. He claims there is no record of their driver and my discussion with customer care of September 24th. His attitude towards me was "too bad" Very frustrated with their poor followup.

Best experience I have ever had in any retail location. I worked with Alex (sales associate). Alex was friendly knowledgeable and kind. He discover other furnishing needs that my family and I had and offered several pieces as options and explain the diferente payment options we had. Alex was patient with their financing partner company (Progressive) when they had technical difficulties. He ensure all of our furniture was delivered next day by searching for pieces that where available at their warehouse. I will definitely refer friends and family to visit Ashley's Furniture Home Store in Naples do to their amazing team work and their management involvement and last but not least ALEX.

Update 3: After months of back and forth, phone calls, emails and having to explain my situation to several different people, the saga has ended. The replacement piece of furniture was finally delivered today. I've raised my review rating up to two stars and still contend that you could do better than Ashley Furniture or City Furniture. Caveat: I credit the Yelp app and community for shining a light on my dilemma. The media outreach specialist for City Furniture read my reviews and reached out to me to help me finally get things corrected.
I just called this store to get help with a discrepancy on my bill and this very rude !!! Sales person Mary Lou Whalen over talked me the whole conversation like as if she hasn't been through a Customer Service Class !!! Never in my life will I buy anything from her in that store . I had to hang up on her because she wouldn't let me talk !!! Soo !!! Unprofessional !!! I called the fort myers store and the nicest lady by the name of Florena tried to help butt by that time the other store refunded me my money back on my account .. As soon as I pay the account off I am closing it !! I don't have time for unprofessional people !!! Clearly this store needs to work on there sales people And teach them to have more Class about how they handle there customers because that was unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Update 2: After posting my last update here on Yelp, I was contacted by a Media Outreach Specialist who tried very hard to set things right. So fast forward to today, another furniture technician from a sub contractor came to my home the last 15 minutes of my four hour window (thanks for wasting another afternoon for me). Once he arrived, it quickly became apparent that he didn't have the correct parts to cobble together the chaise chair that is the subject of this continuing saga. So, he went away and the stained chaise chair remains the same. I called customer service at City Furniture and started the entire sad story over again for yet another and new (to this story) unsuspecting employee. After telling the tale yet again, I am now being told that finally, finally . . . . . . Finally, a replacement piece of furniture has been ordered. I'll believe that when this is finally over. For now, City Furniture/Ashley Furniture still deserves a poor review until (and even maybe after) this gets resolved.

Here's an update: After seeing a reply from a representative from Ashley/City Furniture here on Yelp, I followed his suggestion and sent an email to the address provided. I still haven't heard from anyone about my concerns. And so now, City Furniture/Ashley Furniture get a 1 star rating from me and I will not be recommending them to anyone. In short, we purchased stain protection/replacement coverage for a three year period and it's worthless.
I needed the extra nightstand to my bedroom set that I bought five years previously I sent them a picture and they were able to find it and order it and deliver it to my house. Me ever going to the store great service
We purchased a coffee table and end tables from Ashley Furniture. It was a trying experience. It took three deliveries to get furniture that we could accept. Even then, we paid to have the furniture assembled and delivered and it was put together wrong! We had to correct it ourselves. Don't think we will refer them to friends and family.
The guys that delivered my furniture were so respectful and took every package/ cardboard away. I tried to help, but all they sai was we got this. Great service and so polite.

I have waited a year to submit this review because it deals with furniture and Big ticket items like furnishings require time to give an appropriate review. We used this furniture store to completely furnish our new home. We purchased furniture specifically from this store to fill almost every room of our new home. We spent thousands of dollars on new furniture and we were also sold the upholstery protection plan. At first, we were skeptical and did not want to purchase the extra coverage. However, we decided that after purchasing so much furniture it would be a good idea to have a protection plan in place to cover spills and stains. The furniture that we purchased is high-quality and we are very happy with the items that we selected. We are also pleased with the delivery service that Ashley's furniture and City furniture provided. the salesperson that we worked with was very friendly and accommodating and assisted us the entire way from start to finish as we shopped online from our previous home state. So far so good right? That is what we thought. We are still pleased with our selections that we made and we are still pleased with the furniture that was purchased. However, an accidental spill of coffee on one of our pieces prompted me to contact City furniture (Who manages the stain protection plan for Ashley's) and make a claim. The stain protection plan was good for 3 years and required me to contact City furniture directly within a 3 Day period from when the stain occurred. I contacted City furniture the same day the accident occurred and they set up a local person to come to my home examine the stain and try to clean it. The person that contacted me could barely speak English and he set a date that was 2 weeks from the day that the stain occurred. In my opinion, no one in their right mind dealing with upholstery and stains would wait 2 weeks to try to clean out a coffee stain. However, I had to follow protocol for the warranty service. The person that came to my home to clean the coffee stain brought in a spray bottle and a rag and that was it. The stain was reported to be a large one and I fully expected a steam cleaner to come in and try to clean the stain. however, that was not the case and after a grand total of 15 minutes in my home, the person who was contracted to clean my furniture instructed me to let the upholstery dry and he left. I heard absolutely nothing from City furniture. So I contacted them 3 days later and inquired as to the status of my furniture because the stain was still present. City furniture Representatives informed me that they had not yet heard back from this cleaning professional and that I had to wait for his report. Again I waited several more days and call them back at City furniture and asked for a status. I was placed on hold while a call was made to the cleaning professional and then I was told that the cleaning professional claimed the stain have been removed. I informed City furniture that this was false and that I was unhappy with the attempt to clean the furniture and I wanted the entire piece replaced as per the warranty. The person that I was working with over the phone would not listen to my concerns and instead shipped pieces of furniture like an arm and a cushion cover to my home without notice a week later. I am curious as to how I was supposed to construct this piece of furniture on my own using a cloth arm and by replacing the cushion cover myself? in my opinion that is not good warranty service and is simply laziness on their part. So we have simply settled for replacing the cushion and we are now dealing with a piece of furniture that is not complete do to a stain. We have not been made whole by this warranty. My recommendation is simple for you. proceed with caution when dealing with this company especially with warranty service. In business, it is not always the product that you deliver that gets your customer back it is more than likely the follow up and customer service dealing with warranty issues that promotes loyalty and return business. In my opinion we were sold a warranty service that is not only inadequate but not properly monitored by managers to ensure that customers are satisfied. The person that City furniture hired to come to our home to clean our upholstery on the furniture was nothing less than a hack and a charlatan. He had no business in any type of cleaning service whatsoever and he was also untruthful with City furniture regarding his attempt to clean our upholstered piece and the results. I would not recommend doing business with either Ashley furniture or City furniture again and in the future we will seek another source for our home furnishings. And this is a shame after spending thousands of dollars to furnish our home.

We just got a sectional couch delivered yesterday. I had to keep my two young kids in the kitchen while they came in and put everything together in my living room. When I came out when they were finishing up- THEY HAD NO SHOE PROTECTION ON!! I thought this was a standard practice at any delivery place especially when the home is carpeted. We do not wear shoes in our own home! The sales person spoke of these delivery men as God&'s when he was describing them. &"They wear booties and set everything up and clean up after themselves.&" While trying to sell us the delivery. When they left, they left trash all over my living room for me to go through and clean up. Small pieces of plastic and plastic bags. This really frustrated me because I have two small children who put everything in their mouth&'s! Also a paper instruction just left laying on my floor. They didn&'t even fix my door mat that they curled up when they came in. That&'s pathetic considering we paid $149 just to have It delivered. So disappointed.

Terrible experience We bought the floor model. We were satisfied with our purchase. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to pick it up and no one answered the phone. We called numerous times and still no answer. We finally went up there and it was still sitting in the showroom. No one had brought it to the warehouse. My husband,son and son in law had to carry it off the showroom floor. When my husband told the sales representative he hoped he didn't break anything trying to get it out of there, she said "I don't care if you do. I just a sales representative." Never again will I buy anything there.

The worst experience I ever had with buying furniture. The items didn't come twice on the scheduled days of delivery. I took off work and they didn't even know what happened. They made me feel it was my fault as well. I will never buy a single item from this company.

We worked with Angel Q. to help furnish my son's first apartment. He gave me his contact number so I could easily text him as we had to do a lot of measuring to see what fit. It made it easy to handle lots of questions. He was so kind to help us split the invoice to accommodate to different deliveries as we weren't sure if everything was going to work. I bugged him a hundred times at least and he was always so gracious and understanding. He went the extra mile above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with all of our purchases and helped to explain the stain care program that if we don't use it we get a credit after three years to buy something else. I highly recommend working with him. We love Ashley furniture!!!
Worst experience. We bought a bed because we were told it could be delivered quickly. We paid for assembly. They delivered everything on Jan 31 except the side rails! Useless! We were promised the rails would be delivered the following Monday Feb 04 and they would waive the assembly fee. Saturday I receive a call that the rails were on backorder and they can't deliver and assemble the bed until Feb 08! I cancelled the order and was told they won't come out until Feb 06 to pick up their merchandise. Manager did nothing to try and help. Nice salesman, though. Don't believe the delivery dates. UPDATE: Their idea of “looking into things” took the form of doing nothing and telling me I had to go back to the store for a receipt of what I ended up with. A form response with absolutely no action behind it. Seriously, save yourselves the hassle and frustration. Cheap furniture is available in many other places. Skip Ashley and it’s sister brands.

We purchased a sofa in October 2018. Within 3 months it is breaking down. When I inquired about the 1 year manufacturers warranty, I was told I would have submit photos, paperwork AND IT WOULD COST ME $120 to file a claim. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was told if I had purchased the Ashley Furniture $40 warranty at time of purchase, it would have avoided the fees. Never told the $120 fee could be avoided at time of purchase. And I do not believe anything they say, even about the $40 warranty. The store manager said there was nothing she can do. Well, there is something I can do. After spending a grand there in the past couple years, NO MORE EVER. TAKE A HIKE ASHLEY AND CITY FURNITURE.

Without a doubt I award full credit to my sales person, Angel Quintero. I needed to furnish a living room, and bedroom due to the hurricane damages. What should have been a fun adventure was disheartening till I came to Ashley and Angel. I had visited all the major stores in Naples and the bedroom sets i admired all came with foot boards side rails. My condo is unable to accommodate all that on the wall I wanted it to be on. EVERYONE said SORRY that’s how it comes, can’t break up a set “ Buy the set and use what you want “ !😡 At almost 70 years old this was not what I wanted. Angel made me feel so welcome and said you show me what you like and we will do everything possible to make it work for you and make you Happy doing it. Well not only did it work out with the bedroom but I saw a couch and chaise that I liked and was sad to here it only came in one direction. Angel helped me invision my living room slightly different and sure enough I bought the set and a rug to boot! I left your store very happy, and stopped by the managers desk to tell her so.
