Waited a year for all the pieces of my sectional after being told it was “in stock” Told me it wasn’t in stock after they got my money. One of the leather arms was missing color.. the repair tech said he could try to paint it.. Lousy service and very poor customer service has soured me on City Furniture for good..

I really enjoyed the sales person that I worked with who greeted me and my friend the second we came in. Truly listened. That’s a big deal for me for what I was looking for. Of course it was a good salesman, but did not overdo it because I was very adamant about what I wanted, again. It was the listening that made a big difference. I had a certain budget in mine, but because of the refinance Benefitthat he spoke to me about. I went above when I was going to spend knowing that I can pay for it within the year without spending any extra money in interest. I appreciated him, showing me a variety of things when I was thinking about a table, even though I didn’t purchase one, I ended up purchasing a large ottoman instead, which he helped in measuring to make sure that it would be the right fit for what I picked out. Overall, he was an excellent sales person. Something else that seems very odd but made a big difference is he asked me if I needed everything printed, in this case I didn’t because I do a lot digitally, however, my printer recently broke and just for him to ask, made me feel good that that was an option. So I would have to say, he took care of all of the needs I had in a very short period of time. I recently lost my mom and this is the first Christmas without her and buying new furniture was a very big deal for me that I really didn’t want to do but was the next part of my process of grief and I can honestly say that he made this process very easy and comforting. So thank you guys for doing a great job.

Shopping started in Naples, FL store with Jimmy Gonzalez but purchase finished with Echo Rioux in Ft. Myers store due to product availability…both are absolutely outstanding gentlemen who went beyond to finalize my purchase of a very fairly priced couch and loveseat..thanks guys !! Go see them and shop!

Customer service is horrible. We visited this location on Saturday. None of the employees greeted us or even offered help. I ended up calling the call center and someone by the name of Juan helped me order the couch I wanted. I think they need to train their employees better.

I was met by a very professional and sweet associate, Chanel. She worked with me 2 days until we found a bedroom set and dining room set that would work for my space and decor! Chanel sent me several ideas via text, which made communication so easy. The showroom is also attached to City Furniture so you have amazing choices! The floor manager, Carolina was also very helpful, offering at home service options, delivery and assembly. Kudos to a great team!

This store has an excellent selection of good quality furniture but the staff sales person was deceitful and did not rectify my issue when he was the sales person. Then taken it yo the next level still gave me zero results. I would not purchase furniture there again.

I had excellent service from Zach and Zach only. He was the only one who even acknowledged me the whole time that I was in the store. He spoke and assisted me from the time I entered and was extremely helpful. Once I walked to the other side I had a couple of salesmen make eye contact and never tried to assist me with anything. I felt stereotyped and discriminated against because I am a black woman. There was another black woman in the same part of the store that I noticed didn’t get acknowledged either. I went to find Zach to assist me because I want the commission to go to who wants to help me. The other lady came to Zach for help while he was working with me. She shouldn’t have had to do that. When you work in sales and you see black people don’t assume they’re not coming to spend money. The only color you should be seeing is GREEN as in MONEY. Zach went above and beyond with his customer service. He even had the delivery scheduled for Sunday which is my only day off. If I ever come there again I will only be dealing with him. Thanks Again Zach!

Store was clean and staff was friendly. However we did find the layout to be a little confusing. We are used to areas being sectioned by categories such as bedrooms, living areas, dining, etc. This store had things in different areas ( bedroom sets with dining tables). Made it difficult to remember where we saw certain furniture.

This store had some beautiful stuff but me and my son went in there after moving into an apartment And yes we didn't look that great but we had been moving So we figured we needed a dining room table and maybe a couple of barstools From the moment we walked in not 1 person said hello welcome or Greeted us in any way I thought maybe they were busy but when 2 employees walked by us and said excuse us and didn't even ask us if we needed help that was when I realized I was in the wrong store even though I liked some of the stuff they had I passed a total of 7 employees and 2 on the way out not one asked us if we needed help This is very disappointing and I will never return

UPDATE: I received an email telling me that my furniture would be delivered this month. I suddenly had to change my plans again. There is absolutely NO communication between departments at this company!! The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! I ordered a piece of furniture with Lulu and set up a delivery date and time. I even altered my plans so I could be home when they deliver the furniture. On the day of scheduled delivery I got an email saying that the delivery was cancelled due to my furniture not being in stock at the warehouse!!! You would think that someone selling you a piece of furniture would know whether the item you bought is in stock or not!!! Talk about lack of communication!!! Very disappointed! Unacceptable. I would no longer shop there!!!

The prices of the items are reasonable foe someone that is purchasing furniture for a entire house But one of the returning factors for us was dealing with Joe. He is one of the friendliest sales person we have ever encountered while shopping for furniture. He clarified information about the shipping date and made it easy to pay as well. All pertinent information was emailed to me and the warranty information was explained.

This is the second time I made a purchase from City furniture and this is the second time a delivery date was not met. I don’t understand how they could sell a product and not deliver it. My advice to anyone shopping at City to reconsider their choices. Every time I would call customer service and the response was the same, it’s on back order. Never again, City furniture.

We were very very pleased how he managed a cumbersome piece of furniture without damaging the furniture, building and elevator. She did know about 7% sale & zero % interest for 36 months which I took advantage of esp since I wasn't anticipating the total cost was going to be over $3000 for my purchase of bed, mattress, & nightstand for my spare room.

This time I went there, because I had some voucher that got it mailed from City Furniture, and the voucher actually was something like refund for some sort of additional protection plan that I purchased 3 years ago along with the furniture, and never had to use it, so this is definitely pretty cool feature and program! I needed something like bookshelf, or something similar for the hallway area for the amount of the voucher or something little bit more expensive, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my budget, so I was really happy with it. Kosta, my sales representative was helpful as usual, and I highly recommend him if you ever go to this store, he’ll get you the best options and prices, I’ve been working with him for 4 years now, and he never disappoints!

New to the area- needed some guidance- found quality and affordability- with skilled and competent sales staff- I will be returning for sure- Juste was terrific!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. One of my stools I ordered was back ordered, and during that time we moved from one home to another. I advise the salesman of the company that we had moved, but that didn’t matter. It took two months to get the replacement stool, and when it came time to deliver it, they would deliver to the wrong address. I explained to them that we were no longer at that address and we needed it to be delivered to the new address 7 miles away. This could not be handled correctly and we had to wait another two weeks for the stool. 10 phone calls later. I still did not have my stool. Finally, it arrived damage and I had to have customer service come out and fix the stool. I will never deal with Ashley furniture again.

Zachary Smith from the Naples store worked with my friend and I for two days. We had a great experience with him and are planning to go back and Work with him for other purchases. We originally had a woman following us through the store, which made me not want to purchase at all. You need to stop with assigning people and having them walk 2 feet behind you. If we didn’t run into Zach and talk to him, we would’ve just walked out of the store without purchasing anything. He is definitely an asset to the store.

Gregory in the Naples store was so helpful as we figured out furniture for a whole house. He is a keeper and we loved the options of both Ashley and City.

If you guys are doing so well financially that you can afford to miss any sale opportunities, good for you. Stopped in the other day, I was passed by several associates, not one person said a word to me, I was not on my phone and the woman I went up to for help acted as if I was a huge bother. I went elsewhere today and completely furnished my brand new place. I'm guessing I was ignored because I was in gym clothing. Sales people ran to others that walked in right after me. Perhaps if your staff saw my luxury convertible I pulled up in, things would've been different. You should be greeting everyone, not walking around with your heads down and treating EVERYONE the same. Spent A LOT of money at Rooms To Go instead. Definitely a good training opportunity for management/owners to take advantage of. Take Care
