Very pleasant experience working with Laura, my sales person and the men who delivered and set up the furniture we ordered. All acted in a very professional manner.

I initially came into City Furniture to look at bedroom & living room furniture. I worked with Julia Coffman who was so knowledgeable about all the furniture collections and showed me pieces that met my needs and looked great. I asked about counter height stools and described what I was looking for. She immediately knew of one in the connected Ashley Furniture store. It was exactly what I was looking for. Loved working with Julia.

This store had some beautiful stuff but me and my son went in there after moving into an apartment And yes we didn't look that great but we had been moving So we figured we needed a dining room table and maybe a couple of barstools From the moment we walked in not 1 person said hello welcome or Greeted us in any way I thought maybe they were busy but when 2 employees walked by us and said excuse us and didn't even ask us if we needed help that was when I realized I was in the wrong store even though I liked some of the stuff they had I passed a total of 7 employees and 2 on the way out not one asked us if we needed help This is very disappointing and I will never return

Alandra helps us every time we need a new addition to our home. Friendly and knowledgeable without walking the entire floor looking. We give her an idea of what we are looking for and she goes straight to it without wasting any time. True to her word and Excellent service. Thank you Alandra for helping us. UPDATE: I received an email telling me that my furniture would be delivered this month. I suddenly had to change my plans again. There is absolutely NO communication between departments at this company!! The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! I ordered a piece of furniture with Lulu and set up a delivery date and time. I even altered my plans so I could be home when they deliver the furniture. On the day of scheduled delivery I got an email saying that the delivery was cancelled due to my furniture not being in stock at the warehouse!!! You would think that someone selling you a piece of furniture would know whether the item you bought is in stock or not!!! Talk about lack of communication!!! Very disappointed! Unacceptable. I would no longer shop there!!!

My wife and I have upgraded from a small condo to a duplex and now to a private residence. We have delt with Joe O in the Naples location. I have to say I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The furniture is very nice and made well. The prices of the items are reasonable foe someone that is purchasing furniture for a entire house But one of the returning factors for us was dealing with Joe. He is one of the friendliest sales person we have ever encountered while shopping for furniture. He is extremely knowledgeable and he takes his time dealing with us as customers until we have made our final decision. Thanks Joe!!!

I was in a hurry & needed to pick out a king sized mattress similar to one that we already have from them. I also needed it to be delivered in a little over a week. The lady who helped me was very kind, knowledgeable & efficient. She understood the assignment & went to task immediately. She found what I was looking for & was able to get it delivered by the time I needed it. I was in & out in about 20 minutes. It was a fantastic experience.

He made sure I was comfortable about my sitting on the couch and liked not only the color but the length and firmness of the cushions. He clarified information about the shipping date and made it easy to pay as well. All pertinent information was emailed to me and the warranty information was explained.

This is the second time I made a purchase from City furniture and this is the second time a delivery date was not met. I don’t understand how they could sell a product and not deliver it. My advice to anyone shopping at City to reconsider their choices. Every time I would call customer service and the response was the same, it’s on back order. Never again, City furniture.

Thus far, we are super-pleased with our sales representative and delivery. Our sales rep - Carol Aumann - was not pushy but gave us the space to explore our options without hovering over us. She pointed us in the general direction of our interests. When we needed more information, she was available and provided useful information for our final decision. She smoothly finished our transaction explaining each step of the way. The delivery went just as smooth- on time - without a hitch by a careful and cheerful delivery man. We were very very pleased how he managed a cumbersome piece of furniture without damaging the furniture, building and elevator. We hope not to have problems in repairs should we need repairs after some usage over time.

My parents just moved to the area and Lily was very kind and helpful explaining everything that Ashley Furniture was including for us and even helped them with a delivery discount since they were purchasing a large amount of furniture. I feel I paid a bit too much for the mattress though, then didn't anticipate over a $300 insurance on items as well as $79 fee for mattress in case I didn't like it. She did know about 7% sale & zero % interest for 36 months which I took advantage of esp since I wasn't anticipating the total cost was going to be over $3000 for my purchase of bed, mattress, & nightstand for my spare room.

This time I went there, because I had some voucher that got it mailed from City Furniture, and the voucher actually was something like refund for some sort of additional protection plan that I purchased 3 years ago along with the furniture, and never had to use it, so this is definitely pretty cool feature and program! I needed something like bookshelf, or something similar for the hallway area for the amount of the voucher or something little bit more expensive, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my budget, so I was really happy with it. Kosta, my sales representative was helpful as usual, and I highly recommend him if you ever go to this store, he’ll get you the best options and prices, I’ve been working with him for 4 years now, and he never disappoints!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. One of my stools I ordered was back ordered, and during that time we moved from one home to another. I advise the salesman of the company that we had moved, but that didn’t matter. It took two months to get the replacement stool, and when it came time to deliver it, they would deliver to the wrong address. I explained to them that we were no longer at that address and we needed it to be delivered to the new address 7 miles away. This could not be handled correctly and we had to wait another two weeks for the stool. 10 phone calls later. I still did not have my stool. Finally, it arrived damage and I had to have customer service come out and fix the stool. I will never deal with Ashley furniture again.

Zachary Smith from the Naples store worked with my friend and I for two days. We had a great experience with him and are planning to go back and Work with him for other purchases. We originally had a woman following us through the store, which made me not want to purchase at all. You need to stop with assigning people and having them walk 2 feet behind you. If we didn’t run into Zach and talk to him, we would’ve just walked out of the store without purchasing anything. He is definitely an asset to the store.

Gregory in the Naples store was so helpful as we figured out furniture for a whole house. He is a keeper and we loved the options of both Ashley and City.

Stopped in the other day, I was passed by several associates, not one person said a word to me, I was not on my phone and the woman I went up to for help acted as if I was a huge bother. I went elsewhere today and completely furnished my brand new place. I'm guessing I was ignored because I was in gym clothing. Sales people ran to others that walked in right after me. Perhaps if your staff saw my luxury convertible I pulled up in, things would've been different. You should be greeting everyone, not walking around with your heads down and treating EVERYONE the same. Spent A LOT of money at Rooms To Go instead. Definitely a good training opportunity for management/owners to take advantage of. Take Care

He had a friendly but professional manner and was very knowledgeable about the inventory of the store. We purchased a coffee table and two different size end tables. After getting home we realized the larger end table wouldn't work in our space. We emailed Cristopher and he helped us immediately with updating the order to the smaller model. I would highly recommend this furniture store to family and friends.

Mark Thelen at the Naples FL store is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Careful this is truly not an Ashley furniture store. If you have coupons they will not accept them and Ashley furniture corporate will not help either. This store is actually owned and operated by city furniture.. I had a very large purchase and a 20 percent off coupon that they would not accept

After having a terrible experience with a competing furniture store leaving us without any couch, we decided to go check out the Ashley store to find something. We were greeted by Gabriela who was an absolute pleasure to work with. We chose a sectional and ottoman and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Gabriela walked us through the sales process and set up the delivery dates, and even took the time to follow-up with us to remind us of the deliveries the day prior. I highly recommend shopping as Ashley for very nice quality living room sets and a low-pressure experience, definitely ask for Gabriela!

I purposely went to the store to see the product (TV stand) because I needed the wood tone to match the other pieces I have in the room. I found what I wanted, ordered it and it was delivered. Well the color of the item in the store is vastly different from what I received. I called to speak with a salesperson who couldn’t help me and was connected to Vivian in the resolutions department. She blamed the lighting in the store- seriously? Minor color differences are totally understandable but medium oak and dark wood are not close . She said nothing could be done because I had received the furniture. It’s not what I had ordered!! All I want is for them to come get the piece and refund me the total price. If you purchase anything from that store beware - you might not get what you ordered but it’s yours anyway.

Are sales representative Traylen McDuffie was excellent! We found the sofa, loveseat and ottoman we liked which was online. Treylan immediately assisted us, was courteous, and very professional. What a pleasant purchasing experience! And the price was right and the quality of the goods appear to be excellent.

This was my first purchase at Ashley. i purchased a leather sofa which i had seen online. In store price was $150 more than the online price. Clinton Crosley was my sales rep at the Naples store. He was extremely helpful and did a price match to give me the $150 discount. I was very happy with the entire experience.
