The material itself doesn’t even feel like the one in the showroom—it’s rougher, cheaper, and underneath every cushion there’s a layer of plastic that crinkles loudly with every move, shattering any sense of comfort or relaxation. Imagine sitting down to unwind, only to hear a noisy crunch beneath you. The pillows don’t fit right, either—awkward gaps in some places, uneven bulges in others—constantly reminding you that something isn’t as it should be. The moment I saw it in my living room, my gut screamed, “Return it.” But here’s the catch: once it’s delivered, you can’t return it. They’ve locked you in. When I called customer service, hoping for a solution, I was told flatly that nothing could be done. The feeling? Helpless. Trapped. Taken advantage of. If you’re considering buying a couch here, please take this as a warning: be very, very careful. What you see in the showroom may not be what you end up living with. I deeply regret this purchase and sincerely wish I had never trusted City Furniture.
