I purchased a sofa and a loveseat in November 2025. The salesperson, Amber Joyce, confirmed that both items would be delivered together. However, only one piece was delivered. After that, I was told the missing piece would arrive in January. Now, my estimated delivery date has been pushed back again to between March 22 and April 1, 2026. That’s a 4-month wait for furniture I already paid for. I contacted the store and spoke with a manager, and the only compensation offered was $50, which is completely unacceptable given the delay and inconvenience. The salesperson should have had accurate knowledge of the inventory before confirming availability. This situation reflects poor communication, misleading information, and horrible customer service. I will never shop here again and do not recommend this store to others.
