Bought bedroom set, dresser broken before delivery, second attempt they couldn't connect mirror. Harassed us for a few weeks and delayed. We told them to take back the mirror and just credit us, NO way. They will not yield. They want you to always talk to their AI. They can't be bothered with customers. Im not happy with Ashley Furniture!

I used to love Ashley Furniture, but I'm pretty much thinking about blocking their number at this point. We did not have good service with the store. They didn't have what I wanted, tried to sell me something different that they didn't have to show me, so I went ahead and ordered but it was going to take 3 weeks. In the meantime I found what I wanted and canceled the order. A week later the order was still not canceled and they kept calling me to deliver the item that I already canceled. I had to call back several times and because their system is automated I had to use a phone that wasn't my own because the minute I called from my number, I couldn't get through to a person. So after going through that several times, once again they said it was canceled and they would refund my money. It has now been more than 3 weeks and I still don't have my money back. Plus I just got another call from them which I missed and I called back and I was on hold for about 10 minutes and when I finally got through to someone she had literally no idea why they called me, said it was sort of an auto thing, she was ending the call and thanks a lot. I'm so angry I literally want nothing to do with them ever again.

Worst experience ever! A dining room set we ordered was delivered on Tues & taking the tags off the chairs last night we noticed a big chunk of wood that had broken off the leg was simply taped on!! Now, it's less than 48 hours we're trying to report it to the store and we must file a claim & wait who knows how long to get this resolved. I tried to call the store 4 times & no one answers the call. I guess they're busy getting all the complaints!! Will never shop there again. Salesman Stephen very friendly to take your money but then.....crickets! Just awful

The only good thing about our experience so far was the person who helped with the purchase. Anything after that has been just ridiculous. We were given delivery dates when we purchased multiple items, those ended up being changed without us knowing. Each item a different date. Our kitchen table was on its 4th date, finally shows up and it’s the wrong color. Now we’re waiting to be contacted for a new delivery date AGAIN. Who knows how long it will be this time. Absolutely ridiculous, will likely be the last time we order.

I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture of Ocala. I purchase warranties with all of my furniture. My paperwork is for 5 year warranties. Ashley said the warranties are not valid and that the damage on the love seat and entertainment center is cosmetic so they will not cover it. So, their furniture is crap and they don't honor their warranties.

Aaron A. Was great, very knowledgeable and his no pressure sales approach made the whole experience enjoyable. Furniture was delivered on time and despite one piece being dirty from delivery truck (they are sending a tech out to clean it) everything went well. The sectional we got fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

Would love to give Ashley a good review, however, I made my order at this store in Ocala. The phone number they provide does not get you to their store and the operator cannot help and will not transfer me back to the store. My order is out for delivery and is going to the wrong location. I explained the situation about my home location when I placed my order which is why I went into the store. No one can answer the phone. No one will transfer me to deliver teams No one is helping me The product will likely be returned because they refuse to listen to the directions or have people in America answer their customer service Lines.

Literally walked in twice in the last week to try to purchase furniture for my new home I wasn’t greeted either time. Ok no big deal but I couldn’t even get an associate to come up and assist me on a purchase. Both times I went up and looked at sectionals and kitchen tables I got stares but nothing not even a hello. I went out and waited outside in my car just to see if the next guy would be greeted and sure as heck he was greeted before he even got through the opening section. I don’t even want the dang furniture anymore I’m just going to go to blockers as I’ve never had any issues there. If a sales manger or Gm reads this I would advise you not I meet with your team and tell them to stop judging customers. I gave you guys the chance twice.
