I had warranty issues that was not resolved. I went to Ashley‘s in Ocala. I spoke with one of the management team Britney, who reached out to Ashley headquarters and told them my problem. I gotta call that night from ironically enough a woman named Ashley who said she will refund my purchase. Thank you so much Brittany and Ashley.

You can probably find better quality for a lower price, but you can DEFINITELY find better customer service! I’ve never had such an awful experience with a business. I purchased furniture from them with zero interest financing for 5 years, but when I checked my account I was being charged interest from day 1. I reached out to the salesperson who assisted me and was told it was their mistake but she wasn’t sure if they could help me. I then showed up to their store with my paperwork confirming the financing option I was supposed to have, and the customer service rep was rude and dismissive telling me it wasn’t their problem (despite it being their mistake) and that I needed to reach out to synchrony. Of course, synchrony’s response was that it wasn’t their problem and that I needed to reach out to Ashley. I would never recommend purchasing from Ashley or financing through Synchrony anywhere.

Ordered from the store and scheduling worked out, though it was much not difficult than it should be. Items were dropped off, and one piece was found to be damaged. The back and forth with customer service had been horrible. Everything is segmented, and you can never actually speak with someone in the replacement department. Store only says you must call, and they are not part of the after the sale team. They are sure to take your money, though.

Purchased a “new arrival” bedroom set along with dresser and 2 nightstands on 6/7/25 with a delivery date of 6/20/25. Received a call, delivery date moved to 6/27. 6/25 received another call delivery date now end of July, no date, due to bed not available. Asked if they could deliver the rest on 6/27, which they did. I went back to the store and they escalated the issue and stated delivery could be 8/2. An hour later, escalation folks call and stated delivery is now 8/5 and they’ll give me 5% off… Really!!! They were suppose to return my call today and didn’t. I will NEVER buy from Ashley ever again, one and done. Hopefully I’ll get it in August. You have been warned.

Urgent Complaint – Unacceptable Treatment and Service – Order #718G955622 To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Ashley Furniture store in Ocala, Florida, and I am demanding immediate action regarding my recent purchase. I spent over $3,000 on furniture, including a $230 delivery fee, and what I experienced was nothing short of unacceptable. The delivery team refused to assemble the furniture, which was supposed to be part of the service. When I contacted the store to have the issue corrected, the manager on duty not only refused to help but also refused to give me his name—something no professional manager should ever do. What’s worse, when I pointed out that the delivery driver did not speak English and that communication was a challenge, the manager had the audacity to call me a racist. That accusation is absolutely outrageous and offensive. For a manager to treat a paying customer this way is disgraceful and inexcusable. This individual has no business being in a management position or representing your company in any capacity. I expect the following actions to be taken immediately: 1. A full refund of the $230 delivery fee 2. Proper assembly of the furniture that was paid for 3. A formal written apology from the store and that manager for the way I was treated This experience has left me with a complete lack of confidence in your company. If this is not resolved promptly and appropriately, I will have no hesitation escalating this complaint through all available channels, including public reviews and formal consumer protection avenues. I expect a response without delay.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE Details below We received a damaged item from ashley with a huge stain that does not go away The person selling out to us on the store very clearly told us that there is a 30 day return policy especially if reported within 3 business days Our receipt and email does not tell us anything about the return policy We called them literally 20 minutes after the item was delivered and they said sorry no return Even the people on the line (Ms Angel Curry) were telling us very rude statements like “im sorry you CANT SEE the policy but IT IS on the receipt” The call is monitored, i hope someone from the supervising team can review the call (i can give exact details on the person, time called and email address) Blaming us to “not see” something that IS NOT THERE I emailed them the receipt and they denied it not being there I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said “there is no oerson above me, im all you can speak to for now” 1- in store we were told that there is a 30-day return policy 2- we do not get a clear return policy on the receipt 3- when we call the team they blame us for something that DOES NOT EXIST on our papers, receipt or email Excellent work guys Keep it up

Crooks sold the same pc of furniture to 2different people mother in law boight it 1400 dollars cash was called 3 days later and was told it was sold the day before told her she had to wait 15 working days to get her money back

Purchased 4 zero wall power recliners, which were delivered today. We LOVE them! Our sales person, Jerry Crawford was a pleasure to work with, and so appreciative of Jenny, who kept us up to date on everything. Our 2 delivery people who set up everything were AWESOME!! People act like car salesman, I didn’t get my product when they promised, and too expensive

I was delivered a table that was damaged, I paid for premium deliver and installation just to get a incomplete table and a damaged chair. I immediately called and reported this to Ashley furniture as the installers ran down my driveway to leave. When we received a call back about how the repairs would be handled they told us that they would mail us the parts and me and my wife could fix it, does that sound right to you all? I would strongly suggest never buying anything from this place. Oh yeah, this was a $2000 table and chairs after the delivery fee, and that's how we were treated. The installers stripped the screws that they did put in and 2 screws were never even put in. Now does that sound like premium installation to you guys? Believe me when I say there is absolutely no exaggeration in this complaint, if anything I might be forgetting some things

Wow I really should have looked at the reviews before purchasing my table last weekend. Yesterday my table was delivered. One broken chair not all the screws were installed they stripped on completely. I got a call today and they said they ordered the parts and we can install ourselves absolutely not. I paid 200.00 for install and delivery you will come and fix it. So now I have a brand new table that I can't use until it it fixed. So disappointing. I was going to go back for a coffee table..NOPE

Spent way more then I wanted on this bed team even paid for the home delivery/installment and the more I look the more horrible problems I see including their workers leaving blood on my bed frame. It is absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and a HUGE waste of money. I am so disappointed.

I have called the Ocala store eight times to tell them to take me off the mailing list. I can never get the Store. I get a customer service rep overseas, which is terrible because I can’t even understand their English. Before they will even connect me to the store, they ask me what is the problem ? They make me waste 15 minutes or more on the phone and then they tell me hold on while we connect you to the store. And then after waiting about seven or eight minutes they come back and tell me so sorry the store is not answering. This is a disgusting and terrible way to do business. How the heck can I get off this mailing list? I will never ever again do business with the store. !

We purchased a console from Ashley Furniture in Ocala, FL for our television at our new house and set up delivery for a couple months later since the house was under construction. At the time we gave the salesperson our new address but explained that it was not 'active' as yet due to home on that particular block were all being constructed. Plus we advised him that it was located inside a specific gated community in Ocala and one had to be specific in adding 'Road' to the end of our address. This was because there is another numbered address on the same named street - ending in 'Place - and if the delivery people went to that location they would wind up with 20-minute drive on a dirt road finding a vacant lot! As the closing date was approaching I contact three tradesmen for work at the house and also confirmed delivery of three separate items - including with Ashley Furniture. On a Tuesday morning we closed on the house and all of the workers who were hired to be there arrived later along with along with two of the three deliveries being made . . . except for Ashley Furniture! About 11am on that day my wife received a telephone call from a female whose English was hard to understand - but I got enough to know that she was with Ashley Furniture and the driver of the delivery truck was having a hard time finding our house. We did confirm that the address they claimed to be at ended in 'Place Road.' We specified the name of our new community and heard her relay this information to the driver - and she was told 'that's a big place' and wanting to know what end I was on. Three separate calls were 'relayed' from the driver to us back-and-forth and we even asked to have the driver to call us directly. We were then told that one-to-one communication wasn't allowed! At the end of the final call (to me) I told the driver a landmark where to go and I would wait there for the truck and lead them in. I then drove down to the site and waited approximately 25 minutes - until my wife called and said that the Ashley Furniture representative had said the driver was over his allotted 'time limit' for our delivery and he was moving on with his pre-arranged route. She was told that we would have to contact the Ocala store to make arrangements for another delivery date/time. Needless to say I tried to call the store and received no answer after the routine 'auto' voice asked me 20 questions in order to simply route my call through to the store itself. I heard it rung once and then the call was cancelled! With everything going on getting 'things' done at the new house I finally got time to make another call to to try and speak to anyone at the local store but, if you call the local store number, it routes you through to the customer service toll-free number and you have to put up with the automated voice and the same questions as before. I then drove directly to there store and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation to 'the sales manager' and asked if anything could be done by Thursday (it being Tuesday) to have the tv console delivered. After checking on the soonest possible delivery (Saturday) he pulled up the order on his computer and read the written documentation concerning the delivery debacle and said to me 'it looks like five people were involved' and that no one knew what the other was doing! After talking to HIS manager I was told she would call me back after her 'lunch' within the hour. Ninety minutes later I got to play 20-questions again and finally speak with the 'big boss' at the store. She said there was nothing to be done as delivery comes out of Tampa and is already per-set through Friday! Arrangements were made for the Saturday delivery and it did, indeed, come out okay within the specified time frame. If someone is considering purchasing furniture from Ashley Homestores - think long & hard about doing so because their customer service (and policies) following the sale truly suck! One need to rely on positive follow-up after the sale and their company is truly lacking in that area!

We worked with Derek on Memorial Day service was excellent. The next day we went back and bought another loveseat. Recliner from Derek. Excellent salesman to work with really enjoyed him.

We bought a couch and loveseat from Ashley and paid for the extra warranty.. After about 8 months we noticed the material was starting to roll and get little balls.. We went to Ashley and of course they sent us to the corporate where we sent pictures and they refused to warranty the fabric. So buyer beware their items are second class and don’t get screwed and buy the extra warranty because they absolutely won’t stand behind their product…

My experiment was fantastic,’professional and extremely helpful!!’ I met Alex over the phone asking questions about furniture I needed on a deadline date, moving to Ocala and in need of furniture had been a hassle . One week later I show up and picked everything I needed and Alex along with the sales manager assured me my furniture would arrive on the date they said it would, I didn’t believe nor trusted as in the past I was left waiting for two months with constant delays from another major furniture store ( Not Ashley ) after spending a crap full of money was really on delivery!! When picking the bed my wife picked out I wanted to be sure it was the correct one, I needed Alex to lay one the bed and move around to see if it was true that I would not feel my wife get on or off the bed, well he went the extra mile and did that also ( I can tell he knew I was crazy but he’s right ) I told them that bedroom and furniture better be there !!! The manager calmly said yes it will and proceeded to help me with financing. The furniture arrived!! I was called two days before, the day before along with constant update till it got to my door, delivery team was pros, installed everything where I needed it and left. You get a call later from Ashley to see how it went and that’s about it. Thank you alex and team, sales manager and very sorry for being a pain. Price was well spend on good furniture!!

After my 3rd time of purchasing here I can no longer recommend shopping here again. A year ago I purchased my livingroom set. Spent $3500. The entire time we discussed a 2-3yr no interest plan. I opted for a 2yr plan. It was a very long ordeal of picking out the right one and making the final selection and confirming the modular sectional was ordered with the correct pieces on the final paperwork. Fast forward a year and I’m seeing an $800 interest charge!!! My rep had incorrectly placed me on a 12 month. I owed $1200 and now it’s $2000. Synchrony said they have had this happen many times but they can’t change it the company I bought it from would have to help. They would allow me to pay it off with no interest within my statement. I’ve been bounced around through Ashley between store and corporate office and no one ever calls me back. I do. Even with a case number to their finance department which must be some top secret lair as I can never talk to them. And now after 3 weeks I’m being told they could never doing anything. Mind you I called them to find this out. Waited the 72hrs they preached and called the day after and was told this. Watch your receipts and be careful of online statements. I know synchrony charges 1.99 for paper statements but in this case it would have been worth that extra fee. If they make a mistake your on your own

It was a blessing to have Aileeen as the salesperson: Took her time in showing different furniture pieces -- according to the furniture one had in mind. Aileen never made me feel that I had to make quick decisions: You know, like some salesperson that just want their commission and don't really care about your best interest and become pushy -- and one ends up buying nothing because of the bad baggage -- the bad salesperson with a negative attitude. The review below was written a few days ago. Since then Ashley has apologized and reached out to make things right. They gave me a special email address & told me what to write in the subject line. I do believe that people made mistakes, but I am going to give Ashley furniture the chance to make things right. Hopefully my next review will have 5 stars. STAY FROM UNORGANIZED ASHLEY! My story is simple and ridiculous. I ordered $7500 worth of furniture and that arrived okay. I just had to clean all the dirt of the side of the sofa with a steam cleaner. After that I ordered 4 Kitchen Stools online. Gave them my credit card and the delivery was set. The day before delivery the order was cancelled with no reason why. I called customer service who gave me a ticket number. They said they would call in 24 hours and never did. So I called the salesmen that I bought the $7,500 worth of furniture. Wanted to order them and then asked for free delivery and setup for everything I went through. He text me back, I could never do that I'll get fired...Then a manager emailed me. We had emails going back and forth what seemed to be an hour. Then I told him to just call me and he never did. I have 2.5 hours spent on ordering kitchen stools and don't have them and can't go through the process again. I still want the bar stools, but can't waste anymore time with them. They had all my info, I tried several times to order them and I simply just gave up. I think because it was a small order, no one cared!! I own a company and if I treated a past good customer no matter how big or small the order was and was treated like Ashley treated me, I would be out of business.

The sales associate (Stephen) was very courteous and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed.

I came into browse and was greeted by a salesperson named Aileen. I told her I was just there to browse and wanted to be left alone and she continued to hound me until I finally had to leave the store.

My husband and I came into the Ashley store not really knowing what we were going to get. When we first stepped in the store, we were greeted by salesman Stephen who guided us through the whole process of purchasing new furniture for our new home. He explained everything to us in detail to help us make the best decision. Thank you again Stephen for allowing us to make our own decision in this purchase. We were so pleased and can't wait until everything is delivered to our new home!!!

I went in for a sofa bed and came out with that and a dining set that I had been looking for forever! Ashley has a great selection of furniture and prices. I ordered a table and 4 chairs. They communicated with me about delivery time. Table and chairs were in perfect condition.

Was nice that I had the store associate Reese personal phone number because when you call the Ashley store local phone number it goes to a call center and they could not transfer my call. The store associate Reese was very nice, made my order pain free and without me going to the store. Also delivered my chairs quickly. I will purchase from Reese and the Ashley store again.

Nice selection of furniture to meet most of my needs and my sales rep was very sweet and patient with my four hours of picking out thirty pieces or so to furnish my new home in Florida. There was a disappointing error in pricing of the entire package in which they applied a discount twice, so it came as a $1200 surprise, but the sales manager Travis worked to do what he could to mitigate the damage. But, still a bit of a disappointment at the end of a four hour shopping spree. Overall I would say the experience was positive and I would return for future purchases...

Outstanding service and support from Derek. Didn’t upsell me but I wound up spending a little more than I expected but am confident it was a fair price for much better furniture than I would have bought without his guidance. Totally satisfied and would recommend.

The staff at the Ocala store have been a great help and we love our furniture! The delivery process is a bit of a headache due to 3rd party company that does not know what they are doing and may have missing parts! (Who forgets the hardware to assemble furniture!???) But the Ashley staff does their best to fix everything and make things right!

The experience I had at Ashley was great. Ethan knew exactly where the furniture I was looking for was located in the store. When I made my decision I went back to store and asked for him. The whole experience was great. Delivery was also very smooth. I will definitely return when I am in the market for furniture.

I recently went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a bedroom set and new mattress for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. When the delivery team finally arrived, key parts for the bed were missing. They told my mother they would return in a couple of days to complete the setup—but they never came back. What’s worse is that no one from Ashley followed up. I had to call multiple times, and it became clear that no one really seemed to care that an elderly woman was left without a proper place to sleep. When I asked for the missing parts to be sent overnight due to the urgency of the situation, I was told they couldn’t do that. Now, my mom is stuck sleeping on a couch until April 3, 2025—nearly two weeks after the initial delivery. For a brand name like Ashley, I expected much better service and communication. This situation is not only unacceptable, it’s deeply disappointing.

The store had an impressive selection of furniture. I purchased a beautiful dining room set from a very helpful salesman named Raymond. After having visited several furniture stores, Ashley came through for me with price, service and selection. Although I haven’t had it delivered yet, I’m confident I will be satisfied based on my experience so far.

My mother and I were greeted immediately by a young lady named, of all names, Ashley! I was surprised to learn she has only been a part of the team for 3 weeks. Ashley Furniture, you need to keep this young lady! She was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with assisting us in selecting a dresser/mirror combination. While we did not make the purchase, Ashley’s customer service most definitely will brings us back in to the Ocala location.

Quick to take you money but not so quick to deliver your product. Been over 30 days so far. Waiting on one piece so they won’t deliver the rest until it’s all ready to go….. Won’t be ordering from Ashely again 🤦‍♂️

Would give a 0 if I could. Went In the Ocala store and spent over $6k on a bedroom set and a couch. Sales associate was rushing us the whole time and could never give us an exact estimate on what our monthly payment would be. We should have walked out right then. Fast forward to delivery day and we are missing our headboard. We ordered the bed as a complete set and apparently the sales associate forgot to put it in the price. They break up the pieces into different prices so you really can’t tell what you are paying for to begin with and he left the headboard out. Go figure. The customer service rep on the phone said they would make it right and send the headboard for the inconvenience. When we got to the store the manager would not honor that and we had to pay another $600 for the headboard. Who orders a bed and doesn’t get the headboard ?? They made us feel like idiots bc of their incompetency and the manager had that I don’t give a dam* attitude. Do not order from here bc you will not get all your furniture and they do not care about their customers. I will never step foot into an Ashley furniture store again and will take my money where it is appreciated.

Yesterday I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in Ocala. Our salesman named Jerry C. was excellent. Professional friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Extremely satisfed. Very enjoyable experience.

The store was clean, well spaced, and had a variety of price points to choose from. We had been to 3 other furniture stores. We were in to buy a loveseat. Cesar was very knowledgeable, and informed us of all fabric choices for the one we were interested in. He explained the delivery options along with the pros and cons of each option. We will receive our item March 4th.

Steve was fantastic! Low pressure, attentive, pleasant and helpful. We will typically leave a store if we feel pestered (or conversely, ignored), but we were able to take our time to browse and ask questions. We ended up buying bedroom and dining room furniture and it was a pleasant experience.

We were those people and showed up 30 minutes before closing. However, within 10 minutes we found our new sectional and fell in love immediately! Cesar and his co workers are easy going and pleasant to deal with. Definitely going to stick with them for any other furniture needs!!

Ashley Store is a beautiful, well organized store. I came with solid specific ideas of what I wanted. My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. She and I selected what I desired very quickly. I was approached by Aaron at the Ocala Ashley's Home store. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with his product knowledge and the respect to let me look around before diving into selling. I was never pushed into anything which most people don't like. He held my purchase in his tablet so I could visit a competitor for other pieces that Ashley didn't have the colors I was looking for. I did, however, purchase most of my furniture from Ashley and only a couple small pieces elsewhere. Thank you Aaron!! You were amazing.

The chair I was told was in stock was not in the store when I had to go in to pay for it in person. After speaking to the salesperson I had spoken to on the phone, I paid for the chair and set up delivery for Friday. Before I left the store, the same salesperson told me thar delivery would not be until the following Wednesday. Also, for $49 the chair would come in a box and dropped off at my door. If I wanted the box opened and the chair brought inside my home, it would cost an additional $40!!!! What a racket!!

Your manager Travis is rude and incompetent! We bought a bed in November and to this day the bed is still missing the supporting slats and sitting on the ground in our house. He instead of trying to resolve the issue is insisting that it is our fault because on their FOURTH ATTEMPT we were not home when I told him we couldn't be home for that delivery! Unbelievable AS PER USUAL ASHLEY'S POSTED A RESPONSE BUT NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR EMAIL FOR ANY RESOLUTION

I'm still waiting on furniture to be delivered even after I spoke to a representative to confirm. They have computers in the store that checks to see if items are in stock. So to my knowledge when I'm suppose to receive the furniture, the mattress is on back order. What's the point of checking. Then they push out another delivery time and date and was confirmed by a representative in a whole other country. Then I received an email saying to confirm the date and time AGAIN. And like most people I work and could not answer the phone. So now the mattress is still delayed. People don't like sleeping on couches when they spent money on furniture to sleep on. Super disappointed and do not recommend

I was greeted at the door by the sales rep but wanted to just look around the store. I had seen a dining room set on the website but wanted to see it on display. After deciding I wanted the set I found the gentleman that initially greeted me and made the purchase. Everything went well through the purchase and was done without any problems. Now I am just waiting for delivery. So far so good!

The worst purchasing experience I have experienced. Ordered multiple pieces of furniture on Dec 7th. We were told everything was in stock except 3 pillows which were on backorder and didn't have a delivery date. Everything else was supposed to be delivered Dec 26th. We get a call on the 21st to tell us nothing is in stock except the bed. So I cancelled everything else and kept the bed for delivery on the 26th. I called on the 24th to verify the delivery. We received nothing so I cancelled everything except the pillows which showed up 2 days after ordering! Over 2 hours of hold time, no apologies. This company has no idea what they have in stock and logistics and communication is terrible. They are happy to just take your money and take 10 days to return it. Edit: I tried to give them one more chance by offering to pick up the bed from their local warehouse since we really liked that one. They hung up on me.

We ordered a bed in November. It was delivered on November 23rd without the center slat support and the brackets. They literally left the bed sitting on the ground in our bedroom . It literally is one month later and they have come out FOUR TIMES and still have NOT brought the missing part . We finally told them to come for the bed since they cannot put it together and they have stated that all sales are final. So we are here left with the bed frame sitting on the ground THAT THEY NEVER ASSEMBLED and of course we spoke to customer service and we have walked into the store multiple times and spoke to Travis the manager and STILL NO RESOLUTION. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

While the store is fine, the customer service and communication from the factory/warehouse is abysmal. My wife and I ordered a bedroom set for delivery on a Saturday so we cleared out our existing furniture to be ready only to get a partial delivery with no warning. We now have 5 boxes in our master bedroom as we wait on one piece to my bed that we are now being told that they can not get for another week. When calling customer service to try to get any information we were hung up on by the automated system multiple times and when we finally did receive a real person to talk to they could only email the store for us. The only way that we received any good communication was to go back to the store and walk to talk to the representative at the desk. While the furniture is nice I would not order from this store unless you are ok with getting the run around for multiple weeks after they tell you your order will be delivered. Update: Even after everything has been delivered there are still pieces missing and we have to wait another 2 weeks for some hardware. My recommendation is to not deal with this place at all. The showroom can’t/wont help you with anything and the customer service line is a web of automation that just try’s to get you to give up and deal with your situation.

Beautiful location, everyone is suoer professional and my sales person Jesus was very knowledgeable, and understoodmy needs. The Acima rep Soly was very informative and professional, suoer sweet and kind. Definitely recommended to come here. The delivery is a bit of a mess but totally worth it.

Bought cash a bedroom set and a desk for our den. The delivery men were independent. I started inspecting the furniture as they are setting it up and immediately noticed these rust stains on the desk, that was brand new fresh out of the box. I mentioned this to the delivery guy and he tells me oh it will come off. So I rub my finger on one of the stains and it’s not coming off. He asked me to try a disinfectant wipe so I tried that. This stuff is stained on. I stated that this is brand new there should be nothing wrong with it. There’s also a hole in one of the welded corners pictured. The delivery guy assemble my the seat took his own photos and called and spoke to someone from Ashley furniture. He told me that they have to send a technician out to evaluate if they are going to exchange it. Later that day I moved the desk and some kind of soot started coming out of the bottoms of the legs, also pictured. This furniture if absolute junk.

I confidently set out to purchase a twin mattress set at Ashley's Home Store. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a knowledgeable salesperson who expertly guided me through a selection of their mattresses. I am from Gainesville and began shopping for furniture in September 2024. This Ocala Ashley's location has a larger selection, no-pressure sale staff who are professional, attentive, and compassionate about customer service. Reece White was my salesman and showed me all the furniture selections I wanted to see and gave me his unsolicited feedback. This Ashley's selection is second to none and had everything I was curious about. Reece's low pressure and attentiveness allowed me to walk out without any pressure to return months later. I was frank and told him only to contact about sales. Reece did just that and kept in contact about upcoming sales, and when the best time to order, because of high shipping times. This past Saturday, November 16, 2024, I finally decided to make my final purchase decision. Reece gave me the time I needed to make a confident decision. Overall, he gave me a phenomenal deal that I, at first couldn't believe, and was irresistible. I strongly recommend this specific location for its dedication, attentive, and professional staff. We were able to find a perfect match for what we were looking for on our outdoor patio, and he was even able to improve on the already reasonable pricing with some outstanding discounts. Julia was wonderful. Smart, smart, respectful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. If she couldn't ask a question she explained that she'd only been there for 3 months and was just learning each different piece of furniture or actually it was with the bedding. She told me she would get somebody else and I said no that that was fine I was just asking a question. So I will also add that she was very honest and it came across in her presentations of the different furniture. We ended up buying two recliner chairs from her and possibly maybe back for other furniture we liked. We will always ask for Julia. She also gave me her cell phone number that I could contact her if there was any problems at all. I would keep that girl!

We founded what we need for our new home, Tina was wonderful ,she is a nice, and patient let us decided what we like and need.

The store is nice and well lit and it was inviting. We just stopped in to look and stumbled upon the perfect couch. Our sales agent Julia was attentive and knowledgeable. We had some difficulty finding my Ashley account and we're unsuccessful but didn't affect our purchase. Not our first or even second purchase from Ashley and will be back again.

Worst customer service ever. It took 5 deliveries of the same piece of furniture for our sectional to be correct. They’re all friendly and want to help you at this store but once you have problems with a piece of furniture that was delivered to you they want nothing to do with you. You have to deal with corporate and that’s a complete nightmare. Do yourself a favor and shop any other furniture store even if you have to pay more money!!!!

Worst experience ever. I bought outdoor furniture and paid for their premium delivery. The set came with no legs. It's been close to 3 weeks now and still no legs. First time at Ocala Ashley. Friendly, helpful. However, upon delivery the diningroom set was wrong item and delivery driver refused to put it back on the truck. (He had only unloaded 1 chair so far). I called the store and Saphire admitted it was an error at their end and would be handled. I called the salesman (Stephen Steen) and he said the driver should not have done that. I was very disappointed by the delivery and the follow up for my order. I had delivery confirmation of bar stools , sofa and ottoman. Only the stools and ottoman shows up . Then it took two plus weeks to get sofa.I had called our store to see if I could change my barstools. I bought them over the phone but because I went through the stores system and not online Ashley would not return. I had to wait 5 days for an answer from corporate. The couch finally came not perfect as the staples were very evident on side and flaw on one cushion. I flipped over the cushion and didn’t want to deal with corporate BS again and kept the couch. Will never purchase from Ashley ever again!

I'm an Ashley customer and I like what Ashley has product wise. I wish I could say the same for the sales person that took my order. When I came into your Ocala store I was looking for a certain sofa that I saw online and the young man looked it up and told me that sofa was not in the store or in stock. I asked him what should I do because I really wanted that sofa he told me maybe I should go to another store. I was surprised that he didn't care if I got a sofa or not. I told the young man I have been an Ashley customer for years and was never told to go to another store. I told him to lose attitude and maybe we could work on finding me another sofa. He immediately changed his attitude towards me. I almost went to the manager about how I was treated. I excuse his behavior because I am bigger than that. That day I brought several pieces of furniture. I also let him know before I left to not to judge a book before you read it. I am a African American woman who is up in age and I was surprised with attitude these young people have. No customer service skills at all.

I can’t recall my salesman’s name now, but he was fantastic! He listened, was respectful and very helpful. The delivery folks were efficient.

Great experience shopping, after visiting multiple stores we were most happy with the selection and the great service we received.

I had a sofa delivered twice with a rip in it. I had to pay for someone to be at my house for the delivery. It took 3 times before I received my new sofa. I had to argue with them to get a new one. I have been waiting to hear about any compensation for my time and expenses. So far nothing. I am very unhappy with the experience.

This place is Joke, been calling for nearly 2 weeks , Customer service here have no Customer service at all. And whe you call is an automatic system.been having issues with a brand new sofa... No answers to my cpalls emails. .. I sugest people Dont buy from this place...

11/07/2024 *UPDATE** THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM ASHLEY We cancelled this order via phone within 24 hours of purchase because we found something we liked better, somewhere else. We were told, via phone, that it would take up to 72 hours to reflect at our bank, but we could go into the store if we would like an immediate refund. Which I did, on the morning of the 28th. At the store, I was told that the store manager “will not allow immediate refunds and it could take up to 72 hours to reflect at your bank”. Today makes 8 days since we cancelled, still don’t have our refund, and we are getting the run around from Ashley customer service. This is not our sales persons fault. I am dropping the rating because of the lack of customer service on Ashley’s end and because I was asked about my overall experience with Ashley. It’s sad that a person can go above and beyond to make a sale, yet the support system of the company they work for could drop the ball. 10/27/2024 We had never been to Ashely before and had no idea what we were in for, once we entered the store. We were immediately greeted by Aileen, who let us know about specials in the store and told us if we had any questions, to feel free to ask. We liked the fact that Aileen wasn’t pushy, and let us look at our own pace, but was available when we did have questions. We feel Aileen went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We found the prices at Ashley were very reasonable, which led us to purchase our new entertainment center.

My wife Debby and I spent a lot of time in this store and comparing it to others in the Ocala area. Prices seemed very reasonable compared to some and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Kudus to our salesman, Raymond Thorne for his hands-off approach, knowledge of what mattered and professionalism in writing up our sale.

Update: After working with the BBB, an associate from the store, and associates from Ashley’s corporate office, they allowed an exchange on the recliner. Thank you for working with me! I would like to start by saying that my sales person Aileen was amazing. I received my furniture in multiple shipments over a few weeks, and after everything arrived, it became clear that the $1300 electric recliner wouldn’t fit in the living room. I called and was told that all sales bought in-store are final, but had I purchased the items online, I could have returned them. I explained that I didn’t want to return the item, but exchange it for something that would fit. I was given a giant “Nope” by both the store and the corporate office. So basically I just dropped $5000, and was about to spent a few grand more, just to be told they can’t help me with an exchange. That’s pretty terrible customer service. I beg any of you reading this NOT TO PURCHASE IN-STORE…only online if you have to purchase from Ashley at all. But hey, now I have a giant recliner with a warranty for sale at a heavy discount if anyone is interested. There are several other furniture options available to purchase from where my business might be appreciated, but clearly it’s not Ashley Furniture. Remember…buy online…NOT in-store.

I bought replacement bed rails from this store. Was told by salesman that with premium delivery it would be set up. Any problems call him directly. Delivery was two hours early, I was informed they “don’t set up these”. I filed a claim for delivery refund. I was told that the store manager would call me to assist-crickets. Sales person that originally sold me rails, called him, crickets…still no refund. Make sure if you get furniture delivered, you get what you paid for—almost two weeks later-still no return call, just a vm asking me to complete a google review Update:: 10/15-ashley furniture customer service is still hassling me about refunding the full delivery fee and only wants to give me $50. Nearly 20 emails later-still haven’t talked to a live human being. Pick up the furniture yourself. You will spend an eternity trying to obtain a refund on a guarantee they promoted. Please do your homework on this store, their warranty guarantees and the ongoing consumer affairs and fraud reports they have online.

When i called the number to set up a delivery date and time, i was told that they did not have my specific items ordered in stock and that it may be a while sometime in November. I was initially told simply call that number and arrange the delivery time but now you see what I get

My husband and I came in to look at dining sets. We were immediately greeted by Aileen. She informed us of the current promotion going on in the store and allowed us to look around as we were just browsing. Aileen came back to check on us to see if we had any questions. We visited the store during the Fall savings event. Mr. Stephen Steen greeted us and made our shopping experience enjoyable. We were searching for lamps. Mr. Steen was patient and allowed us to browse until we found the ideal lamps. I must say, it was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever had.

Bought furniture, got confirmation of delivery night before, removed old furniture in preparation of delivery, delivery day arrives majority of my items DID NOT ARRIVE. No call or explanation from Ashley. I have been calling the store, can’t get through, can’t get a call back. Corporate customer service can’t help me, said I have to contact the store. The corporate office can’t even get the store to answer. First and last time shopping here. There’s a reason I go to BLOCKERS.

I didnt expect the CEO to contact me(and that certainly didnt happen), but why would anyone email me saying they are responding to my review, & then ask for pictures? Then when I didnt respond right away (too angry), they email again but the message is written as if I'd written it?? ... "I am following up on my previous message regarding issues with my "recent" order and the service I received"...."I appreciate your acknowledgement of these concerns".... sarcasm?? I'm attaching a snap of it. Its 2024 Ashley, surely you can do better. It's hard to rate "Ashley" as store says the are "storefront" and not connected to online orders.... instore folks are super nice! But they cant help with an online order..... why? I placed an online order 8.7 - some items shipped & some were for delivery. But you look online and all items show the same "tracking #"?? And when you call, you have to fight the WORST AI system to get a person! Then the person you do get cant understand English and then tells me I "need to be patient". 8+ calls in, text convos that went nowhere, cs reps who promise to pickup a 100+ cabinet & then delivery guy says "no" and box springs that were "never backordered" (or cancelled when told 3x). This is 2024 and there is simply NO REASON for a company to do business in this fashion. And to add insult, the delivered furniture is damaged & improperly put together. But even when reported - NOTHING. $2500 of subpar furniture (drawers dont close, ball bearings falling out, cracked doors that dont close) and very below par customer service. The nicest folks in the store cant gloss over cost-cutting measures in the critical aspects of business - mainly quality products & customer service.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Scott, Saphire and especially Jesus for such a great experience buying furniture for our new place. Even when things got a little hectic, they know lmao, Saphire was a great help getting this rectified for us. I recommend this store because not only did they get us what we wanted, but everyone was personable and eager to help.

I had a delightful experience purchasing a sofa with an attached chaise. The sales representative, Aileen, was incredibly helpful. She warmly greeted us upon entering the store and promptly directed us to the location of the sofa we were interested in. As soon as we made a decision on the sofa we intended to purchase, Aileen promptly approached us and addressed all of our inquiries. She thoughtfully suggested that we purchase the insurance for the sofa in case of any future issues, which was reasonably priced yet provided extensive coverage. We happily agreed to this for our own peace of mind. Aileen efficiently processed the sale, scheduled the delivery, and finalized our transaction in a timely manner. What truly stood out was the absence of any pressure to purchase additional items beyond what we had initially come for. The delivery was carried out as per the scheduled date and time, with adequate prior notification. I was pleasantly surprised to discover such a diverse range of high-quality furniture and accessories within the store. In the future, I intend to fulfill any of my furniture needs at Ashley.

My first encounter with Aileen Cruz-Mulero was April 2024. My husband and I had just relocated to Ocala. Aileen was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was very professional and patient as we looked around the store deciding what we wanted to buy for our new home. We settled on a beautiful fireplace with bluetooth capability and a gorgeous black panther. Since that encounter we knew when we returned she would be our salesperson. We returned August to purchase a new bed and Aileen was again professional, engaging and a pleasure to work with. I utlized Acima as I did the first time and this time as well and got to meet Solimar Thondike face to face! Solimar and I had spoke on the phone and she did a great job explaining everything to me and mentioned the great deal Acima was offering in great detail. Aileen and Solimar are an asset to Ashley and words cannot express fully our appreciation for not only stellar customer service, but a genuine care and concern. Our sales person was amazing he helped us with our purchase and was very kind thank you AARON However we went to pick up today AARON said they would help us shrink wrap they don't: she just stood there while I was trying to move couch and love seat around with a fricken cast on my arm Then instead of getting someone to help load had my husband help I told him no she continued we shouldn't be loading he threw his back out then she called for help and kinda looked disgusted and told the guy he threw his back out. NO APOLOGY for him getting hurt

I spent nearly 10,000 dollars on furniture from Ashley in Ocala, Fl. They left a bolt set to put together the bed in there warehouse. Ashley furniture refused to drive the bolts to my home and assemble the bed. I had given away the other beds I had that morning due to the new ones arriving. I was then told if I did not allow them to bring them next Tuesday, they would take the furniture and not return it. I am unable to call the store due to they will never answer the phone. No phone numbers are put on their business cards. I recommend trying a totally different furniture supplier altogether. They are not even proud enough to answer the phone. I slept on the floor last night. Bad Bad Bad Instead of telling me to reach out to you. A truly concerned business would have already called me. You do not care about the issue or you would have called the store, got my number, and called me. Bad business practice. Bad service. No follow up. Lost a great customer. I just got off the phone with the store Manager in Ocala and he stated in his words "I dont care". He did not care how I was treated. 8-19-2024 3pm Eastern

While the main staff and customer service as very hospitable, the GM and the policies of the store are utterly useless. I purchased two mattress sheets for a total of $59.99 from the clearance section as they were labeled 100% cotton. I go home and open them and saw the manufacturer label stating 100% polyester. I take it back to the store and the GM happens to pass by, doesn't even have the balls to look me in the eye and tells the customer service lady instead that they can't take it back or even touch it and there's nothing they will do, then scurried away. I ask the customer service lady to call him back and he simply reiterates the same nonsense over the radio and refuses to show up. They gave me a corporate number and told us to talk to them instead for a refund. I bluntly asked them whether their store policy condones false advertising and all I got in response was a nervous shrug.

7-3-24 bought 6 pieces of furniture, 7-11 delivered, 7-11 called store no answer, 7-12 no answer, so went in person spoke with Jerry C reported issue in less than 24hrs, he said receptionist emailed customer svc.. 7-19-24 Technician came home confirmed manufacturing defect and piece is way oversized causing physical safety hazard risk of tripping so submitted request to exchange for smaller piece which is more expensive but we will pay extra money. Then received email store will only replace for same piece, called customer service was told the owner of store is the one that doesn't want to make change. The store policy states 72hrs to report issue, we did in less than 24hrs, and that they would repair, replace, or picked up, defective item maybe returned but this store chooses not to abide to their policy. After 7 emails,6 phone calls, personal contact and as of today they still ignore us. The purchase process in our case cash,was smooth but when it comes to after the delivery service is terrible, We have previously bought from Kanes,City furniture, Babcock furniture and this is the first time a furniture company has provided poor service. Now in September the issue was resolved after the intervention of the State of Florida Consumer Department.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a furniture company. They have the worst customer service!!!!!! THE WORST!!! They lie, telling you the repair technician is at my residence when NO ONE is here. This has been an ongoing issue since October 2023. I feel that we have been more than patient......

Jesus was fabulous to work with. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me, even when I was indecisive. It was helpful that I came prepared with item numbers from the Ashley website so he could show me exactly what I was looking for. I would give Ashley's 5 stars, but my biggest issue with them has always been the limited number of items available within my price range. I either had to take the item I had chosen online or go with something more expensive. Because I had a lot of furniture I needed to buy, I was limited to a certain budget. The selection of items was minimal but luckily, I was okay with what I picked out online. I just wish they at least had a few more selections to choose from in my price range when I was trying to furnish 3 to 4 rooms.

The store itself isn't the problem it's the quality of there products i purchase a couch about three weeks ago and it's already making noises and not wanting to close haven't even made a payment and it's falling apart. no padding on the foot rest or the console and hurts the leg and for the price of everything you would think it would be better Update So they had a guy come out and look at the couch and said they would need to replace parts on a poorly build furniture and they have a no return policy so I guess I'm stuck with this broken piece of furniture they sold me and all they want to do fix one of the problems and call it good definitely will never buy anything from them every again and I'll make sure that none of my family and friends will either and would advise anyone to not buy anything online without being able to look at and test the product first

I was extremely please with my experience at Ashley Furniture. When I entered the store I was greeted by a young lady, Hannah. I told her what I was looking for and she brought me right over to the sectional of the picture I had shown her, but I was not sure on the color of the couch when I saw it. Hannah then directed me to some other couches that were more of the color I wanted. She let me know that I could get this other couch in the same configuration as the one I originally liked. Hannah was very informative and helpful in my choosing of the sectional. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone, great service and good quality. Thank you Hannah for all your help!

We had a problem with one of the furniture pieces being incorrect... fortunately I spoke with Sapphire at the Ocala store, angrily I might add, and she managed to handle the situation immediately and professionally. The correct piece was brought to us the following morning and Sapphire followed the entire process and called again after the delivery to make sure all was well. I was very rude and angry on my initial call and she maintained a professional, helpful attitude and turned me into a happy customer in the end. Thank you Sapphire!!!

I ,John DiVito , had a medical issue. I needed a different chair. I explained my issue to Sapphire, Ashley Ocala store manager. She immediately explained my issue to upper management and got the necessary clearance to exchange the chair. I and my wife went to the store. Went to Ashley's today to look at beds and dinning room sets . I had an absolutely pleasant experience with my visit . My salesman Jerry Crawford was extremely kind and helpful every step of the way . The store Manager Travis was also extremely helpful in making sure we got every discount available. If you need and kind of furniture ask for Jerry Crawford . Beyond 5 Stars .

Big selection of furniture, of course, in all styles. We have a whole house to fill and spent 2 hours wandering, looking and enjoying. Sales Associate Hannah, while not at all pushy, was always ready to answer questions and offer suggestions. We'll definitely be purchasing more from Ashley, and Hannah.

We spent almost $5k on a mattress, frame, and a $200 Purple pillow as I have serious back pain. The service was great until we paid. Now it’s like a used car store. No after service. I called to see if I could return the $200 pillow I bought ( it totally didn’t work for me, way too flat). I was never told that these pillows come in small, medium, and tall loft. They sold me a medium without asking me if that’s what I preferred. NEVER told me that I couldn’t return the pillow if it didn’t work. Buyer beware. I now have a $200 pillow that I can’t use. Aaron did nothing to help us out.

The very worst experience I have ever had. They delivered defective furnature and the process to get it replaces was brutal. I took 4 months and a string of calls and emails to get it done. I'll never set foot in an ashley store again. It was exhaustig. The customer service is a joke. I told them I just wanted them to pick the stuff up and give me a refund and they told me there are No Returns or Refunds, not even on damaged furniture. Just blew my mind. I ended up filing a dispute withh my credit crad compamy and in the end Ashley told me they had refunded the money but I never saw the credit. I got tired of the hassle and said screw it.

Aileen has been incredibly helpful throughout our furniture buying process. She is very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We appreciated that we were able to look around and shop on our own, but Aileen was there when we needed her. We will be recommending Ashley Furniture to all our friends and family!

I recently ordered a twin sleeper sofa from Ashley Furniture and unfortunately, the delivery process was a complete disaster. Firstly, the gentleman who delivered the furniture spoke no English, unable to communicate with me. They understand English when I asked them to leave my home. When they started to bring the sofa into our guest room they were struggling to get it through the door. They kept pushing as hard as they could. I asked them to please stop, we had just paid 7k to have our house painted 2 days before and they were going to scratch the door and walls. One of them smiled and out his finger up as if to say, one minute and gave it a final push. The sofa made it through as it demanded our door and walls. At this point I wouldn’t let them finish. I was so afraid when the flipped the sofa they were going to scratch our floor. I asked them to leave, they kept going as if I didn’t even speak. I tapped one of them in the shoulder, pointed to the door and said get out. (They managed to understand that) To make matters worse, the customer service representatives I contacted were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. My only request was a refund in my delivery fee. The “manager” wanted pictures of the damage, I sent those right away. Then the manager wanted me to get an estimate to fix the walls. I emailed two times asking if they really needed that to refund my delivery fee, if so I was going to also request my salary. Zero response. I emailed back asking for the status of getting a refund on my deliver fee, silence. It's incredibly frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product only to receive such poor quality and service in return. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from this store again and would advise others to proceed with caution. Responding to the stores response. If you read my review in full you would see I already reached out, more than once, I am still trying to get my money back.

Our Salesman, Aaron Arriaga, at Ashley Furniture in Ocala, FL was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us in searching for a new comfortable mattress to meet both my wife’s and my personal needs. He walked us through all of their lines, sometimes going back and forth repeatedly, and after over at least an hour, we decided on a Tempurpedic with the 2-way adjustable base. Not only is Ashley to be commended for their fine quality lines, they deserve more credit for their hiring and training of superior quality sales personnel. Aaron is truly an asset to Ashley Furniture and I will personally recommend him to all of our family and friends!!!

We needed a certain chair for severe medical reasons. They took our money for a chair that was in stock, and we agreed to come the next day for pickup. When the time came they immediately gave us a run around with conflicting stories (lies) on why they could not pickup the item that is already at their warehouse. We are still waiting to see if we get our money back. This was a really sketchy interaction. The chair is there and we paid for it but they will not let us pick it up or get our money back. This is especially disgusting service when they are aware that this chair was bought to help stabilize a family who had just broken their neck.

This is not a reflection of the store but of this company as a whole.. STAY AWAY! This company refuses to honor replacements with in 72 hours of reporting manufacturing defects. It took me 4 calls, high blood pressure, 3 refusals to finally speak to “the de-escilation department” to get my brand new leather couches replaced. They sent out a tech first to “repair them” but I refused because these couches are brand new items and should not have come this way in the first place; argued back and fourth explained I’m pregnant and my child has asthma and someone called me back leaving me a message saying they won’t be replacing anything regardless of health issues; called again argued more… a “request” was submitted as many as 3 times which I received no follow ups on them from Ashley furniture. 6 weeks later; Finally today I got angry enough and spoke to the escalation department and they FINALLY agreed to replace the items that were delivered damaged! It clearly states in their rules on damaged items that they clearly refuse to stand behind…. “All damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. For In-Home Delivery Items, please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a notation on the delivery receipt.” “We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery so shouldn’t have requested a return instead?” “If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition.” I couldn’t look at the furniture because the guys drop it so fast and shove the signature pad in my face as they are on a schedule and informed me that they did not take back furniture; so I signed then after they left looked them over then called (all in same day; within moments of delivery). Never sign until you review all of your furniture or you’ll end up with the same issues I had!! I will never again buy from this company; and I suggest other people to go else where.

We sat on at least 12 different loveseats. We narrowed our selection to 2 in Ashley. We chose the one that was comfy cozy and matched the gray color we needed. Delivery people were great but the loveseat that was delivered was not ANYWAY close to the comfort that the showroom had. In fact, it is so rock hard and uncomfortable that both our backs are suffering. We bought the extended warranty. Ashely could not care less. We tried everything to explain that we can hardly sit in this loveseat but unless the loveseat doesn't function properly, they won't exchange. We even offered to buy a different loveseat at a larger price but they would not let us exchange. So, we are stuck with a rock hard loveseat and 2000+dollars in wasted money. UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Addendum: I responded to Ashley's reach out to me in hopes of maybe getting to exchange the rock hard loveseat for a different item. We were told again that they absolutely do NOT exchange or return if the item you bought turns out to not be what you expected or hoped. Please note that if you buy something from Ashely ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Had a great experience purchasing a sectional at the Ocala Ashley store. We visited multiple times to compare our favorite to sectionals at other furniture stores. I particularly appreciated the non pushy salespeople who allowed us to browse the store on our own (unlike a couple other stores where we felt stalked). Hannah Paul, our saleswoman, provided great information about the sectional we chose and processed the sale in a timely fashion. Our new sectional arrives tomorrow!

Our experience has been amazing! Hannah Paul outdid herself with all her assistance in choosing our furniture for our new home. We told her what we were looking for and she just knew exactly what to show us. On top of that she still managed to coordinate via long distance, some items we wanted to add, coordinated adding those items to our current delivery so we could have everything delivered as soon as possible and all together. Had to contact the Warranty Dept (through the local store) due to a charging chord burning when plugged in to the port in the arm of the power recliner. I am giving this review a 3 because the Tech and April from the Ocala store…. No other reason. Any other communication with them was horrendous!!! I was given the run around, told one thing then received emails contrary to the discussions. April communicated the problem to the appropriate people and within hours I received a call from corporate offices issuing us a store credit. I must say why it is a ‘one time courtesy’ and a 30 day replacement credit is beyond my comprehension. The implied intent of a charging port is to charge devices, right? That’s exactly what I did!!!

Experience that went down the toilet. Ordered a living room set but made a change to my original order the following morning before the delivery date. Paid $150 extra for a lousy "protection plan" that I'm told now by the Reguard company that my plan will only cover 2 of the 3 pieces of furniture I purchased because of the order change. I haven't read positive things about Reguard and I regret paying a protection fee that probably won't even be honored if I need to use it. This kind of shadiness is one of the reasons why I have always detested furniture shopping in big chain stores.

I previously submitted a 5 start review but now changing it after the experience I had with the other works at this location and I wish there was a 0 star. Hannah is still very amazing and has been trying her best to help this situation for us. We ordered a couch and 2 picture frames the beginning of March was told we could have it delivered on 3/28, we asked them to push it to 3/29 as we would have someone home that day to accept the furniture. The night prior to 3/29 we got rid of our couch as Ashley Furniture stated that we need to have to area cleared so the install could go smoothly which we did. The next day comes and we get and update that the furniture should arrive between 3-4 PM, the delivery guy shows up with 2 picture frames and says our couch is on back order. Mind you this is the FIRST that we are hearing our couch is on back order and that we would not be receiving it on the day of delivery. I call the store to find out what’s going on as again we hadn’t heard from ANYONE, to our knowledge everything was going to be delivered that day, so the store says the couch was delivered to the warehouse today and the soonest we can get it to you is on 4/3. My spouse calls and they tell him sorry it’s on back order and we don’t know when we will have a date for you, so they provided us 2 different answers and we didn’t know which was true. I asked to speak to a manager and he was to busy for and said he would call back. Never called so my spouse called and spoke to a sales manager by the name of Travis and said there was nothing he can do. We then texted Hannah and even though she was not at work she still made the time for us to answer our questions and apologize. They stated they don’t deliver on Mondays so we asked for Tuesday and they said sorry the soonest we have is Wednesday. The least they could do is fit us on the schedule for Tuesday as we have NO COUCH. I get things happen and we would’ve been okay as long as it was communicated either the day prior or the morning of as the supposedly to inventory “48 hours prior” but now it is Easter weekend and we have no couch for our friends and family to sit on and or for us to sit on. We have to use lawn chairs in our living room, again just a little communication would of avoided all of this and or doing something for us to make this situation better. Ashely Furniture and their staff (besides Hannah) made us feel that is was our fault and like it was not a big deal. Very inconvenient and I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again and if I do I’ll make sure to not be prepared and give away our furniture until after we receive our items and they will just have to deal with the room they have when delivering as that is how we are being treated with this situation.

Shopping at the Ashley Store has been nothing short of a very enjoyable experience.The sales person,Aaron white very knowledgeable and a gentleman ,that has the interest of the customer.Another very knowledgable individual with an all out personality is Sa'Phire.She makes the customer feel comfortable with any questions that they may have and is their to solve them putting the customer first.If you are looking for home furniture, rugs,lamps,etc.this is the place to shop.

Experience with our sales person at the store was good. Bought a couch on a Sunday, told it would be delivered by Thursday of that week. Wednesday midday I get a call saying there was a manufacturing error and couch wouldn't be delivered for another week. I think that is very inconvenient to call us the day before delivery is happening to tell us. We had the old couch picked up on Tuesday to make sure everything would be ready for new couch so now our living room is empty for another week because we were not notified sooner that the new couch would be delivered later than promised. Then, I got an email saying there will be no more changes on our end as far as when it would be delivered. Not that we are going to change it, but I like that we pay thousands of dollars and are told the day before there is a change in delivery but if WE needed to change something at the last minute to accommodate our families needs it wouldn't happen.

Reese went ABOVE and beyond to help us fix a huge mistake that Rooms to go messed up with us. He was knowledgeable and patient. He was willing to go the extra mile to even help us take a leaf out of the table to see what it looked like without it! He was able to get our transaction done quick and get us delivery for this weekend as we were hoping! Worth the extra money for no stress!
