Ordered from the store and scheduling worked out, though it was much not difficult than it should be. Items were dropped off, and one piece was found to be damaged. The back and forth with customer service had been horrible. Everything is segmented, and you can never actually speak with someone in the replacement department. Store only says you must call, and they are not part of the after the sale team. They are sure to take your money, though.

Purchased a “new arrival” bedroom set along with dresser and 2 nightstands on 6/7/25 with a delivery date of 6/20/25. Received a call, delivery date moved to 6/27. 6/25 received another call delivery date now end of July, no date, due to bed not available. Asked if they could deliver the rest on 6/27, which they did. I went back to the store and they escalated the issue and stated delivery could be 8/2. An hour later, escalation folks call and stated delivery is now 8/5 and they’ll give me 5% off… Really!!! They were suppose to return my call today and didn’t. I will NEVER buy from Ashley ever again, one and done. Hopefully I’ll get it in August. You have been warned.

Urgent Complaint – Unacceptable Treatment and Service – Order #718G955622 To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Ashley Furniture store in Ocala, Florida, and I am demanding immediate action regarding my recent purchase. I spent over $3,000 on furniture, including a $230 delivery fee, and what I experienced was nothing short of unacceptable. The delivery team refused to assemble the furniture, which was supposed to be part of the service. When I contacted the store to have the issue corrected, the manager on duty not only refused to help but also refused to give me his name—something no professional manager should ever do. What’s worse, when I pointed out that the delivery driver did not speak English and that communication was a challenge, the manager had the audacity to call me a racist. That accusation is absolutely outrageous and offensive. For a manager to treat a paying customer this way is disgraceful and inexcusable. This individual has no business being in a management position or representing your company in any capacity. I expect the following actions to be taken immediately: 1. A full refund of the $230 delivery fee 2. Proper assembly of the furniture that was paid for 3. A formal written apology from the store and that manager for the way I was treated This experience has left me with a complete lack of confidence in your company. If this is not resolved promptly and appropriately, I will have no hesitation escalating this complaint through all available channels, including public reviews and formal consumer protection avenues. I expect a response without delay.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE Details below We received a damaged item from ashley with a huge stain that does not go away The person selling out to us on the store very clearly told us that there is a 30 day return policy especially if reported within 3 business days Our receipt and email does not tell us anything about the return policy We called them literally 20 minutes after the item was delivered and they said sorry no return Even the people on the line (Ms Angel Curry) were telling us very rude statements like “im sorry you CANT SEE the policy but IT IS on the receipt” The call is monitored, i hope someone from the supervising team can review the call (i can give exact details on the person, time called and email address) Blaming us to “not see” something that IS NOT THERE I emailed them the receipt and they denied it not being there I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said “there is no oerson above me, im all you can speak to for now” 1- in store we were told that there is a 30-day return policy 2- we do not get a clear return policy on the receipt 3- when we call the team they blame us for something that DOES NOT EXIST on our papers, receipt or email Excellent work guys Keep it up

Crooks sold the same pc of furniture to 2different people mother in law boight it 1400 dollars cash was called 3 days later and was told it was sold the day before told her she had to wait 15 working days to get her money back
