On October 8, I went to Ashley Furniture in Ocala with my friend to make a purchase. We used her credit card, which was provided by Ashley, to buy one sofa amounting to $800. On October 13, we were informed that there was a problem with the delivery address. I called again on October 14, and the staff confirmed that the issue had been resolved. They assured me that the sofa would be delivered on October 16. However, on October 16, I was informed that the credit card transaction was cancelled due to a suspected fraud issue. I waited the entire day for the delivery, but it never arrived. There was poor communication, and when I tried to follow up, the customer service was unhelpful and the store staff were rude. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture Ocala again due to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

Bought dining room table and chairs. One of the chairs arrives with a leg about half an inch shorter than the other three so rocks quite badly. Contact Ashley they send someone out who says “yea these chairs are notorious for that” and that there’s not much to be done. He does however put a stack of three or four felt pads on the bottom of that leg which temporarily solves the issue until the got sat on once and the felt pads got squished. Get back in touch with Ashley and they offer to send out another tech for another opinion on repairing the chair. The chair was delivered with one leg shorter than the others! I ask if we can simply exchange the chair for a different one and I’m told no they only offer service on the furniture. I asked to be put in touch with another department and they said no. I asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor won’t give any other option. BUYER BEWARE! These people do NOT stand by their product. If you need furniture look elsewhere. I know I will not be back.

Warranty is a total joke! In response to you, I have emailed twice. No response. You come on here and reply as if you care, and you don’t. You sold a warranty for $600 that is absolutely worthless!

My neighbor up the street had a beautiful sofa and I just absolutely loved it and she purchased it from Ashley furniture. So I went to the store in Ocala and it was delivered about a month ago. Upon Delivery immediately after they left, I noticed many imperfections on the leather of the couch. I contacted Ashley. After about a week or so, from not hearing from them, I physically Had to go to Ocala store, which was about 45 minutes from my home and address the issue. They set up an inspector to come to my home that following Friday. From the time I went to the store and the inspector came to look at my furniture, One of this electrical wires to the left side of the couch was not working. The inspector came made his notes and left. He said all he does is take pictures and send a report and that I should hear from Ashley in a day or so. I waited for over a week without any updates so I went back up to Ocala store which again is 45 minutes from my home to get this address. You cannot call the store and get any answers. You get a call center. The day I went there was absolutely no managers on the floor. They were all in training. I spoke to the gal at the front desk and I wish I remembered her name, but I will tell you she was kind and professional and a get it done person attitude. She spoke to someone on the phone and we are now scheduled to get our brand new couch hopefully in perfect order this coming week. I am hoping after all this is said and done knowing this is possibly, We will be extremely happy that we Purchase at Ashley and hopefully not our last

Bought bedroom set, dresser broken before delivery, second attempt they couldn't connect mirror. Harassed us for a few weeks and delayed. We told them to take back the mirror and just credit us, NO way. They will not yield. They want you to always talk to their AI. They can't be bothered with customers. Im not happy with Ashley Furniture!

I used to love Ashley Furniture, but I'm pretty much thinking about blocking their number at this point. We did not have good service with the store. They didn't have what I wanted, tried to sell me something different that they didn't have to show me, so I went ahead and ordered but it was going to take 3 weeks. In the meantime I found what I wanted and canceled the order. A week later the order was still not canceled and they kept calling me to deliver the item that I already canceled. I had to call back several times and because their system is automated I had to use a phone that wasn't my own because the minute I called from my number, I couldn't get through to a person. So after going through that several times, once again they said it was canceled and they would refund my money. It has now been more than 3 weeks and I still don't have my money back. Plus I just got another call from them which I missed and I called back and I was on hold for about 10 minutes and when I finally got through to someone she had literally no idea why they called me, said it was sort of an auto thing, she was ending the call and thanks a lot. I'm so angry I literally want nothing to do with them ever again.

Worst experience ever! A dining room set we ordered was delivered on Tues & taking the tags off the chairs last night we noticed a big chunk of wood that had broken off the leg was simply taped on!! Now, it's less than 48 hours we're trying to report it to the store and we must file a claim & wait who knows how long to get this resolved. I tried to call the store 4 times & no one answers the call. I guess they're busy getting all the complaints!! Will never shop there again. Salesman Stephen very friendly to take your money but then.....crickets! Just awful
