I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. To start on a positive note, our sales representative, Levi, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the in-store experience smooth and easy. If this review were based on him alone, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, everything after the purchase has been a complete disaster. We purchased our furniture in February, and before we even received it, the issues started. Our delivery was delayed nearly three weeks, all the way to March 10th. That should have been the first red flag. Almost immediately after delivery, we noticed quality issues. I reported the problem right away and provided everything requested—photos, serial numbers, and details—within five days. Despite actively working with their team, they attempted to fall back on a three-day reporting cutoff, which is completely unreasonable. From there, the customer service experience only deteriorated. I was told parts would ship within 7–10 business days. That never happened. There was no tracking information, no proactive communication, and no follow-through. Now I’m being told that a full resolution may not happen until the end of April at the earliest—and even then, they are only offering to send one chair in the meantime. After spending a significant amount of money, I’m expected to wait months with defective and incomplete furniture. To be clear, I do not want replacements. I want a full refund and for the company to pick up their defective product. My pregnant wife is currently sitting on the floor because of this situation, which is completely unacceptable. What’s most disappointing isn’t just the product quality—it’s the lack of accountability and communication. It feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own. For anyone reading this: expect a generic response from the company to this review. It will likely sound helpful, but based on my experience, it will not lead to a real solution. That is part of the problem—these responses create the appearance of customer care without actual resolution. If this company truly stands behind its brand, they need to make this right immediately by issuing a full refund and removing their defective furniture from my home. Until then, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley furniture from start to finish. We worked with Aaron, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. He went above and beyond of what we expected! It was very much a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service and to definitely ask for Aaron. We will absolutely be back in the future!

Was looking for a reclining chair, but employee was wearing so much perfume, my asthma triggered. It's a scent, not a marinade. Had to leave and shop elsewhere.

Tina was terrific at Ashley furniture in ocala. Tina spent a lot of time with us, and was very knowledgeable about this particular product. We purchased two very nice outdoor chairs and a table. We had a lovely experience. The chairs and table were onsite so no waiting. I really love going into a store and having a human being help with the purchase . What a novel idea!

Aileen was very helpful when it came to buying my new recliner!

Bought a very expensive reclining sofa. Made sure to buy the warranty as well. In less than a year, the cushions are already breaking down on the recliner sides. It started slowly but has progressively been getting worse. I filed a claim, and they asked when the issue started. I was honest and said that it had started a couple of months ago and was progressively getting worse. My claim was denied because they said I didn't report it in 30 days. I tried to explain to them that I didn't know that it was going to get as bad as it did, but they refused to change their ruling, and not only that, now my warranty is no good on anything else that happens. I have no option to file any further claims. Complete waste of money. Wish I had gone to La-Z-Boy like I had started to do.

For me personally shopping for furniture is just one notch above shopping for a mattress. That said we had a very good experience at Ashley’s in Ocala Fl. Or sales representative, Levi was very personable and helpful explaining products and pricing. When we are ready to make another furniture purchase we will definitely look at Ashley.

My wife and I recently searched online and throughout Central Florida for two new indoor manual recliner chairs. After visiting virtually all the stores multiple times over the course of the past two months, we couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Ultimately, we chose Ashley Furniture store in Ocala, FL. Our decision was based on the favorable matching and comfortable style, high quality material and size of the chairs. Furthermore, our choice was simplified by the knowledgeable and helpful support from their experienced Home Furnishing Specialist, Hailey Weatherford. She politely allowed us ample time to view their wide selection of store inventory, enabling us to decide what we liked best, with no sales pressure. Additionally, the store manager Hailey consulted with to close the sale, was very considerate of our selection, and he offered us the absolute best price for the chairs, which included the extended warranty coverage, delivery and set-up of the furniture in our home. Speaking of delivery, the drivers Jomar and Lavaris provided us with real time automated GPS updates on the order and shipment status, and they arrived on time exactly to the minute. They quickly unpacked and set up the pieces in just a few minutes. They were friendly and conscientious deliverymen. In summary, we are thoroughly satisfied customers and highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store in Ocala to any prospective furniture buyers.

I ordered a sectional sofa after Thanksgiving. It was supposed to be delivered on 1/31. They tried to deliver one half of the sofa at the end of January. I told them to wait until I could get the whole sofa. WELL...the automated Chatbot Jenny continued to try and deliver the 1/2 of my sofa.. I finally went to the store to complain. Needless to say I finally received the Sofa...at the end of February. It only took them 3 months to deliver ONE WHOLE SOFA.

Purchased a protection plan for over $900. The Ocala Ashley store never submitted my information to the protection plan company. Extend is the aftermarket company that Ashley uses and they do not have my information I went back and forth even going back up to the store to try to rectify the situation and I cannot get anyone to submit my information to extend which is the company Ashley uses for protection plans. Horrible customer service this is a chair I bought less than a year ago and it's already falling apart the material is as thick as Saran Wrap. Please save yourself the heart ache and go to a different store

Excellent experience buying a couch at this Ashley Furniture location. The saleswoman, Aileen, was wonderful to work with and provided great customer service. Along with the shopping and service experience, was after we purchased the couch at the store but before delivery, we found a cheaper price online. We sent in the details and they honored their price match policy. We received a timely partial refund even before the couch was delivered. I have a lot of respect for businesses that stand behind what they say and for that reason this Ashley location has earned my business for life. After delivery and set up of the couch we could not be more happy with our purchase. I highly recommend you give this store a chance to earn your business.

There are 5 separate issues. 1.) I received a nightstand that was damaged, and I had to send it back for a replacement. 2.) The chest dresser I received had damaged tracks, and the drawer would not go back in. I had to send this back for a replacement. 3.) The king-size box spring was damaged. I spoke to a lead manager who ordered a replacement to be delivered. The delivery staff brought me a king-size mattress protector, not a box spring. This had to be returned, and then I had to call back to get the correct item delivered. 4.) While dealing with the customer service staff, I encountered an unprofessional team member. This team member stated that I was fortunate enough for her to give me a courtesy call. As someone who has been in management and dealing with customers, I feel this was not an attempt at service recovery. I had let my concerns and challenges be known regarding my experience, and this is what was said to me. 5.) While dealing with the above team member, I asked to speak to a manager. She stated that she let them know, and someone was to call me. I never received a call from a manager. I am highly dissatisfied with Ashley's customer service department, as well as their products. I had to send back 3 different items for replacement, deal with unprofessional staff, and spend several weeks waiting for replacement items.

We had a great experience at this store. Went in looking to buy furniture for our new home and met with Cesar. We spent several hours and bounced all over the store. He was very patient and gave us plenty of room to make our final decision without any pressure.

our sales guy was excellent took us right to what we were looking for. He listened to us very happy with our reclining couches. The only thing is we were told our pop-up sleeper, and chase lounge Corner piece would be here maybe an early February today I was told March 28. This was a cash order no communication that it’s going to be another eight weeks does not feel very acceptable. this has nothing to do with the sales guy. He was excellent as far as customer service this in getting us our product that we bought not acceptable.

From the minute we walked in. A young gentleman introduced himself and asked how he could help. We told him what we were looking for and right away he took us to where they were and showed us what was available on the floor and told us there's other options on line as well. From start to finish the experience was friendly, fast , and the young man didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Very happy customer. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been looking for a good pillow for awhile. I ended up with the tempur pedic ProLo Low Profile and love it. It was the delivery and customer service that needs work. On day of delivery I was not informed I needed to sign for delivery as I was told it could be left outside my door. When I called customer service to reschedule the delivery I was told another department would call to reschedule. I followed up in-store and when customer service called to check on the order it had been billed out as if the product had been delivered. A case was open which takes 48 hours to review. I received a call Friday afternoon that the pillow was at the store. I go to pick it up Saturday and was met with hesitation that I can take the pillow since a Case was pending. Tina the sales associate and I wish I got his name, behind customer service desk, exemplify helping the customer especially since the after purchase experience on the company’s part was not good. The two young ladies at customer service were not as helpful. After this experience my business will stay with the competitors.

Store was fine however trying to get service for a damaged couch when it was delivered has been pulling teeth and will be over a month before someone actually comes and takes a look. Never calls back or follows up with service if there is an issue. Scheduled a tech without even speaking to anyone to see if we would be available.

Your sales people were very nice and worked with me on the sale of my rocker. The delivery was effortless and the product is what I wanted.

Aileen was fantastic. On our first visit I was not ready to purchase anything but was just looking for ideas on what I wanted. Every other store we went to once I had explained that they just left us alone and never spoke with us again. Aileen made sure to give us some space to look but once she saw us showing more interest in a piece, she came over and explained all of the features that piece offered. I was on the fence with that piece prior her explaining that it was machine washable and how sturdy it was built. Aileen really ended up selling me on the piece and on our second visit we decided to purchase it and she and the manager helped work with my budget to ensure I got everything I was looking for within my price point. Overall fantastic customer service all around and a beautiful new piece to add to my home.

One of the delivery guys was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the other guy—who appeared to be the manager—was not friendly at all and seemed to be in a rush to leave. During the delivery, they scratched the painted wall both inside and outside of my apartment. My wife politely asked if the sofa could be positioned a different way, but the manager responded that they “didn’t have time for that.” Because of the clear difference in attitude and service, we tipped $20 to the helpful delivery person, but not to the person in charge

Went to this Ashely furniture in Ocala fl, they messed up my order time and time again, the staff is terrible and if you ever need to get a hold of the store, don’t bother, they don’t answer the phones, we planned on buying more furniture from this store but after this nightmare we will take our business elsewhere :)

Awful experience at the Ocala location. Bought a couch with Reece who was extremely helpful, gave us space, and answered all our questions. However we found the exact same couch but $500 cheaper at a store in Gainesville. Knowing Ashley Furniture has a ‘price match guarantee’ we brought the invoice in the store from the other furniture company and the manger, Travis, mocked my husband with the proof saying ‘those are made up numbers.’ We ended up leaving the store after being talked down to to cool off. I ended up going back to the store to cancel the order several hours later only to find out that they actually did price match the furniture behind our back without telling us. I still ended up cancelling the order because of the principal of the situation. I’m not sure if the store has some type of tactic of making the customer feel uncomfortable and wrong when price matching so they don’t go through with it? It was very confusing. Why couldn’t they just tell us from the beginning thy were going to price match the furniture? I will never do business with the Ocala store again. The customer service line was very helpful informing us that we did do all the right steps.

Beware of the credit line they offer with the purchase, Synchrony Bank. I set up the account and schedule a first payment for $100 dollars.They took all the money at once, what was the point on a line of credit? No idea. I called the store trying to talk to the manager because the waiting time for this Synchrony card was ridiculously long. The lady on the phone didn't want to connect me with the manager and said there's nothing they could do about since it is a credit card issue. Ok, I know but ASHLEY FURNITURE is signing up customers to the credit card. Finally, I got in touch with that bank and they had no idea what happened, they apologized and were talking about a refund by mail in 14 business days but or the line got disconnected or they hung up. No idea so far if they are sending the check or not. So be careful!

I bought a bedroom set from the Ashley Furniture Store in Ocala for about $2700. When they delivered it on 11/22, there were pieces missing for the bed. They told me that I needed to call a technician. Now I had a family emergency and was going to fly back to New York on the 23rd. I called the store and even went there in person early in the day. Everyone told me someone would call me. I wanted them to pick up the furniture yet they just ignored me until their warehouse closed. I AM NEVER AGAIN GOING TO SHOP AT THIS ASHELY FURNITURE STORE IN OCALA. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE UPON DELIVERY!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THERE. My mom and I went to this store to buy a dining table. We knew what we wanted but wanted to look around and may be ask some questions. When we walked in there were no other customers in there, only workers but even though they looked at us. No one said hi, no one asked how they could help us. We stayed in the store looking around other options, and while we did that a few couples and other customers walked in. To our surprise every employee said hi to them and immediately asked if they needed help. We felt racism and a huge lack of customer service. To everyone in the store you need to do better for EVERYONE.

Looking for a replacement to our sectional but wanted something different. A trusted advisor Kiedan Carillo introduced himself and show us various sofas explaining each one. He was quite patient and help us find the right one for us. The Ashley store on 4039 SW 43rd st in Ocala has a great selection of furniture and if you ask for Kiedan you wil be off to a great start.! I highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store and Kiedan!

We made a decision to purchase on line after we returned home- your payment system did not work - Aarondid to get help from his manager who was unable to do anything. Apparently this is a frequent problem - so we purchased the same chair elsewhere. Pretty sad!

I had a very good experience with the sales person. I went to the store knowing what couch I wanted because when visiting my son’s house I sat on his couch and it was the most comfortable couch I ever sat on. I wanted one just like it. It was explained to me that this was no longer a stock item but he went online to check warehouse stock and there were pieces available that would make a sectional couch if I was interested. That would be great because it was a very good price and more sitting room. My concern was the condition of the furniture and he assured me that if there is a problem on delivery I can have the option to refuse it and Ashley would refund my money or apply to a different couch. That made my decision easier and I hope when delivered all is well because I m hoping it will be as comfortable as my son’s couch. The sales person Jerry Crawford was the best.

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Ocala, FL Ashley’s Furniture store. We worked with Aileen, who was wonderful! She spent a lot of time showing us the options available in the store. We found a set that will work beautifully for our home ad delivery within one week. We had a great experience overall!!

We liked the furniture and the sales person was friendly and very helpful. I just think that all new furniture is over priced.

Our sales person was pleasant enough during the sale, that is where the good stopped. Some of the items came damaged when we called customer service which is obviously overseas which was the worst experience I’ve ever had it went downhill from there. To top it off the quality of the merchandise was ridiculously bad. When we said we wanted to return it for a refund or a store credit they said no. I personally will not do business with them again.

On October 8, I went to Ashley Furniture in Ocala with my friend to make a purchase. We used her credit card, which was provided by Ashley, to buy one sofa amounting to $800. On October 13, we were informed that there was a problem with the delivery address. I called again on October 14, and the staff confirmed that the issue had been resolved. They assured me that the sofa would be delivered on October 16. However, on October 16, I was informed that the credit card transaction was cancelled due to a suspected fraud issue. I waited the entire day for the delivery, but it never arrived. There was poor communication, and when I tried to follow up, the customer service was unhelpful and the store staff were rude. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture Ocala again due to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

Bought dining room table and chairs. One of the chairs arrives with a leg about half an inch shorter than the other three so rocks quite badly. Contact Ashley they send someone out who says “yea these chairs are notorious for that” and that there’s not much to be done. He does however put a stack of three or four felt pads on the bottom of that leg which temporarily solves the issue until the got sat on once and the felt pads got squished. Get back in touch with Ashley and they offer to send out another tech for another opinion on repairing the chair. The chair was delivered with one leg shorter than the others! I ask if we can simply exchange the chair for a different one and I’m told no they only offer service on the furniture. I asked to be put in touch with another department and they said no. I asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor won’t give any other option. BUYER BEWARE! These people do NOT stand by their product. If you need furniture look elsewhere. I know I will not be back.

Warranty is a total joke! In response to you, I have emailed twice. No response. You come on here and reply as if you care, and you don’t. You sold a warranty for $600 that is absolutely worthless!

My neighbor up the street had a beautiful sofa and I just absolutely loved it and she purchased it from Ashley furniture. So I went to the store in Ocala and it was delivered about a month ago. Upon Delivery immediately after they left, I noticed many imperfections on the leather of the couch. I contacted Ashley. After about a week or so, from not hearing from them, I physically Had to go to Ocala store, which was about 45 minutes from my home and address the issue. They set up an inspector to come to my home that following Friday. From the time I went to the store and the inspector came to look at my furniture, One of this electrical wires to the left side of the couch was not working. The inspector came made his notes and left. He said all he does is take pictures and send a report and that I should hear from Ashley in a day or so. I waited for over a week without any updates so I went back up to Ocala store which again is 45 minutes from my home to get this address. You cannot call the store and get any answers. You get a call center. The day I went there was absolutely no managers on the floor. They were all in training. I spoke to the gal at the front desk and I wish I remembered her name, but I will tell you she was kind and professional and a get it done person attitude. She spoke to someone on the phone and we are now scheduled to get our brand new couch hopefully in perfect order this coming week. I am hoping after all this is said and done knowing this is possibly, We will be extremely happy that we Purchase at Ashley and hopefully not our last

Bought bedroom set, dresser broken before delivery, second attempt they couldn't connect mirror. Harassed us for a few weeks and delayed. We told them to take back the mirror and just credit us, NO way. They will not yield. They want you to always talk to their AI. They can't be bothered with customers. Im not happy with Ashley Furniture!

I used to love Ashley Furniture, but I'm pretty much thinking about blocking their number at this point. We did not have good service with the store. They didn't have what I wanted, tried to sell me something different that they didn't have to show me, so I went ahead and ordered but it was going to take 3 weeks. In the meantime I found what I wanted and canceled the order. A week later the order was still not canceled and they kept calling me to deliver the item that I already canceled. I had to call back several times and because their system is automated I had to use a phone that wasn't my own because the minute I called from my number, I couldn't get through to a person. So after going through that several times, once again they said it was canceled and they would refund my money. It has now been more than 3 weeks and I still don't have my money back. Plus I just got another call from them which I missed and I called back and I was on hold for about 10 minutes and when I finally got through to someone she had literally no idea why they called me, said it was sort of an auto thing, she was ending the call and thanks a lot. I'm so angry I literally want nothing to do with them ever again.

Worst experience ever! A dining room set we ordered was delivered on Tues & taking the tags off the chairs last night we noticed a big chunk of wood that had broken off the leg was simply taped on!! Now, it's less than 48 hours we're trying to report it to the store and we must file a claim & wait who knows how long to get this resolved. I tried to call the store 4 times & no one answers the call. I guess they're busy getting all the complaints!! Will never shop there again. Salesman Stephen very friendly to take your money but then.....crickets! Just awful

The only good thing about our experience so far was the person who helped with the purchase. Anything after that has been just ridiculous. We were given delivery dates when we purchased multiple items, those ended up being changed without us knowing. Each item a different date. Our kitchen table was on its 4th date, finally shows up and it’s the wrong color. Now we’re waiting to be contacted for a new delivery date AGAIN. Who knows how long it will be this time. Absolutely ridiculous, will likely be the last time we order. Update: Zero help from the store, manager said he would forward over to office manager, and we would receive a call back with updates. Nothing.

I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture of Ocala. I purchase warranties with all of my furniture. My paperwork is for 5 year warranties. Ashley said the warranties are not valid and that the damage on the love seat and entertainment center is cosmetic so they will not cover it. So, their furniture is crap and they don't honor their warranties.

Furniture was delivered on time and despite one piece being dirty from delivery truck (they are sending a tech out to clean it) everything went well. The sectional we got fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

Literally walked in twice in the last week to try to purchase furniture for my new home I wasn’t greeted either time. Ok no big deal but I couldn’t even get an associate to come up and assist me on a purchase. Both times I went up and looked at sectionals and kitchen tables I got stares but nothing not even a hello. I went out and waited outside in my car just to see if the next guy would be greeted and sure as heck he was greeted before he even got through the opening section. I don’t even want the dang furniture anymore I’m just going to go to blockers as I’ve never had any issues there. If a sales manger or Gm reads this I would advise you not I meet with your team and tell them to stop judging customers. I gave you guys the chance twice.

I had warranty issues that was not resolved. I went to Ashley‘s in Ocala. I spoke with one of the management team Britney, who reached out to Ashley headquarters and told them my problem. I gotta call that night from ironically enough a woman named Ashley who said she will refund my purchase. Thank you so much Brittany and Ashley.

You can probably find better quality for a lower price, but you can DEFINITELY find better customer service! I’ve never had such an awful experience with a business. I purchased furniture from them with zero interest financing for 5 years, but when I checked my account I was being charged interest from day 1. I reached out to the salesperson who assisted me and was told it was their mistake but she wasn’t sure if they could help me. I then showed up to their store with my paperwork confirming the financing option I was supposed to have, and the customer service rep was rude and dismissive telling me it wasn’t their problem (despite it being their mistake) and that I needed to reach out to synchrony. Of course, synchrony’s response was that it wasn’t their problem and that I needed to reach out to Ashley. I would never recommend purchasing from Ashley or financing through Synchrony anywhere.

Ordered from the store and scheduling worked out, though it was much not difficult than it should be. Items were dropped off, and one piece was found to be damaged. The back and forth with customer service had been horrible. Everything is segmented, and you can never actually speak with someone in the replacement department. Store only says you must call, and they are not part of the after the sale team. They are sure to take your money, though.

Purchased a “new arrival” bedroom set along with dresser and 2 nightstands on 6/7/25 with a delivery date of 6/20/25. Received a call, delivery date moved to 6/27. 6/25 received another call delivery date now end of July, no date, due to bed not available. Asked if they could deliver the rest on 6/27, which they did. I went back to the store and they escalated the issue and stated delivery could be 8/2. An hour later, escalation folks call and stated delivery is now 8/5 and they’ll give me 5% off… Really!!! They were suppose to return my call today and didn’t. I will NEVER buy from Ashley ever again, one and done. Hopefully I’ll get it in August. You have been warned.

Urgent Complaint – Unacceptable Treatment and Service – Order #718G955622 To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Ashley Furniture store in Ocala, Florida, and I am demanding immediate action regarding my recent purchase. I spent over $3,000 on furniture, including a $230 delivery fee, and what I experienced was nothing short of unacceptable. The delivery team refused to assemble the furniture, which was supposed to be part of the service. When I contacted the store to have the issue corrected, the manager on duty not only refused to help but also refused to give me his name—something no professional manager should ever do. What’s worse, when I pointed out that the delivery driver did not speak English and that communication was a challenge, the manager had the audacity to call me a racist. That accusation is absolutely outrageous and offensive. For a manager to treat a paying customer this way is disgraceful and inexcusable. This individual has no business being in a management position or representing your company in any capacity. I expect the following actions to be taken immediately: 1. A full refund of the $230 delivery fee 2. Proper assembly of the furniture that was paid for 3. A formal written apology from the store and that manager for the way I was treated This experience has left me with a complete lack of confidence in your company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE Details below We received a damaged item from ashley with a huge stain that does not go away The person selling out to us on the store very clearly told us that there is a 30 day return policy especially if reported within 3 business days Our receipt and email does not tell us anything about the return policy We called them literally 20 minutes after the item was delivered and they said sorry no return Even the people on the line (Ms Angel Curry) were telling us very rude statements like “im sorry you CANT SEE the policy but IT IS on the receipt” The call is monitored, i hope someone from the supervising team can review the call (i can give exact details on the person, time called and email address) Blaming us to “not see” something that IS NOT THERE I emailed them the receipt and they denied it not being there I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said “there is no oerson above me, im all you can speak to for now” 1- in store we were told that there is a 30-day return policy 2- we do not get a clear return policy on the receipt 3- when we call the team they blame us for something that DOES NOT EXIST on our papers, receipt or email Excellent work guys Keep it up

Crooks sold the same pc of furniture to 2different people mother in law boight it 1400 dollars cash was called 3 days later and was told it was sold the day before told her she had to wait 15 working days to get her money back

People act like car salesman, I didn’t get my product when they promised, and too expensive

I was delivered a table that was damaged, I paid for premium deliver and installation just to get a incomplete table and a damaged chair. I immediately called and reported this to Ashley furniture as the installers ran down my driveway to leave. When we received a call back about how the repairs would be handled they told us that they would mail us the parts and me and my wife could fix it, does that sound right to you all? I would strongly suggest never buying anything from this place. Oh yeah, this was a $2000 table and chairs after the delivery fee, and that's how we were treated. The installers stripped the screws that they did put in and 2 screws were never even put in. Now does that sound like premium installation to you guys? Believe me when I say there is absolutely no exaggeration in this complaint, if anything I might be forgetting some things

Wow I really should have looked at the reviews before purchasing my table last weekend. Yesterday my table was delivered. One broken chair not all the screws were installed they stripped on completely. I got a call today and they said they ordered the parts and we can install ourselves absolutely not. I paid 200.00 for install and delivery you will come and fix it. So now I have a brand new table that I can't use until it it fixed. So disappointing. I was going to go back for a coffee table..NOPE

Spent way more then I wanted on this bed team even paid for the home delivery/installment and the more I look the more horrible problems I see including their workers leaving blood on my bed frame. It is absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and a HUGE waste of money. I am so disappointed.

I have called the Ocala store eight times to tell them to take me off the mailing list. I can never get the Store. I get a customer service rep overseas, which is terrible because I can’t even understand their English. Before they will even connect me to the store, they ask me what is the problem ? They make me waste 15 minutes or more on the phone and then they tell me hold on while we connect you to the store. And then after waiting about seven or eight minutes they come back and tell me so sorry the store is not answering. This is a disgusting and terrible way to do business. How the heck can I get off this mailing list? I will never ever again do business with the store. !

We purchased a console from Ashley Furniture in Ocala, FL for our television at our new house and set up delivery for a couple months later since the house was under construction. At the time we gave the salesperson our new address but explained that it was not 'active' as yet due to home on that particular block were all being constructed. Plus we advised him that it was located inside a specific gated community in Ocala and one had to be specific in adding 'Road' to the end of our address. This was because there is another numbered address on the same named street - ending in 'Place - and if the delivery people went to that location they would wind up with 20-minute drive on a dirt road finding a vacant lot! As the closing date was approaching I contact three tradesmen for work at the house and also confirmed delivery of three separate items - including with Ashley Furniture. On a Tuesday morning we closed on the house and all of the workers who were hired to be there arrived later along with along with two of the three deliveries being made . . . except for Ashley Furniture! About 11am on that day my wife received a telephone call from a female whose English was hard to understand - but I got enough to know that she was with Ashley Furniture and the driver of the delivery truck was having a hard time finding our house. We did confirm that the address they claimed to be at ended in 'Place Road.' We specified the name of our new community and heard her relay this information to the driver - and she was told 'that's a big place' and wanting to know what end I was on. Three separate calls were 'relayed' from the driver to us back-and-forth and we even asked to have the driver to call us directly. We were then told that one-to-one communication wasn't allowed! At the end of the final call (to me) I told the driver a landmark where to go and I would wait there for the truck and lead them in. I then drove down to the site and waited approximately 25 minutes - until my wife called and said that the Ashley Furniture representative had said the driver was over his allotted 'time limit' for our delivery and he was moving on with his pre-arranged route. She was told that we would have to contact the Ocala store to make arrangements for another delivery date/time. Needless to say I tried to call the store and received no answer after the routine 'auto' voice asked me 20 questions in order to simply route my call through to the store itself. I heard it rung once and then the call was cancelled! With everything going on getting 'things' done at the new house I finally got time to make another call to to try and speak to anyone at the local store but, if you call the local store number, it routes you through to the customer service toll-free number and you have to put up with the automated voice and the same questions as before. I then drove directly to there store and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation to 'the sales manager' and asked if anything could be done by Thursday (it being Tuesday) to have the tv console delivered. After checking on the soonest possible delivery (Saturday) he pulled up the order on his computer and read the written documentation concerning the delivery debacle and said to me 'it looks like five people were involved' and that no one knew what the other was doing! After talking to HIS manager I was told she would call me back after her 'lunch' within the hour. Ninety minutes later I got to play 20-questions again and finally speak with the 'big boss' at the store. She said there was nothing to be done as delivery comes out of Tampa and is already per-set through Friday! Arrangements were made for the Saturday delivery and it did, indeed, come out okay within the specified time frame. If someone is considering purchasing furniture from Ashley Homestores - think long & hard about doing so because their customer service (and policies) following the sale truly suck! One need to rely on positive follow-up after the sale and their company is truly lacking in that area!

We worked with Derek on Memorial Day service was excellent. The next day we went back and bought another loveseat. Recliner from Derek. Excellent salesman to work with really enjoyed him.

We bought a couch and loveseat from Ashley and paid for the extra warranty.. After about 8 months we noticed the material was starting to roll and get little balls.. We went to Ashley and of course they sent us to the corporate where we sent pictures and they refused to warranty the fabric. So buyer beware their items are second class and don’t get screwed and buy the extra warranty because they absolutely won’t stand behind their product…

My experiment was fantastic,’professional and extremely helpful!!’ I met Alex over the phone asking questions about furniture I needed on a deadline date, moving to Ocala and in need of furniture had been a hassle . One week later I show up and picked everything I needed and Alex along with the sales manager assured me my furniture would arrive on the date they said it would, I didn’t believe nor trusted as in the past I was left waiting for two months with constant delays from another major furniture store ( Not Ashley ) after spending a crap full of money was really on delivery!! When picking the bed my wife picked out I wanted to be sure it was the correct one, I needed Alex to lay one the bed and move around to see if it was true that I would not feel my wife get on or off the bed, well he went the extra mile and did that also ( I can tell he knew I was crazy but he’s right ) I told them that bedroom and furniture better be there !!! The manager calmly said yes it will and proceeded to help me with financing. The furniture arrived!! I was called two days before, the day before along with constant update till it got to my door, delivery team was pros, installed everything where I needed it and left. You get a call later from Ashley to see how it went and that’s about it. Thank you alex and team, sales manager and very sorry for being a pain. Price was well spend on good furniture!!

After my 3rd time of purchasing here I can no longer recommend shopping here again. A year ago I purchased my livingroom set. Spent $3500. The entire time we discussed a 2-3yr no interest plan. I opted for a 2yr plan. It was a very long ordeal of picking out the right one and making the final selection and confirming the modular sectional was ordered with the correct pieces on the final paperwork. Fast forward a year and I’m seeing an $800 interest charge!!! My rep had incorrectly placed me on a 12 month. I owed $1200 and now it’s $2000. Synchrony said they have had this happen many times but they can’t change it the company I bought it from would have to help. They would allow me to pay it off with no interest within my statement. I’ve been bounced around through Ashley between store and corporate office and no one ever calls me back. I do. Even with a case number to their finance department which must be some top secret lair as I can never talk to them. And now after 3 weeks I’m being told they could never doing anything. Mind you I called them to find this out. Waited the 72hrs they preached and called the day after and was told this. Watch your receipts and be careful of online statements. I know synchrony charges 1.99 for paper statements but in this case it would have been worth that extra fee. If they make a mistake your on your own

The review below was written a few days ago. Since then Ashley has apologized and reached out to make things right. They gave me a special email address & told me what to write in the subject line. I do believe that people made mistakes, but I am going to give Ashley furniture the chance to make things right. Hopefully my next review will have 5 stars. STAY FROM UNORGANIZED ASHLEY! My story is simple and ridiculous. I ordered $7500 worth of furniture and that arrived okay. I just had to clean all the dirt of the side of the sofa with a steam cleaner. After that I ordered 4 Kitchen Stools online. Gave them my credit card and the delivery was set. The day before delivery the order was cancelled with no reason why. I called customer service who gave me a ticket number. They said they would call in 24 hours and never did. So I called the salesmen that I bought the $7,500 worth of furniture. Wanted to order them and then asked for free delivery and setup for everything I went through. He text me back, I could never do that I'll get fired...Then a manager emailed me. We had emails going back and forth what seemed to be an hour. Then I told him to just call me and he never did. I have 2.5 hours spent on ordering kitchen stools and don't have them and can't go through the process again. I still want the bar stools, but can't waste anymore time with them. They had all my info, I tried several times to order them and I simply just gave up. I think because it was a small order, no one cared!! I own a company and if I treated a past good customer no matter how big or small the order was and was treated like Ashley treated me, I would be out of business.

The sales associate (Stephen) was very courteous and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed.

I came into browse and was greeted by a salesperson named Aileen. I told her I was just there to browse and wanted to be left alone and she continued to hound me until I finally had to leave the store.

My husband and I came into the Ashley store not really knowing what we were going to get. When we first stepped in the store, we were greeted by salesman Stephen who guided us through the whole process of purchasing new furniture for our new home. He explained everything to us in detail to help us make the best decision. Thank you again Stephen for allowing us to make our own decision in this purchase. We were so pleased and can't wait until everything is delivered to our new home!!!

I ordered a table and 4 chairs. They communicated with me about delivery time. Table and chairs were in perfect condition.

Was nice that I had the store associate Reese personal phone number because when you call the Ashley store local phone number it goes to a call center and they could not transfer my call. The store associate Reese was very nice, made my order pain free and without me going to the store. Also delivered my chairs quickly. I will purchase from Reese and the Ashley store again.

Nice selection of furniture to meet most of my needs and my sales rep was very sweet and patient with my four hours of picking out thirty pieces or so to furnish my new home in Florida. There was a disappointing error in pricing of the entire package in which they applied a discount twice, so it came as a $1200 surprise, but the sales manager Travis worked to do what he could to mitigate the damage. But, still a bit of a disappointment at the end of a four hour shopping spree. Overall I would say the experience was positive and I would return for future purchases...

Outstanding service and support from Derek. Didn’t upsell me but I wound up spending a little more than I expected but am confident it was a fair price for much better furniture than I would have bought without his guidance. Totally satisfied and would recommend.

The staff at the Ocala store have been a great help and we love our furniture! The delivery process is a bit of a headache due to 3rd party company that does not know what they are doing and may have missing parts! (Who forgets the hardware to assemble furniture!???) But the Ashley staff does their best to fix everything and make things right!

The experience I had at Ashley was great. Ethan knew exactly where the furniture I was looking for was located in the store. When I made my decision I went back to store and asked for him. I recently went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a bedroom set and new mattress for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. When the delivery team finally arrived, key parts for the bed were missing. They told my mother they would return in a couple of days to complete the setup—but they never came back. What’s worse is that no one from Ashley followed up. I had to call multiple times, and it became clear that no one really seemed to care that an elderly woman was left without a proper place to sleep. When I asked for the missing parts to be sent overnight due to the urgency of the situation, I was told they couldn’t do that. Now, my mom is stuck sleeping on a couch until April 3, 2025—nearly two weeks after the initial delivery. For a brand name like Ashley, I expected much better service and communication. This situation is not only unacceptable, it’s deeply disappointing.

The store had an impressive selection of furniture. I purchased a beautiful dining room set from a very helpful salesman named Raymond. After having visited several furniture stores, Ashley came through for me with price, service and selection. Although I haven’t had it delivered yet, I’m confident I will be satisfied based on my experience so far.

My mother and I were greeted immediately by a young lady named, of all names, Ashley! I was surprised to learn she has only been a part of the team for 3 weeks. Ashley Furniture, you need to keep this young lady! She was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with assisting us in selecting a dresser/mirror combination. While we did not make the purchase, Ashley’s customer service most definitely will brings us back in to the Ocala location.

Yesterday I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in Ocala. Our salesman named Jerry C. was excellent. Professional friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Extremely satisfed. Very enjoyable experience.

The store was clean, well spaced, and had a variety of price points to choose from. We had been to 3 other furniture stores. We were in to buy a loveseat. Cesar was very knowledgeable, and informed us of all fabric choices for the one we were interested in. He explained the delivery options along with the pros and cons of each option. We will receive our item March 4th.

Steve was fantastic! Low pressure, attentive, pleasant and helpful. We will typically leave a store if we feel pestered (or conversely, ignored), but we were able to take our time to browse and ask questions. We ended up buying bedroom and dining room furniture and it was a pleasant experience.

We were those people and showed up 30 minutes before closing. However, within 10 minutes we found our new sectional and fell in love immediately! Cesar and his co workers are easy going and pleasant to deal with. Definitely going to stick with them for any other furniture needs!!

*** AS OF 2/25/25 NO ONE HAS EMAILED OR CALLED ME***One star is TOO MUCH! Less then happy after spending $6000 on a leather sectional. The right recliner had a "cut wire"- A technician came out and said it needed a motor- and now here we are....still waiting! nothing but a run around- we will NEVER use Ashley furniture again!!!

Having issues a second time, definitely not coming back, canceled order and going elsewhere. Says they're so considerate on the reviews and ignore emails. All fluff. Had issues with the first order and were trying to get us to sign off while still missing ordered furniture.

Ashley Store is a beautiful, well organized store. I came with solid specific ideas of what I wanted. My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. She and I selected what I desired very quickly. Yall should have these things on hand. Just disappointing and frustrating we were prepared on our end and overpay for these products and services and this happens twice.

I was approached by Aaron at the Ocala Ashley's Home store. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with his product knowledge and the respect to let me look around before diving into selling. I was never pushed into anything which most people don't like. He held my purchase in his tablet so I could visit a competitor for other pieces that Ashley didn't have the colors I was looking for. I did, however, purchase most of my furniture from Ashley and only a couple small pieces elsewhere. Thank you Aaron!! You were amazing.

The chair I was told was in stock was not in the store when I had to go in to pay for it in person. After speaking to the salesperson I had spoken to on the phone, I paid for the chair and set up delivery for Friday. Before I left the store, the same salesperson told me thar delivery would not be until the following Wednesday. Also, for $49 the chair would come in a box and dropped off at my door. If I wanted the box opened and the chair brought inside my home, it would cost an additional $40!!!! What a racket!!

Your manager Travis is rude and incompetent! We bought a bed in November and to this day the bed is still missing the supporting slats and sitting on the ground in our house. He instead of trying to resolve the issue is insisting that it is our fault because on their FOURTH ATTEMPT we were not home when I told him we couldn't be home for that delivery! Unbelievable AS PER USUAL ASHLEY'S POSTED A RESPONSE BUT NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR EMAIL FOR ANY RESOLUTION

I'm still waiting on furniture to be delivered even after I spoke to a representative to confirm. They have computers in the store that checks to see if items are in stock. So to my knowledge when I'm suppose to receive the furniture, the mattress is on back order. What's the point of checking. Then they push out another delivery time and date and was confirmed by a representative in a whole other country. Then I received an email saying to confirm the date and time AGAIN. And like most people I work and could not answer the phone. So now the mattress is still delayed. People don't like sleeping on couches when they spent money on furniture to sleep on. Super disappointed and do not recommend

I was greeted at the door by the sales rep but wanted to just look around the store. I had seen a dining room set on the website but wanted to see it on display. After deciding I wanted the set I found the gentleman that initially greeted me and made the purchase. Everything went well through the purchase and was done without any problems. Now I am just waiting for delivery. So far so good!

The worst purchasing experience I have experienced. Ordered multiple pieces of furniture on Dec 7th. We were told everything was in stock except 3 pillows which were on backorder and didn't have a delivery date. Everything else was supposed to be delivered Dec 26th. We get a call on the 21st to tell us nothing is in stock except the bed. So I cancelled everything else and kept the bed for delivery on the 26th. I called on the 24th to verify the delivery. We received nothing so I cancelled everything except the pillows which showed up 2 days after ordering! Over 2 hours of hold time, no apologies. This company has no idea what they have in stock and logistics and communication is terrible. They are happy to just take your money and take 10 days to return it. Edit: I tried to give them one more chance by offering to pick up the bed from their local warehouse since we really liked that one. They hung up on me.

We ordered a bed in November. It was delivered on November 23rd without the center slat support and the brackets. They literally left the bed sitting on the ground in our bedroom . It literally is one month later and they have come out FOUR TIMES and still have NOT brought the missing part . We finally told them to come for the bed since they cannot put it together and they have stated that all sales are final. So we are here left with the bed frame sitting on the ground THAT THEY NEVER ASSEMBLED and of course we spoke to customer service and we have walked into the store multiple times and spoke to Travis the manager and STILL NO RESOLUTION. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

While the store is fine, the customer service and communication from the factory/warehouse is abysmal. My wife and I ordered a bedroom set for delivery on a Saturday so we cleared out our existing furniture to be ready only to get a partial delivery with no warning. We now have 5 boxes in our master bedroom as we wait on one piece to my bed that we are now being told that they can not get for another week. When calling customer service to try to get any information we were hung up on by the automated system multiple times and when we finally did receive a real person to talk to they could only email the store for us. The only way that we received any good communication was to go back to the store and walk to talk to the representative at the desk. While the furniture is nice I would not order from this store unless you are ok with getting the run around for multiple weeks after they tell you your order will be delivered. Update: Even after everything has been delivered there are still pieces missing and we have to wait another 2 weeks for some hardware. My recommendation is to not deal with this place at all. The showroom can’t/wont help you with anything and the customer service line is a web of automation that just try’s to get you to give up and deal with your situation.

Beautiful location, everyone is suoer professional and my sales person Jesus was very knowledgeable, and understoodmy needs. The Acima rep Soly was very informative and professional, suoer sweet and kind. Definitely recommended to come here. The delivery is a bit of a mess but totally worth it.

Hailey assisted us with purchasing our recliner set and the original dining set. The recliners were delivered yesterday, and the dining set was initially scheduled for delivery on the 31st. Since my wife wanted an earlier delivery date, we visited the store today. As Hailey was off, Ms. Aileen assisted us in finding a new dining set with an earlier delivery option. During the process, my wife found the perfect set, and Aileen went above and beyond to make the switch happen seamlessly. Both Hailey and Aileen provided outstanding service, going the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Kudos to both of them! Bought cash a bedroom set and a desk for our den. The delivery men were independent. I started inspecting the furniture as they are setting it up and immediately noticed these rust stains on the desk, that was brand new fresh out of the box. I mentioned this to the delivery guy and he tells me oh it will come off. So I rub my finger on one of the stains and it’s not coming off. He asked me to try a disinfectant wipe so I tried that. This stuff is stained on. I stated that this is brand new there should be nothing wrong with it. There’s also a hole in one of the welded corners pictured. The delivery guy assemble my the seat took his own photos and called and spoke to someone from Ashley furniture. He told me that they have to send a technician out to evaluate if they are going to exchange it. Later that day I moved the desk and some kind of soot started coming out of the bottoms of the legs, also pictured. This furniture if absolute junk.

I confidently set out to purchase a twin mattress set at Ashley's Home Store. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a knowledgeable salesperson who expertly guided me through a selection of their mattresses. This Ocala Ashley's location has a larger selection, no-pressure sale staff who are professional, attentive, and compassionate about customer service. Reece White was my salesman and showed me all the furniture selections I wanted to see and gave me his unsolicited feedback. This Ashley's selection is second to none and had everything I was curious about. Reece's low pressure and attentiveness allowed me to walk out without any pressure to return months later. I was frank and told him only to contact about sales. Reece did just that and kept in contact about upcoming sales, and when the best time to order, because of high shipping times. This past Saturday, November 16, 2024, I finally decided to make my final purchase decision. Reece gave me the time I needed to make a confident decision. Overall, he gave me a phenomenal deal that I, at first couldn't believe, and was irresistible. I strongly recommend this specific location for its dedication, attentive, and professional staff. The recent visit by my wife and myself with this Ashley store in Ocala was outstanding! We were extremely impressed with the selection of furniture that we were looking for. They had a great selection of outdoor patio furniture and our sales associate Ethan M was also outstanding! He was very positive, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all he was not high-pressure. We were able to find a perfect match for what we were looking for on our outdoor patio, and he was even able to improve on the already reasonable pricing with some outstanding discounts. Julia was wonderful. Smart, smart, respectful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. If she couldn't ask a question she explained that she'd only been there for 3 months and was just learning each different piece of furniture or actually it was with the bedding. She told me she would get somebody else and I said no that that was fine I was just asking a question. So I will also add that she was very honest and it came across in her presentations of the different furniture. We ended up buying two recliner chairs from her and possibly maybe back for other furniture we liked. We will always ask for Julia. She also gave me her cell phone number that I could contact her if there was any problems at all. I would keep that girl!

The store is nice and well lit and it was inviting. We just stopped in to look and stumbled upon the perfect couch. Our sales agent Julia was attentive and knowledgeable. We had some difficulty finding my Ashley account and we're unsuccessful but didn't affect our purchase. Not our first or even second purchase from Ashley and will be back again.

Worst customer service ever. It took 5 deliveries of the same piece of furniture for our sectional to be correct. They’re all friendly and want to help you at this store but once you have problems with a piece of furniture that was delivered to you they want nothing to do with you. You have to deal with corporate and that’s a complete nightmare. Do yourself a favor and shop any other furniture store even if you have to pay more money!!!!

Worst experience ever. I bought outdoor furniture and paid for their premium delivery. The set came with no legs. It's been close to 3 weeks now and still no legs. The store manager, Travis, is totally useless. There is absolutely no communication between the technicians, promises broken, and still no legs. I'm beyond disappointed and wish they would take their crap back!

First time at Ocala Ashley. Friendly, helpful. However, upon delivery the diningroom set was wrong item and delivery driver refused to put it back on the truck. (He had only unloaded 1 chair so far). I called the store and Saphire admitted it was an error at their end and would be handled. I called the salesman (Stephen Steen) and he said the driver should not have done that. I was very disappointed by the delivery and the follow up for my order. I had delivery confirmation of bar stools , sofa and ottoman. Only the stools and ottoman shows up . Then it took two plus weeks to get sofa.I had called our store to see if I could change my barstools. I bought them over the phone but because I went through the stores system and not online Ashley would not return. I had to wait 5 days for an answer from corporate. The couch finally came not perfect as the staples were very evident on side and flaw on one cushion. I flipped over the cushion and didn’t want to deal with corporate BS again and kept the couch. Will never purchase from Ashley ever again!

I'm an Ashley customer and I like what Ashley has product wise. I wish I could say the same for the sales person that took my order. When I came into your Ocala store I was looking for a certain sofa that I saw online and the young man looked it up and told me that sofa was not in the store or in stock. I asked him what should I do because I really wanted that sofa he told me maybe I should go to another store. I was surprised that he didn't care if I got a sofa or not. I told the young man I have been an Ashley customer for years and was never told to go to another store. I told him to lose attitude and maybe we could work on finding me another sofa. He immediately changed his attitude towards me. I almost went to the manager about how I was treated. I excuse his behavior because I am bigger than that. That day I brought several pieces of furniture. I also let him know before I left to not to judge a book before you read it. I am a African American woman who is up in age and I was surprised with attitude these young people have. No customer service skills at all.

I can’t recall my salesman’s name now, but he was fantastic! He listened, was respectful and very helpful. The delivery folks were efficient.

I had a sofa delivered twice with a rip in it. I had to pay for someone to be at my house for the delivery. It took 3 times before I received my new sofa. I had to argue with them to get a new one. I have been waiting to hear about any compensation for my time and expenses. So far nothing. I am very unhappy with the experience.

This place is Joke, been calling for nearly 2 weeks , Customer service here have no Customer service at all. And whe you call is an automatic system.been having issues with a brand new sofa... No answers to my cpalls emails. .. I sugest people Dont buy from this place...

11/07/2024 *UPDATE** THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM ASHLEY We cancelled this order via phone within 24 hours of purchase because we found something we liked better, somewhere else. We were told, via phone, that it would take up to 72 hours to reflect at our bank, but we could go into the store if we would like an immediate refund. Which I did, on the morning of the 28th. At the store, I was told that the store manager “will not allow immediate refunds and it could take up to 72 hours to reflect at your bank”. Today makes 8 days since we cancelled, still don’t have our refund, and we are getting the run around from Ashley customer service. This is not our sales persons fault. I am dropping the rating because of the lack of customer service on Ashley’s end and because I was asked about my overall experience with Ashley. It’s sad that a person can go above and beyond to make a sale, yet the support system of the company they work for could drop the ball. 10/27/2024 We had never been to Ashely before and had no idea what we were in for, once we entered the store. We were immediately greeted by Aileen, who let us know about specials in the store and told us if we had any questions, to feel free to ask. We liked the fact that Aileen wasn’t pushy, and let us look at our own pace, but was available when we did have questions. We feel Aileen went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We found the prices at Ashley were very reasonable, which led us to purchase our new entertainment center.

My wife Debby and I spent a lot of time in this store and comparing it to others in the Ocala area. Prices seemed very reasonable compared to some and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Kudus to our salesman, Raymond Thorne for his hands-off approach, knowledge of what mattered and professionalism in writing up our sale.

Update: After working with the BBB, an associate from the store, and associates from Ashley’s corporate office, they allowed an exchange on the recliner. Thank you for working with me! I would like to start by saying that my sales person Aileen was amazing. I received my furniture in multiple shipments over a few weeks, and after everything arrived, it became clear that the $1300 electric recliner wouldn’t fit in the living room. I called and was told that all sales bought in-store are final, but had I purchased the items online, I could have returned them. I explained that I didn’t want to return the item, but exchange it for something that would fit. I was given a giant “Nope” by both the store and the corporate office. So basically I just dropped $5000, and was about to spent a few grand more, just to be told they can’t help me with an exchange. That’s pretty terrible customer service. I beg any of you reading this NOT TO PURCHASE IN-STORE…only online if you have to purchase from Ashley at all. But hey, now I have a giant recliner with a warranty for sale at a heavy discount if anyone is interested. There are several other furniture options available to purchase from where my business might be appreciated, but clearly it’s not Ashley Furniture. Remember…buy online…NOT in-store.

I bought replacement bed rails from this store. Was told by salesman that with premium delivery it would be set up. Any problems call him directly. Delivery was two hours early, I was informed they “don’t set up these”. I filed a claim for delivery refund. I was told that the store manager would call me to assist-crickets. Sales person that originally sold me rails, called him, crickets…still no refund. Make sure if you get furniture delivered, you get what you paid for—almost two weeks later-still no return call, just a vm asking me to complete a google review Update:: 10/15-ashley furniture customer service is still hassling me about refunding the full delivery fee and only wants to give me $50. Nearly 20 emails later-still haven’t talked to a live human being. Pick up the furniture yourself. You will spend an eternity trying to obtain a refund on a guarantee they promoted. Please do your homework on this store, their warranty guarantees and the ongoing consumer affairs and fraud reports they have online.

When i called the number to set up a delivery date and time, i was told that they did not have my specific items ordered in stock and that it may be a while sometime in November.
