Since we’re closing on March 20, I finally took my uncle’s advice to go "test drive" some couches in person. I’d been eyeing online couches from West Elm and Castlery pieces in the $4k range, but I figured I’d endure the aesthetics of a warehouse showroom just to get a feel for the dimensions. Apparently, being 24 in a market where the average homeowner is 48 makes you a target for some truly "innovative" customer service. As we walked in, a heavyweight middle age employee swiftly made her way over to us. Her opening hook? Not "How can I help you?" or "Welcome." No, this visionary simply looked us in the eye and said: "Behave." Immaculate. Groundbreaking. We should honestly rewrite the sales textbooks. Let’s toss out the "don’t judge a book by its cover" mantra and replace it with "openly insult the customer’s maturity before they even speak." It’s bold. It’s daring. It’s a spectacular way to ensure you never see a dime of commission. I stayed—not because she deserved the time, but because leaving would have only validated her weirdly ageist power trip. And wouldn't you know it? I actually loved the 5-piece Regality sectional. It’s deeper than the West Elm models and less expensive as well! Unfortunately, I didnt want to give this lady any sort of commission so I'm gonna order it online/still considering West Elm. Maybe I should've parked in the front so she could see my car and take us more seriously? Unless it was an ageist thing. She's lucky the new age for homeowning is so high or else she would need to retrain to work with people half her age.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jorge at Ashley in Odessa. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated all of his help. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone shopping there!

I would not recommend it. We paid for very poor material. We paid people to do the work, but we had to lift the materials ourselves and the assembly was done in the worst way. don't buy here

Multiple associates with their iPad walks by as my wife is trying different recliners and sofas without a single hi/hello/can we help you. We are currently looking for a new sofa and recliner and was looking to spend $2000-4000. We are now off to kanes and then lazy boy.

Five stars all the way for Kenny at Ashley Furniture in Odessa. He truly just changed my life by helping me get into the best mattress possible for my back and my sleep. I walked in overwhelmed and in pain, and he took the time to listen, explain every option clearly, and guide me to the perfect fit without any pressure. The financing he arranged was completely reasonable and made this decision feel comfortable and doable, which I am so grateful for. I honestly cannot wait for my new mattress to arrive. That is how confident I feel about this purchase because of Kenny’s knowledge and patience. Kenny is professional, kind, and incredibly good at what he does. If you are mattress shopping, ask for him. You will be in excellent hands.

We originally purchased a Sectional in November. Had some issues with the expected delivery 2 months later (manufacturer related issue). But, the manager, Ruby, and salesman, William, went above and beyond to ensure my order was fulfilled. They were very polite and pleasant to work with. Thank you!

All the people who work here are wonderful, but their furniture isn’t worth the money spent & neither is their “white glove” delivery service. Furniture came & one of our chairs has a cracked leg, the “white glove” guys left dirty handprint smudges all over our walls, & white furniture. They also put our bed frame together & one of the boards didn’t fit so they cross threaded the bolt & didn’t say anything, as well as leaving every single one of the other bolts loose. They left a mess too & didn’t bother to clean behind themselves after getting tipped $200. Ashley never called to even make sure everything was good or if there were any issues. I’ll never step foot in an Ashley furniture store….. EVER.

Just came in to look for a couch, was helped by Nathan. Easy and stress free transaction. Nathan was a pleasure to work with, didn’t push, didn’t rush, was friendly and knowledgeable. We will gladly be back to work with him again soon!

We bought a couch from Ashley’s Furniture and noticed an off, unpleasant odor the same day it was delivered. I contacted the store immediately. Their solution was to send someone out to smell it—as if I was making it up. He claimed he couldn’t detect anything, but that doesn’t change the fact that the odor is obvious and persistent. What’s frustrating is how easily this could have been handled. A professional cleaning would have been a reasonable first step. A retailer of this size absolutely has contractors for that. Instead, the issue was dismissed, and now we’re stuck with a couch that smells. Customer service isn’t about proving the customer wrong—it’s about solving the problem. In this case, that didn’t happen. On a positive note, the salesperson we worked with in-store was genuinely nice and professional. Unfortunately, that level of service didn’t carry through after the sale.

We placed a furniture order on 12/14 for a sleeper sofa and chairs, working with sales representative Kenneth Flores. During the purchase, we explicitly stated that the sofa would need to be delivered upstairs. We were advised this would not be an issue, with the only limitation being deliveries exceeding three flights of stairs, which is not an issue since our house is only 2 stories. When the delivery team arrived late today, they refused to bring the sofa upstairs, stating the order was not designated for white glove service. Even though we were told at the store it would be delivered upstairs. Additionally, when we tried to call the store for clarification, they didn’t pick up and the delivery team refused to wait. As a result of Kenneth’s incompetence we were forced to reject the delivery despite needing the furniture today due to guests arriving tomorrow.

I highly recommend Ashley furniture, and if you’re lucky enough to have Ms. Kristin as I was , she will have you feeling like you’re out shopping with your bestie! I’m very happy with my purchase , and especially the outstanding customer service I received!

I was shopping for a foundation and mattress. I went to box store mattress company, then went to Ashley. Nathan Brown dazzled me and I bought from him. He is very helpful, not pushy and knowledgeable. I modified my order and he quickly communicated the change was done. I did a price match with him too. Very customer service oriented! Now for the down side with delivery. I got a call the day before my delivery date that the foundation wasn't in. Therefore, I rescheduled to have both delivered together next week. The day of the original delivery, I get an e mail regarding the delivery that day. I called customer service, no help. I would think when I changed the foundation size, delivery should have realized it wasn't in stock for delivery today. Based on customer service, I think they will try to deliver the mattress today. TERRIBLE communication regarding change in my order and delivery..so in closing, Nathan is wonderful..delivery needs improvement. They modified my delivery date 2 more times!

Me and my wife had the best experience out furniture shopping that we have ever had we stopped in checking out the new ashley store in trinity/Odessa off 54 .we walked in was greeted at the door by Sedra, very professional allowed us to roam the store unattended until we were ready for her assistance we were in the market for a new bed and she was very knowledgeable and was able to satisfy all of our needs never rushed or pressured to make a sell, awesome experience if you are in the market for new furniture definitely check out the new ashley furniture on 54 and ask for Sedra.

(Odessa, FL Location) I rarely write reviews, but the service we received from Sales Associate Wes at the Odessa, FL Ashley Furniture location was truly exceptional—it deserves 10 stars! From the moment we walked in, Wes was respectful, introducing himself but immediately giving us space to browse the sofas we were interested in. We eventually found a flawless Hyllmont sofa/recliner set in the clearance section (half price!). Wes found us, showed us all the features, and thoroughly checked the set to ensure everything worked. He did this without any pressure, allowing us to go home to research and think it over. We returned the next day specifically for Wes, and he even managed to get us an additional 10% discount from his manager—a huge win! But the absolute kicker that sets Wes apart: we were planning to rent a truck to pick up the set within the 3-day window. Without hesitation, Wes volunteered his personal time and his own truck to deliver the furniture to our home after he got off work. Who does that?! Wes is a rare and invaluable asset to Ashley Furniture. If you shop at the Odessa location, ask for him. His dedication and generosity go far beyond a sales commission. Completely crap furniture.. had this couch less then 3 months & it has so many issues & already had to make claims. Cheaply made & not worth the money

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They completely lied about everything. Paid a extra $400 for the 4th recliner because they said it was in stock. Spent over $7k at there store just to be lied to! Received a text message from them on 12/12/2025 saying delivery was set up for 12/13/2025 between 10-1 pm. We had our old sectional picked up at 9am from a family in need. I texted Ashley around 10:30 am to check on delivery and they informed me they didn't actually have all the pieces and delivery would be delayed 10 days. Now we have no sofa to sit on during the holiday season. Again, this is after they texted me confirming delivery. Also I was promised all pieces purchased was at there warehouse and the first available delivery date was 12/13/2025. We also paid a additional $400 they we didn't need to spend. Why must you people LIE to customers. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Stay away from Ashley furniture as 20% of there reviews are 1 star. Just take a look!!!

We have bought three different couches with the sales person, Sedra. She spent time with us picking out the right couches and explaining what each one had to offer. She assisted after the sales with scheduling, and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. If you visit the Ashely Odessa store I highly recommend requesting Sedra.

Alena, Melanie and James were wonderful in helping me with my order. We are furnishing an entire four bedroom home for an underprivileged family of five that share the same bed and that is all the furniture they have. They eat on the floor so as not to get food in the bed. Four boys, one girl and mother will have a great Christmas this year with your help. Avoid Ashley Furniture – State Road 54. The worst furniture buying experience of my life. I’ve been a loyal customer Of Ashley's for over 5 years, spending $8,000+, and have never had an issue, until now. I was spending another $2,000+ at this location. First delivery: 12/02/2025 The couch arrived ripped. However, the movers were professional and helpful, but the store refused to waive moving and assembly fees after they had taken back to the store. Second delivery: 12/05/2025 Showed up 3+ hours early while my pregnant wife and I were at a baby appointment. Very rude movers, in a rush to leave and unwilling to help. Left the pull-out sofa unassembled in the middle of our living room. Damaged our wall. My neighbor had to help while I monitored inside and outside cameras. No customer service or apologies were offered at any point, and I’m certain they will try to charge me assembly fees if I kept the couch or not. As head of a large committee in Ashley Furniture’s PMA and head of the Social/Events Committee in my community, I will warn everyone I know and meet to not go to this location. I will also call corporate to have the couch picked up, get assistance for a full refund, and more than likely close my account. Save yourself the frustration, shop elsewhere. Customer service is seriously lacking at this new location.

They don’t answer the phones at their location. Customer service phone numbers are USELESS. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping at Ashley.

Hello, I don't like leaving reviews at all but this was unacceptable from a store, a big company like this but me and my friend wanted to go to Ashely's to check out what they had because it is a new store in the area, but no they stereotyped us and we didn't even step a foot in a old employee yelled get out at us. Me and my friend are 15 even if we just wanted to look this is unacceptable as a company to stereotype people.

Been waiting for my couch to be delivered all day. Confirmation was between 12:15-3:15. No updates, calls, or emails telling me my delivery date has been changed and had taken a day off work and waiting for the couch all day. Finally get someone on the phone and basically tell me there’s nothing they can do, sorry I wasn’t updated and now have to try and get another day off of work to sit and wait for the couches and hope they get delivered. Still don’t have an updated time on when they will be delivered. Hoping I can get in touch with someone but everything is automated. Maybe this review will help someone get in contact and help fix the communication issues here

Purchased several full room sets of furniture to be delivered to my house that was being built. Furniture was purchased 3 weeks in advance and was told every item was in stock. Great! Paid for the furniture, then the day of the delivery, which I confirmed in store and via email, it does not show up. So I call customer care, no help. All they could tell me was that it is scheduled for 4 days past my confirmed and scheduled delivery date. No explanation, no notice and no help. So I decide to call the store. I was blew off by 2 different associates who’s answered were “the supervisor who could help is in a meeting” (at 6:30pm) and “oh this happens all the time when we say something is in stock then it isn’t”. I was promised 2 calls back, never got them. So now I’m frustrated because the furniture was not cheap. Not to mention, I had to delay a paint service I had scheduled and my thanksgiving weekend I am hosting for family, we are sitting on lawn and sports chairs. I am also sleeping on the floor as one of the sets was my bedroom set. Between the store, customer service, and customer affairs, I am still unable to have an explanation of why my paid furniture was scheduled, then did not show. The “Best” customer service could do was send a request to the distribution center. And as you can imagine, that was no help. I would have purchased furniture on marketplace if I knew my experience would end up like this. Could have saved a whole lot of money also!

I am very happy with the service we have received from Kenny while shopping for new furniture. We purchased a bedroom suit and had already purchased our motorized sectional from a competitor. But we ended up canceling with our competitor and coming back to Kenny because of his service. I highly recommend coming in and asking for him. Definitely five star service

Our new dining table and chairs were delivered today. So far it is exactly what we wanted. The salesman, John Havey, was so patient and helpful when we were shopping. The delivery crew was great.

Start to “unfinished” this has to have been the worst furniture buying experience in all my life. The staff in store pushes you like you’re at a car dealership, they use exploitative tactics to try and upsell you, even adding things you didn’t ask for (whole pieces of furniture added to your order what the heck?). Prepare to spend an hour just trying to sign and leave. When you finally do your delivery team may or may not be able to assemble your furniture. In my case they were not, and I’ve got a whole unassembled canopy bed sitting in my bedroom. The delivery team argues with the customer support (literally yelling at each other in my living room on speakerphone) over missing hardware and you will be caught in the middle with no resolution. Nobody has yet confirmed if or when this will be resolved, I have not received a call from anyone about rectifying being delivered an unfinished and unusable product that only costs you know, a couple thousand dollars. No big deal right? And the several hundred dollar delivery and assembly fee is just a slap in the face on top of this. I honestly can’t recall a worse experience with ANY retail establishment. Avoid these people, you’re literally better off assembling some IKEA furniture. If someone from Ashley with a clue reads this and would like to assist me feel free to reach out and attempt to redeem yourselves, but this is HORRID customer service and you should be ashamed.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I tried to give this store multiple chances and they failed. I’m not shopping at Ashley Furniture anymore nor am I recommending it to anyone else. We spent a few thousand dollars here for a new couch. The salesman told us it was in stock in the warehouse and could be delivered. He gave us the date. I signed the contract and bought the couch paid in full. Within a couple of days, I get a call from customer service to inform me that certain pieces of the couch are not in stock and back ordered, so the salesman evidently lied to me to make a sale. If this couch were not in stock, I wouldn’t have bought it because I’m not waiting for a back ordered item that may not ever get replenished. Customer service gave me a new delivery date of 2 weeks later, and promised that the missing parts would arrive then. Mind you, we’ve got no couch in the living room right now, so that’s 2 more weeks without one. I wait another 2 weeks, then the delivery date rolls around and nobody shows up. I didn’t get a phone call from anyone. I had to call customer service myself and speak to several different people to find out what was really happening because I kept being told misinformation. The supervisor informed me they made a mistake and need another week to receive the missing items. I told him that I’m losing my patience, we have no couch, and if he doesn’t have the parts there by then - I will be cancelling the order and going elsewhere. The supervisor, verbatim, promised me that they’d have the parts in a week. The next week rolls around and I get another call from customer service telling me that they still are missing the parts, so I demanded a refund. They transferred me to a person, who tried to shame me for canceling my order, and then told me “you know you’re not gonna find a couch anywhere else quicker right?”, and I had to argue with him to have the order canceled for a full refund.

Purchasing a couch here was a breeze. Salesman William was very nice, not pushy and helpful. I had to pick mine up since it was on clearance (I do wish they offered delivery for clearance items, but understand you get what you pay for) and the staff was ready to help immediately. Store is really beautiful and enormous!

If I could give a zero Star, I would do not purchase from this Company ever!! I BOUGHT A BED FROM THIS COMPANY OVER TWO MONTHS AGO AND MY BED IS STILL SITTING ON THE GROUND. I HAD THREE TECHNICIANS COME OUT TO PUT THE BED TOGETHER AND EVERY TIME SOMEONE COMES OUT THEY NEED TO ORDER A NEW PIECE MEAN LIST TO SAY MY BED IS STILL SITTING ON THE GROUND MONTHS LATER. Tiffany was our sales assistant and was very knowledgeable. The store is huge and was worth the ride from Clearwater, which is much smaller and didn't have the chair i wanted on the floor. This store did!!The chair i went to see was nothing like it was pictured. Fortunately they had others to choose from and I got what I wanted 😊

The customer service here is terrible. Anytime you try to get a hold of the store. Nobody knows what they’re talking about. And also the sales representative got our address wrong when we clearly told him which one it was delayed our delivery for a week and I just had surgery and I don’t have a bed for another week. You would think with such a well-known company that they would take better care of their guests that are spending thousands of dollars.

If I could give a zero I would. Partner and I went approximately 8 days ago. Bought a dining room set. Sales guy Will, was amazing. After that all a mess. We signed up for Acima amd manager for that was there. Said would call us the same day furniture was delivered. Never did. We left a message. Never returned. Table is damaged on two spots. Had to drive all the way to the store. Wait 15 minutes at front desk cuz no one there. Finally told the girl at counter what was up. Supposedly she left message for Acima guy and we did again. Still no reply. Filed claim on furniture last week. Still nothing. Will absolutely never shop in this store again. And won’t pay a dime towards this damaged dining room set. Do they even have a store manager.

Gina helped us right away and we ended up with a dual seat set up that is perfect for our space! She was helpful but not pushy and knew how to find exactly what we were looking for.

Yes it is a huge store with a lot of offerings. The vibe isn’t bad & the sales individual that greeted me (Sedra) was upbeat & professional. I was looking for a complete queen sized bedroom set including delivery & setup. I was prepared to select the furnishings from displayed manufacturers along with accents such as lamps & an area rug. This rating is based on the stores pricing structure. From what I observed, the entire store is priced for an individual or a family that’s financing a purchase & they must have a top tier credit history. As we all know, nothing is free. ZERO PERCENT INTEREST has costs associated with purchasing in that manner. The sales professional suggested we sit down & talk about a cash price. I simply didn’t feel like being “worked” as if I was buying something much greater in value or like purchasing a vehicle. List the price / show me the money, I’ll pay & have it delivered & setup. Clean & easy.

Nobody greeted or spoke to us. (Walking around about 30 minutes) Walked up to the 1 employee who wasn't talking to another employee. Asked her about a specific piece and she said they dont have in store and couldn't tell me what store would have it. Just that she was from the Wesley Chapel store and that was about it. 🙄

The customer service at the store was very nice. However, the follow-through after the purchase was horrendous. The delivery and installation drivers managed to break our bed frame and when my fiance tried to speak to them about this they couldn't answer her because they could not speak English. I've made a phone call to Ashley and they're automated system is unable to assist me, when I called the store they also don't pick up. If I wanted horrible customer service and poor quality items I would have just went to AliExpress where I know they can't speak English.

This store has a great selection. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted. However, we did not know there were so many other great options. Jason Curtis was very patient while he explained and showed us what they had to offer. He helped us find the perfect rooms and then set our expectations of the delivery timing and process. He was right on. ASK FOR JASON CURTIS. Truly a professional experience.

Worthless customer service. Absolutely no communication about the outcome of the issue. No US based customer service. Literally the worst service I have ever received. We will be buying from elsewhere from now on. They have now cost me an extra $300 bc of their failures. Store manager is absolutely worthless.

They are using terrible delivery company. We spent over $8000 for bedrooms set. We spent $800 for delivery fee. Ashley’s sales person forgot to add to pick up the mattress.The delivery guy said he is not going to take the mattress. He was asking for tip from my wife, and he is going to take the mattress. They are also missing or forgot to install the legs for the middle part of the bad.

William was AWESOME! Go see him in the Trinity Florida store and he will take care of you!

Only giving one star because I can't give 0 stars to the Odessa Ashley Store. We were misled and lied to from start to finish of our purchase. We were first told that we qualified for their 60 months 0% financing offer. By the end of placing the order, we were told that because we were receiving the furniture at a discounted price, that we can only do 24 months at 0%. We asked if the furniture can be picked up rather than paying over $120 for delivery, and we were told "Absolutely; we just need to pick it up from the Warehouse at which point we can inspect every piece before loading it on to make sure there are no imperfections or scratches, but once we load up and drive off, the sale is final". We rented a Uhaul for the day to pickup at the warehouse, only to be told that I can't pickup because there is a credit hold on our account. I explained that we financed through their program, so the customer service individual called the Odessa store to see what the issue was. I stood there waiting more than 30 minutes in silence with no communication while they took their time doing I don't know what, only to finally be told that the reason for the hold is that I chose 24 month financing, and now they can only offer 12 months at 0%, so I would have to accept those terms to leave with the furniture. Since we already wasted the money for the Uhaul and half our day, I said, "whatever" lets just get this over with. We then proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes for the warehouse to bring our furniture out (mind you, no one else was there or in line in front of us, and we had also made them aware we were on our way 45 minutes before we even arrived which was supposed to expedite the process so they'd have everything ready and waiting when we got there). When they FINALLY called our name after having waited over an hout to bring out our furniture, they started wheeling out boxes. We said, "This isn't ours, We have a table and chairs" and they said, this is it. When we explained that we were told everything would be assembled, and we were to inspect each piece before receiving it and driving off, they told us they could cut open the boxes, and we could look to see if everything is there, but they only assemble furniture if THEY deliver it. Had we known everything would come unassembled, not only would we have not made the purchase, but wouldn't have rented a Uhaul, because we could have fit the boxes they brought us in our vehicle! So ultimately, we refused the pickup, and left with nothing since we were lied to from the point of sale to the point of pickup. When we called the store that evening to cancel our order, the girl we spoke with was apparently familiar with what had happened as she asked, "Were you the ones who had the issue at the warehouse today? What happened with that?" And when we explained all the above, we barely got an apology...no offer to make it right...just an "Ok, I can cancel that order for you". Thanks a lot Ashley! Never stepping foot in your store again. I'd advise you all to do the same.

We recently bought a couch and sleeper sofa from Ashley furniture and Trinity. Ruby was the associate who assisted us. She was very patient transparent, and our situation was a bit complicated and she made it as easy as possible for us. She was extremely helpful and great service!!

The delivery guys were on time and very nice. Melanie at the Trinity location is great to work with.

Buy furniture here if you never want to receive it!! 9 weeks in the counting of waiting for my furniture that I spent THOUSANDS on. They call to reschedule my delivery 4 different times. Ashley furniture store claims it’s not their fault bc it’s a “third party delivery company” YES it is your fault for hiring incapable delivery company and services for your paying customers that spend thousands on YOUR FURNITURE. We’ll give you the “white glove delivery” as if it’s fancy yet you CANT EVEN DELIVER THE FURNITURE. So if you want to lose thousands and have handfuls of stress of always having your delivery PUSHED BACK then go ahead and buy from Ashley’s furniture. Nothing but a joke. 9 weeks in the waiting and today they call me to tell me they wanna push me back another 3 weeks!!!! Nope I’m calling tomorrow and I’m getting a full refund. I’ll go somewhere else with my thousands who actually take care of their customers and give them the furniture!!

The pieces of furniture I received are great. I went into the store ordered at sectional counch with the salesman. He accidentally ordered 1 wrong piece and not the wedge. Is the main piece you need to make it a sectional. When I called into c.s, they said I would have to put a request in and would hear back between 48-72 hrs. Which I never heard back. After calling back multiple times I keep being told its in review or put on hold for a long time with no answer. The service after sales is absolutely horrible.

We had a great sales experience today thanks to John Havey. We visited the store thinking it would be the first of many stops looking for the right furniture to replace a large sectional in our living room. John listened to us describe what we want and was able to guide us to several possibilities in the store. He answered all our questions and never once pressured us to ‘make the sale.’ We did not intend to make a purchase today, but with John’s professional guidance we found exactly what we had in mind. I ordered a couch and bedroom set the first week of June. The couch became back ordered days after we ordered and cancelled that part of the order. Our refund was processed quickly. Fast forward to the last week of June the bedroom set became back ordered. I am still waiting for a refund, have been sent in circles by the 800 customer service line and even went in person last Sunday to try and resolve the situation. They stated corporate was on it and they are the only ones that can issue refunds but I can call them to try and get updates. I have tried twice this week to get an update and no manager ever calls me back as the answering salesperson promises. Would never return and will continue to escalate until my refund is received.

Very poor customer service and people making false promises. Mark sold me furniture that was first back ordered, then became out of stock. I have been waiting for a missing piece of furniture, a coffee table, to complete my set for two months. Mark called me today, Saturday, to tell me that since the coffee table was no longer available, I could get the one they had at the store. I agreed and drove to the store with my kids to pick it up. As I was getting to the store, Mark called to tell me the table was no longer there and that someone else had bought it. No one has been able to help me at that store after that.

Missing items: We were told by our salesperson Kristin and even her manager (desk person) all the items we were ordering were in stock. I was extremely hesitant on ordering from Ashley (in store) due to friends and family having delivery issues. With reluctance, we placed the order and gave them the benefit of doubt as it was a new store. Upon delivery, we were missing a console with storage for a new couch and a coffee table. I was told twice by 2 different customer agents the delivery would be done on July 15 (today) and they even confirmed what would be in the delivery - in writing as they both sent me a detailed email. Low and behold, the console arrived today; however, now we're being told the table is on backorder. How is that even possible when Ashley has 2 of the exact tables in the showroom. We are debating on disputing the cost of the table with Discover. Liars to make a sale. Never ever again.. BEWARE! Edit: 7/23/2025 Table finally arrived. scratched on a decorative corner piece and 2 corners are both chipped.. My wife is over dealing with Ashley and all the misinformation and delays and decided to just accept the table as is. You would think a brand new table for the what we paid should be free of blemishes. Lesson learned, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Prices in store are 20-25% higher than prices online. This past weekend I went to the grand opening expecting a deal (as they advertised 25% off). Well - we get there and have to spend $6k to receive 25% off which was news to us and not in the ad. Turns out we check the prices online and they are 25% less than in store. So you're telling me that sales associates in store are trying to make me spend $6k in order to get furniture for the price it is online? I recommend going in store to look at furniture but order online.

In store experience was pleasant - which is typical when they are trying to sell you something. The delivery experience has been terrible! Delays on both pieces of furniture, inadequate and misleading communication, customer service can only assist with scheduling (so not really customer service), and in store personnel refer you back to customer service number. Once they have your money, no one is willing to deal with delivery issues!!! I will not be shopping here again.

Terrible customer service on a sofa less than one year old has a split in a seam on a sofa cushion. They are using outsourced people and after three different people told me to text number to have my claim filed for coverage. The man who started Ashley Furniture is a billionaire and top 5 richest men in Tampa Bay, maybe he could spend a little bit more money on better customer service for his customers or supply quality products that don’t split apart with less than one year. Would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.

Stopped in this store to look for dining room chairs. Nathan assisted me and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and showed me all of their options! He took his time, didn’t make me feel rushed even though I’m indecisive, helped with measurements and really went above & beyond to make sure I knew exactly what I would be getting if I picked the ones we looked at.

I had an awesome experience at Ashley Store in Odessa. Ruby was great to work with, super helpful, friendly, and really knew her stuff. There was a big selection of furniture in all different styles, and the prices were fair. They also had some good sales going on, which was a nice bonus. I have a defective couch - electronics were installed incorrectly from the factory. Though they did answer my first request to get it fixed or returned, 6 days later still not fixed not even a date to get it fixed. UNANSWERED to my second request to return it. Then they are trying to delay. The email they send says replies must go above a line at the top. Did that, they waited two days to respond they could not see my reply. Any legitimate agency like a TV station or Government agency that wants to see the correspondences is welcome..

I had such an easy, comfortable and quick experience getting my furniture for my new home today. Ruby was absolutely the best help. Very efficient, and helped me get everything I needed, answered all questions, and guided me through the store with a huge smile on her face the entire time. Tim was accompanying her today, also was very kind and helpful to anything I needed. I normally don't leave reviews but i was so appreciative of the customer service i received. Absolutely PERFECT!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Ashley Furniture has been beyond frustrating. We spent almost $8,000 at the store, and despite that, we still don’t have the correct furniture — and customer service has been a nightmare. We ordered a bar-height dining table, but were given a standard-height one instead. To make matters worse, we ordered one mirror and paid for two. I’ve contacted Ashley customer service SIX times trying to resolve these issues, and still nothing has been fixed. When I tried to return the extra mirror to the store, they refused to take it back, which is absolutely unacceptable. Why should I be stuck with items I didn’t order, especially after spending so much money? This whole situation has been handled incredibly poorly. Between the lack of accountability, unresponsive support, and refusal to correct mistakes, I can confidently say I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Save yourself the stress.
