Guys , please don’t ever waste your money shopping with this company, I have been through hell with them after they delivered a damaged dresser that was supposed to be surprise for my daughter’s birthday . I bought on dec3th, I suppose to get on December 29 which was ok before my daughter comes back from her vacation, but it was damaged, driver said he left a note so they can get me replacement before January 4. Nobody called on contacted me, I was busy at work, I had to leave worked early one day to go there and see with the agent who sold me this piece of garbage. Anyways, they said no one left any note blahblah, they told me to send the pictures, which I did back and forth, for two weeks, at this point my daughter surprise was ruined, and after so many emails I send with proof of damage, no one got back, and I had to a review on goggle, then they send me an email about when they will deliver my items, FYI both dresser and bed frame were damaged hte readon why im only talking about dresser because after 3 weeks they came and fix the frame but not the dresser!! Till today, after again and again calling and emails and all , they finally decided to deliver it today, but AGAIN, damaged item!! Im very very very angry, and disappointed, im living a nightmare right now, I asked them for refund they said no, we can’t accept the return because you already signed for delivery 😓😓😓 , today I told the delivery guy I don’t want the dresser because it’s damaged, he refused to take it back. Guys im letting you know to stay away as far as possible from this people, this store , this company, if you really care about your money and mental health, they will drive you crazy, and some Indian accent agent will be talking to you and you wont understand half of the conversation, as you can’t hear it very well because I believe they call you from a different country. I don’t want you guys to go through the same situation. It’s very bad. Keep your money, go to rooms to go or market place or a different company except for ashleys furniture.

Ashley's quality and customer service has dropped drastically in the past few years. We have been buying furniture from them for over 25 years spending thousands and thousands of dollars. Recently we bought a new King size Beautyrest Black mattress along with some other items from the Sanford store. We started having issues with the mattress from the start. Actually rolled out of bed twice while sleeping. We went to store and filed a complaint. Sales women told us they have been having lots of customers complaints. They told us they have to send someone out. After my wife calling them 3 or 4 times as we heard nothing. Never telling us the store was closing. A technician finally came out and checked out thoroughly . He found it was not to standards and filed a report. After not hearing back for weeks. My wife called only getting the run around or hung up on. Went to go back to store where we purchase only to find its closed permanently. She has now called customer service 8 or 9 times with someone saying they will call back. Never did. Lucky we used there free financing she contacted the lender and told them all the problems. They are contacting Ashley's and told us to only pay them minimum payment till they research complaint. Got call immediately from Ashleys that there sending another technician out next week. We will never buy another thing from them. Found a few much better places that have great customer relations. Just bought a large custom made Sectional and couldn't be happier. Do some checking around before falling for there BS. I will take them to small claims court if need be.

From the minute I stepped through the door, my sales associate Leslie was an absolute delight!! Making sure my decor ideas came to fruition! We definitely got our steps in as she was patient with me walking through the store to put eyes on as many pieces I was interested in to fulfill my vision. As a new home buyer, she made what would be a stressful experience so peaceful 😊

Horrible experience. Nothing is ever clear when calling the customer service line. We paid for delivery and still had to go pick up the furniture 2 hours away. Ridiculous. The furniture is nice but the way they waste people’s time and money is ridiculous. And I’m still missing a sofa!!!!!!

Everything went well with the purchase, delivery and setup of the furniture. The only thing that I was shocked at was the delivery charge. What happened to free delivery with the purchase of your furniture.
