My husband and I came to look at couches on a Friday evening. Jason, our sales associate, greeted us at the door. He asked if we were looking for something in particular, and over time learned the type of couch we were looking for. He knew exactly where they were. He gave us a tape measure when we needed one, and gave us enough space while also checking in periodically. He was friendly without being too pushy, and ran the numbers on everything for us so we could compare our options. We ended up buying a couch, a dining set, and a new coffee table. We scheduled to have them delivered, and all of the staff were friendly and amicable. This store has a ton of couches, bedroom sets, and chairs. They were reasonably priced and had a lot of options that we ended up buying more than we thought we would. They all just got delivered, and everything is very nice quality. We paid to have them put it all together for us too, and while a part was missing they immediately reported it and scheduled a follow up to fix it.

Warning!!⚠️ guys if you really care a shred about your money , time and energy DO not go this place, it’s horrible product, Ashleys furniture became a liability for everyones money, don’t waste your money and take, I have spent so much time and money in this place , got a defective product, went back , called back, sent them pictures and everything, Im still trying to get my replacement for dresser that was supposed to be surprise for my daughter’s birthday on jan3th, FUI, I have made this purchase on dec12 and was delivered on dec29, driver wouldn’t take the dresser back because he assembled it already, so he said he put a note to get a replacement ASAP, but never got any replacement, im still fight with them to get the replacement, because they refused the return , they assume because I accepted the delivery which is not correct, I have told the driver to take it back but he said I had to keep this one till I get the replacement, they’re all scam, when I went to the store, employee eman who sold me the product, said we can’t do anything at the store, you have to call customer service 😤😤😤😤⚠️⚠️⚠️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 very bad I will not come back here ever again. Im so frustrated. And disappointed right I called them and this guy claimed to be named Neon, was extremely provocative and careless he blamed me for accepting the order while the driver didn’t want to take the dresser back, he never gave the option to keep or send back the dresser.

Entered the quite empty store with the goal of viewing bedding to find replacements for my older tempurpedic products. Upon greeting the salesperson, I asked if they had what I had been referred to. Was told that, not only do they not have this item, they did not want me investigating the display items. I was asked to go online. The next customer to walk in was also turned away, however I do not know why. Online support was quite useless, and did not understand my requests or issues. Upon being elevated, I was told the only way I could see the pillow from Ashley.com was to blind buy it, and that it would be unreturnable and exchangeable upon delivery. They also recommended that I go ask to see the BedGear pillows, and then pivot to the options I was interested in. I believe the salesperson's and service agent's responses clearly show this Ashley location is entirely uninterested unless you're making a significant ($800+) purchase. I work on commission, and have seen this attitude. however this was beyond abysmal service, worse even than any dealership staff I've seen.

I'm very disappointed with recent experience with this store. My order arrived incomplete with parts missing. I understand mistakes can happen but what made the situation worse was the inability from the warehouse to work on a solution to get the missing parts mailed or leave them at the front door. Their only solution is for me to miss another 4 hour of work. There's No way to speak to a real person just their IA system which disconnects you if you don't respond right away. My dresser was missing the drawer knobs. I would expect from this company better communication and accountability for their delivery errors. Based on this experience I cannot recommend this company.

The protection plan that Ashley furnitures offers to their clients for furniture damages is a scam. Paid $500 for protection on our $3000 couch. They said since u have kids this is a good plan. Sure thing my kids used a marker on the couch. Opened a claim but they always find a way to don’t fix or replace the item, the contract is written well enough to make sure they can get away with basically everything. MAKE SURE YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR EXTRA COVERAGE. Ashley furnitures should do better than this for their clients. It’s a scam!!!

What the H happened to Ashleys furniture??! I was their customer for very long time, and their products are getting worst n worst! I have bought a queen bedroom set for my daughter, it was for her birthday, so I told them needs to be delivered before the third of January, it was delivered I believe on the dec31 which is good. BUT! When the guy finished assembling it, he said the dresser was defective, he said he will leave a note to the company so they can get me the replacement. So I was ok with that, you know things happen. Few day later, after my day slept on the bed 3 nights, the base fell apart. They freakn glued it to the frame!!!! 😤 im so mad right now, very poor quality and job. I was waiting on the dresser now both furnitures are bad and defective, so no one has called me from Ashley or said anything about the dresser, so I went to their local store where I actually bought the set, then they told me no one left anything or any note. !! So they told me I should have contacted them right then n there, after their guy told me he left a note and they will email me about the delivery and replaced dresser? Now they made it sound like it was my fault. Its been now almost a month ,im still going back and forth with them through emails, im tired of it, I want to return this piece of junk, I can get a way better product and better deals through market place . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 if I could rate it zero star I would . Bad very bad, don’t waste your money at Ashley, save your money , it’s not woth it.

Terrible customer service you can never reach out to them, and they keep changing the delivery day without telling you don't waste your money in this store
