The bed frame was delivered with a missing part. The issue was addressed with the delivery guy. He said he would try to get it. After a few days, we never heard from them. Customer service was contacted and we were advised to call the store. I WENT to the store and SA Rose was given pictures of the missing part. I had to get pictures off of you’ve and TikTok because they SAs had no idea that a bed needs the support legs. SMH. She claimed she’d take care of it. Never did. Avoid Ashley like that plague. The service is horrible…after you’ve already received your order. Moreover, the quality is terrible in the long run.

If you want things stolen from your home I would go with Ashley furniture. There delivery drivers stole tools from inside our garage while they were delivering furniture. They won't do anything to replace the tools or give the names of the delivery drivers.

Stay away from doing business with them. Very bad experience. I want to express our absolute dissatisfaction and annoyance with Ashley, its salesperson Stephanie, the manager Joel at the Orlando store, and the customer service representatives involved in the case. From the very beginning, there was error after error in every area. They promise a return call and never do so. They repeatedly schedule deliveries with the wrong product, and in the end, no one offers a solution. This email with "possible solutions" is a complete mockery of us. Everything is exactly the same. We, as customers, assume all the costs, and there was no regard for the President's Day discount or the inconvenience. In option 2 (60 months), which was agreed upon from the beginning, there was no discount, no reduction, and no regard for all the inconveniences. We definitely want nothing to do with your company or your TERRIBLE customer service.

I would NEVER purchase from here again. They lied about my delivery date. Never received a call, email, or text. 2 days later I canceled my order. Still have not received my items or a refund! I do NOT recommend!

We are first greeted by HIND she was wonderful very knowledgeable she spent great till the time with us helping us pick out the perfect furniture and that she did we are so happy that Ashley furniture has such a wonderful person like her to work with us and helping our special needs thank you again.
