One of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Eman, the woman who helped me, was polite and attentive the whole time and answered all of my questions without any confusion. I knew exactly what I wanted and she helped me finalize that purchase in under 10 minutes. I will definitely purchase additional furniture from them in the future. Bean with ashley for years and this time they drop the ball , they told me delivery next week , the day come nobody call or email confirmation, nothing i call the store no answer, costumer service answer, guess what my delivery come in 4 months, waoo very unacceptable, I cancel the full order, and not even a call to verify from Ashley, very disappointed. Carlos did a great job. I went in there for a specific mattress and although they didn't have it in stock he went into the system and placed an order for me. Very attentive and very helpful and backed up the merchandise I purchased. It was an easy transition and I was out of there within 10 minutes.

Miss Hind Sbai was very helpful and friendly she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and left with a great sectional couch. I will definitely come back in the future.

In December 2021 I purchased a $2000 sectional from Ashley. I also purchased the extended service and warranty plan. Over the past couple months I’ve noticed the couch slowly dipping and sinking under two of the four cushions. It turns out the fabric that forms the base under the cushions is tearing at the seams. The couch is collapsing. I submitted a warranty request and was informed that seam separation (a manufacturer defect) is not covered as a repair. The couch is now completely unusable for half the couch after 4 years. Will never purchase Ashley again.

Guys , please don’t ever waste your money shopping with this company, I have been through hell with them after they delivered a damaged dresser that was supposed to be surprise for my daughter’s birthday . I bought on dec3th, I suppose to get on December 29 which was ok before my daughter comes back from her vacation, but it was damaged, driver said he left a note so they can get me replacement before January 4. Nobody called on contacted me, I was busy at work, I had to leave worked early one day to go there and see with the agent who sold me this piece of garbage. Anyways, they said no one left any note blahblah, they told me to send the pictures, which I did back and forth, for two weeks, at this point my daughter surprise was ruined, and after so many emails I send with proof of damage, no one got back, and I had to a review on goggle, then they send me an email about when they will deliver my items, FYI both dresser and bed frame were damaged hte readon why im only talking about dresser because after 3 weeks they came and fix the frame but not the dresser!! Till today, after again and again calling and emails and all , they finally decided to deliver it today, but AGAIN, damaged item!! Im very very very angry, and disappointed, im living a nightmare right now, I asked them for refund they said no, we can’t accept the return because you already signed for delivery 😓😓😓 , today I told the delivery guy I don’t want the dresser because it’s damaged, he refused to take it back. Guys im letting you know to stay away as far as possible from this people, this store , this company, if you really care about your money and mental health, they will drive you crazy, and some Indian accent agent will be talking to you and you wont understand half of the conversation, as you can’t hear it very well because I believe they call you from a different country. I don’t want you guys to go through the same situation. It’s very bad. Keep your money, go to rooms to go or market place or a different company except for ashleys furniture.

Ashley's quality and customer service has dropped drastically in the past few years. We have been buying furniture from them for over 25 years spending thousands and thousands of dollars. Recently we bought a new King size Beautyrest Black mattress along with some other items from the Sanford store. We started having issues with the mattress from the start. Actually rolled out of bed twice while sleeping. We went to store and filed a complaint. Sales women told us they have been having lots of customers complaints. They told us they have to send someone out. After my wife calling them 3 or 4 times as we heard nothing. Never telling us the store was closing. A technician finally came out and checked out thoroughly . He found it was not to standards and filed a report. After not hearing back for weeks. My wife called only getting the run around or hung up on. Went to go back to store where we purchase only to find its closed permanently. She has now called customer service 8 or 9 times with someone saying they will call back. Never did. Lucky we used there free financing she contacted the lender and told them all the problems. They are contacting Ashley's and told us to only pay them minimum payment till they research complaint. Got call immediately from Ashleys that there sending another technician out next week. We will never buy another thing from them. Found a few much better places that have great customer relations. Just bought a large custom made Sectional and couldn't be happier. Do some checking around before falling for there BS. I will take them to small claims court if need be.

Horrible experience. Nothing is ever clear when calling the customer service line. We paid for delivery and still had to go pick up the furniture 2 hours away. Ridiculous. The furniture is nice but the way they waste people’s time and money is ridiculous. And I’m still missing a sofa!!!!!!

The only issue that caused delay for 2 days delivery was Ashley Finance put an unnecessary credit hold on the order. Very concerning since Synchrony Bank apprved this sale before we left the store and delivery was held up the morning of delivery. We had to spend 2 extra days on the floor without couches. The store personnel were professional and handled our sale great.

My husband and I came to look at couches on a Friday evening. Jason, our sales associate, greeted us at the door. He asked if we were looking for something in particular, and over time learned the type of couch we were looking for. He knew exactly where they were. He gave us a tape measure when we needed one, and gave us enough space while also checking in periodically. He was friendly without being too pushy, and ran the numbers on everything for us so we could compare our options. We ended up buying a couch, a dining set, and a new coffee table. We scheduled to have them delivered, and all of the staff were friendly and amicable. This store has a ton of couches, bedroom sets, and chairs. They were reasonably priced and had a lot of options that we ended up buying more than we thought we would. They all just got delivered, and everything is very nice quality. We paid to have them put it all together for us too, and while a part was missing they immediately reported it and scheduled a follow up to fix it.

Warning!!⚠️ guys if you really care a shred about your money , time and energy DO not go this place, it’s horrible product, Ashleys furniture became a liability for everyones money, don’t waste your money and take, I have spent so much time and money in this place , got a defective product, went back , called back, sent them pictures and everything, Im still trying to get my replacement for dresser that was supposed to be surprise for my daughter’s birthday on jan3th, FUI, I have made this purchase on dec12 and was delivered on dec29, driver wouldn’t take the dresser back because he assembled it already, so he said he put a note to get a replacement ASAP, but never got any replacement, im still fight with them to get the replacement, because they refused the return , they assume because I accepted the delivery which is not correct, I have told the driver to take it back but he said I had to keep this one till I get the replacement, they’re all scam, when I went to the store, employee eman who sold me the product, said we can’t do anything at the store, you have to call customer service 😤😤😤😤⚠️⚠️⚠️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 very bad I will not come back here ever again. Im so frustrated. And disappointed right I called them and this guy claimed to be named Neon, was extremely provocative and careless he blamed me for accepting the order while the driver didn’t want to take the dresser back, he never gave the option to keep or send back the dresser.

Entered the quite empty store with the goal of viewing bedding to find replacements for my older tempurpedic products. Upon greeting the salesperson, I asked if they had what I had been referred to. Was told that, not only do they not have this item, they did not want me investigating the display items. I was asked to go online. The next customer to walk in was also turned away, however I do not know why. Online support was quite useless, and did not understand my requests or issues. Upon being elevated, I was told the only way I could see the pillow from Ashley.com was to blind buy it, and that it would be unreturnable and exchangeable upon delivery. They also recommended that I go ask to see the BedGear pillows, and then pivot to the options I was interested in. I believe the salesperson's and service agent's responses clearly show this Ashley location is entirely uninterested unless you're making a significant ($800+) purchase. I work on commission, and have seen this attitude. however this was beyond abysmal service, worse even than any dealership staff I've seen.

I'm very disappointed with recent experience with this store. My order arrived incomplete with parts missing. I understand mistakes can happen but what made the situation worse was the inability from the warehouse to work on a solution to get the missing parts mailed or leave them at the front door. Their only solution is for me to miss another 4 hour of work. There's No way to speak to a real person just their IA system which disconnects you if you don't respond right away. My dresser was missing the drawer knobs. I would expect from this company better communication and accountability for their delivery errors. Based on this experience I cannot recommend this company.

The protection plan that Ashley furnitures offers to their clients for furniture damages is a scam. Paid $500 for protection on our $3000 couch. They said since u have kids this is a good plan. Sure thing my kids used a marker on the couch. Opened a claim but they always find a way to don’t fix or replace the item, the contract is written well enough to make sure they can get away with basically everything. MAKE SURE YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR EXTRA COVERAGE. Ashley furnitures should do better than this for their clients. It’s a scam!!!

What the H happened to Ashleys furniture??! I was their customer for very long time, and their products are getting worst n worst! I have bought a queen bedroom set for my daughter, it was for her birthday, so I told them needs to be delivered before the third of January, it was delivered I believe on the dec31 which is good. BUT! When the guy finished assembling it, he said the dresser was defective, he said he will leave a note to the company so they can get me the replacement. So I was ok with that, you know things happen. Few day later, after my day slept on the bed 3 nights, the base fell apart. They freakn glued it to the frame!!!! 😤 im so mad right now, very poor quality and job. I was waiting on the dresser now both furnitures are bad and defective, so no one has called me from Ashley or said anything about the dresser, so I went to their local store where I actually bought the set, then they told me no one left anything or any note. !! So they told me I should have contacted them right then n there, after their guy told me he left a note and they will email me about the delivery and replaced dresser? Now they made it sound like it was my fault. Its been now almost a month ,im still going back and forth with them through emails, im tired of it, I want to return this piece of junk, I can get a way better product and better deals through market place . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 if I could rate it zero star I would . Bad very bad, don’t waste your money at Ashley, save your money , it’s not woth it.

Jason was awesome! Greeted us right when we walked in and was super helpful. Also brought over the mattress expert (I’m sorry I forget his name). Super happy we got to test out several different mattresses and find exactly what we were looking for!

Staff at this location was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have had a better experience from stepping into the store to the delivery of my new recliner!

Order from online store, not the store itself. They will charge you more if you place your order from their store. My review is only for this Ashley Store - I saw a couple of furniture I wanted to purchase online, but wanted to see it in person. For example I saw a dinning table that came with 6 chairs. When placing the order at the store they treated it as two separate items, the table and then 6 chairs. After I got home I wanted to check the dimensions of chair to buy covers. What I saw really got me angry. Instead of giving me the sale price they charged me regular price for all the items. The dinning table with 6 chairs together was going for $1250, if you order online separate each item the dimming table was going for $520 and every 2 chairs for $240. The store employee went ahead and selected one table at regular price $799, plus 6 chairs for $200 each. So a $1250 order became $2000. When it come to delivery they added an extra $120 and protection plan they also added another $200. In total they charged me $2200 more than if I just ordered it from their website. The sale person showed me their payment plan for 60 months, 36 months, and 6 months. The total for all 3 plans was going to be the same amount 12k. No interests, no down payment. The only difference was going to be the monthly payment. When I called and asked why I was charged regular price and not sale price, they were like well you selected 60 month payment plan and online is only 24 months. So I asked them then why is 6 months payment plan the total was going to be the same as the 60 months plan. Also, I asked them why the protection plan and white gloves delivery was higher than online order. They at fist were like it was probably a mistake on own end. We can fix that and give you the same price as online including the sale price for the items instead regular price. But they wanted me to go back to their store which is 45 minutes drive. I really got angry and saw what type of sale people including the Manager "Mike" really was. I told them to cancel the order and I will just order online. Also to cancel an order from the store you have to call their customer service number and speak with their cancellation department, which apparently only work between 10am - 7pm. But they will put you hold and it will take forever to reach one of them. Just keep calling every 3 hours until they put you through someone. I got them to cancel it and refund me. The next day I went to their site and placed a new order, I even added 5 extra items that I didn't have before and even after adding those 5 items I end up paying $1500 less than the original order from the store. My advice is if you see something at the store get the name and item number and then go online and purchase it through their website. Don't it at the store. They will overcharge you.

The furniture is nice - good quality. BUT - it Don’t fall for the service plan. They’ll tell you that if you have no claims for 5 years you’ll get your money back. So I agreed, paid and signed the iPad. THEN they print out the paperwork which says you get your money back in store credit. I went back, spoke to the manager and he refunded that portion of my bill - no argument or questions.

Took a month for delivery, only to break the couch. Tech for repair was weird (Conrad) that they said gets a background check, eyes red and moved very slow. Actually had other stops before me but somehow ended up at my place super early. First thing he asked as our first interaction was did I hear him knock on the door. If I did we wouldn’t be doing this rn sir, which Ashley gives you a 15min window before tech leaves. Then told me I had to help him flip the couch so I laughed and told him this interaction is uncomfortable and he proceeded to leave. Sounds like somebody wanted an early day. As big as this company is you would expect better. In store service is great but after good luck. You’re paying for people to treat you terrible after you spend your money here and that’s unfortunate.

I had an amazing experience today at Ashley’s furniture Millenia at Orlando Florida location. Our sales person was Ky Boyd. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the piece of furniture we purchased. My husband and I purchased a leather sectional. Ky was quick to provide us with different payment options and answer any questions we had. He made the over all process quick and smooth.! We briefly spoke to Ana and she was sweet and friendly, she speaks both English and Spanish! We also spoke to the store Managers Michael and Tristen they were great too! If your looking to purchase furniture ask for Ky he has been at that location for a few years, you will not regret it!!!

I would not reccomend anyone purchasing furniture from this location nor from Ashley. We ordered a couch and waited three weeks for delivery. When it arrived the delivery men threw it off of a truck and broke it! They had to take it back. We waited another week for our couch. This one seemed fine. Today we decided to turn it over to clean and guess what we found. This couch was broken too! The delivery man knew this and didn’t tell us. He just hid this from us and hoped we would never know. I am incline pictures. It’s too late for us but not for you. Do not deal with Ashley Furnitire. Great service in the store but you are thrown to the wolves once you leave.

giant scam of a company. ashley assembled furniture incorrectly. they ordered parts to fix it and disassembled it and rebuilt it instead of replacing it. it all started to fall apart before warrasnty expired. they came out again and instead of replacing they just over-drilled everything to tighten it up. 2 months later it has completely fallen apart and is unusable. extended warranty won't cover it because it was due to improper assembly. ashley won't cover it because they say they fixed it. this is the game they play. point fingers at each other and never attempt to resolve. next step is better business bureau and letting the store manager know what i think of this garbage in person.

First experience for me and my wife we had an individual Named Ky help us. A fantastic representative of this business and location very knowledgeable and informative, helped us find exactly what we were looking for our living room and our bedroom. He was very respectful and helpful. In every way. He definitely made our time and day. They’re very enjoyable. Definitely found where we will be shopping for all future purchases of furniture.

I had THEE best experience here! Tamar was amazing!!! I had her lap that store 10 times in 2 days thinking something new was gonna jump out at me (which it did!) and she wasn't rude one time!! She listened to me, she helped narrown things down, she was knowledgeable, super nice, and extremely helpful! Also Mike the manager was really great too!! They both made my shopping experience from beginning to end one of the best ones I've had in a long time anywhere! I highly recommend shopping with Tamar for all your furniture needs!

I bought beds and I've been waiting for them for over a month. It was supposed to be delivered in a week, but it's been over 30 days and nothing. To help, even the saleswoman said it was really bad and that she didn't even want to work in the store.

We tried to work this with them in a polite manner, but still waiting for my order to be delivered. My son and I spent over an hour searching for a particular piece of furniture and not one person said hi or asked to assist us. I guess we looked like two poor black people we were not worth their time. They had no idea we were probably the richest ones in the store… their loss.

Was told by saleman and delivery people we had 7 days to return an item, called before 7 days, they would not honor it. Salesman would not answer calls. Manager said 7 days for online only.. not buying there no more

I originally placed an order at the Altamonte location, where the delivery was a no-show twice. Frustrated, I decided to give the Millenia location a try. I explained everything to both Mike the manager and Moe the sales rep, and they assured me my experience would be completely different this time. They also agreed to honor the original price I paid. Shortly after, the manager enthusiastically told me he had an even better deal — instead of the 20% off I originally received, they were now offering 25%. After everything I’d been through, I appreciated the gesture. But within 30 minutes, I was told the original discount was actually the better deal. So either the manager misspoke or misunderstood the pricing — either way, I ended up paying exactly what I paid before. At that point, I just wanted the couches delivered. I made it clear that I had already taken two days off work waiting on deliveries that never came, and I wasn’t about to take a third day off without confirmation. Both the manager and sales rep gave me their phone numbers and promised to personally let me know when the couches were loaded on the truck. I called. I texted. I left voicemails. I asked a simple question: Are the couches on the truck? No response from either of them. Instead, at 2 PM, I just happened to check my email and saw a message from Ashley’s with a tracking link. To my surprise, it showed my couches were scheduled for delivery between 2:30 and 3:30 PM — just 30 minutes away. I had to scramble and request last-minute time off from work to rush home. And when I got there? The tracking still showed the same delivery window… yet two hours later, I was still waiting. Eventually, the couches did arrive — but the lack of communication, follow-through, and respect for my time made this entire experience far more frustrating than it needed to be. Customer service at Millenia was just as poor as Altamonte. The only difference this time? The couches actually showed up. As if all of this wasn’t bad enough the loveseat arrived dented/damaged, and now I have to wait for a technician to come the following week to take a look at it

Very disappointed with my experience. The only thing I can say is my sales associate was great, everything else was terrible. I purchased a couch, bed and mattress. The head board has a chip missing out of the top and the upholstery is stained. I was delivered a defective piece of my couch sectional, and whoever they sent to install for a “premium” home setup was far from that. It was almost impossible to communicate with the delivery people, they have no care or concern for walls or my home, they did not use any protective wear and marked my walls and paint up. I’m very afraid for the state of our world and the service that is being given today. If I could return it all, I would. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Our Ashley experience was seamless. From purchasing our new furniture in store to the delivery, every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our delivery driver stayed in touch all morning and was even able to get here earlier than anticipated - which gave us plenty of extra time for set up!

Carla was our sales person back in April. We purchased $8k worth of furniture. For being a new sales person she was very nice and knowledgeable and we had a great experience with her. Closing the sale on the day that we purchased our furniture we had a very bad ending to the sale, the manager Michael, was literally treating us like we needed to hurry up and leave because it was 20 mins passed their closing time and I guess we spent to much of his time at the store. Never mind our big purchase… After our furniture got delivered (which we love) we noticed that we needed a box spring and came back to the store to order one. We also ended up buying a $200 flower arrangement and wanted a picture frame that was next to one of the 3 bedroom sets we took home. We were told that they didn’t have it in stock with no date available for restock, and the manager didn’t want us to take it because they couldn’t let us take stuff from the store to the house. We decided to leave the picture frame and just wait for a flower arrangement to be delivered(which I found very weird too) a couple of days later I get a call from the call center saying that I had to pick up the flower arrangement and that the store should’ve allowed us to take the picture frame too. The day came when we come to pick up a flower arrangement that we could’ve taken home over a week ago. And the person that took care of us was Michael because Carla was with a client and he jumped in to give us the flower arrangement. Which we then mentioned the customer service call rep conversation and he said that the 800 number people don’t decide what gets out of “his” store. That’s for him to make a decision. Very nasty and condescending again. Like we are asking for an item from his living room. We ended up leaving and telling him to keep “his” picture frame. Since he was treating us again like we have to beg him for an item because there is nobody else that can do that but him. Needless to say, last item I buy from this Ashley store. Unfortunately for Carla because we loved dealing with her, she was very sweet and helpful to us.

We recently made a not small purchase from this place but to be honest, have been the worst experience I ever had in my life from getting some furniture. Customer service is terrible, the personal in this area works overseas and the communication many times is poor. All deliveries since the beginning have been a nightmare, I mean, with no notice of those items were in back order, they decide to delivery it little by little; I got the feeling this is a big miscommunication between the store, drivers and the warehouse, also the planning and how deliveries are scheduled is a total disaster. The made me loose days in my job, last Thursday after the driver arrives with the 1/2 of the sofa missing since three weeks ago and after some phone calls with the warehouse ; the driver decide to pick up the sofa and a coffee table and put it back in to the truck and leave with no explanation , so I missed the afternoon at job with no furniture , and still today the delivery again the incomplete order and now gave me a separate days of delivery, so I decide to chance the delivery address to my work and carry the stuff by my own to my house

First time buying furniture here, it has been the worst experience. I would never buy a product from here again.

However, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall customer service experience. Despite having paid for my order and waiting a considerable amount of time, the delivery was not completed as expected—the driver refused to leave the merchandise, which was incredibly frustrating. The communication from the warehouse was extremely poor, and the level of service they provided was unacceptable. I expected a much smoother and more respectful experience after such a long wait and investment. This situation left me disappointed and frustrated with the process, even though the sales representative did everything she could. I hope the company addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

I got Nicole’s name and contact information from a flier when we bought our new house. We had never used someone to help us furnish our previous homes and decided to give it a try. It was a great decision! I contacted Nicole via text and she was waiting for us at the agreed time. We told her what we were looking for and she took us around the store showing us options. She was patient and gave us several tips. She did not push us into buying anything and just told us to text her when we were ready. She let us walk on our own before leaving and we ended up buying some stools for the kitchen counter. Today I’m texting her to order the dining table. Nicole is the best!!

I regret so much about buying all my home furniture through this store. At the moment they do offer you an extended warranty please run away! They will tell you yes it does covers everything but once you call them they will find a way to charge you and tell you nope, that specific issue is out of the warranty. The true and sad part of the story is the sales person that sold something that is scam. They will never escalate your issue or really take care of you. I truly regret about doing business with them. I get a call today, 4/22, to say that the missing piece will be shipped out early to mid MAY. I told the person that wasn’t acceptable, it’s been 3 weeks of this non sense and I expect it to be overnighted. She stated she’d have to talk with her manager and will call me back. Let’s see if I actually get a call back. This is my first time shopping at Ashley’s and it will be my last! ———————————————————————— I would like to start off with the service at the store was great! My issue has been with delivery and beyond. Before my couch was even delivered (according to the delivery guys) it was damaged and taken off the truck. When the new couch was put on, no one apparently checked to make sure all the pieces were there. I get the delivery, with the guys nearly breaking my sliding glass door by forcing the couch through, and after it’s all set up they realize the center cushion is missing. The delivery guy gets on the phone with support to let them know, and then hands the phone to me where I confirm the missing middle cushion. They said it will be ordered and shipped. A week later the cushion arrives. It’s the WRONG cushion. I immediately call the store to let them know and they said they’d order the correct item, but it will take 7-10 business days. I’ve had multiple calls with them and it’s now been 2 weeks and I still have no replacement cushion. I get a call for a “tech appt” and they go over the order and say they’d see it was delivered. I went through everything with the new person, AGAIN, and said I’m still missing the CENTER cushion. After much back and forth, it was determined that whoever I spoke to after the wrong cushion was delivered, never placed the order for the correct item. The customer service is awful! There is no way for the stores to communicate with the warehouse in order to have items expedited in cases where it’s needed. I had people over and not enough seating for all of them due to the missing cushion. There needs to be better customer service and better standards. All of this headache could have been avoided if everything was checked, double checked before the truck pulled out of the warehouse.

The store is great, but I can’t speak more poorly about Ashley’s customer service. It’s beyond terrible and I will never return as a customer because of it. Purchase error that was never handled by customer service and just simply denied, had to return to the store to be taken care of. Delivered correction to me and was delivered 2 box springs. This was never assembled by the delivery team, so I assumed it was two packages for 1 box spring. It was not. Called, no help. Then received a letter letting me know I have an outstanding balance, for the extra boxspring I never ordered, they wrongfully delivered, and would be sent to collection if not paid. So you delivered something I didn’t order and you want to send me to collection??? Called and messaged customer service with no help and couldn’t speak with a manager after repeatedly asking. Was told 1-3 days for call back. Never received a call back! I again had to go to the store to get it taken care of. If it wasn’t for Emily and Michael at the store itself, I would have been completely up in arms over the terrible service provide by Ashley.

Still no resolution nearly a month later!!! The store blames delivery, the technician says it’s the stores problem. Then when I call the store the customer service rep says all the numbers are correct, but technician says no the sales person put in wrong numbers. Apparently Ashley Furniture customer service just plays the blame game with each other and the customer doesn’t get their problem resolved! The sales person put down the wrong item numbers so I received some incorrect bed pieces. The delivery guys forgot parts had to waste an extra hour going to get them. When they returned and I pointed out the bed does not seem correct, then proceeded to rig the wrong parts together rather than realizing they did not have all the correct parts. Now my expensive bed is sagging. Completely unacceptable and I have already sent two emails with no response, poor customer service follow-up. First time buying from Ashley and it has not been a good experience. Going back to Macys next time!

They realized there were no screws/ hardware added. they were missing and must have been thrown out when your warehouse takes everything out of the boxes before delivery . So now I have a cabinet with no legs on it and it does not stand up straight either. I have to put something underneath it to make it stand up straight and not lean. I paid $100 to be delivered. And it was delivered but I still can not use it. And when I called in they told me they would place a work order claim BUT that will be 2 to 3 days before i even get a call back. Unbelievable and very unexceptable. You should verify that all items/ hardware are in placed and checked before it gets delivered to your paying customers . You should have also had someone come out in a day or 2 to deliver my screws so I can use my cabinet that I paid for. I’m not sure I will shop at Ashley’s again. Very disappointed. So for that I might give you a 2 or 3 rating.

I had bought two items - couch and bed frame. The couch pills and material is awful the bedframe has a powderpost beetle infestation. I looked online and Ashley has provided others with such furniture. Do not buy furniture here.

If you want things stolen from your home I would go with Ashley furniture. There delivery drivers stole tools from inside our garage while they were delivering furniture. They won't do anything to replace the tools or give the names of the delivery drivers.

I purchased a recliner - got the recliner, love the recliner and had a great in-store experience....but the delivery experience was AWFUL. We were texted last night our delivery window was 12:15 - 4:15. So we planned our work day around that time frame. At 5:15, we finally receive a call that the delivery would be an hour late. I said, it's already an hour late. Do you mean ANOTHER hour?? The representative only had an "I don't know" or "We don't track that" to any follow up questions. At 6:07, we receive an automated call saying they were 4 minutes away. At 6:45, we receive an automated call saying they were 4 minutes away. They finally showed up at 7:02. Took less than 10 minutes to unload, unbox and assemble. Moral of the story: great furniture, but don't schedule a delivery if you have ANY plans for the date you pick. Just plan to sit at home the whole day and then hopefully you won't be as pissed off as I am.

I went to Ashley’s Millenia on 12/10/24 and purchased a bedroom set with mattress. My delivery date was set for 12/28/24. No delivery. Mind you no one had the courtesy to call or email explaining anything. I called and asked when was my items would be delivered, they couldn’t give me a date because everything was on back order. I was pissed because for 1 I had thrown my things away and 2 someone could’ve had the decency to call. Long story short on 01/10/25 I still didn’t receive my items. I cancelled the order because my issue was not waiting, it was the communication. Luckily I had an air mattress that I could use for the time being. If I could rate zero I would. BUT the only good experience was the sales associate Jalen. The rest of my experience was very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Ashley Furniture. I have been waiting 31 days for a sofa that was originally scheduled for delivery last week. After a delay, today’s delivery was canceled just one hour before the expected arrival. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing, with little to no accountability or assistance provided.

Hind was my sales associate and she was great, I was looking for an adjustable bed and mattress, I didn’t have a budget in mind when I entered the store, but she asked the right questions and she listened to my needs and between the 2 of us we came up with what would work best for my needs and what I felt comfortable spending. I don’t know how long Hind has been with Ashley Furniture but she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the products and when I’m ready for my next purchase I will call her in advance to set up an appointment just to make sure I get her.

At the store was a great experience. The sales person was nice. showed me all the tables and chairs available looking for the ideal match to my requirements. The sale went smooth however when the delivery took place the table came in scratched and one of the chairs was broken. I told them to take it back and they did but it’s been four days now and I haven’t heard back from Ashley furniture to tell me When my table and chair are going to be delivered.

The sales representative was very helpful and very attentive! I Was able to leave the store with the item I wanted right off of the sales floor! I definitely will be back in the future for my home purchases.

I’m very disappointed with Ashley as a whole. From the sales person, office staff and the delivery people. First the salesperson was rude at the end. He seemed annoyed with us.he didn’t even say thank you. Received my delivery of mattress and bedroom furniture and we did not have a box spring. Called the store and the salesperson said we discuss me buying a box spring from somewhere else. He lied!! Instead of owning his part he lied. We never discuss that and he failed to let us know we needed a box spring. The store allowed us to pick up a floor model damage box spring since I was pressed for time due to the holidays. Also they were supposed to pickup my mattress which they did not because no one communicated this with the delivery drivers. I had another delivery scheduled after Christmas for the dresser and mirror. I received a call that morning I would only get the mirror because the dresser back order. No one from the store called to inform me of this. When the driver called they ask did I want them to delivery the mirror, I said it does not make any sense to deliver the mirror without the dresser. Called the store again and they said my dresser should be coming in any day now and be scheduled soon. Delivery was scheduled New Years Eve. Drivers were supposed to pick up mattress from the first delivery but the refused to pick it up. They told me they were never told. Called the manager at the store and all they could do is create a case. No one communicates with each other. No one takes responsibility and make sure the customer is satisfied. I get it things happened but when does Ashley put the customer first. I shopped with Ashley at another location never had an issue and had excellent customer service. This location is the worst!!

We noticed it was sinking and called for a technician to come out. When he arrived, he knew exactly what the issue was and began to stuff more cushion for support in the seat. He said they knew about this problem and there is no fix. We like to purchase items that last. This sofa will need to be replaced within the year. Ashley’s customer service called after and I explined To them what the Technician told us. They said there is nothing they can do and to call the Warranty Company. Therefore, sorry but not sorry.. it’s your problem now. Moving forward be very wise and turn those sofas over in the store make sure you are getting the quality you deserve and pay for. I ordered a sectional, it took almost 2 months to get to my house, which I can understand. But on the day of delivery the biggest item is not included and was told "not to worry" in a week or two I will be notified when i will receive it. Changing my review to a strong negative. My sectional was supposed to be delivered today. I was notified end of day LAST NIGHT that my delivery was cancelled. They had emailed me to confirm the delivery date earlier in the week and again yesterday morning to remind me that the room needed to be completely clear of furniture and they would not assist with moving old furniture. So I disposed of the old sofas, and now I have empty living room with no furniture going into the holidays. Seriously. They couldn't have cancelled earlier? Even a single day in advance? They have to wait until 5:30pm on a Friday for someone to call me??? Of course no one can explain the delay other than that pieces have not arrived at their warehouse. Weird, because when I bought the sofa i was assured it was in stock. In fact I was promised that, it was the whole reason I came to Ashley. The salesperson convinced me to cancel a sofa I had ordered from another big name company because they kept pushing back delivery dates because of stock issues and said I wouldn't have to worry about that at Ashley! Guess again. I keep trying to figure out how a couch that was in stock last week and scheduled for delivery is no longer in stock. My calls keep getting transferred to a call center in the Philippines, to people who are probably getting paid $1/hr or less, and can only read from a script and can't help. The local store had one lady who was very nice and promised to look into this and would call me back, of course I never heard from her again. So, I'm screwed I guess? Time to cancel plans to host Christmas because I have no furniture? I don't understand how companies get away with taking money to sell stuff they don't actually have. Just be honest! To anyone reading this, I recommend going to a smaller store that actually has stock, because this is exhausting. If Ashley furniture reads this, find a way to make this right.

I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago about my unfortunate experience at this store. I did receive a response to the review that seemed promising. I promptly responded as directed, but was not surprised when I did not receive a response back. It seems it is a response to appease and potentially seem as caring. I did have to take the bed back myself. Eventually my order was entirely refunded, which was interesting as the remainder of the furniture was not delivered by still charged. We ended up going with a more reputable store for our furniture.

The store manager and representative became very unsupportive and careless when I addressed certain concerns that had arisen briefly after the sale was final. I have had better experiences buying cars at a dealership than my recent experience at the Mellinia Ashley store in Orlando. Dear god. Skip it. The drive to another Ashley is worth it. The store messed up our order & delivery 4 separate times. Not the warehouse, not the delivery drivers, but the manager - the sales associate - the desk. We ordered a four-chair dining room set, paid in full in store directly with the manager. The wrong chairs got delivered. Could NOT get ahold of them, drive to the store. 2nd time, ordered in person at the store because they apparently don’t know how to use a phone. Called corporate to ensure they were correct, wrong color. Third one was as well incorrectly ordered by the desk team - IN PERSON. And we walked them through what we needed with pictures and had to give them the product number because they had no clue what color chairs should go with the same color table. Drove there FIVE times (no exaggeration) to have things corrected. The manager gave us his business card, and the phone number on the card was set up with a medical device soliciting company. So EVERYTIME we called both his number and the store it was followed by a 40 minute drive just to talk to someone from the store. I encourage you to call them and see if they answer. Absolutely horrible experience, and NO ONE followed up with us. By the third time we drive to the store to correct their mistake, I expect for a supervisory positioned Ashley person to proactively ensure everything is good to go. No follow up calls. No sense of remorse or accountability for how many times they’ve messed up. If I could give a more comprehensive or worse review, I would. Ordered in August, received in November. Not a warehouse shortage, but a series of negligent store-caused issues that delayed an expensive dining room delivery. I was 3 months pregnant when I ordered these in person. I entered third trimester and had my baby shower before I got the full set. Skip it.

Stay away from this store. I purchased a bed last week and it was delivered today. The bed was boxed and upon unboxing I discovered it was scratched in different places. I contacted costumer service which was extremely difficult to get through to, continually getting an error message after the first attempt. Once I finally got through I was told I would be contacted by someone to take a look at the bed and resolve the problem. Later in the day I received a phone call from the store at which time I was told I would have to take the bed back into the store myself for it to be assessed. Take an entire bed frame to a store in my car, yes that is what I would have to do. The return policy is set up to make it close to impossible for costumers to return damaged products, almost like they know the product will be damaged. I was told I would have 72 hours to take it into the store and later told I'd have to do so the next day. I requested to speak to a manager, however Jason Schwartz was extremely busy to take a phone call or return my phone call during his business hours. I later received a phone call from the sales person as if they'd have a solution, they of course did not. I decided to cancel the remainder of my purchase due to fears of the lack of costumer service and the potential for more difficulty. I'd read other reviews and should have listened. A waste of time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with this type of awful service ever. We ordered a mattress over a month ago and was supposed to be delivered now 3x. Today they rescheduled again. Saying the warehouse truck isn’t full yet so they are estimating now another few weeks. I called today and spoke to another manager Emily who ordered to refund $99 delivery fee on thousands we spent on the mattress that we still don’t have. I cancelled the order and I will never be back to this location ever again. Very dishonest people here and they should be ashamed with how they treat people.

Let me tell you about my experience with Ashley Furniture. I have made a couple of purchases from Ashley in the past and it's always been great, but yesterday's experience was truly exceptional. First and foremost, Fatima was absolutely amazing! She is who sold us our furniture. This is my second purchase through her and yesterday's experience reminded me of why. Greeted with a hug, Fatima immediately remembered what I was last interested in and walked me through the process of making sure the furniture was still the best option for us (and it was). She worked quickly to get us what we needed, along with same-week delivery! I must also mention Michael, the manager, who also remembered me and continued to check on us, making sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He even sat with us to review the furniture in a virtual room just to be sure it all fit well. Talk about service! And, I must also highlight Emily, in finance. I couldn't see what she was doing behind the desk but, wow was she fast! She was quick, efficient, warm and friendly. Who could ask for more?! But that's not all. The regional manager was also in town visiting, walking the floor to make sure customers were finding what they needed. He stopped and spoke with me while we were waiting on some more information, and he sat and answered even more questions for us and went over detailed options with us to help us make the right choice. I don't leave reviews all too often due to my busy schedule, but this experience has caused me to stop and take the time today to share my experience through this detailed review. I truly hope this helps someone else in their search as well. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!!!

We were greeted as we walked into the store. We told the associate what we were looking for. She gave a general idea of where styles were located. We wandered about on our ow, which was totally fine. We picked out pieces we liked, compared them, then went back to the front of the store to locate the associate. We told her what we had been looking at. She handed me an iPad to enter my information on. She entered the furniture, gave us a delivery date and I paid. It was as generic as it sounds. The associate did nothing to earn a commission. There was no customer service, no work she did other than enter our order and take my payment- sort of like ordering from a fast food place. I was charged delivery fees, which should have been complimentary given what I spent.

Avoid this store at all costs, Dear God. I was told if I wanted to cancel an order before delivery it would be a simple and easy process. It has been 10-11 days later and I am still waiting for my $10,000 refund. I have not even received any type of cancellation confirmation by email whatsoever. This location NEVER answers the phone and this has been a super infuriating experience.

Ashley Furniture is lucky to have such a professional and customer service oriented sales representative. Update: Unfortunately Ashley Corporate office automatically cancelled our purchase. They have a policy in their system that if your credit card address doesn’t contain the same state that you are delivering to their system automatically cancels the order and they can’t override it. Unfortunately they will lose a lot of business from people that own rental houses, 2nd vacation houses, etc. I feel bad for their sales people.

My wife and I purchased the Tanavi 5 piece sectional. The couch fabric started pilling and fraying within two months of purchasing the brand new couch. Only my wife and I were using the couch and the fabric still was cheap and not durable whatsoever. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ashley Customer Care and the additional warranty plan we purchased did nothing to help us. This couch is too expensive to have such cheap material. Ashley Furniture kept putting the blame on my wife and I saying that we "excessively used" the couch and we used blankets on the couch which caused the fabric to break down. There is NO accountability at Ashley and they refuse to make the situation right for their customers. I was extremely disappointed in my experience and will NOT be shopping with Ashley Furniture again.

Visited several furniture stores. Was recommended to go to Ashley by millennia mall. Thrilled to say that I was able to find something immediately. In fact, it was tough to decide between several pieces. Great assistance from Matt and especially Stanley!

I applied for the rebate and have all the correct info and receipts and made sure I qualify but synchrony said it was “invalid”. I asked them why would it be invalid and they said the appeal would be escalated.. it’s almost a year later of me constantly emailing them with no real response and they get back to me saying they will not reconsider looking into why it was denied with no reason at all. SYNCHRONY AND ASHLEY FURNITURE IS A SCAM. Do not apply for their credit card thinking you will get any rebate!!!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars and good thing I waited to realize how sleezy these people are. I came in looking for multiple types of furnitures and only found a dining set that we liked. The staff were very friendly and I had Ky help me. We were ready to order but wanted to look around and come back later that day. Ky told me to contact him on April 1st because they have a private sale and I would get a discount. This was not true and we waited for no reason when we could’ve placed the order before then. I texted him that morning and received a call from his teammate Matthew in the afternoon. He was horrible. Did not care at all and said he’s just doing a favor. Didn’t want to make the sale and when I asked why we were told there would be a discount and delayed our purchase he just shrugged me off and tried to make me apply for a card and finance the dining set. I asked what the difference would be if I ordered it online and he said “you would be doing a favor to Ky and his baby”. That seems ridiculous. So making me feel guilty and purchasing the product to give someone commission is a great service? I texted Ky and told him to give me a call when he works, but never got a call back. I went to another store and they explained in detail the difference between ordering online and in-store. Do not go here and if you do don’t order from these two salesmen.
