Worst service ever! Safe yourself sometime and avoid going to this Ashley. We bought some furniture and they messed up the address. We tried to work this with them in a polite manner, but still waiting for my order to be delivered. We fixed the address many times, they told us many that the address was fixed, still messed up the delivery. We call the store, they don't answer, the automated system transfers your call to the call center, they don't know what they are doing. I explained the situation, they said they will take care, they provided me a case number, and they said wait until next day. I call the next day and again wrong address, and no idea of my case. Just a waste of time.

Big order purchase from this store, more than two months ago, no one available help us with the missing parts, store no control nothing no customer service at all. They just tell to call 800’ number which one is people from outside of United States who don’t care. Don’t buy here if you don’t want to have problems.

My son and I spent over an hour searching for a particular piece of furniture and not one person said hi or asked to assist us. I guess we looked like two poor black people we were not worth their time. They had no idea we were probably the richest ones in the store… their loss.

This is not only a terrible customer experience, but it goes against your own delivery policy. I demand that you send me the missing parts **within the next 5 business days**, or I will proceed with a **chargeback**, file a complaint with the **FTC/BBB**, and share my experience on **Trustpilot** and social media. Was told by saleman and delivery people we had 7 days to return an item, called before 7 days, they would not honor it. Salesman would not answer calls. Manager said 7 days for online only.. not buying there no more
