Order from online store, not the store itself. They will charge you more if you place your order from their store. My review is only for this Ashley Store - I saw a couple of furniture I wanted to purchase online, but wanted to see it in person. For example I saw a dinning table that came with 6 chairs. When placing the order at the store they treated it as two separate items, the table and then 6 chairs. After I got home I wanted to check the dimensions of chair to buy covers. What I saw really got me angry. Instead of giving me the sale price they charged me regular price for all the items. The dinning table with 6 chairs together was going for $1250, if you order online separate each item the dimming table was going for $520 and every 2 chairs for $240. The store employee went ahead and selected one table at regular price $799, plus 6 chairs for $200 each. So a $1250 order became $2000. When it come to delivery they added an extra $120 and protection plan they also added another $200. In total they charged me $2200 more than if I just ordered it from their website. The sale person showed me their payment plan for 60 months, 36 months, and 6 months. The total for all 3 plans was going to be the same amount 12k. No interests, no down payment. The only difference was going to be the monthly payment. When I called and asked why I was charged regular price and not sale price, they were like well you selected 60 month payment plan and online is only 24 months. So I asked them then why is 6 months payment plan the total was going to be the same as the 60 months plan. Also, I asked them why the protection plan and white gloves delivery was higher than online order. They at fist were like it was probably a mistake on own end. We can fix that and give you the same price as online including the sale price for the items instead regular price. But they wanted me to go back to their store which is 45 minutes drive. I really got angry and saw what type of sale people including the Manager "Mike" really was. I told them to cancel the order and I will just order online. Also to cancel an order from the store you have to call their customer service number and speak with their cancellation department, which apparently only work between 10am - 7pm. But they will put you hold and it will take forever to reach one of them. Just keep calling every 3 hours until they put you through someone. I got them to cancel it and refund me. The next day I went to their site and placed a new order, I even added 5 extra items that I didn't have before and even after adding those 5 items I end up paying $1500 less than the original order from the store. My advice is if you see something at the store get the name and item number and then go online and purchase it through their website. Don't it at the store. They will overcharge you.

Go see Gavin! He was incredible, happy to help, and made himself available for whatever my needs were. Great communication, and humble. He made me feel very comfortable. Not your “typical” sales person. Thank you Gavin! **EDIT** my delivery date was changed by the delivery company, and I was not notified. Not only did I take a day off of work for this, but due to the holiday timing, rescheduling will be very difficult. I am not thrilled with the follow up from this, a refund of the delivery fee would have been a nice resolution since I am now missing double the work. Review dropped from 5 to 3 stars, with the sales team at the store being the only saving grace.
