At the store was a great experience. The sales person was nice. showed me all the tables and chairs available looking for the ideal match to my requirements. The sale went smooth however when the delivery took place the table came in scratched and one of the chairs was broken. I told them to take it back and they did but it’s been four days now and I haven’t heard back from Ashley furniture to tell me When my table and chair are going to be delivered.

The sales representative was very helpful and very attentive! I Was able to leave the store with the item I wanted right off of the sales floor! I definitely will be back in the future for my home purchases.

Had a great experience at the Ashley store. Staff members were friendly from the entrance, and Ky who was our agent, was simply amazing. He took the time to explain anything we did not understand, answer questions and never once showed any sign of frustration as we took our time to make our decisions. We left the store feeling happy. Highly reccommended.

I’m very disappointed with Ashley as a whole. From the sales person, office staff and the delivery people. First the salesperson was rude at the end. He seemed annoyed with us.he didn’t even say thank you. Received my delivery of mattress and bedroom furniture and we did not have a box spring. Called the store and the salesperson said we discuss me buying a box spring from somewhere else. He lied!! Instead of owning his part he lied. We never discuss that and he failed to let us know we needed a box spring. The store allowed us to pick up a floor model damage box spring since I was pressed for time due to the holidays. Also they were supposed to pickup my mattress which they did not because no one communicated this with the delivery drivers. I had another delivery scheduled after Christmas for the dresser and mirror. I received a call that morning I would only get the mirror because the dresser back order. No one from the store called to inform me of this. When the driver called they ask did I want them to delivery the mirror, I said it does not make any sense to deliver the mirror without the dresser. Called the store again and they said my dresser should be coming in any day now and be scheduled soon. Delivery was scheduled New Years Eve. Drivers were supposed to pick up mattress from the first delivery but the refused to pick it up. They told me they were never told. Called the manager at the store and all they could do is create a case. No one communicates with each other. No one takes responsibility and make sure the customer is satisfied. I get it things happened but when does Ashley put the customer first. I shopped with Ashley at another location never had an issue and had excellent customer service. This location is the worst!!

Today I got help by Hind Sbai. She was so amazing and attentive to my needs. She made sure to listen to what I didn’t like and what I liked. She was so nice and gave such amazing energy and love. My comments are not directed to any sales person, they are only doing their jobs. My complaint lies more on the Quality of Ashley’s products. My husband and I purchased a sofa in March 2024. We noticed it was sinking and called for a technician to come out. When he arrived, he knew exactly what the issue was and began to stuff more cushion for support in the seat. He said they knew about this problem and there is no fix. We like to purchase items that last. This sofa will need to be replaced within the year. Ashley’s customer service called after and I explined To them what the Technician told us. They said there is nothing they can do and to call the Warranty Company. Therefore, sorry but not sorry.. it’s your problem now. Moving forward be very wise and turn those sofas over in the store make sure you are getting the quality you deserve and pay for. Went in to look at new couches and didn’t have intention on buying. After a warm welcome we met Stephanie! She gave us space to look around and get a feel for what would work best for us. With her professionalism and personality we decided to purchase on the spot and we will be relaxing on our new living room set within the next week. I ordered a sectional, it took almost 2 months to get to my house, which I can understand. But on the day of delivery the biggest item is not included and was told "not to worry" in a week or two I will be notified when i will receive it. Well not to worry, I will make sure to shop at your competitor next time.

I visited this location yesterday in search of a recliner. I’ve been looking at several stores and I was getting frustrated because I couldn’t find what I wanted. Nicole spent time with me and we walked the showroom and after speaking with her, she helped me realize exactly what I wanted- not a recliner but a chair!! If she hadn’t taken the time and showed the patience she did, I would never have found what I wanted. She was patient and kind, and while I’m not ready to buy anything just yet, I will absolutely return because of her!

Changing my review to a strong negative. My sectional was supposed to be delivered today. I was notified end of day LAST NIGHT that my delivery was cancelled. They had emailed me to confirm the delivery date earlier in the week and again yesterday morning to remind me that the room needed to be completely clear of furniture and they would not assist with moving old furniture. So I disposed of the old sofas, and now I have empty living room with no furniture going into the holidays. Seriously. They couldn't have cancelled earlier? Even a single day in advance? They have to wait until 5:30pm on a Friday for someone to call me??? Of course no one can explain the delay other than that pieces have not arrived at their warehouse. Weird, because when I bought the sofa i was assured it was in stock. In fact I was promised that, it was the whole reason I came to Ashley. The salesperson convinced me to cancel a sofa I had ordered from another big name company because they kept pushing back delivery dates because of stock issues and said I wouldn't have to worry about that at Ashley! Guess again. I keep trying to figure out how a couch that was in stock last week and scheduled for delivery is no longer in stock. My calls keep getting transferred to a call center in the Philippines, to people who are probably getting paid $1/hr or less, and can only read from a script and can't help. The local store had one lady who was very nice and promised to look into this and would call me back, of course I never heard from her again. So, I'm screwed I guess? Time to cancel plans to host Christmas because I have no furniture? I don't understand how companies get away with taking money to sell stuff they don't actually have. Just be honest! To anyone reading this, I recommend going to a smaller store that actually has stock, because this is exhausting. If Ashley furniture reads this, find a way to make this right.

I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago about my unfortunate experience at this store. I did receive a response to the review that seemed promising. I promptly responded as directed, but was not surprised when I did not receive a response back. It seems it is a response to appease and potentially seem as caring. I did have to take the bed back myself. Eventually my order was entirely refunded, which was interesting as the remainder of the furniture was not delivered by still charged. We ended up going with a more reputable store for our furniture.

I was fairly disappointed in the couch buying process at Ashley. The sales associates weren’t very knowledgeable and it took a long time to communicate which couch I wanted to them. Worst experience ever. The staff only concerns about making their commission. They were kind and agreeable until the sale was final. The store manager and representative became very unsupportive and careless when I addressed certain concerns that had arisen briefly after the sale was final. I have had better experiences buying cars at a dealership than my recent experience at the Mellinia Ashley store in Orlando. I don’t normally care to write negative reviews, for the simple fact that I respect and understand people have to make a living. However, I spent a descent amount of money at the store and should not have been treated lesser than a normal citizen after the sale was final. Customer relationship management goes a long way. A store like Ashley should know and adhere to those principals. If someone would please share the corporate number with me so that I can make them aware of this situation and maybe they will implement some preventative measures.

We went to the store looking for a small table for our dinning area, everything was great up to that point when the sales person didn't know what she was doing, after we pay and wait for the first week to be deliver we find out that our chairs were out stock, according to the person on the phone it should be arriving in that week and we should get in the reschedule deliver, so we end up waiting 3 weeks for the table and chairs and finally I cancel the order complete, because the chairs never came in . The person on the phone was not sympathetic about it and also when I was at the store getting my money back the person was rude and didn't care much,it seems like I was bothering her with a conversation that she was having about Christmas tree with the other coworker there, so get my advice never buy a thing from there, they will lie to you to get a sale and commission.

Dear god. Skip it. The drive to another Ashley is worth it. The store messed up our order & delivery 4 separate times. Not the warehouse, not the delivery drivers, but the manager - the sales associate - the desk. We ordered a four-chair dining room set, paid in full in store directly with the manager. The wrong chairs got delivered. Could NOT get ahold of them, drive to the store. 2nd time, ordered in person at the store because they apparently don’t know how to use a phone. Called corporate to ensure they were correct, wrong color. Third one was as well incorrectly ordered by the desk team - IN PERSON. And we walked them through what we needed with pictures and had to give them the product number because they had no clue what color chairs should go with the same color table. Drove there FIVE times (no exaggeration) to have things corrected. The manager gave us his business card, and the phone number on the card was set up with a medical device soliciting company. So EVERYTIME we called both his number and the store it was followed by a 40 minute drive just to talk to someone from the store. I encourage you to call them and see if they answer. Absolutely horrible experience, and NO ONE followed up with us. By the third time we drive to the store to correct their mistake, I expect for a supervisory positioned Ashley person to proactively ensure everything is good to go. No follow up calls. No sense of remorse or accountability for how many times they’ve messed up. If I could give a more comprehensive or worse review, I would. Ordered in August, received in November. Not a warehouse shortage, but a series of negligent store-caused issues that delayed an expensive dining room delivery. I was 3 months pregnant when I ordered these in person. I entered third trimester and had my baby shower before I got the full set. Skip it.

Was thorough with his responses and helpful when it came time to making payment. Did everything over phone and he made the process seem less. Stay away from this store. I purchased a bed last week and it was delivered today. The bed was boxed and upon unboxing I discovered it was scratched in different places. I contacted costumer service which was extremely difficult to get through to, continually getting an error message after the first attempt. Once I finally got through I was told I would be contacted by someone to take a look at the bed and resolve the problem. Later in the day I received a phone call from the store at which time I was told I would have to take the bed back into the store myself for it to be assessed. Take an entire bed frame to a store in my car, yes that is what I would have to do. The return policy is set up to make it close to impossible for costumers to return damaged products, almost like they know the product will be damaged. I was told I would have 72 hours to take it into the store and later told I'd have to do so the next day. I requested to speak to a manager, however Jason Schwartz was extremely busy to take a phone call or return my phone call during his business hours. I later received a phone call from the sales person as if they'd have a solution, they of course did not. I decided to cancel the remainder of my purchase due to fears of the lack of costumer service and the potential for more difficulty. I'd read other reviews and should have listened. A waste of time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with this type of awful service ever. We ordered a mattress over a month ago and was supposed to be delivered now 3x. Today they rescheduled again. Saying the warehouse truck isn’t full yet so they are estimating now another few weeks. I called today and spoke to another manager Emily who ordered to refund $99 delivery fee on thousands we spent on the mattress that we still don’t have. I cancelled the order and I will never be back to this location ever again. Very dishonest people here and they should be ashamed with how they treat people.

We found them on clearance at an amazing price. What we loved more than the sofa and lamp was the way Michael treated us. Even though we only spent 400$ he treated us like we were spending $40,000. He even helped us load our new sofa into the back of our truck. He was training a new sales associate Stephanie who was extremely kind and helpful. What impressed us the most was the example he set for his new team member in the way you treat a customer no matter how small or large the sale is. Poor quality furniture. Paid 5k for a dining room set and was pressured into purchasing the insurance. When called about the problems with the furniture they refused to help. Will never purchase furniture from them again.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hind Sbai. I already have everything needed for my apartment. However, I figured since it was Labor Day, I might just see what was available in case there was something I could replace. I ended up eyeing a couch I liked and went to find Hind immediately. She had checked on me a few times and seemingly already knew I was interested in the couch before I went to get her. She was able to walk me through the financing process and I was approved. It was a very smooth and easy purchase. I appreciate her personality, advice, and approach towards me being able to look so freely without too much intervention. Let me tell you about my experience with Ashley Furniture. I have made a couple of purchases from Ashley in the past and it's always been great, but yesterday's experience was truly exceptional. First and foremost, Fatima was absolutely amazing! She is who sold us our furniture. This is my second purchase through her and yesterday's experience reminded me of why. Greeted with a hug, Fatima immediately remembered what I was last interested in and walked me through the process of making sure the furniture was still the best option for us (and it was). She worked quickly to get us what we needed, along with same-week delivery! I must also mention Michael, the manager, who also remembered me and continued to check on us, making sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He even sat with us to review the furniture in a virtual room just to be sure it all fit well. Talk about service! And, I must also highlight Emily, in finance. I couldn't see what she was doing behind the desk but, wow was she fast! She was quick, efficient, warm and friendly. Who could ask for more?! But that's not all. The regional manager was also in town visiting, walking the floor to make sure customers were finding what they needed. He stopped and spoke with me while we were waiting on some more information, and he sat and answered even more questions for us and went over detailed options with us to help us make the right choice. I don't leave reviews all too often due to my busy schedule, but this experience has caused me to stop and take the time today to share my experience through this detailed review. I truly hope this helps someone else in their search as well. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!!!

But I bought the protection plan to replace it if anything go wrong another $380. Worst experience ever. Trying to deal with the credit card company now.

I bought a coffee table, a piece of wood arrived broken, I'm waiting 2 months for them to ship from India and they don't give me any information, only that they sent an email to the technical department and are waiting for the response. It is not acceptable that, having good quality wooden furniture and excellent designs here in our country, they have to import it from another country and what is more regrettable is that they take so much time to do so. Don't buy this furniture stores, buy in stores that have their products that are nationally manufactured because then we know that they give jobs to our people and they also have terrible customer service, because they even answer the phone from another country that is difficult to understand because of their accent.

We just went to purchased our table through this Ashley as it was the only location that we found that had the table we liked in person. It was off putting to get the total cost as we were shocked to see it go from $895 plus $360 (added 4 chairs) to $1800 dollars. Talking with Hen she was very nice, but she asked about the protection coverage which we told her not to add onto the order, but we saw it in the receipt which we told her no. But we were more shocked to see a surprise $200 delivery fee. If we were told of it, it wouldn’t be such a problem as we would expect the charge. But if I would have known $200 was going to be charged, I would have inquired about transporting it myself likely.

We were greeted as we walked into the store. We told the associate what we were looking for. She gave a general idea of where styles were located. We wandered about on our ow, which was totally fine. We picked out pieces we liked, compared them, then went back to the front of the store to locate the associate. We told her what we had been looking at. She handed me an iPad to enter my information on. She entered the furniture, gave us a delivery date and I paid. It was as generic as it sounds. The associate did nothing to earn a commission. There was no customer service, no work she did other than enter our order and take my payment- sort of like ordering from a fast food place. I was charged delivery fees, which should have been complimentary given what I spent.

Avoid this store at all costs, Dear God. I was told if I wanted to cancel an order before delivery it would be a simple and easy process. It has been 10-11 days later and I am still waiting for my $10,000 refund. I have not even received any type of cancellation confirmation by email whatsoever. This location NEVER answers the phone and this has been a super infuriating experience.

Ashley Furniture is lucky to have such a professional and customer service oriented sales representative. Update: Unfortunately Ashley Corporate office automatically cancelled our purchase. They have a policy in their system that if your credit card address doesn’t contain the same state that you are delivering to their system automatically cancels the order and they can’t override it. Unfortunately they will lose a lot of business from people that own rental houses, 2nd vacation houses, etc. I feel bad for their sales people.

My wife and I went in looking for one thing, a king sleigh bed. The salesperson that greeted us was Hind. She is friendly and yet professional. She guided us right to what we were looking for. Our furniture delivery never showed up. They had me waiting for 5 hours. I took the afternoon off from work. Never got a call. When I called the store for an update, a recording came on saying they were closed. I would not recommend doing business with Ashley. Very unprofessional.

We saw some dining chairs that we fell in love with, but decided not to get them at a time. By the next morning we called Hind in hopes that we could just order them through her without visiting the store again. In few minuses our new order was finalized and put on the same delivery date as our previously ordered items. We highly recommend Ashley’s Furniture by the Mall of Millennia especially their sales person Hind Sbai.

My wife and I purchased the Tanavi 5 piece sectional. The couch fabric started pilling and fraying within two months of purchasing the brand new couch. Only my wife and I were using the couch and the fabric still was cheap and not durable whatsoever. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ashley Customer Care and the additional warranty plan we purchased did nothing to help us. This couch is too expensive to have such cheap material. Ashley Furniture kept putting the blame on my wife and I saying that we "excessively used" the couch and we used blankets on the couch which caused the fabric to break down. There is NO accountability at Ashley and they refuse to make the situation right for their customers. I was extremely disappointed in my experience and will NOT be shopping with Ashley Furniture again.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars and good thing I waited to realize how sleezy these people are. I came in looking for multiple types of furnitures and only found a dining set that we liked. The staff were very friendly and I had Ky help me. We were ready to order but wanted to look around and come back later that day. Ky told me to contact him on April 1st because they have a private sale and I would get a discount. This was not true and we waited for no reason when we could’ve placed the order before then. I texted him that morning and received a call from his teammate Matthew in the afternoon. He was horrible. Did not care at all and said he’s just doing a favor. Didn’t want to make the sale and when I asked why we were told there would be a discount and delayed our purchase he just shrugged me off and tried to make me apply for a card and finance the dining set. I asked what the difference would be if I ordered it online and he said “you would be doing a favor to Ky and his baby”. That seems ridiculous. So making me feel guilty and purchasing the product to give someone commission is a great service? I texted Ky and told him to give me a call when he works, but never got a call back. ( NO RETURNS EVEN IF ASHLEY DONT BRING YOU THE BED/ their policy) Second, warehouse send the sectional with the wrong set up… in general poor operations. Even one of the many calls that I did… one of the customer service she was laughing of me because I was requesting to return the mattress. I had to purchase at the last moment another completed bedroom set because this house is a vacation rental and a booking was scheduled. ( more stress). I been leaving messages and no one from corporate or management return my calls. Prevent headaches, frustrations and don't buy there. I still waiting for a refund and nobody can't process because customer care is an automatic reply e-mail.

We were adamant about the delivery time frames as we have a lot going on and we checked every item, prior to purchasing, to ensure it would meet the specifications we needed. We were told it could all arrive Wednesday the 6th but we had them schedule it for the 8th as we weren't going to be at our second home in the middle of the week. We got the text that delivery would be 9:15-11:15 and prepared accordingly. However, we were woken up at 7:53 to an unmarked gentleman, in an enterprise truck, who didnt speak a single word of English telling me he was there for my delivery. We were obviously not ready as my entire family was asleep and we had blankets and piles of pillows to sleep on due to no bed. I asked them to give me a few moments to wake everyone up and get things out of the way. They eventually understood and agreed. I went outside to notify them we were ready, only to find my brand new living room furniture sitting in the dirt on the lawn....nevermind the concrete porch we have along the entire side of the house...no...all in the wet rained on lawn.. immediately attempted to tell them to move it but they couldn't understand English, so I started moving it myself to the concrete. Let them know to proceed with delivery.... Upon entering the home and delivering items, the bedframe/drawers for one of our bedroom sets was completely damaged. They had to call customer care and report it and then whatever process to take it back. In the meantime, I got a call from customer care, notifying me that when my delivery arrives, the king mattress for my room will not be on the truck as it did not come in time. I was very confused as we ensured lead times met our expectations prior to purchasing. I asked when it would be delivered and I was informed they'd need to look into it - I also didn't understand why I was just now finding out about it, after the delivery crew was already at my house. Here I drove to this second home, stayed the night on the floor only to find out my bed wasn't even being delivered. I confirmed everything else would be delivered minus the mattress and now the damaged bed frame/drawers for my son. All continued on and then the crew informed me that my bedroom set could not be setup because the hardware to put the bed frame/drawers was missing. So now three major parts of my purchase are not being delivered on time. I spoke with customer care again who told me they would work to have everything redelivered ASAP. I called Hind who was off so she could not assist me so I called the store....spoke with Emily (supervisor) who seemed very nice and wanting to help but to this day (now the 12th - 4 days after all this disaster) I still have none of the items. I made it very clear that I go out of town on the 14th and I'm gone until the 27th - hence the reason the delivery date was so important - nevermind the fact I had to sleep on the floor of my home all this time as we made plans and arrangements to be at this home based on the delivery date and expectations. I last spoke with the store supervisor, Emily on Sat and was told she'd continue working on this and get back to me - last I heard about anything was that day Sat when she informed me I was SOL until Thursday for redelivery....the day I leave to go out of town LOL (all I can do is laugh at this point) To say I'm livid, and upset is an understatement. To spend almost 9 grand on furniture and go through this type of customer service (or I should say lack there of) is appalling. I regret 1000000% purchasing from them and I will never visit them for my furniture needs again. Helpful tip - go to their competition rooms to go...not only was it cheaper but came on time and without damage! Imagine that.

I’m sure agents get a commission, but I don’t do business with pushy sales folks. I know what I want and what I need, and that rarely includes upsells, so I appreciate no pushiness. Just folks ready to help. Delivery is usually a day or two after in store purchase as it’s coming from a warehouse in Tampa. You’ll tend to find more items in store than you will online, which was the reality in our case. Overall I give Ashley Furniture five stars out of five.

I came to this furniture shop just to browse through. For my short term rental property to be completed with the construction in 3-4 months. This place surprised me with the sectionals. By far the most diverse and quality inventory of sectionals over other furniture shops. Very impressed. Salespeople were also a big plus. All of them are willing to help if I had any questions. But they were not intrusive at all. They did not force me anything. I am coming back here for my sectionals in 2-3 months.

She was highly knowledgeable about the products, such as which sets needed a “Bunkie Board” or a foundation. Her name was Hind Sbai, and we really enjoyed our experience at Ashley because of her. We chose Ashley for the prices and selection but bought the set thanks to her assistance. We are now looking forward to getting the delivery and setting up the guest bedroom with this lovely new furniture for our upcoming guests.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought 4 stools. $600 without tax. They were delivered the 1st time damaged. The 2nd time they looked fine. Not even 30 days later the screws are loose and some are falling out. They will not take a return and will only send out a service person. For $600 they should be taking a return for stools that haven't even lasted 30 day.
