Our Ashley experience was seamless. From purchasing our new furniture in store to the delivery, every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our delivery driver stayed in touch all morning and was even able to get here earlier than anticipated - which gave us plenty of extra time for set up!

Carla was our sales person back in April. We purchased $8k worth of furniture. For being a new sales person she was very nice and knowledgeable and we had a great experience with her. Closing the sale on the day that we purchased our furniture we had a very bad ending to the sale, the manager Michael, was literally treating us like we needed to hurry up and leave because it was 20 mins passed their closing time and I guess we spent to much of his time at the store. Never mind our big purchase… After our furniture got delivered (which we love) we noticed that we needed a box spring and came back to the store to order one. We also ended up buying a $200 flower arrangement and wanted a picture frame that was next to one of the 3 bedroom sets we took home. We were told that they didn’t have it in stock with no date available for restock, and the manager didn’t want us to take it because they couldn’t let us take stuff from the store to the house. We decided to leave the picture frame and just wait for a flower arrangement to be delivered(which I found very weird too) a couple of days later I get a call from the call center saying that I had to pick up the flower arrangement and that the store should’ve allowed us to take the picture frame too. The day came when we come to pick up a flower arrangement that we could’ve taken home over a week ago. And the person that took care of us was Michael because Carla was with a client and he jumped in to give us the flower arrangement. Which we then mentioned the customer service call rep conversation and he said that the 800 number people don’t decide what gets out of “his” store. That’s for him to make a decision. Very nasty and condescending again. Like we are asking for an item from his living room. We ended up leaving and telling him to keep “his” picture frame. Since he was treating us again like we have to beg him for an item because there is nobody else that can do that but him. Needless to say, last item I buy from this Ashley store. Unfortunately for Carla because we loved dealing with her, she was very sweet and helpful to us.

We recently made a not small purchase from this place but to be honest, have been the worst experience I ever had in my life from getting some furniture. Customer service is terrible, the personal in this area works overseas and the communication many times is poor. All deliveries since the beginning have been a nightmare, I mean, with no notice of those items were in back order, they decide to delivery it little by little; I got the feeling this is a big miscommunication between the store, drivers and the warehouse, also the planning and how deliveries are scheduled is a total disaster. The made me loose days in my job, last Thursday after the driver arrives with the 1/2 of the sofa missing since three weeks ago and after some phone calls with the warehouse ; the driver decide to pick up the sofa and a coffee table and put it back in to the truck and leave with no explanation , so I missed the afternoon at job with no furniture , and still today the delivery again the incomplete order and now gave me a separate days of delivery, so I decide to chance the delivery address to my work and carry the stuff by my own to my house

I want to sincerely thank Hind for her kindness and diligence throughout this process. She has been attentive and professional at all times, and I truly appreciate her efforts. However, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall customer service experience. Despite having paid for my order and waiting a considerable amount of time, the delivery was not completed as expected—the driver refused to leave the merchandise, which was incredibly frustrating. The communication from the warehouse was extremely poor, and the level of service they provided was unacceptable. I expected a much smoother and more respectful experience after such a long wait and investment. This situation left me disappointed and frustrated with the process, even though the sales representative did everything she could. I hope the company addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
