Arrived at Ashley HomeStore on accident. Ended up buying a whole new living room and bedroom. After no luck shopping online, my spouse and I were planning to shop around locally "just to get some ideas." We were initially going to stop by a local RTG, but we missed the turn and found ourselves at Ashley HomeStore instead. Our salesperson, Alan, was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to shop with. He helped us select the perfect sofa, bedroom furniture, and mattress, and was able to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured to purchase more than we were interested in, and it was honestly a fun experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for something beyond your standard "assembly required"-type furniture stores.

So last weekend my fiancé and I went to Ashley‘s HomeStore at the Waterford Lakes location and the sales attendant named Sally went over and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect sectional and king size comfortable therapeutic Serta mattress with base. I had a long list and was dreading having to decide on two bedrooms worth of furniture. My sales rep, Janett, was incredible. She was super knowledgeable on the inventory, and extremely nice. I described what I was looking for and what I wanted to avoid, and she took me straight to some great matches. She made everything a breeze. Thank you Janett!!

This is the first time we find a sales person at Ashley who is dedicated and honest in everything he was selling us. Michael Perez at Waterford Lake in Orlando/FL. If I come back to the store, it would be because of him. I love the furniture they have, but their sales there lie to us all the time about time of delivery, about the discount, everything except Michel he was so honest in everything and we purchased the beautiful Alesandra living room set because of him. When I purchase furniture, I have a lengthy process. Dolores was extremely helpful and patient throughout all of it. She rearranged furniture and pillows to match the look I was going for and to help me visualize it. I recommend asking for her if you find yourself at Ashely's.
To many sales people pushing at you can't look in peace prices are high
Not recommended, you have to check all the papers you sign because they split the real balance and is not the real deal they had said,our bed frame was not in stock supposedly so then vendor pulled out some papers to sign which were other unknown cost without my knowledge, in my case the vendor was Johnny and the manager said she can't do nothing because you are responsible to read the papers. They're pitcher and catcher. I don't believe people like johnny should be representing the company with all his lies and hidden truths.
Ashley furniture has terrible service. Do not buy from them. Bought a new couch and it came stained. They have been giving me the roundabout for a month even though it came damaged from the box and I contacted them the same day. Save yourselves the hassle.
They're happy to sell, but don't deliver when they're scheduled to and don't accept returns of still boxed merchandise. We wanted counter height barstools and the sales person sold us 2. When delivered, we noticed they were too short to be barstools and called in to see how to return. We were told to take them back to the store in 30 days. 2 weeks later we got to the store with the still boxed merchandise and Jessica at customer service said they would have accepted the return in 72hrs, but not now. That's not what customer service said the day we called. She refused to help us and snarkily offered show us the policy as to why she would not accept our return. So now we have an open case and have to find out our options. 10/10 do not recommend.
The worst experience ever with incomplete item at delivery and i just notice that my 4k recliner sofas are broken cause the delivery guys didn't take care of it! And now is difficult to get someone to fix this mess
Horrible service an cheap product. We sat on the couch less than a week and the armrest broke and the stitching is coming up all over. Tried to call but we are always put on hold for half an hour then hung up on. Tried reaching out online. First they sent a technician to look at the couch. He said he was too busy to fix anything but referred us to an extended warranty that r never purchased. He also blamed the stitching on our dog who had never been in the house with the couch and said that the buttons on on our pants could have caused it. After talking to a manager, they scheduled another technician, but they always schedule him while we are at work. We only find out the times less than 24 hours before they come and they have refused our requests to come at a decent time in the afternoon. Still waiting to get our expensive new couch fixed
