Customer service is horrible. Their warranty department is even worse. No returned calls or replies to multiple emails. These are just a few indications that they are simply going out of business and they don't care anymore. If I were you, I would go somewhere else for your furniture needs.

Please avoid this company all together if you are looking to purchase furniture and have it arrive within a couple weeks of purchasing. We’ve ordered several pieces of furniture for our new home, only to be told the day before delivery that it is on back order for another month. Another piece of furniture was ordered beginning of June, and every follow up to get a delivery date locked down results in another month long delay. At this rate, we are expecting our furniture to be delivered at the end of the year unless they get their inventory right (doesn’t seem like it at this point)

Sally was very welcoming and nice upon arrival. She was willing to help me find everything I wanted in a discounted bed set within my price range and in a decent amount of shipment time. She was very patient and showed me different sets that would fit me very well. I will refer everyone else to Ashley’s furniture and especially Sally.

I never post negative things about business but this needs to be heard. My husband and I purchased a whole apartment worth of furniture spent a lot of money from Ashley furniture A year ago. When things arrived things were broken, the delivery people cannot assemble things had to send out other people to try to assemble them. Long story short we have a couch that is still broken a front end table that is changing colors( we had people from the store come replace/fix these items but still wasn’t fixed properly and our couch is still broken. when I try to call corporate no one picks up and they say leave a voicemail and they will call you back and they never call you back. Then when I try to go to the store they say they can’t do anything for me. It’s been a year now of me trying to be patient and get my things fixed and still nothing has happened. My only compensation was $100 gift card to Ashley furniture. I went into The store yesterday because I was so upset and frustrated To the point I even started crying and the store manager basically said he doesn’t know what to do for me because corporate is the one that needs to fix it. My question to you Ashley furniture is how can you Pride yourself on being the number one furniture store when you can’t even call your customers back make me pay on broken furniture and let your customers leave crying and not care? I will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture again worst experience and it’s so sad to see that that’s how you treat people. This has been a year of me trying to get help and things fixed which is so crazy!!

We went to Ashley Homestore to buy furniture for several rooms in our new home. We worked with Andre, who made the process very easy. He spent about 4 hours with us and took the time to ensure we understood all aspects of the furniture we were buying. We also got a VERY good deal on all of the pieces we purchased. I would definitely recommend shopping at Ashley Homestore and working with Andre. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for us!!!

Horrible experience wasxon hold for 30 minutes before hanging up when I called ahead, then upon visiting the store the sales rep was on his cellphone the entire time seemingly uninterested in making a sale. He showed me one couch which was, in his opinion, "similar" to the one I was interest in online - it wasn't, and said I could order one sight unseen, didn't have fabric swatches to show me, and no return policy. After wandering around the sales floor and asking another sales rep a question he seemed to be interested in wandering back over near me all the while never looking up from whatever was so important on his phone. Customer service is horrible. Get off your phone. I'm in sales, and this is no way to treat a customer.
