I normally hate and will sometimes refuse to be helped when I walk into stores as I tend to feel as though the salesperson is trying to sell me everything and anything I lay my eyes on. However, that was not the case with my visitation at the Ashley’s on Alafaya. My experience was extremely pleasant, primarily because of Kevin! He was very charismatic and showed genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for. In the end, I left as a satisfied customer. Looking forward to future shopping at this store!
Initially, my husband and I ordered a sectional online and underestimated the size we would want. So we needed to find an armless chair to make our two piece sectional a three piece. I called different stores, chatted online, called a dispatcher and then was lucky enough to get transferred to this store to speak with Ann. I cannot tell you how helpful she was. She understood what I needed, we made an appointment for me to come in and meet with her and she went above and beyond. Initially the piece I wanted wasn’t in stock and would have needed to be delivered. By a stroke of luck, one showed up the same day I was coming in so she called me to let me know and set it aside for me. She knew I was in a hurry so she handled everything quickly and efficiently. She even loaded the piece into my car herself and made sure it stayed clean. Ann truly showed how much she cared about the customer and made this sticky situation a perfect one. I cannot thank you enough, Ann, and will always ask for you when I’m at Ashley!
Very bad experience with this store. I went to buy a mattress with his base, they charged me and told me that 04/29/2019 I will get to my house. After a few hours I went to the web of the store and found the mattress and base that I had bought much cheaper. I went back to the store and spoke with the seller, they lowered the price and told me that the order was going to arrive at my address on the agreed day. Today is 04/30/2019 and I called the store and they tell me that my order will arrive on 05/10/2019, it is a lack of respect, they lie to the customer. I managed to change the shipment for 05/08/2019, be careful when buying in this store, they are not professionals.
We just ordered a new bedroom set! I couldn't be happier with the service we received and the price. Renata was very helpful! She helped us pick out the most comfortable mattress in the world! She walked us through the whole process of financing, and made sure we got the best discount and deal.

Our sales representative, Zo Whitted, has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has always worked to get us the best arrangement for our needs and worked within our budget. Financing is easy. Deliveries are always on time and with care. We’ve had to leverage the protection plan in the past and have done that with ease. I have had nothing but problems with the store, the customer service is nonexistent, and the wait time is just terrible when you walk into the store. They wanted to charge me extra for delivery twice because I bought a bed and a mattress but since the bed was out of stock they tried to squeeze in a separate delivery charge. Very sneaky! There’s 10 salesman walking by you when you want to buy something but once you make your purchase and there’s a problem with it they don’t care. We bought a $2700 Tempur-pedic mattress which ended up not being comfortable There are absolutely no returns on mattresses even if you just sleep on it one night. (We even bought a mattress protector for it, they don’t care)
Wow. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 3 things and only received 2 of them. The third was a loveseat that was completely scratched and one of the legs was broken off. When I called, they weren’t able to answer any of my questions and couldn’t confirm a new delivery date and then hung up on me. Never purchasing from here ever again.
Kevin helped my 91 year old mother find the perfect recliner today. I so appreciated his patience and concern for her needs. I strongly recommend you ask for Kevin when shopping at Ashley’s. Thanks Kevin!

I brought a bed from your store in Waterford Lakes Orlando FL. I was not avaiable for the delivery time that they gave me. I ask them to reschedule. The wanted to give me a time that I will be out of time. The customer service person was not helful to come up with a way I can get my deliver. Spoke to the manger and she was unhelpful as well and was willing to refund me my money instead of helping me in any way possible. I called the corp office and spoke to a rep that found a time that will be convient for me. She called me back to tell me the bed that I order is on back order and will not be avaible until the 25th 3 weeks after my purchase. Even though my bed was to be delivered on Tuesday the 8th and was not on back order. I will be going into the store tomorrow to get my refund and will never shop. I called the sales rep that I purchase my bed from Lito and he did everything he could to help. But then he said the bed that I wrote up was the wrong one and they do have my best that can be delivered when I I will be out of town. This was the worst retail experience i ever had.
worst customer service ever couldn't deliver my bed because I couldn't be there for the four hours time frame they wanted to give me another time where I will be out of town the customer service rep nor the manager was was willing to help me they rather a refund then I got another customer service rep to help me and give me a time frame from corporate office she calls me back and tells me what my bad that was going to be delivered on the 8th is now on backorder go figure never again going in tomorrow to get my refund
Had a great experience at the store. This one star is strictly due to the delivery service. My scheduled delivery was between 3-7pm. In the morning, I messaged the number of the service guy telling them to please not come early as I have work until 3pm and got no response.They arrived at my apartment at 2:45pm and tried calling me, but ended up leaving me a voicemail due to me being at work. I them returned their call 5 min after they called telling me they were at the apartment early. They again did not answer my phone call. I then called a second time before 3pm and they did not answer nor return my phone call. Finally I got home at 3:30pm due to severe weather while driving home. We had a severe weather warning. I had to call customer service as I did not hear from nor get any notification from the delivery service. I understood why they left, but i had asked the customer service representative to please call and have them come back after they finish their last job. He said "if they want to." He also said he would call me to let me know. I received no phone call so I called again at 5:45pm. The lady said the delivery guy was already half way back to Tampa and I am in Orlando. First of all, I take this as the guy did not want to do his job. My delivery time was between 3-7pm. How is he already half way back to Tampa at 5:45pm when he could've come back to my apartment to set up my ONE PEICE of furniture I purchased and as a matter of fact paid a lot of money for and EXTRA money for this delivery and setup. This is infuriating to me. He would have been done delivery and setting up my bed frame WAY before 7pm and probably even before 6pm. I just do not understand how somebody cannot do their job. They had a certain amount of deliveries they were doing and I was one of them. I did not throw off their schedule and they did not have extra people they had to get to. They just did not want to come back and do their job.
Today I went in to Ashley Homestore and Kevin at Waterford lakes helped me out and he had lots of patience with me and my family and made sure we liked what we picked and everything looked great together ! I 10 out of 10 recommend going to see Kevin at Waterford if you are looking to buy new furniture he was very helpful . Thank you Mrs.Kevin you were amazing !!
