I called Ashley on N Alafaya to inquire about a power lift chair for my mother in law, and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Jay Martinez. He is THE prime example of great customer service. He was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help — qualities that made the experience A1. I felt welcome, heard, and appreciated.

Great service by Lilly in putting a package together that meets our needs!

There are times in which you realize why stores close and are empty. I went into this store to look around to potentially find a living room set for my wife. I was quickly greeted and asked If I was looking for something specific. I replied no I was just looking around to see what they had. I was asked if I could leave because it was a waste of time and if I wasn’t going to buy that it was wasting their time. On top of I had now messed up the rotation. I stated well maybe if I looked around I might find something I liked. They stated well this is how they make their money and I was wasting time since they didn’t get any hourly rates. While I understand completely the sales game that goes on, but I now understand this is why Ashley is a dying company and why The store was empty. I have purchased most of my furniture from ashley by just looking. Everyone that walks into the store won’t be a sale but turning people away also guarantees it won’t be a sale. For this to be a convo 1minute in shows a culture and not an exception to the rule. I would never buy anything from this store and if I did it would only be out of spite to show the employee to be better. Good luck. Trash store and service

Very poor etiquette to ask for a $$ tip before the couch was taken off the truck. More so to keep pushing for me to venmo or cash app the $$ . Makes me wonder how many people get bullied into this garbage. Tips are for a job well done not begging or to push people into .

I would like management from this store to give me a call. First, we received this bench which has a stain on it and after opening multiple complaints with customer service it was never fixed because it is part of the “design”. Second, our brand new couch constantly looses feathers in it. When I bought the couch I told the salesperson that down bothered my allergies and he assured me the feathers were tightly sealed in a bag. The feathers are constantly coming out of the couch every time I sit down which is unacceptable.

Update Feb. 2026: Contacted by Ashley with an offer of an appeasement that was satisfactory to us. Therefore we have updated our star rating to a 4 star. Sofa remains the same, with the factory flaw, but now the price is more inline with the quality, or lack there of. Original review: Sofa delivered from Ashley had a very visible misalignment of decorative stitching on the back. When we saw the sofa in the store with the same defect, the saleswoman claimed it was not assembled correctly and our sofa would not be misaligned. When the sofa was delivered it was glaringly misaligned, Ashley sent technicians twice after we complained and then claimed the misalignment was within their "tolerances"! This is poor quality control at the manufacturer's level and should never have been shipped this way. This sofa, while comfortable, is not worth the money paid. Absolutely NO appeasement was attempted by Ashley. So disappointed.

NO WAY this store has a 4.5 rating with over 2,000 reviews?!?!? Hahaha! The reputation management companies are hard at work here! Purchased this whopping $4,000 sectional from Ashley Furniture in 2022. This is what it looks like today! Zoom in! Faux leather is too good of a phrase for whatever this ultra cheap material was!! As if this wasn’t bad enough, their “warranty” - which cost over $400!! - covered absolutely nothing!!! Do yourself a favor, and do not step into any Ashley Furniture store!

Was just out shopping for a sofa and rocker, not looking to buy. But, ended up buying a reclining sofa and rocker. Then added a counter top table and chairs to order.

Horrible experience. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. I purchased a product on December 5 and was told the earliest delivery date would be December 20. That date came and went with no delivery. It was then rescheduled for December 24, only to be canceled the day before—even after I had confirmed the delivery with an in-store associate. The delivery was rescheduled again for December 30. On the 30th, the driver arrived at my residence but never made positive contact with me. They skipped my delivery and moved on, forcing me to call customer service to have them return. When they finally did, the sofa was dropped off at my front door, and the delivery team did not assist in bringing it inside. I was left to move it in completely on my own. This was the worst service and overall experience I’ve ever had.

At the front, three individuals were engaged in conversation and made no attempt to make eye contact. I will take my money elsewhere. There is no justification for me to request assistance from a business that does not welcome it.

BUYER BEWARE. Never shopping here again. We picked out a couch that ended up being discontinued. The seller calls us and offers to sell us the floor model for 50% off however, it's twice the size of what we ordered & the price reduction is on that one , not what we needed so really we weren't getting much of a deal, we could no longer have the fabric protection plan, being sold a used couch and treated like we should be counting our blessings when really they just wanted us to take it off their hands. When we asked for a refund, (which we asked, before signing anything if it was possible since they didn't know when the couch would become available again at the time of selling it to us), we got the complete run around: call this number, the number: "we don't do refunds over the phone", called again & different person now wouldn't let me process it because it wasnt under my name, called again: "we can only process refunds once you have received a call from us in 24-48 hours," called again and finally after what was like pulling teeth on that phone call reiterating that I did not want to choose another model or get store credit, I was told "5-7 business days to receive the refund."

Terrible delivery service! First delivery they said they did not get right parts from warehouse. Rescheduled. When they arrived a week later, they still didn't have the correct parts for assembly. So now I have a bed I paid for that is in boxes since three weeks ago.

I came here cause I saw a couch online that I liked that was on sale. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The prices are great, but in order for them to maintain good prices, they do not allow after furniture has already been delivered. However, you are able to make changes or cancel prior to delivery.

Entering Ashley's store, I was assisted by a sales rep, she was very helpful, professional and made it easy for us to decide. Very happy with my choice of furniture.

Store Manager , Abdul was confrontational and uninterested in helping me after the sale. Long story short I made a purchase and I had an issue with the product. I went to the store and spoke with the store manager Abdul, and he essentially said that he has no power once the product leaves the store and gave me a customer service phone number . so once the sale is made, they simply have no interest in helping you.Very poor experience

I went to Ashley Furniture in Waterford Lakes! Everyone was friendly and helpful! I was looking for a small round dining set and was helped by a friendly lady I can’t remember her name and she quickly sent me to the back where the smaller dining table sets were! And she showed me a set that was $399 on sale from 899.99. It was very pretty so I bought it! Will get it delivered tomorrow! Thanks for the great customer service!

We're very helpful in getting us a reasonable deal even though they did not have sofa that was online and another color. Still okay with one we bought but would have preferred the one online. They need to do better job of deleting items that are no longer available. They needed more to pick from.

Lacey was the sweetest and most helpful

We were very disappointed with our recent experience at Ashley. When our purchase total was high, we were treated well, but the moment our cart amount was lower(still over 1200$), the sales team refused to negotiate or even discuss pricing. We were told we were receiving a $400 discount, but after checking online, the price was exactly the same—so the “special deal” they claimed to offer was misleading. On top of that, we were informed the store manager refused to reduce even a single dollar, despite never speaking with us directly. It felt unprofessional for a manager to make such a firm decision without even meeting the customer. There was also clear miscommunication between the two salespeople, and never made any effort to resolve it. Overall, the service felt dismissive, misleading, and far below what we expected from Ashley.

I want to give a shoutout to David Duba at Ashley Furniture in Alafaya (Waterford Lakes) because he was truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit, definitely ask for him. He knows the store inside and out living room sets, beds, quality differences, everything. He will make your work easy because of how much he knows. What I loved the most is that he actually listened to what I wanted and showed me options based on my needs. He didn’t just walk up and say, “Let me know if you need help,” like many employees do. He immediately offered useful information, explained payment options, and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. Even though I ended up buying a set somewhere else (my husband liked another style more), I still wanted to write this review because David is really good at what he does. Great customer service is hard to find. I really hope Ashley recognizes his hard work he absolutely deserves it. If you go to the store, make sure you look for David!

Mr. Muhammad was easy to transact with. Couch is awesome. My only conercn was the delivery team. They need to make sure that if there is an issue with the product the comments should match with details of the issue when they report it to Ashley to avoid miscommunication. My pending couch had to be replaced 2x due to errors of report and I had to call their hotline multiple times to fix this.

The sales rep was very nice and friendly. She got us the best deal she could on the couch we bought.

I purchased a tv stand on 11/16/25 and it was delivered on 11/22/25. I was alone in my house at the time of delivery. I couldn’t move the tv stand where it needed to go. Once my husband got home we noticed that the tv stand doesn’t fit. I called customer service to return the tv stand and explained why. But I was denied return. Last year I purchased several furniture pieces from Ashley with a purchase price of over 13,00.00. I didn’t expect to be treated this way when I explained why I needed to return the tv stand and because I’ve been a customer of Ashely. I don’t need and exchange because they do not have another tv stand of my liking or size that I want. Their policy that talks about returns are on the back of the second page of the document given to you in the store. Plus when you purchase an item you are not informed that you cannot return the item. Which is so important to inform a customer. They tell you everything except that an item can not be returned. Now I’m stuck with a piece of furniture that does not fit. You would think that when just last year I purchased over $13,000.00 I would have gotten a better service with Ashely. But NO, at this point I will never recommend Ashely to no one. Ashely needs to verbally tell there customers at time of purchase that the customer can NOT return an item. Plus on the first page of purchase should appear about there NO return policy. To think I purchased this TV stand cash. It upsets me more. I was a loyal customer spending so much money last year from Ashley for this year I was shut down for one piece of furniture. I don’t think a loyal customer should be treated this way. Ashley also needs to place the NO return policy on the front page of sell and NOT on the second page on the back.

My review had to change to a one star after today! When I tell you the amount of anger I have right now. Nobody wants to accept the accountability for anything. Let's start with delivery. You may want to change how delivery is being handled. I received several messages about my delivery time and day. Only for my delivery to come almost 2 hours before the scheduled time. I called customer service and told them I would not be there until the scheduled time. She then was supposed to call me back. The delivery driver Jorland called and I explained to him, they were way too early and my delivery time was for 2:15-5:15. It is 12:45. I work an hour away. He then proceeds to tell me to call him when I was on my way. I called him back and told him I would be there at 1:53. Only to get home and find my delivery outside of my house. Wow this is what we are doing? When I called to speak to a manager, I was told a manger was not available to speak with me. They did however route me to someone to get them back out to my house to bring the furniture in and put it together, because of course I did pay $169.00 for that service. Only for the drivers to be rude and talk crazy to me. My husband was not home at the time, and it was very intimidating for three males too be standing in your home upset because they left your furniture outside. The one said, I don't see what the problem is we are back to bring it in. At this point I want everyone out of my house because it has gotten hostile. This was CRAZY! I wish this on nobody to feel unsafe and uncomfortable in their own home.

If you want to get lied to about prices, this is the place to go! Was told a certain price then it very largely increased at check out. Then the sales lady told me that she was begging her manager to lower the price to what she originally told. It doesn’t really appear that way to me, but regardless I didn’t want anything anymore. Once I left the store I was called by her & told a lower price, still no where close to what was initially said. Won’t ever go back. Just go to Rooms To Go.

Nice quality furniture. Would be so much better without the slimey sales tactics. Here are some examples of why the sales people made my trip unpleasant: 1. They told me if I don't get the optional "white glove delivery" that the delivery guys would leave my furniture in the street. I'm not joking. 2. They quoted me one price for a couch, then tried to increase the price by over $300 when I went to pay. 3. Once I left the store, they called me twice to negotiate the price, which wasn't even close to the original price they quoted. They wasted my time and theirs by not being honest. Rooms To Go down the street is just as nice, much cheaper, and had much better service.

I came in looking for a sofa because I was frustrated with the minimal cushioning on the one I had and they helped me pick one out that was everything I was looking for. The sales rep that helped me, Lacey, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions while being easy to talk to and super friendly. If I have to buy more furniture in the future I'd definitely come back here and ask for Lacey specifically. All around great experience buying my new sofa!

I bought the stupendous sectional from here, and it arrived Saturday. Ever since then, we have not been able to even get near the couch, let alone sit on it. It has a very strong chemical smell and this dust film that’s left on your hands when you touch the couch. If I had known that this would have been my experience with this company, I would have never purchased from them. I called in yesterday to report the situation because, at this point, the smell is not going away, and it’s making us sick. They are supposedly sending out a technician Wednesday to clean the sectional. I will do an update afterwards.

The sales guy, Manny from the Waterford Lakes store in Orlando was awesome, he went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I initially went with my son to view a couch that he had his eye on and both of us walked out with living room sets. The delivery team was early, which worked out for me and they also was professional and swift with the set-up and removal of the boxes.

Bought a $2,500 mattress, delivery with plastic cover broken and dragged through warehouse/truck dirt. No exchange, “we’ll send a cleaner” I didn’t pay almost $3,000 for a dirty re-cleaned mattress . NEVER AGAIN!!!

Stopped by this location in search of a dining room table and chairs. They had a lot of great selections however I was looking for something small as the room is small. FOUND IT!!!! Loving the Farmhouse Vibes and it looks soo good in my space. Highly recommend this location. Folks were great and willing to listen to your needs.

Please do not buy from this company. I bout a couch in July. The day of delivery, I sent a message to Lacie. She is the sales associate that was very chatty chatty via text until I told her that customer service would not help me. She doesn’t get messages now, I guess. The guys who delivered it drug it through my door and messed up my frame plus the pieces have scratches and tears. I also just found another tear in the cushion of the recliner. Poorly made with an awful customer service experience. Still no help. They said to call a number. I called it. He said he created a case and to attach the pics to the email. I did that. I have done it 3x now. They keep saying I need to create a case. I gave them the case number. Now they are saying I need to give them the product number. I did that too. Just avoid this place PLEASE!!!!! I want them to come get this POS couch and refund my money

Bought a recliner that ripped at the seam without two months. Ashley's refused to cover under warranty.

Two weeks ago we went to Ashley and found what we looked for. (Dining table and chairs)and Renata was very helpful and showed all the store options, we found one that we loved and was delivered today. The look of this table is adored! It feels elegant and high-quality, especially for the price. So, thank you Renata, to help us to find the perfect set :)

Ping was so helpful. She walked us through all of our options and spent time explaining each product. She is very knowledgeable on all products in the store we are so grateful to her for taking time with us.

The buying experience was great. Our issue was the delivery/installation. The installers could not complete the installation because screws were missing. A 2nd set of installers came and were not given any screws to complete the installation. We called the store we purchased from, and we were told, "We can't help you with that - Call the corporate number." After being on the line for 45 minutes, the rep told us someone would be out to complete the installation. Well, the 3rd installer came but had the wrong screws also. At this point, I told them that I would handle it myself. I will note, none of these issues should be on the delivery/installation team. Ashley should have a better system of taking care of THEIR CUSTOMERS. After the amount spent, to be dismissed and ultimately not treated like a valued customer, I doubt I'll be buying from this company again.

DO NOT BUY - Waited 3 months for a sofa delivery, delayed 3 times without any communication or notification. The store, customer service, dispatch, and warehouse do not communicate with each other. Their systems don’t speak to each other. The telephone numbers make you go in circles without being able to speak to a human who can actually help. When you do talk to customer support, you get transferred multiple times because “a different department does x, y, z task” - a corporate nightmare. Despite requesting account info to be updated, it still shows incorrect information. 0 out of 5 stars

They don’t meet the deadlines, they tells you a day for “delivery” and the date arrive but nobody call you confirm or anything. When you contact the store everyone tells you something different. Waste of time. 8/26/25. Waiting for a refund for almost a month, nobody knows anything in this company they are a complete scam.

I have been dealing with the Customer Service department for the past month on a return piece. I keep getting the same answer every time. That someone will call me back in 48 hours or I will receive an email. Either one of that has happened. Today I spoke to an agent that informed me she could arrange a pick up next Saturday however I would not be credited for the return. This is unacceptable. Ashley is taking advantage of elderly people.do they think I am a fool.

DON'T BUY HERE! They say warranty. I have an approved warranty claim by sealy, but Ashley's is not approving! SEALY APPROVED MY CLAIM. More than 1 month in this BS

Don’t bother purchasing furniture here, delivery service is horrible. I had a table delivered with a defective base over two weeks ago and every delivery to fix it has been an issue. Following up with the sales person and customer service is a joke. I’ve never experienced such disorganization just to have a table put together.

Bought a $5,000 couch from this place. 10months later the leather is fading and Ashley furniture tells me this is not covered under their 1year warranty and they will not repair it. Talk about a scam. Go to Rooms to Go, better quality overall.

We found a couch and loveseat online that we wanted to see in-person. We were greeted right away by Ping, a very friendly lady who took us immediately to the furniture we were interested in. We decided to purchase both pieces. Ping asked if there was anything else we wanted to look at, and when we said no, there was no pressure. She quickly completed the transaction, we were in and out in just under 30 minutes, and the pieces will be delivered next week. This was a great buying experience, and I would recommend this store and Ping to anyone interested in purchasing new furniture!

My experience at Ashley (Waterford Lakes} was amazing. My no pressure, friendly salesman, Manny Castro, was helpful, and at no time did I feel like he wanted to push me into a product purchase or get rid of me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and patient as I searched for the right fit for me. I was shopping for an adjustable bed frame and mattress. I purchased both that day, along with a pillow. The store itself is clean and not crammed with so much product that you can't walk around and shop. Very pleasing atmosphere.

The point-of-sale system went down as I was checking out, so I stood for 25 minutes waiting to finalize the purchase, which never happened because I had to leave. They texted me a checkout link about an hour after I left so I could purchase online.

Bought furniture a while ago. The couch pills and the worst thing is that the bedframe came infested with powderpost beetles. Ashley is known to have infested furniture.

I have been buying Ashley for more than 20 years. Every piece of furniture at my house is Ashley. I had a great customer experience at the store, but when they delivered my furniture it was incomplete. My king size bed was missing a spine foot and they told me that they were going to order it. It has been more than 2 months now and no part yet. I contacted the store multiple times and they told me they had no clue when the part was coming (of course they didn’t care they already took my money). Also they suggested for me to buy some wood and resolve the problem myself, I spent more than 10 grand on this furniture and it’s incomplete. My problem is not with Ashley furniture, but with this store and their management.I am very disappointed, an experienced that it’s supposed to be exciting turned into a nightmare.

Purchased a bed and planned everything around the delivery date we were given. On the day the bed arrived, they began installation but did not complete the job. They didn't not communicate or mention any pieces were missing and just left. I have called several times and requested to speak with a manager (three times) but have had no luck and no returned phone calls. We're still here with an unfinished bed and now have to sleep on the floor since the frame cannot hold a mattress. I will never buy from them again. Waiting for a return to be processed so we can purchase elsewhere. **UPDATE** We still have not received a call back from anyone let alone a manager . Even after their response to my review below. I have now called for the 6th time only to be told that they will not allow the bed to be returned and they will not provide a refund. By far the worst experience we've ever had. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I was dealing with Reggie. I feel ripped off and lied to. They wasted my time. I was sent a price quote that could not be honored? I was told a delivery date that cannot be met? I am relocating from several hours away. I am buying everything out right. I am getting ready to call and finalize the purchase. Then price goes up and delivery date stated can’t be met.. Absolutely horrible. We will never buy from Ashley furniture again. We ordered furniture and it came damaged and we have had zero help with customer service. Every time we call they say it’s under review and someone will be calling. It’s almost been three weeks and no one has called. We tried calling the store everyday for the past week and no one answers. My husband is having to go to the store just to talk to someone. I now tell everyone to never buy from Ashley.

So my fiance purchased two couches 10 months ago from an Ashley location in Michigan. We recently 7 months ago relocated to Florida and there's an Ashley location right by our home. 2 weeks ago I was trying to clean that couch and take off all the cushions and wash them until I realized the bottom cushions are sewn in. So I entered the store trying to get information on couches that are sewn in and how do you clean them there was a shorter older middle-aged Asian lady that greeted me at the door and when I explained to her what I was doing there she said oh I'm not sure I can't help you on that but I can't tell you what I can do I can sell you a new couch! I felt like she physically slapped me in the face and told me haha you might have been ripped you off but please allow me to sell you another couch without any care or concern. I was extremely upset and didn't want to be rude but I wanted to tell her I will never step foot in the store again only on basis of how you just treated me! I have worked customer service matter of fact managed 24-hour customer services businesses and that is the fastest way to lose customers that will never return and I stick to my word I will not return to that store just because I feel like she was waiting to prey on me and take advantage just to get her little points or whatever with no care of me my product purchase from Ashley

Update 5/30: still no delivery... would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time talking to customer service for them to say they can't do anything. They schedule deliveries without a guarantee of having the item in stock and will just not show up without any heads up. I have now wasted five days taking days off from work since someone needs to be home for this unreliable company to not show up after confirming the delivery date. They don't even have the decency to notify you that the delivery will not take place. Will continue to post on the lack of reliability from this store until my furniture is delivered. No longer calling customer service because it's a waste of time.

Sent pictures of the damaged furniture was denied claim and got no where with the store. Poor service and no resolution. Pictures attached. Changed my review to a Zero stars. I hope someone from Ashley's reads this updated review as there is still no resolve with furniture pieces. Faiza was fantastic!!! If you need furniture, go to Ashley's and ask for her.

He quickly found options for me to choose from and found the best deals to assist me. From the headboard to the mattress to the pillows to the dresser and nightstand. Updated: I received a link to reschedule my delivery and will be giving them a chance to rectify the issue. For the service on the showroom, I give 5 stars. They were extremely kind and helpful. However for delivery, I rate 0 stars. I specifically asked for anytime after 3:30 as I work and just moved to start a new job and have no time off. Was told in the showroom a dispatcher would call to confirm (which never happened). In order to be proactive, I called and advised of the situation (and was never asked if I wanted to reschedule). They noted the information and I received a call at around 2:50 day of the delivery that they were there. I called back and advised that I was working, to which their response was that the deliver person(s) left. I was told someone would call me to reschedule (which didn’t happen) and when I called to reschedule myself, was given a redelivery date 3 weeks later. Apparently it was “escalated” and was told I’d get a call in 72 hours…no surprise that didn’t happen. Needless to say I’m waiting on a callback to cancel the order. I’ve been sleeping on the floor and due to my move, was looking forward to getting everything from them but it really isn’t worth the headache. There seems to be a major disconnect from the showroom to delivery staff and it shows.

I buy most of house furniture from Ashly , but the warranty issue it’s unacceptable , tea table cost around 1000$ after 3 months of use , water spilt on the table and comes puffy spot as shown in the photos, Ashly warranty doesn’t cover this unless if you have protection plan which means more many !! I don’t recommend any one buy from them unless if you have extra money for warranty.

Worst Furniture Store! Horrible Leadership. Been dealing with them since October. Sent me the wrong furniture, then both if the replacements were broken. After almost three months, I returned both of the furniture on 1/08/25 and their incompetent team has not finalized the return paperwork and my lease is showing 2 payments past due. Never answer my phone calls, the only way I can speak to them it’s if I go to the store. No costumer service.

I have never bought from Ashley until now. I would never recommend this place at all. Now thinking about why I never shopped there because nobody went out of their way to say good things about them. The salesman was nice and patient, and after that, it was so bad. Nobody ever answers the phone at the store or you can press a button and talk to someone in another country. We waited over a month for our recliners. We lost everything in a flood, and now living in a camper. While we were shopping for 2 recliners, I was also shopping for furniture to replace over 3,000 square feet of our home. Scratch Ashley Furniture Store off the list. Communication and delivery are soooo bad. Go somewhere where they care about people. If i could I give them a minus 10.

CHEAP VIETNAM WORKMANSHIP SHOPPERS BE AWARE DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AT ASHLEY'S THEY MAKES CRAP FURNITURE AND THEN DON'T WANT TO HONOR THE YEAR WARRANTY!!! They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau for reasons multiple complaints. We came across a bedroom set that we both agreed on, and after a few months of use the wood or particle board bed frame is coming apart. I had no success in getting some customers help online or by phone for some resolve with this matter, so my husband visited the store from where we purchased it from and opened a case. They stated it would only take 72hrs for a representative to get back me. So I waited a week and no response. Once again, I had to visit the store because its impossible to get ahold of someone through the phone system, and this time requested to speak with a manager and asked why they were no calls? He stated that all they do is sell the furniture and no more, but at least this time he was able to give me a case number and stated I would have to give them a call thinking it will be easier than the other animated numbers I had called before. Well once again had no success in reaching a live representative to speak with and there phone systems will just keep looping you over and over again without being able to speak with someone!!! At this point I we have visited the store 3 time as it is impossible to get ahold of anyone or get any resolve as NO ONE reaches out over this matter. Do your diligence on research of furniture and company you buy furniture from because this will be my first and last time purchasing and spending almost $5800.00 on furniture that only last 4months before falling apart and headaches of trying to reach someone for solutions. Like most companies they just want the money and afterwards ypur on your on! Most likely will have to reach out to.the Better Business Bureau if they continue to give me the run around.

It’s 9:10 pm and the company has not yet arrived for pick up. This is already a bad start / experience from Ashley. It’s the New Year we blocked today to make time for this pick up and yet they do not care for our time. From today’s experience I do not recommend. Update : The guy came at 10.02pm to pick up the old living room set and box spring.

Rula is amazing! We walked in knowing we wanted a tv stand with very specific dimensions. She immediately helped us when we walked through the door and asked what we were looking for. She was confident they had multiple options available for us. Every single tv stand was amazing, but she helped us find what would look best in our space asking us questions about our couch, wall colors and overall aesthetic in our home. We ended up finding the perfect one, and she was so helpful we asked if she could help us look at couches as well. We had previously been discouraged looking online for couches because our living room is very odd dimensions as well. She again was so helpful and the very last couch she showed us was THE ONE! Husband and I just visited 4 other furniture stores and have been disappointed overall by pushy people trying to sell us things we don’t want, poor selection of soft leather, and over-designed styles. Ashley, which we admittedly thought was out of our price range, delivered so many options in style, price, and fabrics. The showroom is clean, bright, organized, and easily navigable. Absolutely horrible. Placed an order online was told delivery date would be today December 4, 2024. Didn’t receive any notifications from Ashley called them a week ago. No notification to know whether or not the furniture was coming. Contacted customer service and was told that now delivery will be on 28 December. Unacceptable as my husband took vacation for this week to be home for the furniture delivery. With the much appreciated help of sales associate Ping Jiang, we purchased a dining table and six chairs, a dining room server, an extra large tv stand, and a set of accent tables. Ping spent over an hour with us as we gradually made our choices. She didn’t rush us to decide on what to buy, and she was well informed about the inventory and available discounts or sale prices. We were fortunate when she greeted us when we first arrived at the store. All in all, we highly recommend working with her. We found the other staff to be friendly as well, something less common at many places these days. We think you’ll also be surprised at the good prices for quality furniture.

Rula helped me and my small family of 3 buy a couch that was perfectly in our price range and wonderful for our family. The prices it’s self was very appealing with their Black Friday sale. Rula is attentive to her clients, she is a great communicator, gives great insight on the products on the floor, and you can tell she cares about you as a customer. I came in with my husband and daughter ready to purchase a couch and Rula didn’t shy away from any of my questions or concerns. She even gave us some tips on our furniture which is helpful as a young couple making a big purchase. UPDATE: just received a call from the warehouse and informing me that we would not be receiving our brand new couch until after Thanksgiving. This is completely unacceptable since we will be entertaining family during thanksgiving everyone needs a place to sit. We were supposed to get our couch this week on the 22nd, they can’t deliver it to us. They didn’t give a reason why. I called the store because the warehouse informed me that I could pick it up in person on Saturday 23rd, But the store that I bought it from here at Waterford Lakes would need to change the delivery instructions to a pick up order instead of delivery order. When I just called the store the sales associate stated they changed the order for me and doesn’t know the warehouse address. I called back the number that warehouse used to try to get the address myself because it is really unacceptable and unprofessional that the store does not know their warehouse address but OK, but I got a representative when the representative pulled up my account. It shows that the delivery options for my account was never changed. I am not surprised considering the Sales associate at the store I spoke to didn’t even confirm my name or email when speaking to me. I guess I’m gonna have to go into the store with my husband to have this taken care of because we need our couch before Thanksgiving. Huge inconvenience Sales associate wasn’t even trying to be empathetic about it or apologetic he even tried to ask me if I knew for sure if the furniture was out the warehouse like I’m stupid or something. The way that the sales associate dealt with this delay delivery was unprofessional, And whoever answered the phone and try to change my address, but didn’t need training. The sales associate was very condescending to me for wanting to pick up our order at the warehouse, I have the correct information, I spoke to directly to The warehouse manager, That sales associate needs to learn how to change an order from delivery to pick up in the system, they have our order they can’t deliver it on time. Does not mean that we can’t go pick it up ourselves and get it. This store has to get better customer service when it comes to delayed deliveries I went back and read some reviews and saw that other people were having the same issue.

Stevie was wonderful in showing us around as was the floor manager Christian when we came back another day to trade out one item for another. The special they had gave us not only 15% off our whole order but we got no hassle delivery free, which I highly recommend. They even took some of my excess cardboard trash I had from the move!

Will NEVER BUY from Ashley again!!! Awful customer service! Everything is FINAL SALE even if you pay full price and call within 72 hours! Paid over $2000 for dresser and has a big knot with crack right in middle of top drawer above handle and also dents in side of same drawer and they will not replace or exchange! Tech came out and says that’s “normal distressing” but this set does not have distressing and not in the description like sets that are distressed, and no other drawers or pieces have a knot or crack or dents on edges of drawers! And corporate won’t do anything or stand behind their furniture and say it’s up to store and this does not look like online photos or even piece on showroom that look cherry-picked and under bright lights that washes out grey-washing over the finish that makes it all look dirty and like it needs to be cleaned! And customer service and store refusal to even exchange for a different dresser or pick out another set is not even acceptable and I called right after delivered and that’s just not right! But they made sure to tell me the clearance piece I bought is final sale and no return or exchanges, but that’s the case for ALL their furniture and you can’t exchange or return anything!! So just awful and have to see that crack every day to start my day off and just wrong!! I won’t buy anything from Ashley ever again and they lost my family’s business too hearing about this and not right!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your store. Upon entering, my companions and I were met with an immediate inquiry about our ages, despite my being over 18. This interaction set a negative tone for our visit, as it appeared the front desk staff made assumptions about our ability to shop based solely on our youthful appearance. Being denied the opportunity to explore your offerings left us feeling unwelcome and judged. Such an approach does not reflect the inclusive and customer-oriented atmosphere I expect from a reputable establishment. I hope you will address this behavior to ensure that all customers feel valued, regardless of their age.

Jay was very friendly and helpful, we found the couch we wanted and it will be delivered within the week. We visited many different stores and found ourselves running back to Ashley. 5/5 service, product and employees.

had been to the Millenia location and didn't appreciate the salesperson. There, I ask to see a lift chair, the salesperson told us you only had two to select from. And, neither came in grey. Nicole looked on line and was able to find the lift chair in grey and spent a long tme with me looking at a matching couch. We bought the lift chair and the couch which went well with our tables. Nicole was an excellent salesperson. She was knowledgeable of all the furniture in the store. She showed me quite a few choices and complimentary colors She is the ultimate professional without been pushy. I had a great experience, She's a gem of a sales person and an asset to your store.

My wife and I were looking for a bed that met our specific needs and with out hesitation he began showing us the different beds. Keep in mind that he did not try to sell us on the upgraded beds but did tell us about his experience with his very own bed that was in the store. We proceeded to every bed and he informed us on what the bed included . Over all was a very awesome and Great representative for Ashley’s. My wife and I were able to purchase the bed of our dreams without being scammed or lied to. My wife and I give this store 5 stars and recommend manny to any new bed buyers.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at any furniture store (or store in general). Me and 3 of my roommates went here to buy new furniture for our new apartment but 10 minutes after looking around we were asked to leave. What we guess was the store manager came up to us and asked us to leave, but not through the front entrance he told us to go out through the side exits that would trigger the alarms for whatever reason. Horrid customer service, I’ve seen better at Walmart, just asking for any suggestions they would just point us at a general direction then go and lean on a piece of furniture pretending like we disappeared.
