Sally who usually helps us wasnt in, but the store manager Abraham helped us. To say the customer service was excellent would be selling him short. He was phenomenal and took the time to truly help us and made our visit so easy. This is why we always go to the Ashley's in Waterford. Everyone who helps us is incredible. To them, it's not about the sale, but getting what you need at a great price.

Christopher had EXCELLENT customer service. He worked with us in every need and was able to clarify every question we had with patience and thorough explanation. Run away. They like to sell furniture packages and deliver incomplete parts. Then when they make a second delivery a week later, they wont set up the furniture as promised. Delivery personnel drove into an old oak tree in my front yard and argued with my neighbor when asked to move the truck closer to the curb, instead of 18 inches in the street. 3 weeks since the purchase and i still have boxes of furniture sitting in my bedroom still sealed, and 1/2 of an adjustable base assembled. Drivers, dispatch and customer service all pass the buck and seem clueless to what the real policy is. They lost a 3 time repeat customer.

Really disappointed bought a dining room set so my family have a nice thanksgiving dinner when the delivery gets here they only brought me 4 chairs telling me that the table and the bench are not in stock don’t understand why didn’t call me before and let me know I call the store and they really had no intention of resolving the problem telling me that they don’t got it on stock that if I want they can come I pick the chairs instead of telling me come to the store and let’s see what else you like or let’s check what we got on stock that you like this is the worst costumers service ever I would recommend it never and guess what cause ur lack of professionalism me and my family had to eat our thanksgiving dinner on the floor 🤬

I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Ashley Home Store snd so many disappointments!!! From the sales people always lying, for example real leather vs fake and the die on the coaches coming off, to a expensive mattress and bed frame sinking in the middle, to the bed frame breaking , the legs off in less than a year. I fell off bed and got really hurt arm my back etc. I just do not know what to do at this point. So upset at this company.

We had a great experience. Sally was our sales representative and not only was very knowledgeable, she broke down all of the different payment plans in terms we understand. She worked in all the discounts and protection plan. We set up for Saturday delivery. Friday morning I got a text saying that the furniture would be delivered between 12 and 4. I only had to confirm the address. I got a call at 11:00 saying that they would be here in 20 min. Bonus! One guy came in to see the set up we wanted and in half an hour we had a new sectional and table. Exactly what we ordered.

Wrong parts were brought which will hold up the assembly several days, so I am stuck with a room full of assembled furniture in my room, sleeping on a mattress in the living room with all my stuff laid out and I work the next 6 days straight. Spent several hours on the phone with customer service, distribution and the store trying to get the situation figured it out. Nothing got accomplished except for $100 off my $2k order, thanks for nothing, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

While the sales staff was pleasant, our overall experience with the purchase of a sectional was miserable. We had the wrong sectional delivered twice, on the third attempt a completely soaked sectional, and on the fourth there was ZERO communication on when the sectional would be delivered. On top of it all, there was no real sense of customer service. On 3 occasions, staff would report that they would gather answers on our questions and then Call us back, and that never occurred- it was our burden to continue to call them and retell our story over and over again until someone would finally do something for us. They have you call the store, then the store tells you to call the warehouse, and the warehouse tells you to call customer service. Ashley’s should do better in communication throughout their various departments AND THEN follow up with their paying customers. It just seems like no one knows what they’re doing, even the mangers. We are not ones to complain but this experience was truly frustrating. We won’t be purchasing from Ashley’s again.
