I went into Ashley’s today and was immediately greeted by Ping with a friendly smile. She helped us right away and took me directly to the bedroom set I was looking for. Ping was exceptional in making us feel welcome and helpful with our needs from the moment we walked in. In addition, she contacted us to follow up and inquired if we needed anything she was readily available to help.
Wanted to purchase sofas online but the app continued to give me issues when trying to checkout. Ended up purchasing over the phone instead however, now the sofas arrived with many manufacturing defects and I can’t receive a refund bc I didn’t purchase online. Very very dissatisfied .
