Let me start by saying thank Ms. Sally S. for turning things around and making our day. She listened to what we were trying to accomplish, made suggestions and saved us a trip to the mattress store. She wasn’t pushy and was very professional. In today’s time people are often rushing you to spend money and many times not concerned about finding the right solution. We want to thank her for showing us the meaning of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and helping us make 3 little girls very happy.
Our sales associate, Robert was exceptional in his knowledge and assistance in helping my wife and I purchase our new living room set. The quality and service at Ashley furniture is second to none. I'm very disappointed in the customer service in this store. I came in today to finish furnishing my living room and not ONE sales person is available to help. I finally caught one, and I basically got a price quote and shoved off. I guess I dont look expensive enough. I saw the exact same piece online for $500 less and I was told by another person that its probably a refurbished piece of furniture and they wont price match. I've worked in customer service and sales for 10+ years. Your sales people should know that in order to be successful greeting a customer, building rapport, and giving their attention are essential. I'm still sitting here with 3 sales people walking around doing nothing and still no assistance. Very disappointed!!!
Sent my daughter over to look at some pieces and decide on what to buy for our new home. Person at the door was extremely rude and refused to let her in saying "we are almost at capacity ". No one was in the store except sales people. If this location doest want our business to furnish our new home, im another location or another company will. Way to lose customers.

The worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life and i am 57. From local to regional to corporate. Tried to return a sectional l.r. set 1 hr after it was delivered . Here i am one month later 2 thirds of a l. R . set still sitting in my living room. They delivered the wrong sections. Men were not wearing gloves or mask. Have been back and forth with local and corporate. They finally agreed to take it back only to reschedule pick up twice. It is still in my living room and i have been billed by the financial institution. Buyer Beware !!
Awful company. Furniture quality is extremely subpar at very high prices. I've been waiting on hold to return their garbage furniture for over 15 minutes now. Go anywhere else. edit: After 30 minutes on hold, the call dropped. I'll just have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a terrible company.

I went yesterday and bought a mattress and a bed frame. I had the best costumer experience I was help by Christopher Plaza, he was very helpful and patience with us and looked for all our options. I really recommend his help.
Customer Service is terrible. I bought a sofa back in February, You sink in it. I have been since then to resolve this issue with no success. A technician came to my house to check the sofa and no word from anybody of the outcome. I will not buy anything else from Ashley Furniture.
WARNING!!!! Do not shop here, take your money else where they will deliver a product that is completely damaged and refused to swap it out and said I’d have to attempt to have it repaired even though it arrived damaged. The delivery team did not tell me that if I signed for it before thoroughly going through the box I would be signing my soul away. Every time I call to resolve this problem it take 30-45 mins just to get someone on the phone. I received my product last Saturday and requested a replacement and/or refund within 2 hours of delivery. I was told I’d receive a call by Monday (guess what that was a lie). Was told I would be approved for a refund in 24-48 hours, never received call and when I called back 72 hours later I was told it was denied. Than I was told this was going to regional management and it’s been another 42 hours with no resolve. Please stay as far away from Ashely’s that have forced me to hold a 7ft box in my home for over a week that smells like dangerous chemicals and arrived completely damaged. They don’t care about their customers. If this isn’t resolved by today I will be speaking to my lawyer about legal action against the store located in Altamonte Springs Florida.
