Update.... Thanks to our salesman Chris at the Waterford store for directing me directly to the store for help and not Corporate Customer Service. (Options 2 people when you call) I am so frustrated with Ashley's customer service department. I had a couch delivered and a few other pieces over two weeks ago. When items were delivered the TV Console was messed up and a few things on the sectional. Only one of the damages on the sectional was fixed by a tech and the TV console was replaced a week later. I contacted customer service on the tear on the sectional, I was asked to send pictures of the damaged piece to a number that says we will get back to you....NOT! I've called numerous times and told 3 different things and was told someone would call me within 48 hrs....still waiting! All I want is to be able to relax on my NEW COUCH. I don't want to wait on a tech to come out to see if the damages are deemed irreparable for an exchange. I bought a brand new couch not one that is damaged and needs to be fixed!!!

My mom and dad just spent thousands of dollars on a “new couch” and table only to realize that the couch had an old sock 🧦 inside the cushions. They went to the store and they told them they would leave the old, dirty, probably COVID-19 infected couch until October 10 which is when the new one arrives. DO NOT BUY from THIS STORE EVER. My dad is over 60 years old and if something happens to him I will be extremely upset. We’ve been extremely cautious with the disease, but it seems this store hasn’t. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Some of the items they have are nice. We purchased a dining room table (8) that has started already started fail and chip (2 months) and reached out to their extended warranty company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY HERE.!!!!! It's been almost a month and no contacts, replies or anything. The sales person at the store is also supposed to upload your information to the extended warranty company and they dont, so you have to go through the extra hassle of getting all paperwork submitted etc. It's not as smooth as just providing the receipt number or anything. So, here I am without anything being done with a plan I paid over $500 for. I strongly recommend against purchasing the extended plans. It's serviced by a company called "The Warranty Service Center".

I had a great experience overall at this store. Good selection and the staff is awesome! Janett was there to assist me when I walked in. She listened to my needs to see what I was looking for, and the first sofa that she brought me to ended up being the sofa I bought. Was in and out in no time with exactly what I wanted!

Too 'spensive. Variety of chests seem to be largely different colors of the same design. No prices on larger items and you have to look at the plaque.

Absolutely terrible experience - received my coffee table without any hardware. Online support told me to go to store, and store told me because it was a delivery I needed to get help from online support. I STILL don't have any way to put my coffee table together, which I bought 1 month ago, and no one will assist me. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
