Very disappointed with the lack of customer care and service I recently received from your location. My salesman Mr. Ricci’s was very attentive and helped me with the process of buying a bed set. Mr. Ricci and I went over the details and closed the deal. On the date of the delivery, I realized the incorrect bed set had been delivered. I called Ashley’s and was told my salesman wasn’t in today and that he would be reaching out, as there was a case opened for the order. The following day I didn’t hear from Mr. Ricci, so I called and was told he was with a customer, and that my point of contact would be given to Mr. Ricci, and he would return my phone call. Well today is Friday and I was finally able to reach Mr. Ricci. I explained to him what took place and he said he would call me back after discussing ways to resolve this matter. During the time of the delivery, I was told I needed a box spring by the delivery guys and that’s when I noticed I had received the wrong bed. It was my only day off, I had to run out to purchase a box spring for a bed that I initially thought I’d paid for that didn’t require one. After talking to Mr. Ricci I was told they would give me a free box spring for my troubles and misunderstanding for receiving the wrong bed set. I explained how I’d already purchased one, due to the wrong bed set being delivered. I was then placed on hold and they finally offered to deliver the correct bed at an additional charge? I was completely disappointed with the lack of care behind a mistake that was clearly made by my salesman and yet, I’m faced with being charged for it. I will never spend a dime at Ashley’s, as I felt there could have been more done to correct a mistake made by the Waterford Lakes team. I explained how terribly disappointed I was and how I spent more time and money waiting for your team to reach out and resolve this matter. In the beginning of my search for a bed set, I started looking online, but was told to go look at store level. Now I know I could have had better luck online handling the purchase myself versus physically going to look at a showroom with trained associates, only to be dissatisfied with the service I received.

This was the first time I ever purchased something from this store and the costumer service was terrible and I will never go back. To begin with, the sales associate who was helping us acted like he hated his job and after asking him more than once to double check and make sure that the order was right, we still get a call the next day to let us know that the order was wrong and that it was only half of the bed not all the parts and that it would be extra. The manager calls us back and his response was you are not getting free furniture. Really? As I look at my receipt, I do see a payment that was charged at the amount your unprofessional sales rep quoted us and charged us. I wouldn’t have minded paying extra if the costumer service was actually good, but it’s terrible.
I will start with saying that Anne was the absolute only reason that we decided to purchase at Ashleys and you should go straight to her to avoid issues. I had a terrible experience at the Osceola location so I decided to give it one last shot at the Waterford location. Anne was so understanding and made it a point to correct the other locations mistakes. She saved me at least $600 got me an earlier delivery date on the exact same sectional I purchased at the Osceola store! She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of and even apologized for how I was treated at the other store. After such a great experience I went back a week later and she was able to get a bedroom set that was on back order which I could not even access online. She turned a bad experience to the best furniture shopping experience Ive ever had. Do yourself a favor and look for Anne who actually cares about the customer and not just the sale.

Very disappointed with my dining room set, table has scratches chairs are uneven the polyester started coming off and after sitting for 30 min you feel the wood .. the worst purchase ever and I was advised have to wait until technician comes over and Manager told me already they have a no return policy .. don’t purchase here please
I would not recommend buying couches from this company. Here are a couple things they don't tell you: 1. Once you receive the items, it is impossible to return or exchange them. They will send out a technician (in my case 30 days after delivery of the items) who will tell you everything is normal. 2. The warranty is non refundable and is issued through a 3rd party. It has nothing to do with Ashley furniture and is basically a scam. I was also lied to by the salesperson who told me that there was no manufacturer's warranty, yet there is one clearly stated on the tag attached to the furniture. I ordered couches which varied incredibly from how the floor models were. There was a measurable 2 inches of difference in the recline at the default position. I accepted delivery because I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and give it a bit of time to see how they felt. Big mistake because now I'm stuck with $5300 of furniture I absolutely hate. I have tried literally everything to return or even exchange the couches and they will not let me. Seriously, if you're considering buying any couches lookup the return policies for stores first and go to one that actually has one and provides customer service. From my research American Signature seems like a reasonable choice.
All the good furniture in our house comes from Ashley. I like that they have different price points so all should feel comfortable shopping there.

Worst customer service ever, I called to see when was my delivery going to be made and Luis the sales man kept saying what , and what , what, everytime I tried to talk, he said to called him back in a week and then hang up the phone on me SMH
worse customer service ever I went in today to get a sofa and after I applied for the credit and checking out. the manager came in refused to give me the discount the salesperson already put in in didn't want me to do the financing for the 60 month which is advertise with free shipping telling me that the shipping is going to be just delivery and not installation The manager was super rude and ugly with me and telling me that I have to put a down payment and I can't go more than 12 months to finance and I asked if that written down somewhere he said no it's up to me I'm the manager and I tell who pays a down payment who doesn' Which doesn't make any sense And at the end it was time for them to close the tells the The salesperson That we need to leave and gonna do the deal tomorrow it's like he has somewhere to go that he doesn't wanna stay until the end of the night Super rude sales manager shouldn't be a manager Of anything i Was trying to get a sofa and a couch but i will take my business elsewhere

Love all my pieces! One of my drawers came a little damaged, however they're contacting me to replace the drawer if they're not able to fix it. Sophia was awesome!
Worst furniture store. From the day 2 to 1 year, this is the worst furniture experience ever. First, they could not deliver what we purchased for three times. 1st and 2nd delivered items were damaged. 3rd time they brought it fine but with a big sticker on it. There is still the stain on it due to sticker. They said they will give some money back but it never happened. When we follow up on what they promised, they kept passing it to someone else and nobody took responsibility on what was promised to keep us happy. And now, 1 year from purchase, I had to deal with their financing company b/c they informed that they will be charging interest after 1 year of purchase. In store, we were told that there won't be any interest for 72 months and it is not true. We learned our lesson and like to make others aware. We will not step a foot in that store anymore. If you like to purchase something, use your own credit card b/c you will have more power when you go through any issues. I regret that I did not use my own credit card.
Had a pleasant enough experience in the store and my salesman was a gentlemen, but after waiting 10 days the wrong couch arrives at the wrong time (they sent numerous text saying it would come at 2:30pm-6:00pm, but it came at 1:30pm. I ordered an expensive reclining couch and they sent one with out an arm rest. The deliver teams says that it only comes without arm rest, seeming to suggest it is my fault. I know what I picked out on the floor of the store. I call the store. No apology, no how can we make this right. So, I requested refund. It takes 3-5 days for refund. I was really excited about the couch too.
