Love all my pieces! One of my drawers came a little damaged, however they're contacting me to replace the drawer if they're not able to fix it. Sophia was awesome!

Worst furniture store. From the day 2 to 1 year, this is the worst furniture experience ever. First, they could not deliver what we purchased for three times. 1st and 2nd delivered items were damaged. 3rd time they brought it fine but with a big sticker on it. There is still the stain on it due to sticker. They said they will give some money back but it never happened. When we follow up on what they promised, they kept passing it to someone else and nobody took responsibility on what was promised to keep us happy. And now, 1 year from purchase, I had to deal with their financing company b/c they informed that they will be charging interest after 1 year of purchase. In store, we were told that there won't be any interest for 72 months and it is not true. We learned our lesson and like to make others aware. We will not step a foot in that store anymore. If you like to purchase something, use your own credit card b/c you will have more power when you go through any issues. I regret that I did not use my own credit card.

Had a pleasant enough experience in the store and my salesman was a gentlemen, but after waiting 10 days the wrong couch arrives at the wrong time (they sent numerous text saying it would come at 2:30pm-6:00pm, but it came at 1:30pm. I ordered an expensive reclining couch and they sent one with out an arm rest. The deliver teams says that it only comes without arm rest, seeming to suggest it is my fault. I know what I picked out on the floor of the store. I call the store. No apology, no how can we make this right. So, I requested refund. It takes 3-5 days for refund. I was really excited about the couch too.

Awful! They got my order wrong twice, terrible customer service. Ended up returning all of it after they delivered the wrong sofa TWICE. I took off work for the delivery, only to be wrong again! Go somewhere else, I wouldn't count on or trust Ashley Homestore to get your order right.

Kevin was absolutely great and I am so happy I chose Ashley Furniture! I was nervous about buying my own new furniture for the first time especially after making a big move, but Kevin was so helpful and honest throughout the whole process. I am BEYOND upset with the lack of customer care regarding the purchase that I made with Ashley that was delivered two weeks ago. The delivery was set to occur between 3-7pm and therefore I had to take the day off of work to accommodate this. By 7pm no one had arrived and my husband contacted delivery support to be told "they are running behind, they should be to your location by 8/8:30". Already, we were starting to become were upset because we were never contacted and given the update but we understand that delays occur. By nearly 9pm no one had arrived and we attempted to contact delivery support again (multiple times) however no one was answering the lines. At that point I contacted our local store to be told that because we purchased online "there is nothing anyone here can do for you". I asked for a phone number of someone who could help us and was told that it was the same number we had been attempting to call. I asked to speak to a manager to see if they could assist me and was told that there was no manager on duty that could speak to me. At this point, the delivery person contacted us to tell us that they would be to our location in an hour. An hour later we were contacted to ask if we wanted to reschedule because the delivery truck had broken down. I explained that I did not care if the delivery was at 4am, that I would stay up as I had to take the day off of work for this to occur. Our sofa did not arrive until 11pm and the delivery team indicated that delays and lack of communication are frequently occurring issues with Ashley. Had I known that it was going to be that late I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN THE DAY OFF OF WORK! Had I even known that it would have been after 7pm and that my husband would have been home by then, no one would have had to have taken time off. I was contacted by Ashley through Facebook messenger with a generic auto response that states "we try to be as responsive as possible"! It has been two weeks and I am still attempting to get a response! I called customer service Monday and waited over 30min without ever being able to speak to anyone... I attempted to start a chat with the online chat feature however it was not working... I emailed online support without response... I want to know who is going to address this issue! Again, we understand that issues and delays occur however NO ONE contacted us to keep us in the loop and I took time off of work without pay unnecessarily!

We had to get new furniture for most of our house. We had a house fire. Sally Seaton was the most caring and kindest sales associate at the Waterford location. She explained everything to us . She took her time and showed us some beautiful things. She knew that we were on a budget. We will definitely be be buying more furniture from Sally in the future. I highly recommend Sally the next time that you need furniture. She is the best!

Just had one of THE WORST service experiences of my life with Ashley HomeStore [Waterford Lakes]. I got 2 pieces of living furniture that honestly weren't worth what I paid for them. One of my pieces weren't delivered on the day it was supposed to-> and I wasn't even aware that it wouldn't until the delivery guy walked in with only half of the set! Then the 2nd set was delivered hours before it was scheduled to and the guy leave it on my doorstep. Worst part of all is that the only reason I knew of ANY delivery dates and times was because I CALLED THEM for daily updates. Communication is definitely not of importance here. To top it off, when I called (2x) the store about my dissatisfaction none of the management, staff, or corporate returned my call with something as little as an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Ashley has lost my services for life! Please help yourself out and go to a company who will VALUE you and your time.
