My elderly mother in law was excited to get a new living room set. She was told the couch and love seat would be there 1 /31 it wasn't there and she was left without anything to sit on because the person who made the order got her name, phone number, email wrong. She was charged 1700 plus delivery fee and extended warranty. She has been sitting on the floor bc she gave her furniture to goodwill expecting you to have the set she paid to have delivered on this date to put her feet up on. She's left w nothing this was a horrible experience she is still dealing with.

Went to Ashley's to look at furniture I'd been looking at. As I went in I looked at what was up front and then was greeted by an associate Natalie. I showed her what I was looking for and she took me right there. She was respectful and knowledgeable. The living room suit was as nice as shown in the ad. I have to give Kudo's to Ashley's and recommend their furniture. Thanks to Natalie!

I would like management from this store to give me a call. First, we received this bench which has a stain on it and after opening multiple complaints with customer service it was never fixed because it is part of the “design”. Second, our brand new couch constantly looses feathers in it. When I bought the couch I told the salesperson that down bothered my allergies and he assured me the feathers were tightly sealed in a bag. The feathers are constantly coming out of the couch every time I sit down which is unacceptable.
