The buying experience was great. Our issue was the delivery/installation. The installers could not complete the installation because screws were missing. A 2nd set of installers came and were not given any screws to complete the installation. We called the store we purchased from, and we were told, "We can't help you with that - Call the corporate number." After being on the line for 45 minutes, the rep told us someone would be out to complete the installation. Well, the 3rd installer came but had the wrong screws also. At this point, I told them that I would handle it myself. I will note, none of these issues should be on the delivery/installation team. Ashley should have a better system of taking care of THEIR CUSTOMERS. After the amount spent, to be dismissed and ultimately not treated like a valued customer, I doubt I'll be buying from this company again.

DO NOT BUY - Waited 3 months for a sofa delivery, delayed 3 times without any communication or notification. The store, customer service, dispatch, and warehouse do not communicate with each other. Their systems don’t speak to each other. The telephone numbers make you go in circles without being able to speak to a human who can actually help. When you do talk to customer support, you get transferred multiple times because “a different department does x, y, z task” - a corporate nightmare. Despite requesting account info to be updated, it still shows incorrect information. 0 out of 5 stars

They don’t meet the deadlines, they tells you a day for “delivery” and the date arrive but nobody call you confirm or anything. When you contact the store everyone tells you something different. Waste of time.

I have been dealing with the Customer Service department for the past month on a return piece. I keep getting the same answer every time. That someone will call me back in 48 hours or I will receive an email. Either one of that has happened. Today I spoke to an agent that informed me she could arrange a pick up next Saturday however I would not be credited for the return. This is unacceptable. Ashley is taking advantage of elderly people.do they think I am a fool.

DON'T BUY HERE! They say warranty. I have an approved warranty claim by sealy, but Ashley's is not approving! SEALY APPROVED MY CLAIM. More than 1 month in this BS

Don’t bother purchasing furniture here, delivery service is horrible. I had a table delivered with a defective base over two weeks ago and every delivery to fix it has been an issue. Following up with the sales person and customer service is a joke. I’ve never experienced such disorganization just to have a table put together.

Bought a $5,000 couch from this place. 10months later the leather is fading and Ashley furniture tells me this is not covered under their 1year warranty and they will not repair it. Talk about a scam. Go to Rooms to Go, better quality overall.
