My wife talked me into visiting Ashley's in search of a bedroom set. We came across a bedroom set that we both agreed on, and after a few months of use the wood or particle board bed frame is coming apart. I had no success in getting some customers help online or by phone for some resolve with this matter, so I visited the store from where I purchased it from and opened a case. They stated it would only take 72hrs for a representative to get back me. So I waited a week and no response. Once again I had to visit the store because its impossible to get ahold of someone through the phone system, and this time requested to speak with a manager and asked why they were no calls? He stated that all they do is sell the furniture and no more, but at least this time he was able to give me a case number and stated I would have to give them a call thinking it will be easier than the other animated numbers I had called before. Well once again had no success in reaching a live representative to speak with and there phone systems will just keep looping you over and over again without being able to speak with someone!!! At this point I will have to visit the store again as it is impossible to get ahold of anyone or get any resolve as NO ONE reaches out over this matter. Do your diligence on research of furniture and company you buy furniture from because this will be my first and last time purchasing and spending almost $5800.00 on furniture that only last 4months before falling apart and headaches of trying to reach someone for solutions. Like most companies they just want the money and afterwards ypur on your on! Most likely will have to reach out to.the Better Business Bureau if they continue to give me the run around.

Our experience with Tyson MacLean at Ashley in Waterford Lakes was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment one of my best friends, and I, walked in to that showroom, we were put at ease. Tyson is so calm and it was so refreshing to not deal with high-pressure selling. He allowed us to take our time, he listened, asked questions, and then showed us great options. We felt so comfortable asking lots of questions. I appreciated that he didn’t have on strong cologne which I find distracting. I purchased a superb recliner for my father and my dear friend bought her first new furniture in her life—a beautiful bedroom set. I am thrilled for her! The staff at the Waterford Lakes location was great. Very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. The only downside was that the bedroom set that I found on their website was not in the showroom so I could see it. I did end up buying it anyway.

We are expecting a delivery tomorrow for the boyington sofa, coffee table and side tables with proadapt tempur-pedic and today we were expecting their outsourced company to pickup our old living room set, coffee table and box spring to ready for tomorrow’s delivery. It’s 9:10 pm and the company has not yet arrived for pick up. This is already a bad start / experience from Ashley. It’s the New Year we blocked today to make time for this pick up and yet they do not care for our time. From today’s experience I do not recommend. Update : The guy came at 10.02pm to pick up the old living room set and box spring.

Rula is amazing! We walked in knowing we wanted a tv stand with very specific dimensions. She immediately helped us when we walked through the door and asked what we were looking for. She was confident they had multiple options available for us. Every single tv stand was amazing, but she helped us find what would look best in our space asking us questions about our couch, wall colors and overall aesthetic in our home. We ended up finding the perfect one, and she was so helpful we asked if she could help us look at couches as well. We had previously been discouraged looking online for couches because our living room is very odd dimensions as well. She again was so helpful and the very last couch she showed us was THE ONE! We immediately fell in love and she helped us narrow down what modulation would be best for our space. Once we decided, she gave us all the available discounts AND free premium delivery. She also explained in detail all our warranties and we were out within 30 minutes. Overall fantastic experience, Rula THANK YOU!
Great furniture shopping experience…is totally something I never imagined I’d say. Thank you Faiza! Husband and I just visited 4 other furniture stores and have been disappointed overall by pushy people trying to sell us things we don’t want, poor selection of soft leather, and over-designed styles. Ashley, which we admittedly thought was out of our price range, delivered so many options in style, price, and fabrics. The showroom is clean, bright, organized, and easily navigable. I don’t think we’ll ever buy furniture anywhere else. Thanks again Faiza for not being pushy, and for being so knowledgeable and personable.

Absolutely horrible. Placed an order online was told delivery date would be today December 4, 2024. Didn’t receive any notifications from Ashley called them a week ago. They told me the delivery was scheduled for today. Now I call and they tell me that it’s been moved to December 28. No email notifications nothing was sent to me not in my spam, junk or inbox. No notification to know whether or not the furniture was coming. Contacted customer service and was told that now delivery will be on 28 December. Unacceptable as my husband took vacation for this week to be home for the furniture delivery. Buyer beware I will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture again if you’re smart spend the money go somewhere else.

That time of year when family comes together for the holidays and this year we needed a new dining room table. We decided to go to Ashley furniture in Waterford lakes . When we arrived Tyson was there greeted us with a smile and walked us around the whole store showing my wife and I all the options even rearranged the store at times to make sure my wife was happy with the table and chair combination she truly was gonna be happy with. Tyson was among the whole time even taking time to stop the baby from being crazy. Highly recommend Tyson for his non aggressive salesmanship and Ashley for the gray price on a great dining set. We are loyal Ashley’s customers, great experience every time- never had any issues with service or the actual furniture. Were remodeling our house now and needed some of the major things- couch, dining table, chairs so of course we had to check out what was new in store. When we arrived Ping greeted us, she’s been great from the start!! Asked me all the right questions, helped explain where everything was in the store and went over all the different options. We ended up finding the perfect dining set, sofa set and even bought a gaming desk! Great staff, the manager greeted us both times we were in the store. Tyson did a wonderful job helping us find a sofa. He allowed us to explore the showroom for a bit so that we could begin to formulate opinions independently. He was an excellent salesperson, showing us options across the spectrum of prices and narrowing in on what we were looking for. He highlighted features of the sofas and as we narrowed down what we wanted he focused on those aspects as well. Tyson was friendly, informative and relaxed. He provided us with information, respectful and attentive sales pitches, and made sure we understood the importance of examining the furniture carefully upon delivery and before signing for and accepting the delivery. I saw there was a low review from someone who had issues with their bed set. I feel like Tyson did an excellent job explaining the policies so much so that I understand what happened in the low review and how to avoid that. Thank you for your help, Tyson! I highly recommend him. Shopping can be stressful and salespeople can make that worse. He made it easier, thank goodness.

My wife and I enjoyed our recent visit at Ashley Furniture in Waterford Lakes. We didn’t plan to visit this store that particular day (we were looking for another store at the time), but we’re definitely glad we did. With the much appreciated help of sales associate Ping Jiang, we purchased a dining table and six chairs, a dining room server, an extra large tv stand, and a set of accent tables. Ping spent over an hour with us as we gradually made our choices. She didn’t rush us to decide on what to buy, and she was well informed about the inventory and available discounts or sale prices. We were fortunate when she greeted us when we first arrived at the store. All in all, we highly recommend working with her. We found the other staff to be friendly as well, something less common at many places these days. We think you’ll also be surprised at the good prices for quality furniture.
My salesman was allowed to stay over his scheduled time to accommodate my schedule, I never felt rushed.

We definitely rate our shopping experience 5 stars with Ms Renata and the Ashley store with having a great variety of home furnishing products.

Rula helped me and my small family of 3 buy a couch that was perfectly in our price range and wonderful for our family. The prices it’s self was very appealing with their Black Friday sale. Rula is attentive to her clients, she is a great communicator, gives great insight on the products on the floor, and you can tell she cares about you as a customer. I came in with my husband and daughter ready to purchase a couch and Rula didn’t shy away from any of my questions or concerns. She even gave us some tips on our furniture which is helpful as a young couple making a big purchase. UPDATE: just received a call from the warehouse and informing me that we would not be receiving our brand new couch until after Thanksgiving. This is completely unacceptable since we will be entertaining family during thanksgiving everyone needs a place to sit. We were supposed to get our couch this week on the 22nd, they can’t deliver it to us. They didn’t give a reason why. I called the store because the warehouse informed me that I could pick it up in person on Saturday 23rd, But the store that I bought it from here at Waterford Lakes would need to change the delivery instructions to a pick up order instead of delivery order. When I just called the store the sales associate stated they changed the order for me and doesn’t know the warehouse address. I called back the number that warehouse used to try to get the address myself because it is really unacceptable and unprofessional that the store does not know their warehouse address but OK, but I got a representative when the representative pulled up my account. It shows that the delivery options for my account was never changed. I am not surprised considering the Sales associate at the store I spoke to didn’t even confirm my name or email when speaking to me. I guess I’m gonna have to go into the store with my husband to have this taken care of because we need our couch before Thanksgiving. Huge inconvenience Sales associate wasn’t even trying to be empathetic about it or apologetic he even tried to ask me if I knew for sure if the furniture was out the warehouse like I’m stupid or something. The way that the sales associate dealt with this delay delivery was unprofessional, And whoever answered the phone and try to change my address, but didn’t need training. The sales associate was very condescending to me for wanting to pick up our order at the warehouse, I have the correct information, I spoke to directly to The warehouse manager, That sales associate needs to learn how to change an order from delivery to pick up in the system, they have our order they can’t deliver it on time. Does not mean that we can’t go pick it up ourselves and get it. This store has to get better customer service when it comes to delayed deliveries I went back and read some reviews and saw that other people were having the same issue.

They had a wonderful special going on and I ended up getting far more than I planned within my budget. We got a fun sofa with lots of bells and whistles matching coffee table and tv stand/entertainment center and a new desk, all within the budget I brought for just the couch. Stevie was wonderful in showing us around as was the floor manager Christian when we came back another day to trade out one item for another. The special they had gave us not only 15% off our whole order but we got no hassle delivery free, which I highly recommend. They even took some of my excess cardboard trash I had from the move!

We had a great experience with purchasing our new dining room set, our salesman was patient and responsive in giving us what we wanted. The only issue I had was the lack of affordable delivery of the furniture to our home! We had to use a third party company suggested by Ashley who did a fine job, but the cost for said service was astronomical! That may prevent me from further large purchases cause I would need delivery services. The dining room set itself is beautiful!

My daughter purchased a $5,000 supposedly “leather” sectional that lost its color and texture where one sits - in 1 year! She also purchased the extended warranty which did not cover a thing! A total waste of money! The “leather” wore off and a cheap fabric is what is visible now. Unbelievable!!! I provided the requested information and I never heard from them again.
Been waiting almost a month for a basic mattress to be delivered. I keep getting calls that it’s been delayed, with no valid explanation. Very disappointed with this place, go elsewhere.

Will NEVER BUY from Ashley again!!! Awful customer service! Everything is FINAL SALE even if you pay full price and call within 72 hours! Paid over $2000 for dresser and has a big knot with crack right in middle of top drawer above handle and also dents in side of same drawer and they will not replace or exchange! Tech came out and says that’s “normal distressing” but this set does not have distressing and not in the description like sets that are distressed, and no other drawers or pieces have a knot or crack or dents on edges of drawers! And corporate won’t do anything or stand behind their furniture and say it’s up to store and this does not look like online photos or even piece on showroom that look cherry-picked and under bright lights that washes out grey-washing over the finish that makes it all look dirty and like it needs to be cleaned! And customer service and store refusal to even exchange for a different dresser or pick out another set is not even acceptable and I called right after delivered and that’s just not right! But they made sure to tell me the clearance piece I bought is final sale and no return or exchanges, but that’s the case for ALL their furniture and you can’t exchange or return anything!! So just awful and have to see that crack every day to start my day off and just wrong!! I won’t buy anything from Ashley ever again and they lost my family’s business too hearing about this and not right!

By far the worst experience I’ve had at any furniture store (or store in general). Me and 3 of my roommates went here to buy new furniture for our new apartment but 10 minutes after looking around we were asked to leave. What we guess was the store manager came up to us and asked us to leave, but not through the front entrance he told us to go out through the side exits that would trigger the alarms for whatever reason. Horrid customer service, I’ve seen better at Walmart, just asking for any suggestions they would just point us at a general direction then go and lean on a piece of furniture pretending like we disappeared.

Such a great experience!! We came by last week to just look at possible outdoor tables. We ended up meeting Manny, our sales person and he answered all of our questions. We moved over to couches and he explained everything we needed to know. Since we think awhile before decisions, we went back home (2 hours away) and said we may be back the following weekend. Because everyone was so nice and Manny was so helpful (not pushy), we purchased two sofas, a loveseat, a dining room table, 4 chairs, and a bench. Great service and great prices will bring us back. We passed 3 other Ashley furniture stores and 20 something other furniture stores to work with Manny. This was definitely a good experience!

Received defective dinette set from them, it’s very crooked and the design doesn’t line up, notified them immediately and they sent a technician to make a report, only to reply that it was “functional” and up to their standards and would not honor a return. Clear breach of policy and going round and round with customer service about it. Do not shop here. The furniture is horrible quality and when there is a problem you get no help, just people arguing with you who are not there and can’t see the piece you are complaining about. Terrible service. Update, see reply from them like they are going to be helpful, but they were not at all. I am just stuck with this ugly irregular piece that isn’t worth 10 percent of the cost. The picture says a lot. They offered me a low amount of money, to VOID my warranty, which I paid extra for a service plan. Such bull, I said NO. Not acceptable. Do not buy this crappy set, and do not spend money here. Worst customer service that went in circles several times. They repeatedly said it was “within their manufacturing standards” and it is obviously way off. Just look.

Horrible experience!! Do not come here. Customer doesn't have any right. They just want you to buy You don't have any options! You can't return a damage item. This has been a nightmare... they are just sending me with different people and nobody takes responsibility of their words. Delivery told me to call the store and the sales manager to return an item. They didn't want to put back the item on their truck. DO NOT COME HERE! Go to other stores; rooms to go or living spaces Even Wayfair has better customer service than Ashley. I have spend thousands of dollars at Ashley and they don't appreciate my business.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying anything not just furniture. My wife and I, were newly married, went to buy a bedroom and a dining table. Purchasing and signing the papers went smooth with Dave, but that’s about it. The dining table came in fine however the bedroom came missing a leg (delivery and installation guys found it out not me) we went twice to the stores customer service to talk to them, they said they’d ordered the part and it’s on the way in 7 to 10 days. Today is day 11 since delivery date and we have nowhere to sleep. Called customer service overseas twice, each call took me an hour each. It was a terrible experience got nowhere. Oh, they figured out there was never a piece ordered so they reordered it and we have to wait 7 to 10 more days. Finally got an email from Shawn “Customer Experience Agent” offering us $250 off and canceling the warranty. We asked to return the bedroom set and he said sales are final. So sales of a defective items are final, y’all. Or you can take $250 to shut up. I tell you right now, last time to have to go through this buying anything from Ashley.

I had a horrible time previously trying to get a mattress replaced but they reached out to me today and told me that they would replace the boxspring and I will get it on Tuesday. I am very satisfied with this outcome. I’ve always enjoy doing business with Ashley and plan on it in the future, especially with how they have handled the situation.

Let me start by saying I would give zero stars if it were possible. I have had the worst customer services experiences of my life in Ashely stores and I will never again spend another dime with this company. The sales tactics are ridiculously shady and the associates go back and forth between thinly veiled misdirection and blatant, outright lies. Do NOT ever apply for the Synchrony card through Ashley because you’ll be told later that you have to individually finance each and every item in the store that you would like to buy, while putting your previously purchased items on the back burner to accrue interest even though it was initially marketed as a credit card. You can ignore the fact that your account says you have “available credit”, because you won’t be allowed to use it. You’ll be told by an associate when you get the initial approval that you can use your credit as it becomes available, while they hide the fact that you are required to individually finance everything or face paying incredibly high down payments at well more than fifty percent. If you’re lucky, a sales associate will attempt to ask for an unbelievably high credit line increase on your behalf as a ploy to sell you additional items you don’t need, which will make a hard pull to your credit score that you didn’t ask for. Perhaps instead you’ll come in contact with a sales associate who is well aware that you are attempting to use this “available credit” and let you get through the entire purchase process before informing you that this is an impossibility. Maybe you’ll decide to call customer service (like I did when your living room furniture arrived damaged), assuming that they will help or care. Don’t bother. You’ll just be pushed through a never-ending loop of people claiming they will call you back and never taking the time to respond. This company does not give a furry rat’s behind about keeping your business because they know that once you’ve signed the paperwork, there’s nothing you can do. If you’re like me, then all of this will happen to you and then some. Do yourself a favor and spend your money anywhere else. I’ve had better experiences at the kiosks inside IKEA than Ashley stores. Also a little side note for those reading this: Amazon has all the same items for less money, free shipping and returns, and wonderful customer service. Just a thought.
I had a great experience buying my dining table at Ashley’s Store in Alafaya Trl, the service was great! Emilie was so helpful, she patiently walked me through the whole process and answered all of my many questions. Her knowledge and reassurance made this process so easy. Natalie was also very helpful. I do not recommend buy at this store I brought at sectional sofa, it was so expensive at that time, they told me that I should buy a guarantee for 5 years, I just bought it for $500 now, one part of my sectional is peeling off, I called for the guarantee and the guarantee company told me that they can't do anything because the material is bad, I just come back to the store explain the situation they said that he would help me and as minimum I'll recive my guarantee money back, I just waited for, after a month I just received $200 in a credit card refund, very disappointed

I called directly the store and send the pictures. They said the technician will do a review and contact us. 10 days after we are still waiting for it. Do not buy there. It is not worth it.

Our salesperson Johnny Rodriguez (Waterford Lakes store) was very pleasant, professional and very helpful. I really appreciated that he first let us see their furniture on our own, was not on our backs being pushy to sell at all. Very enjoyable experience.
Faiza and Jay helped us find the perfect bedroom set and Mattress and we're quite patient as we left and came back to the store probably 3 or 4 times while we deliberated over the course of 4-5 days. They played out every financing option and permutation based on different specials and sales and made it easy for us to see all of the Financials prior to making a decision. We didn't feel pressured into making a decision and always felt welcomed to shop around prior to finalizing.

The people at this location know how to allow for a smooth buying experience from start to finish. I bought a cabinet from here. When assembling it, I realized that a few of the parts were defective and would not fit together. When I contacted customer service they only offered either a 10% discount or they said I could possibly get a bigger refund but only if I could prove that I donated the broken furniture to Goodwill.

***UPDATE*** 6months ago I gave 5stars for the interaction we had at the store. I am now changing that to a one only because we were told our furniture was completely covered by the protection plan. I contacted the protection plan company because the first time we opened the sofa bed something was off. When we went to close it, it was NOT a smooth transitioning from the bed back into the couch. They sent someone out to look at it (3 different in home visits between myself and husband by the way) showed him that bars are not straight (which is not humanly possible to do with bare hands) and that nothing is wrong and the other said he can’t fix it and to file a claim. Which we did and based on the pictures they declined after I showed compare and contrast of each metal frame piece and you can clearly see a bend in one of the bars!!! 6 months later we are trying to use the sofa bed part and the metal hinges and bars have officially broken from the compromised integrity of the bent piece $700-900 wasted of a piece of furniture they won’t fix or replace because it was defective from the start and NOONE believed me!!! We even had to have someone come out the first days we had it after delivery because the fabric on the couch was compromised out of the box! ****Ping is so amazing. She worked with our budget and measurements as they were deciding factors in our decision making on a new sleeper couch.

So we Have it scheduled for new date (two weeks after purchase) and we stated we only could do before noon on that day. We were told that would be fine. Now it’s an issue, they refuse to help, only will deliver when we are not available. But lied to get the sale I guess. Stay far away from them. Charge you an arm and a leg for delivery and too bad so sad you do what they say and when it works for them. If I could change it to zero stars I would. Just came in to look around at possible new living room sets. We meet Faiza at the door and she was beyond wonderful. Helpful informative. And we ended up buying a brand new living room set. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Update- unit was delivered damaged … so now a replacement part order is being entered and once we get we can then call to schedule a technician to come to our place to repair if possible… all because we didn’t pay for premium delivery (extra $40) to have an opportunity to refuse the delivery and get a replacement unit. Even though there is no assembly required… just remove the plastic wrap… rather disappointing.

By far worst experience ever. They are charging for a premium delivery fee just because they have to pick up a defected mattress in exchange for a new one. Even after the inconvenience of having to change the previous mattress, now I need to get a new one and pay for an unreasonable amount on delivery fee to get the new one that hopefully doesn’t have any defects to it.

We have a horrible experience with this store, we bought a mattress and they billed us for the wrong one. We found out after 90 days, due to back pain I had and I told my wife that the mattress was damaged. When the saleswoman invoiced the wrong one, they didn't want to change it because they said 90 days had passed. The confusing thing was that they opened a case for us in December, an inspector came and said they were going to change it. After 2 weeks, January 2024, they did not respond and we called and they told us that the case was closed. We are disappointed and scammed, they blame us when the saleswoman is the one who makes the invoice. It was our mistake to pay without looking at what they billed us. Customer service is horrible at this store.

Do not waste your money on Ashley furniture!!!!!!!!We bought a sectional and it is garbage. A comple waste of $2,000. The cushions and frame gave out within 6 months. There is absolutely no form or support after 1 year. We have back pillows and throw pillows all over the couch to make it tolerable to sit on. I can not recommend to you enough to stay away from this horrible company. We are so disappointed and have to be reminded every single time we sit down on the couch. Ultimately we were scammed.

Absolutely the most shady sales tactics I've ever dealt with. I was purchasing bedroom furniture for a spare room and in no rush at all. At the time the longest interest free financing they had was 12 months and I was told by the sales agent that they do no do the 60 months at all anymore. I questioned her as in ever? She assured me that they got rid of the 60 months and the most that they ever will offer is 1 year. I made the purchase and financed interest free for the one year. Literally a month our 2 later they were doing a Memorial Day sale with what do you know 60 months financing. I made numerous phone calls trying to have the deal changed to the 60 months and none of my phone calls or messages were returned. In the future if I ever purchase furniture from Ashley again it will not be made at the Waterford location. Terrible customer service experience and very unprofessional sales and managers running the place.

We went to the Alafaya location to buy a dining room set and the salesperson was Peng, who was so awful that we wouldn’t have purchased ANYTHING except that we were really interested in a particular table set we had seen advertised, so we made the drive out to Millenia and had the complete opposite experience and even purchased additional items from salesperson Ky. I don’t understand how one company could employ two such diverse salespeople if they had the same training. NEVER go to the Alafaya location! Peng treats you as if she is doing you a favor by talking to her. Smh.

Had to come to the review to see if they will finally assist me been trying for months to get them change the incorrect warranty they sold me so I can have my claimed approved for the cables to the adjustable base. They can no seem to change it to the correct warranty, say they can refund me the wrong warranty so if they no i'll have no claim no cables and a useless adjustable bed. Every time I call I have to wit 30 minutes to get connected to the store because they don't answer the phone. Months to resolve this, the store tells me contact corporate and corporate tells me it has to be the store. I just want the bed fix if they can't do that then refund the warranty and the base. Im so tired of this run around. I had the head part up for months because I cant bring it down. It's ridiculous at this point. Please make sure you buy the right warranty or just don't go to this store. I bought this in 2019 and I'm sure they're waiting for the 5 YEAR warranty to expire to not help me.

First timer and it was AMAZING!
For anyone who is looking for furniture, know you can find cool pieces at this store, but the delivery experience was horrendous. We were given a delivery window of 11:30am-3:30pm, and were warned to be there in case the infamous Delivery Team "tried anything wierd." Low and behold we are out of the house at 10:00am and we get an automated call from Ashley saying if we fail to appear in the next 10, count 'em, TEN minutes. Our delivery is going to be rescheduled for a future date and we would be hit with another delivery fee. So we called every number we had available to let them know we were dropping everything and rushing to our home. We were greeted by a Bot, who then sent me to a completely outsourced CS rep, who then put us on a 10 minute hold, just to tell us "The delivery team is at stop 4". Like what the hell does that do to help us in this moment? Absolutely useless, completely unacceptable that we are being penalized for Ashley's poor communication, and false delivery times. So like I said up top, good furniture, but you better open up your personal delivery window from what they give you, to your whole day.
This was an easy and simple experience. Found exactly what I was looking for amongst a wide selection to choose from. My floor sales representative, Faiza was easy to work with and understood all my requirements and wishes.
From the time we walked in the door Dave was at our beck and call, looking for what they had that filled what we were looking for. Even found one on sale and applied my husband's veterans benefit to make it even cheaper. Was the easiest purchase for something that I was dreading having to look all over town for!

Purchased the wrong bench 3 weeks ago, called store and was told corporate would contact me within 72 hours, did this twice, nothing. Finally after 15 days I went into the store and Gary the store manager took care of this problem in under 30 minutes.

I was very disappointed as it seemed to cater to one color scheme with no earth tone colored furniture. We bought a dining set a few years back, and they said if we ever needed to add chairs to come back. We did last week, and the now can not. 😕 Also, when we were leaving, the greeter at the door said goodbye to the couple of white persuasion, but when we left, she chose to look into her phone, and I sternly had to tell her to have a nice night too which made her then look up and say goodbye. They've lost our business.

The people in the store are nice, but misleading so please don't buy from Ashley. I recently bought a whole bedroom set and a table for the living room. The quality of the all the pieces is horrible (has a lot of imperfections and is un-even). A technician came over and he said there was nothing that could be done on that matter because it simply comes made like that from the factory. I spent over 1k just on the bedroom pieces.... 100% do not recomend and I will never be purchasing from this store again.

Cheap furniture. Our table literally delaminated within months, and they brushed it off as normal wear and tear. Our couch we purchased was dirty in months. Purchased the extended warranty and I’m still waiting on the team to reply back to my email since Jan of this year (2023). Unexceptional.

2 bad experiences at this store. Bought a couch and of course they were quick to talk us into the stain protection plan. But when we tried to use the plan they brushed us off with a 1-800 number. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE !!!!!!!! SPENT $4,000 for my daughters bedroom set. it was delivered on June 2 and not all of the parts for the bed arrived. The footboard was also delivered damaged. My wife spent the entire month of June contacting Ashley's: 24 phone calls to an unresponsive Customer Service Department. 5 visits to my daughter's place by installers and technicians but more mistakes were made or they were unable to fixed their own errors. One Technician was even rude about why my daughter did not provide the proper tools. NOBODY was customer friendly. NOBODY was going to help us. This seemed like a lost cause. Sales Staff, Customer Service, Installers, and Technicians all abandoned us. We had no choice but to dispute the charge on my CC and that got some degree of attention. The Bedroom was finally installed correctly on July 1st. The fact I challenged the charge caused Ashley to cease any form of apology or compensation for their lack of efforts on this matter. If I wanted to get any compensation I would have to contact their corporate offices. Now that this nightmare/debacle is over the ONLY satisfaction I can have is to convince anyone out there to AVOID Ashley Furniture......NEVER ENTER THIS STORE OR YOU WILL HAVE AN UNHAPPY SALES EXPERIENCE.

My wife and I went to a few furniture stores today looking for a new couch for our house. We lost everything in a house fire and really needed a couch asap to have somewhere to sit in our new house. I was less than thrilled about the service we received from the first 2 stores we went to and then we walked into Ashley’s. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by a salesman named Mike Lopez. I could immediately tell by the tone in his voice he really wanted to help us. He spent every bit of an hour going from couch to couch until we finally found the set we wanted. After we found the couch, we told him the reason we were getting new furniture and the compassion he showed us was amazing. He truly cared about our situation and spent a lot of his time just talking to us. He is a great salesman and an even better person. If you ever need new furniture, I strongly recommend you looking him up.

We were in yesterday looking to purchase a higher end mattress with adjustable base. Sales associate was nice. Price for option we liked was $6800 with delivery. Naturally they wanted to us make a decision right there on the spot. Luckily for me, my wife wanted to check out another store. At mattress firm we found the exact same mattress and adjustable bases for…..and get this……$2000 less total! We were so upset to think had we not gone to the extra store, we would’ve been swindled all that money for the same exact thing. I got in contact with Ashley associate to tell her the story. She was apologetic and said they would make it right. After almost being robbed of $2000 they beat the mattress firm offer by $104. What an insult?!?!? Here I was giving them an opportunity to earn my business after almost robbing me and they come back with that?!? Suffice it to say we bought at mattress firm. I’d rather eat a hundred bucks and give business to a place that was fair and honest! Beware and do homework!
