Bought a couch during their Black Friday Sale. First time couch buyer and Neil made understanding the couch easy! Super helpful and friendly, would come again.

Neil was amazing from the start. We went in to look and contemplate, he gave us breathing room to do so and asked if we had questions at the right time. He’s been very honest about each product which has made this experience so much easier.

The store manger is a joke, the warranty is a joke. I had a headboard break in less than 5 months of owning it, they no longer sell the headboard I purchased, now I've spent over a month trying to get anyone to do anything other than have to use the guardian warranty. I will never shop at Ashley furniture.

I bought an entertainment center in July, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My consultant, Aaron, was incredibly attentive and thorough in answering all my questions regarding delivery and warranty options. When the unit arrived, the delivery crew assembled the sections quickly and professionally. We noticed a few issues during the process, which were addressed immediately; they placed a service call and opened a ticket on the spot. A few days later, a carpenter arrived to rectify the remaining details that couldn't be fixed during the initial setup. I am very happy with the final result—the piece is beautiful, sturdy, and offers plenty of storage.

I want to start off by saying this is my wife and I first experience with this furniture store. Started this on November 23. We walked in to look at couches. Found a love seat and sofa that we liked and were told we were approved to get the couches we wanted. We were told we would get the couches within 2 to 3 weeks maybe even sooner because delivery trucks were running 6 days a week. So it's been 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything from them, no email, no update, no call, text, nothing. And my wife goes into the store today to try and get a update, they tell her they won't even get the love seat to the store location until about a week from now, and the sofa is not expected until over a month after we visited the store. And the kicker to this, we're expected to make our first payment for our couches on the 20th of this month. I believe It's extremely unprofessional to decieve your customers this way. I could have gone somewhere else and possibly got a similar couch way sooner. If this is there way of business, I would recommend trying elsewhere before you get trapped into payments on a piece of furniture you can't even sit on till you have made your first payment on it. Don't buy here if your expecting it within a reasonable time frame. Also, this is the panama city fl store the one on 23rd street in case you need to know which one to stay away from. Update: they have now told us that we have 3 more weeks to wait for the sofa we've already made a payment on. Don't get roped into this place if you want something to sit on.

Second time in 5 months we have been to this store. This time we went in looking for more bedroom furniture. Worked with Neal who is very engaging and extremely knowledgeable. He explained alot about the items we needed. Walked out after buying two more bedroom sets and even some more dining room/living room furniture. Worked with Vivian the first time and she was great also. We are from Wisconsin, the home of Ashley and have been buying furniture from Ashley for over 30 years.

Neil was super friendly and helpful! He showed me exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell anything at all.

I was welcomed at the door by Neil Delabruere who asked if he could be of help. I advised Neil I was looking for a recliner and an office desk. Neil was extremely helpful in finding a recliner that fit my requirements! My recliner will be delivered this weekend and I couldn’t be happier. We did not find an office desk but the recliner was more important.

Went in filled with anxiety and came out smiling with a new dining table and sectional. Abby took her time with us and was so personal-able and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and offered tips to style our new furniture. She truly felt like family.

The salesman was polite and I liked his style of sales. He allowed me time to look at everything. Finally he gave me advice and opinions that I asked for and in the end the sale went fantastic. Waiting on my delivery confirmation and a call back for a rug I really want from the sales floor.

We purchased a white leather sofa, loveseat and chair from Ashley store in Panama City, September 29, 2025. The first two deliveries were not good, the sofa was damaged each time. Our Sales Rep Chris Murphy stopped following up with us after we notified him we received a second damaged sofa. We called the Ashley store and spoke a very nice lady, Ms Abigail, and Manager West, explained how the second sofa had a whole in back and we want a new sofa that’s not damaged. Both Ms Abigail and Mr West moved quickly and the 3rd delivery was successful we received our new sofa within 3 business days(10/29/2025) Thanks again Mr West and Ms Abigail!!! Today (10/29/2025), almost 30 days later, we received our new, undamaged sofa. We had a great delivery and sofa set up experience with Jesse Caldwell and Ritley Hayden .. Note: I don’t want Reggie or Micah to ever deliver furniture to our home because they did not set up, or report our damaged sofa properly.

Purchased a couch on 8/10 they tell you 2-4wks for the product to be at the warehouse. It’s now 10/26 and we still have no couch. I honesty have no clue how this place stays in business. I live outside of Nashville and the Ashley furniture local to us did the exact same thing. They tell you what you want to hear to get the sell! If it wasn’t for the fact we need this matching couch we would have already cancelled the order…..completely uncalled for! We won’t make the mistake again! Go elsewhere!

Abby in Panama City was very well-informed and helpful. However, delivery was terrible. I was promised a May 1 delivery in early March. The May 1 never got put on the schedule so then was told it would arrive May 3. At the end of the day, I got a text saying they could not make it. Next available delivery date was May 8. Consequently, I spent four nights sleeping on the floor waiting for my furniture. It was delivered at 7:30 AM on May 8.

Aaron was amazing…BUT…. First, We were trying to make a decision on which couch set and which company to purchase from. He was so patient and even agree to come in on his off day to assist us, because it was my only “off day”. Truly satisfied with Aaron so, Thanks Aaron for your help. On another note, our delivery experience was awful. The worker did not deliver as scheduled and I had waited all day. That part was understandable because we experienced an unexpected (literally at 4:45pm) rain shower. So, the delivery guy called us and said he could deliver first thing tomorrow morning (which would have place delivery on a Sunday). I explained that it would have to be first thing in the morning, no later than 8:30am or we would not be home to receive due to we left for church each Sunday early for Sunday school, then Sunday Service. I also advised we would not be back home till after 3pm. This was our usual Sunday routine (lunch with family after church). He said, “Ma’am, I’m at your service and will come whenever you tell me”, so everything looked good and we made the arrangements for him to arrive at 7:30am. When he didn’t arrive I called him on the cell number he gave me and asked if he would “be here by 8:15” because we would wait. He stated that he had deliveries before us and that he would not get to us before 12pm or 1pm. I explained that we would still be out, as discussed the day prior and he said he was doing me a favor and couldn’t come at 3pm because he was taking off then. He said I would have to get with Ashley’s to rebook my delivery (and mind you we had already waited several weeks to get it delivered already and currently had no furniture because we were instructed to move the old furniture out prior to the scheduled delivery date.) The truck then arrived, unannounced at our house at 8:45am and as we were already in process of leaving. I explained we were already leaving and He said We “missed his delivery window”. The man continued to harass me and text me for the next few hours about how he was “doing me a favor”. I explained, “ why didn’t you just communicate in the beginning” what he was willing to do as far as delivering? He was awful. I then got an alert that showed he had originally put my delivery time in at 9am, when he knew full well we would not be home. What the heck? I don’t know if he just wanted it to appear like he “tired” so he could receive overtime hours from his job. We did eventually get everything delivered but the whole harassment issue was not worth the money or time I spend. We spent over $4500 in total with them only to be harassed by the delivery man. He was very disrespectful and rude. He even showed up with a broken foot which also caused concerns. I reached out to the corporate office and explained all of this and they basically said there is nothing they can do. They said they could issue me a max “gift” of $50 credit on my account for my grief/ time. Honestly, that’s also insulting. I told her ASHLEY’s should take the time to train their workers’ on how to interact more professionally and also voiced my concern about them sending an injured worker to my property, literally in a foot boot to carry in my new furniture. They put me at liability if he injured himself further on my property while carrying in the large sectional/ couches we had ordered. That was unacceptable. Very disappointing interaction with her as well. No accountability or apologies at all. A sales rep from toe actual store location did return my call on Monday and admitted to me that they have complaints about the “delivery” experience all the time. Again, ASHLEY’s needs to focus at least some of their funds on training, at the very least.

I had one of the worst experiences shopping at Ashley Furniture. My boyfriend and I spent $3,600 on a couch, and while the initial purchase went smoothly, the delivery process was a nightmare. First, the signage in the store was misleading. The pictures showed the entire couch, but the prices only reflected the cost for a two-seater or three-seater. When it came time for delivery, I scheduled it for Saturday, February 22, and received a confirmation text stating I would get a delivery window two days prior. However, I never received that notification. After reaching out to the sales representative, I checked the delivery link, which now indicated a rescheduled delivery for Thursday, February 27. I was never informed about this change. The sales lady kept saying it was odd and promised to update me the next day, but I heard nothing. When I followed up, she mentioned she had emailed to request a later delivery around 4 PM, but she made it clear that none of this was guaranteed. I arranged for someone to be at our home to sign for the couch. Then, I received a text confirming delivery for Friday, February 28. Frustrated, I didn't bother contacting the sales lady again. When I called customer care, I was told I had never been scheduled for either of the days I had confirmation for, only the Friday. This was infuriating, especially since I had confirmation texts and had spoken with a representative on Monday, February 24, who confirmed the Thursday date. Finally, when the delivery team arrived, they were an hour and a half early for the scheduled time of 12 PM to 3 PM. I directed them on where to set up the couch, but they set it up backwards. When I politely pointed this out, they rudely responded that they would fix it. Overall, the sales representative seemed more interested in making a commission than providing quality service. This entire experience was so disappointing that we will not shop at Ashley Furniture again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have had good experiences past. However, I recently purchased a TV stand from Ashley HomeStore, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The stand was sold *as is* since it was a showroom piece, which I was fine with—until the delivery team arrived. While setting it up, they did not assemble it correctly, causing it to fall and get scratched in multiple places. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Since the stand was sold *as is*, I would now have to cover the cost of repairing the damage *they* caused during setup. It’s disappointing that Ashley HomeStore takes no responsibility for their delivery team’s negligence, leaving me stuck with a damaged product and extra expenses. If you're thinking about purchasing from here, especially showroom pieces, be aware that if something goes wrong during setup, you might be on your own. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. While the members of the sales team are helpful. I ordered online over two weeks ago. I was told that my local store would have to deliver and they only deliver to youngstown on Saturdays my delivery was set for today. I called over 4 times and the automatic message said my delivery would be today. They never came all for me to try 4 additional times and be rerouted over and over again to be told my order has a hold and that everything is closed now. I plan to call again tomorrow but at this point everything seems very scammy and I'm just about over trying to get my order and even if it's resolved I still have to wait at least a week when they couldn't even bother to call and I know my order came in to the store. But companies only seem to care when they get a bad review so here ya go.

The communication while making our purchase was clear and Vivian sought out answers to questions I had regarding delivery that she didn’t know immediately. We were informed of details about the power reclining couch we were interested in purchasing and walked through the purchasing and delivery process. We bought the Genoa Leather living set (Queen Sleeper Pullout sofa) Double sized chair and Ottoman. It was advertised as genuine top grain leather ... We received it and it was painted faux leather, we specifically asked our salesman if it was genuine leather and they assured us it was before delivery so we had no problem paying $3,000 for the set. What we got was what you expect to get at Aarons rent a center or Walmarts pleather section. Not to mention our sofa was damaged by the delivery people when we alerted Ashley the Sofa was damaged the used the "Warranty" we purchased to try and schedule a repair. Bad experience false advertising so do not go there...By the way paid cash and when told them we wanted to return it they advised me they wouldn't pay me back in the form I paid but will put a check in the mail and I should receive it in 10 business days hahaha so don't waste your money. Read the add for the set below when I said you guys advertise this as leather they said I misunderstood...

Store experience was great. But delivery experience was horrible. First they charged 249.00 for delivery we waited 1 month for 2 electric recliners delivery day the delivery guy walked into the house eating a slice of pizza they set up the chairs all until we were informed they only had 1 cord. Sorry we will have to ship you the other cord then told us it will take 7-10 days and no they can’t expedite for sooner delivery. Needless to say we were not happy. Called to see if they could expedite but got sorry it is already ordered. $249.00 for delivery and no power cord to make recliner to recline. Was offered nothing for there mistake. Just sorry you have to wait. So we are not happy.

We felt the pricing was fair but they pushed for us to take advantage of the one year no interest rates so we did. We were shopping for a house that was being built and told them we were looking to buy in 9 months. They said no worries the payments don’t start until you receive the furniture. I specifically asked when the 0% started and they said when we get the furniture. We received the furniture and had a few issues with delivery. Three months after we had the $16k worth of furniture we got charged $1,400 in interest. Call the store and salesmen and was told NO it starts when you place the order. Completely lied to us. We wouldn’t have used the 0% had we known and would have just waited 9 months and paid then. Don’t trust Christopher or management in this store. Once you sign they don’t care about customer service.

Yesterday I went to Ashley’s furniture store and I was greeted by Vivian and she was extremely helpful, I just moved to Panama and was looking at furniture. Vivian checked in on me while I was browsing and explained very thoroughly the different options I had if and when I decided to purchase from Ashley’s. I really appreciate Vivian’s help she was so attentive and thorough. I’ll definitely be coming back bc of Vivian!

We spent a couple hours going through our furniture needs for our new construction home. Neil was very informative, helpful finding what needed for each room, also getting us the best pricing out the door. Was a very good experience.

Horrible experience. Sofa came damaged and was told they would only send someone to resew a cover over the ripped pieces vs send a new one per their policy i knew nothing about. Salesfloor is all great but once it arrives in ur home is when the problems start! Ive had 3 repair people out had the sofa over a year and its only falling apart worse. They refused to make it right wont be using this company again!

Yesterday I purchased 3 rooms of furniture from the Panama City Ashley store. I live in Georgia but am building in Florida so it was complicated. However my sales associate Abby Parrish made it super easy! She was helpful, answered my many questions, and was very knowledgeable about all the furniture I was purchasing. She even beat the pricing I had by a lot! I will definitely shop at Ashley again and certainly recommend Abby. This is our second time purchasing furniture from Ashley HomeStore (first time was in TN). Christopher was our salesperson. He was helpful, patient, kind, professional, had great suggestions and was very easy to work with. Our furniture was delivered on time, one piece was damaged but it was replaced with a new piece. If you are looking for new furniture, go check out what they have, look online as well, Christopher will get you the online pricing.
