Yesterday I purchased 3 rooms of furniture from the Panama City Ashley store. I live in Georgia but am building in Florida so it was complicated. However my sales associate Abby Parrish made it super easy! She was helpful, answered my many questions, and was very knowledgeable about all the furniture I was purchasing. He was helpful, patient, kind, professional, had great suggestions and was very easy to work with. Our furniture was delivered on time, one piece was damaged but it was replaced with a new piece. We had a very pleasant visit with Aaron Wise. Ashley furniture was our second attempt to find a couch, After conveying to him what we wanted, he showed us three couches that were right up our alley. We left and visited four more stores. We came back and bought the couch from Aaron, it was the best price and the best fit for us. Everyone was pleasant, especially Aaron. This is the second couch we have bought from Ashley, The last one we had for 12 years. I know for a fact that the service department was very Diligent when we had issues with the previous couch. They fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend if you need any type of home furnishing to go to Ashley, and ask for Aaron.

I went with my girlfriend looking for a mattress, and was met by Aaron Wise at the door. He help us choose a mattress by giving pointers and direction based off what we liked. After testing several mattresses back and forth, we settled on a Temperpedic Lux Adapt that had a good deal.

On Nov 24 I purchased sofa, I paid 1733. Cash, delivery was scheduled for Dec 13 (I took off work for this delivery) after waiting all day I received a call from Ashley saying they are unable to deliver due to at the previous stop their truck got stuck, after several calls and much frustration another delivery was scheduled for Dec 16, after waiting the 3 hr window given I received a call saying they were unable to deliver due to my dirt road being wet. (I live 1/2 mile down a dirt road maintained by the county) although their was a light sprinkle the road was not wet or slippery. I explained this is ridiculous, and frustrating, I have been with out furniture for 4 days. This was the worst purchase I have made. I am currently waiting on a call back for a refund. They lost this customer due to their inability to deliver the furniture with 2 scheduled delivery dates. Buyer be ware, don't waste your time with this company.

You know, I really wanted to give a great review to Ashley but unfortunately due to 6 attempts to deliver the right merchandise and uncompensated damage to my home I gave up. My wife and I spent a little over $20k with this company in one day. The customer service before the sale was great, afterwards not so much. It was for a 2nd home in Panama City. They delivered the wrong items 6 times and damaged our home before they finally got it right. We had to travel over 8 hours to meet them every time they scheduled the delivery and failed to get it right. I pleaded to my salesman and even the store manager for help and then compensation for the damage and got nothing but promises they had no intention of keeping. All i can say is they lost our business. Liddon Furniture was a much better experience when we furnished another property recently. Anyway, buyer beware. It’s smoke and Mirrors.

I went into the store to check out a different sleeper sofa, but there were so many great options in the store to look at. I ultimately purchased the Padova Queen Sleeper Sofa because it was so comfortable and fit the asthstetic I was going for. Neil was very patient and helpful while I was walking back and forth between the selections I had made. For the first time while purchasing furniture, I took my time, sat on each couch, imagined how each would fit in my new space, and wasn’t rushed at all. I ended up leaving the store with Neil’s card but texted later in the day asking a few more questions and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. When I came back to the store he had everything set up and ready so when I walked in to purchase the couch (and little elephant) it was quick. Maybe ten minutes! The whole process was so easy! I will definitely be back to buy a dinning set when the time comes!

Christopher (Chris) Murphy was an amazing sales associate. After visiting 5 other furniture stores and either not finding something that fit our design/style or being overwhelmed by sale driven associates, my Wife and I were over the whole process and defeated. Chris was very kind as soon as we walked in, and I think he could tell we were tired and hopeless. He did not swarm us. He actually gave us space to browse and discuss options and opinions together. As soon as he left we saw a bed that fit our ideas and got hopeful. We wondered the store and had 3 great choices, for beds and couches. I actually thought Chris forgot about us and mentioned his name in conversation, as i did he "just happened" 😉😉 to walk by to answer our question 😆. He insisted we try the furniture and take our time. From that point on, I noticed he was always near us, just wanted us to make ourselves comfortable and free to look at our own leisure. We found a bed frame, nightstands, and couch that we really liked (at a great price!). What sold me on these items was Chris's knowledge. Without looking at any of the tags, he knew the name of every product we mentioned along with additions/ matching items. He listened to the colors we were using in our house and helped us find a matching living room lift-top table that my wife loved, but was not on display at this location. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great associate to work with and to have the freedom to look around without any additional pressure, especially since there were so many great options to weigh! At the very end, he showed us a great deal on a dining room table and chairs to match our furniture and told us end dates on current sale prices. I think we will be back visiting Chris again pretty soon 😅 Thank you for helping us decorate our 1st home!

After building a new home we needed some furniture. Our experience at the Panama City store was awesome. Our sales person, Christopher Murphy, was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. Please please please don’t waste your time here, I purchased a bedroom set over two thousand dollars and it did not hold up at all, this furniture is not real wood and will not last. On top of all the guys delivered my furniture let a hole in my wall and didn’t say a word, Wes the manager is not willing to Help me and pretty much don’t care, the lady at door refused to help as well, 23rd street store I experienced terrible customer service… My furniture was delivered split and no one is willing to help, please go somewhere else

So... first off, friendly staff. Nice showroom. What is the matter? These people can look at you with a straight face and try to tell you the bed you just laid on is worth $15,000. (My math is estimated but not far off- a king (twin split) bed with stand at $5k per twin split (two of those) plus a $3k stand and financed at 9% interest for 60 months). You ask why we, the American people, are having such a hard life at the moment? Why ends aren't meeting? Why we will work for a retirement that will never come? Just this being offered as a product makes me honestly sick. Think of what 100 bucks is worth to you. Be smart people. This company is not going to do you any favors. Shame.

Our experience started out great with Abby one of the sales representatives. We were purchasing a dinning room set. We were told a price and went home to make sure the space would work. When we came back the next day we were told the price changed. Abby came in on her day off to help us through the deal. It was explained that someone made a mistake. Abby tried to work it out but the manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager. After waiting for the manager she never came out. She told Abby that she didn't tell us that price and thus she wouldn't honor the original price. This was horrible customer service on the part of the manager and took no ownership of the mistakes of the people in their store. They lost out in 3300 dollars in sales. If you do choose to deal with Ashley's, work with Abby. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend them.

Bought a T.V. stand and it finally arrived after about 3 months and it was assembled incorrectly. I bought the T.V. stand almost a year ago and it has still not been fixed. The technicians are all on contract and are not affiliated with Ashley Homestore. I have been back and forth and eventually the new contractor never got back to me and that was about 4 months ago. Horrible service overall, not worth the headache.

I will never use this company again! We bought an entire beach house worth of furniture. There was absolutely no communication about delivery AFTER it was purchased. We set up a specific date that was agreed upon months in advance. Crickets after that. When we reached out to them, they say, oh... we can't do that.... We had to drive 7 hours for another delivery date and only half the furniture came. Then the delivery people forgot tools!!!! The next property will definitely be with another company

When I returned home, I saw the same couch for significantly less on another website, so I completed the price match process and it went seamlessly and fast. Sky, in customer service was great when it came to changing our delivery status; she is the one that saved the sell, for sure. My only frustration was when I called to discuss delivery options the first time, India, the first representative, told me my only other option was to drive to another state and get it myself. After reviewing my sales agreement, I learned that I did actually have other options, so I made a second call, and Sky mitigated that issue, and it was all done! This has been a great experience, and I am happy to be an Ashley customer.

Although the sales process went well and we had a great experience with Connie at the store, the delivery was a complete disaster. First, we were delivered part of our sectional on delivery day. Apparently they missed loading the main part of the couch on the truck, plus the decorative pillows. Then, since I never heard back from anyone as they said I would, I called several times to schedule the remaining items. Delivery was set for a new day and upon arrival, they realized they missed loading the legs for the sofa now. So I was left with one part of the sofa on legs and the other not. I called and called to have a technician come and install the legs, as they said they would, and was told they’d be in contact with me within 72 hours. I finally received a call today way past that time frame. At this point, my husband installed the legs himself. Horrible delivery and customer service experience.

I purchased a Delta Children Rowan Nursery Rocker from what I thought was Ashley Furniture, as I was on their website. My family has purchased multiple items over the years from Ashley BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! The nursery rocker arrived and was the absolute worst quality piece of furniture ever!!! My son and I both have contacted Ashley about returning the item and receiving a refund. We have been told that this item was purchased from a 3rd party vendor and we would have to receive return and refund instructions from them. Well that has gone over like a rat sandwich!!!! In order to return the chair I will have to pay to have the chair shipped back. Ashley takes ZREO RESPONSIBILITY for this issue even though it was sold on their website with ZERO INDICATIONS that the item was not theirs!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Oh beware Walmart is doing the same thing!!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the great customer service I received in the Panama City store. I was not really going to buy anything but ended up spending almost $4000 before I left the store. Abby met me at the door and her customer service skills were amazing. She helped me find the perfect mattress and frame and ensure that everything was taken care of before I left. She actually followed up with me to make sure the delivery was set and ready to go. She is the reason that I spent the money I did in the store, and I greatly appreciate her customer service and hospitality.

Went into the store and sales Associate Aaron Wise was our guy. He is personable, kind, detailed, and not pushy. He gave loads of information which was valuable in helping us make an informed decision. He gave us enough space to think and discuss and really listened to what we needed. He treated us with dignity and respect. Definitely the guy you want to see when visiting the store.

Horriable prices, these furniture companys are gonna price their way out of business.

I’ve ordered several things from this store. This dresser sagged in the middle shortly after they set it up in my house. Come to find out, the two middle legs were missing. Never put on and they didn’t give them to me. I just gave it away because it’s sagging the drawers wouldn’t open. Very disappointed.

Aaron Wise from the Panama City office did a fantastic job selling us our living room furniture. He was very friendly and not pushy. We would definitely go back and purchase more furniture in the future from him.

The purchase experience with Kay was top notch . We purchased a sofa around June 27 2022 . It went downhill from there . We also purchased the insurance plan against stains spills etc etc etc through Ashley Furniture called Guardian. It’s goes down hill fast from the time we filed a claim mid September. They acknowledged that yes it is definitely covered as both seat cushions were ruined beyond repair . Here it is Oct 21, 2022 and still nothing !! We can’t use our sofa and have got Nothing but a run around since . They say the claim needs approval . They said it was expedited Oct 5th . Nothing . Ya can’t get through to anyone and I have left my number on the automated call ya back won’t lose your place in line 3 times !No call back . On Oct 17th I call the number listed for the store for the 3 rd time and ask to speak to a store manager but of course he was unavailable as always . The lady assured me she could help me and would call the Guarian rep and get it handled asap after reading the notes from our claim etc she wasn’t sure why it was taking so long but PROMISED me a call back . Well of course no call back and I’m disgusted with the complete lack of service from Ashely Furniture Panama City store and the insurance that they push !! Unacceptable on all counts ! I told the lady at this point to give me the 90 bucks I spent on insurance that refuses to do what I paid for and I ll pay for the damn seat cushions so we can have a sofa . She was going to check on that as well . Crickets !!! Do not buy the insurance plan it’s obviously not worth the hassle and stress it takes to get a claim covered if they ever even approve any of the claims and I have to say not to purchase from a store who doesn’t want to help their customers get what they paid for and that’s to replace the damaged item !!! You should’ve have to spend countless hours on hold 4 days in a row and STILL NOTHING ! No integrity from anyone I spoke with just none ! Im fed up and won’t ever buy from this store again ! Bought a table and server from this store. Was delivered broken. Bought the warranty. They won’t fix it and neither will the store because it is a “manufacturing issue”. Don’t buy your stuff from this company. Why are you selling defective items? 0/10 would recommend.
