We felt the pricing was fair but they pushed for us to take advantage of the one year no interest rates so we did. We were shopping for a house that was being built and told them we were looking to buy in 9 months. They said no worries the payments don’t start until you receive the furniture. I specifically asked when the 0% started and they said when we get the furniture. We received the furniture and had a few issues with delivery. Three months after we had the $16k worth of furniture we got charged $1,400 in interest. Call the store and salesmen and was told NO it starts when you place the order. Completely lied to us. We wouldn’t have used the 0% had we known and would have just waited 9 months and paid then. Don’t trust Christopher or management in this store. Once you sign they don’t care about customer service.

Nice selection for a small store. Vivian greeted my friend and I immediately as we walked in the store. We were shopping for my friends new home and Vivian was extremely helpful. She didn’t bother, us which we appreciated, but checked with us often to answer any questions. The furniture is overpriced.. and worst of all It looks exactly like the furniture in Big Lots... ended up spending close to 5k on furniture from another store..

We initially stopped by the store ~3 months ago to just browse the store and see what caught our eye and spoke with him about what we wanted, we decided to come back at a later date to finalize some shopping. After coming back to the store after a brief re-introduction he remembered us and picked up exactly where we left off. I greatly appreciate being helped, not sold and that is exactly what he did. Yesterday I purchased 3 rooms of furniture from the Panama City Ashley store. I live in Georgia but am building in Florida so it was complicated. However my sales associate Abby Parrish made it super easy! She was helpful, answered my many questions, and was very knowledgeable about all the furniture I was purchasing. She even beat the pricing I had by a lot! I will definitely shop at Ashley again and certainly recommend Abby. We had a very pleasant visit with Aaron Wise. Ashley furniture was our second attempt to find a couch, After conveying to him what we wanted, he showed us three couches that were right up our alley. We left and visited four more stores. We came back and bought the couch from Aaron, it was the best price and the best fit for us. Everyone was pleasant, especially Aaron. This is the second couch we have bought from Ashley, The last one we had for 12 years. I know for a fact that the service department was very Diligent when we had issues with the previous couch. They fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend if you need any type of home furnishing to go to Ashley, and ask for Aaron.

I went with my girlfriend looking for a mattress, and was met by Aaron Wise at the door. He help us choose a mattress by giving pointers and direction based off what we liked. After testing several mattresses back and forth, we settled on a Temperpedic Lux Adapt that had a good deal.

On Nov 24 I purchased sofa, I paid 1733. Cash, delivery was scheduled for Dec 13 (I took off work for this delivery) after waiting all day I received a call from Ashley saying they are unable to deliver due to at the previous stop their truck got stuck, after several calls and much frustration another delivery was scheduled for Dec 16, after waiting the 3 hr window given I received a call saying they were unable to deliver due to my dirt road being wet. (I live 1/2 mile down a dirt road maintained by the county) although their was a light sprinkle the road was not wet or slippery. I explained this is ridiculous, and frustrating, I have been with out furniture for 4 days. This was the worst purchase I have made. I am currently waiting on a call back for a refund. They lost this customer due to their inability to deliver the furniture with 2 scheduled delivery dates. Buyer be ware, don't waste your time with this company.

You know, I really wanted to give a great review to Ashley but unfortunately due to 6 attempts to deliver the right merchandise and uncompensated damage to my home I gave up. My wife and I spent a little over $20k with this company in one day. The customer service before the sale was great, afterwards not so much. It was for a 2nd home in Panama City. They delivered the wrong items 6 times and damaged our home before they finally got it right. We had to travel over 8 hours to meet them every time they scheduled the delivery and failed to get it right. I pleaded to my salesman and even the store manager for help and then compensation for the damage and got nothing but promises they had no intention of keeping. All i can say is they lost our business. Liddon Furniture was a much better experience when we furnished another property recently. Anyway, buyer beware. It’s smoke and Mirrors.

I went into the store to check out a different sleeper sofa, but there were so many great options in the store to look at. I ultimately purchased the Padova Queen Sleeper Sofa because it was so comfortable and fit the asthstetic I was going for. Neil was very patient and helpful while I was walking back and forth between the selections I had made. For the first time while purchasing furniture, I took my time, sat on each couch, imagined how each would fit in my new space, and wasn’t rushed at all. I ended up leaving the store with Neil’s card but texted later in the day asking a few more questions and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. When I came back to the store he had everything set up and ready so when I walked in to purchase the couch (and little elephant) it was quick. Maybe ten minutes! The whole process was so easy! I will definitely be back to buy a dinning set when the time comes!

Christopher (Chris) Murphy was an amazing sales associate. After visiting 5 other furniture stores and either not finding something that fit our design/style or being overwhelmed by sale driven associates, my Wife and I were over the whole process and defeated. Chris was very kind as soon as we walked in, and I think he could tell we were tired and hopeless. He did not swarm us. He actually gave us space to browse and discuss options and opinions together. As soon as he left we saw a bed that fit our ideas and got hopeful. We wondered the store and had 3 great choices, for beds and couches. I actually thought Chris forgot about us and mentioned his name in conversation, as i did he "just happened" 😉😉 to walk by to answer our question 😆. He insisted we try the furniture and take our time. From that point on, I noticed he was always near us, just wanted us to make ourselves comfortable and free to look at our own leisure. We found a bed frame, nightstands, and couch that we really liked (at a great price!). What sold me on these items was Chris's knowledge. Without looking at any of the tags, he knew the name of every product we mentioned along with additions/ matching items. He listened to the colors we were using in our house and helped us find a matching living room lift-top table that my wife loved, but was not on display at this location. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great associate to work with and to have the freedom to look around without any additional pressure, especially since there were so many great options to weigh! At the very end, he showed us a great deal on a dining room table and chairs to match our furniture and told us end dates on current sale prices. I think we will be back visiting Chris again pretty soon 😅 Thank you for helping us decorate our 1st home!

I stepped into Ashley looking for a bedroom suit and sofa sleeper. Christopher met me at the door and helped me with my shopping. He was one of the best salesmen I have experienced. When we walked into Ashley‘s, we were greeted by Neil, he asked If we were looking for any particular piece of furniture, when we advise, we weren’t nip please look around and if we need anything, please just let him know. It was really nice to not have somebody follow around, makes suggestive cells and allow us to look at our leisure, we did find a beautiful sofa and oversize Recliner and expressed our interest in purchasing these we reached out to Neil, who made sure that we were aware of what discounts also the financing that Ashley offers along with the protection plan and delivery now was very pleasant went over everything no pressure sales he also didn’t try to make any upsell. He did not sway as in any additional pieces of furniture. He went over our selection of furniture, and the quality and care of the product. We are very pleased that we made our selection at Ashley‘s and we were very impressed with Neil. After building a new home we needed some furniture. Our experience at the Panama City store was awesome. Our sales person, Christopher Murphy, was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. On our first visit he showed us around and we wanted to go home to re-measure. He understood and asked that we contact him if we were coming back. We did and agreed to meet today. Just bought a coffee table from there 2 weeks ago. Kay, the associate that helped us, was super helpful and stayed in touch after we ordered the table. Have been to the store in Panama City several times since moving. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered several pieces, they'll be holding until our home is completed. It's a good idea to order several months (2 to 3) months ahead of time, your giving them a chance to get the items in without the hassle.

Please please please don’t waste your time here, I purchased a bedroom set over two thousand dollars and it did not hold up at all, this furniture is not real wood and will not last. On top of all the guys delivered my furniture let a hole in my wall and didn’t say a word, Wes the manager is not willing to Help me and pretty much don’t care, the lady at door refused to help as well, 23rd street store I experienced terrible customer service… My furniture was delivered split and no one is willing to help, please go somewhere else

I ordered sofa and sectional the end of July estimated delivery August 19th it's September 6th and still haven't received couch and they have no idea when I will receive it.

This was my second time shopping at Ashley’s locally in Panama City, Florida. As before, this time was no different. They always make it a smooth and easy process. So... first off, friendly staff. Nice showroom. What is the matter? These people can look at you with a straight face and try to tell you the bed you just laid on is worth $15,000. (My math is estimated but not far off- a king (twin split) bed with stand at $5k per twin split (two of those) plus a $3k stand and financed at 9% interest for 60 months). You ask why we, the American people, are having such a hard life at the moment? Why ends aren't meeting? Why we will work for a retirement that will never come? Just this being offered as a product makes me honestly sick. Think of what 100 bucks is worth to you. Be smart people. This company is not going to do you any favors. Shame.

Our experience started out great with Abby one of the sales representatives. We were purchasing a dinning room set. We were told a price and went home to make sure the space would work. When we came back the next day we were told the price changed. Abby came in on her day off to help us through the deal. It was explained that someone made a mistake. Abby tried to work it out but the manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager. After waiting for the manager she never came out. She told Abby that she didn't tell us that price and thus she wouldn't honor the original price. This was horrible customer service on the part of the manager and took no ownership of the mistakes of the people in their store. They lost out in 3300 dollars in sales. If you do choose to deal with Ashley's, work with Abby. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend them.

If I could give Aaron Wise more that 5 stars I would, we walked into Ashley just to look briefly after having a few conversations about the possibility of getting new living room furniture. Bought a T.V. stand and it finally arrived after about 3 months and it was assembled incorrectly. I bought the T.V. stand almost a year ago and it has still not been fixed. The technicians are all on contract and are not affiliated with Ashley Homestore. I have been back and forth and eventually the new contractor never got back to me and that was about 4 months ago. Horrible service overall, not worth the headache.

Went in looking for a decent couch, came out with a whole living room set up. Aaron Wise was very helpful and friendly. Definitely a positive experience. Would recommend!!

I will never use this company again! We bought an entire beach house worth of furniture. There was absolutely no communication about delivery AFTER it was purchased. We set up a specific date that was agreed upon months in advance. Crickets after that. When we reached out to them, they say, oh... we can't do that.... We had to drive 7 hours for another delivery date and only half the furniture came. Then the delivery people forgot tools!!!! The next property will definitely be with another company

Our salesperson Connie was fun and very patient with our indecisiveness. We ended up selecting the Backtrack Loveseat, and were so excited. When I returned home, I saw the same couch for significantly less on another website, so I completed the price match process and it went seamlessly and fast. Sky, in customer service was great when it came to changing our delivery status; she is the one that saved the sell, for sure. My only frustration was when I called to discuss delivery options the first time, India, the first representative, told me my only other option was to drive to another state and get it myself. After reviewing my sales agreement, I learned that I did actually have other options, so I made a second call, and Sky mitigated that issue, and it was all done! This has been a great experience, and I am happy to be an Ashley customer.

The furniture consultant Abby Parrish was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I was looking for plus a remote platform, sweet cooling pillows, and a cooling mattress cover. Same stuff everyplace we went. We walked into Ashley and literally you can shop online and see the same stuff. Most of the place was outdated furniture vibes. Cookie cutter furniture that everyone buys.Nothing unique or modern. The sales people are aggressive and you feel like you are approached and followed. Then the prices were high. If you are looking for something, the sales people will say, we don't have that on the floor but you can shop online, let me get my tablet. The WiFi is horrible so it's slow and you stand in the store shopping online. What a freaking joke. They are limited with space so it's crammed and if you're going to shop online they should cut you a deal or give you a discount for being in the store. Not worth your time! Go decorate and find furniture in PCB at The Shore House!
