I don't think i could say enough good things about my experience here. First off, John was a trooper, very professional, patient, & kind to my rowdy children being present for this hunt. This was my first time being privileged to purchase living room furniture brand new, I could not have asked for a better result. I browsed the entire inventory, I mean the whole entire sales floor before even thinking of picking a set. During my browsing I was never made to feel pressured, rushed, or too picky. I did not volunteer to share I had never purchased a living room set previously. When I decided on the set I wanted I was clear to wishing that I wanted to purchase the whole set without a payment plan, most places push for payment plans but John did not. Overall I felt heard, respected, & valued as a first time customer. My set will be delivered in 2 weeks, which is perfect window to rid of my old furniture & spruce my living room for the new additions!! If you are hunting furniture of any kind please visit this location!! Bed room, living room, dining room, patio sets, recliners, mattresses! This place has it all with GREAT prices & even greater customer service. Thank you for the best first time living room set purchase I could ask for !!

Short version: Kirsten is very knowledgeable, friendly, and all sround a breath of fresh air. Was not hounded by a sales person and she worked with us to make a good sale. Long Version: Stopped in with the hopes of looking at sectional sofas....well that didnt happen. Instead I was greeted with a smile by Kirsten. She asked if I needed any assistance finding anything. Like most I wanted to be left alone and browse. I did not want to be preyed on like a car salesman vulture. After a lovely smile and offer of assistance she left me and my wife to browse. After browsing everything we were reapproched and asked if we found anything. I told her we actually liked the power reclining couch, not a sectional. She was very knowledgeable about the produ t and showed us everything. After seeing the final price we decided to think about it and maybe find something cheaper. That didn't stop her! She came back with a 10 percent sale and onto of that knocked even more off! Kirsten was a breath of fresh air when it comes to sales associates! She talked to us like adults and was just a good person. Kirsten was able to effectively communicate with us in a friendly manner and not push a sale, which in turn made you feel comfortable and willing to talk about pricing and features. Towards the end she broke down the finance pricing, to most importantly discuss the promotional payments. Awesome job! When we need more furniture and shes working there still, count us as regulars from here on out!
