What can I say more about Ashley Outlet’s superb salesperson, Mike?! Hey listen, his greeting was casually professional and never pushy at all. He took the time to explain current sales and promotions. As I was walking the floor, he intuitively knew when to walk over to me and provide details of each sofa set I was looking at. And again, there was no pressure, just “Mr. Richard, I’m right here if you need anything else.” In and out in less than 20 minutes. I’ve waited longer at McDonald’s!! Cmon now!! Give Mike a raise or recognition for a job well done making me feel valued and important. And this is not AI generated compliment. Straight from my heart! Thank you Mike for your top shelf customer service and subject matter expertise, 100%!!!

Good selection and courteous sales staff.

I purchased a loveseat and couch 2/2024 and was told (encouraged) to buy into the extended warranty. I was told by the salesman I would get the money back if I didn't use it. B.S! Don't fall for this scam because you do NOT get your money back, you get store credit. I couldn't imagine buying another piece of junk from Ashley. The company they use for warranty and a called Guardian and OMG, good luck trying to get them to come out and fix something! Absolutely deplorable customer no-service. The furniture I purchased is so not worth the $ or headache. Expensive lesson learned.

2 stars because the sales person was very nice. Everything after that was an absolute mess. They were supposed to deliver the couch in 2 sections, one of the sections they broke on their way in, splitting the frame in half. 3 weeks later we still have no definite time for when they can deliver the other half. I contacted customer support and told them i want the $200 delivery fee refunded, we have been living with half a couch and would have never bought if we knew this was such an issue. They countered by offering a $100 gift card to their store. Nothing at that store costs 100. So youre giving us useless money unless we come spend more at your store for another shitty delivery experience. Just avoid this place, pay a few more bucks at rooms to go for a quality experience where you can trust youll get your items in one piece. Update: 2 months later they are still promising to send the giftcard. Literally scam customer service.

The gentlemen (I wish I remember their names!) that delivered my furniture were very helpful and professional in the handling of hauling this heavy couch up a narrow flight of stairs at my condo! I’m so appreciative and will always recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone else! Thanks so much!

Ordered a television console, salesman said store would recieve it in 2 weeks. Been over 2 weeks so we called to check, now they are saying it won't be in till 1st of Nov... 2 weeks turns into 2 months, I dont think so. Called but nobody seemed to be too concerned or willing to address the issue. So we will cancel and buy from someone who can actually deliver on time.

James at the outlet and Robert at the Home Store in Pensacola FL. Excellent customer service. Very helpful, listened to what we wanted. Robert at the Home Store was not able to help us but sent us to James at the outlet. We have purchased from both the Home Store and the outlet in the past. James met with us listened showed and delivery will be in two weeks.

We made a purchase with the help of Keenan. He was helpful without pressure and even helped load our items into the car. Thank you!

I thought this was a good experience. Made the order. Left the store being told my furniture would be delivered in 2-3 week. Called the third week for an update to find out my furniture still won’t arrive for another five weeks!!! No offer to help get to yes. No “ maybe we can get it from another warehouse” - Just told it’s the best that can happen and maybe they will update me

The shopping experience at Ashley was excellent. i was helped by Mike from the Outlet store and Jasmine from the Home store. They were very kind and professional. Their patience and guidance were refreshing. Jasmine spent several hours measuring and explaining layouts based on my needs. I decided on a living room set in the Outlet store and Mike handled the purchase process efficiently and explaining everything clearly. I'm very grateful for the service and excited to receive my new furniture!

LOVE MY SON'S FURNITURE!

We usually love Ashley furniture. This store had a poor selection and we were told they had mostly cash and carry. This is not true. No couch/loveseat combos at all to take home. Some dirty sectionals in their clearance section and one offs. Bad representation. Also called first before we drove from PCB to see what they had. Said they would call back, they didn’t. Could have saved the 4 hours driving..

We visited the Pensacola Ashley Outlet for some Twin Extra-long bed platforms and mattresses for one of our home's guestrooms. We needed the option to use the beds separately or combined as a King size bed, depending on the visitor make-up of our family and friends visiting us. Mike was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about both the floor-stock and back-stock in their warehouse. The options were laid out for us; our questions were answered; and the pricing was quite favorable! Very happy to have met Mike and felt we could rely on their expertise.

I had been looking for weeks for a sofa and then I found Michael at Ashley Outlet. I have a hard time making up my mind sometimes. Michael was so patient, not overbearing and really assisted me in finding the exact sofa I wanted. I have bought a lot of furniture in my lifetime and by far Michael was the BEST! I have several other pieces I need to purchase and you can rest assured no one will get my business but Michael. Thank you so much for making this so easy.

Michael Landey was amazing! He was very friendly and patient and walked me through every aspect of the furniture buying process. He helped me build a modular reclining sofa to fit the space in my room. He was very helpful and gave some really good tips about each furniture piece based on his experience. I would definitely recommend Mike and Ashley furniture for all of your furniture needs!

Today, June 11, 2025 my husband and I came into the store to browse. We were met at the door by a sales associate named Jordan. We told him we were just looking and he started to walk with us. We stopped and he asked again what we were looking for today. We said we were just looking. He started talking about where we could start looking and I attempted to say we were just going to browse. Before I could get the words out of my mouth he said "could you stop speaking and let me finish". My husband and I felt this was extremely unprofessional and exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Instead of saying what I really wanted to say and escalating the situation we chose to leave the store. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I really would not recommend anyone using Jordan as a salesperson.

April 26,2025. Extremely unprofessional salesmen. Would not take no for an answer. Did not allow me to speak and continually interrupted me during the browsing experience.

Guy on the floor pointed us in a general direction and went to help a couple who had gotten there before us. He had just finished loading furniture into someone's truck. My friend and I didn't get the same treatment as the other customers on the floor, but I'd understand if they were short-staffed.

Good friendly service by Jordan helping with the purchase of my sofa on 3-22-25...but you can't depend on the in store delivery date schedule. I was "assured" that it would be delivered on 3-26-25. Two days later my purchase I get a customer service call saying they scheduled the wrong delivery date at the store. All I get is a typical apology and that they(the store) had scheduled it wrong. So, who actually schedules delivery??? I feel I should not be charged a delivery fee now due to the inconvenience of having to re adjust my schedule and time due to their scheduling issues. Let's see what the Ashley store owners say about that!!!

This place is terrible! We ordered AND paid for a table in November. The table matched our EIGHT bar stools that we purchased and had delivered the same month. Sadly, after waiting patiently, we get an email that the table was discontinued and our card would not be charged. Luckily there was one on the sales floor at the store, but guess what?!? The manager...the MANAGER... tells us we couldn't have it. His reason was because he "didn't want to break up the floor set". What terrible customer service to someone who had already spent a lot of money there.There are much better companies just a few streets over that will treat you right! I recommend you shop elsewhere.

They under promised and over delivered on how long the transaction would take to get delivered. They were delightful to work with on the delivery and we’re right on time. It was a great experience. It exceeded my expectations.

I waited 3 weeks for my furniture when it came I had part order going to one house and part order going to another when they wrote The order they did it wrong when they sent me the information that was going to be delivered I reaffirmed again and my email they're going two addresses the information was not passed along so part of my furniture that I have been waiting for was not delivered my daughter had informed me she purchased furniture from the same company and it was so slow in coming it was unbelievable I don't think I'll purchase from them again they could have done a better job it's been over $7,000 from my furniture you expect better

We were followed around by a creepy salesman with white hair and goatee, like 20 feet behind us the whole way. Because of this I ended up ordering an Ashley sectional from another distributor.

Sam, our salesman, told us our living room furniture would be in on Sept. 9th (we ordered it on Sept. 1st). He gave us his cell phone number and said to contact him at any time and he gets right back to his customers. Neither occurred! Here we sit on Sept.15th in camp chairs, no call from the store and no response from Sam at the cell phone number he gave us. Terrible customer service! Be weary of any dates or truth of what their employees tell you.

Rudest store - will never spend a penny here! Went in to browse (didn’t want to waste a salesman time) so told the young man that approached I was just looking, since I’m at beginning phase of replacing furniture and have no idea yet what direction I’m going and he told me, “fine, go clock in”.

We had a good experience purchasing a table and chairs from Mike at the Ashley Outlet. He was very nice had good knowledge of the products we were interested in. We will be back!

Excellent service, provided advice when needed and expertise

Went in with my girlfriend and her mother to browse inventory. We were shopping for some living room items and visited multiple stores to compare prices and general selection. As we entered a salesman asked us if we were browsing for anything in particular, but didn't seem satisfied after we said we were just browsing about. They actually asked us "are you sure" in response and seemed offended, as if we have something to hide or that they would even be entitled to that information. Over the course of browsing the show floor this guy followed behind at a distance and confronted us three separate times. Each time prying for information and eventually trying to upsell us when he caught us discussing a couch we liked. Halfway through the visit we specifically floated to the back of the salesfloor to get some breathing room and price compare options from earlier and online. This guy still swooped in pushed for a sale AGAIN, and got defensive when we continued to assure him we were just browsing. He tried to assure us he was "just doing his job." We left soon after the last push, and were turned off by the lack of space afforded to think about what to purchase. Either way we found the same couch model online with free delivery and at a cheaper price.

Went in today with my husband to check out some options as we’re in the market for a new dresser and some nightstands. They had some nice options, but when we entered the store an older man asked us if we were looking for something specific, we said no, we’re just browsing today because we wanted some space to narrow down a few options. That was fine, however the rest of our visit he proceeded to follow 10 feet behind us like we were some suspicious criminals or something. Very odd, we’re not likely to purchase from this store now because of it. We will probably purchase from a small business instead as they are much more welcoming.

I bought my furniture and they delivered it with a rip in it instead of replacing my couch they sent me a cover up , I will not be purchasing from them again. Pay over $1000 for the couch and get a cover up. Ridiculous

Jordan M. was absolutely wonderful. I went in with a purchase in mind and proceeded to spend 2 hours looking at other options just to end up purchasing the first one. Jordan was patient and thorough in explaining the features and pros or cons of each piece for our needs. After getting home we had remeasured and needed to make layout changes. He patiently listened and made the appropriate changes. Absolutely an angel for making the process and smooth and seamless as possible. 100% would come back here again. Thanks Jordan! Store was clean and organized with a great selection including a large clearance section.

This loveseat we purchased in the store April 22, 2024. To say we have been eagerly awaiting this delivery is an understatement. Today is July 27, delivery day. To our disbelief, the delivery drivers left this box at our front door, stating they were “not allowed” to come inside. We asked that they stay, to ensure this is the loveseat we ordered, Not a word in reply, they got in the truck and left, leaving us to figure out how to get it inside before the rain. There is one step into our house and a straight hallway to the great room, which both drivers saw. This was NOTHING like the delivery when we ordered our bed last year. We purchased a dining room online and it was literally delivered in boxes in our driveway. My teenage daughters had to bring them in. I've never experienced a furniture delivery like this before. Good thing it wasn't raining

Being an outlet, i expected the prices to be outlet prices. New, and limited with what I can take w me right away. The sleepers were mostly / needed 1-2 weeks. To me a lot of it was pretty close to the flyer prices. It was ok. Good prices on rugs and lamps on one area. Just was not what i expected after driving there 1.25 hours away. Still go if you are there, but i drove there expecting outlet prices.

Nice open layout and ok selection. I felt like I was being followed by a stalker the whole time with the sales person creepily watching us as we walked around. Are you expecting we’re going to run out the door with a couch? Don’t have your sales people stalk customers like that. Have them check in with them occasionally but not creepily staring at us. Very awkward and uncomfortable.

I originally ordered a sofa on Ashley's website, they emailed the next day saying the window for delivery has been pushed back way to far. I cancelled that order and went to my local Ashley outlet store, Mike greeted me at the door with a smile, we was very attentive to my needs thoroughly listening to my concerns. He showed me a love seat, in my mind I had never considered a love seat because of my height at 6 ft 6 , he also showed me a few sofas, I asked to look around for a bit and he said he would check a few items for me. After speaking again, I told Mike I had found the perfect sofa, and had went with his original suggestion...I came to the conclusion if I needed to lay down, I could do so in the bed as no sofa without spending a fortune would fit my needs. Mike worked out a price within my budget and set up delivery for the next week, Mike also explained the 5 year protection program which I definitely decided to do to protect my investment. I ended up ordering 2 side tables for the love seat to match my decor and they included that in the delivery. I highly recommend Mike, he is a great salesman that listens to the concerns you have and is always happy to help. It's also a bonus to find someone who shakes your hand afterwards, he is a true gentleman.

Jasmine assisted me both times I had to arrive for a new box spring on a king sized bed. She heard my concerns and even provided a discount due to my tenure as an Ashley customer. I had to replace a piece from the box spring set and again Jasmine assisted by trading out the piece for a new one. I truly appreciate her customer service.

My husband and I were looking for a sectional sofa and decided to go to Ashley Outlet first. We were greeted by a very friendly and outgoing young lady named Aliza. She showed all the sectionals they had (which were alot). Once we decided on one she gave us all the information about the duribility and care of the sofa. We are very impressed with this store and Aliza and will be returning for additional items.

My husband and I came in 6/25/23, around 2 pm. The gentlemen in the front, greeter, salesman, whoever he was greeted us, asked if I needed help while my husband used the restroom. I told him we were looking around as we were, for specific items but did not require anyone’s assistance at the moment. He said he understood briefly and in a soft tone said his name, I cannot remember because of a horrible first impression. He had long, bleach, blonde hair, with dark glasses, thin, white male. As my husband used the bathroom, I started to walk the floor. Out of my peripheral.I saw he was following me. At first it did not bother me as there were other customers on the floor and he could have been lingering in case someone needed help. That was not the case, every turn I made, he was a couple of steps behind me, then my husband came and joined me and he continued to follow us just a few steps behind. I told my husband this is ridiculous, I told him why and he agreed, he saw an was experiencing the same discomfort. I’m not sure his reasoning as who can steal from a furniture store, or is it a cut throat commissioning reason but it was so uncalled for. My husband is black and I am Hispanic, we are both retired from the Air Force with combined service of 42 years. Perhaps he was judging the book by its color or appearance. We had on jeans, black tops and Jordan’s, but what does that mean to him? We had just finished a great church service and we’re buying furniture pieces that we needed. We left this store upset, let the other sales people know why and went to the actual Ashley store on 9th Ave. where Mr Jim took great care of us, we gave him the $3,500 sale, this store could have received if we were not treated poorly!

Don't be fooled by the name. This is not an outlet store, it's a showroom only. Nothing available on site. Everything must be ordered and they can't give you a delivery date. They have nice furniture and good prices, however, if you don't mind the wait. I did not like the '1 to 3 weeks and we can't give you an actual delivery date' though. How are you even supposed to plan to receive your furniture with that? Every other showroom we visited could book the delivery date at the moment of purchase. This is the only problem I had with them. I don't want to throw you thousands of dollars when you can't tell me when I will receive the product I paid for. It also makes me think it could end up being more than 3 weeks - and I have heard from others that they do run past the 3 week mark sometimes. Too wishy washy for me. This is the only reason they lost the sale with me. They had nice inventory and I would have bought a full livingroom set - there were plenty of great sets to choose from.

All the beds were nice. I was just wondering like if I say I'm only going spend so much on a bed, why you gonna try to keep showing me more expensive beds for? I knew I was out of my league when I saw this regular little table with a lamp on it but the price tag made it seem like it was a table "Prince" used to put stuff on in his hallway.

I didn't know they had brand new mattresses at the OUTLET Store on Airport blvd. It's over by barnes and Nobles. Just making sure yawl don't go to the one on 9th and Creighton. Cuz we are bargain shoppers! Anyway, we went there to get a bedroom set but since they had matrresses, we were able to get our entire bedroom set, and our Tempurpedic (I have awful back issues and doctor recommended this mattress). FINALLY GOT MY HUSBAND TO BUY ME THE ADJUSTABLE BASE❤💜🩵💙 It saved us a lot of time and hunting. Best thing is, they said if I don't use the extended warranty (which we have learned to buy the hard way) in 5 years, we get that money back in store credit for the amount the warranty cost us! Haha we know we will use that one way or another. Win win for us!!!! Thank you Ms. SAMMY you did a great job. We will be back.

Ordered a couch three weeks ago all the pieces didn't come with the couch when it was delivered so it can't be completely put together. Called about when the legs and backs are going to come in they said they have no idea it could be weeks before the rest of the couch comes in. It is now 7 weeks still no parts for couch.

We had the best experience! We came in looking for a sleeper chase sofa on a whim. We were greeted and helped by Aaron. He was super personable, nice, and helpful! We found one that we loved and scheduled to have it delivered. On delivery day, the delivery team came right on time and we’re so polite. Sadly, the couch wouldn’t fit past the door frame. The delivery team tried their best, but we decided to go reselect another couch. When we called, Aaron had heard about our problem. He quickly came to the rescue with another option that he thought would be perfect for us and fit through the door frame. When we showed up to look at it, we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect the new option was for us! We highly recommend this location, Aaron, and the delivery team!

Read ALL the paperwork before you sign. We purchased a double recliner that was on clearance. Got it home and there was a problem with it. Wanted to return it but was told clearance items were not returnable. I asked questions about warranty twice and was told it has a 5 year warranty but no mention ever about the no return policy. I now wonder about that. Complained to the headquarters and got a phone from a lady telling me to ask lots of questions when I purchase again. I will but it won’t be from an Ashley Store.

We purchased over $6K worth of Living Room and Bedroom furniture. We were advised by Michelle to purchase 5 year extended cleaning warranty. One year after purchase we had a couple of spots on couch. Ashly’s was contacted and they said that they are not responsible to clean any spots and to contact third party, who obviously declined to perform the cleaning after asking for photos, descriptions and crazy stuff. As far as I know buying that warranty was a big waste and Ashly’s is very irresponsibly because they hide behind some sham cleaning warranty. I will spend one red cent in this store.

Misleading displays and pricing. Pricing shows 2 count for bar stools but when you go to purchase they say it means 2 in a box and price is for 1. Displays also say “grab and go”, however you can’t take anything unless they have it in the back.
