Salesman Keith Braswell @ Ashley Store in Pensacola was great to work with on our purchase of a new living room Sectional.
When we shopped here in September 2020, we made it clear that we were preparing to PCS to AZ. Yet, our salesperson pushed the protection plan on us, which we purchased. Along with a dining set, couch, and recliner; spending upwards of $3,000. We picked up our furniture still in boxes and had our LTL carrier deliver to AZ. Recently, I was approved for a warranty exchange on our dining table. Authorizing us to select a new table, however, because we moved out of the area, Guardian won’t honor it and Ashley’s corporate liaison for Guardian, won’t honor it. Their company values include integrity and a commitment to honesty. They acknowledge their employee’s unethical conduct, however, their actions stop there. This is one of two stores in the Pensacola area serving active duty military and their families, along with the Pensacola community. The fact that your store can acknowledge the lack of integrity and honesty, and do nothing to honor your agreement, is shameful. MILITARY BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE PROTECTION PLANS FOR YOUR FURNITURE IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF THE AREA. In fact, don’t shop here at all. Wait until you get to where you’re going so you can choose the plan that works for you and your family.

I have never been more uncomfortable in a shopping experience in my life, which might be a bit of an exaggeration considering all that’s going on in the world so let’s keep this in the context of in-store experiences. As easy as it is to shop online these days, even for things like furniture, I would expect an in-store experience to go above and beyond. In this case, we walked in as a family and were immediately greeted by someone. So far so good, totally expected. To make the story short though, we spent the next 25 minutes giving every nonverbal cue we could to indicate that we just wanted to have a little headspace to talk together and look around and decide the things we liked and didn’t like. The worker followed us around, interrupting our conversations, asking for personal information, and ignoring every hint we were trying to give. At one point, I even said that I wanted to have a little time to think and that I would let her know if we needed some help. Even my husband, who is generally more patient in situations like this, was all but ready to walk out within a few minutes. We really like Ashley historically. But I just don’t know that we could bring ourselves to go back in. Besides that, much of what was on the floor there was so different from what we see online. If you are VERY patient, or have a million questions that you want answered, or want a buddy to walk through a furniture store with, then this may be your place.

Susan was very helpful with my overdue selection of a new mattress. I came in thinking I wanted a medium pressure, and after trying a few brands and pressure levels, I found a plush Beautyrest Black Hybrid medium pressure that feels plush and conforms to my body. Perfect to relieve discomfort in my hip and lower back.
My dad had been looking everywhere for a specific color sectional. Keith was so much help finding the color and also a recliner to match. We went to several furniture stores and I will say Ashley’s furniture was the best experience.
I went into the store to purchase furniture on October 2nd. While speaking with Susan I was told it would be 7-10 days before the furniture would be delivered. I expressed how I might go elsewhere due to the time frame. She insisted everywhere else would take longer and assured me Ashley’s had the quickest delivery time in the area. She said we would receive a call approximately 3 days prior to set up delivery. I had not heard from them by day 8 so I emailed Susan. She has not responded at all!!! I called the number on the card and the young lady I spoke with said the items were not available (even though Susan also stated everything was in stock) and it would be at least 1 more week, possibly 2 before they had the items to even set up delivery. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! It is not necessary to lie to encourage people to purchase from your store. I was willing to pay more for the furniture at Ashley’s rather than shopping for cheaper because I was more concerned with delivery time than cost. As of now the furniture still has not been delivered and Susan still has not responded to my email.

I won’t be back at this store! Walked out on a purchase because they wanted to pull some shady rules that weren’t there. Don’t send me a 10 percent off coupon for my birthday if I can’t use it! It was either 12 months no interest . Or no coupon and I could do all the way up to 60 months if I wanted to! We decided on the 24 months. With 30 percent down. But as soon as that coupon came out which was valid all the terms switched up. Pissed me off . I’m done with Ashley’s! Hope 168 dollars was worth it!

David went above and beyond helping me and my family replace our couches and bed after they were destroyed in an overseas move! We had problems with the leasing option through one of the companies and David sat with me for almost an hour trying to figure it out. When it didn’t work he had me come in the next day and David and Jasmine were super quick and helpful in fixing the problem so I was approved for my furniture! I can’t recommend this location enough every employee I came in contact with was professional and genuinely wanted us to come out with a good experience.

Only for a head and foot board that we were told is in stock at the store but out of stock when we called. Every time we call they have no idea as to when it will be available.

Walked into Ashley Furniture today with a “since we’re here” attitude and I’m walking out having purchased a beautiful leather sectional! It’s really exactly what I was looking for and Keith, our salesman, was amazing. I knew what I was looking for but had not found it yet. Keith made the purchase process very easy. And delivery date is right around the corner. 🙌Thank you!! I want to change my review after having worked with Ashley for over a month now. We were told the delivery date was approx two weeks and it ended up being over a month. I had to make a payment on furniture I did not have. I think there could be some improvements made on the way this is handled. I do love our new sectional!

I walked in the door and was greeted warmly by Keith. He was very helpful as I was searching for a glass coffee table. We did not find what I needed, but I did find two pillows which I purchased. The area rug I wanted was sold out online but she was able to sell us the floor model for half of the listed price. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! It will literally start falling apart in the first year and they WILL NOT respond to you or do anything about it. We bought a living room set and within the first year it started cracking, peeling and falling apart. You will spend thousands of you hard earned money just to have to replace it a year later. This is not normal wear and tear but very poor LOW QUALITY product Ashley Furniture prides themselves on selling to their victims!

They had the 2 Purple pillows I needed asap in stock.
The reclining sofa and chair sank after a month of use. Feels like sitting on the frame. A piece that goes around the round wooden table doesn't meet. E I was told I had to return and get the same items or replace with another. I sat on EVERY couch in the showroom, looked at all online several times Came back a second time in a month or more, no new arrivals. Someone in the back office said they have had issues with this furniture. The only person that apologized for what happened was the salesperson. They also insist that you come to the same store with the same salesperson, not at my convince. They are fully aware that it is a 3 hour round trip and my Mother's health is declining. Expensive furniture that is cheaply made. This is a big-ticket purchase and I feel like Ashley's is holding me hostage.

To buy when simple small stuff you have to give away all your personal information. Name, address, phone number. I stopped at the phone number bit but I am sure social, mothers maiden name, favorite pets names and what school I went to were to follow. Will not be back. You also cannot be alone. Like North Korea you must have an attendant to guide and direct even if you don't want them too. Even after dismissing, she lingered and watched us as we browsed like a ravounus predator stalking their unwitting prey.

Ashley on Eglin Parkway Fort Walton Beach FL. Bought $14000 of furniture in Oct 22. Leather recliner is already showing signs of wear after only 10 months. Been going back and forth with Emily to get this problem fixed. Two areas arm and head rest are messed up and Emily has chosen to only fix the arm not the head rest. Worst warranty customer service there is. Will NEVER EVER SPEND another dime in an Ashley Furniture store.

LOVE THIS STORE! Especially Clifton he was so helpful, kind, respectful, patient and had great knowledge of the product he was selling. Took the time to go over different colors of wood you could choose from. Our first meet he introduced himself and told me a little about the store and let me go shop around without pressure then we put a book together on the items I wanted. We waited a couple of days for me to add to the list and really think about what I had already chose. When I went back he helped me change up a few things. We chatted as if we were friends which is inviting with today's world. I was able to take a few items with me and he helped tote them to my car. He worked on getting me the cheapest price he could. I had already been shopping other stores and couldn't find anything I liked until I went here. I bought living room, dining room and 3 bedroom suites. Made my shopping experience a pleasant one! I will return!

Shopping for a whole house is pretty stressful, but Susan Wright was very helpful in helping us pick out a table perfect for our space. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in helping us. We really appreciate Susan’s help and will ask for her every time we visit Ashley.
Do not purchase the protection package for stains and damage to your furniture. It is a horrible customer experience and from my own experience and extensive reviews from others your claim for damage will most likely get denied anyway. Ashley Furniture should be ashamed they offer this product to their customers. If the terms for coverage have to meet such a high standard for their definition of what is covered then the protection shouldn't cost $200+. It feels very deceptive when reviewing the plans fine print.
I had originally walked into the Ashley Outlet on Airport Blvd. They did not have what I was looking for. Shannon at that location was very helpful and referred me to Brett at the Ashley location on Creighton Rd. When I got over to that location and asked for him he came over right away and stated he would be a few minutes after he finishes up with another customer. Was not long and he was there to assist me. I never felt pressured into buying anything. Brett if anything went over and beyond his call of duty for a salesman. As I was looking up prices on Amazon and found rates that were cheaper that what Ashleys furniture had Brett stated no worries I can assist with that. I thought I was just about done and then I had another idea. We went looking for a recliner and from there I ended up looking at another totally different set.y husband and I was going back and forth. Brett never once made us feel like we were wasting his time. Once Brett figured that we were going on another direction he jumped on the band wagon with us and came along for the ride. With all that being said he also took time to speak with my 4 yr. Old grandson and took time with him while my husband and I were discussing which color we wanted. Sorry to make this a long story I just wanted to let you all know Brett is a very helpful sales representative and a good asset to your company. His main concern is the customer and if they will be happy with their purchase.

My partner and I came in here looking for a couch, and Sierra greeted us right away and was super patient with us. I bought a leather two seat recliner couch and matching chair last year it took about 3 months to get delivered. I have had issues with both pieces ever since I got them. Ashleys sent out a service person 3 times on the chair and is now saying they will not fix it or replace it. They fixed the arm of the couch once but the huge hole between the back and the seat of the couch is not replaceable either. The excuse I am getting is they are up to manufacturer specs. The don't tell you these thing when they take your money! I am not even asking for my money back but I do expect Ashley's to make this right by letting me pick furniture that is not built horrible! Pensacola FL. store manager is very helpful with the process but has to rely on the warranty office to give the authorization which is totally ridiculous that a manager can not help his customers!! I can not recommend Ashleys to any family or friends!

We had a great experience at this Ashley Store. We went looking to upgrade our current bed to a king size. Sierra greeted us when we walked in and showed us the floor plan of the store. She let us know of the multiple sales happening and let us wander to look at the all options. Sierra was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. She showed us all the mattresses and explained the differences between them to help us find the perfect one. We went to a different store to look for more options but came back and purchased a bed frame and mattress from Sierra. She made the process super easy and we felt excited leaving the store to get our new bed. Would definitely recommend!

If I could leave a lower review I would. Awful experience ordering online through the Pensacola location. I ordered on Feb 5th was told couch was being delivered on 2/8, so I took off today to wait only to call their customer service line (which was incredibly unhelpful) the lady on the other end said it’s not coming and she doesn’t know when. Like why wasn’t I contacted about this? I tried calling the local stores and like scam artists, NONE of the numbers for their store work. So I called the customer line back and the same lady said it might be 1-6 weeks after purchase date. No where in the email or when I bought it said that. Go somewhere more reliable. Pretty sure I just got scammed over $500.

Our sales experience was great. However, quality of furniture.. not so much. It was delivered this morning and everything looked fine. Upon further inspection, I noticed while putting our mattress protector on, there’s white spots all over our footboard. They will not come off. Also, there is a chip in my nightstand and another white spot. A chip in our dresser. A huge scratch on top of chest of drawers. Our house is new and now there are black scratch marks on our walls as well, assuming from the furniture hitting them.I figured spending 6k+ on a bedroom suit, I would not have these issues… hopefully I can get a new nightstand and footboard. Waiting to hear back. Very disappointed.

An okay selection but there aren't prices on every couch. They just keep saying "we will make you a special deal & there are coupons". Also, the one older lady was a walking cigarette. If you want to smoke, that's fine but as non-smokers, it was disgusting.

After reading many reviews across many different sites; we were apprehensive about using Ashley. We however had been searching for some time for a new sofa. We knew the features we wanted and had not found anything we felt was a fair deal. So we looked at Ashley and met quite possibly the best sales person we have encountered. Chris Daigle patiently listened to what we were looking for and showed us several sofas until we decided on one we liked for the price. Chris was friendly, not pushy, knew his inventory, and seemed to genuinely care that we had come into the store. The sale went smoothly. There was a slight hiccup in the unit delivered approximately 10 days later. A call to Ashley customer service concerning this was taken care of and a new unit was scheduled quickly. Again, a really easy and friendly conversation. Customer service was very easy to deal with and I think went out of their way to make up for the mistake. When I went back to the store just to let our salesman (Chris) know what happened; he already had all the details. He met me on the floor and before I could say much, he admitted it was actually his mistake, he had already spoken to management, and had a more than fair solution already approved. I was elated by the customer service and Chris's positive attitude and willingness to admit a mistake. I am old fashioned, I don't care how big or small of a mistake a person makes. If that person admits the mistake and has a solution ready, he/she has earned my respect and loyalty. We all make mistakes, it's how you handle that mistake that defines your character. I can't say enough good things about Chris and our experience with Ashley thus far.

We had been shopping for furniture all around town and honestly a lot of the sales associates were very annoying through the process, but once we met Keith in Ashley’s it was like we knew him for years. If I could give negative stars I would. From my sales person, Susan Wright who promised to give me weekly updates and failed to do so, to not being able to reach anyone in “Customer Service”, to being hung up on when I finally reached someone at “Customer Service” because the “customer service” agent wasn’t in the mood to deal with the problem, to the scheduling the appointment time i.e. them telling me when they would be here WITHOUT CHECKING WITH ME, the customer, even though that didn’t work for me, to the delivery people showing up and walking in my house without saying a word to me to finally, them putting a dent in my wall and refusing to speak to me about it and no one bothering to do anything but send me a coupon for my next purchase. Just buy your furniture somewhere else. I know I will from now on. And a coupon for a dissatisfied customer who you damaged their property it’s not a real good way to resolve the issue.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been lied to from the start about stock availability, delivery options estimated delivery times. I hope this place goes out of business soon and quits wasting peoples time and money.
Brett Sawyer was our salesman and while he seemed nice enough to work with at the time, I feel like he took advantage of us. He said we would save $100 by financing our purchase instead of paying all up front. So we agreed to do that and let him know, we were going to pay it all off when the first bill came. So why do I now have Ashley home store credit cards show up to my house? The word credit card was NEVER mentioned during the sale. If I knew I was signing up for a credit card, and not just financing my purchase through Wells Fargo I wouldn’t have agreed to it. Very shady, used car salesman vibes. We are a military family and we were there with 2 young, tired kids and trying to get things done as quick and easy as possible. And now we have hits on our credit and credit cards for a store we have very little chance of going to anytime in the near future.
Half of this is our fault for not reading the fine print but the salesman convinced us to get our table on credit to save a bit of money. A few days later, it turns out we enrolled in a credit card. When I buy a car, I get a line of credit for the car...not extra credit that I didn't want. If we would of known this, we would of paid for the table in cash.
Got a great deal on a sofa and loveseat. They were delivered much faster than I expected and did a great job.
I purchased furniture during the first week in May to furnish an entire home. The sectional I bought had manufacturing defects (poorly made) on half of it. Instead of replacing it they want to send their tech out. Tech can't come for 3 weeks! The next item delivered was a bedframe. It also had defects - cracked rails and other spots in the wood. This they ordered a new one as a replacement. No idea when it will come in. The mattress set I ordered won't be in for a month! A sleeper sofa I ordered is backordered until July. Ridiculous. Every item that HAS been delivered has had issues. The salesperson failed to mention delivery time frames or issues. Customer service is TERRIBLE. When you try to call the store, the phone rings to corporate and it is impossible to reach the store by phone. I have over 10 different Ashley numbers in my phone because they have offices all over and no one communicates with each other. Delivery was $699 and prices on furniture were not competitive at all. Save yourself stress and shop somewhere else! I will NEVER shop here again! Horrible defective products AND customer service despite spending 8K in their store!!

I've attempted twice in the last 5 months to get Ashley furniture to back up their extended warranty I purchased in good faith at the point of purchase and they have been sending me around in circles (my guess is to avoid the issues I have till the warranty expires).I purchased this couch in good faith believing that their quality of workmanship was superior to the previous couch we replaced that lasted over 10 yrs. This one from Ashley Furniture is just 2yrs old. I paid twice the price for less quality and to find out their warranty is worthless.My suggestion is to steer clear of Ashley furniture for any of your Home furnishes.
Our journey with the disaster you know as "Ashley Furniture"... We originally placed our order in October 2021. We moved into our new home November 2021. We originally got one part of our order a few weeks after we moved in. A few days before the delivery we were told our "mattress" and our "bed" came in. So we were under the impression that everything for the bed came in and that we would have a complete set. . We were not aware nor were we told that the bed would have items shipped separately and would not be ready at the same time until AFTER the first delivery. The only part of the bed set that came in was the headboard. Super helpful since you cant use the headboard until the rest of the bed set comes in. The 1st headboard came in damaged. It was warped and had several dings/chips in it. The delivery team reordered the headboard while they were there. To our surprise they also told us our couch also came in. We were happy and suprised but then we were told it was only one part of the couch. Again something we were not aware would ship separately. Since that first delivery we have had that same headboard delivered 3 times! THREE! Each one coming in damaged. Each time a different delivery team. They had to keep taking apart the frame to put the new/damaged headboard in. Which has now caused the frame to warp and now the drawers to not close flush under the bed. We haven't even used the storage under the bed in fear of messing up the frame even more and not wanting to compromise the integrity of the now warped bed frame. Not to mention the last two delivery teams made an absolute mess in our home. Leaving behind styrofoam and a busted pack of silica beads all over our bedroom and throughout our home. We absolutely did not appreciate still not having what we paid for but also having the frustration of cleaning up ashleys delivery teams mess each time they entered our home. You do not know frustration until you try to clean up a million silica beads off of your hard flooring. It was an absolute mess. Not to mention, we have dogs so we were upset that they left such a mess where our dogs could of gotten into it and gotten sick. We waited for the remainder of our order and each time something for the bed set came in damaged or not the correct piece. One of the drawers came in with significant damage to one of the corners. Again, the delivery team was in charge of re-ordering the damaged pieces. So now we are waiting on a new headboard and new drawer. The 3rd time the headboard came in, it was finally not damaged. But here we are with a warped bed frame and still have a damaged drawer front. The first 2 replacement drawers that came in were not only damaged but not even the correct drawer. We have worked with Clay from the store we purchased our items from. He was about as helpful as a papercut. He assured us things would be taken care of and he was the one who first assured us that the 2nd drawer was ordered correctly, but at last, we received the wrong one for the 2nd time. He never got back to us in a timely manner if he ever did at all. He is a poor excuse for a manager. Complete joke. We have been also dealing with Emily, "the service manager" and she has been the one in charge of ordering the damaged pieces. We are now in May 2022 and just received our 3rd replacement draw. It was actually the correct drawer, but this time is was damaged!! We spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Ashley's Furniture and still do not have what we paid for. We keep getting the run around and we feel like we are not being taken seriously. Especially since we spent serious money for brand new furniture and what we keep receiving is sub par items that are damaged. How can you charge a premium for your furniture and continue delivering mediocre & damaged garbage?! We are done waiting. We are done with the run around and we are DONE with Ashley Furniture. It is obvious that they do not care about their consumers and the integrity of their furniture. They do not care that we have been waiting SEVEN months and counting on what we paid so much money for. You can't blame covid forever. We are getting the items, they are just damaged. Did covid damage the furniture or is it that Ashley's just has sub par furniture and no pride in what the provide? Hmmm? This experience has left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will absolutely never use, buy or recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. Do better Ashley's Furniture, do better.

However, that doesn’t reflect my most recent visit looking for a Purple mattress. Dana was super helpful and she went into informative detail about the stock, pricing and the delivery options. I’ll definitely go see her the next time I go to Ashley’s for any mattress needs!

I've ordered bedroom furniture last August 2021. It is now March 2022. They told me it would be 8-12 weeks. Thought that was a little long, but agreed anyway. Almost 9 months later and I still don't have the complete set. My sales person was Marshall Coats. Decided to shop around, and low and behold I found them on Amazon for close to the same price at a 2 week delivery time.Buyer beware, they sell items they don't have or items that are out of stock. Which I think is illegal? When I ask for an update none of the customer service reps can give a straight answer. Just the same response. "our warehouse hasn't received it" not even a tracking number or anything. Not even when they expect it to ship or when the item is going to be back in stock. Nothing!! They don't care about the end customer, only getting your signature for purchase so they can get their commission.
My review is of the on line Ashley service. My husband and I made a large on line purchase last Nov/Dec 2021. All but 1 item has arrived, but that last item has been pushed back 5 times now. The money has been pending since the original purchase. Everytime we call to get the date of shipment (because we had it shipped to the house we were living in, and have since moved into our new house, the date of shipment has changed) it perpetually changes. This last time the rep told us the item is in stock but ours would not be shipped for another 3 weeks. We decided to cancel our order. I was put on 2 long holds and confirmed that the monies would be released and would drop off in 3-5 business days. (Mind you, I could go on line that day and order the same thing and it reads the item would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Possibly even earlier than my order that's been out there since Dec!!) So we waited the week for the monies to be released. Nope, still pending. I called and opted for the call back since I was caller 62 in line. Got the rep who informed me that the original rep neglected to follow through with the second part of the cancelation process and releasing the money back. Short story, table was canceled, but money was not released back. So I asked what happened. In the grand scheme of things, why I could not get the item in the first place. And she hung up on me!! Mental note, not worth having money tied up for items you may never get and horrible over all customer service. Try the store if you feel you must use Ashley's.

We purchased living room and bedroom furniture from store in Pensacola Fl. We also purchased the extended warranty who have a third party company Guardian Protection Products. This was a waste of money!! We had the furniture for only 6 months, stuffing was completely flat on the sofa. They sent someone from Ashley out because sofa was still under warranty. They restuffed sofa and was okay for about 8 months. Now it's under the extended warranty with Guardian. Gardian made us jump through hoops sending pictures, warranty paperwork and purchase receipt. Had to send numerous times then they rejected the claim saying it was not covered. I will not shop at Ashley's again because they do not stand behind their products which is proven by this third party company. Wish I could give zero rating ...so disappointed in this company.
My Wife and I had a very wonderful shopping and buying experience at Ashley Homestore. Our Sales representative Susan, was very helpful and personable. Susan listened to our needs and then led us to several items that fit our needs. After my Wife and I made our choice Susan was very polite and asked us questions we might not have considered in making our decision. We never felt pressured and the whole experience was stress free. When we have other furniture needs we definitely will go see Susan.

It has now been 20 weeks since we purchased a bedroom set from Ashley furniture in Pensacola FL. That same day we bought 2 bedroom sets from Rooms to Go, and have received both. As of today, 1/17/22, we still do not have the headboard to our set from Ashley. How can Ashley be number one when they can’t deliver furniture in a timely manner? And the whole Covid supply excuse really doesn’t hold water when other companies have made their deliveries. Add insult to injury, we have been making payments from month one, on furniture we don’t even have yet.
Worst delivery customer service I have ever dealt with. The material and furniture itself is hard to beat. But to get a status on your delivery and get someone on the phone who is knowledgeable is such a hassle. Ordered over 5 pieces of furniture. Half of these items gave a wrong delivery date so had to call and basically was told “ we can’t give a delivery date”. Also keeps charging my card for the full amount then subtracting it every 6 days until it’s delivered/shipped? NEVER heard of this. First and last time ordering anything from Ashley’s. I understand it’s Covid but for instance, Rooms to Go we had absolutely no issues. There was a delay but they were not giving us wrong dates like Ashley’s. Their reps are awful.

Don't buy from here if you want furniture!! I spent a lot of money in this store to furnish the house we just bought. We've been promised for months that it would be delivered soon. We've received some of our order, but not one of the most important pieces. We're still missing the rails to our bed and the headboard hits the wall every time one of us rolls over because Ashley can't make good on their promises. I would love to see those idiots try and sleep on it. I think they lied about it too. I don't see how an adjustable bed will work with this frame. Save your money and go somewhere else. Calls to them are worthless. I just get excuses and false promises.

We made a purchase around Christmas, decided not to wait the 4-16 weeks for delivery so requested a refund. Arthur is rude - made it seem like it was our fault, and stated that we had to contact the refund department. He certainly has zero interest in customer satisfaction. He could definitely use some training on how to talk to customers. Still can’t figure out why and how they can accept our payment there, but can’t refund it. He just said that’s how they do it there, and no one gets upset about it. I am shocked that anyone would be ok with working to get back money for something that was never delivered. We have called several times to get a refund and still no response from the refund department. Still no refund.
I wish I could give 0 stars. We purchased a mattress here, that was never delivered. Decided to get a refund, and was told we have to go through a refund department. We went into the store to figure out why and Arthur stated that’s how they do things. They can take out money, but not give it back. He had a very poor attitude and gave the impression that it was our problem. He really did not care. At one point he stated that he was sorry I felt that way about Ashley’s refund department. We just want a refund not a run around. Why do we need to talk to so many people to get a refund? I will never purchase or recommend anyone to ever do business with them based upon this situation….. to make matters worse he had also stated that the delivery was scheduled to made 4-16 weeks from purchase. 4-16 is a huge window, could’ve just said within 6 months. Had we known this then we would not have given them our money. After contacting the Refund Department last week, still have not received a refund! Was called and told they will have to call back between 9-5 EST…, the burden to get our money back should not be to this degree of difficulty. Do NOT shop here.

This is the first time I have ever done business with Ashley furniture and it has been the absolute most disappointing experi nce I have ev r had buying furniture. First the couch set I wasn't was not on their sales floor so I had no way of seeing it or sitting on it in person. Ok went ahead and purchased it any ways because I really liked the set. I got a notification that they could deliver a portion of my order early and I was ecstatic! Only to be disappointing once again Bc the piece they delivered was not the piece I ordered. So they left the couch I didn’t order here and said they would bring me the right piece once they got it in. I was upset but I was patient. Now today I finally get the right couch and come to find out it’s not put together correctly. The piece that the leg goes into was not put into the couch. This is absolutely unexpected. And the disappointing this is I wanted to purchase other furniture and now I don’t want to Bc I don’t want to deal with the aggravation
I bought a mattress last week. I was going to order it online which assured delivery on the following Saturday. I went by this Ashley to get my account number. They asked what I was ordering and said they could order it for me. Against my better judgement I agreed. There was a gentleman who had followed me over that looked like he may need this modest sale. So he writes me up. Took forever. Had to remind them of the free delivery to get the price matched. After asking several times I was told each time it would be here before Christmas. I finally left with my receipt.After receiving no delivery communication or the delivery I contacted the website IM. They are not affiliated with this location. Gave me the local number. Got put on hold forever even with a zero minute wait time. So I went up there. I told the Manager the situation. He found the order and said there was no way it would be here for Christmas. So my money was refunded. That's it. I got an I'm sorry. This wouldn't bother me so bad if they wouldn't have meddled in the order anyway. Now I'm scrambling to replace this item. Doubt I will purchase from them again. I just feel like something could have been done. I would have paid a couple more bucks for a different model. Not even suggested by them. I guess I should be happy with my money back. Pretty disappointed overall. So much for customer retention.

Bought furniture in July with promised delivery for 3 months. First dresser delivered was damaged. That was replaced with second delivery of most items. Statement shows we have been charged a second time. Called store and was refused access to management as they "were with customers". Clear buying customer is more important than service after sale. Four and half months later as we have no rails. BUYER BEWARE... As time went on... Chest was also defective and replaced with another damaged one. Five repair visits including one to repair bed which had only been attached on one side and store Mgr. visit to clarify need for replacement. Final delivery 7 mo. later. Requested $400 delivery fee for having 2 new pieces and 3 repaired. Was told best they could do was $200 gift card requiring more potential more defective merchandise. I have been furniture shopping multiple stores over the past month. My visit to this store was pretty rough. We told the guy we greeted at the store we were browsing, and we knew what we were looking for. He constantly butted in while we were talking to each other, and followed us around staring at us. It felt pretty uncomfortable. I understand it is his job as a salesman. But, no other furniture stores made us feel that uncomfortable. They had a great selection. However, the customer service was pretty lacking.

Do not purchase from Ashley Furniture! Took half a year to get all furniture that came in 3 different deliveries. 2 of 3 deliveries they left damaged furniture. When you call they tell you someone will call you back within 24/48 hours then AFTER 48 hours you just get a text saying a technician will contact you soon. Customer service is a JOKE! Paid for install, came home and the bed which is the only thing they had to put together, was put together wrong! We had to take apart and put together correctly for the side rails to even go into the footboard. I would highly suggest using a mom pop furniture store as they have inventory on hand and can deliver next day!
Highly recommend the Pensacola, FL show room. They were a lot of help especially with me being out of town working in south Florida. Let my fiancé go in and pick out and they did everything with me by phone to finish up the purchasing process. Jon in this store is also highly recommended and their customer service was great as well!!

TV stand took so long to be delivered. I was assured that all furniture that is purchased will be delivered 4-12 weeks. It has been 16 weeks and still they don’t know the time frame when it will be delivered. Rest of the furniture was delivered on time. But in different times. Also, at one point when they delivered part of the furniture, the carrier didn’t even want to put the furniture together and were very rude to my parents. When I paid first hand to get the furniture to be put together. If I knew it would’ve taken this long, I would have got the other furniture somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!!!!. They will promise you that it will be delivered on time but that is truly not the case

Delivery took longer than expected, however the gentlemen that delivered my furniture were so fast, efficient and professional. They carried a large sofa upstairs and made it look so easy! They were pleasant and wasted no time getting everything set up. I was very impressed with them and would recommend Ashley Furniture based on my interaction with them.
The only good thing about this place is the quality. They have one of the worst delivery services I've ever seen a company have. The first time we ordered stuff they called us and let us know the delivery is on its way. We called back because they hadn't arrived and they explained that there was some sort of delay and had to change it to the next Tuesday. Tuesday rolled by, and we called because they still hadn't delivered and they told us that the stuff wasn't being delivered, it was STILL IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. AND WE HAD TO WAIT A FEW MORE WEEKS. Today our other order was supposed to arrive, we're not always home so we took the day off FOR THE DELIVERY. 7:30 rolls by, we called them at least 3 times with no answer, they finally called back and told us they had the number WRONG. The lady who helped us is one of the worst Ashley's employees I've ever seen. She wrote our last name wrong and instead of putting the 850 which is the OBVIOUS FLORIDA FIRST NUMBERS, she put 859 therefore when we called they told us they called AN 859 instead. SO WE WASTED A WHOLE DAY THAT WE COULDN'T WASTE FOR THE DELIVERY. NOW THEY HAVE TO COME BACK ON A WEDNESDAY, A DAY WE'RE EXTREMELY BUSY AND CAN'T TAKE THE DAY OFF. ASHLEY'S, YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS FOR THIS.
The store and reps are great until they have your money and tell you that your furniture will be delivered in 8 weeks. 4 months later still don't have the furniture and is a nightmare to get through to customer service via phone or web. Only decent customer service is driving to the actual store because the assume you are there to shop and not ask for a refund. Then we asked for a refund because we were fed up with waiting ( of course the 4 month delay was due to 'covid'). The store manager can't give a refund without sending it out for approval 🙄 Apparently, we are to hear back within 24 hours,( not holding my breath) keep y'all posted on how this turns out. Good luck trying to get anything done via the phone or online chat, the phone system hangs up on you, the call back feature doesn't ever call you back and the vitual assistance do nothing but bounce you from rep to rep and ask you the same questions over and over. Overall terrible experience and would not ever shop here again. Gonna stick to Alyssa's and Lazy Boy furniture stores.

When we ordered our furniture and mattress we were told 4-12 weeks. It’s been past the 12 week mark and every time I call them, they tell me they’ll call me back tomorrow but never do! 3-times this has happened. My bed was delivered with incomplete parts so they couldn’t put it together. They mailed me the parts for their tech to put together and they still didn’t send everything. The tech is helpful but I’m gonna have an assembled bed with no mattress. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and am in need of that mattress ASAP! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. **UPDATE: It was the assistant manager who said was going to call me and never did. When I went to cancel my order and return the mattress protector, he was short and at one point raised his voice at me for the question I asked. **

Customer service at the store was great. The issue is that they said I would have my items delivered in 4 weeks. 4 months later and my order is still in limbo. Customer service, over the phone, has no clue on when my items will come in. All they keep saying is it "should" be in 6 to 12 weeks. I understand that the COVID times can make things difficult, but this is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
Five months later and I still don't have all of my couch! Let me start off by saying I fully understand the extended fulfilment times due to COVID. My issue is with the poor quality of customer service and handling of my order. I ordered a reclining sectional back at the end of January that put me out about 6000 dollars. I was told my order would take about four weeks which was great. The seats for my couch came in about two weeks and the arms that have the power reclining function for the couch were set to be delivered the next week after. Thinking I was going to have all of my items delivered, I sold my old couch. When it was time for the arms to be delivered, I took off of work, and no one showed up. Later that day I got a text saying that the arms were delayed and that they were "keeping an eye on my order". Well, it's June now and I still don't have my arms. I have a few seat cushions just sitting there in my living room without the $6000 functionality I paid for (I can't recline the couch without the arms). I have called the store, customer service, and everyone else I can think of. NO ONE can tell me when these arms are going to be delivered or what the status is. It's absolutely ridiculous to be kept waiting this long!!! I would have much less of an issue if for one, everything was delivered at the same time and I could have just kept my old couch until the new one arrived. I would also be less irritated if there was some sort of tracking or new estimated delivery date for my order. I don't understand how I can go from having a delivery date for everything to NO ONE being able to tell me where the rest of my couch is!! I'm just stuck waiting here until they decide to deliver it. At this point every time I receive a text that says "we are looking out for your order" it's like a slap in the face. The rest of the couch is going to be worn compared to the arms when I get them and it's going to look terrible! There has been no discount, no "sorry for the inconvenience", nothing. I normally love Ashley Furniture, but this is ridiculous. I will definitely never order from here again based off of this experience. Good luck to those who do!

Ashley HomeStore has terrible customer service! None of the customer service reps could answer questions, thus they were of no help at all. How Ashley HomeStore can have people representing them who read from a script is surprising. There website does not allow you to select a date for delivery, some system does that. As that system picks dates that make Ashley HomeStore’s life easier, not the customer. They can’t adjust delivery date but tells the customer to contact the shipper to make arrangements. Why should a customer have to fix what Ashley HomeStore initiated? As a result I cancelled my 2700 dollar order! The worst customer service ever! Do not waste your time and money with Ashley HomeStore, I received better customer service from Afghan shopkeepers in Kabul when I work there! If this would let me post without giving any starts I would have. NO STARS FOR ASHLEY HOMESTORE!!!!

Ashley furniture has ruined my motherhood experience! I was 32 weeks pregnant when I ordered my recliner/rocking chair and they told me it would take 4-10 weeks to come in. It has been almost 15 weeks since I ordered it and they have NO eta on when it will come in. My baby is now 7.5 weeks old and I still have yet to rock him in the rocking chair I was promised would be here weeks ago. I’m disappointed and still waiting! DO BETTER Ashley Furniture!
We have had nothing but problems with Ashley Homestore Pensacola. We were very excited to order a new living room suit and dining room table and chairs the week of Thanksgiving 2020. However, it has been a nightmare! We didn’t receive our entire order until March 25th 2021. When it finally came the delivery driver let it fall out of the truck which caused the reclining mechanism to break in the couch and a whole in the leather of the chair. So we contact the local store who makes an appointment for a service guy to come (more waiting). Then the service guys doesn’t have the items needed to make the repairs and has to order them (more waiting). Once the items to fix everything arrive, we have to wait for the service guy to come back out. Then I get my bill. It was supposed to be $185/month since it was 60 months zero interest. Well, the bill says $315.66/ month. BIG difference! I call the bank and 45 minutes later they say it is a merchant problem that the store charged my account wrong and it’ll take Two billing cycles to get resolved and I AM RESPONSIBLE to pay the higher amount until it’s fixed or I will get a late fee. Are you serious???!!!So I call the store and their ridiculous phone system transfers me to a call center in Georgia. I finally get to the actual store in Pensacola and of course the store manager isn’t in but the assistant manager is. So I explain the situation and all she does is get my phone number so she can look into it and call me back. RIDICULOUS! I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company! Go anywhere else!

My furniture has literally been broken since the day it was delivered. I’ve had it for six months and I cannot even get a return call from this store to correct these issues. Next step small claims court. Buyers beware!

Blake is awesome at what he does! Had to return to the store a few different occasions, each time He was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the mattresses and their different features. Ended up with the perfect mattress at the perfect price! Referring all our friends to Blake at Ashley on 9th ave🙂

Do not waste your time or money here. I ordered 4 months ago and have received a few of the items I ordered but am still waiting m for the most important part, the bed. If I’d known before purchasing that they apparently do this to most people (see their other reviews) I would have gone elsewhere. I deeply regret purchasing here.

no problem posting my Pensacola Ashleys Review now went to many Furniture stores for a bedroom set. Rooms to go could deliver in 1 to 2 weeks. Ashelys told many customers did that and waited longer . well 9 weeks no Bedroom set from Ashleys and many customers reviews from this store say waited long time and half stuff came or damaged. So do I get money back go somewhere else wasting my time I already invested or do I wait 3 more weeks and it could work out well or not? 🙄 not happy it has been 9 weeks.

Ashley’s has lovely furnishings that are a great scale for larger spaces. We purchased our living room from them back in March and had no issues at all. In July we purchased a dining room set and that’s where the good service ended. It took Ashley’s weeks to make the first delivery of our dining room. They delivered our table and only 2 chairs! Months went by with no one contacting me as to when the rest of my chairs would come in. Finally at the END of October they have delivered 5 more of my chairs... I ordered 8 chairs total! I’m still missing one. They won’t be delivering it until November 2nd. Now I know covid has made deliver times longer and mistakes happen but this is nearly comical at this point. Had I known I’d spend 4 months waiting for my dining room to be complete I would not have purchased it. Their delivery people are always nice and friendly so no complaints there. I am just frustrated at the fact that it’s taken 4 months and 3 separate deliveries to get my room.

I have purchased an entire living room and dining room from this location. The people in the store are very nice and the same can be said about their delivery and repair people. However, I purchased a dining room in July and they are unable to deliver chairs until late September and that is utterly unacceptable. They need to do something about not having products to customers within a timely manner. If I hadn’t had such kid delivery/repair experiences I would be giving them 1 star. I will not be spending anymore money at this or any Ashley’s again.

The friendly team at the Pensacola store were very patient and helpful, as we changed our minds mid buying process. They were engaging, offered some advice, and made us feel confident that we were making good decisions, and that our styling choices made sense...and would look great when they arrived. The delivery team was great too. They were in and out quickly, and yet the process didn't feel impersonal or rushed.
Just rude & obviously don’t want my business. Not one person spoke to us the entire time (15 minutes) we were in there. One lady totally & blatantly avoided us 3 times.

We came to Ashley Furniture expecting to look around and then go somewhere else. Their associate, Dana was absolutely fantastic She listened to our comments and guided us through the displays not wasting our time on items we're not interested. She stuck right with us at every decision tree. She presented the pros and cons of each piece of furniture. When all was said and done. We furnished 3 bedrooms complete, living and dining room and finished off the mattress for our master bedroom. Quality was excellent and the customer support was beyond our expectations. As we begin to accessorize, we'll be seeking Dana again. Job well done

We love working with Keith Braswell at Ashley. We don't buy furniture if he's not working- we will wait until his next day at the store. Keith has been very patient with us and he allows us the space we need to make decisions without feeling pressured. We are building a new home and Keith has helped us pick out new furniture for almost every room.
We paid in full for our sectional June 3 at the store. We were told that there would be delay in delivery because of COVID and it would be delivered July 16. Three parts of the couch were delivered end of July, but the end section chase lounge, that holds the couch together, has been delayed for the 4th time. The sectional looks horrible and embarrassing in our new home without the end section the cushions will not stay on the couch.

Botched delivery on multiple fronts. Also, the 'discount' we received as part of a deal they have with our employer, was not a discount. I went online and found the same bed for the same price ordering it from their website. That's not good business. Wound up canceling our order because the delivery truck showed up without the mattress to the bed. They also didn't have the screws needed to put the bed together. I can say that they refunded my money same day and it was not an issue. For that reason I'd consider giving them another shot - but only with something I can purchase and carry home in my own vehicle same day.

Nice product. Salesman Brent, didn't have the time of day for our sale, told us there were other people to help instead of us. We were about to go elsewhere when a very nice woman came to us and we purchased what we wanted from her. I have doubts about going back with there customer service.
We received a box a couple of weeks ago (months after ordering and my original shipment date was for April. So I have already been waiting an extremely long time for this bed.) We went to put the bed together and The box we received only has the headboard. Not the rest of the bed. So you charged me for the entire thing, but only sent part of it? MONTHS after the date I was originally set to receive it? I ordered a mattress and a bed at the exact same time. No where on my original order did it say my bed was on backorder and it had an April shipment date (I have the original emails if you would like them). I received the mattress months ago and it has been sitting in my living room while we wait on the bed because it's a different size than our old bed. Our old bed that just got carted off and sold a few hours ago. Ya know, becuase we thought we'd be putting together our whole bed today. Instead my BRAND NEW mattress is on the floor becuase y'all only sent half of the bed I paid for. This needs to be fixed. I spend over 800 on a new bed and mattress and I now have to put my mattress on the floor due to company error? and I've tried reaching out his phone, email, online, etc etc etc with zero luck. absolutely ridicul
Horrible. Double charged me. Sent me an extra set of chairs and then told me if damaged or stolen before ups can pick them up I have to pay for them and wanted me to store them in my house from Thursday till next Tuesday. Called and left 10 messages still no call back. I am pissed over rated and I wanna actually have them come and get the furniture take it back and go to raymour n Flanagan or bobs. They have way better service and customer service as well!!! Also I spoke to a manager who was rude last week when the initial order was placed. As I have said problems from the moment I placed the order over 2 weeks ago.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this company! I will never shop with them again! I purchased a bed for my daughter in April! The bed was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks after my purchase. The day before the bed is supposed to arrive I receive a call explaining that the bed came in damaged and that they would not be delivering the bed to me and that they would reach out to me to reschedule. The following morning (the day of original delivery) I receive a call from delivery men who tell me they are dropping something off. They arrive at my house and drop off the under storage part of a bed that I haven’t even received nor do I know when it will arrive! (This storage is useless without the bed.) I did not receive a phone call that day at all To explain to me why half of the items arrived that I paid for. The following day I receive a call from the same representative who originally called me who explained once again my bed is damaged and that they were NOT supposed to drop off the storage part of this bed and she had contacted them not to. At this point the bed that came in damaged is out of stock and they do not know if my bed will be back in stock but ensure that it will be here on June 30th. This bed was ordered APRIL 22ND!!!! My child has went without a bed for 2 months!!!! I explained my frustrations with this rep and she offered me a $25 gift card..my child not having a bed for 2 ENTIRE MONTHS is worth more than $25 coupon I have to spend within their store!!! I am upset and do not understand why my money has been withdrawn from my account but I do not have a bed yet! The lady eventually offers me with what she could do AT MOST was $75...which is still unacceptable!!! I ask to speak to a manager and she says she is the highest she can go up to speak to in order to fix this problem! I never receive $75 off the order despite her promising it! My child deserves to have a bed in her room. This entire storage set is beautifully crafted and it’s a shame that this entire experience has been so miserable to the point I would rather shop with a more expensive competitor in order to have a better customer service experience! At this point I will take an entirely different bed for a discount and a different bed! This has become ridiculous! It’s been well over a month since I spoke to the rep about this and no one from the company has reached out! I have never been one to complain but this was just the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It is now yet ANOTHER week before the bed is supposed to arrive and I am being told it is going to be YET ANOTHER WEEK. I’ve tried to call customer service and I either get sent to leave a message. I can’t even speak to anyone. I’ve even reached out to try to return the item and get my money back and phone call disconnects after sitting on hold for 25 minutes. MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS BEEN WITHOUT A BED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Who has not once tried to reach out to fix this problem they have created or offer me compensation OR A BED FOR MY CHILD. Spend the money and shop with someone who values your money! On April 1st, I placed an order for a sectional couch. My delivery date was to be May 12th. That date was cancelled & rescheduled for the following Friday. On that day, I only received HALF of the sectional. Since then, they have cancelled & rescheduled the delivery date for the other half of the couch THREE different times. This week they called to cancel & is now saying it won’t be delivered until the 3rd week in July. I could understand this unfortunate situation with everything going on in the world if it was the whole couch needing to be delivered, but they already delivered HALF of the sectional. Upon hearing I was getting rescheduled again, I decided to cancel my entire order & get a refund. Very disappointed & dissatisfied.

The Man Who Was Completing The Delivery Offers to "Fix" It If I have Paint....Really...Like I Managed To Move A WHOLE Sectional Out Without One Scratch... 2. They Deliver A Lovely Wood Cabinet Piece That Apparently Was Put Together In The Dark Because One Doors is At LEAST A Half Inch Off. The Delivery Driver Attempts To "Repair" It But States There is No Time....So They Order A New Door To Be Delivered, and Say Someone Will Call To Schedule The Repair...THIS Was In MARCH! Still No Repair...I've Attempted To Call And There Has Been No Follow Through At All...This Is The Worst Because I Have Actually Been Paying For A Piece They Delivered To Me DEFECTIVE...And Now Can't Return It Or Exchange...Every-time I Call To See When The Miraculous Scheduler Will Call...They Blame It On COVID...But They Have Had No Problem Getting The Other Delivery's Scheduled To Me...Except The Chair... 3. I Ordered A Pretty Good Amount Of Furniture One Of Which Was The Kleemore Accent Chair In Yellow...At The Store I Was Told The Delivery For This Chair Is Late May...We Are Now In Late June....They Have Provided No Status, No Alternative, No Hey Do You Even Want It...No Call Or Email...Nothing. This is our first furniture shopping experience and it has NOT been good. We purchased a sectional couch and a dinning room table set the beginning of May. Our delivery was set for may 26 and a week before that date we received a call saying our couch is on back order and we won&'t be getting it that date but could get the table set still. I was pretty upset considering we had spent 4,200 on this furniture and was &"guaranteed&" a delivery date. We had paid extra to have everything delivered and set up. I had asked the warehouse customer service if there was any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and her reply was &"we can send you a $100 in store coupon AFTER all your furniture gets delivered&" (guess we will shop for the rest of our furniture elsewhere) Although I was upset about the couch being pushed back, I wanted the table ASAP so we agreed to have it delivered. WELL, it just got delivered. DAMAGED and without proper base plate to set it up. Once again, so disappointed. So now we have no table and no couch... yet 4,200 out of our bank account for furniture that will arrive &"sometime soon&"
I gave them a 2 because the sales person was very nice and helpful but we ordered our sectional over a month ago and wasnt told it was on back order it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow got a phone message it was on back order so we wouldn't get it for 3 more weeks. I paid 200 for delivery I expect it to be delivered on time. I love ashley furniture but they need to offer you a discount or partial refund on delivery if they keep changing delivery date. I hope it comes in looking ok we shall see.
Have been trying to contact anyone for days. Our chair was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The money came out of our bank account, when we placed the order, but no confirmation email, no call backs, no answers to our calls. I am starting to think this is a scam company. Who takes someone's money, doesn't deliver on time, and doesn't respond to calls, or update you that the delivery is late? We placed the order over a week ago now and thought it was weird we didn't get an email, and that is how long we have been trying to get in touch with someone.
Sales lady was wonderful but I had trouble getting the store to return my calls. The delivery men were so kind and professional I love Ashley’s furniture and would shop there again just don’t call them if you need help.
Don't get me wrong, Ashley has a lot of great furniture and choices...just DO NOT listen to the speel about extended warranties, read the fine print yourself before you sign and pay for it! We purchased high end easy chairs warranties that we were told would cover any I issues...until one of the charging stations stopped working. Does not cover it! Misrepresentation.

If anyone is purchasing furniture from Ashley Homestore in Pensacola M4 and they offer you a ℙ𝕣𝕠𝕥𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 plan through Guardians ℙ𝕣𝕠𝕥𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 Products. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR IT. I paid 350 extra for a 5 year amazing plan for it my bed (purchased in 2016) it was supposed to basically cover anything that happened to bedroom suite. I sat on my bed and the slats broke causing my side rails to break/rip when the bed came tumbling down. It was covered under accidental coverage. HOWEVER, since I was sitting on it I was using the furniture therefore it will not be covered. What’s the point in a plan that doesn’t fully cover what it’s purchased for. This already is a tough time and now I have to purchase a new bed set.

Ashley furniture as a whole does a poor job of supporting their brand. Zero emphasis on clients experience or on doing what is &"right&". Was supposed to be delivered and set up but due to &"error&" somewhere it was just delivered. Product was delivered damaged and I&'ve been calling for 4 days trying to get someone to even take the call at their call center. Store managers have zero ability to support their sales or clients after the sale.
Trust me you do not won’t to spend your money here. Take my personal advice go elsewhere. The customer service is bad. If they make a mistake they will not make it right.

We have always had great experiences and quality products from Ashley&'s. Today was no different. We were met at the door by Brett Sawyer, who took care of what we needed. He didn&'t hover and let us shop. When we needed him he was excellent. He was patient, Especially, when the wife kept changing her mind. He made constructive suggestion while not being pushy. Great personality. The store is clean and nice, they have a good selection of merchandise.UPDATE: Unfortunately my opinion on this Ashley&'s HomeStore is quickly evolving. In a negative way. My view on my In store experience has not changed, however, since our visit, Ashley&'s has failed to meet my expectations. Delivery of my purchase has been a nightmare. We were told there would be two deliveries on Jan 17th and one Jan 24. On Jan 17 we received our dining table minus 1 chair, a rug, and a TV cabinet missing a shelf. We were told by customer service the chair would be brought on the 24th and the shelf would be sent through UPS. The Chair and a half that was expected was on back order they said. The shelf arrived about a week later by UPS but was the wrong shelf. We were then notified by Ashley that our Jan 24 delivery was being moved to Feb 3. They informed us the couch was available and we requested the couch be delivered on Jan 24th as originally scheduled since we have been sitting on beach chairs since Dec 13. They agreed, but two days later called and stated the couch was no longer available and would be brought to us Feb 3 with all the other furniture. On Jan 30 we received a call from Ashley&'s saying our order would now be delivered on Feb 11 because nothing was available. Very frustrated with Ashley&'s right now. I would change to NOT RECOMMEND this store. Oh, and we still haven&'t gotten the replacement shelf from UPS or any update when we might see it.
I liked how Keith approached us and offered to help but stayed in the background when we were looking at the different items. I hate pushy sales people, and he was definitely anything but that. He was there when we had questions and when we were ready to place our order yet was not intrusive while we were shopping.The delivery gentlemen were professional, quick, and got the job completed in a timely manner.The day we purchased the furniture, we had already been to four other furniture stores. The sales people in the first two were so pushy, the sales people in the third store acted like they could care less if we were there. When we got to Ashley Furniture, Keith greeted us then gave us our space. 50% of the reason we purchased furniture that day was because of Mark's professionalism especially because we were initially simply window shopping.

Tim at Ashley Furniture is the man to see! He helped me and my partner for 2-3 hours while we toured the store numerous times. We tested nearly every mattress and decided between three bedroom suites. We had one specific couch picked out online. Once we located it in store, Tim made us aware of the fact it was on clearance and bundled with a huge rug, two end tables, coffee table AND two lamps! We couldn’t pass up that deal! Also, Donna, Alayna and John made our experience worthwhile! We left the store thrilled and thankful after purchasing everything mentioned above. This is my second experience with this company. Not sure I’ll ever shop differently!

Went to several stores and shopped online for a new King-sized bed, mattress and base. Most retailers did an OK job, but we got sold at Ashley. We probably burned half of Brittany&'s day sampling everything they had to offer. Eventually settled on one more than I had planned... but it was a perfect set. Then, when it was delivered, we eventually discovered that the top-of-line base doesn&'t fit a standard king bed - the the base is too wide for the side rails. We went back and forth with Ashley...even having an &"engineer&" come out to see what could be done. Their final answer was that we would have to select either a different base or different bed. One problem: we liked them both.Short story long, I purchased bare boards myself and brackets. Made side rails that would fit. That way we got the bed/base/mattress set we LOVE and it fits.... and a $200 statement credit for our trouble.Best part of all was the continued support of Brittany and the CSRs at Ashley Home Store.One side note: Read the fine print on their extended warranty they push - specifically the exclusions. I&'m not convinced that it is worth it. Your call.

My wife and I just bought the perfect couch at a price I legitimately could not believe. Props to Brett for being so helpful and patient with us, it was much appreciated. The only point of tension I have with my experience at Ashley’s was the rep who worked in billing and took care of our payment, Donna. I was surprise with how rude she was towards my wife and I, and with Brett as well. Not only did she barely look up from her desk the whole time we were there, acting very apathetic towards us, but she began exchanging very hostile words towards Brett that were entirely unwarranted and unprofessional, right in front of us. Despite this, we’re very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend going to Ashley’s for any furniture you may need, as long as you can stand the rude behavior in billing.
The Pensacola store associates deserve 5 stars. However the distribution in Loxley AL deserve 0 stars. We ordered our couch/ table set and had to wait 3 weeks to get it which was perfectly fine. Our delivery day finally came and the delivery driver did not call before he came as the email stated they would (or come in the quoted window) and of course he came by when we were picking up a Togo order 5 minutes from home. We called and were told he would come right back to us as he was only at the next stop, 2 hours later after no one came I called back and he decided to head back to Loxley AL and ignore all calls from the store telling him to go back. We were told regardless that they're supposed to come back to any houses that didnt get their furniture but this guy just didnt, so he was going to be sent right back to Pensacola to deliver since he made the errors. He decided to quit his job instead. Our delivery was scheduled for a Saturday so we ended up having to wait until Tuesday (monday was a holiday) before we got our couch and were told wed be the FIRST stop of the day. WRONG AGAIN. We were completely forgotten about, our delivery drivers told us they weren't told they had to deliver and that they were in our area all day but once the got back to Loxley they made them come back out with our couch. Then when we get our couch, it was missing the hook to keep the couch and lounge together as it was a sectional!! We were told the hook would be overnighted, we didnt get the hook for 3 weeks. I will never recommend anyone to ashley furniture due to this massive mess of an experience.

Was told to delay my delivery date and now finding out they want to only deliver a ottoman after ordering a sectional with two end tables. The other pieces will be delivered after a few weeks.

The lady that helped us was supposedly new. But yet the two people she went to for help didn't know much more. We were shopping for a new bed and the one we liked was 1999.00 and had a sticker on it for up to 999. Off. If you read the fine print it didn't go to that set. It went to a similar set. When she asked if we were going to finance and we said no she was no longer as friendly.. we went somewhere else.
Great people, all the employees were very helpful and the store was kept clean. The selection was huge and they had properly displayed the furniture. I will say however, that the prices are a bit high, and having said that, the Ashley line of furniture was rightly expensive and of good quality. However the other brands offered could be found cheaper elsewhere.
Saturday, my husband and I visited the Pensacola location on the suggestion of someone my husband recently met. We were in the market for a bedroom suite and were met by a kind salesman at the door. My husband has a service dog, a miniature Schnauzer, who is CLEARLY marked. She was well behaved as she is trained to be. The salesman told us about his schnauzers and even shared a picture with me. He told us there were bedroom sets all throughout the store and some items were on sale but not marked. He didn't follow us but stayed nearby in case we had some questions. He was very helpful to give us the prices for the sets we expressed interest in. My husband was walking a few feet ahead of me as we continued to look throughout the store. I noticed 2 female employees come up behind/beside us and one said, "ma'am pets are not allowed in our store." I replied "she is not a pet. She is a service animal." I was not offended at her comment as that happens sometimes EVEN THOUGH she is CLEARLY marked. She is not a breed most people associate with being a service animal, but she is a service animal and perfectly meets the disabilities my husband has. The woman then said "So I guess we don't have to worry about any children running around." I didn't even respond as her comment didn't make a bit of sense. We didn't have any children with us and there was nobody running around with my husband's dog. I have no idea why she thought that comment was an appropriate response, but it was rude and unnecessary! AND there was no apology for her oversight or her rude comment. She offended me when she offended my husband and his highly educated service animal who has been a life saver for my husband and allows him to function as normal as possible! We soon left the store while she and the other woman conversed and stared at us. We took our business elsewhere and Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pensacola will not be in our consideration for any furniture purchases as we continue to remodel our home!

Our experience at Ashley's home store with Jim Sims was awesome. He's very professional and helping us pick out a couch and loveseat end tables and lamps and a brand new bed. Yes we needed all this stuff.
I ordered bedroom furniture 3 weeks ago. With a scheduled delivery for today by 4:30 then it was 6:30. Then it was 8:30 pm. To make it worse the salesperson made the sale from me over the phone. I called her paid over the phone because I knew what I wanted. Then they charged me 140. 00 for the delivery That has not made it yet. I took a full day off work for this and drove 4 hours to be here. I will never buy any thing again from them Never. . . . . I will post this to Facebook's page so at least everyone knows Let me be clear I not it local to be sure it would be delivered on time That would be the Pensacola store Why wasn't I first on the delivery today I paid 3 weeks ago I advise people do not buy from them I will never again

Tina was a terrible sales assosicate. I had to repeat my self multiple times and she badgered us about buying items multiple times. Then she told us "we really should have started looking sooner" when we told her that we just started searching today. She was rude in other ways as well. I had to walk away at one point in our conversation. In general others on the phone that we spoke with were kind of not so nice either. They had a few decent items I like but It seems I will have to shop at other locations.

So we go to Ashley bc let’s face they do have wonderful furniture and the sales lady very nice but it took our whole afternoon when we bought a whole house worth of furniture, then when we get calls about deliveries stuff was left off right and left, then they broke our order up again, then 3 days before our order to be delivered 2 months after order they say it’s delayed again with even a for sure delivery date!! Also with our first delivery my fiancé was waiting all day long at home when we had plans to go out of town and he stayed behind without our family to wait on y’all for delivery and YOU WERE LATE!!!! We cancelled our couches which we desperately need and Only offer 100$ store credit??? How about no!!! We are sitting w our 7 month old on the floor bc Ashley can’t do their job and get us furniture in a timely manner!!! Never Again sAtan never again! I understand things happen but this was too many things and not the least bit concerned that we’re sitting on the floor!!

Sales was great .Delivery sucked . Kind of a $cam if they tell me anything over 500 dollars has to be delivered and then charge me delivery .And then when they deliver and put the new bed together they chip it up and scratch it up , leave dirty hand prints all over it .Never will i spend money here again unless i can pick up the merchandise in my own trucl and take home .

Got a headboard with lights a year ago never worked since the day I got it delivered and now they are telling me they can’t do anything about it. I’ve called them since the first day I got it and that I wanted a new headboard that works. No answers for weeks and now I can get a new one so I bought a brand new headboard with damage for full price. Terrible experience!!
I got a great deal on my bedroom suit and it was easy from the call to the store, ordering over the phone and then the delivery guys were super helpful in setting up everything for me. It was such a hassle-free experience and I absolutely LOVE my new bedroom.
This store has horrible customer service and employees with foul attitudes. They have sales associates that say they will call you back, and will not. They refuse to actually give you the product you paid for and try to get you to get something else at a higher charge. They will start the warranty on items that have not even been delivered to you.
If I could give no stars, I would. Paid for furniture and they delivered it completely broken. Now it's on back order for almost a month. They knew it was broken when they put it on the truck. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Professional decorator assistance was genuine. It was not a sales clerk with quota experience.

I ordered a bed set for my daughter. I didn’t like the fact that it would take 4 weeks for delivery. The bed would be delivered in 2weeks & the dresser & end table would take another 2weeks. They delivered the bed without the hardware to put it together. The hardware takes 7-10days. I was told when it does come I have to schedule for them to come out to put it together. Needless to say my child doesn’t have a bed to sleep in until then. I paid with my debit almost $1500 for quality furniture and quality service but they dropped the ball. We are very disappointed....still waiting!! If they do not make this right I’m definitely not returning and I will inform others to stay away as well.
I gave a 9 because we could not take the recliner from the store on day of purchase, had to wait for them to order. If your not impatient like we are Ashley is great, Dana was very helpful

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pushy as soon as I walked in the door. I understand a salesman, but when a customer is uninterested and tells you no thanks leave them alone. Delivery was extremely unorganized. I agreed to push back my date because they were over booked. I waited all day yesterday when they showed up 4 hours late just to knock on my door and tell me they didn&'t load my delivery. Then had to wait another day to receive my mattress.

Miss Colleen at the Ashley store in Pensacola greeted us with a big smile and spent hours with us as we chose a houseful of new furniture for our relocation here from Colorado. She was extremely knowledgeable and also extremely helpful. Most of the pieces we ordered were in stock and have arrived in good shape. The delivery men knew what they were doing and were very courteous. We had a great experience shopping at Ashley and will certainly shop there again if the need arises.
Little high on price
I purchased a bed and nightstands. The same furniture was offered online from other suppliers for less. I decided to pay the extra and get it directly from the local Ashley&'s store thinking that if there ever is a problem then it would be handled with ease. This is also what the sales lady sold us on. Big mistake! One of the nightstands was delivered with a flaw in the finish. Well it&'s a month later and after multiple calls on my behalf I think my new nightstand may be delivered the week after next! The customer service with this company is awful! I will never again purchase from Ashley HomeStore. The only reason I gave two stars is because I do love the actual furniture... but I could have gotten it cheaper and I&'m sure with a lot better customer service from several other suppliers!!!
We have just relocated to Gulf Breeze from Colorado. I have never shopped at an Ashley furniture store before. We were greeted at the front door by Miss Colleen as soon as we walked in. She was really pleasant and helpful from the first time we spoke. She spent an incredible amount of time with us today as we purchased about five rooms worth of furniture over a 4-hr time-span. She was extremely knowledgeable and saved us a lot of money by telling us about the 25% military discount and the things on clearance. my husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the furniture that we purchased today... and the delivery time will be less than 2 weeks! We had a great experience shopping here, and I'm amazed by everything we accomplished today...a big thank you to Miss Colleen and Ashley Home Furnishings!
Not a very good selection of furniture, staff were rather pushy and was hard to really look at anything without them being right there ,they were kinda rude in the way they gave information and made me feel uncomfortable like they didn't trust me to be in their store. I don't like sales people to be so forceful and act so desperate for a sale.
Meagan and Amanda were absolutely amazing! They patiently helped me pick out furnishings for my whole home, and then worked with me to help me find an affordable payment plan. They made me feel so comfortable through the whole process, without adding any pressure. The furniture is great quality and the 0% financing is unbeatable.
If you are in the market for any home furniture this is the place to go! Meagan and Amanda are an A+ Team! Very helpful and informative! Will definitely return in the future to see them again.

I've been multiple times looking at furniture, I've never had good service. All of the employees act bothered by questions and really don't have good customer service. It sucks because I really want a couch from them but I usually just leave.... I never give bad reviews but maybe it will help improve customer service!
