Our sales rep Jorden was kind and knowledgeable, will definitely be back.
This place is terrible! We ordered AND paid for a table in November. The table matched our EIGHT bar stools that we purchased and had delivered the same month. Sadly, after waiting patiently, we get an email that the table was discontinued and our card would not be charged. Luckily there was one on the sales floor at the store, but guess what?!? The manager...the MANAGER... tells us we couldn't have it. His reason was because he "didn't want to break up the floor set". What terrible customer service to someone who had already spent a lot of money there.There are much better companies just a few streets over that will treat you right! I recommend you shop elsewhere.
I had a great experience with Ashley. Honestly, I was very surprised. I found exactly what I wanted at a great price. They under promised and over delivered on how long the transaction would take to get delivered. They were delightful to work with on the delivery and we’re right on time. It was a great experience. It exceeded my expectations.

Do not waste your money on the guardian insurance. It’s not worth it. The foam in the couch’s is not good quality and with in a year looks saggy and terrible. Ashley will replace once then u are on your own. Was on money
