Ashley furniture is not the place to buy your furniture, especially if you want to return it. They don't tell you when you pay for it that they do not accept returns. They only tell you when you get to the store then you go back to buy something else and the sign says 129 and they tell you that it's 144 and the salesman tells you it's $80 so I think they just make up the prices they go and they don't want you making a big scene in there place because they don't wanna lose customers and tell them that once you buy it it's yours and you can't return it I would never shop there again Use anybody except Ashley furniture bad company to buy from no returns in their store when you buy

My sales person, Kim Kenney, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa and chair set that I wanted. She placed my order and arranged for a delivery date for me. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. However, through no fault of the sales person, there was a very long delay in getting my check accepted by Ashley. Because I didn’t want to sit and wait for the manager, I ended up paying with my credit card, just to moved my day along. I had other things to accomplish that afternoon. I generally don’t use credit, but had to settle for it just to complete the transaction.

Plenty of choices and sales representative was helpful and did not rush through the selection process.

Ordered a $4,000 sectional in store and when delivered one piece was missing. Week later and no one has contacted me about wrong pice delivered. Try to contact store and get a Robot or Foreign country.

I will honestly say, this was the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with, EVER, mainly from Corporate. I spent over 9 hours on the phone, trying to rectify a mistake made on their end. Never given a solution , or an apology, or a credit. Will never use this company again . BEWARE.

Sales process was fine. Customer service from 800 number was horrendous. No wY to contact store directly be phone. Phone number listed for store goes right to the customer service line. I Returned two dining room chairs at time of delivery because they were damaged. Was told I would be contacted about redelivery of replacement in 24 to 48 hours. Have checked back every day for five days and am told the exact same story - that I will receive an email in 24 to 48 hours with the delivery information. No such email. Not in my inbox. Not in my SPAM folder!

Ashley Furniture has been extremely difficult to work with regarding a warranty issue, resulting in months of delays, misinformation, and lack of accountability. In March 2025, we purchased a Nectar hybrid mattress from Ashley Furniture. Around November 2025, we noticed that the memory foam layer on top of the coils had shifted significantly, creating an uneven sleeping surface. I contacted Ashley and was told that warranty claims for Nectar mattresses must be handled through Nectar. When I contacted Nectar, they stated that because the mattress was sold by Ashley Furniture, Ashley is responsible for handling the warranty. After relaying this back to Ashley, they sent a technician to inspect the mattress. The technician informed us we would be contacted with next steps, but we were never contacted. Despite multiple follow-ups, we were repeatedly told someone would reach out within 24–48 hours, which never happened. Eventually, Ashley emailed stating that the issue was due to “usage” based on technician photos and instructed us to contact Nectar again. This determination was inaccurate. Nectar reiterated that the warranty must be handled through Ashley Furniture. After over a month of phone calls and emails, we visited the Ashley store where the mattress was purchased. Store staff stated they do not handle warranty issues and offered no assistance or escalation, despite our explaining the ongoing situation. We spent over $5,000 on the bed set and an additional $5,000 on a couch. Once the sale was complete, Ashley showed no interest in supporting us. After nearly two months of persistence, someone at Ashley finally took ownership and agreed to replace the mattress, but only after excessive time, effort, and frustration. I am submitting this complaint to document Ashley Furniture’s poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to properly handle a warranty claim. We will not make any future purchases from Ashley Furniture.

Salesperson was helpful and accommodating. I arranged my own 3rd party furniture pickup and salesperson handled everything flawlessly.

I was promised my furniture on Jan. 21 but it never came. I called around 2PM & was told it would be coming on January 28. If I hadn't called I would've been sitting & waiting all day!! No one called or texted me to let me know what was going on. So unprofessional!! Customer service said there was nothing they could do & the salesperson (Shari) I was working with said all she could do was apologize.

Great couch, great headboard and bed frame. AWFUL customer service, AWFUL delivery service. Also, super predatory how sales pushes you to buy a warranty that protects NOTHING for $800! Again we love the furniture, it’s just that every single aspect of the process was unbelievably disrespectful. The delivery guys blocked my ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD EXIT as a way to pressure into letting them just run away after dumping everything on our driveway. I will NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY AGAIN, and will make it a point to never recommend such a negligible store. Especially when there’s so many others right next door!

I checked the internet for a blue recliner and Ashley had one on sale. The store matched the internet price. The salesman was very friendly and helpful.

Rachel helped us pick out a new bed mattress and she was awesome! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different options available in the store. I connected with Arthur. He new his furniture & when I requested another feature, there was no hesitation to find the perfect solution. Delivery is expected within a week.

The salesperson, Tamra, was helpful, knowledgeable, and worked with us to get the best deal on our couches. She was also very patient with us as we were deciding on which couch to choose from - there are so many great options! They are being delivered on Tuesday and I can't wait to see them in my home.

Ashley in-store team is fantastic, but the extended protection plan through Extend is not recommended by any means. This St. Pete’s location has been great. The team there is professional, helpful, and quick to work with. The extended protection plan is handled by a third-party company called Extend, and the claims process has been a nightmare. Expect zero clear communication, pushback on coverage, and hours of wasted time just trying to get what you paid for. Save your money and skip the protection plan altogether. That said, working directly with Ashley Furniture has been a positive experience, and the in-store team deserves the 5 stars

Good quality furniture. My purchase 2006 was a complete bedroom suite with cedar chest. Still looks new. I have moved 4 times. Still looks great.

Not my favorite experience. I came in to look specifically at 1 bed. I saw it on the showroom floor when I was couch shopping last summer. When I came in NYE the rep assisting me was pushing my to buy that day. Totally understand the hussel, but I needed to sleep on it one more day. Only the floor model was available. All in all, I came back the next day to purchase the bed. I also purchased a pillow and blanket. The Rep sat on a near by couch and had me bringing her tags to check out instead of walking around and getting them herself. Seemed pretty ungrateful for the sale. The bed was on clearance so they weren’t offering deliver. I scheduled a Tuesday evening pick-up (after working hours). Their warehouse help person leaves at 3 and wouldn’t be available to help load. While I think that’s ridiculous, I agreed that I would bring help to load. When I got there Tuesday, not only was everyone confused why I was there, the bed was buried behind another and I was told I would need to move the other furniture out of the way to get to it. Then I had to carry it through the entire showroom out the front doors. When I came back in for side rails and slats they needed to go search for them. There was no preparation for this pickup. The products were beautiful. But the experience puts us at a 2.

We came in looking for a couch with very specific dimensions and fabric textures. We honestly were unsure and were not expecting to find anything we would enjoy. However we we found a lovely employee named Leo. She was fantastic honestly had some of the best customer service we have dealt with in a long time. If we had questions or concerns she not only explained but showed us what she was talking bout which was wonderful. If we needed time to look or just wanted to sit with the thought for a second she did follow or make us feel rushed. She kept an eye on us for when we needed her but made sure to give us all the space we wanted. She made it so much more pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. Honestly will be back and I will definitely be asking for Leo. Thank you so much for your help and taking your time with us.

A couple months back I was shopping for mattress, after sleeping on the same one for 10+ years. I was a big deal for me. Trusted Advisor, Arthur, could not have been better. He was patient, answered all my questions, and was a pure joy to work with. Ask for him by name if you ever find yourself in the Pinellas Park store.

My furniture was delivered damaged yet I was still charged for the $200 delivery fee after returning it.

Fireplace slid right in, easy. Didn't come with instructions just a manual so would have liked to have that so that I could toss it to the side like I do with most instructions.

I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. I was looking for something specific and called in, John assisted me. I let him know I was driving from Sarasota so I was on a mission, he stayed in touch until I got there, offered me what I needed (this was the 4th store I called by the way and he was the first to help) and when I got there, he didn’t put pressure, gave me all the information needed and was just very helpful and honest. I am in sales also and the process of investing in items can be draining and manipulative and I couldn’t have enough good things to say about the store and about John. I will be back to Ashley in Pinellas Park based on my experience and the service he provided.

Mr. Weis was extremely helpful and quick to acknowledge me even though traditionally I dress down when doing high end shopping as a test to evaluate the stores customer services. I had left Three other stores due to the lack of acknowledgement. He showed me a great deal on the mattress, I was shopping for on a very top of the line model. He expedited the transaction quickly and efficiently and was very kind and polite.

Delivery arrived in the time frame Promised. Sergio and his co worker (I forgot his name) were polite and courteous. They did a great job. The furniture is beautiful. Arthur at the Ashley store was very helpful and took very good care of us.Thanks

When purchasing with a credit card, they require a second form of payment as a “third method of identification “ and they record my debit card into there computers which after my credit card and my government issued drivers license, I see no need to record my debit card into your computer for any reason if I’m not paying with that card. Your excuse of needing a “third form of identification “ is ridiculous and recording my debit card into your notes is definitely not PCI compliant. And as far as Ashley.com states they “have nothing to do with the stores and customer service only handles deliveries.” and will offer ZERO customer service. I will never shop at Ashley EVER and I encourage others to avoid this shady company

My wife and I have been couch shopping for 3 months. We finally found the couch and color we loved. Ron (our salesman) did a great job explaining quality and sales to us. Love my shopping and buying experience.

Arthur helped us the first night when we identified a couch we loved but still wanted to check out other options/stores. He answered all our questions but encouraged us to come back if we felt it was the right one (no pressure salesman). After looking around, we ended up back at Ashley, where unfortunately he wasn’t working that night the following day, but Steven Gotfried stepped right in and did the same, but shared more promotions happening in the store which would work in our favor. He was exceptionally friendly, fun and wanted us to have the couch we dreamed of! He even ensured that Arthur got credit as well for the purchase (which we have been told by several furniture store sales people that does not ever truly happen)… it was great to see that he did take care of his team. I truly want to thank him for his time and patience as we were rushing and not in the best mood after the manager took over and there were several delays with the checkout process, and only 2 people working the floor, so her attention was being pulled elsewhere also, but none of this was reflective of the service they wanted to provide, but the nature of being short staffed and having a showroom full of guests. Anyhow, we found our dream couch and patiently await its arrival!

After 7 weeks still haven't received my end tables and After multiple times talking to their customer service department and them telling me multiple times about when it will be here and never following up. I just want my money back and went to the store that I bought over 2000 dollars worth of living room furniture was treated condescending. And told they would get back to me and still After a week no word. I just want my refund.

Bought some furniture for my office! Couch and two chairs and in just a few months they started breaking down. Furniture looks good but that is it. Customer service is extremely hard to get hold of. Absolutely no support.

I actually had a nice experience here buying a new mattress! No high pressure just decent people sell mattresses I want to update on our mattress purchase. It had the 30 day guarantee and by day 25 I knew that the Dream Cloud is not going to work for me. It was too soft and I have a bad back. We went back in to the Pinellas Park store and that’s when the interaction started on September 29th. We were told we needed to call the 800 number to start the return. My first interaction with the 800 number was there is no 30 day comfort guarantee so I went back into the store and the store manager started emailing people he said he would call me back, but he never did . Maybe he never got a response. I don’t know why he didn’t call me back. I waited a few more days and started calling the 800 number again and I talked to people from other countries I’m sure, without resolve. It took until mid November to resolve the 30 day guarantee. Lots of calls to foreign countries incorrect information given. It was very frustrating. So finally we got the credit we went back and and we went back in to chose a firmer mattress at a a comparable price to what we had spent before and we chose the Ashley Sleep Align Firm Tight Top Hybrid with Latex King Mattress by Ashley. It was their firm one which what I found is it’s certainly not firm enough for me. I am not happy because their firm one is still too soft. My back hurts every day when I get up and now I’ve spent over $1500 for a bed that causes me pain and I am very sad and dismayed. I wish I would’ve ordered the Dream Cloud online and they would’ve taken it back and I would’ve been free to look at other beds in more places than just Ashley Furniture because I couldn’t find what I really needed in the price I wanted.

If you want to experience an AI dystopian nightmare, this is your store. Jenny, their AI chatbot is horrible. And she is relentless with emails and texts. Can she change the address of a delivery? No. For that, you have to go to the store and speak to the manager. We bought four counter-top chairs but returned them after two failed attempts to get them level. And even worse, we saw the same chairs advertised online for over one hundred dollars less per chair. However, the use of AI and their phone tree is so frustrating that I would never return there again.

We had a kitchen chair leg break in less than a year. During purchase the sales rep pressured us into buying extended warranty/insurance for $600. Come to find out it doesn't even cover the wood. And all they do for spills is mail a stain remover kit, that's after you make a claim and upload pictures. Overall, the furniture is overpriced while cheaply made, and they rip you off even further by offering a worthless extended warranty/coverage. Do yourself a favor, buy your furniture elsewhere.

Where do I start? Let’s start at the beginning. I had a very nice associate help me at the store and show me the different models for a couch I wanted to buy. I came back the next day so my wife could give me a final approval. When I come into the store, another sales associate asked if we needed help and I said “I was just there yesterday and another associate had helped me. We’re just taking a look at what we saw.” She said “no problem. Let me know if you need anything.” Then another associate comes over and he asked me if we needed anything and assisted me with questions about the furniture. In the middle of going over options, I told him that I was working with another sales associate and I had her card and said her name and he kind of brushed it off. Then at the checkout process, I took her card out of my pocket and I said this is who helped me decide on purchasing this couch and he said “it’s too late for that” and took the card and put it in his pocket. After paying, and I’m walking out the door, the sales associate from the day before sees me and says “oh you came back?” And asked if we bought something. I said “yes and I gave him your card.” Turns out the two sales associates snaked the sale out from under her. Next issue: we schedule a delivery date. I get a text message from the delivery service Chatbot telling me they’ll be there in the morning and I asked if they can come later towards the evening because they deliver up to 7 PM. They said they cannot schedule a specific time only a specific day. Then the chat bot started repeating itself and was giving misinformation. This became increasingly frustrating as I was in the middle of work and here I am arguing with the chat bot. Finally, a customer service representative calls me 45 minutes later and they also informed me that they cannot schedule a three hour delivery window for a certain portion of the day. After going through the sales process, the chat bot, being told they couldn’t accommodate a 9 to 5 work schedule I decided to cancel the entire order altogether. The associate says they canceled the delivery, but I need to call my store directly in order to be able to cancel the order. Next issue: So I hung up that phone call and called the store directly per their number on Google. At which point I had to deal with another automated menu that did not give me the options to speak with an associate. So I ended up with someone in the Philippines that also told me that they could not cancel my order. And it will take up to 2 business days for the cancellation department to call me. Snakey sales associates, a sub par AI assistant, multiple people to speak with to cancel an order … I’ve had enough of this place. I’ll give my money to someone else that cares about their customers enough to make the process smooth and painless.

I came in to purchase a queen, Stern &Foster, and left with exactly the one I wanted. Jack was very professional and listened to what I needed. He also recommended the mattress protector, to secure the 10 year warranty!!!!

Do NOT buy a warranty and save yourself time. Do not buy from this company at all! Store manager resides to answer a phone call in store when customer service center says you need to contact them. Back and forth answers and fingers pointing. Rick is store manager and Ron was the associate that answered the phone to tell us that store manager doesn’t accept calls from customers. Even with a sold warranty- that the store sold us- they will NOT help us actually at all with replacements. With OR without warranty. They won’t even sell them to us. The couch started falling apart within the first 6 months- and it’s falling apart again. TERRIBLE guest service experience (AFTER) you are all done signing everything and have issues. Save yourself money. Most honest review experience I’ve written, so hopefully someone will take it seriously. Added to review from above: Had to go through customer service #3 phone number- spoke with Alex- and yes, it’s a fake name. Gave me a huge run around of “I can not help you” asked if I could then speak to his supervisor, was on hold for 32 minutes- and “Alex, came back and said no, what I told you is accurate. We can not do anything for you. I asked so she’s refusing to speak to me about this entire customer service experience and couch cover issue!?? “Yes sir” then I asked then tell me how much replacement covers are so I can order them at THIS POINT. “Sir that’s not what you wanted to begin with” - “Alex” “Well (Alex). You are in customer service so maybe, just maybe- to de escalate this call so we all have a better day- give more options then just No” -me after 3 hours- of being transferred to 5 different departments and numbers- finally got someone that could actually order replacement covers- mind you- he sounded like he just woke up from a nap- $70! That’s IT!!!?? All of this nightmare- for $70!!!????? You got my LAST $70 in my entire life moving forward. Instead of making this right and or providing great customer service- you can keep your faulty couches and accessories. Learn what’s a good lose and what’s not a good lose. $70 or customer (future/current) Never buy from this company. Read the other low reviews. They’re accurate too.

What a complete joke of a company. I bought 4 chairs and was told by the sales person, Jon Cornell, in the Pinellas Park store that they would be in the warehouse on June 29th. When trying to call the store, you cannot reach the actual store. You are routed to a call center with the dumbest people helping you. During that phone call I was informed that the items would arrive in 8 weeks. I was refused by the call center to be connected with the store itself. I was refused to speak with a manager. I then have been contacting the sales associate via his cell phone on his business card, have left messages, and have been completely ignored by him. Now I will have to unnecessarily drive to the store to speak with someone in person to cancel my order and to tell them that they are a complete failure.

Caution they will tell you anything to sell furniture We bought a full house of furniture and were told that we did not have to pay till we received it 9 months later either pay in full or Ashley cancels order we are hurricane victims not ready to take delivery

Still waiting for the correct headboard to be delivered, its the third attempt and I haven't been notified of a new delivery date. Been waiting for a response for 4 days

I had an issue with my sofa. The material was bunching in the seat area, barely 1 year old. I called Ashley and they put in a service order. John arrived on time and was very nice. He described my issue as normal wear and tare. I was very upset, BUT... he took the time to listen and value my worries he took the sofa material apart and stretched the cushion and material. Now, back to what I call normal ware and tare. PERFECT AND HAPPY to have a company that stands by their product and will do what they can to fix a problem.

I order bedrooms set 5/26/2025. My sales representative was Julissa Rosa 6 . she order wrong order. I am missing five slats. I call customer service they say I don't order slats. She made a mistake. After week I went to Ashley and talk to Manager Rick. He remember me order. He make case number. He also says customer service will contact you within 24 hours. Nobody contact me 72 hours over. I all back again to store Manager Rick, he says let me look your case then call you back. I have a bad experience about Ashley Furniture.

I had researched what I wanted before going to the store so sale went well. Only issue is that the sales agent had my apartment number incorrect which I didn’t realize until delivery day.

The salesperson, Tamara, was knowledgeable and efficient. She showed me the options available and concluded the sale in a short time.

After going to other furniture stores, pricing here was lower; but for, in my opinion, furniture that was not as well constructed. Our Customer Care person was friendly and professional.

The instore experience was great. Bought a sofa and accent chair. Sat in it at the store. Liked it. Have had it two weeks and we hate it and there is absolutely no recourse. It doesn’t feel like the one in the show room - it doesn’t recline as well as the one on the showroom. We were thinking maybe it will soften up - let’s see after a week. Surprise you have 72 hours …after that tough luck. It’s very nice - just not for us and now we are stuck. Called customer service - they should rename that department. I don’t need someone to read rules to me. Give me options - store credit less restocking fee something. I would think you would want a happy customer who tells people how wonderful you are but no. So the quality is great - color great. Comfort not so great. Customer service -10. So this is a cautionary review be darn sure you like it because after 72 hours you own it regardless. Will never shop there again. For those following along - I did what they asked and the offer was a $90 refund which is .03% of my entire purchase. When I said that was unacceptable the reply was " Per our policy, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items based solely on comfort preferences once the product has been delivered and used. We know this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we realize how upsetting that can feel, especially when you were expecting something different." So like I said before no knock on quality but you better be darn sure what your buying is what you want because they do not care about you as a customer. Even mattress stores give you 30 days and if for WHATEVER reason you don't like it they accept returns or exchanges. If Ashley was giving away furniture I would still never step foot in their stores again because they don't care about customers. As if Helene didn't take enough - as we are rebuilding our lives they have now made a difficult time - even worse.

Sales associate started off great, then in the middle of the sale she stated she had to work between me and another couple because they were “short staffed”. I was not offered extended warranties in a dining table I purchased outright. When I was wrapping up I decided I wanted a couch and asked if the pillows were included she said “no” didn’t even try to work with me given the fact that I was paying a dining table and 4 chairs. Lost a sale because if she had made the effort I would have definitely purchased it today!!

Salesman way to pushy and never gave my husband and I a chance to look at anything on our own and have time to discuss things. The salesman only really would talk to me and not my husband. And when I said well we need to talk and over. The salesman finally walked away. My husband and I decided to leave the store and go get dinner and discuss things over. The salesman was very upset that we didn’t buy right then and there. We then get a call from the salesman the next day asking if we were coming in to buy. We have decided we are done with shopping with Ashley furniture.

I do not recommend Shari/Sharon at this store. If you get her, avoid her. She ordered the wrong couch when my wife went in for help and delayed delivery by a month due to her incompetence. My wife is 9 months pregnant and due any day and the couch doesn't work for our space and we have no way to find a resolution in time. My wife called Shari/Sharon and she was incredibly rude and condescending and doesn't care that she screwed over a Law Enforcement family and a pregnant woman. Apparently you need to be soulless to work at Ashley Furniture stores. They are worse than sleazy car salesmen.

This is my second couch in less than a year due to hurricane floods. The first one was from rooms to go and I liked it just fine except the pillows were stiff. This one I got at Ashley‘s and is much better sized for my weird living room. The couch is super deep and comfy for the kids. Buying it was a breeze with the staff. Even the delivery guys were cool. I asked them to leave the plastic on the couches until renovations are done. Great selection at Ashley’s. We made the right choice.

The staff in store is super friendly. The couch was supposed to be delivered a month after order. Day before they call to Confirm. Morning of they cancel since “their movers won’t be around that way and are working 2 hours away “. They reschedule me again for another month out. Literally the same thing happens again. They cancel same day saying there was a scheduling mix up. This caused me to have no couch for my thanksgiving celebration. I talked to the manager in store and she said she would call them. I asked for a discount and she said we could look into that after delivery. After a third attempt they finally came . The couch was missing two pillows. I informed Ashley via feedback online and they did nothing about out it.

He even gave me a bottle of water I requested for water and was told by customer service agent we don’t have bottles of water for customers like the other furniture chain, so Arthur Francis gave me from his personal stash. We can not wait to get our new coffee table b we will return to purchase more items

Not good....sales lady said they'd take my mattress as long as I put a cover on the stained mattress....I sweat alot....non English-speaking crew couldn't communicate and wouldn't take it..then my wife who has MS couldn't hardly get out of bed after one night so I called and was told I have to wait 31 days to break it in...I used to have an Ashley credit card but I won't be shopping here anymore.

So far the worst experience. First delivery was refused because it was still in boxes and the delivery person was not putting it together. Then it gets delivered assembled but with scratches and gouges. I’m now waiting for a technician to come out and decide whether it’s fixable or it will be replaced.

No stars (1 is to sent the massage) as this was terrible! Made me think why I had paid $399 for this. Practically no one of the group spoke English so we had difficulty understanding each other. They assembled the table without asking and refused to unpack or assemble anything else. They were yelling and fighting my demands to unpack the furniture and take the garbage away acting as if they were giving me a favor rather than perform the job they were paid for. They finally took only one box, the rest is here. Your furniture is not an IKEA furniture, there is no instruction for assembly. I would ask you to send someone to assemble or refund me the $399 I paid exactly for that

The bed I ordered was a repeat order from a previous purchase. Unfortunately, the manufacturer changed the way the bedframe was made So now the bed requires a box spring. The salesman did not tell me to buy a boxspring so when the bed Was delivered the bed was not usable until I ordered a boxspring. Also, Ashley charges $130 more per boxspring than other furniture vendors. I think that’s ridiculous.

Had gone to all the main furniture a couple of times trying to find specific furniture for a camper, not an easy task, however Kim was very helpful as well as knowledgeable listening to my specific needs then fulfilling them. She is a seasoned sales person but also just a very nice person to deal with. Gave me my space to wonder then went out of her way to get any info I needed. Followed up after delivery. It was a seamless experience all the way around. Would not hesitate to purchase more items from here.

Literal NIGHTMARE! Rachel, who helped us in the store, was fantastic. Aside from her, we have had nothing but issues. Our couch was delivered a week ago and one section of it did not fit in our home. The gentleman who delivered the couch said there was a love seat option (we initially bought the sofa) and was told to call and schedule for them to deliver the love seat. When we called, we found out there is no love seat option. So for the past week we have spoken to customer service MULTIPLE times to schedule for the remainder of the couch to be picked up and refunded so we could go ahead and order a different couch. We were told by customer service on the phone to go into the store, so we did. Then they told us we had to call. So we did, again. We have gotten zero answers from anyone, in store or by phone, about how to schedule a pickup and refund. Finally we called and spoke to a supervisor today who clearly had no idea or interest in helping us. Now we have to wait a whole other week for it to be picked up, while our new couch from a different furniture company delivers our new couch this week. Extremely disappointed and frustrated in this company’s customer service representatives, and company as a whole. If you buy a piece of furniture from this place you better pray that there are zero discrepancies, otherwise you will be fighting for weeks for anything to be resolved.

Missing parts from one of our pieces of furniture. Not sure when we will get it. Disappointing since we have guests coming tomorrow.

Delivered broken furniture and instead of scheduling for a new one to be delivered ASAP they scheduled a technician to come take a look 10 days later. Bed frame was delivered without slats so I’m sleeping on my mattress on the floor until god knows when they come back to install them. Wish I read some more reviews before I shopped there. Hopefully this helps someone else steer clear!

Spent over $6,000 for a bedroom set, was delivered with missing parts and a broken night stand and bed frame. The delivery driver left before I could check all pieces so I had to call to make a claim and schedule an appointment with a technician who won’t be here in over a week to “access” what needs to be fixed. As for the missing parts no one has addressed when they will be delivered. Very disappointed and hoping this will be rectified in a more timely manner

I got a delivery today and my headboards weren’t what I hoped for. For the brown headboard piece, the screws were not right. I got told a technician will come tomorrow with the right screws to assemble. Plus the film on the headboard is coming off. My other white headboard is too tall for my small room. Not satisfied 100%. I called customer service and the rep told me they couldn’t do anything it’s final purchase

My wife and I shopped at a minimum of 4 furniture stores before choosing the recliner that we wanted. In fact the price was so good we purchased two and an additional piece, a coffee table. Our sales person, Kim was more than helpful.

Was greeted upon entering and then greeted again by Rick. He directed me to the barstools while asking great questions about my needs in selection. Demonstrated and had me look at my online options on the in-store tablet. Rick had a very welcoming demeanor. Make sure to stop in and ask for him. If you're looking for new furniture.

The delivery team couldn't get the couch into the room, they didn't try very hard. When I try calling the store I can't get a representative, it goes to a call center and they tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours. Not the support they promise at the store.

worst customer service i have ever had i can not even buy online because my billing and shipping address is different. over 20 people from customer service have failed to help me. My issue has been resolved and I am very happy

The staff was prompt to greet us. When we stated we were just looking, they didn't hover. Once we made a decision, staff came to our assistance.

Before you whip out your credit card, do yourself a favor and access Trust Pilot and other independent review sites before you are as stuck as I am. Refused delivery of a piece of used and damaged repackaged as new furniture and now it's a weeks worth of work trying to have a credit issued. The third party delivery crew was simply heaven to deal with as it seems they 'forgot' how to speak English when the door was damaged upon entry to the home!

Bought the extra warranty that was sold to us, have had a case opened since November 2024 and now Ashley has ghosted me about my faulty furniture. Empty promises from representatives and customer service online. Four “technicians” sent to my house empty handed and all said the same thing “it’s at the warehouse” and “NO you cannot go to the warehouse yourself to pick up your replacement part”. All because of defective furniture that states in the literal description “anti sagging”. I had my furniture 4 months before the problem.

I found everything I needed. The prices were fine especially since most items were on sale - Presidents Day. I have shopped at Ashley before and I will again if they have items I need.

The buying experience from the store was good and the delivery guys were good once they got there the thing that disappointed me the most is they promised me a delivery almost a month before they actually delivered and then called it the last minute and said they couldn't do it I had to wait three more weeks. I've been sleeping on the floor at work trying to get my new place situated since the hurricanes destroyed where I was living. This also happened to my daughter a year or two ago so I think it's a common thing for Ashley to sell stuff that can't really deliver in a reasonable amount of time.

Our beautiful new dresser was just delivered and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Great experience all around —from shopping with Nikola at the Pinellas Park store to a very speedy and courteous delivery team. Thanks for the great service, Ashley!

I initially left a 5 star review when leaving the store, but I deleted and changed it to this and the only reason im not giving less because the initial experience with my salesperson was great, and one of the closers helped me load the furniture. This store needs to work on their communication and get organized. I came in last saturday and bought a king bedroom set off the floor because it was a great deal and I also bought a temper pedic mattress. I went through everything with my salesperson and was told it would be ready to go when i got there to pick it up Monday, all i had to do was text him a headsup when i was coming in and it would be broken down and ready to go. I gave them a 2 hour notice of when i would be coming in.. So i go and pick up my rental truck and head to Ashley. When i get there to my surprise the set was not taken down and i had to wait around for 40mins before they realize the person who does the break downs and help loading has left early for the day. So my salesperson helps me load a couple things and I have to leave and come back for the rest of the set when its complete because I also had other things to do. So that was the 1st part of the frustrating experience because i had to have the rental truck for hours longer than i had originally planned and also had to make an extra trip just to have the closing employee help load at the end of the night.(he also was great at helping and none of this was his fault) The 2nd frustration was my mattress was delivered yesterday. I SPECIFICALLY asked my sales person if they would take the old mattress and he said yes thats part of the mattress delivery.. Well when the guys get here to deliver the mattress and I ask them about taking the old mattress away they say and show me that it wasnt apart of the service and thats something that wouldve had to be added on. So now i have this extra mattress sitting against the wall at my house. Very pour service and follow through on what was promised

It's been a few years since I got my bed from them, bit I am still a little salt because I paid for delivery but the guy show up at 9pm at night don't pull the bed together correctly. He was rushing because i was the last delivery on his last. So my bed was never finished. I called the company several times and got the run around. Very disappointed

Delivery personnel were terrible! Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in every way. Almost knocked a standing lamp over trying to move existing furniture so they could bring in tv stand, and then never returned the furniture back in place. I had trouble moving it back on my own. They were going to leave stand out of place, because they said they couldn't move the electronics that needed to be placed on top of stand. Cursed at me as they were leaving. Had to ask for them to release my screen door so it could be closed. I can't reach the top to release it. They seemed annoyed because they had to disassemble part of tv stand to fit the fireplace heater unit, which I also bought from Ashley. A very unpleasant experience!! I will never purchase from Ashley again or recommend Ashley to anyone. Overseas customer service seems very incompetent. They had an incorrect email address for me and they seemed unable to make the correction, even after several attempts on my part to inform them of error. The agent was rude when I told him I hadn't received an email that he claimed he sent 3 times. I finally asked him what email address he was using and I gave him the correct address, but every time they sent me an email to submit photos for claims I had to go through the whole process again with the same or next agent. Very incompetent and rude. I could go on, but I know it is an exercise in futility. Very disappointing experience!

1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Beautiful furniture, but wow... you will never get your furniture delivered. What a joke. We ordered a kitchen table set and after 6 months asked for our money back and I told myself I would never buy from Ashley's again. 5 years later I decided to give them a try again and ordered a sofa set. Suprise surprise - I accepted a partial delivery and have been rescheduled for the delivery of the coffee table 7 times. If you call the store, good luck getting a hold of someone. Customer Service can't even reach the store. Don't do it. The prices are great, and the furniture is nice, but you'll never get your furniture delivered. Good luck. UPDATE: still no furniture. Delivery was scheduled and no one showed up. Today they showed up and the item was damaged. Can’t get ahold of the store because all you get is an operator who lives in a different country all together. So disappointed with myself for making the mistake of purchasing from Ashley’s. A real shame

Not very happy. I was told my "premier delivery of my order was today on 1/22. I took off work to be home for delivery today, only to receive a text letting me know my delivery is now 1/25. Not happy at all.

Part 2: I received my 30-minute courtesy call and waited for them to come and see where they would be putting the furniture. Two men arrived at my door and confirmed where the deliver would be and proceed to go back to the elevator. I got a call maybe 5 minutes later from dispatch stating that they are returning my furniture because it doesn't fit in the elevator. Please explain to me how you take furniture out of a truck, unwrap it, inspect it and attempt to put it in an elevator in 5 minutes? The items were never unwrapped, we have cameras in this area and not once did he even open the back of the truck. I became irate and told them to bring my furniture back, he said he's not and he has to go to his next delivery. So, I stood in front of his truck to block him from existing and he called his dispatcher so she could tell me the same thing it can't fit in the elevator So I said take the stairs your legs not your hands are broken, you should be doing your job. He then proceeds to tell the representative on the phone in Spanish that “I must be loca if I think he's carrying furniture up those stairs”; little did he know I was bilingual. He started threatening me to say he was going to call the cops, and I strongly encouraged him to do so! As he drove away, I got into my car to go back to the store I bought it from to cancel the rest of the order. The manager tried to discount the furniture as sweet and apologetic as she was, there’s no price on inconvenience and disrespect. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior from employed or contracted employees of Ashley. To get on the phone and start disrespecting a customer and the representative engaging in the conversation was far beyond professionalism and was discriminative. He tried every attempt to size me up and threatened to tell me he is returning the furniture and to call Ashely. No attempt was ever made to deliver my furniture after waiting on three separate occasions. This will be my final purchase with this company, they hire racist independent contractors.

Part1: NOT ABOUT THE ONLY DELIVERY Purchased a living set from Ashley’s on 11/19/2024 with a delivery date of 12/4/2024. After patiently waiting and taking time off from work for a delivery that never arrived, I called customer service to inquire about the delivery. I was then told that on 12/4/2024 that the item was not in stock and will be arriving at the warehouse on 12/11&12/12 and I was automatically scheduled for 12/17. That day did not work for me, I rescheduled it to 12/20. On 12/19 I received notification that I had a delivery window of 0800-1200; I did not call off work because I knew I would get a courtesy call with a 30-minute window. At exactly 0800, I received a call from the driver asking me if I was home because they had arrived. I asked him why I didn't receive a call stating you were on your way because I just clocked into work. He was very dismissive and stated that he was leaving, and I responded back by telling him no you're not, I am coming for my furniture. He said he couldn't wait, and I told him to call his supervisor. While he was doing that, I was hauling a** to get to my home. I received a call while in route from someone from dispatch stating she told them to give me a 15-minute window, but that wasn't needed I arrived in 8. Two men started delivering the furniture and once he got to my chaise, he came to tell me that there was a whole the size of a basketball that was in the back of the couch, and he had to return the item. He got on the phone with dispatch to inform them, and he took pictures. Dispatch then informed me I would have to wait again for another delivery date, and someone will be reaching out to me. Once again, I must wait for something and be inconvenienced. Now days go by, and I reach out because I haven't heard from anyone and that is when they told me the earliest, they can do is 1/17/2025. I said absolutely not! get me a supervisor. The supervisor was then only able to put in an email to request an earlier date. I again had to make another phone call because no one was calling me back with an update and when I was notified, I was scheduled for 1/4/2025, which was fine because it would not inconvenience me. Now the day of delivery 1/4/2025, I had a window of initially 1345-1745 which was what I had to accept since I was desperate this time.

If I could give them a zero, I would, I would not recommend you shop at any of Ashley store because they’re warranty of their products is terrible at best and if you ever have any issues, they will not refund or replace or even repair any of the items that you purchased from them We purchased a bed and other furniture, spent thousands of dollars and now they don’t want to warranty it I would not recommend any Ashley store ever to anyone again.

Everything was fine at the store. The experience was fine the sales lady was polite and professional. But when the delivery came, everything went to. You know where I'm going to send you some pictures of the damage that is dresser out of the box haven't even put it together yet. But this is what they sent me. I don't know who expected the product and sent it out this way. But this is what I received.

Sold me an end table that was shipped from India, was completely broken, has cracks, legs are falling apart, and smells. They refuse to respond to me or provide a replacement or refund. Scam business. Do not go here. UPDATE to the review: I emailed the people they told me to in the response. I went through a tiresome back and forth with somebody from Ashley corporate offices, submitting 30+ pictures from every angle imaginable. After over 15 emails back and forth, corporate customer support simply just stopped responding to me. I've been completely ignored. This business has scammed me out of $500+.

my call to th store was immediately annoying due 2 th robotic answrng system they utilize. horrible & time-wasting! then, when a human actually got on th line, she did her best to NOT answer my question(s). rather, she rambled her way thru malarky and bullsht, thinkng that wud change my mind regarding th AMERICAN made products of which i inquired. this distasteful encounter reminds me of a mantra we hav in my own business - just tell th customer th truth, dont try to bullcrap ur way thru things. if u do not make th sale, ur head will rest comfortably on th pillow at nite with no regrets. i seriously do not know how people can lie their way thru th day,,, not my cup of tea. this is not th type of company from whom i wish to purchase

Delivery is horrible! I ordered a credenza nothing special. They send me emails texts all morning saying delivery is on the way. To get a call 3 hours later stating they did not have the credenza in the warehouse and will not be delivering it and rescheduled it for the following weekend. Following weekend here get a text message at 7 AM stating that the credenza is out for delivery and will be delivered between 830 to 930. 1030 came nothing so I called Ashley to try to find out what’s going on. The customer service auto bot is horrendous. Just warning. Customer service cannot get a hold of anyone at the warehouse. She called the store, I ordered it from and they told me to wait till 1230 and if it’s not delivered by then to call back. My boyfriend went to the store to try to get this resolved himself. The people at the store told him the only way they could contact the warehouse is by email only. So no one knows where the credenza is. No one knows if it will be delivered today or not. The service in Ashley Furniture has gone down so horribly. I will honestly never in my life order from them ever or recommend them whatsoever. Horrible, horrible horrible!!!!!! Update, we finally got a hold of a manager through the 800 number to find out that the credenza was on back order. So they pretty much gave us the run around because I guess they didn't want to deal with the consequences of lying to their customer. I have no idea. I canceled the order and will never ever shop at Ashley's ever again! You are better off ordering from Wayfair LOL

Order got separated in the interest of getting some of my items to me which resulted in 2 items getting dropped off the order. Took 6 phone calls for a total of almost 3 hours of pgone time over the span of 5 hours to correct it & I still have to wait another week. No calls back as promised, ungodly hold times (hold music is horrendous) & a manager that wanted to argue with me about it. Mistakes get made...but prioritize the fix & fix it.

I have purchased several times and have always had good experiences

Spent 1600 on 16 chairs for my bar. 1 year later and 5 of the chairs are broken. Welds are absolutely terrible. Customer service was good but if you’re looking for reliable this is not your spot. Warranty just ran out recently but they’re giving no wiggle room. UPDATE: reached out a week ago still no response

Update: finally got ahold of the store it was purchased and they set up a swap out. Was more difficult than it should have been to return something we received broken. Updated stars from 1 to 4. Once they have your money they disappear. Delivered a completely broken product. Was no way to refuse delivery and was no way to swap it out instantly. They required that I open a ticket and send SEVERAL pictures of a drawer that is broken. What do you want?! 4 different angels or something? Literally brought a broken item and make me do the work to get it swapped out for what I paid for.

It’s a great place. The store is very nice inside ,many displays and things to try. We came in specifically for a sofa. I was greeted right away by a woman who helped me find one I liked. I tested many different ones before deciding the one I wanted. It was pretty fun to be honest. I got out spending about 1100 $ for a new sofa, which included taxes, shipping and full assembly. I ended up picking a larger sized sofa with chaise. They came in on the day they were supposed to and assembled my sofa. So they did a good job with that. Overall I love my new sofa, it’s very comfy. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and it’s beginning to break in now. It was a bit firm at first but seems like it’s getting to the right level now. The only thing I was somewhat unhappy with is that the Associate told me a white lie I’m sure. While discussing the sofa she told me they already marked it down and it’s not going to last long. On the receipt there is no proof of mark down and it wasn’t written anywhere on the tag. If they actually marked it down I’m sure they would go out of their way to make me aware of it. So that was disappointing…. But overall it was a good experience. I look forward to coming here again sometime if I need to

Our salesperson, Rachel, was awesome. On our first visit when we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted Rachel was available to answer questions but did not hover while we were deciding. We shopped a few other places and returned to Ashley as they had the best selection for our needs. This trip Rachel stayed with us and we got everything we wanted.

Very disappointed in the vulture type sales technique. Demanding you buy the warranty plans for your furniture. When I declined the plan the salesman told me he was talking to my wife not me. When discussing delivery options, we were told to pay for the upgraded service and the furniture would be delivered into the house and setup. When I asked about the free delivery, he said free delivery was only available if we bought the protection plan for $300. For free they would bring it to my house and leave it in the yard. I asked the salesman if he would really leave $6000 worth of furniture in my yard....he replied that's what you get if you don't upgrade.

Prices were fair, Salesman Lorenzo was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Still waiting to see how delivery works out.

This post is to share my poor shopping experience ( time 1730 Friday). I chose to go bedroom/ matress shopping later as to avoid crowds. At the time of my encounter with this salesperson ( did not get the name tag, red shirt), she seemed to be annoyed that I had a question about a mattress availability. She showed me a comparable one , and without offering to assist she WALKED away !! Bringing this to the manager, Jamia, seating at desk in rear of the store, stated " I don't know who you are referring to?" I explained I didn't have a pleasant visit and her response was OK ! THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH! I have a pending 2,500$ sale at another retailer and wanted to do one last price comparison. Ashley will never get my business after today's event. Note: Thank you Tamara for getting the manager, it was not a good outcome.

This is one of the Worst Furniture Stores. I have ever been in 2 orders. 2 different Stores, High Pressure. Salesperson. We Won't Mention Her Name. Started up at the Brandon store ended up in Pinellas Park supposed to be with the Same Delivery Date and the Orders were Canceled. This store is awful. I bought my furniture at Haverty's and it has been delivered. Thank you. You saved me a big Headache. I supposedly had talked to the CEO his Name was Todd. But he is not much help either. Talk to Customers like that. You Should Not Have A Business.

We purchased a sectional and while it was being delivered and packages opened the team sliced the fabric with a knife in a very visible spot and left dirty hand print stains all over the fabric. The store is refusing the replace the damaged piece because their policy is to repair it even if they are the ones that caused the damage.

I viewed several items, which took several hours but the items the staff and Steven Gotfried the salesman who took care of me I am very happy with the whole process.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic, possibly one of the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. She knew exactly where to direct me to what I wanted. She answered every question I asked thoroughly. She assisted with the financing, however, I found I really didn’t needed it, but it was there. You have a real jewel in Rachel. Treat her kindly and she will do an excellent job for you. ON EDIT: Everything I said is true. HOWEVER, I just called the store. Calls go directly to the Philippines, not to the store number called. I spent nearly thirty minutes, twice, trying to get thru to the store. Virtually impossible. I am sorry now that I ever entered Ashley. I did not have a problem. I actually wanted to speak to the manager about ANOTHER PURCHASE. It was a complicated situation that required manager approval. Far too many furniture stores. I'll go elsewhere. (Why didn't I go to the store? No car. I didn't want to pay for cabs for something that could have been done by phone in a matter of minutes.)

Jon Cornell was so easy to work with. He left me alone until I found the chair that I wanted. He is very friendly and professional.

First place I stopped to look for a couch. Product and price were great. Salesman Jon answered all questions and easy to talk too. No “sales” pitch. Good and easy experience. DECEMBER UPDATE: delivery date pushed back one week and now pushed back two MORE weeks. Original delivery scheduled for Nov. 27. Pushed to December 6 and now told it wont be until December 20. And I was called at 4:30 PM the day before my couch was to be delivered in the morning. In fairness, this taints the buying experience for sure.

So I’m giving this store a 2. This has been an incredibly frustrating process. Our sales experience went well. But all things delivery has been a mess. Prior to signing a contract we were told we would get our loveseat and recliner on 10/30, and sofa on 11/5. We signed the contract and the manager says okay delivery for all items is 11/5. (Not what we were told but fine). So it’s 11/5, and the Sofa and recliner is delivered and no loveseat. No phone call to let us know, but delivery guy says it’s on back order. An hour later someone calls and says the other couch will be delivered in two days (11/7) Okay, fine, I’m annoyed but it’s only two more days. 30 minutes later someone else calls and says delivery is 11/10. This is insane and you can’t have a conversation with them, they are ready a script, if you say something or ask a question, they pause and then resume reading the script (I’m really not joking). So now I’m mad. This is the 4th date we’ve been givin, and this was the piece we were told was in stock and would be delivered 10/30. Soooo NOW… I just get a third call, checking on how my delivery went. I start to tell her that I’m a little frustrated about what has happened and she starts reading the script but now she says, there is not a scheduled delivery date. I have no idea when we are getting this couch. This company needs to get it together!!! Last, delivery guy was literally delivering furniture in flip flops and on his cell phone the entire time he was at my house having private conversations. Not a big deal but not professional. I hate complaining and I’m so sad that our experience has been so negative, we were so excited for our new set to come in. While I’m upset that I didn’t get my couch today, that’s not the issue. It’s their service. Lack of caring, lack of organization and professionalism. I would have given zero stars but I do love my couch and the sales guy was very sweet and knowledgeable.

My entire experience shopping for furniture ended with extreme satisfaction at Ashley and Pinellas Park. The sales person was extremely helpful, listening to my wants and needs for a new sofa and showed me a couple sets. Settle on a very nice dark brown leather couch and wide chair that fit me and my girlfriend but it’s smaller than a loveseat. Delivery was quick and efficient even removing my previous couch. I’m extremely happy with the experience with Ashley and recommend them!

Have recieved our furniture went back and bought more. We bought a dual recliner with power. It has an adjustable headrest and a usb port to keep my phone charged. We also purchased a sleeper sofa, 2 end tables and a dining set. Couldn't be happier. Please check them out for your furniture needs. Almost forgot! The delivery people were great too brought everything in and set it all up, nice, friendly and neat!

I recently purchased a queen storage bed with a total of 8 drawers in the base and headboard as well as a dresser/mirror and nightstand. On my delivery day 3 Ashley delivery men came and set-up the bed and delivered the other two pieces. They were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Ashley.

I ordered a dining room set and a large cabinet as well. Paid for it all and paid for delivery. When I got my order email about delivery it said they wouldn’t deliver the cabinet just dining room set. I called the store and the salesperson never even called me back to apologize. I was very disappointed as that piece was too big for me to fit in my car. So I had to cancel it. Needless to say I won’t be shopping here again and I won’t be recommending Ashley to anyone looking for furniture.

I feel the salesman lied to me about the item being in stock and available. I called to change the delivery date and was told all the pieces weren’t in. The delivery employees were early and did an awesome job!

I went to Ashley Furniture recently with a friend who was in search of just a bed and mattress, not an entire bedroom set. We were met at the door by Rex P. who was extremely helpful and very patient. I would recommend this young man to anyone in search of furniture. He was exceptional throughout the entire process in making sure my friend got exactly what she wanted from first look to purchase. It was especially appreciated after our initial visit to another furniture store where upon discovering she wasn't looking for an entire bedroom set, these same two ladies in their 70s were told to just look throughout the store ourselves and find him when we found something that worked. What a difference in customer service. Kudos to Rex P. for knowing how to treat each and every customer no matter how much they're buying. He's a credit to your store and fully embraces and understands good customer relations.

Shopping for an bed room set and Rachel was very knowledgeable , great personality She turned my shopping into a happy experience.

We bought a $2900.00 power couch that was nowhere as comfortable as in the store. Very uncomfortable. We found out the hard way that Ashley does not take returns for comfort problems. Their return policy does not exist so beware when buying from them. We are now stuck with a couch we cannot use! We will never do business with this store again and hopefully people will think twice before they purchase from them.

I recently purchased a new sofa. The salesman was fantastic! The process was super simple. I picked it up the next day at the warehouse. Easy peasy! Love it! High quality! Extremely good price!

Customer service and product was defective. It took 2 months to get a refund on a product delivered that was defective. Only took 2 minutes to collect their payment. We had to go through multiple representatives as well as take photos, have a "technician" come out and inspect product. Never again!! Don't waste your time, you could do better at a 2nd hand store. SINCERELY

Hi Ashley Furniture, my name is Aubree. My boyfriend and I bought a couch from you guys on 05/18/2024. We just lost everything we owned due to hurricane Helene. We went into the Pinellas Park location where we purchased the couch to see if you guys could help. We were treated horribly by a sales associate who said that there was nothing you guys would do. He then told us to go shop in the sales section. We spent over $2,000 on our couch plus a protection plan. When we were purchasing our 5 year protection plan we specifically asked our sales associate Kristin Thomason if the protection plan would cover flood since we were moving by the beach. She told us it would. No where in the Regard pamphlet we were given does it say that flood is not covered. I am so disappointed in how we were treated and by the lack of compassion. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you.

Pure junk. We have now in our possession a 1200.00 pile of lumpy Chinese crafted garbage. We have tried to utilize the so called "extended" warranty to repair the shifting padding/cover and prior shoddy repairs to no avail. They just will not honor the contract we were sold to believe. Anyone need a lumpy oversized particalboard power recliner? Remeber folks, those are SALES people on a base plus commission, and what do we associate with that? You get what you pay for.

Kim was awesome. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for within minutes. Just our luck it was on clearance. Perfect table and perfect table for us. We were in, purchased a new dinner table and out in no time. Very smooth transaction. Can't wait to pick it up on Monday.

I recently made a trip to Ashley with my mom as we were looking to furnish our new condo in wonderful St Petersburg. We originally went in without the intention to buy the day before, only to look. This is when we met Colton. He was awesome to say the least. He let us look at a distance and made sure all was good from time to time, but he wasn’t pushy. That’s what makes furniture shopping a nightmare, trying to avoid the salesman because they are down your throat, this has been the common experience in other furniture stores. When we were done looking Colton gave us his info and told us to contact him if anything came up. I contacted him that night and informed him that we would be in the next day to purchase and wanted to do it with him. We had the choice of many different stores, but ultimately we chose Ashley because of him and his service. He was the difference maker. During our second visit he was very attentive. Even let me use his tape measure, as I forgot mine. He made sure to fulfill our every need and was very patient and understanding. He made this whole experience smooth and easy. We have a sectional, ottoman, dining table and chairs, and floor lamp on the way and intend to go back for more, but only if Colton assists us. As I previously stated he was the difference maker and the reason why he made our Ashley experience such a joy. I hope this reaches the right people and Colton gets what he deserves for always providing the people with excellent service. He is someone that a company would want representing them. I called to see if they have Murphy beds and shoe cabinets available in store - a quick question - but I was answered with a robot that would not connect me to human. Note that their website does not filter what they have in store and what is an online purchase. Rather than drive 20 minutes there I called for a quick question… I call local stores for a personable experience - your robot answering service left me to hang up - I’ll take my service to Amazon where I can order without talking to a bot✌️

Went in with my wife expecting to be pressured but that wasn’t the case at all! Caleigh was super helpful and really knows her stuff when it comes to the furniture selection and guided us through the whole process and found a piece of furniture that was in my price range. Very eagerly awaiting my new piece of furniture. Couldn’t recommend enough! I highly recommend to ask for Caleigh!

I have been searching for a sofa for many months now. I am of short stature and it is difficult to find furniture that fits my size and is comfortable. Also, everything is white or of a light color that works. Ashley has a great selection of sofas. The associate who helped me was not pushy and was available as I needed her. My experience and purchase was a good one.

I’m a avoid salesman at all cost kind of person, he greeted us at the doors, I tried to walk by and he just offered to tell us about the 10% off and introduced himself, if we had any further questions. Now that is my kind of salesman. We had been to another Ashley store looking for something specific, and because he was so “not in your face” I asked him where I might find the piece I was looking for. He showed us where it was and said he would be around if we needed any additional help. Well, I wanted it that day, he went as far to see if it was in the warehouse (something the other rep/store didn’t do)! Because of his assistance and just honestly downright niceness we went from just sitting it it to try it out; to we bought it and are on our way to get it now! Adam was great!!

We were shown a bunch of options designs and pieces. I ended up finding the exact bed I wanted!

Sales person (Adam) was helpful - I was able to pick a bed that I liked. However, original delivery date was modified many times cause there was not inventory. After waiting 5 weeks, they informed me that they were going to deliver on the date that I would not be home. Called many times to fix the delivery problems - 2 days later they told me that the item was not available again. I don’t understand! The call center representative was not really helpful - they asked me to wait and call to check with them everyday as they said they did not have solution. “It is how system works” - the store employee told me. Finally, I was able to cancel my purchase (still waiting for their confirmation and not charge to my credit card). Fun fact - they delivered the mattress first, not able to return per their policy and I’m stuck now as I have to find the bed to match that mattress. Frustrating customer experience !

I was very happy with the salesman Adam, but save yourself the headache and don't buy from Ashley Furniture as they will give you a run around if something is wrong with the piece and you don't see it before they leave. Then, customer service will call you multiple times, making you feel harassed because a claim was put in. You request it replaced as you bought it new and don't want it patched. I didn't buy it from a consignment store. I bought it brand new. I want it new.

We bought 2 Deltona living room sofas and an Ashley bed with an adjustable frame today. We visited the store several times over the past 2 weeks to compare the products in that store (Pinellas Park) and at Rooms to Go. Ashley had the best product match for our needs and the quality we were looking for with excellent warranties (free or very reasonably priced,e.g. $149.00 for a 10 year warranty on the adjustable bed base). The personnel were helpful without being intrusive on all of our visits. Rachel worked with us today to finalize our purchase and she was excellent. Having worked there for 9 years she was very knowledgeable about the inventory and store policies. Everything we purchased was on sale and she went the extra mile to make sure we received every benefit that was available, such as veterans discounts (not available on certain items). It was a pleasure to work with such a professional.

Horrible. They tell you one date in the store but change dates at will. We were told we could pick up the in stock items to get them sooner then told days later that the items were not in the warehouse.

If I can give a zero I would. The General Manager dropped the ball at this location! I would not be shopping here again. We brought 2k worth of items. Trusting the General manager , he advised us to use there reputable movers American Most Reliable mover,(AMR).Apparently , they work together for years. Side note, Ashley doesn’t do delivery for clearance items. Back to the story ….. As soon as it was our scheduled delivery day!! It was a Day Of Hell for lack of better words. We waited 7hrs for our stuff!! Movers set stuff up , to realize they never picked up a piece , that AMR signed off on at Ashley. SMH!! We were back in forth with Ashley & AMR to get this resolved. AMR Maria told the movers to collect our money and they would deliver tomorrow. We were baffled at that distasteful comment. Due to that being bad business we wasn’t paying until we got all our pieces. AMR Maria then contact the owner , the Next they finally decided to go get the piece that was a smart adjustable base . Lastly we finally get home, the movers realized the adjustable base did not have all the pieces. Now Ashley is closed, the owner Dorian of AMR promised us to deliver the next day. Due to everything being in our living room, we had to sleep on the floor on our new mattress SMH. Next Day we contacted Ashley , We spoke to Roxy Sales Manager , she was heaven sent because she resolved the issue so item can be picked up, however the owner from AMR gave us his word after paying him, that they would deliver. Let’s just say. They took our money and swept us to the side saying be never promised next day. They took another order next day and never put us on there books!! Never deliver our item!! So We had to pick it up ourselves. If you use AMR and Ashley furniture , just know that you will run the risk of long waits, miss communication with the Ashley company, with no accountability being taken. Oh yeah Nunant warehouse guy dont know what he is doing. Just terrible experience. I only give it a 1 star due to Roxy .

Kim was amazingly kind, and patient. She excelled at her job! I bought a beautiful couch from my house up New York state for my granddaughter and it all worked out.

Purchased a couch (with minimal use) for over $3K less than 2yrs ago. The fabric is piling *horribly* and I was sold a 5yr warranty for $400 by a sales rep who said it would help with upkeep or any damage …. only to find out in fine print it covers the cost/repairs of issues like ruined wood, etc when there is almost zero wood on the couch. I called customer service to request a refund on the warranty since it’s worthless and would like my $ back to at least get replacement covers. No callback. Read the fine print and know that even the higher priced items at this place doesn’t = quality material. Extremely disappointed as this was a couch I hoped to keep for many years. It’s basically garbage within the next year or 2.

Buying furniture from Ashley in Pinellas Park was not the problem...the sales people seem to be nice and they'll be more than happy to take your money and sell you whatever you want. But then that's it...once you've spent you're hard earned money, you better not have a problem because they're done with you! Their customer service is terrible and the owner cares about nothing but the sale. These people really do bad business! I bought a headboard and when it was delivered, I realized it wouldn't fit my son's bed. I called and asked how can I go about exchanging it for a different one and they weren't willing to help in any kind of way. The manager said all sales were final and that's it! I simply wanted to have a different one delivered and they could pick up the other one which is still in the original packaging. They said no and there's nothing they can do to help me. All honest and legitimate companies always do what it takes to help a customer whether it's to get a refund, exchange or fix something to make it right! Ashley furniture in Pinellas Park won't do anything to help you...this is terrible customer service and bad, bad business practice. Save yourself the trouble people and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Went in there just to look, I always thought the price was high for this place, but actually it is competitive to other funiture store. I ended up buying a couch and love seat from Them. If by chance you do happen in there see a women named Dragana, yes that is her name. You won't be sorry, she is wonderful and can answer any question you may have.
