Delivery arrived in the time frame Promised. Sergio and his co worker (I forgot his name) were polite and courteous. They did a great job. The furniture is beautiful. Arthur at the Ashley store was very helpful and took very good care of us.Thanks

I ordered 2 barstool-white at the store. Sale Order # 706H651368 on 09-06-2025. Tamara Quail was the sale person. They said the delivery guy will contact us in 2 days but they never called. I keep calling back to the store and every time, they said they contacted the manufacture and I 'will get a respond in 1-2 days' but I never get any respond. They said they see all the records of my calls in their system. And they keep trying to get a respond from manufacturer before they can issue a refund. I am very patient and called every weeks. Now it almost 3 months and I never get a response from them, either for a delivery or a refund which I requested many times. I always hope that I can get my money back. I am not recommend this store. You just look at recent reviews and see how they do their business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND To Ashley Customer Service / Management, The staff in the showroom was fine, but after delivery there has been no way to reach the sales consultant for concerns or questions. This makes the customer relationship feel incomplete — especially when there are issues after purchase. There is also no one available to call regarding concerns or refunds, which has been extremely frustrating. Regarding delivery: The first delivery team refused to separate the back of the recliner sofa so it could fit in the elevator. They also refused to use the stairs, stating that their manager told them not to. The second delivery was unacceptable as well. The delivery worker repeatedly stated that the sofa was “too heavy” to bring up the stairs and that Ashley would make him and his coworker pay for any damage to the furniture — not the customer — and that he could be fired. Instead of trying to complete the job, he kept saying he would not risk his job or pay for the sofa. They continued speaking in Spanish as if we did not understand, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. My mother loved this sofa, and this entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When I told the delivery driver that it was his job to deliver the furniture, he replied that my mother did not have to sign for it if she didn’t want to — essentially refusing to complete the delivery. At this point, we are requesting that my mother’s full balance be credited back to her credit card, with a zero restocking fee. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I sincerely appreciate your customer service, Jenny, and your quick responses throughout this situation — that part has been appreciated. Thank you. I ordered and paid for a significant amount of furniture from Ashley in the last month. One of the pieces was broken when the delivery truck arrived at my house. I scheduled delivery for the replacement piece AND ordered another piece to be delivered with the replacement. Only the additional piece I ordered was delivered. I have spoken to 4 different people in customer service who have either told me I didn’t pay for the piece that was delivered broken or they are fixing it and will call me back. No returned phone calls. I am not sure what I need to do to get a dresser I paid for actually delivered. This will be my last purchase from Ashley.

If I could leave zero starts I would have. I spent over $2000 months on my birthday for a new couch. 4 days prior to delivery I realized that if I ordered online the doorstep delivery would be free. I called my salesman and he said he was off for a few days but would honor when he got back and to not cancel the order. The manager would not approve. Would not call me back after multiple messages left. I was forced to come into the store for her to treat me horribly. Embarrassing me in front of other customers telling me to calm down when I couldn’t be any calmer. She told me she can’t refund the doorstep delivery. She then proceeds to say “I need a drink” at 1:35 pm on a Wednesday all because trying to help a customer is too much for her. Customer service is saying they can’t do it and she just folds. STAY AWAY from this shady location and these shady people. Only Thomas the rep was honest and a great person but I will never shop with Ashley again. The worst experience I’ve had in a long time

When purchasing with a credit card, they require a second form of payment as a “third method of identification “ and they record my debit card into there computers which after my credit card and my government issued drivers license, I see no need to record my debit card into your computer for any reason if I’m not paying with that card. Your excuse of needing a “third form of identification “ is ridiculous and recording my debit card into your notes is definitely not PCI compliant. And as far as Ashley.com states they “have nothing to do with the stores and customer service only handles deliveries.” and will offer ZERO customer service. I will never shop at Ashley EVER and I encourage others to avoid this shady company

Well Thomas was great but the rocker recliner was delivered defective and we had not recourse except to speak to customer service and wait for them to contact us within 48 hrs. So far no help except to wait and see. I shouldn’t have accepted it but didn’t think I would have to try out the rocker before accepting it. I assumed it was a good company and they checked them at the warehouse.
