Purchased 2 love seat recliners and we love the quality and comfort!

The salesperson was VERY HELPFUL ,..fast and efficient. However, the delivery with this company is ALWAYS VERY SLOW. It's a real issue if you want your furniture promptly.

There were many choices of bed frames we liked. Reasonably priced and the sales rep Andrew who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable.

Worked with Adam Lumbra, he was super great. I’m a avoid salesman at all cost kind of person, he greeted us at the doors, I tried to walk by and he just offered to tell us about the 10% off and introduced himself, if we had any further questions. Now that is my kind of salesman. We had been to another Ashley store looking for something specific, and because he was so “not in your face” I asked him where I might find the piece I was looking for. He showed us where it was and said he would be around if we needed any additional help. Well, I wanted it that day, he went as far to see if it was in the warehouse (something the other rep/store didn’t do)! Because of his assistance and just honestly downright niceness we went from just sitting it it to try it out; to we bought it and are on our way to get it now! Adam was great!!

We were shown a bunch of options designs and pieces. I ended up finding the exact bed I wanted!

Sales person (Adam) was helpful - I was able to pick a bed that I liked. However, original delivery date was modified many times cause there was not inventory. After waiting 5 weeks, they informed me that they were going to deliver on the date that I would not be home. Called many times to fix the delivery problems - 2 days later they told me that the item was not available again. I don’t understand! The call center representative was not really helpful - they asked me to wait and call to check with them everyday as they said they did not have solution. “It is how system works” - the store employee told me. Finally, I was able to cancel my purchase (still waiting for their confirmation and not charge to my credit card). Fun fact - they delivered the mattress first, not able to return per their policy and I’m stuck now as I have to find the bed to match that mattress. Frustrating customer experience !

I was very happy with the salesman Adam, but save yourself the headache and don't buy from Ashley Furniture as they will give you a run around if something is wrong with the piece and you don't see it before they leave. Then, customer service will call you multiple times, making you feel harassed because a claim was put in. You request it replaced as you bought it new and don't want it patched. I didn't buy it from a consignment store. I bought it brand new. I want it new.

Caleigh was an amazing help to my sister who and I who were purchasing a couch from the store. She was very organized and was able to efficiently show us the products we were looking for. 10/10 experience. Looking forward to receiving the product

We bought 2 Deltona living room sofas and an Ashley bed with an adjustable frame today. We visited the store several times over the past 2 weeks to compare the products in that store (Pinellas Park) and at Rooms to Go. Ashley had the best product match for our needs and the quality we were looking for with excellent warranties (free or very reasonably priced,e.g. $149.00 for a 10 year warranty on the adjustable bed base). The personnel were helpful without being intrusive on all of our visits. Rachel worked with us today to finalize our purchase and she was excellent. Having worked there for 9 years she was very knowledgeable about the inventory and store policies. Everything we purchased was on sale and she went the extra mile to make sure we received every benefit that was available, such as veterans discounts (not available on certain items). It was a pleasure to work with such a professional.

Horrible. They tell you one date in the store but change dates at will. We were told we could pick up the in stock items to get them sooner then told days later that the items were not in the warehouse.

Jon was great!! We showed up around 6pm on Sunday. They closed at 7pm. My wife and I bounced back and fourth but Jon was super patient with us. We finalized our order at 8:30pm. Happy with our purchase.

If I can give a zero I would. The General Manager dropped the ball at this location! I would not be shopping here again. We brought 2k worth of items. Trusting the General manager , he advised us to use there reputable movers American Most Reliable mover,(AMR).Apparently , they work together for years. Side note, Ashley doesn’t do delivery for clearance items. Back to the story ….. As soon as it was our scheduled delivery day!! It was a Day Of Hell for lack of better words. We waited 7hrs for our stuff!! Movers set stuff up , to realize they never picked up a piece , that AMR signed off on at Ashley. SMH!! We were back in forth with Ashley & AMR to get this resolved. AMR Maria told the movers to collect our money and they would deliver tomorrow. We were baffled at that distasteful comment. Due to that being bad business we wasn’t paying until we got all our pieces. AMR Maria then contact the owner , the Next they finally decided to go get the piece that was a smart adjustable base . Lastly we finally get home, the movers realized the adjustable base did not have all the pieces. Now Ashley is closed, the owner Dorian of AMR promised us to deliver the next day. Due to everything being in our living room, we had to sleep on the floor on our new mattress SMH. Next Day we contacted Ashley , We spoke to Roxy Sales Manager , she was heaven sent because she resolved the issue so item can be picked up, however the owner from AMR gave us his word after paying him, that they would deliver. Let’s just say. They took our money and swept us to the side saying be never promised next day. They took another order next day and never put us on there books!! Never deliver our item!! So We had to pick it up ourselves. If you use AMR and Ashley furniture , just know that you will run the risk of long waits, miss communication with the Ashley company, with no accountability being taken. Oh yeah Nunant warehouse guy dont know what he is doing. Just terrible experience. I only give it a 1 star due to Roxy .

Kim was amazingly kind, and patient. She excelled at her job! I bought a beautiful couch from my house up New York state for my granddaughter and it all worked out.

Purchased a couch (with minimal use) for over $3K less than 2yrs ago. The fabric is piling *horribly* and I was sold a 5yr warranty for $400 by a sales rep who said it would help with upkeep or any damage …. only to find out in fine print it covers the cost/repairs of issues like ruined wood, etc when there is almost zero wood on the couch. I called customer service to request a refund on the warranty since it’s worthless and would like my $ back to at least get replacement covers. No callback. Read the fine print and know that even the higher priced items at this place doesn’t = quality material. Extremely disappointed as this was a couch I hoped to keep for many years. It’s basically garbage within the next year or 2.

Buying furniture from Ashley in Pinellas Park was not the problem...the sales people seem to be nice and they'll be more than happy to take your money and sell you whatever you want. But then that's it...once you've spent you're hard earned money, you better not have a problem because they're done with you! Their customer service is terrible and the owner cares about nothing but the sale. These people really do bad business! I bought a headboard and when it was delivered, I realized it wouldn't fit my son's bed. I called and asked how can I go about exchanging it for a different one and they weren't willing to help in any kind of way. The manager said all sales were final and that's it! I simply wanted to have a different one delivered and they could pick up the other one which is still in the original packaging. They said no and there's nothing they can do to help me. All honest and legitimate companies always do what it takes to help a customer whether it's to get a refund, exchange or fix something to make it right! Ashley furniture in Pinellas Park won't do anything to help you...this is terrible customer service and bad, bad business practice. Save yourself the trouble people and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Excellent customer service from Colton and Kim. I was in and out in 30 minutes including selecting what we wanted and applying for credit. Delivery available as soon as 3 days. Appreciate that the sales people were not pushy. Thank you!

Went in there just to look, I always thought the price was high for this place, but actually it is competitive to other funiture store. I ended up buying a couch and love seat from Them. If by chance you do happen in there see a women named Dragana, yes that is her name. You won't be sorry, she is wonderful and can answer any question you may have.

Adam helped us purchase our first couch tonight and he was AWESOME! We had a lot of questions he was more than happy to answer and all around gave us a fantastic experience. We also won a switch with their raffle this weekend and Adam was the first to congratulate us! He was great to joke around with but still well informed and serious. Overall 10/10 experience. Went into the store on Sunday and was told the sofa we wanted was in stock and could deliver on Thursday 4/18 Went back on Monday and confirmed that the sofa was in stock and would definitely deliver on Thursday 4/18 so we purchased it scheduled delivery and got the expected call with delivery timeframe BUT just kidding it’s somehow now on back order until May 7th. Currently waiting for the store manager to call.

I can’t say enough about this store. My husband and I have purchased everything from Ashley for over 30 years and will never use another company. We moved to Florida 9 years ago and had to purchase everything when we finally got settled and came straight to Ashley. Naomi is our personal rep. I say that because she even gave us here personal phone number to contact her whenever we need to. She has been AMAZING! She knows her product and she knows what we like. Sweet, professional, and personable all at the same time. She located at the one on US19 in Pinellas Park. The service and product is great. It may be a little bit more pricy but it’s worth it. This is our second major purchase from Ashley and we couldn’t be more pleased with our salesperson and merchandise we purchased. We looked elsewhere first and couldn’t find anything near the quality for the price. They are our “go to” place to go for quality furniture.

We came to Ashley Furniture Sunday 4/7 in Pinellas Park in search of a dining room table and were thrilled to walked away with the Ralene table in grey! When we originally came in, Adam Lumbra was welcoming, warm, and gave us good directions through the store. After walking through the great selection of inventory, a few tables stuck out. Adam popped back over to check on us. I appreciated the low/no pressure sales tactic at Ashley. We ended up going to 4 more stores to “see what’s out there” but in the end we called Adam at the store and told him we were coming back! Ashley Furniture truly had the best quality and selection for the price! Adam got us set up with the new table and protection plan in no time, and we are thrilled to plan the first sit down dinner at this new table! Thanks to Adam and Ashley Furniture for an exceptional experience!

The staff was not high pressure in its sales approach. There was plenty of inventory to look at. We were so happy to see furniture in colors other than white, black and gray. Highly recommended. You’ll find what you need and whatever price you can afford.

We purchased a large white sectional from the Ashley store in Pinellas.. Though we loved the look, we worried about the color not being right for a busy household, we were convinced by the salesperson that if we purchased their protection plan (@$500.00) we would be covered for spills, etc. When we went to actually take advantage of this plan, we had a person come to our home, look around, and say that they were just there to inspect.. not fix and that we would hear from the company that Ashley contracts to service this program. Didn’t hear anything for weeks, so we called, and were told that we would not be covered.. We asked to speak to more people to get this lack of coverage—. more walls. Then called the Ashley store, was told a leader would call to help.. and never got a call. We are VERY disappointed in Ashley’s choice of vendor partner (found that they were rated a 1 by customers), and their lack of follow up. We are now stuck with a product that we paid almost $4k for… and it’s embarrassing…. Don’t expect to be supported by Ashley if any issues.

Issues with delivery they refused to come into a tight street neighborhood which Ashley has delivered too before. Apparently delivery drivers determine customer satisfaction which is a poor business model. The delivery driver told us to cancel our order lol so unprofessional

I walked into the store and there were over 20-25 loose pillows just the color I was looking for placed around the store in carts and other various locations throughout the store. I grabbed three and headed to the register to find out you can’t buy the pillows and they were for “decoration”. Why, when you have so many? That makes no sense to me…

Kristen was very easy to work with. She had great suggestions and made our purchase an easy one. When our sofa and love seat were delivered the love seat was broken. Our delivery people were so nice and made it very easy to get this resolved. The only problem I had was with the customer service rep helping us with the broken love seat issue. She was very hard to understand. We received an email the next day about getting the new piece! So easy. 😊

Felt a little bit rushed, however there was no sales pressure. I was told that the delivery service for two mattresses would be able to dispose of the two mattresses in my home that I am replacing. This was not correct. One mattress was set up with the new bed and looks great. The second mattress I was not able to have the service set up. Now I’m having difficulty with opening all the plastic layers , Luckily, there’s a YouTube video to show you how. Very pleased with quality of mattress and the bed is great quality!

This was my first time visiting Ashley and I was very impressed from the moment walking in. Greeted by Lorenza J and was welcomed in a friendly and approachable way that made it chill to look around. Helpful but not pushy at all. Prices were more reasonable than I thought too. Had no intention of shopping that day but with the prices, quality of furniture, and friendliness of Lorenza we decided to buy a couch and a chair. Already had the chair delivered and that was equally nice. Will definitely be going back and seeing what we need next.

Jon Cornell our Sales Advisor was EXCELLENT! My sister and I went to Ashley in Pinellas Park, FL to look for furniture for my mom, who was moving into an Asst Living Facility. We needed a power recliner, but we left there finding EVERYTHING we needed and more. (A desk w/2 swivel chairs, entertainment center w/shelving, & end table). He was so knowledgeable about all items. Spent time helping us, even pulling up items on his iPad that were not in the store. We also needed the items in stock and ready to be delivered in a few days-He made that happen too! We left so relieved, satisfied, & excited for my mom and how nice her new place was going to look. Anybody going through the process of transferring a parent to a new place & next phase of life, will know how comforting this is. And Jon Cornell made it happen!

Came in to buy a table. They wouldn't just sell me a console table, without also buying three stools with it. Very disappointing that they wouldn't just sell me the table by itself. To anyone reading this, let me know if you want to buy 3 stools.

Summary: Go see Heather. Continue reading to learn why. I needed to buy a few furniture items and went into Ashley to look around. I was not prepared for the wake up call I was about to get. A cold bucket of water poured straight on my face as I heard a voice ask, “hi, what brings you in today?”. I knew, yet I stood frozen, stuck in awe by the impressive furniture selection, and vast inventory that I was faced with. I wasn’t prepared for questions. I didn’t bring my notes. I was out of my element and against the clock. With just nanoseconds to spare before my silence crossed into awkwardness, I managed to answer, “just need a few things, table, couch, maybe some end tables” (and a life raft, I thought to myself). She told me her name was Heather and asked if I wanted to look around myself, or if I’d like some help. What a sweet soul, entertaining the idea that I might have known what I was doing. I didn’t, she knew I didn’t, yet she never called me out. Her voice was angelic and sincere. “Take my help, idiot”, is what she was probably thinking. She had more questions that I was completely unprepared for. It was the SATs all over again. I never did get bright futures, and my future furniture prospects wasn’t going to look bright either, if I kept flailing about. “What kind of style couch do you like? Recliner? Sofa? You into leather or fabric?”. I’m POURING sweat and the SATs don’t seem so bad anymore. She led me to a few she liked, but I wasn’t sure how to decide on one. They were all comfortable and they seemed like they were good quality; it’s as if I’m in a bad dream, chasing after sofas and… “sofa chaise? Yeah we got a few of those!”. I gotta stop thinking out loud. She started asking about the living space and that’s when I realized I had pictures! I gladly showed her my phone and hoped that it was enough to salvage her impression of me. I must have finally done something right because people… HEATHER.WENT.OFF! An advanced neural network artificial intelligence, trained specifically in home furniture and decor, wouldn’t have been able to do what Heather did. She analyzed my space and suggested the perfect set of furniture to complement it in a few minutes. It was one of those, “I don’t know what I like, but I’ll know it when I see it”, kind of experiences. Everything she showed me was more on target than an archer splitting the arrow of a bullseye she just previously hit. I never thought I’d be excited over furniture, but I was excited when she described how everything would come together in my place. Of course, I bought everything. Sofa Chaise, Table, Coffee Table, end table, all Feng-Shui’d together with insane precision. Everything is exactly the perfect fit for where they are placed and all of the pieces together have the perfect ratio of hard and soft edges that lead your eyes like a piece of art, embracing and welcoming you. I’ve already burned all my vacation days at work and submitted for a leave of absence because I can’t bring myself to leave the house. Heather is doing some crazy ancient geometry golden ratio higher symmetry electromagnetic gauge invariant generally covariant quantum quadrupole type stuff with furniture. In short, do yourself a favor and see Heather.

I ordered a living room set and dining room set from the St Pete Store. Both had to be delivered on separate days. Both deliveries were canceled the day of the delivery and had to be rescheduled. I lost two days work. Very frustrating

I received partially my purchased. They missed 2 pillows and one stool came out of balance and I had to return it. I received a phone called saying that stool will be delivery in march and that I need to contact the store for the other 2 pillows missing.

Joselyn was the greatest! She and manager were very accommodating and they Blessed our household with a Great recliner for a great price. 5 stars to the delivery guys, they were the Best.

The store had a great selection of furniture and Colton was great. He introduced himself, asked us what we were looking for, and gave us time to look around but he still came back to check on us. We found what we wanted and he helped bundle a mattress together at a great price. Looking forward to our delivery date!

Stopping by Ashley Furniture I didn’t know what to expect, I was looking to buy a new bed. Luckily I met Kristin and it was smooth sailing from there. She lead me through what I would call a bed testing session which was very helpful. Once I chose the bed I liked the rest was easy, delivery went as scheduled and basically not even one hiccup. So…. Thanks Kristin for all your help. I’ll see you again, when I’m ready for that couch!!! Ha.

This is a great store, staff are always available when you walk in. They actually listen to what you want and then if item is in stock then they will show you the item. The Pineallis store is a very nice experience minus the fact that it's very hit and miss on items. Just be prepared for that.

The associates very very helpful but not intrusive. She helped us select appropriate pieces and actually suggested fewer items that would be better suited for our space. Other stores have associates follow closely behind as you browse the store, making it very awkward and uncomfortable to browse.

This place is an absolute scam. We were enticed to add on their 5 year warranty program for our sectional stating “we could replace our cushions for any reason” from their salesman Dennis. Here we are only a year later looking for replacements because the cushions have already started to give out from very normal use and when we called we were informed Ashley only covers “accidental damage”. Meaning if I called and claimed wine was spilt all over the cushions they MIGHT do something but won’t cover general lazy craftsmanship? What is the point of adding on a warranty to a piece of furniture if it covers absolutely nothing. Not to mention when it was delivered they just left it on our driveway because they refused to bring it up the stairs. And we were not refunded the extra money we paid for delivery AND set up. You’re honestly better shopping at IKEA.

When we found what we wanted she put in the order for us and then took the time to pair us to an amazing bed that we will be purchasing in the future, she's a sleep expert and we definitely recommend going to see her!

I ordered a couch online and the order was cancelled with no explanation. Called and fixed the issue, reordering for a new delivery date 2+ weeks out. The day before delivery I get a notice that it's not going to be available for delivery until later in the week. Reschedule for Friday from Tuesday. I get a call Friday morning that it's not possible to deliver Friday (today) and that they will be delivering on Wednesday. I trashed my old couch ages ago and now I have no couch to host guests with through the entire holiday season.

Robert the store manager and John the salesperson went way out of their way to solve my problem with a very expensive Temperpedic mattress I had purchased. It was not their fault but they both went way above the call of duty to resolve my problem. It was a pleasure to deal with both of these employees who really cared enough about me as a customer to get my problem resolved almost immediately. Do not hesitate to buy anything from John at Ashley Furniture. The manager who obviously had to be involved was awesome too.

Our in store experience was great but the customer service that we received after we made our purchase has been so awful and disappointing. Our bedroom set arrived damaged so we let the store know like they told us to do. They ended up sending out a technician to "fix" the damage but all he ended up doing was using some spray paint. It looks so bad and unacceptable. All we're wanting is a replacement order and we can't get anybody to help us. We've had our furniture for OVER A MONTH and it's still sitting downstairs waiting to be replaced. We won't be buying from Ashley again and we'll most likely be returning the furniture that we did buy since nobody seems to want to help make it right. By far the worst customer service I've experienced.

Absolutely horrible experience!! When they push promotions, they don't inform you how they allocate the money. Then you call and they can't help you because it is now with a new company. They only care about their commission and not the customer. I advise you to be very careful with these people and how they push their promotions. The associates here don't care because you are no longer at their store.

Follow up customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Our salesman Jon did a great job helping us out. This is the second purchase we made from him. We purchased a new couch and we were told it would be delivered around July 22nd. My husband has called 3 times and spoke to someone in the office, that said she needed to look into it, he called tonight and another person in the office said it was on financial hold because we had to pay off our last purchase, well news flash, we had 12 months same as cash and paid it off in 4. The other 2 times my husband called and the lady in the office said she would call back, she never said anything, nor did she call back We will be buying more furniture since we moved here a few months ago but doesn’t look like it will be Ashley again! There are so many stores to choose from I’ll go to one of them.

I’m only giving 2 stars because of the wonderful sales lady in the showroom, otherwise I would give no stars at all! No lie, it took me almost 50 years to be able to buy a brand new piece of furniture and when I did it was a complete letdown. My beautiful new sectional sofa was delivered by cavemen that tossed it and threw it around, bashed it into my front door frame. Two days later I noticed the bottom wood frame was completely snapped in half and hanging down, very obvious as you walk in my front door. I cried, no lie. I contacted customer service and demanded a new piece of sectional but was ignored. Customer service is clearly outsourced and no one understands what you are saying apparently. I was sent a repairman instead whom ripped the backing of my sofa off and put a new piece of wood inside then stapled it shut again. Now every time someone sits on that side it makes a LOUD popping noise. We are afraid to sit on that end. I’m so disappointed that I don’t even want to deal with Ashley again. I mean if I wanted to shop for a “slightly used” closeout sofa then I would not have purchased from a brand new showroom and spent nearly $2000!! In my opinion I got a used, damaged couch delivered to my home and no one at Ashley cares. All they had to do was replace the 2-cushion part of the sectional. It’s a real shame too because I am in the process of refurnishing my entire home and had just gotten started with the sectional. I will buy the rest elsewhere and Will recommend my friends and family yo do the same.

I had such a pleasant experience at Ashley Furniture when recently purchasing my new dining room set. The store had many options and the prices were very reasonable. The sales associate who assisted me (Heather) was knowledgeable, very personable, and not at all pushy. I will always go to Ashley for my furniture.

I need to revise this review. I was NOT informed that there was any assembly required when I purchased my couch for drop off delivery. Well, after waiting 5+ weeks for the delivery, it finally came today. The delivery team came to the front door, set the couch down, and took a photo. I asked if they were removing the packaging (cardboard, foam and plastic). They said they were not and left. OK, I can do that! Well, there sat the couch - totally on the floor. Then I discovered the legs packaged under the cushions. I have purchased at least 8-9 couches in my lifetime. NEVER did they come without the legs attached! I'm an old lady, but I managed to move the couch and flip it on its back to see the bottom. Well, the screw holes were not even made in the bottom where the legs should be attached. You need to get a drill as well as a screwdriver to attach the legs yourself!! WHAT?? , And there was not even a template included with the instructions as to where to drill the holes; the way the leg is made, only a screw can fit thru so you cannot make on your own template. There is a "lip" in the center of the leg so it will not lay flat anyway. Why was I not informed that the couch was "assembly required" and what assembly that would be - other than putting the cushions on? I am so disappointed and disgusted. Now I have a couch laying on its back in the middle of the floor while I wait to find someone who can attach the legs! I will no longer shop at Ashley and I will be telling everyone I know of this "mishap". BUYER BEWARE!! So, I am modifying my original review - my sales agent was NOT the excellent agent I thought she was. I should have been informed of what was required of me, other than payment! And this was in addition to an excessive wait time that was changed and the original delivery date moved to the following week!

We purchased a couch, tables, ottoman, and 2 full bedroom sets. Heather was great, we were looking at everything and she was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Prices were what we expected to pay for quality furniture. We don't have it yet, they deliver and set up everything so will update after it is delivered. Update: So not so great, one side board was cracked on one bed, came back the next day to fix that. Turns out Heather forgot to order what's called a bunkie board that helps support a mattress, not once but twice, we realized on the invoice she had forgotten to add it and text her 5 min after leaving, she said sorry, adding right now, never was ordered so 2 days later with no bed, had old bed picked up before they delivered. At least they gave us 50 percent off the $300 boards out of $6500 that we spent.

UNFORTUNETLY the store has failed us 3 times with broken items delivered and i must travel 1 1/2 to our second home to take delivery. Each time there were broken items being delivered, even the delivery men said it happens with this store all the time 2 different deliveries broken items Furniture is good but whomever oversees the packaging of what you order is the problem, that needs to be addressed

It's very pleasant to look at furniture here. We went with my sister and family, and they don't try to hard sell you and follow you around the store. They are there to answer questions when you are ready.

I went to Ashely furniture in Pinellas Park and was greeted immediately at the door by the sales associate Heather, she greeted my mother and I kindly and asked if we were looking for anything in particular and just said we were browsing. My intention was to just go in and look. I got home after browsing and had to measure my living room and thought it over and went back in an hr later. I was able to call on the phone and ask to speak to Heather to see if they were able to match the deal online and also it was easier to go back in person instead of online. I walked back in and Heather helped right away and got everything taken care of quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend anyone to Ashely furniture in Pinellas Park. Sales associates who work hard should be rewarded. An in person experience is always better instead of ordering online. Also check the deals online and if it’s cheaper on their site they will match it

I was under the impression that Ashley Furniture was more of an upscale furniture provider, until four out of 5 orders have been delivered with damage of varying degrees. The first item, the Beamerton sofa was delivered with a gouge in the corner of the leather, of which I had to wait a week for a tech too look at, and 2 more weeks to have it fixed. Another delivery of a sofa table and side table was delivered almost destroyed by FedEx, in turn taking over a week for them to replace. The most recent was an oversized recliner which had obviously been dropped on its back destroying the right side integrity of the recliner and releasing a lumbar support spring to poke out the back of the chair. After contacting customer service, it will take two weeks for a technician to come out to view the damage and make a decision as to the next steps. The structural integrity has been compromised and they have been less than helpful rectifying their mishaps, meaning I have an expensive leather powered recliner that is unusable sitting in my living room for weeks, and who knows how long it will take to fix/replace if I could live with myself not telling them to remove it and grant a refund because of the continued lack of quality assurance (most wood is comprised of plywood or composite materials under the leather). To say the least I am overwhelmingly unsatisfied with the product, quality and service from this company. I will be using another higher quality brand moving forward as I have no use for this continued lack of quality control and poor building materials. Very disappointed.

My ordering experience was much more than I ever expected! After viewing a closeout item online, I called my local Ashley's with some questions about the product. Kristen took my call and went out of her way to ensure that all my concerns were answered. She was so great that, instead of placing my order online as I had intended, I asked her to take my order over the phone. This was a more cumbersome process for her, but she made it work. I will be making future puchases thru this very friendly, knowledgeable and professional associate.

Store had ample display with completely functioning furniture, sales rep very knowledgeable about the product. After purchasing and getting home we found we would not have the space for the product, so contacted customer service and cancelled order next morning. Still awaiting refund of payment.

I had a terrible experience with Ashley and I would not recommend this place to anyone. there are plenty of furniture stores, there is no shortage, so choose wisely. - First I bought a TV console and paid for assembly, they brought it, dumped it on my floor and said they would not assemble it. It took many calls, and several weeks later, finally I had to go, choose a different console. Then they brought it, assemble, did not take they pervious unassembled one. Several phone calls and weeks later, they send someone to take it. - Then, I didn't learn my lesson and bought a couch. The store clerk advised me to purchase the warrantee, because in the future whatever happens it is covered, no questions asked, they will fix it or replace it, or whatever needs be. Well, the cushions sagged, there is a depression in the middle of the cushion, it's hard to stand from a seating position and I haven't had it for a year now, so I contacted the "hassle-free, no questions asked" warrantee department, they sent a tech to my home, he took pictures of the couch and nobody contacted me after that. A few weeks later, I called to check on what happened, they said, the technician decided the cushions look fine. - So there you go, they are scammers. Customer service is horrible. They blatantly lie to your face, until you buy their product, once the money is out of your bank in and into theirs, they are done with you.

You have to be way too rich or stupid to pay the prices that they want for their furniture. Most of the time people throw it away when they move as much of their stuff falls apart into pieces from any type of contact with another surface. Not my idea of quality furniture at all

Terrible. We have bought about $10,000 in furniture, Insurance as well. Have a problem with the material on furniture. Insurance won’t cover it store won’t do nothing. File a claim a month ago and nothing there quick to take your money but nothing with a product that has a problem defect except excuses. Lied to in store when we purchased insurance for the furniture, Disgusting.

About 5 weeks ago I started looking for living room furniture. I went to the Pinellas Park location where I was greeted by Nichole the sales representative. Nichole was great doing the entire ordeal. First delivery went well but the furniture was poorly made. When you sat on the couch and get up the cushions would slide off and you have to push them back on so I called within the 72 hours went back into the store scheduled picked out another set and paid another $980. This couch and chair came but the couch had about a three inch grab making it look like two chairs were pushed together so I took pictures and sent to my rep and we both agreed that this is not good so a tech was sent out by the way very nice young man but he could not fix it so again I called the store and we agreed on having another delivered. So when this one was delivered we decided on inspecting it before we took it into my home. This one was damaged, the gap was still there, the back rest had so much give and a defect that was noticeable so I refused it. Next I called the store and spoke to Leon about my issues little to say there not much he could do other then schedule a pickup scan it back in the store and then issue a refund. Now with all that said I still got a voice recording stating that my new delivery is scheduled for the 10th in which I call the store again to say it has been cancelled. So here I am no living room furniture and no refund. Very disappointed but kudos to the drivers and Nichole the rep. As far as Leon I think after the pictures were taken of the damaged furniture could have made a few exceptions to the rules.

We purchased an large outdoor rug & were told it would be shipped to our door 4 days later. The warehouse called & said they do not keep these in stock & we would have to pick it up at the store. I called the store & the only rug that they had was the one on the showroom floor. I canceled the order. Why would I pay full price for a floor sample that I could even fit in my car?! Ridiculous customer service. I bought a similar rug from another store for less $$ and THEY deliver.

Very delightful buying experience working with Rachel. Which I find unusual in the furniture sales world... but Rachel was friendly without being overbearing, and helpful without being pushy. I am more likely to shop at this Ashley furniture store in the future because of it.

I did a lot of internet searches before I made the decision to visit Ashely. There are a lot of mattress stores and stores that sell mattresses in my area. I liked the prices and variety of mattresses Ashley had. I made it our first stop. Fortunately, it worked out and was our only stop. KIMBERLY KENNEY(6) was our salesperson, she was just awesome. I told her upfront what I was looking for, price $ range, etc. she was extremely respectful and courteous. She gave me the shopping for experience I wanted and didn't expect. *Side note* I have previously worked at a furniture store, back office and have witnessed/experienced a lot of sales people. Kimberly was professional and made me feel like a valued customer even though I really didn't spend a lot of money. My husband was very impressed and I'm guessing that our next furniture purchase will start at Ashley. With all of that said, I really hope that my mattress purchase is a product that I won't have any problems with and made this initial experience worth it.

Me and my Wife came in here looking for a couch and although we were not able to find one we had the pleasure of dealing with Kristin T. She was very funny, personable, and knowledgeable. Since my recent visit there I have been LOOKING for an excuse to need a new piece of furniture. Unfortunately most of my furniture is just too well built. Most of which I purchased in the past at Ashley furniture I didn't want my wife to catch on to what I was doing so I tried to have a few "accidents" i put a helmet on my son and tried to send him into the living room for a long pass. Nothing. I bought my wife a bottle of champagne and tried to uncork it in such a way that it would break a glass table. Nothing. Heck I even had a dance party with all my kids blasting "Now that's what I call music 44" My personal favorite. STILL NOTHING. Unfortunately I gave up but one day I will need something and I know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling. Thanks Kristin and Ashley furniture co! 👍 In all seriousness though. Kristin was awesome and it really was a bummer that we weren't able to find what we were looking for there.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent purchases of recliners from your store, on a day I purchased two. While I was initially excited about the prospect of a few new pieces of furniture for my home, I was dismayed to discover several concerning facts about the craftsmanship and customer service surrounding my purchase. Firstly, I was disappointed to learn that the recliner was made with manufactured wood, rather than all solid wood. This was not made clear to me at the time of purchase, and I feel that it is a significant omission. I was under the impression that I was investing in a high-quality piece of furniture that would last for many years, but now I have concerns about the durability and longevity of the recliner. Furthermore, I was disappointed that there was no model description provided for the recliner. I feel that customers have a right to know what they are purchasing, and I found it frustrating that I was not given more information about the recliner's features and specifications. Lastly, I was disappointed to learn that there is no low price guarantee for the recliner. I feel that customers should be able to shop with confidence, knowing that they are getting the best possible price for their purchase. Two recliners were delivered on a Thursday and price fell $180 two days later! Without a low price guarantee, I feel that I have overpaid for the recliner and could have found a better deal elsewhere or waited it out two more days. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at your store and would appreciate it if you could address these concerns. I hope that in the future, you will be more transparent about the materials used in your products, provide detailed model descriptions, and offer a low price guarantee to your customers. I would have pulled the trigger on a purchase at Big Lots, which is probably what I should have done. Hindsight is 20/20 Sincerely

We literally visited 7 or 8 furniture stores this week before finding our couch and dining room set at this Ashley location. They had the best selection for a tight budget and a mid century modern style. Damien helped us and was the perfect helper… not pushy, knowledgeable and willing to help me run around the store looking for accessories to match our choices.

My first and last time purchasing from Ashley Furniture. Great customer service while in the actual store but after placing your order thats where the good experience ends. I had my friend with me who had purchased the same couch last year and it was delivered with missing parts, the sales woman assured me that was a rare occurance and would not be an issue when I placed my order. My couch was delivered on 1/25 within a couple days of my order which was great. The first issue was the delivery men did not speak english at all and had a major language barrier. This became an issue when they discovered the legs to part of the sectional were missing, they dialed customer service but had to hand the phone over to me to let customer service know about the missing parts because of the language barrier. I was told that my legs had been ordered and would arrive in 7-10 bussiness days and that a store supervisor where I purchased from would contact me to give a refund for the $350 "premium delivery". Over 2 weeks went by with no response and no legs. I called the store and spoke to a manager who gave me $100 refund for shipping but didn't provide any help for the missing legs. I called customer service and was told I would receive the legs now 2/20, well of course I still did not receive anything. On 2/23 I called customer service again and was told no order was ever placed even though I had a case ID, they placed the order yet again and was told a supervisor would contact me about another refund. Finally received the legs on 3/1. Yet no call from any supervisors or any further refunds. The good product is tainted by an awful delivery experience and I would not wste my time or money purchasing here again.

We had a good experience at Ashley furniture. The store was clean and had a good inventory. Our sales representative Naomi was knowledgeable and professional. We had a specific couch in mind which was not available but Naomi immediately brought us to a similiar couch.

After ordering thousands of dollars in furniture from the Ashley store in Pinellas Park, Florida, we received a dresser that was missing special manufacturer "screws" that are used to secure the drawer track. After dozens of telephone calls to them they FINALLY said they'll just send a new dresser.... In 2 weeks!!! It is impossible to speak to a manager of anyone and absolutely REFUSE to provide a district manager phone number. This is totally unacceptable and I am shocked at the very poor quality of customer service. I absolutely will NEVER purchase another thing from Ashley and would not recommend them at all!

Our first stop was the Ashley store in Clearwater, where we were greeted by Alexis. She made us feel so comfortable and helped us out tremendously. She’s so sweet, positive and cute!! By the end of our stop, we had decided on both living room and dining room furniture with her help. But we got bonus information with her as well. We just moved to the area from St. Louis Missouri and she was a wealth of information. She again was just so sweet and was so helpful both in the furniture store and in general. She made us feel like we made the right move. Plus gave us all little recommendations for restaurants in sightseeing places. Both women made us feel so warm and welcome, not pushy, loved that! I honestly I feel like I could reach out to both girls and ask for advice on anything!! Thank you both! Great employees!!

Our sales agent was Dragana. She was so beyond helpful. I hate when I go shopping, and the sales agent won’t step away to give us time to talk the decision through between ourselves. I am very indecisive and need a lot of time to talk/think things through. She was so patient with us, and so good at providing all the help we needed without overstepping and without hanging around like a helicopter.

I was looking for a comfy sleep sofa to fit a smaller space and found one at the first place I tried. The salesperson, Patti, was so very helpful and I found exactly what I wanted. She understood about needing the mattress to be comfortable and explained about the way they are made now. Also helped me find one that’s also comfortable to sit in as I don’t like one that’s too deep as I am short. Really looking forward to getting my new sofa for the den.

We just made our second major furniture purchases from Ashley Furniture in the last five years and both experiences were smooth and pleasant. This most recent visit we came to the store having done some online research beforehand so we knew what we wanted to see. Salesperson Heather politely greeted as we walked in. We explained why we were there and she took us around to view the 3 items we wanted to compare. She gave us additional information about each item with an extremely low pressure atmosphere. We chose our perfect sleeper sofa, added the protection plan and completed payment in less than 20 minutes...and we're taking delivery just 3 days later! Called about a couch I saw a couple weeks back that I couldn’t find online. Ernesto is the one who answered. He immediately knew which one I was talking about and told me they could have it delivered within 3 days. I wasn’t quite ready to buy so he gave me his number and told me to shoot him a text when I was ready. I called him 2 days later, he had it everything pulled up and ready. The check out process was SO EASY even over the phone. He even price matched it for me when I found it cheaper from somewhere else. Can’t thank him enough for the great customer service and handling of such a big purchase. Thank you Ernesto!!

Seems like a nice place by phone or in person. I have done both. But after the sale is complete and they have your money they do whatever they want. Absolutely terrible customer service and no follow through on what they promise. In 3 months I have made three separate whole room purchases. Only 1 was successful. And when you ask for help nothing happens. I am aware that they don’t need my business but the rest of my purchases will definitely be somewhere else. I was more than patient with them and had not results ….. but my last delivery drivers were great. I wish I could remember they names. They deserve better than the place they work

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, store, customer service, quiet honestly INSULTING. I bought a coffee table 10 months ago, never received it. They kept pushing back further and further on their inventory. I understand. Finally after 2 trips every month to the store to get an update, I decided to cancel my order. I did not want to wait anymore. The lady at the store kept having an attitude. After they canceled the order and had my money for 10 months, they did not want to give me my refund because I paid with cash. Finally accepted that, they told me it was going to be sent out from corporate within 14 days. 5 weeks pass by still no check, I finally called them today and they tell me the EMPLOYEE that processed my cancelation with HER attitude, did not even send in the request for cancelation!!!!!!! I’m so over this place, DO NOT SHOP HERE, and please give me my money back! I am waiting for CORPORATE to call me back and I’m going to file a complaint with them. Please do yourself the favor and go somewhere else where you will be treated like a customer should.

I stopped in to the store looking for a basic leather sofa. My sales person, Damien, was terrific! Very friendly, personal, helpful, and exactly what sales is all about, relationship building. This young man was not pushy at all yet ready to close the deal when my feedback indicated. This was the first store I stopped at in my search. Had it not been for Damien I would have moved on, continuing my search at more stores, comparing prices and products. Great experience! Hoping the furniture does as well as the sales person!

The salesman was amazing for his age. Now as company is a joke. They send the couch that I purchased in 2 days. The delivery people, they don’t understand English, and they dropped the whole box with the couch from the truck door to the street(3-4 feet). As a result, the couch got damaged. After communication, it took them 3 months to finally replace the whole couch instead to send parts or their tech. The second couch has issue again that I fixed it by my self, because I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE. I paid 1400$, and the representatives were telling me that “since you can sit on , just lay it on the floor.”

STAY AWAY!!! I purchased a couch the first week of AUGUST. The sales man was great! The issues began the day of delivery. When the delivery guys came, they DROPPED the couch from the truck. (Not to mention that there's no way to communicate with the guys because they no 0 English.) As you can imagine the couch was damaged. I called the same day and had to schedule a tech to come fix the couch and replace broken parts. I was told it would take 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I get a call LESS THAN 12 HOURS in advance telling me the tech would be over the next day. I had to reschedule because my family works and no one would be home. I rescheduled it for ANOTHER 4 weeks in advance. (End of September). I never received a confirmation, so I called the store and was told that the parts were ordered and needed to wait for them. After complaining that I am couchless for 3 months, they decided to replace the whole couch. Today, the new couch came in and the USB does not work once again. I will not be returning to ANY Ashley store. Such a shame. 1500$ down the drain and wasted for having to deal with so many issues that were never resolved.

Delivery guys left a mess in my home after putting furniture together. Also, noticed a chip on furniture and it even shows on their photos as well. After speaking with customer service, they are advising they can't get anyone out prior to 10/15. I am totally disappointed with Ashley's service and response to this issue. In addition, we have a side table and the bolts are all rusty and they stained the mable top. Poor quality

Cheap in the worst way - overpriced for the quality that wears out prematurely, they upsell you on a $250 five-year warranty that covers almost nothing. What it does cover is aggressively disputed by the company that handles the warranty. oh yeah they don't even handle their own warranty claim, they pawn it off to someone else so they can pass the buck. Salesman in the store LIED about the quality of the warranty coverage and the ease of filing. Spend your money elsewhere

We had a reclining loveseat and chair delivered today. The cords for the loveseat were missing and the delivery people said they would bring them back. They never did so when I called customer service told me it would be 7 to 10 days to order the part and then another however long till they could get a technician out to install the cords, which we probably don’t need considering it’s just a plug-in but we have a non-functional reclining couch and no option to pick the part up from the store faster. Customer service is literally non existent.

The sales team is AMAZING! The quality of the furniture is DURABLE for the price! My transaction was very SIMPLE & QUICK! 10/10!

On this review we purchased a couch and a loveseat from Ashley furniture up on us 19 we also purchase the warranty for 5 years after a year and a half the love seat started to break down we contacted Ashley Ashley says they couldn't do anything you have to contact the warranty my wife took pictures sent them up to the warranty and the warranty says you have to contact Ashley furniture my advice to you is to look around other companies and do not get stuck with the with the tactics of the sales force on a warranty that does not work I wouldn't even give this a one star I would give it a negative five star this is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life stay away from Ashley furniture

We met Damien at the Pinellas Park, Florida store. He was very helpful and polite and approachable. We knew what we wanted and he didn't try to oversell us or push us, which was nice. Delivery was scheduled and we had a conflict, so we rescheduled using their online tool. It worked great and I instantly got an email confirming. Delivery came when scheduled and I got an automated text message about 10 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys brought it inside (which we paid for), unboxed and then set up the sofa where we wanted it. The whole process was seamless and reliable. Overall, a great experience!

Large showroom. Helpful salesperson (until sale was completed). Good pricing and value for the quality of furniture, particularly during sale times. Delivery was a nightmare though. They missed the original delivery when promised, then it was a battle to get the item re-delivered when I was available. (it took them 3 more days to deliver after originally promised). I felt the salesperson and Ashley should have done more to make up for their glaring oversight and extra stress and hassle. Communication was atrocious on the delivery side, and I wasted multiple hours dealing with contradictory instructions and promises from the delivery people. When the delivery did come, the two workers were pleasant, but could not understand nor speak enough English to communicate effectively about how to get into the condo building. I'm not convinced I'd ever shop here again after the post sale experience. Ashley has done nothing to try to make me a loyal customer (and I have an entire condo minus a sectional to still outfit with furniture!).

Great experience. Went to Ashley on Sale Mabry on Sunday, not one person asked us if we needed help, even as we sat undoing of the service desk. Yesterday went to Ashley in Pinellas Park. Purchased the dining set I wanted on Sunday. Kim was great. Helpful, knowledgeable and someone I will only work with when I go back for other furniture pieces.

Horrible I spent 1400 on a leather recliner and another 170 for a 5 year warranty and it just passed a year since I purchased. I noticed the color of leather fading the other day and so I called. This is a very lightly used chair and its not in the sun anyway as soon as i told him my situation they said sorry its not covered. It says right in your coverage pamphlet that fading from sun Not Covered but my chair is not in the sun or a window period but denied. The extended warranty company is called Protect all owned by GSB enterprises. Dont buy the warranty it covers nothing and as far as Ashley goes. Shame on you for passing the buck because Im one month past 1 year factory warranty. I wont ever purchase something from them again

Buyer Beware. Do not buy any extended warranty from Ashley furniture especially ( protect all ) owned by GSB enterprises. They deny all claims. I purchased a leather recliner a year ago. Not a cheap chair but the most expensive one they sell 1400 dollars and the leather is fading already. I sit on this chair about an hour a day and always clean. I called to place a claim and was denied before I hung up. Hes telling me to look at fine print but there is no fine print in my documents so I said dont you think that’s important that we have different warranty coverage pamphlets because if I had the one that he was reading not the one given to me, then I might not of purchased the plan. I purchased a 1400.00 leather recliner 14 months ago. The chair gets very little use. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty and I recently noticed the leather discoloring and so I called Ashley. They said call my warranty company so I did. They told me they dont cover leather discoloring so my advice to you is Dont buy the warrant grom Protect All and I will never buy another item from Ashley

WORST Customer Claim Service! If you choose to Nuys your furniture at Ashley's and get the extended warranty...BE AWARE! If you have a claim, they are very rude, disrespectful and honestly do NOT want to help. I put a claim in over 3 weeks ago, tech was suppose to come out last Sat (6th Aug)....Not only we he/she a NO SHOW, never received a text, call or email with reason. A guy called today inquiring about status...very distant, with a cate and then said he would schedule me for September. I told him to come get the recliners and I will buy elsewhere where Customers matter and with better service. Beware

Bought a Beautyrest Black mattress under a combined promotion of a $200 Visa gift vmcard and a $100 visa gift card. After a month I went back and asked where they were. I was told 6 weeks was the time frame. 3 months out and an hour spent on the phone listening to automated prompts, a customer care that didn’t care and no one answering the phones at the Pinellas Park Fl location, looks like I’ll have to drive there again to find out where my money is. At this point in my opinion it was a fraudulent promotion. Steer clear of their bogus promotions **update** Sent an email to the below address with all the info. No response yet . Talked to a human on the phone after an ungodly amount of hoops.. I found out they had screwed up my email. I had him correct it. He told me he was unable to help me with the visa issue I would have to call Visa myself and he would be happy to email me their contact information. Three days later no email so it looks like I’m going to have to jump through hoops again to talk to another person who will likely do nothing for me Update**** Aug 27 STILL no $300 gift card. I’ve jumped through every hoop, spent hours dealing with recorded messages and broken promises. The owner should be ashamed

I bought a mattress from the store in Pinellas Park, FL 33781. I was shipping to my house in Kentucky. I never received my package. I have been in contact with customer service, corporate and a store general manager. No one will issue a new product or refund. It’s been two weeks past delivery date. I have called and called. I have spoken to a rude customer service lady on the phone from the Pinellas park store. She said “when I have a package delivered, I go out and get it immediately. You should’ve done that.” When I told her I was shipping to another state, she did not apologize for the rude service and hung up. I am a multiple time customer. I even have a store credit card. After this situation, you can bet I chopped it up. Why I don’t recommend? You cannot get ahold of anyone. No one knows what they’re doing. Numerous people have had a problem with them. Corporate is incompetent. They will say everything is your fault.

I ordered a coffee table from this store location and the young man who helped me told me multiple times that it would be assembled by the deliverymen at my home. I have a receipt and email saying that my delivery includes assembly and removal of packages. When the table came today, the guy who delivered it showed me a small sticker on the box saying "customer assembly". I told him all I said above and he said there was nothing he could do. I called the help number from the receipt and after being on hold for around 20 minutes, the only help I got was that a ticket was being made and I would get an email in 24 hours with what to do next. Now I am just stuck with this large box in my room that I guess I will be assembling myself later after work. I will not be ordering from this store again.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased patio sets, paid a mover to pick up in Brandon deliver to the beach set up and remove old stuff. He said it took them an hr to put 4 boxes on the truck and when he got to the condo there was no hardware for any of it. I've spent the last 2 weeks of hell trying to email, call, go to the store and not 1 single person can be of assistance. No one! I will NEVER buy again and I shop for business. I'm going back to Kane's, American Signature or Rooms to go.

I ordered furniture a month ago. 2 no call no show delivery dates. When it was finally delivered they brought boxes and did not assemble as I ordered in store and paid for professional assembly to assure that was not the case. The delivery guys didn’t speak English to explain. Customer service said they set up a “save team” that would call me Thursday with availability. No call. I called the store and they did the same. They placed a ticket and I was told to wait for a call in a few days. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Great customer service but was dooped for a protection plan that covers trash spent $8000 in two trips within 3 months the back couch cushion got a 2inch separation rip called them they referred to the protection company said it wasn't covered even though I was told it was one of the main things that would be along with stain protection the main reason we purchased it ya they cover neither referred me to a business in the area $195 they should be ashamed

I have been shopping at Ashley furniture for over 10 years. a Today I received the best customer service ever. Rachael Manchester knows the products, the pricing, and availability better than anybody I have ever worked with in the last 10 years. I was very limited to the color and timing of the furniture, she met all of my needs in under an hour. A complete bedroom and kitchen set. Ashley furniture has some of the best pricing for the quality of furniture. Look no further, Rachel is the best design consultant and will exceed your expeditions

Upon finding the perfect dinning table with the help of Dennis who was the youngest but by far the most professional interaction I had the whole two hours I was in the store. When I was told my the lease company progressive it would take three business days for a email to be updated being I never got the verify code from then. Which the customer service department needed from me before we could move forward even though they had the amount I was approved for plus the leasing agreement number. The agent from progressive asked myself along with Dennis to speak with someone from customer service. When walking over there, everyone was playing on their and the new manager Jackie was too busy brushing Dennis off and would not even listen to him and assumed I wanted to be (in her own words) "to be pushed through" and I needed to follow policy with acima.. I then interrupted to correct her since she couldn't listen to even get the company right and to listen to see the agent wanted to talk to her to see how can they fix the issue. Where I was told she was leaving for the day and she cannot fix the problem. I have never seen such bad customer service. If Dennis had not been so nice and patient Ashley's would have lost business. I just decided to pay cash and left with my table paid in full, since I was treated like I was begging for someone's money. Dennis asked another office manager if they could do something for my problems and another business manager approved $10 off delivery.... how nice (after he had to beg for that). Dennis gets a 10, the rest needs customer service classes and their phones locked in a locker.

Shopping for new living room furniture. Huge display, and competitive pricing, having searched Amazon before going. Only downside was the standard "we don't know when it will be delivered" that seems to be the default response to almost any purchase today. Turns out one item has already arrived. Unfortunately, it is large, heavy, and requires assembly. But I guess that is the new standard. Lovely salesperson, as helpful as her system allowed, and we did get most of the features we were looking for.

Online and store don't match and we drove out for nothing and the useless one said we should have called because they don't have the same stock.

We love our entire experience with Ashley Furniture in Pinellas Park from our sales representative, Dragana, to the delivery personnel! Our new sofa is perfect for our living room and it was on sale so we paid much less than we had planned. It delivered less than a week after we placed the order. The delivery personnel - Sylvester, David and Cornelius - were extremely friendly and professional. 5 stars!

Was a happy customer when I purchased my sectional from Ashley Furniture a year ago. However after owning it for 15 months now the ottoman is garbage even after a warranty claim with a technician doing a mediocre fix. The love seat has a little Structural damage based on the way it sinks in the middle and there is a tear on the back cushion which separated part of the cushion from the back of the couch. I went directly to the store I bought the couch and spoke with customer service. When I purchased the couch I paid for a 5 year warranty. Initially if a claim is filed within a year of purchase the claim is handled in-house. After the initial ownership year is up you have to file a claim with a different company. Here I sit with couch issues of which I paid $2,000 a little over a year ago and they tell me they only cover accidental stains. So u mean to tell me I can only file a claim for stains on the couch. I completely understand normal wear and tear on furniture but I didn't realize this particular sectional was built so poorly.. Always read the fine print because the warranty I paid for is a joke. All I wanted was help to get my couch fixed or replaced.

She was very helpful, went through a ton of options, never pushed the sale, was just polite as could be. When I visit Ashley's again, I will ask for her (and will probably end up buying more items for the house).

I walked into Ashley Furniture and was greeted by Sherri Booth. She asked if I was interested in something particular and then proceeded to explain where throughout the store where I could look. While walking around, looking at all the beautiful furniture, Sherri came over and asked if I found what I needed. (NO HASSLE) I found what I wanted and Sherri explained the complete procedure from the product, to ordering, delivery, set up and mainly the 5 year protection plan. I was SOLD. I will come back to Ashley Furniture and work with Sherri again. She is an asset to Ashley Furniture.

I went into the store looking for a coffee table. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and showing me the different ones available. I spent quite a bit of money over the last few years with them because I like their stuff. This has been my worst experience. Not only that I called them twice to try to get the delivery day change and they assured me that they would get in touch with me for the date I was selecting, and you showed up with the furniture on the day that I told him I would not be available. I had to cancel a meeting for work in order to receive the furniture. Then they just drop the box in the living room and I had to put the piece together. I was told the piece would be put together and that there would not be any moving parts. Well that was a lie I had to put it together. When I’ve contacted the store, I was on forever hold. I had to go to the store to get assistance. Let me say that I will be thinking twice before buying furniture with Ashley furniture in St. Petersburg Florida.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JULISSA I would have normally given it a five star review if I could completely base it off of my interaction with Kristen. She was wonderful, happy, and helpful. I came in a day prior looking at a couch and Kristen answered all of my questions. The next day I returned to the store and could not remember Kristen’s name for help. Julissa stepped forward. I described Kristen, hoping to work with her again. Julissa thought I was speaking about someone else and advised they weren’t there but that person would still profit from the sale. I advised I would be looking at the piece of furniture and get back with her. I couldn’t find her afterwards when I wanted to place the order. I looked around for a minute and wandered aimlessly before approaching a manager and explaining the situation. The manager pointed me towards a young guy by the front door so I could fill out my basic information. Julissa approached upset and angry with me stating she was standing there the whole time. She gave me constant attitude and made snarky comments right in front of me to other employees. I saw Kristen walk by and recognized her from the day before, then told Julissa I no longer wanted to work with her. I explained how I was treated to Kristen and she advised she would take care of it. I don’t normally write reviews but the behavior, comments, and actions of Julissa were completely uncalled for when I was there as a paying customer.

Ordered a TV stand with fireplace in OCT 2021, finally got tired of waiting with zero updates from the store, I always had to initiate any correspondence and would be told a new arrival date every time I spoke with someone, the date would come and go, again, with zero correspondence from them. I requested a refund in late April. I did get the full refund, but had a run around with that too.

We’ve bought a few pieces of furniture from this Ashley and have had a great experience each time. Most recently, Jackie helped us to get our bedroom set. She was super patient and took her time explaining info and how long it could take to get our set. It turns out it was delivered within a week, which was great! Financing and delivery person also provided good service.

This is ridiculous, you cannot call Ashley store directly. No one answers. I bought a couch in Aug 2021 and it was delivered Dec 2021. In the past few months the couch is peeling and frayed. I have been trying for a month to get a warranty resolution and to no avail. You call the Customer Service and you are on hold for hours. All I want is for someone at Ashley to review my case and come and replace my couch. It cost a premium and I am not getting premium service.

I've heard that Ashley furniture doesn't deliver on time but you know how rumors go. I did mention to the sales woman and she assured us it only happens with special delivery. Well we ordered a living room set and a bed. So far only the couch and love seat has been delivered. We're still waiting for our daughter's bed and the rest of the living room set. 😡

Been buying furniture from Ashley since May 2016. For most part really didn't have any issues until now. Over the past 5 years I have purchased close to $20,000. Just about every room in the house has Ashley furniture. Then in later 2021, decided on replacing the Living room furniture. Went in spent a couple of hours and walked out with a receipt of close to $5000. Delays in product so had to be delivered in 3-4 deliveries. 1st delivery arrived 2 weeks later furniture was basically broken upon delivery. So had to send 2 pieces back. Then realized the 2 pieces left were also broken. Went to the store the next day and decided to cancel the original order and replace it with a new order of different furniture. So the new order was now $7,000. Was told that everything was cancelled from orginal order, no problem..... They delivered part of the new order and picked up the remaining 2 pcs from old order. Got the first cc statement, still being charged for first order and now the second order was on there. Called the bank told them to remove since furniture was sent back and or not delivered. " we cant do that until we hear from Ashley" Called Customer Service with Ashley, told them the issues, "ok not problem we'll call the store and get it fixed" 2 months now, still getting calls, texts and emails to set up schedule for remaining pieces of Orginal Order. On average I was getting at least 3 calls a day followed my 3-5 text message and 2-3 emails. YES everyday for the past 6 weeks. Went to the store in person. Salesperson who sold us both orders .....moved. No manager to assist and a new staff behind the desk, "sorry but im new so ill have to call the business office manager to assist" Told she would look at everything the next day when she comes in. I said ok but I want a call when she does, to let me know the issues have neen resolved. 4 days later.....im still waiting. The cc company still shows $12,000 and only one room of furniture to show for it. No Inter- Communication amongst departments with this company, what so ever. Im done with them !!!

Initially was great. My sales person was very nice and helpful. I was promised a delivery date about 3 weeks after purchase "the items were in the warehouse" or so I was told. Reality is since my purchase I have not received any notice of delivery yet and its a week from when it is supposed to arrive. I am now not confident it is coming at all in the time frame assured. No one has been able to tell me a date of delivery. In addition if you call the store no one every answers. It goes into a national cue and I am at times told I am something like 90 in the cue. No one has called me back. I will have to drive to the store again (not close to me) to figure out what is really going to happen. I may cancel as I feel like I have been told mis information about what is possible.

I asked when I was buying this set if they were offering Presidents’ Day savings a few days before and was told I would get it. When I checked the price of the bedroom set online Monday it shows it would be 80.00 less than what I paid. I was also told they were including the 5 year protection plan for free but after reviewing my bill later I was charged 149.00 for the protection. I told the sells rep up front I needed a certificate of insurance for the delivery and entry into my condo building I also told the store manager. When I never received one I called customer service and was NUMBER 100 in line and after 15 minutes on hold I was NUMBER 115 ! I attempted to use the text options which referred me back the store and when I called the store the call went back into the customer service line I was just in. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have always had exceptional service at Ashley’s! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They always try to work with us to stay within our set budget and are aware of deals we can use to get the most for our money.

The women who answered the phone tonight is terrible. I don’t know her name but she sounded old and grumpy. I’m sure she was a sales person looking for a sale. I told her I received an email that my chair arrived (the one I purchased months ago) and just wanted to double check it did since the automated system couldn’t confirm. She put me on hold for almost 15 minutes mind you I called 20 minutes before close. So I hung up the phone and called back I then heard someone pickup the phone and place me back on hold, and the hung up. The saying “customer service stops after the sale is so true” after you buy no one cares to help! I think I’ll be returning the chair.

I bought a sleeper sofa that’s sinking in after 6months the sales person talked me into getting a useless warranty that covers nothing its all in the fine print.. they sent a tech out to access my couch a month ago he told me the issues .. I’ve yet to hear anything else from them on replacing pillows .. I will never buy another piece of furniture from them again it’s overpriced and poorly made

I am leaving 4 stars, as I have not actually received or seen the furniture yet. That being said, I shopped at the Pinellas Park store, Julissa was THE BEST. She is sweet, professional, and knowledgeable all at the same time! I was immediately SO comfortable with her. We spoke for about 1 minute and she took us to several different options that matched EXACTLY what we were looking for. No sales pressure AT ALL. Highly recommend, just for the shopping experience alone. Updating review to 5 stars! Furniture is BEAUTIFUL! Delivery/assembly service was great too!

One of the best and easiest furniture buying experiences I've ever had. I found the exact bedroom set that I wanted and even better that it was in stock. It's actually being set up in my bedroom as I type this review. Purchased on a Saturday afternoon and arrived on Tuesday!

A great place to buy furniture. Staff are attentive, but not overbearing. Got a great deal on a loveseat and two chair. Will update review after we see how they wear. Purchased a full bed from them a while ago with no complaints.

Our visit to the St. Pete (Pinellas) Ashley store was very productive. It culminated a seemingly endless search for furniture. Our visit was pleasantly punctuated by Irie (short for Iriana) who served us. She was very knowledgable, intuitive, and made it almost painless. The process was only daunted by the long wait for delivery, which obviously, is out of her control. Notwithstanding, Irie took care of us, was fun to be with and was not impatient with our many quarrels and questions. The five stars are Irie. We wish her well in all her future endeavors. Ashley Home store is favored to have her as part of its work force.

BUYER BEWARE On September 1, 2021 I placed a purchase for a dinning room table with chairs and a bench, and for a couch with an ottoman for nearly $4,000.00. While purchasing, I was directed to items in store that were more readily available and that would have quicker shipping times. I was told the items I picked would be in end of November at the latest but more than likely sooner. I figured I could wait 3 months for the furniture. Today at the 4 month mark of no furniture I was told that my items would not be in to warehouse until March 10, 2021 nearly 7 months after ordering. Even that time line is not definitive or guaranteed. Each time I call customer service, every single time, I am told different items from my order are in warehouse and able to ship. BEWARE BUYING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.

We visited the Pinellas Park Ashley Home Store on 12/18/2021 and were assisted by a young man named Ernesto. He was extremely helpful to us, locating the exact type of table we needed within minutes on the showroom floor. Once we decided to buy the item, he very thoroughly went through all of the information related to the purchase and future delivery. He was competent, courteous and personable - it was a pleasure working with him!

Adam was amazing!! He helped me out, I had him walking around the entire store looking for pillows… he understood the assignment though and totally helped me out!! I can’t wait for my new patio furniture!

My $3000 couch started falling apart and literally sinks to the floor after not even 1 year of purchasing. I have the 1 year warranty and 5 year warranty options. Apparently the 5 year warranty doesn’t cover the couch falling apart. I opened a claim 3 days after my 1 year warranty expired and they agreed that it was unacceptable that the couch is such bad quality and since I was so close to the date of the 1 year warranty, that they would do what they can to fix it. So, They sent replacement pillows TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! I updated my address 4 times. They sent a technician out to assess the couch damage TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. When I called to follow up today, to let them know that they clearly aren’t updating my address in the systems - they told me there’s nothing further they can do since I was past my warranty. ??!!!!! So I’m out $3000 with a couch that sinks to the floor after 1 year. I’d rather sit on the floor. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a bed and a couch on two separate days so two separate deliveries. The bed came, in separate pieces, on Friday then I was told it couldn’t be put together because of missing pieces. Scheduled for missing pieces to come the following day (Sat) missing pieces again, I was furious, I had to re arrange all my plans to accommodate the deliveries. They sent another team, finally they put the bed together (in a rush). Found out one of the box Springs was broken, called the number told me I had to take it up with corporate because those had been delivered the day before not day of. I drove to the store, furious again because I paid for new items and it wasn’t my fault it took 3 deliveries to get everything put together! Through this experience I spoke to LeShanna, Courtney, Brandon and Samantha. When I got to the store they followed through with everything, and said my next delivery will have no issues ( I really hope so!!!) anyway, thank you LeShanna, Courtney (from warehouse) and Brandon and Sam (from store) for your customer service, you get 5 stars! I will update this review after my next delivery, I hope it goes well.

Dragana Kuzmanoski really made it a great experience. I had been looking at a particular living room set for some time(watching prices and inventory bounce around as we all do these day). She gave me the facts, watched out for my buying experience,and not overly assertive ( I never felt pushed - just comfortable) as well told me when it could be delivered if I was ready to purchase. So I had a few question as I try to research things first (I hate shopping). I asked about different delivery options, the furniture protection plan - well guess what, she had all the answers and pamphlet material right at her finger tips, yes I know she would have offered those items as any strong professional sales associate would. Dragana, folding all my paper work neatly along with the pamphlet after explaining the contact information with warranty, delivery, and said if I have any issue to stop bye and see her. I HATE shopping for furniture! Most of my things are from IKEA so I don’t have to deal with pushy salespeople. We went to another store and nothing that we liked would be available by Christmas. So, I walked into your store a little defeated and definitely on the defensive. However, Ernesto was a breath of fresh air! We told him we wanted a smaller sectional, in grey, and that we absolutely needed it before Christmas. He said “no problem!” and took us on a tour of the showroom. Sure enough, he found us a bunch of options, got us prices without a hard sell and made me comfortable the whole way through! We even exchanged restaurant suggestions when he heard I was vegan. I’m excited for the delivery of my couch and feel confident that I made the right choice, because I wasn’t sold or pushed into making a decision. We had a fantastic sales employee; Jacquline Falk. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She was not the least bit pushy and spent time on two different days working with us. She felt more like family when we left.

I came in to Ashley Homestore with no idea of what I wanted to purchase for my home. I was greeted immediately by Dennis Rousakovski. He was so welcoming and genuinely wanted to help me. Upon looking around he helped me purchase a beautiful sofa and entertainment center. He made the process so simple. His manager was also incredibly nice and overall I just had a great experience!

If I could leave 0 stars I would BUYER BEWARE AS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR CONTRACT We purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture September of 2020 and it was the worst thing we have ever done. From the arrival of furniture to trying to get broken furniture replaced underneath warranty. We had a 1 year warranty followed by 5 year warranty which fixes things like scratches (but not seams falling apart) anyways I called Ashley in August of 2020 which is well within our 1 year warranty to get some couch cushion covers replaced - first they sent me couch cushions not covers. I call them again in August to inform them they sent me the wrong item and they tell me they will have a technician coming on September 24th to replace covers. Technician comes on September 24th to verify cushions need to be replaced and states they will be shipped in 5-10 business days. It’s not November. Obviously we are out of our year warranty due to Ashley’s shady business practice. Now they refuse to right their wrongs and I don’t agree with that as we signed a contract and they didn’t fulfill their end of the bargain. Terrible company with shady business practices. You will do well not to spend your money here as they do NOT care about their customers

She made us feel very confident that we were getting a good deal and good furniture. Because of her, we bought everything there and looked no further. Greg made my couch buying experience very easy. He was friendly and thorough with all of the different custom options I could do to create the exact configuration I wanted.

The salesman are a bit aggressive, but the selection is exceptional. You are capable of negotiating your price, but don't push too hard. The salesman are exceptionally knowledgeable and will guide you towards the proper setup for your home. We spent about 3 hours total in Ashley and got what we wanted; proper discounts my wife and I were satisfied with.

Dennis Rousakovski was a wonderful, young, energetic and knowledgeable young man. Since I have a bad back, he helped us pick out a mattress that felt very comfortable along with a bedroom frame that will accommodate the fitting of the mattress. I explained the style of bedroom set and he walked us over to one. He knew exactly what I was looking for and show me the particularly bedroom set which I immediately love.

Would’ve wrote a good review since I had a great in store experience but I bought a mattress over a month ago and I still have no mattress. Delivery was supposed to be the beginning of October which was rescheduled several times. Date of my most recent delivery day, which was confirmed by email, nothing showed up to my house and now I’m told it’s back ordered till January. Don’t sell something to someone when you don’t have it in stock and/or not tell them it’s back ordered and then keep promising new delivery dates that you can’t meet. This is bad business and I highly recommend shopping elsewhere

Dennis was by far the best furniture salesman I have ever come in contact with. He saved the day by helping us get a sleeper sofa in time for the holidays!

I really wanted to write a nice review since we had the nicest saleman, but i cannot. We spent 4000 on a bed (that was supposed to be cooling) and an adjustable frame. First of all the bed is no cooler than our last bed that was just a regular mattress. And we HATE the adjustable frame. HATE. It is not at all what we expected, has zero lumbar support. We were given the impression that Ashley stood by their products and wanted their customers to enjoy what they bought but when we attempted to exchange the adjustable frame for a regular frame we were informed that adjustable frame were not exchangeable or returnable. Would have been nice to have been made aware of this in the beginning. Will not recommend to anyone and will not be making any future purchases from this place. Shame on them. Buyer beware.

Sales and payment people struggle badly. Had me pay for 3 orders when I only have 2. Would not buy here. Could not refund. Spent over $2,000 and also could not offer discounts or delivery. Terrible company.

Just to let anybody know whoever buys furniture from this place I've been having an issue with the bed that I bought nine months ago 2 months into owning the bed the hardware breaks at the end of all the rails not only that their guy that assembles the furniture left broken hardware under the bed next to the Allen bridge one of the box springs broke the other ones about to break and I yet to get my problem resolved and by the way I paid $2,600 for this bedroom set that they're taking their sweet time to fixI'getting ready to call the better Business bureau on them 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🖕🖕

I paid $3000 for a mattress that I laid on in the store I’ve bought many Tempur-pedic mattresses and I know what I need. what was in the store and what was delivered was two different things I got a mattress that had the same number and brand as the mattress I looked at in the store but it feels like a piece of plywood buyer beware they will not take back this mattress or exchange it for one that is acceptable.

Delivery and setup are the worst. Payed to have tv stand put together and delivered. They keep trying to drop it off without putting it together. Why offer a service if you won't follow through. Their excuse is it takes too long to set up at the house but they told me they were going to set it up in the warehouse the last time we didn't accept it.

0/5 Sales persons incompetent, No one answers the phone, Absolutely no customer Service, Always placing blame on Corporate end, always looking for a computer to have access to inventory, the iPads they carry around to look important are a waste of time for customer and sales persons. They have no idea how furniture is put together so customer can Receive all parts that go with that item. A car salesman needs to know all ins and outs to all vehicles that are for sale on their lot, just like a furniture salesperson should know how each piece is put together so that the customer can make the best decision for their homes! I will never use Ashley Furniture again, nor will I give them a Referral🤬🤬 After purchasing an Entire Home for cash, not financing; and I supposedly bought in stock items, after 60 days still sleeping on the floor🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 The one star is only for Corporate, but still no referral 🤬

The best thing was the had the product I was looking for in the store so I could see and touch it before I purchased it. Also, they do price match, which I didn’t know. I was informed that my couch would arrive in 3-4 weeks. That was May 16th, 5 months ago. Still have not received pieces of the couch. Zero accountability from this company. Zero resolution. Zero respect.

We walked in and met Greg C. Immediately. He asked us what we were looking for and took us to the perfect sectional for us. He listened to us, showed us some options, was patient with our financing needs. We left with exactly what we needed, great pricing, and the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. He wasn’t a car salesman. He was a good human who made us laugh all while doing a great job filling our needs. We will be back and will refer people to Ashley’s, and Greg C!!
