Nice variety of furniture , sales staff were great, we left without the recliner we bought and paid for because the manager was not very comparative in getting someone to load it in our van.

Don’t ever buy from this place. They deliver damaged furniture to you. When you call to report it they take days to return your calls. When you explain to them what’s wrong they ask you to send pictures and will get back to you. The pictures were sent three different times. We didn’t need the entire set replaced only legs on two chairs. They still decided to send someone out because they didn’t believe us. The technician comes out to TAKE the exact pictures I sent to the company. Wasn’t there five minutes and said he would have to get back to us.
If you are someone that values customer service, please read. I really wish I would've checked the BBB website prior to purchasing from this company. 1 star out of 350 reviews. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. My story is unfortunately not unique as there are several other customers with similar experiences. I recently bought a new couch from this place. Was told that everything will be delivered within 4-5 days, great! I travel for work and that would fit right in for when I’ll be home. A full week later, nothing. No contact or communication. So, I call and get this run around about the truck being late and it’ll be next week. Next week gets here and the couch is delivered in three pieces but it’s missing the arms that power the recliner so, the couch is unusable. They won’t take it back and the person I had to have stay at my house for the order since I was gone for work talked to the “manager” of the store and apparently someone didn’t order the correct additional pieces so that would be here in another week (what was supposed to be today). Ashley confirmed my delivery twice as of two days ago. Today gets here and guess what, no delivery. I call again and they say the same story, truck is late, it’ll be 72 more hours. I’m going to be gone in 72 hours for work and won’t be here. I’ve tried calling to speak with someone to try and get a price adjustment but It has to be a manager and the manager is never there and hasn’t called me back for the 3rd time now. Customer service offered me a $75 gift card to help with the frustration of buying a $3,000 sofa. Makes sense. I will NEVER be purchasing anything from Ashley again just based on the terrible customer service alone. Please stay away from this company. I do want to add that the in store experience was quite nice. Everyone was super nice and helpful but that’s where the good part ends. After they get your money it’s a go screw yourself company.
If it was possible, I would leave a NEGATIVE 5 star review on this NON transaction. On 9-15-20 I purchased a sectioal sofa at Ashley in Pinellas Park, Fl to be delivered on 10-1-20. Recieved text on 9-29 to confirm delivery between 8 and 12 on 10-1. Stayed home from work and waited all day. I finally called to find out what happened and was left on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes and then disconnected! Called again the next day and after 40 minutes was told that item was on back order and I shouldn’t have recieved text. It Might be in before the end of October and they will deliver it without charge. I can’t believe that a national company can have this bad of communication and just doesn’t seem to give a $#**

The furniture is great. That is not the issue. We bought a warranty for the sectional - the same sectional that one of the reps claimed to have. We made sure that the warranty covers pet damage - the sales rep assured that she has already used it for that same reason. Now we got a small amount of pet damage and put in a claim - it has been 2 months and nothing from the warranty. Not even a response. When you call there is no live human to speak to. Calling the store is useless - they transfer you to the same line. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service after the purchase. Almost wondering if the sales rep actually used the warranty or just said it because I was against purchasing the warranty since I've had issues with another furniture store. I've emailed the warranty company ALL the information as they requested within 1 day, even though they give you 5 days. You can't sell a warranty that isn't even a warranty - I have called and emailed the customer service contacts for GBS - no response. I almost am doubtful that the company exists since you cannot speak to anyone and only automatic responses both on phone and email.

Maybe try to avoid this store. The sales associates make it seem like their customer service is top of the line should you have issues however my experience does not exemplify that in any way. After experiencing issues with the piece I purchased, the store manager made it very clear that there was nothing she could do to help and to call corporate and play a monkey in the middle type of game. This isn’t a piece of furniture off wish.com y’all - you can do better.
