Came to look for a chair for reading that would be comfortable but also a reasonable price. Rachel greeted us quickly, enthusiastically and let us just wander. She was quick to answer questions and though we were looking for one chair we ended up purchasing two! Excellent price, comfortable and will be delivered next week! Thank you Rachel!
We purchased a bedroom set in January and from day one had issues. When they delivered it we had 3 pieces that were already damaged. As instructed by the sales person we didn't accept the delivery even though the delivery people were rude and upset that we wouldn't accept the damaged furniture. They came out a second time and one of the pieces was damaged AGAIN. So finally a 3rd time they came out and everything seemed to be ok (except that it wasn't). They had put the bed together incorrectly and the bed fell in. We had them come out again and they "fixed" it (apparently incorrectly AGAIN) so after a couple of months the bed crashed down again. My wife called them and they said they would send the parts to our house to fix it and then have someone come out and fix it after the parts were delivered. The parts arrived and my wife has been trying to call them for over a MONTH and can't get anyone to respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES. They take your money, give you terrible furniture then won't help you when you have issues. They are nothing but scam artists.
Do yourself a favor and save the headache! I've purchased a better quality couch from American Freight!!!!!! It lasted much longer than the poor quality furniture that I have now. I wouldn't purchase another item from Ashley Furniture even if it were only $.50 (fifty cents).
Ashely Homestore does not stand behind their products ! They have NO customer service ! Every employee we make contact with take NO responsibility and claims to have NO authority to help with damaged furniture and unacceptable customer relations !
I purchased a bed room set and a dinning room set from Ashley’s. Boy what a mistake. Let me start off by saying every piece of furniture has some kind of damage. My bed room set is actually missing pieces which the installers were so kind not to even let me know. In fact my second delivery (two separate deliveries) wasn’t delivered in the scheduled date. No call, no show. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to solve these issues and I have been in the store multiple times. Let me wrap it up. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to Ashley’s corporate location. They are replacing everything at the cost of a lot of time spent and head ache over something that I spent thousands on. Never will I ever buy or recommend anything from Ashley’s furniture.
Stay away from furniture protection. My couch has been broken since May 7, 2020. Took 30 days for someone to come from GBS repair and take pictures. Then 30 days later I don't have parts only to find they shipped to wrong address. GBS customer service is a mess and as of July 23, 2020 my couch is not fixed, the parts are not here and when they DO get here I start all over. I have to call to schedule a non-English speaking repair person to come to my house (based on their schedule availability) and repair the couch with the parts that are sent. I see more crazy before this is over.....Ill be back to update.
I bought a sofa two months ago. They delivered it in the wrong color. They scheduled to deliver the correct sofa TWICE (during which I had to be at home all day waiting) and never showed up. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to keep the wrong color sofa just to stop fooling with them. They cancelled my order instead. Now I have a sofa and they continue to call me for a "delivery". It has been two months. Terrible service.

Bottom line: If you want furniture in your home, DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. We purchased a great-looking couch more than a month ago. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday and we even received confirmation of scheduled delivery. However, Ashley is now projecting a late-August delivery of unknown reasons. They have a decent showroom but DO NOT BUY if you want furniture delivered. You can’t trust that will happen. In fact, all the in-store associates said “THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.” Save your time, sanity and money to shop somewhere else that guarantees delivery.
Extremely disappointed in our recent experience with Ashley Furniture. Despite several friends discouraging us from shopping there and telling us horror stories, we decided to purchase a sectional couch. To our disappointment, the one we wanted was on a 4 week delay, but we managed and scheduled our delivery. Fast forward to our delivery date, my online tracker gave me a time window confirming my delivery and saying it would be delivered between 11AM-3PM. Well around 1:45PM that day, I decided to call Ashley Furniture to see what was going on and get an ETA. The service rep explained my order was BACKORDERED again and would not be arriving for an additional 4 weeks. I was absolutely appalled with their customer service. I was hung up on, transferred from employee to employee with NO answers as to why this happened. We sold all of our furniture to accommodate this delivery date and had it CONFIRMED with the company. They had no communication with me about the back order and they were not able to get me any answers. I ended up cancelling my order and going to a more reputable company because at this point I wouldn’t have even trusted they could get my furniture delivered without more delays and hiccups.
I would have gave it no stars if i could. Juuly first me and my 81 yr old mother went to get her a bed. We just moved here may 31st and my mom hasn't had her own bed. She's been sleeping on a recliner. They said they had it in stock and we would get the adjustable part and matress on the 4th. Called next day and said they have it and we would have to wait till the 10th. Finally got that but the rest of the future we won't get till the 19th of July and no it wasn't because of Covid19. They are liers and they won't give the correct numbers to call for help. We will never shop there again and we still need furniture. I'd rather go to good will atleast they are honest
I had purchased the Kisper queen upholstered bed. After they assembled it in my opinion this bed is way over priced. It is not a $469 bed more like a $250 bed. It is very cheaply made. Also, one of the reasons I purchased it was it states that it is 84 inches long which I wanted a smaller bed however it actually is 102 inches long almost 2 feet longer than stated. I tried calling about this and their customer service is horrible, terrible nobody answers the phones. I had to go into the store today and complain. I found out that the have a NO return policy if you purchase in the store. They filed a claim but I dont expect to hear anything. I will never shop there again. Buyer beware NO returns unless you order on line.

Purchased a new bedroom set, when delivered the nightstand was broken and would not close all the way. A week later they sent out a tech to see if they can fix it, I was told a part needed to be ordered and I can install myself. Why wouldn’t they just send me a new piece of furniture, who would purchase a damage piece of furniture? The tech came into my house without a mask on , who knows how many other houses he has been to. So very disappointed with Ashley’s furniture. I recommend going somewhere else.
Had 5 different technicians here. After 3 months the couch fabric stretched .I bought the warranty plan. They refuse to replace the couch. They are the worst company I ever dealt With Reported them to the better business bureau.. BEWARE inferior quality. They take your money, then don’t want to know you.
While reading keep in mind I ordered my furniture in Sept 2019 and I still have not gotten my furniture corrected/repaired. Except for the sales lady, every bit of the service has been completely terrible! First, I was delivered a table and entertainment center that were not even completed. The delivery guy even called the furniture “crap” when he delivered it. He took photos of where they were missing pieces and said someone would come out to fix them. Nobody ever came. I called once a week, through December 2019, to request the proper parts to finish my furniture. They sent me the wrong parts 3 times. The people in the warehouse started to laugh at me when I would call them. I never got the parts for one table. Finally got the parts for the other table. Second, I called in January fed up. I spoke to customer service and they said they would replace the table. They scheduled 3 delivery dates, that I took off work, waiting on this table, and they never showed! 3 times they texted and said they would show. It turns out, they kept thinking there was a table they could replace it with in the warehouse. However that table was damaged. So they’d mark it non deliverable and NEVER ALERT ME. This happened 3 times with the same table. I’ve continued my phone calls to customer service because the lady had promised store credit if I didn’t get the table. Third, I walked by the table one day and it fell apart completely, cutting me down the leg, because the parts weren’t holding it together! I finally get customer service in a higher section. They asked for the photos and said I would hear back in a week about a refund. That was the end of May 2020! This has been going on for 8 months and they’re doing nothing about it. I’m calling Morgan and Morgan tomorrow.
