Adam was great! He helped us pick out a lovely brown leather sectional and helped make sure we got the best possible pricing on premium delivery and warranty. Side note: he owns a fluffy 3-legged cat! Very cute. Overall, a nice, clean store with competitive pricing and good variety

Jim Hinchliffe ourDesign consultant was extremely helpful professional and we couldn’t of wish for anybody to help us pick out the furniture and be so patient with us. He is without that one of the best sales persons we’ve ever encountered dealing with furniture shopping. He is knowledgeable not pushy, and well-intentioned. I would recommend him to anybody who visits the store.

Rachel was literally everything we needed. I can tell you my girlfriend and I went into more than a handful of furniture stores and no one came up to us. Rachel did immediately when she saw us walk through the doors. We had already been to the store a few days ago so we had an idea of what we were purchasing and she just made it so quick, easy and comfortable for us. Thank you Rachel for helping us get our new furniture!
Patti is so amazing an made me feel great about my selections. I'll be back to buy my bed soon! Update 7/21: I received my coffee table damaged and have since received 3 tabletop replacements all damaged. After MANY calls I was told I would get a call Mon or Tuesday, nothing. I'm over them, would not recommend them and will buy a mattress else. Update, was told I would get a call last Monday or Tuesday, called them Wed and today. They sau its still under review.
Gregory the sales guy was great and he is why this isn’t a 1 star. However, we were quoted a delivery date and then got a call they day off the delivery to say they needed another week. I have no faith that I will get it by then. The guy that called just said is that ok and thank you for your patience. What patience, you gave me no options. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. I won’t shop here ever again. I hope Gregory can go to a place that can go or their commitments. I mean there were so many items that we looked at that were out of stock. If you don’t have it, then don’t display it.
Please take time to fully read this review!! So we are 1st time clients with Ashley. Went to the store 6/28 and purchased full size bed mattress and nightstand. Got the bed and mattress delivered to my home 7/4 and the nightstand was supposed to be direct shipped to my home 7/17. I called their customer care about a week after placing order in the store to confirm the nightstand deliver and they told me the delivery had been pushed for 8/26 because someone who had their name in line before me had already gotten theirs. Made no sense as we were not made aware of that issue. So I canceled the delivery . Called them the next day and I was told the delivery had not been pushed back and it was scheduled to arrive on time and my delivery had not been canceled. It’s 7/18 today and no nightstand. The store where I made the purchase never picks up when I call and their customer care is horrible. They keep transferring me back and forth even hanging up. I’ve called more times Than I can count and they don’t even apologize but tell me to get in touch with the store. This is my 1st and last time purchasing with Ashley. I recommend taking your money to a furniture store who doesn’t only care about getting the sale but also provides the customer service you deserve as a paying customer.
Went from a 5 to a 0 in a year. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing at the store. Not only did I get two separate deliveries when I was supposed to only have one..the second delivery they weren’t even going to put together my bed when it was their mistake that i didnt get it on the same day. You also can’t get a hold of anybody at the store by calling them and you are on hold for 50 minutes then disconnected. No one has an answer for you even when you do!! I went to the store the day before delivery because I just had a feeling something wouldn’t go right. And was told that the bed that I ordered was not on my delivery but I was lucky enough that it was in stock and can be delivered two days later. I was lucky?? And this was by the manager who wouldn’t even include delivery when it again it was their mistake. I will never ever again deal with Ashley furniture and of all the money that I have spent at that store in the last few years this will be the last time.
We ordered table, loveseat and chairs about a week ago. It was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. We just received a message saying it wouldn’t be delivered until the 22nd. I called to speak to someone and lady was extremely rude. Didn’t want to let me speak to a supervisor. She finally put me on hold for nearly an hour. Same associate came back to tell me that I wasn’t able to speak to a supervisor. She then said it would be easier if she just canceled the order. Stay away from this place.
