I have had a very comfortable and easy-going purchase experience. I needed to purchase a lot of furniture, for the bedroom, living room, dining room, and more. I arrive there when there was a sale, and Sandra was absolutely fantastic. When I'm in the need of furniture, I know who I need to go to.

On 12/1/2019 my wife and I bought a couch. Jo Jo Lindsey was the representative that helped & assisted us with our purchase. She was friendly, not pushy & answered all our questions patiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. She provided excellent service. Thanks so much!
My first time ever at an Ashley Home store, and what a wonderful experience. I was greeted and helped by JoJo, what a great lady... Told her what I was looking for price wise and she gave me some options, and was so helpful! The store itself is beautiful, with a nice selection in all price ranges. Friendly staff throughout the store.
Yesterday I walked into the store with my wife to look at furniture. We were greeted at the front in a very nice manner. A woman approached us, very abruptly and a little aggressive. She stated her name and that we can call her JoJo if we needed anything. My wife and I had several questions, and we felt that every time we asked JoJo for help she was getting more and more frustrated with us.We felt very uncomfortable. We did not leave the store because we like the items in the store alot. As we were making our decision I could hear our rep Jo Jo speaking about us to another coworker which made me feel very comfortable. I personally will never go back to this location.
The sales attendant Kristin was friendly and helpful. I practically rearranged a section of the store to mock up the pieces of furniture to get a feel for how the different finishes would work together, and she helped ease my mind for how it would look!

Worst customer service EVER. Bought a sofa, they delivered the wrong one, yet delivery stated “just keep it, we’ll switch it out later” 3 days later, the sofa breaks. Literally coils are ON THE FLOOR, twisted metal brakes are falling out. Can’t get anyone on the phone, went to the store trying to return the whole couch, and was told “that’s impossible” 3k product falls apart within three days of delivery—and a customer can’t return it? DON’T BUY FURNITURE HERE!
Big place good service
I would love to give a good review because their furniture is nice and usually priced fairly, but the customer service is horrible. I received a couch that I bought a 5 year warranty on and it was ripped during delivery and missing 4 legs. Before delivery even occurred, I was told if anything was wrong during delivery, that wouldn’t even be covered under warranty because it is Ashley’s fault and they would fix it right away. It has taken more than 5 phone calls and 2 in-store visits to get them to even pay attention to the issue. Their excuse after my last in-store visit, was that it was “sent to the wrong department”, but would still take 10 days to get a tech to come out. Even when a tech did come out after a MONTH of having a ripped couch and missing legs, they simply took pictures and said they couldn’t do anything else once the case was reviewed. Mind you, I had already sent pictures in with the initial call. The tech said that after the case was reviewed per HIS photos, I’d have to call ANOTHER tech out to put the pieces together. He couldn’t give me info on whether they would be replacing the entire piece or just certain damaged pieces and told me it’d be “a surprise” when it came in and I’d have to call accordingly then. I haven’t received any info and it’s been a week since that tech came out and over a month of me recieving the couch AND notifying them of the rips and missing legs. If I wanted a couch with these issues, I could spend half the money to buy a couch with rips and missing legs at Goodwill. On top of this, I ordered an accent cabinet with a delivery date of 11/20. I hadn’t received a notice of delivery as of today (11/19) so I gave them a call to check on it. During this call, they told me they didn’t have anything on delivery for me tomorrow and after 20 minutes of them searching for my sales order (I provided them with the order #), they found it and told me it wouldn’t be delivered until 12/10. They gave no communication on this until I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. I took this day off work with the thought that I’d receive this delivery during this window per my paperwork. Long story short, unless you want a second job.... don’t order from Ashley Furniture. Their service is horrible and has no communication what so ever. You WILL have to follow up every day on them unfortunately. I totally understand mistakes, but they haven’t fixed any mistake they’ve made and it’s clearly not a one time mistake as it’s occurred with multiple products I have ordered from there. I will be returning all of my products and buying elsewhere (most of their products are cheaper online from other stores anyhow). I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone as it’s 100% more work than it’s worth. I’d rather pay a couple $100 more and receive quality products and service than mistakes that don’t get fixed after multiple follow ups and management that doesn’t seem to be organized, proactive, or simply care about any of their business.

Didn't have what I was looking for
