After initial problems with delivery, damaged furniture and biting mites in furniture, Manager Christy Grieve did a fine job meeting with us and resolving the problem by taking furniture back and replacing with an upgraded set. We decided to give them another chance.

Furniture is not well made, had MANY problems with "leather" cracking and peeling. HOWEVER, customer service was very helpful and sent technicians out to replace and repair peeling arms etc. and eventually even replaced two recliners due to peeling, cracking arms and backs. Every one in Customer Service was polite, knowledgeable and cooperative. My advise....don't purchase any fake leather furniture.

A couple of years ago, we bought a 14pc bedroom set and some extras for our daughter room from Ashley's and have been very impressed at the salesmanship, quality and the delivery of the furniture. We also liked the financing options as we would've never been able to do it had they not had so many 0% interest options. We recently referred our niece to Ashley's and as she was just moving down from Canada. she needed an entire house with 4 bedrooms furnished. The Sales person, Tiffany, was amazing, easy going, funny, truthful and very informative. She made our niece's daunting task, enjoyable. The financing options made it doable! We have since bought some furniture for our bedroom and are more than happy with everything. I will always go to Ashley's first when buying furniture.

Absolute nightmare. As a physician in training working 90 hours a week with almost no time off, the delivery was completely uncooperative and took talking with 4 people to be able to get a delivery date. On that date, the movers showed up 3 hours outside of the time frame and gave me less than 10 minutes notice. Also, I was not informed until during my delivery that 1 out 3 pieces of my sectional were not being delivered. I now have no idea when this last piece can be delivered. Also, ottoman ended up being much too large for the space and when I called to inquire about my last item being delivered and returning the ottoman, was informed that they do not take any returns, on any items, ever. This seems like an absolutely outrageous policy. I am extremely frustrated and thought that a large company would at least try to accommodate a customer spending close to three thousand dollars at their store. Needless to say will not shop here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Although a rocky start (delivered early the wrong bed when I ordered a full suite) but when the furniture arrived on the day they originally stated, it was in good order and was delivered earlier than promised (which was a plus). Over all satisfied.

Hope you don't need service down the road. My recliner broke when I called they had me on hold for 20 minutes and then told me they have no service men and don't sell parts. Most rude person I ever talked too....

The sales associate Wilson Velez, was very knowledgeable and helpful on helping us with our decision on our new sofa. HE EVEN REARRANGED THE DISPLAY FOR US, SO WE COULD SEE HOW WE WANTED IT,WE GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED IT!

Came in looking at mattresses and ended up with a tempur pedic! Salesperson was very honest and had us try multiple mattresses instead of recommending the most expensive model. Very happy with our purchase!
