I received my furniture a month later then when ordered. I was told about this and was ok with it as I haven’t bought new furniture in 10 yrs! I was so excited to get new furniture. The day finally came and everything came at once. The delivery guys set it all up, but the lamp, they took pictures and had me sign. I didn’t think anything of it as that something all company’s are doing lately. After the guy put the legs on the ottoman I signed and off they went. Well! I went to sit on my ottoman and it was wobbly? I turned it over and all the screws were stripped and some not completely in the holes. 1 screw was completely missing? Also the top is a crocheted yarn top. The top side was screwed into a hole with the screw. I called immediately to report the damage the delivery guy did. I had to wait a week and a half for a repair guy. He came and could not fix it. I then had a order for a new one to be delivered another week and a half later. They bring it wrapped , all together in a moving blanket. I looked at the bottom and then he took a picture of the top, like before and I sign. Well not 4 min later I’m looking at it and it’s covered in pet hair? White pet hair? I have no animals with white hair! I then saw a pice of yarn sticking up. So I looked more and it had been unraveled , someone tried to tie it back together and they tucked it under the rest of the crocheted top! (This is that thick yarn) I then inspect it closer and there are multiple areas with the yarn sticking out. This is OBVIOUSLY a used pice of furniture! I bought new and haven’t even gotten to use it! It was destroyed by the first delivery guy. So I had called back 5 min after the delivery and reported it was damaged. I was told it’s a VIP pice of furniture and I accepted it via email? I had no idea what they were talking about? Evidently they had the wrong email and I never received the email or approved it. I had multiple people call me back basically telling me I was laying and I approved it!! No I never got a email. I’m then told to send 7 360 degree photos of the ottoman. I do this , my photos are time stamped, 1 is 4 min after I received it, the rest were at 3pm after being on the phone for 3 hours trying yo fix this. They told me they sent a work ticket email? Again they all still have the wrong email! Manager takes my email says he’ll email me, never happened. After I email all these pictures I get no response. So I call again, a nasty woman basically called me a liar and said my pictures don’t resemble the one that I signed? Seriously? Of course it doesn’t as it shows the damage!! I’m told that they will send a repair man as I excepted the ottoman!! I’m now working on this for 4 hours, not counting the first day and the repair day, total hours is about 10 or more hours working on resolving a cluster mess for a $170 ottoman I bought brand new. So the woman tells me to bad and I’m basically lying! I can’t believe this is even happening to me. So I finally get hold of the store and the representative put in a “request” for a new ottoman, sent my email, sent pictures to corporate and I’m still waiting on what they call a “resolution”? There’s only one resolution here! Give me a new ottoman I ordered and paid for, that I had nothing to do with it being damaged! The first delivery guy knew exactly what he did and still left it here for me to find later. Why not say “hey I’m so sorry but I messed up the screws and damaged the ottoman “??? No instead he tried to hide it!! All I want is what I ordered and paid for, not something someone returned after there warranty was up! Here we are a month after delivery I’m still waiting, 2 months after ordering and paying in full. Go to rooms to go as there warranty just replaces your furniture no matter how or what damaged it no questions asked!

Becca was GREAT! She asked what we were looking for & once I’d answered her, she lead me to three worthy “candidates “ The third entertainment center/wall unit was the one we selected. She did all of the paperwork in a few minutes & we were in our way with a delivery date & time scheduled. 😃 We will absolutely return if we need any furniture one the future.

The sales team went far beyond their duty to help me find a duplicate chair of a discontinued model. The team checked multiple Ashley locations, found the chair and helped us make the arrangements to buy and hold the chair for us to pick up. Well done Ashley!

I received a delivery Dec 7 from this local store. Salesperson at the store was good. No problem there. Then came the delivery. The two men that delivered it seems hurried and did not engage at all with us. The reclining sofa and reclining loveseat were in giant boxes which had to come into the front door. When taking it off their huge “rental” delivery truck there was one man in the back of the truck and one on the ground. When the sofa came off the ramp, the man on the ground was not strong enough to lower down on to the dolly and literally climbed the dolly and shook it violently until the sofa lower down. Now at this point the man was too short to hold the dolly while steering the sofa the doorway. Meanwhile, the man who jumped off of the truck giggled and watched as this sofa weaved its way to the house. As they finally brought it to the doorway. The man on the ground who is now steering from the front drops it halfway into the doorframe. The man on the back end then starts to shove and push the sofa while it is laying on the doorway all the time shouting to the man in front to pull. In this process the boxed sofa scrapes on paint off of my door, crush a Christmas wreath and scratch a wall as they shove. I completed a property damage claim and was told they will resolve in in 72 hours. They did not. It has been 1407 hours later and I am still waiting and being totally ignored by Ashley. I have sent 12 emails, made 5 phone calls and received not one reply from customer service. I spoke with the GM Robert Grocher and was told he would “try” to help. Well he did not. All he did was tell me it not his area and he is the “middle man” Sooo, beware that if you buy anything from here you are not getting a professional delivery nor will you get help if you have a problem. I’m sure there are good stories but unfortunately I have found no shortage of numerous similar stories online. Unfortunately for Ashley they don’t see or value the consequences. I had two more rooms of furniture to buy of which I purchased at Rooms To Go totaling a $12,000 loss in sales for Ashley. The delivery experience from Rooms To Go was entirely different. It was apparent they were trained, experienced and it clear they wanted to do the job correctly during two deliveries to my home. Buyer beware.
