This is our second time at Ashley Furniture. The products are great as is the price. Kristin Thomason was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The overall experience was outstanding. We will be back for more in the future, and will work with Kristin again.

I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from Ashley Furniture. It has become a full time job attempting to get a replacement chair for a damaged one reveived upon delivery. Hold time on the phone is a minimum of 25 min. I have yet to get a customer service rep who can give me an answer as to when or if damaged good will be replaced. I have been promised a call back which never came.

Nothing to spectacular
Will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again...threw the first delivery man out! Said they would give us red carpet treatment on 2nd attempt and git dirty carpet treatment...not much better than the 1st attempt.
Ashley Elizabeth has taken such amazing care of me and my family on each purchase. She has made each transaction personal, and is a diamond in this company. If you are looking for great customer service, a friendly smile, and an overall top notch experience.... make sure you ask to meet her before your purchase is final. The poor quality of their furniture is only rivaled by their poor customer service. I purchased a "Top quality sofa" from them last year along with this two hundred and fifty dollar protection plan. This plan is supposed to cover all damage to the sofa. Two weeks after delivery the material started to come apart. The company that covers the protection plan said it's a manufacturer defect and they won't fix it. Ashley furniture then sent me a replacement which I did it want, I wanted a different couch that was made better of equal value. Once again a few weeks after delivery the same issue came up. After a month of trying to get a replacement they said it's my damage and not a defective material.. except that it's all over the couch even under the cushions where it's untouched. Buyer beware that this company does not back their products and they are not top quality furniture. Now I have to spend another couple thousand dollars on furniture after only a year of use.
Ashley's furniture store in Pinellas Park is horrible. Don't purchase anything from them. They don't have managers available at any given time, the "customer service " gal Ashley is horrible at her job, the delivery process is horrible. If you do happen to purchase from them don't purchase an extended warranty because the company that runs that doesn't honor them anyway. Terrible mix-up with a delivery and according to Ashley at the store the warehouse needs to fix it, BUT according to the warehouse the store needs to fix it. It has been over 3 hours and a store manager was supposed to return my call, but apparently they are just as bad at their job as their "customer service " reps are! Horrible service and horrible store. Any chance I get I will share how horrible and ridiculous this store is!
My first delivery was incorrect and I had to reschedule for another delivery which meant taking off of work again, then then Second delivery was not right forcing me to reject it again. I called the store to get the issue rectified without being inconvenienced yet again, it took 3 calls to the store before a “manager” (who has the same name as the store) called me back and offered me no valuable resolution. This store is atrociously ran and I can only assume the manager uses the mattresses to sleep all day considering how lazy she is. If you have to deal with customer service here I’d recommend looking Into the beds, if your going to get screwed you should at the least be comfortable.
The "customer service " is horrible! they don't stand by their products, if you purchase an extended warranty, the warranty company doesn't honor it, their whole delivery process is atrocious! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Especially, ironically, their is a girl named Ashley who sits at the customer service desk and she needs to find a job she would like better because she has horrible "customer service " skills.

Bought most of my furniture there
Do not buy anything from this store! My bed just broke for the second time in only a year and a half. The bed is held together by 3 thin pieces of wood. My parents bed was put together incorrectly and it broke 2 weeks later with my elderly father laying on it. There is no excuse for their workers not knowing how to assemble furniture. They are gonna kill somebody one day. Now I have to spend more money on a bed somewhere else, because I’m too afraid to sleep in this bed because it keeps breaking. It was just fixed less than two months ago and now another part broke. The quality of the furniture is terrible. Stay away from this store!
Don't waste your time and money!! Sinking sofa squicky bed is all what you're going to have no one will help you and also they lie about stuff they said that for one year warranty they will clean the sofa if it had stains and then they will say it is not true!! I wish if I could attach pictures to show you how my sofa looks 🤢
Don't even waste your time trying to call this place... I have tried to call them about 10 different occasions at different times and only got connected once. Each time you call, you go on hold for about 10 minutes and then get routed to their distribution center (or something like that) and they have to reroute you back to the store phone. I went through this cycle several times each call attempt. This is most pointless system of wasting the distribution center's employees time (who cannot help you with your customer service issue). Average time I was on hold before giving up, 25 minutes each x 10 occasions... yeah, thanks for wasting my time. All of this to resolve your salesman screwup. Was told pillows came with chairs, which they did not. After finally connecting that one time via phone, he told me they would track it down and call me to confirm that same evening, then Fedex it to us... 3 weeks later, no confirmation phone call, no pillows.
