I found this store to be an extremely pleasant shopping experience. The sales associate (Kim) was great to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find all that we were looking for and still keep within our budget. She helped make this a great shopping experience. I will definitely shop here again, and will recommend this store to friends.

I placed a furniture order on April 8th, three items damaged, can't get anyone to call me back and every time I call I get hung up on now. Have spent about 7 hours on the phone holding only to get hung up on. Worst furniture purchase of my life!
Awful experience. They delivered the furniture damaged, they would not replace - they would only “repair”. With included a series of tech visits where they literally tore drawers apart leaving them I worse condition. Customer service was horrific. It took a months of calls, visits and arguments. Never buy from them
They need better quality control. The customer service is nonexistent and the sales dept needs better training.
DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture, and help us stand against companies like this scamming and taking advantage of consumers. We purchased a furniture set on 11/8/19 for $1,445.55 from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Pinellas Park that was sold to us as their “top of the line” furniture. That was a very large mistake and we have now been battling with Ashley Furniture for over 6 months in attempt to receive the proper undamaged furniture that we purchased and to be compensated for our time and extremely poor customer service. We received 5 deliveries of furniture that either arrived damaged or we refused upon delivery on 11/12/19, 11/20/19, 11/29/19, 12/18/19, and 1/23/19 (see photos). There were also 4 Ashley Furniture repair technicians sent to our home in November, and on 12/7/19, 12/26/19, and 1/18/20. In every tech visit, the technician was either unable to repair the damage, refused to touch certain parts of the furniture that “were not on the repair report,” or damaged the furniture even worse in addition to spraying paint on our wall with the paint and chemicals that they brought in. The Ashley Furniture employees that we dealt with during these 6 months provided absolutely no resolution to our problems and provided the worst customer service we have ever received in our lives. We have spent countless hours (easily over 24 hours with at least 25 calls) on the phone (and email) attempting to get someone in management to help us resolve this since this was completely out of hand, and they still remain unresolved. We had been transferred to countless supervisors that have forwarded us on to another supervisors because it was out of their abilities to rectify the situation or compensate us and never received calls back or solutions. Our extremely long and trying journey with Ashley Furniture has consisted of 5 delivery days, 4 technician appointments, 14 delivery drivers inside our home, 14 attempted pieces of furniture delivered (the majority taken back from us and marked as "damaged- do not use as home store stock"), and 9 wasted days/missed work time. We have probably sent over 100 emails of what has happened and pictures of damaged furniture. It is also outrageous that we ever even needed one let alone 4 technician visits to repair BRAND NEW FURNITURE. After spending this amount of time, and realizing how much this company was taking advantage of us, we reached out to our bank to try and help us with a dispute. After looking over documentation provided by each party our bank ruled in our favor, and we were happy to think this was finally all over after 6 months. Ashley furniture has decided they are not happy and have been harassing us DAILY through phone calls and letters. What we find frustrating is we tried contacting this company daily for hours on end to help us, and now that they had money taken from them in a dispute ruling in our favor they want to try and come after us. Mal servicio al entregar los muebles se tardan casi un mes y cuando llegan tienen que devolver la mercancia por que te la entregan rayada y para colmo hay que esperar otro mes para la entrega y otra cosa nunca contestan cuando llamas al servicio al cliente y las citas te las dan para cuando a ellos les da la gana y no como el cliente les pide por la necesidad que uno como trabajador les pide por ser cliente....para mi no sirven con ese pesimo servicio no la recomiendo si yo pudiera devolver lo que compre los devuelvo.
I had been furniture shopping for months looking for what I had already fell in love with online with Wayfair, but wanted to get local if I could. I went to Ashley to look around and literally walked that entire store without anyone asking if I needed help. I didn't, since I didn't find what I was looking for, but they should ask and point you in the right direction anyway.
Saleswoman was helpful, experience and consistent. I recommend this place.
Kevin at the Ashley furniture store was quick to accommodate and assist me with my furniture purchase... he was extremely customer centric and I appreciated that. Although I received timely notification regarding my furniture delivery, they arrived just inside of my delivery window... the delivery personnel were not necessarily customer centric... this was instantaneously problematic girl me...I spent a lot of money on furniture from the store.. only to have the experience turn out badly with delivery...

We did not find what we are looking for. The store is organized a bit differently in compare to competitors which makes finding what you're looking for harder. I like that sales person don't follow you.
Made my purchase of this bed a while back. Paid for delivery and to have it put together. It had some rattles, but I thought nothing of it. Today I took the mattress and box springs off to inspect and I discovered the reason. The installers put this in out of order. The side bolt was in the way for proper fitting of the Allen bolt. Instead of doing it the right way it looks like the just tried to bury the bolt and did so until it was stripped out. This happened on 2 other bolts that were not able to squeeze past the side bolt. Other than that. Sales and the product is fine, just some sub par work ethic on the installation team.

We purchased a sectional, the sales person Rachel recommend threshold delivery since there was no assembly, only the legs needed to be screwed on. They delivered the sectional half black and the other half tan. We called right away and was transfered to threshold delivery, then the warehouse, then the store, then a location in Brandon and then Tampa. No one could help and they transfer you to different locations without warning. So I went to the store I was given two gift cards for $50 each and I was told that they were going to issue a credit for half of the sectional and order the correct sectional and that it would be delivered the next day she would call me to confirm that they were expediting it.I went home I waited until right before the store was going to close and attempted to call again I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone I'm sorry I'm the only one in the office and I don't know how to help you can you call call back again tomorrow I said no I was transferred to somebody named MAndy who said I'm sorry I can't help you you have to call the threshold department and she transferred me to Tampa so I drove to the store I spoke with the sales manager who was ignorant I'm a 53-year old woman I told him the couch was sitting in wrapped up in the middle of my living room and I had grandbabies in my house and there was no room to walk and he asked me, what can't you just package it up and move it. Then he circled the number to threshold several times and said call this number call this number call this number and then told me that I should have paid for premium delivery and I wouldn't be having this problem I return the gift cards because the gift card stated on the back that only one gift card per purchase could be used at a time so you give me $100 so I could come in your store and spend $500 for the inconvenience you've already caused me finally somebody called me and told me they would be picking up the incorrect furniture and delivering the new furniture on Sunday 5 days after the initial delivery today it's Sunday today they picked up the incorrect furniture and didn't deliver me any new furniture so when I call today I was also transferred to three separate locations the warehouse, customer service and threshold we're finally somebody said nobody ever put a new order in for the correct furniture I can have the billing department put it in but we don't have any in the warehouse so now I'm sitting here with half of asectional and the gentleman tells me we will give you a call whenever it comes into the warehouse and we can deliver it they didn't mind taking the money for the purchase but they can't do anything for you to get the correct furniture. they're all sweet and nice when you come in the store and they're trying to make a sale to get a commission but they don't care about you after.also the gentleman on the phone said that he had seen in the record that they had mailed me out 150$ in gift cards which is a complete lie I told the gentleman I only received two $50 gift cards in the store which I return the same day to the sales manager because I'm not spending more money in that store for the inconvenience they have already caused me. their customer service Representatives are uneducated on the furniture processes of their company they are rude and inconsiderate and call you confrontational if you're not accepting what they say so I should just accept that I only have half of a sectional and I should just live like that until they find it convenient enough to deliver me the correct furniture. this is the worst purchase I have ever made in 53 years this is the worst company I have ever purchased from.
Terrible customer service. Purchased a sectional. They delivered half of the wrong furniture. Called customer “care” and they gave me the run around. Transferred me to another department who couldn’t help me and when asked why I was transferred to her and why she accepted the transferred she said “I don’t know.” Then I talk to someone who was actually helpful and they were supposed to deliver the correct item and take back the wrong item, but they only picked up the wrong item. Upon calling back they said someone will contact you in 24 hours. Called again and spoke to someone else. He can see noted that they were supposed to pick up the wrong piece and deliver the correct piece, but the person at the Pinellas Park store never actually put in for the delivery of the new furniture. Was told by the manager in the store that I should have paid $170 for “premium” delivery because I wouldn’t have this problem. I should have to pay more than the $1260 I paid for the furniture to not have to deal with this. Someone messed up somewhere and instead of correcting the issue they caused, they place blame on the customer for not spending more money and give the run around. Once again, this company, the store staff and customer “care” have absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Never again will I purchase another product from Ashley Homestore.
