Ashley Furniture use to be good with friendly sales people and timely delivery. They seem to have recently gone down hill. Sales people are now rude and uppity. Our delivery was cancelled 3 times, each time with a different excuse. After reading several people getting cancelled and damaged deliveries and lack of resolution, we are considering cancelling the order. They have staff and management problems.

Part 2: I received my 30-minute courtesy call and waited for them to come and see where they would be putting the furniture. Two men arrived at my door and confirmed where the deliver would be and proceed to go back to the elevator. I got a call maybe 5 minutes later from dispatch stating that they are returning my furniture because it doesn't fit in the elevator. Please explain to me how you take furniture out of a truck, unwrap it, inspect it and attempt to put it in an elevator in 5 minutes? The items were never unwrapped, we have cameras in this area and not once did he even open the back of the truck. I became irate and told them to bring my furniture back, he said he's not and he has to go to his next delivery. So, I stood in front of his truck to block him from existing and he called his dispatcher so she could tell me the same thing it can't fit in the elevator So I said take the stairs your legs not your hands are broken, you should be doing your job. He then proceeds to tell the representative on the phone in Spanish that “I must be loca if I think he's carrying furniture up those stairs”; little did he know I was bilingual. He started threatening me to say he was going to call the cops, and I strongly encouraged him to do so! As he drove away, I got into my car to go back to the store I bought it from to cancel the rest of the order. The manager tried to discount the furniture as sweet and apologetic as she was, there’s no price on inconvenience and disrespect. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior from employed or contracted employees of Ashley. To get on the phone and start disrespecting a customer and the representative engaging in the conversation was far beyond professionalism and was discriminative. He tried every attempt to size me up and threatened to tell me he is returning the furniture and to call Ashely. No attempt was ever made to deliver my furniture after waiting on three separate occasions. This will be my final purchase with this company, they hire racist independent contractors.

Part1: NOT ABOUT THE ONLY DELIVERY Purchased a living set from Ashley’s on 11/19/2024 with a delivery date of 12/4/2024. After patiently waiting and taking time off from work for a delivery that never arrived, I called customer service to inquire about the delivery. I was then told that on 12/4/2024 that the item was not in stock and will be arriving at the warehouse on 12/11&12/12 and I was automatically scheduled for 12/17. That day did not work for me, I rescheduled it to 12/20. On 12/19 I received notification that I had a delivery window of 0800-1200; I did not call off work because I knew I would get a courtesy call with a 30-minute window. At exactly 0800, I received a call from the driver asking me if I was home because they had arrived. I asked him why I didn't receive a call stating you were on your way because I just clocked into work. He was very dismissive and stated that he was leaving, and I responded back by telling him no you're not, I am coming for my furniture. He said he couldn't wait, and I told him to call his supervisor. While he was doing that, I was hauling a** to get to my home. I received a call while in route from someone from dispatch stating she told them to give me a 15-minute window, but that wasn't needed I arrived in 8. Two men started delivering the furniture and once he got to my chaise, he came to tell me that there was a whole the size of a basketball that was in the back of the couch, and he had to return the item. He got on the phone with dispatch to inform them, and he took pictures. Dispatch then informed me I would have to wait again for another delivery date, and someone will be reaching out to me. Once again, I must wait for something and be inconvenienced. Now days go by, and I reach out because I haven't heard from anyone and that is when they told me the earliest, they can do is 1/17/2025. I said absolutely not! get me a supervisor. The supervisor was then only able to put in an email to request an earlier date. I again had to make another phone call because no one was calling me back with an update and when I was notified, I was scheduled for 1/4/2025, which was fine because it would not inconvenience me. Now the day of delivery 1/4/2025, I had a window of initially 1345-1745 which was what I had to accept since I was desperate this time.

If I could give them a zero, I would, I would not recommend you shop at any of Ashley store because they’re warranty of their products is terrible at best and if you ever have any issues, they will not refund or replace or even repair any of the items that you purchased from them We purchased a bed and other furniture, spent thousands of dollars and now they don’t want to warranty it I would not recommend any Ashley store ever to anyone again.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Our sales associate, Shari, was truly outstanding. She demonstrated a remarkable ability to understand our needs and preferences without any pressure. Shari patiently presented us with various options, encouraged us to take our time, and even suggested we go home and consider our choices carefully. The following day, we were delighted to be personally greeted by the Manager, Rick. His warm welcome and proactive offer of assistance further solidified our positive impression of the store. We are thrilled to have found the perfect furniture to suit our needs at a very competitive price. The included setup and delivery options were a significant bonus. Best of all, the items we selected were readily available in stock, allowing us to schedule our delivery at our convenience. Our overall experience at Ashley Furniture was exceptional. Everything was fine at the store. The experience was fine the sales lady was polite and professional. But when the delivery came, everything went to. You know where I'm going to send you some pictures of the damage that is dresser out of the box haven't even put it together yet. But this is what they sent me. I don't know who expected the product and sent it out this way. But this is what I received.
