John at the store was so helpful choosing a bed and mattress. He made good suggestions and help me place the order Over text so I didn’t have to be in the store since I live out of state and the furniture is for a vacation home in Florida. I really appreciate all of his help and I love the quality of Ashley furniture!

Walked in told the salesperson Thomas, what I wanted. He directed me straight to what I had picked out. We designed my sectional and it's going to be delivered very soon and I'm extremely happy.

Delivery personnel were terrible! Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in every way. Almost knocked a standing lamp over trying to move existing furniture so they could bring in tv stand, and then never returned the furniture back in place. I had trouble moving it back on my own. They were going to leave stand out of place, because they said they couldn't move the electronics that needed to be placed on top of stand. Cursed at me as they were leaving. Had to ask for them to release my screen door so it could be closed. I can't reach the top to release it. They seemed annoyed because they had to disassemble part of tv stand to fit the fireplace heater unit, which I also bought from Ashley. A very unpleasant experience!! I will never purchase from Ashley again or recommend Ashley to anyone. Overseas customer service seems very incompetent. They had an incorrect email address for me and they seemed unable to make the correction, even after several attempts on my part to inform them of error. The agent was rude when I told him I hadn't received an email that he claimed he sent 3 times. I finally asked him what email address he was using and I gave him the correct address, but every time they sent me an email to submit photos for claims I had to go through the whole process again with the same or next agent. Very incompetent and rude. I could go on, but I know it is an exercise in futility. Very disappointing experience!

1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Beautiful furniture, but wow... you will never get your furniture delivered. What a joke. We ordered a kitchen table set and after 6 months asked for our money back and I told myself I would never buy from Ashley's again. 5 years later I decided to give them a try again and ordered a sofa set. Suprise surprise - I accepted a partial delivery and have been rescheduled for the delivery of the coffee table 7 times. If you call the store, good luck getting a hold of someone. Customer Service can't even reach the store. Don't do it. The prices are great, and the furniture is nice, but you'll never get your furniture delivered. Good luck.

Not very happy. I was told my "premier delivery of my order was today on 1/22. I took off work to be home for delivery today, only to receive a text letting me know my delivery is now 1/25. Not happy at all.

Excellent customer service that is knowledgeable about the products and friendly. Long wait time for the products to be delivered once purchased, this may be standard to a degree but beware.
