Bought reclining sofa and recliner chair, it is the cheapest garbage I have ever bought in my life !!! Particle board crap!!! Cheap cheap cheap and we paid over 2800 for this garbage. Never ever again!!! Falling apart uncomfortable trash!!!!! Don't shop here!! Kanes is way better that's where we have always shopped and now I know why. The furniture is worse than freaking big lots.

I recently purchased an electric recliner @ Ashley outlet. I wanted to have something comfortable before a surgery to recover in. I was greeted immediately by an associate ( I don’t remember her name but she was wonderful) who showed me around and there were a good number of recliners to choose from. I found what I was looking for and bought it. This was on a Tuesday or Wednesday and my chair was delivered that Saturday. I was extremely happy from start to finish.

The salesperson was very helpful. The problem I'm going through is i ordered my furniture in early september and was told everything was in stock. Day before delivery i get a call that my mattress is not there and not projected to come in for 2 weeks. I’m currently still trying to cancel my mattress and getting the run around and the store i bought it from is temporarily closed. This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks.
The store manager and his staff went above and beyond in assisting us with furniture we bought for a Serve Project for our church, The Chapel.
The saleswoman was professional, courteous and a huge help!
Sales person John was exceptional. Warehouse and “tech” repair person, not good at all. But John did all he could do.
At Ashley Furniture, as you decide what furniture you want, the salesperson goes on about "whatever happens to your furniture, we got you covered ". So not true, purchased 7,000 of furniture, 2 months later all ruined, they said "WHATEVER HAPPENS ". So now out $7,000 and no help at all, shame on your salesperson-people, train them better on what they say. If you read the response I received from Ashley Furniture below this review, I was asked to email "JP " I did, twice, and no response at all, just shows how businesses care about their customers!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. I worked with Tisha as she showed us around the showroom floor while we searched for a sofa sleeper that would fit our needs. Tisha was so nice and very helpful. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything. However, we did find the perfect sleeper sofa and made the purchase. After literally leaving RTG and visiting Ashley Furniture Port Richey we found exactly what we wanted. Great Job Tisha and Staff!

zero stars... been trying to get them to handle an extended warantee claim for months on end... the warantee covers NOTHING. I Was lied to deceived, and bought it under fraudulent circumstances( IE they said it covered damage) IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to respond, they could care less. Your warantee lasts until you walk out the door and your card goes through. what makes it worse is how indignant and how much they lie before you purchase, and after you have the furniture... they just drag their feet. Anyone interested in a class action???
0 stars. We were not greeted or attended to once during our visit to the showroom. I counted atleast 5 employees all just sitting around doing nothing while my husband and I tried to find pieces of furniture. This store should take some lessons from the wonderful neighboring rtg employees. Highly do not recommend.
John was amazing! He helped my husband and I get some great pieces for our new apartment. Not only was he recommending great pieces, but he was also very attentive towards our specific aesthetic. I have been going to this Ashley’s for years now and their pieces never disappoint. John has helped us the last two times and he’s wonderful. Melanie the manager is also very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Just make sure to ask for the return and exchange policy is my only advice. Great customer service and products.
I bought furniture from Ashley and I have problems. I found a pin hole on the console the very next day. I called and told them, they sent out a tech. he took before pictures but not after repair. It was horrible and my word did not mean anything. after a week of having the furniture, I noticed that the seats are wrinkling. This set was very expensive and for this to happen this quickly means that it won't last that long. I called and called. Spoke to someone in the store and was told that I was entitled to a exchange of brand new. She said that she reopened the old case and added that, It did not help. I called the help line and the person that I spoke to there said that he opened a new case and he did not, no record and no one wants to help. I am out of 5000.00 plus. I will never buy from them again. No explanation about returns, which they do not do, no signage any where in the store either. I bought battery back up for 500.00, do not need it, I was told that I could plug in the tables with the loveseat and chair and daisy chain it. WRONG!!!!!!! I am stuck with that. They will not take it back. What a racket. Make money and rip people off by omitting what is important to us buyers so that we can make a good judgement call as to why to buy from there. I thought it was a good judgement call on my end, thought I bought good furniture also. Boy, was I WRONG!!!! I do NOT recommend. I have gotten nowhere with this.

After visiting 6 furniture stores, we finally decided to purchase a couch we found here. The sales person wasn't as knowledgeable as I would've liked but went to the store manager for help. The couch I wanted came in two colors and two types of fabric. I asked for the lighter color and the smoother fabric. I was ASSURED that was possible, even though my husband and I found zero information about this online or otherwise. The store manager SWORE to us that the lighter color no longer comes in the fuzzy fabric because it was discontinued. I was lied to and sold the couch anyway. Of course the couch arrived in the correct color but the WRONG fabric. Beware of this store, they will tell you ANYTHING to get their sale. Very disappointed.

The customer service provided by John at Ashley Outlet in Port Richey was exceptional! He maintained contact with us from the time we purchased our furniture set all the way up the day of delivery to ensure that we received our set and were happy with it. The delivery team also took great care in setting up the furniture! The Boyington set is gorgeous- we are loving our new living room!

If I would leave a 0 star review I would. I bought a new chair 2 months ago and was told it will support my weight it did not. When I call about getting a refund I'm told in the store I have to call corporate and when I call corporate they tell me I have to go to the store neither can help me get a refund for the chair. I have been lied to and im still fighting for the refund. Don't shop here it's not worth it
My husband and I had a great experience at this Ashley store. Will was our salesman and he was Amazing!!! We were buying furniture for a house we just bought in Florida and Will was very patient and not pushy at all. Would recommend this store to everyone, ask for Will he was Great!!!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at this store! We have been on the hunt for a brand new couch, and finally found one at this location! Our sales person was Aaron, he was super helpful, informative, and not pushy at all. He showed us all the quotes and options we can have in terms of payments. Thank you for a great experience! Furniture shopping can be exhausting and little frustrating, especially if the sales person tries to pressure you. But no pressure here! We probably will be back to get more stuff we need!

Bought over 10k worth of furniture 5/16 and ask if they were having a memorial day sale because the furniture was just going to sit in a home until the house was finished which is now, I seen if you buy a certain $$ you get $300.00.off I called Margaret and she said too bad the salesman would not of known the sales, so he lied, he told me they don't even go down on Good Friday, so the next room which is almost finished and in need of furniture, instead of trying to work something out, they are willing to let you go some where else over $300. Feel free to reach out to me over this! After contacting Joe, he let me know he was sorry. He just wasted my time to make out like he's going to something. What a joke!

AWFUL Experience!!! The story of the Powell furniture delivery!! The delivery truck got VERY lost. 6 miles away lost in fact! The delivery truck then got VERY stuck!!! The rescue truck got stuck 3 hours late they FINALLY call us after I made 3 calls to the company and were honest that they had been stuck for several hours. (really?!) My husband drove to the stuck trucks to rescue our furniture with our trailer, drove the guys to our house so they could unload (for a second time since they had to load our trailer)and assemble everything AND drove them back for a total of 28 miles. 2 hours later & 5 hours late we finally got most of what we ordered. Needless to say, I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS DELIVERY - calls to be made later today. We have made calls, and no one can help us except the manager, who isn't in until Saturday. This is absolutely the WORST furniture-buying experience I have ever had.

When Furniture was delivered they said couldn't it together was wrong foot board they said so they only left the frame and mattress after they left I realized it was the wrong mattress. I went back to the store they said they would fix it and call me tomorrow no call I tracked the order and it said will be delivered Tuesday this is Friday now they call Saturday afternoon 4:30 and need a picture of the tag to make sure we have the wrong mattress I have already sent them a picture of the mattress to show them it's not the right one!

Nice sales associates. Great selection, they have some clearance out furniture for a good deal. They helped find delivery for the clearance furniture as well. The delivery was quick smooth and very affordable.
Horrible service. Not too pleased with the chairs we purchased. We went to the store and thought we had this corrected, but they continue to force their warranty program on us for the second rate damaged goods they delivered us which were purchased new. Not acceptable, and I am considering returning everything we purchased. We cannot reach a person, I have yet to get around the virtual assistant. I never agreed to any of this mess. I will avoid this place like the plague forever.
We went to Ashley the week before to look at the different options you had. It was close to closing time so we decided to come back the following week. So the process was fairly simple. We knew what we wanted. John helped us get it all done fairly quickly. We are very happy with our purchase. We will be even happier tomorrow when it will be delivered.
This company is so unorganized they humiliate there customers and it was the most horrible furniture buying experience ever your corporate managers should be ashamed that they have no communication with customer services or even really care about there customers I could not ever work for this company I would feel that embarrassed to much to sleep at night.

I can only say that Adam was our salesman and the manager at the time of sale is no longer with the company (good for him) were very pleasant to deal with at time of purchase. After that Ashley's has the worst customer service I have ever been through. They have not let me speak to my salesman nor a real manager. Not even in the corporate office. The problem with my order was the mattress on the bed does not go all the way to both sides so they put in, what they call bunkie boards. When we called to let them know they weren't on the delivery truck we were told they would order them and call with delivery date. One month later now being told they don't come with the bed we have to pay for them. Well not happening. Called finance company and they took the whole matter and fixed it for us with NO help from Ashley's and our bed will be completed this week. Don't trust Ashley's in Port Richey. I'm adding to the review as now the finance company rep that guided me through this and promised the missing parts to be here by April 11th is no longer available to speak with. So now I must do what I was hoping not to do and call a lawyer as the whole run around is ridiculous. As far as emailing you Ashley's I am not doing anymore than I have done to make this situation right.

They attempted to defraud me. Christina from Spring Hill store added on Furniture protection for $59.99 and did not even ask me if I wanted it. I then noticed it when I got home. Joelle the manager said he would get it refunded, but it was not done. I then had to contact my CC company who handled it for me.

I bought a dinette that was scratched and touched up, it was supposed to be new but it wasn't. They voided my warranty because I moved into a house which I told them I was buying while I was still at my apartment while my house was being built. They said no problem, but obviously there was a problem since I no longer have a warranty on it. There were stickers all over it like when you buy furniture from Wayfair, the ABCD stickers and I had a pull off every single one of them. They were everywhere and not easy to remove because they were very stuck so I had to scrape them all off. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, That should have been their job to get rid of those, not mine. I will never buy anything else from this company and that's sad because I have an Ashley bedroom set as well that I love but it is falling apart!!! I guess you get what you pay for!!!
I could not be happier with the service and furniture I received. Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. Latisha (sorry if I misspelled) understood our needs and budget and worked with us to find the perfect pieces. The delivery crew were quick and friendly.

I ordered a love seat recliner on 5 February, and it was delivered on the 7th. The recliner was delivered with two cuts on the side. we notified the delivery driver of the cuts and he took a picture of it and let us know that we can keep the love seat here and we can use it until the replacement gets delivered. I then waited a few days to hear something back from customer service, and I heard nothing in return so I called on the 9th to follow up with my replacement. After giving them my order number, and then being able to find my shipment from that day, she says that she did not find anything and we’re unaware about anything that was going on with my order or the replacement that the driver said that he would notify them about. The lady we spoke to on the phone said that she would look into this for us and would give us a call back. I had to call back on the 14th of this month because I heard nothing since the 9th when I initially called and this time I requested a supervisor and was able to speak to her, she was apologetic about everything and they said that our replacement would be on the way and would be here by Friday the the 16th and we even got a confirmation text for that. Friday the 16th comes around and nothing no call, no shipment, no delivery person, no recliner replacement. We have been long time customers of Ashley’s furniture and have purchased furniture for them for ourselves our grandchildren our children and they’re always our go to store. But we’ve never ran into an issue like this, and we’re extremely disappointed in the way it’s being handled. Now it is Feb 18th and I’m writing this review to in hopes of a representative to reach out to me in hopes of fixing this issue and receiving the replacement that should’ve already been here.

My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience at Ashley Outlet. Kristina met us at the door, and listened to us explain exactly what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She could not have been more pleasant, or more thorough. The entire experience was positive in every way. We were so impressed that we went back to the outlet to give ourselves a tour and see everything else that’s for sale in there. Kristina was not working at that time, but all of the staff people were extremely willing to engage us with any questions we might have had.
My wife and I purchased furniture for our new apartment last week. We met Matheu Warren at the front door. He was outstanding. He gave us plenty of time to look at furniture for two bedrooms, living room, TV area and a table with chairs for the kitchen. To say his customer service was 'excellent' is an understatement. He even helped arrange the floor stock to give my wife a better understanding with how it would look in the apartment!! We worked with Mattheu on pricing, warranties and delivery. He went out of his way to secure a great deal for us and we can't appreciate his effort enough! His calm, even-keeled demeanor was a pleasant change from the over-bearing, hovering sales people you may encounter at some retail stores. We're obviously very pleased with our Ashley purchase, but it was Mattheu Warren that made the difference. If you're in the market for some additions to your home, see Mattheu...you won't be disappointed.

This was the first time I have visited the store and we are also new to the area. There was plenty of furniture, all in perfect condition and pricing was negotiable. John and Ben were great! Order a fireplace with furniture, they said they have to deliver the insert electric separated but was delivered hoirs later and do not fit also they assembled the furniture as a tv, they want me to take the ekectric fireplace to port richie, far for me to get a small size. Very dessapounted the way they handle it, i should get what i order from the store, looks like i got a small furniture ...i wont drive to take it back instead i bought a mantle that fits. Im canceling the credit card account. You wont get what you order from the store, is a scam

Now I have to spend hours on the phone with a 1-800 number because the NPR store I bought it from doesn’t handle this.🤦🏼♂️ Thanks Ashley Furniture but don’t worry someone should respond within 72 hours. SMH Well, today is Tuesday afternoon I called back the one 800 number with the case number they gave me and they said due to high calls they have no updates with my case so I continue to sit here with a broken couch that was delivered with plastic still all over the bottom legs on some of the couch that I saw after my first post And my son said he saw them dragging it in the house. Maybe that’s why it was damaged. And of course my son scraped his back with the nails sticking out of it when it broke. I wonder if Ashley‘s furniture is going to resolve this or they just gonna drag it on. Update Ashley‘s corporate office with the general manager of the Ashley‘s outlet made it right by me. They did a good job realizing there’s a problem and fixed it.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was immediately greeted by both a salesperson and a manager. They looked up two loveseats, one of which appears to be no longer available, and escorted me to the other. I sat on it briefly and purchased it. Thanks for the good service. I’m presuming the delivery and set up will work out as well.

You know I own a business and some of our biggest sales come in at the last minute. Closing your store early and lying to customers isn’t good for business.

Over priced furniture in an inflated store. Online prices are lower but other furniture stores beat that price too. All the chairs look the same.
Our salesperson did not present options for delivery. Automatically gave us $60 option when there was an option to pick up ourselves or ground shipping for free. Otherwise, positive experience.
Details is a bit much for a survey. Overall my experience at Ashley has been great. Robin Miller has been great!!!! The final price, after Robin's '"magic pen" has always been a real "hell yeah". Go see her if you need some furniture.

While the salesperson at this store was polite and very accommodating and I fell in love with the look and quality of the furniture that I’ve purchased, I’m much less impressed with the fact that 2 days later I have an important issue to discuss and I’ve attempted to contact the store by phone no less than 20 times in the past 2 days (to no avail). This is totally unacceptable and I’m considering canceling the order and requesting a full refund at this point.

UPDATE: IT IS NOT 1/2/24 and I have still received no response or contact from Ashley Furniture. Reaching out to the store you purchased from you will get no response, reaching out to customer service you will get ignored, this place is a huge joke. I’ve gone months with furniture I’m unhappy and stuck with and as long as the sales reps lock you in on their sale, nobody cares about your happiness. I came to Ashley Furniture 3 weeks ago with intentions to get a bedroom set and a possibly a dining table. After working with Steve, he convinced my partner and I that getting a mattress with an adjustable base was going to be life-changing. He did not pressure us on the bedroom set that we chose, but definitely pushed the effort in making me think that buying a mattress made sense financially. Boy was I wrong, he stated that the bed would be free if the mattress was over a certain price point but failed to mention that was only the price of the base not the bed frame itself. Furthermore he proceeds to say in such great detail how the mattress would relieve heat from our bodies while we slept and said good things about the mattress that weren’t true for me. After all said and done I began to immediately regret the addition of the mattress because this alone added $2000+ to the cost of our furniture purchase that day. I feel very deceived overall about my entire experience. The mattress situation upsets me the most because even after speaking to customer service, I am told that this mattress that costs $1799 retail plus tax does not include any type of comfort guarantee. This was never disclosed to be at the time of the sale, and I was told after the fact that only high ended mattresses like Tempurpedic, have these guarantees. It also came to a great surprise that this mattress was vacuum sealed and rolled into a tiny box, I definitely believe that this affected the integrity of the mattress greatly. For the past 2 weeks and counting, I have been suffering from sleep deprivation and discomfort. This mattress is by far the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I expressed to customer service the same day as receiving it. that I didn’t like certain things and I was told that the sale was final and they recommended that I take the loss and try and sell the mattress on my own even if it meant selling it for 50% or less of retail. On top of the mattress situation, the furniture I received that was supposed to be brand new came damaged on several pieces. The delivery people were very clumsy with the pieces and left my home with many loose screws, nails, staples, miscellaneous wood pieces, and foam throughout my house. My chest, Bedframe and table are damaged from the delivery people and I expressed this to customer service. I was told to send them photos which I did immediately after their delivery and am then told I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for a tech to come in person to ensure these things can’t be “repaired”. I had a tech scheduled to come to my house early Wednesday morning, which I decided to decline on that day since I was not given a time that I could choose myself. Overall I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy with my experience and my furniture. I regret choosing Ashley Furniture and I have no intentions on ever doing any business here again especially at this location. I am tired of jumping through hoops and talking to all these customer service agents that don’t even work at this Port Richey store and explaining the situation over and over. I have never gotten any type of resolution and now I am stuck with paying $4800 for furniture I’m completely dissatisfied with. I even requested if I could be given a different mattress or even given a cheaper mattress and a king size Bedframe to offset the costs so that the sale price still remains and I’m left with damaged pieces still and a miserable bed. I hope this review reaches those who can do something because I was even told my a female associate at this location that I’m stuck with everything unless I “use my imagination” to try and get what I want.

On August 31 we purchased a sofa from Ashley in Wesley Chapel FL and was told it would be delivered the following week. When I called to check on the delivery the recording said my delivery date was September 28. I called another Ashley store in Port Richey because I didn't want to wait that long and I was told they could deliver it on September 14th., so I cancelled the first order and bought it at the other store in Port Richey . Now the 14th has come and gone, we didn't get a call to tell us why we haven't received the sofa and when I called again the recording says my delivery date now is October 17th. This is so wrong on every level. Prior to that I got a call from the salesman we bought the first sofa from (John) and his manager at the Wesley Chapel store and was told the salesman (Steve) at the Port Richey store basically LIED to me about the new delivery and now I know he did. If my Husband didn't want the sofa so bad I would cancel it but I know one thing is for sure, I will NEVER do business with Ashley Homestore ever again because they're dishonest and once the payment posts they no longer have any concerns regarding the customer. I'm still on the fence about the new delivery date and very disappointed with how this furniture store has treated us. This has to be one of WORST EXPERIENCES I have ever had buying furniture. 😭😡

I worked with Steve. Very nice young man with great customer service skills. He recommended an alternative option for my kitchen table and I bought it. And the delivery was only like 4 days!!! UPDATE: The order was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately, the chairs were for a regular table, not a high top and the table was not the right table. I told them to load it all back up. I drove back to Ashley immediately. Steve was working and thinks we just had a misunderstanding. No it was completely wrong and why would someone order regular chairs with a high top. Ridiculous. Why can't people be accountable? Now I wait for my refund.
We were shopping for a new mattress and it was long overdue. Being a couple of older people we imagined this would be the last one we would buy. Ashley home store had great ratings so I shopped the website. I located the one I wanted and we went to the store to test it out. Our salesperson Mattheu was fantastic. When I discovered that the one we had wanted was more than we had hoped to spend he worked with his manager and got it for what we could afford. Simple kindness, tenacity and teamwork with his manager saved the day. Please go see Matheu and give him your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Would give zero but the sales people in store were all very friendly. My husband bought a 2,000+ dollar couch that I had only seen in photos. Turned out to be WAY too big and ugly. Day of delivery I went to store to ask for return, was told no problem. A week later was denied my return because it’s “policy” that you cannot return/exchange something bought in store. So I’m stuck with a large bill and an awful couch. So frustrated
Bought a master bedroom set from this store and the headboard and footboard did not match when they assembled it at my home. There is a 4" different so it looks like the bed is slanted on a hill. We have had 5 different occasions they sent out technicians and 3 deliveries of the same bed sent to my home and all were having the same problems. This has been going on since May 2023 and still have not been fixed. Lost a lot of time from work for this and was not offered any compensation. I would not recommend buying from Ashley's.

My wife and I found the couch of our dreams in Feb, 2023 at Ashley. Fast forward 6 months and we still had not purchased after looking at many other stores and various styles. One day we were out and driving and decided to stop in the Ashley Outlet and had NO intentions in buying but after almost an hour of dodging the very nice and patient Teara, she peaked our interest in at least talking with the manager, Steve was able to help us to find financing 12 months same as cash, offered delivery and set up within 48 hours and more than anything treated me with respect and did't push a sale down my throat. This whole visit was so easy and not pushy, I felt in control the entire time and vowed I would never buy furniture anywhere else. Thank you both for everything.

Their price for our mattress was about 3100 after all the discounts. Price match brought that down to 2500. Go in person, but don't forget to shop online because in store prices run a little high. Our mattress is coming with free delivery and sweet warranty, which is why we also got our couch and bedroom set from Ashley. Best couch and mattress out of all of our friends hands down.

I bought over 10,000 worth of furniture from these people-went to pay off sn item which they said I could was a lie told me I had to pay off other items 1st-the sales reps lie to you to make a sale and get commission-in the mean time they won't let me pay off the item 1st cause they get to charge me the 200.00 interest fees- I won't buy from them again
Only reason I’m giving two stars instead of 1 is because the sales person is really nice and this is not really his fault. He is definitely an asset to the company. Do not buy the “better than a box” in place of a box spring. Was sold on the idea but turns out it is cheaply made and it slides around everywhere. And separates from the headboard/bed frame. Also, after asking a few weeks ago to exchange it, today it collapse while my 38 week pregnant wife (180lbs including pregnant tummy) was laying on it. On the same side we plan on attaching our soon to be born newborn’s bassinet. Called the store, they said I would have to file a claim with cooperate and were not helpful. Said a store manager would give me a call. Instead the sales rep gave me a call which is fine but still not the manager. He offered to send someone out to fix the frame. I tried explaining multiple times that I would just like to trade it for a box spring. He insisted that they come and fix it. So… guy comes out and says everything is fixed. Store gives me 50% off a box spring and fixes/ tightens up bolts on the “better than a box” Thought we would be good for a few days until they deliver a box spring. Well, before going to bed I decide to check again…we’ll the three other corners that didn’t yet collapse had the support piece that collapsed on the first corner completely disconnected (in other words about to collapse again). After all, sending a tech out to fix it (who said it was not installed correctly the first time) still not tighter up…either that or the bolts are just not designed to stay secure. We are not overweight people. This box spring alternative is just not a great solution. And, even more irritating that going to sleep has to be dangerous for my wife and our baby. Store will not refund and accept as a return even I notified them within a reasonable time that we didn’t want this. Best they can do is como 50% off a simillar cost replacement box spring. But by Gods grace, at least we are discovering the danger of using this product before our baby is born and when it could have hurt him after we had his bassinet fixed to this bed.
So excited about my couch! First nice piece of furniture, Matheu helped me out tremendously and made the process easy and painless. Cannot wait for it to arrive 😁

I will never purchase another product from these people again, stay away. I ordered a recliner and when it was delivered it would not recline, I call the Ashley Furniture Customer Careless line and reported it being bad within15 minutes of delivery. Two days later they sent out a technician that looked like a hobo and smelled even worse. After looking at the chair he told me the entire mechanism needed to be replaced and he told me it would take about three weeks to get the mechanism and then they'd call me to schedule the repair. I told him I purchased a new chair, not a retired chair and I wanted it replaced. He told me they wouldn't do that. The next day I went to the store and spoke directly to the store Manager and explained I wanted a new chair and the Manager agreed. Now today five days later I get a call from Ashley Furniture saying they have ordered the mechanism and will call me when it is in so they can replace it, again I told them I want a new chair. This is ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!

I purchased furniture thru Ashley and had the delivery date moved back. They did finally deliver it. I financed it thru the bank they use. I still haven't received any statement for the first month's payment! I'm nearing being late on the first payment because of their incompetence! I contacted them and they refused to contact the financing bank to address this problem! My Credit will be affected because of their fraudulent activity! DON'T EVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE IDIOTS! DAVID MCMURRAY.

We thought we knew exactly what we wanted in a bed but after visiting the showroom and working our specialist, Matthew, we found something so much better and unique that perfectly suits our needs at a price we could afford. So happy with the service and Matthew was great to work with, we definitely will return to Ashley for our future needs!

Nice but small selection but I was expecting that since it was an outlet store. I wish I could rate the store more stars and the sales associate zero stars. If you ever go to the Ashley Outlet in Port Richey fl and a male redhead named Michael tries to help you say no thanks and find another associate. He was not nice, not polite, had a long face and he literally looked like we were an inconvenience to him. We tried to ask another associate for help when he walked away BUT apparently you are stuck with the associate that greets you?? What BS is that?!?! On the other hand two of the workers that help load the furniture and move the furniture around in the store were so so nice! We gave them a million thanks and told them how nice it was to see nice kind people still roaming the world. Ashley if you read this please talk to Michael! Not nice!!

Very disappointed my daughter went to buy a couch who is visually impaired she wanted just a regular couch the sales woman Ciara talked her into a clearance pull out couch who could not get it to pull out so called a technician he said it was only tied that he would untie it before a third-party would deliver it which cost extra so she paid 200 extra for couch and delivery only for it still not to pull out they offered her $100 gift card she didn't take it she just wanted a technician to come out and make the couch work that's all she wanted and they won't do that so now she's paid extra for a broken couch

It was so enjoyable working with Teara and her manager this weekend. We shopped at many furniture stores all weekend even walking right out of some for various reasons. We came back to Ashley this morning and purchased a sectional, a recliner, an accent chair, two lamps, and a vase. We would definitely head right to Ashley's in the future when looking for any furniture.
This is the second time I have shopped at the Ashley Furniture outlet store. The staff is always friendly and do not hover while you are shopping. I will definitely go back for my next furniture purchase! I am counting down the days to get my couch! 😀

She showed me where I could find the items I asked about, and let me look at things on my own as I wanted. She came over a few times to answer all my questions and concerns, which made me feel very comfortable and happy to have her as my salesperson. I told her about my home concerns with mom, and she really helped me to make the best decisions about purchasing for my new home, without any type of pushy sales stuff. This was the best furniture buying experience I've had, and will definitely go there again for all my furnishing needs.

My husband and I went last night looking for an inexpensive sofa for our apartment. We were shocked by the quality for the price. They had great options with a clearance section in the back and great deals on the floor. They offer free delivery to your door which was perfect for us. We ended up spending a bit more than what we were planning just because we found something that was absolutely perfect. Tiffany was the lady who helped us and she was 5 star sales lady. She was so helpful and laid back. She made our little baby laugh and made us feel very comfortable buying from her. Besides amazing furniture, she is worth going back for if we need anything else. She has the patience of a Saint. She assisted us finding a great bed and a sofa. Delivered the very next day! Prices are the most reasonable in this area. I promise you we will be back. Don't care for quality of furniture.
I was shocked. I received their invitation to a private sale that was to occur from September 16 -17. sounded good as I am in the market for a new mattress and I wanted to buy the adjustable frame as well.Apparently, the workers who were at the store tonight, September 16, 2022, did not want to make a sale, or work at all. Upon entering the store, I was informed that " we do not have many mattresses" and if you do want one you have to buy a regular foundation IF you want, to buy the adjustable frame on sale.now I know the world has changed, but how stupid do you have to be to buy something you don't want or need in order to buy what you do want? what am I supposed to do with a foundation I can't use and why do I have to buy it?what is wrong with this store or was it that these people just did not want to work tonight?what a shameful experience, I do not know who employed these girls, but it sure was a bad hire on the managers part.I would recommend you not wast your time at this store, there are plenty of other stores that sell the exact same products, hopefully with better sales personal.

Buying our dresser at the store was easy. But when we received it they came an hour before expected, without calling to let us know, so nobody was home. We had to race home to get it in the house and then when we unboxed it, there were no dresser handles included. After a long winded phone call with their international customer service, it will take way longer just to get handles to use my dresser than it was to get the actual dresser. We probably won’t be shopping here again.

I have never had such a horrible experience and bad customer service. It took 3 months with more than 6 date changes in scheduled deliveries. Also instead of this company supporting American jobs they out source their calls to foreigners that can barley speak English. If you ask for a supervisor in the United States they just keep switching you to different reps in the same department. The furniture came damaged a tech came out to fix the leather instead of exchanging the whole peace. they sent a box of peace of leather in a cardboard box that had 4 German roaches inside. It’s been two months and tech still didn’t come to fix the recliner.I will never ever spend money with this horrifying company. Rooms to go is the place to go I bought my bed from them they gave me a date they came on the exact date they gave me great customer service over the phone and in the store and they support veterans.

When told you would get a gift card for their Memorial Day sale and then after you make the purchase and 2 different people telling you would get this gift card then to be told 4 weeks later you don’t qualify due to the way I paid for my purchase. Train your employees better would have gone with another company. Great job at scamming customer service.

Found a Living room suit with tables and Bedroom suit as well we liked and worked with sales person. She was pleasant. We were told that one table would not be in for up to 3 months. We were ok with that as it was just a chair table. Our first experience. We received a message saying our furniture would be delivered in a few days. We were expecting our entire delivery less the small table. Turns out we got the small table by itself much to our amazement as we thought that would be several months before we would see it. We thought this delivery was going to be everything else. So we got a message later that day giving another delivery date for the other furniture. Ok we eagerly awaited the rest of the furniture. So this was delivered by 3 guys. They man handled each piece of the furniture. In the process they put a hole in my ceiling on the porch. 418.00 dollars to fix. We sent an estimate as requested and have not received any other communication since. The furniture was left for us to unpack and assemble. That’s fine. It was understood that we would do so. As we unpacked the sectional sofa we noticed that it was damaged. Large board across the back was snapped almost in half. We called and went through customer service who tried to talk us into having there people repair it in about a month. I refused and told them I bought new furniture, not repaired furniture. They had to escalate it to another department to get that approved. I should have ran from them right then. So they communicated that they would replace the sofa piece. In a few days they sent us a picture of a sofa they said they inspected and it was in perfect condition. They scheduled a delivery. My wife took off work for a second time. So she would be able to inspect. Now my wife makes about 250.00/day so this was a big deal for us. The delivery was scheduled between 3 and 7pm. So we waited and waited all day. No show no calls. I called there customer service to see what was going on. The rep told me that they had discovered the arm was broken and they would return it to the warehouse. I explained that sounds odd as they had sent us pictures saying it was perfect. She said they would get back in touch with me. So now I’m waiting for communication as I go to the eye Doctor for a minor procedure. While I’m sitting in the procedure room I get a message saying our delivery would be at my house in 6 minutes. Wow! So I called my neighbor and asked if he could run over and accept the delivery and verify they took back the damaged sofa. He did. After my procedure I hustled home and was able to catch the delivery guys. They drooped off and picked up. I unpacked the NEW sofa only to find it was damaged as well. called there customer service. They just gave me the run around. So Thw ice and I drove to the store where we purchased. I asked for the manager. His name was James. He explained that they could not do anything until the original sofa was listed as returned in the warehouse. He explained that ”that was not his department”! After a few words I asked for his District Managers phone number. His response “ I’m not allowed to give that out. At this point I asked for there corporate phone number. He gave that to me. I guess he figured I could look it up anyway. Now this is automated, so I’m navigating through it. He interrupts me to let me know that he could contact, what I believe he said, the SAVE team and they may be able to take care of this today. I hung up with corporate and accepted that. He said he would contact me later that day to let me know something. He called later in the evening and told me they never called him back, but he would call me next morning with an update. He calls me back next morning and told me they contacted him. So now the ware house is not receiving anymore of this sofa until 8/4/2022 and would try to have it delivered on 8/6/2022. This is where I stand now this will be my 3rd attempt to get a new sofa, still have not heard how they are going to compensate me for my 418.00 dollar repair they caused. Also understand each time I have had to move things all out of wack to accommodate this sofa coming in. what I have learned to this point…. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I’m sure there mission statement has something in it that says they would strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. They have totally failed!!! Run far from this company is my mission statement.

Our sale's person was GREAT! But.... Our 10% discount went for delivery, we didn't want delivery we wanted to just take them home ourselves but they don't have the merchandise at the store, so we lost our 10% for shipping. Then the date we were having them delivered changed because the recliners we bought are on back order. 🤷 Definitely second thinking things here. Apparently it's a generic response from the company if something isn't good.
Finally got the correct piece of furniture today. I will say it's beautiful and a nice solid sturdy bedroom set. They need to do better on their customer service but I do like the furniture and these last 2-3 days customer service has communicated effectively and apologetically and I'm a relatively satisfied customer.
As of right now I will never purchase another item from Ashley furniture outlet. Once they make the sale they do not care about you. Horrible customer service. Delivered two couches and one item was incorrect its been almost 2 weeks and I still havent had any confirmation of them coming to pick it up and exhange it with the correct item. I would recommend purchasing somewhere else if you can. They never contact me everytime I have to call to check on the status of my claim and everytime I do it's the same thing oh we'll contact you to schedule re-delivery. Im about to just return the couch for a full refund. I've talked w customer service multiple times a Manager named Stephan said hed call me back and never did also never received an email regafding this.

Was lied to by sales rep that all items in delivery were to be assembled. TV stand and coffee table came in assembled and the delivery crew refused to assemble it, even though I paid $300 for “white glove delivery” which is brand new to me. After spending over $4,000 on new furniture, the lack of customer service is astounding. Not to mention some damage to furniture that was assembled that I just had to stomach because I’d already waited over a week in a furnitureless home that I just purchased. I would say to avoid this place like the plague, but I’d prefer the plague any day.

My fault I didn't realize this was an outlet store and so the selections were a little limited. The salesperson was pleasant and took me around the store to show me various carpets they had in stock. Everything was out and displayed under furniture so all she did was walk and point. OK, it was close to closing, but there was still an hour on the clock. I'll give her credit because when we couldn't find anything like what I'd seen online, she did name a couple of nearby retailers I could check out.
We purchased a lift recliner from Jada. My husband just had open heart surgery. Jada told us repeatedly the delivery men would bring it inside our home even though we opted for the free delivery. She even went so far as telling us they would probably put it together for us. All I wanted was for it to be put in the house. When delivery came they shoved it inside the lanai door and refused to bring it inside. On a previous purchase the delivery men brought the loveseat into the house so I know they should have done so. When I contacted the store, I got nowhere. So even though Jada lied to us about the delivery, her manager was very uncaring. I'll never buy another thing from Ashley. I didn't even want to give them one star.

There were technical problems galore. I couldn't tell if the sales person was confused/new or the system was honestly malfunctioning. It was disappointing that I wanted to add a couple stools to my order and was told that wasn't possible. It didn't make sense to me that we were taking a living room set off the floor and I couldn't take two small stools. There are some great deals. So if you have time to wait around stop by.
I bought a bed frame (with headboard and footboard), chair and a half, ottoman and sofa sleeper from there just over a month ago. Our salesman, Charlie, was wonderful but the delivery guys were terrible. I am STILL waiting for repairs to be done to my wall, ceiling and door frame that was damaged when they were trying to force the sofa inside. The sofa got scraped up as well but not as bad as my house. IF I were to ever get furniture there again, I would NOT have them deliver it.
I was recently in need of replacing my old, worn-out and broken recliner and stopped by for a look. I was not at all expecting to find the great selection and deals that I did and ended-up purchasing 2 recliners from Kirsten whom by the way was very accommodating and helpful in making my purchase. I will Definitely be coming back here in the near future for my furniture needs and recommend this outlet location in Port Richey, FL highly too.

WE drove the 50 + miles bc this was the only store the had the dressers we were looking for. I could have ordered them on line but it is always best to check in person if possible. Don’t know if furniture production is going through a era where quality is declining but it does not seem that ANY of the stores , including the HI END stores, carry quality built furniture, so hoping our selection withstands the test of time. I would be remiss if i did not mention the nice manager AT THE PORT RICHY store well as SEAN from the PALM HARBOR store. Sean went out of his way to check where the items we were looking for might be found. The 4 score has more to do with selection than customer care …..which was definitely a 5 star, Delivery is next week so???? we will see

Was not told my furniture was on back Order have been waiting since November 27/2021 and still as of this date do not have any of my furniture.
I have spent a good week researching comparing and measuring my space, and of course making sure I was absolutely positive I was purchasing what I was going to be happy with. I get to Ashley at 7pm on Saturday find what I want ready to purchase right now. The lady huffed and puffed said please hold on. Came back and said it's back ordered for at least 6 months . I said ok hold on, there was a back up plan as this is 2022 year of shipping issues. She said "Well are you buying something or can I walk you out" Seriously ? I know it was late but there were 3 other families in there and yes I had debit card in hand and planed to absolutely purchase in full . Now I will not be back. Will furnish my home else where .
We visited the store looking at bedroom suites and Kristina assisted us. We had lots of questions and she was nice as can be and very helpful. She helped us make our final choices and it ended up being a great experience. We will definitely be back when we need something else.
I don’t have enough room here to explain how awful our experience was! Delivery team dropped and broke the 1st couch. They scheduled an even exchange, but tried to give me a used couch. I sent it back and had to wait for the 3rd one. The whole process was very irritating and stressful!
Friendly sales woman Kara was awesome only reason it is 4 instead of 5 is because there was a mistake made with the adjustable stand and she said she would make it the same price but came back after speaking to the management with a price that was 100 more than originally quoted. For the 100 savings we were willing to wait until March but because the manager didn't want to make it right we went else where and got the stand the same day.
I haven’t received my furniture yet (it is being shipped to my new home out of state), but I wanted to say that Kara was PHENOMENAL! Super helpful and gave great recommendations based on the wants we gave her!!
Went to Ashley and picked out 12 pieces of furniture on September 10th 2021the assistance of a very nice sales associate. While picking out furniture we discussed a budget with the associate.after selecting the pieces the fun began. The sales associate was extremely good at manipulating the Ashley program used to build a sale. She built several different deals adding different incentives, sales and discounts to each one. At this point our heads were spinning. We came to an agreement on price amd discussed delivery. It was explained that 7 pieces would arrive almost immediately. It was then explained that the balance would be delivered at different times as they became available. Complete delivery by January. We went home and discussed the pricing as it was a little out of our anticipated budget. So we called out sales associate and talked about other incentives. We came to an agreement and my wife went to the store to take care of the order. After returning home that evening I discovered the order was incorrect and the pricing was not what I agreed to. I called the associate and explained that there were discrepancies in the order,delivery, and pricing. The associate had removed a piece of furniture from the order to lower the price. When I asked the associate about this error she sent me a picture of the my wife's signature on the order. So we purchased the piece separately. 7 were delivered quickly. Then 3 came in December, then 1 in January. It has been almost 6 months and we still have not received all of our furniture, yet we are expected to pay for it monthly. We were informed the last piece would be delivered in March. We were offered a 50 dollar Ashley store gift from Ashley customer service card for our inconvenience. Customer service stated the store has to authorize any further credits, the store declined doing that. So I learned that Ashley has no accountability for their unprofessional store associates, no accountability for their product availability , no accountability for their unfair business practices.
We have always like shopping at Ashley's. Good priced furniture, for good quality furniture. We talked to a salesperson by the name of Kelly. She was not a high pressure salesperson. Very knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture we were looking at. Thank you Kelly. We will see you again!Go to Ashley's and ask for Kelly!
Ashley furniture sold us junk. The photos of this chair and the issues you see started just after warranty period expired. Boards coming through foam, caddy wompus sitting angles. Broken arm extension not allowing for extension without a wrench ,and also with an ottoman now used to hold up the leg extension. There are multiple tears at seams. I’m 6-1, 225 lbs, a General Contractor that needs to rest after each day. This oversized chair should be durable enough for guys my size. Unfortunately, Its not fit to seat a June bug.

Good product good price but my mom is 89 and she needed the electric recliner as soon as possible. The policy was I could not take it home it had to be delivered which would be a three to four day delay. Also the delivery is free but was a ridiculous policy that I could not take it myself and bring it home.
Nate was very helpful in selecting our new dining room set. He was informative and also helped us in picking out a chair for my father. He was very nice, professional and engaging!

The salesperson that helped us was very new and didn’t know a lot yet but she was very friendly and helpful and asked another employee to make sure she gave us the right information when she needed to which we appreciated. Very unhappy with customer service first time they delivered my sectional it was the wrong color. Second time I had to work so the person took in the sectional it is still the wrong color. Been trying for the last 4 days to have the sectional picked up and I keep being put on hold no one can connect me to the right dept. went to the store I purchased the sectional and they told me I have to do everything over the phone at the 800 number. This started on Thursday it is now Tuesday and nothing is done it is still sitting in my living room. Will never use Ashley Furniture again wish I could leave no stars. Oh and wait time on 800 number is crazy I was in que number 170 just goes to show how many mistakes are made by them

Purchased a queen bedroom room set that was in stock and not on display so was not able to see what the bed would look like !! However was reassured by a new sales rep that it was good and needed a box spring which she sold to me. On day of delivery and setup noticed the bed was way too high and asked why , they said not to worry I could exchange or return no hassle . So went to store spoke with the manager who was very impertinent telling me they can't help me because of covid and I could always buy another box spring because they don't take returns or replacements on such items . Now this is the negligence of the sales rep so why should I lose money . Will take this matter further as I see that they are so sweet when you are buying but if there is a problem you're on you're own.....

Found the loveseat we wanted on the website but wanted to see in person before ordering. Faith helped us locate it in the store and ordered it for us with delivery in 6 days! Very easy and got just what we were looking for.
Outside of an individuals who attempts to strong arm you into only completing transactions with her, most of the sales associates are pretty laid back allowing you to browse through the store at your own pace and ask questions when needed. They do make profit as a sales associate off each sale so I like to respect the individuals who are the most helpful without being over the top. Products are mostly good quality however a few items we have purchased have been a pain due to design flaws specifically a table that spins to adjust in height and has an industrial look to it. We have replaced almost all of our apartment furniture with items from their clearance area and showroom. We are overall content with what we have purchased and would do it again. You always get what you pay for so expect to get compressed board if you go cheap. Our love seat and recliner are powered leather and cost around 1700 total but can't best that 0% apr financing if you get approved. The photo I am sharing is a recliner I purchased for one of my residents at work who required wooden arms to stand up independently. He loves it especially since it was a clearance item. If its gimmicky, stay away (Opium Counter Height Dinning Set for example). Our bed frame and dresser are rock solid (Porter Panel Bed and Dresser) as well as our love seat and recliner (Garristown Dual Powered Reclining & Love Seat) . If your on a budget they have a clearance area that we shop all the time.

DON’T DO IT! DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY’S! If I could give zero stars I would because Ashley’s deserves the exact same respect they have given to my elder mother. She ordered a dresser that was on back order and the dresser was suppose to be assembled upon delivery and when they delivered it, it was in a box. She refused it since it was suppose to be assembled and she cannot assemble it herself. After several weeks of calling and going to the store several times in person, they finally scheduled another delivery guaranteeing the dresser would be assembled. Once again upon the second delivery it was NOT. They told her to keep the box and they would schedule someone to come out and put it together. 2 weeks later they sent a crew out and when opening the box the workers found the dresser parts to be damaged. Ashley’s is refusing to pick up the boxed dresser and refund her the money. It has been almost 2 months since the dresser was originally ordered and it is still sitting in her garage in pieces. They are requesting her to send pictures of the damaged dresser so that they can send someone out to repair it instead of refunding her the money and sending someone to pick it up. She just wants the dresser picked up and the money returned to her. It has been a nightmare! Please! Please! Please! Don’t go through what she has been through. If you go to Ashley’s Cooperate website you will find that they do not have one single good review. The picture below is a picture of one of the parts that was sent to cooperate a month ago by one of the employees that came out to put it together and they are still requesting more and denying her a refund. AND NOTICE IT IS PARTICAL BOARD AND NOT REAL WOOD. I have also filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and waiting for there response.
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on a few missteps but at the end we are very unhappy with our interaction. This will be our first and last time using them. We we are going on 2 weeks waiting for our refund and now we were told it will be 2 weeks more since the store didnt process our cancellation properly.

She could not have been more accommodating to meet our needs, she helped us find the right pieces for the perfect price, we ordered the pieces, and they were delivered in two days, the delivery personnel were professional, clean, efficient and on time!! Ashley Home Stores, was an amazing find for us. Was not even the store we set out to find. The prices were very reasonable and they will match their online prices. TEARA, our salesperson, treated you like a friend. Not pushy and really wanted the best for you. Will definitely buy there again. Great atmosphere in side the store too.
When I bought the furniture at the time in this place I could’ve paid cash but since it was a promotion going on of 0% for 60 months I said why not using I can qualify for it, so I did since the representative said I qualified for that base on my credit and now after one year of not receiving any electronic or paper statements I realize after I decided to log in the account to check my balance that there is an outrageous interest rate charged to my account of 29,9% omg the maximum by law, not even taking in consideration my credit is in the high 700’s nobody I talked to when I call or chatted didn’t even did the intention to help, very dissatisfied and disappointing but I guess you got me one and the last one cause I don’t even want to be close to your false promotions and advertising is awful, the rich getting richer and the poor poorer but Godbless America.

Called multiple times for two hours straight and nobody answered the phone once. Reply to your reply: I did, about 50 times actually, but nobody answered one of them. I called the next morning and someone answered then.

The employees were very helpful. They didn't push us to purchase anything and left us alone until we needed their help and wanted to purchase something. The delivery teams were on time and quick to install/set everything up.
This place claims to be an "outlet" even though the prices are very close to full retail and they charge thru the nose for warranties and for delivery. Went across to Rooms To Go and found better quality for less money with free delivery and $100 less for the warranty. We won't be going back.

Had a great experience at purchase not everything was available so we took the items available home and they were missing parts went back to the store to exchange they said they could only open a case for someone to come look at it. After two weeks finally heard about the case and they had to put an order for it and another 7-10 business days on wait. For the other times they were not delivered when promised was waiting all day finally decided to call and they said they don’t have item in stock it was in back order. After I had received an automated call 48 hrs prior about my delivery time. Still waiting for stuff to arrive stated no refunds when I asked about it also

Store was great and the staff very helpful. The issue is the warehouse. Delivery dates set and confirmed prior to purchase then changed by the warehouse. One item delivered early, before I even moved into my new place. The remaining items each got changed to different delivery dates. Buy from in store available items and all will go fine. I'll never buy anything I can't take directly from the store. I had to cancel everything that was coming from the warehouse.

She went above and beyond for me and turned a horrible experience at the home store into a huge savings and a great one for me at the Outlet store. She’s extremely knowledgeable and cares about what the customer is actually asking for and helping find the lowest cost for you instead of trying to upsell you-hard to find! I literally sat in the Wesley Chapel store on google to argue each price was cheaper online than my quote and they still messed up my order. I was done with Ashley for good until I met her. Our sales person was Savanah and she was outstanding. She didn't pressure us. She gave us space but was there to answer any questions. We purchased furniture for every room in our new house. Still need some smaller pieces and will definitely visit Ashley again.
Came here to get a recliner trying to match it to a sofa I had previously purchased. This time around Kelly was my sales lady. She was very informative and gave me several options. All were decently priced and she helped me pick the best one without any pressure. Ask for her if you're looking for someone that looks out for your best interest but doesn't hound you!

Purchased my new livingroom set early May, we have been searching that fits our needs. The first time we had a rep name Asia, she was great. Second time, I can't even remember his name,but seems like he just woke up and needed an energy drink. 3rd time was the charm we got Nick. Great personality, friendly and had a knack for sales. So we purchased our new livingroom set. It is now July and have not received my furniture. First it was June 30th then July 11th, now it's the 25th. I called and spoke to Janaya she was rude no customer service care or empathy to my frustration due to the delays of my delivery. If I don't get my furniture by July 25th I will cancel and never use or recommend Ashley furniture!!!!!!

Went in to check out a new leather recliner. Kristin the sales girl was extremely helpful, found me one that fit my every need and made sure I could take it the same day. A tall order really. I ended up coming back for the 2nd one because the price was so great. Perfect experience both times. I couldn't be happier with the sales team and with the recliners!
The sales rep Savannah was AMAZING and so Kind!! Helped me every bit of the way in the store. The problem came with delivery.. these were the rudest people we have ever experienced. There was a mishap with the address and they tried not to deliver to my house, I received a very rude phone call and by the time they brought it to our house they were aggressive and rude to both my boyfriend and his father. Threw the boxes containing our couch a inch in our porch and began to leave without allowing the boxes to be inspected for damages. They then proceeded to almost run over my boyfriends father and our properties gate. They basically were angry because they shouldn’t have had to bring it to our house because the STORE put in the wrong address and they didn’t follow the address change done by our sales rep. Overall will never have another item delivered. Emotionally and mentally exhausted from this experience..

Nice people but out of all of the people this woman named Kelly is the best sales person .. i came in and ordered a living room set and had to cancel some items and some items i kept and Kelly helped me save so much money just by being honest with me and giving me free delivery for the small items that i purchased meanwhile no one else told me that i didn’t need the premium delivery for about $300.

What a wonderful experience! Our saleswomen Kirsten has been with us since we first started shopping/browsing in April thru our purchase today. She still had all our potential order details from April and made our purchase so easy to complete. WELL I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! AND especially NICK, which was our advisor and not a salesperson. I’ve spent over 6k on one order which had items on 8-10 weeks back order. That order came right on time. From what Nick explained to us, is that our items were on a “call” status which meant that certain items were not available for a certain amount of time, which is controlled by a department outside of the store. The 6-8, 8-10, 8-12 weeks I was asked if I was ok with waiting that longer or perhaps even longer. I said sure, because of COVID-19, all furniture companies across Florida has nothing. I also was able to hear Nick and several other advisors mention to other shoppers the same information about their “call” status as I was walking throughout the store shopping for my home. I spent hours in there, and not once did Nick rush me. I even had my kids with me and they enjoyed themselves, thanks to Nick, Nate and Kirsten and the entire management staff that day. Also a thank you to Gina and Adrienne the managers they also explained how the “call” status is out of their control but if I needed anything all I needed to do is call and ask for Nick, or them directly and they thanked me for stopping in. Experience number two was about patio furniture once again a great time. I was able to purchase a clearance set. I was there for about an hour or two trying to figure out how to redo my patio. Nick showed me what was on the floor and on a computer in store and then showed me the clearance area. He explained how items had to be picked up within 48hrs because of the truck deliveries they have and the limited amount of space to show furniture. Now while walking around I heard shoppers asking tons of ways to not pick up in 48 hrs, smh I can’t get why people have to haggle. My overall experience there is wonderful. 5 star. Melissa
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The service is horrible. I was assured by the sales person, Nick, who obviously just wanted to make a commission, that my furniture would arrive in 6-8 weeks. He even put it in writing. Three months later, not only did I have no furniture, they were unable to provide any info other than saying it’s on back order. Now, I found it very interesting that they IMMEDIATELY charged my credit card for the furniture knowing I would be waiting a long time for it. Unethical people here. I will never shop here again

Terrible service. We called to order 3 bar stools and Nicholas said they put them aside for us, we offered to pay in advance on the phone and were told it wasnt necessary. We came later that day and come to find out nobody could find the bar stools and then told us we could have paid over the phone. Savannah at the store told us we could order the bar stools and they would have them by mid-June (since they couldn't find the 3 bar stools even though they had 5 in stock). Now we called customer service and they are telling us we won't have the bar stools until the end of July! Customer service said they get a lot of complaints from this store because they are all trying to get commission...

We purchased a living room sectional and Kelly provided absolutely outstanding service. I entered the Ashley Store only to be greeted by Nate who immediately answered my questions concerning a couch I was looking for. He asked if I needed help and I explained that I was just looking so he left me to my own devices (I really liked not have anyone "hover" while I looked). 'When I found the couch I wanted I asked Nate to come over and help me with measurements which he did immediately. I had to confirm a measurement so he gave me his card, took my contact information and texted the measurement info I needed. I drove home and went back to the store several hours later. Nate and I reaffirmed the measurements and I made my purchase. While he completed the paper work I found a couple of more pieces and he was so gracious about starting another. The store was in the middle of an internet hot mess , but that did not deter Nate from finding a solution. Not once was I frustrated. Lastly, the Ashely staff was very supportive of each other, including Nate. I will be returning for any further furniture needs!
This was my first major furniture purchase since moving to FL from MA a couple of weeks ago. Tara was the sales rep who assisted us, she was very polite, professional, knowledgeable about different styles, she was very personable which is a far cry from a typical furniture purchase up north. If I could give negative stars I would. I had a horrible experience with this company. 9 out of 10 items were broken or not properly working. Called the company and I got nothing but the run around. As per their policy they DO NOT give refunds at any cost. I was told to take the exchange or they could discount the broken pieces, but absolutely no refund. Just more excuses and new broken pieces. I have had 3 delivery guys and a technician come to fix their messed up furniture. Still no results and was told absolutely no refund. This company will take your money and give shotty work and no customer service. Do not buy anything from this pathetic excuse of a furniture company.
I had a great experience working with Nate a little over a week ago. First I was next door to R2G and they told me I couldn't get the living room set I wanted till November, like are you kidding me, that's a half a year away? Decided to give Ashley Outlet a try and to my surprise the same set, I was able to get delivered today!!!!! The guys that delivered were amazing as well. I also got a set of end tables on clearance and was able to take them home that day at a fraction of the cost. This is my second time dealing with an Ashley's and I have no idea why I even tried R2G.

I purchased a bed a dresser and mirror and the price was probably half or less of what Rooms To Go wanted, I looked around at other places as well, just couldn't find what I wanted until I went to Ashley Homestore Outlet. They were very nice and helpful and not pushy at all. I will go back again for more furniture in the near future.

Visited Ashley furniture today and it was an amazing visit to say the least. Our sales expert was Kelly G...please take note i did not say sales person I state sales expert. Kelly G went above and beyond with expert knowledge of all. We left with an entire bedroom set for our daughter!!! In which not only we as parents are truly happy with but so is our daughter. The store is organized correctly in my opinion, so that you can see exactly what you're looking for. The prices are great and the quality is spectacular. I visited this store the other day and was treated as a valued customer. Today I called this store as I was instructed the other day if I had any questions about any of their merchandise. Kirsten was very helpful and pleasant on the phone answering all my questions and providing exceptional service. I then went to this store, met with Kirsten and she continued to pleasantly assist in placing my order for us. She was very pleasant, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The General Mgr. Gina was also very helpful in assisting fulfilling our order. Everything was detailed about our order, our upcoming delivery, the protection plan we also purchased and what to do if we encounter any issues whatsoever. The experience was very gratifying and we highly recommend shopping at this store location.

We went to the "Outlet" because they have furniture at a discount because it's an outlet. When we went in looking for a few things we wanted, we noticed the pieces were MORE than the store. When I brought it up online and showed the associate that the actual store price was less, he told me they could match the regular store price?? So, in the world of Ashley furniture an outlet is more expensive, but they are willing to match the price of the store? Why shop there? He also told me the furniture is delivered out of the same warehouse as the actual store. Why have outlets? This is scamming people, if you didn't check regular price you would be paying more. This is shameful!

Dealing with the company 3 years later, after making one claim earlier, and wanting to make another claim now, has been totally disappointing. Service reps do not help the customer fully understand the warranty policy. All I can say is be careful and know exactly what their policies are. They do not cover furniture in a rental home and if you file a claim with similar damage at a later time, they will not replace the item. They should be more responsible to the customer. They did not honor my warranty. Total disappointment & irriatation.

They have the same 60 months finance like rooms to go, but the designs are not as good as the others. Also, the variety is very limited comparing to the competition. It's a good alternative though, the prices are very similar
My husband and I have been on the hunt for new a living room and patio set. We have visited this ashley multiple times and after these last few experience we will NOT be purchasing from them! The last 3 times we have been there, the associate Michael has been overbearing, annoying and made us feeling completely uncomfortable by closely following behind us around the entire store! This last visit was the tipping point! We delt with multiple Associates who couldn't havent cared less that we were there and that were unnecessarily rude! I will NEVER step foot in that building again. Safe your sanity, stress, and your personal space by just shopping elsewhere!

01/23/22. Went back to see Kirsten!! AWESOME experience, which is why I have spent so much money.....and go back. I bought stools a d lamps this time. Both at her recommendation!!!! Kirsten was AMAZING!! She was so helpful and knew just what to show us. Her boss and office staff are a great team. Very Efficient, Quick, and Helpful with the process. We kept coming back to buy more because of her knowledge and helpfulness in selection and looking at different options. Great Experiences each time we went!

Love this place! Ordered my recliner with matching loveseat & daughter’s bed from here! Even had them install everything- worth the money!! We went ahead and purchased the 5 year protection plan from GBS & so glad we did. The loveseat ended up having a mechanical failure and it was fixes at no cost because of purchasing GBS protection plan. The loveseat was a final purchase that was a floor model, which is probably why it went out so quickly. Doesn’t matter- absolutely LOVE my reclining set. Worth the discount and protection.
If I could give this less than 1 star I would! My wife and I were looking for a console table and the assistant manager came up to hand us a sale flyer. I declined telling him that we were limiting what we touched since we were in a pandemic. He immediately crumbled it up and slammed it in the trash. Obviously mad, I asked him not to have an attitude with us about it which he replied , “ Do what you want then!” and stormed off. Three other sales people apologized for his behavior as it was very obvious to everyone that we were mistreated by him. This man really needs to be fired or at least demoted. I will never enter that store again!

I have the same experience with them. I bought the set furniture with two lamps. They told me they would ship to my house from warehouse . I have never gotten them. And I went to the store so many times. The manager came tell me they would solve the problems. But never did. I went to there agin and agin. Eventually I gave up. And all the furniture have problems, I paid warranty for them. No one came or even I was told to send the pictures to them, never gotten respond back. Once you paid in the store, and you step out the store. The store will put all the problems to the third party. They won’t do anything for it. Even they own me two lamps, you can do nothing about it. I wish there is 0 star here.
We purchased our couch here, and the 5 year extended warranty. A few months later one of the recliners on the couch stopped working. Ashly pushed us off to the extended warranty company, stating that we moved to a new address and the one year warranty isn't valid any longer (I'm not sure why, but they service person was very rude about it). The extended warranty person came out and looked at it, said it needed a new motor. It's been a very long time, no one ever returned to fix it. We call, but just get a recording to look on their web page. Very un-happy and don't think I would buy Ashly again or recommend them to anyone.
I can't say enough bad things about this company. I had issues with every piece of furniture I bought from them. I've had people in my house for over a year giving me excuses about why their furniture is so bad. I paid for the warranty as well, only to have Ashley farm it out to a separate company who then tells me that my issues are not covered. When I call Ashley I get a runaround every time. Buying furniture for a new home should be a great experience, and all it has been with Ashley is a headache and disappointment. I would not recommend this store at all. If I could zero stars I would.

The delivery process has been a nightmare. I purchased my sofa at the end of December. I am absolutely livid with Ashley, I was scheduled to receive my sofa on 2/14/21, when I called to follow up on 2/14/21 I was told that my ottoman was on back order and that it wouldn't be in until June. I asked why no one had called to let us know and was told "I don't know. They should have." I called the store and asked if I could just have the sofa delivered for now. I was told the soonest they could bring my sofa was Weds. This morning I received a text that it would be delivered between 9:45 and 1:45 pm. I called to see if they could come later as I will be at work. I was left on hold 30 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back I was immediately told that no my time could not be changed. At this point I want to cancel the whole thing but I'm afraid I won't get my money back.

Reading the reviews just wondering...You talked so great about the Sales Person. My question did you received your delivery? Now I asked the question there going be replied by those statement saying.."We just received our furniture." My story on my Sales Person listen to our needs. Order our bedroom sets back in December 2020. Received an email asking "do you want your order sooner" Then I called Customer Service saying our order not in. There a few pieces missing. Need to wait another month or two.Still wondering why they sent an email saying everything on when NOT. Cancelled our order the other day. There no customer satisfaction at Ashley Furniture. Like the old saying.."Right hand does not know what the left hands doing".
Worst customer service I've ever received. I went there yesterday to buy a mattress and foundation for my daughter, the salesman Kyle told me that the mattress will be delivered on 2/12/2021, I paid $435 for the mattress and went home. Then today I received an email stated that the mattress will be delivered in March, when I called them to see why, this rude lady who is supposed to be a manager told me she will call me back with more information. When she called me back she put my delivrery for 2/14/2021 instead of 2/12 And she didn't apologize for nothing like I didn't pay for my stuff. I will never come back to that store or refer someone there
I WISH I could give this place ZERO stars. my initial in store experience was awesome, I bought my furniture in early December and scheduled a delivery for Jan 17th. I called the day before for details about my delivery and it turns out the rescheduled it for Feb 8th. Okay, I'm not super happy (an item was on back order) but I can live in an empty apartment for three weeks. I called today to confirm my delivery and I was told it was rescheduled for Mar 25th..... NOT OKAY! I have to wait 4 months for this furniture? I spent 2200 dollars with you and neither time when you rescheduled did you bother to CALL ME! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never visit your store again.

Was told my couch would be delivered today and i called to make sure and was informed it won’t come until may because it’s out of stock. Why sell me a couch that’s out of stock and promised a delivery for today ? Canceled order and going else where
Bought a sofa and loveseat on Black Friday. Was to be delivered on January 11th. I called them on the 8th and they informed me that it wouldn't be delivered until the end of February - mind you, no one had made any attempt to contact me when they knew it would not be delivered until a month and a half late, even after I had waited 2 months. Waiting on a refund after a week.
I always buy my furniture online from here no problem and this time the shipping is horrible!!! They constantly push the delivery date further without even notifying you. I ordered a entertainment center on December 29th, the delivery date was the 18th of January then it changed online to the 22nd then couple days later to the 27th so I contacted customer service and they said it will be sent out on the 27th. I checked today and now says the 31st!!!! What a fuc&$ng joke!!
Our sales person, Chloe, was perfect. She was not pushy and worked within our budget. She was very professional and friendly and had all the answers we needed. We are very happy with our new sofa and loveseat. The whole experience was very positive and we will be repeat customers.
My niece and I walked into to the store and was greeted by Nick who was very nice and asked us what he could help us with. We had many different questions since it was my nieces first time shopping for furniture for her new home. He was so patient and understanding after quiet awhile of helping us I asked if he could give us a couple hours because this had been the first store we had gone to. So couple hours later we did returned only Nick had to leave and so he left all her information with a woman named Kelly and she spent more time with us, helping us pic out tables for the couch and chair we where getting. When everything was said and done we purchased everything we wanted. We are so happy and the service from both of them was excellent. I truly can't say enough how wonderful it was to have such wonderful customer service. Great place, thank you again Nick and Kelly.

The table I was interested in wasn't all wood as advertised.
We placed an order for a sectional and coffee table. Told them we were moving into an apartment and didn’t have the address just yet. We were told by the store manager that this wasn’t a problem but to call and update the credit card company and Ashley’s with the correct address ASAP. First, they called me, and I was at work so I couldn’t answer the phone. They left me a voicemail saying they went ahead a moved up my delivery date to the 17th because they had the furniture in sooner. I didn’t move in till the 22nd. Called them and said that wouldn’t work. As soon as I had the apartment address I called in and updated the address. Because one of Ashley’s employees failed to update the billing address and the shipping address the credit card I got from Ashely’s declined the order and they canceled my WHOLE order WITHOUT informing me or trying to contact me once. Called in to Ashely’s multiple times and couldn’t get through. It kept going to their answering service who were absolutely no help. Finally spoke to Ashley’s and they called me back to tell me I could have my furniture until January 18th. Are you kidding me? Absolutely disappointed in this company. Would not recommend to anyone.
Im completely unsatisfied with almost every step of the process. I came into the showroom and met with a very friendly saleswoman who helped me order a bedroom set. I took off work for the delivery date only to find out the day of that my date had been changed without notice. I had to take ANOTHER day off work to get most of my furniture. The mirror had broken so they set another delivery date for that. I paid for premium delivery and when the mirror arrived yesterday they did not help me put it together with the dresser. Im so unhappy with the quality of the furniture and I tried to return it the day of the first delivery and I was told it was too late. Im now stuck with a $2k bedroom set that I hate. I would not let anyone I know shop here. I regret my decision to do business with Ashley more and more.

Make sure you bring a picture of what your space looks like to match the furniture.I ordered two barstools in person and had them door dropped and their policy is no return unless it is damaged .They do not match my interior the way I thought it would but too bad for me I’m stuck with them.That being said I will not be buying anything else . I was even denied an exchange. $250 wasted .

We were lucky enough to find one of these sofa beds brand new and still wrapped up in their on site warehouse. We purchased it, transported it ourselves, and had it in our home the same day-- much quicker than I ever could have imagined given order/delivery times for most furniture stores are currently 2-3 months! Thank you so much Teara for your excellent customer service! I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture in a pinch!

It's a furniture store that sells furniture but seriously, great selection but my 5 star rating is for the outstanding customer service. Teara was very helpful and really listened to our needs, she was pleasant and easy to get along with. We really walked the entire store and she answered every question and provided a lot of helpful tips and advice. If you need something for the home and you wind up at Ashley HomeStore Outlet, ask for Teara, she will do her best to make sure you leave satisfied.

Be awared! I'm very disappointed. The only best experience so far was the selling process super nice and fast. The rest with communication and delivery sucks. Original delivery was Oct 18 with an excuse of 2 trucks that broke down and they spoke to my husband when I was at work and they have is my phone number not his, no phone call was made by them super irresponsible, I was supposed to receive a phone call after I talk to them about it and 2 days after I received an email that next delivery is December 3, like what!? Showing that is backed up. 😡😡😡

Purchased a quite pricey bed waited a week for delivery, received texts confirming delivery today between 2:00 and 61:15, took our old bed apart and no delivery 2 hours later. Customer service did not answer, tried their online chat and representative advised someone from the department needed would be right with me twice, waited 20 minutes twice no response. Texted the sales person that sold it to us and she never responded. Needless to say, we will be going to the store tomorrow for a refund... very bad business. Really disappointed.
Purchased a bedroom set. Sent damaged headboard and chest of drawers. Called customer service to have it replaced. I was hung up on 3 times. I called salesperson Kelly she told me to call customer service I told her I tried to and kept getting hung up on. She told me it was her day off then hung up on me. Called the store to talk to a manager and was told no manager there. After weeks of waiting finally sent someone to replace headboard, tech said it couldn’t be fixed. I had already sent pictures and knew that. Sent someone to fix dresser it turned out worse than before. I finally went to the Port Richey store and found a floating manager that actually was interested in helping the situation. Told me I would hear from a manager the next day. 2 days later I got a call from someone that said I would receive a replacement dresser. It finally showed up. Great place to buy furniture if you don’t mind waiting for weeks to resolve a problem and mind getting hung up on. Worst customer service ever.

I MOVED and every time o get home from work have to sit on a very uncomfortable chair. the salesman was great, but this lack of surge of urgency SUCKS, I'm so close to cancel my order and ask for my refund! VERY DISAPPOINTED

I really had a great day in there. I dealt with kiersten wood she was amazing in helping and making me envision how my house would look with everything i picked out. She was sweet and nice and made you feel at home.went to other furniture stores and didnt care for there employees. She explained everything in detail. Glad i made the choice to come back there.
The prices were actually decent. There was a wide range of prices from overly expensive to surprisingly cheap! I was able to get 3 bed frames (headboard, footboard, rails, etc), and a bedside table that has built in plugs, charging ports, pull out cup holders, a drawer and a shelf... and all of this will come with delivery, assembly, & a 5yr warranty for under $1000. Plus, the associate that helped us- Cayla- was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and patient. She was patient with us when we changed our minds, when we added the table on, and even when my 4yr old became rambunctious. The technology wasn't the best and kept failing so we had to wait while she kept having to rewrite the order. At the end of the day- if I had to do it over- I'd choose her all over again. Recently bought an entire apartment worth of furniture here. Overall the experience was okay. First, the woman who helped us made a lot of promises regarding deals she could get us. Though she was able to get us some, she definitely promised more than she could produce. I'm still appreciative for the help she got us. But watch what you promise... Second, their Covid safety was lacking. Almost all employees had their masks down under their noses and complained about having to wear them. Overall I was fairly satisfied. I'd go back.

We will NEVER purchase another piece of any furniture from here.! They are absolutely ridiculous with the amount of time to wait to get your furniture/ mattress.! It was supposed to be better than Rooms to Go. And that is a lie. I also will gladly pay more money for my furniture if it means good customer service.! Trying to even get ahold of a service rep is a task in itself.!! Horrible horrible experience. I will be sure to tell everyone NOT to buy from here, they will be better off going to rooms to go or likely ANY other furniture store than Ashley .!!! Most ridiculous time we have ever had to deal with

Can not say enough about the difference experience between 2 furniture places. Ashley, the person who helped Earl and took time to speak with me on the phone, went above and beyond to help us. He was working on a certain budget and, with delivery, and NO HASSLE OR EXCUSES, it happened. I would recommend this store to anyone and, if she’s available, ask for Ashley. Aug 2012 I am sorry to say that our sofa, after NUMEROUS problems was delivered and accepted to only find out months later that Sofa, NOT LOVESEAT, wouldn’t close correctly. I was told it was OUR PROBLEM because we accepted couch. They said everything wrong was BY US. They agreed to replace parts but FAR FROM UNDERSTANDING. STILL WAITING TO SEE PARTS! Very disappointed.

I’ve been really trying to find good stores to buy my living room furnitures. So a good friend recommend me Ashley and I went to this store close to my house. There, I have the privilege to met Leah (and her friends Keyla), They really walked me through the store and showed me different furniture options until I make up my mind with one option that I really feel proud every time that I see it in my living room and in a super good price!!!. I really recommend this place to buy any furniture for the whole house, and... I recommend Leah to guide you and show you the different options, she has very good knowledge about all the furnitures and she is really Nice!!! so thanks again guys!!!!
The furniture was fine.., if I didn’t need handles for the dresser, night stand, or TV stand... also would be nice to have had the bed frame at the same time the head/ foot board arrived. They have kept $738 they erroneously charged... this has been going on since April and still not resolved! Corporate is very quick to wipe their hands and advise I am only able to deal with the store itself and they have yet to resolve the issue... it is 7/1/20. I have left several messages for call back and have called at different times during the day ... still waiting!
Ordered a king bedroom suit. They told us a date in which it would be delivered. Which was a month away. When the date came, the furniture never showed. We called and after waiting on Hold for over an hour, we were told the delivery date had been pushed back. When we asked why we weren't notified all they could say was "oh im sorry, I dont know why no one called you." So our new delivery date came around, and guess what, no furniture was delivered once again. So here I sit on the phone with them two months later with no furniture....... Ashley furniture is horrible, especially with communication.
We bought a love seat and reclining chair. First, they didn’t deliver the love seat and the recliner was ok, when it got delivered. When we brought this situation about having no couch but only one love seat to their attention, they said if we wanted to we can wait 10-13 days I don’t know about anyone else but if you spend over 3000.00 on new furniture you expect it to be there on time. They are not willing to do right by the customer and are not willing to do anything and hang up on you when you call them to try and get the issue resolved. I would expect something like this from Rooms to Go or even IKEA but even they have better customer service. I would not recommend any type of furniture. In my opinion this is the worst place to buy any furniture. And worst of all there is no guarantee that it comes on time. They NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THIS. And when it says: delivery June 28 @ 7:00pm. You expect everything to be there, also the manager didn’t care about this situation but instead HARRASED A ELDERLY MAN WHILE USING VULGER WORDS!!! Never buy!!!
Pleasant but a bit overpriced furniture.
Buying our furniture was easy. Getting the defective items replaced had been impossible. Given every excuse in the book and customer service says they have no managers to transfer me to. Completely unacceptable. I ordered furniture on 05/24 and I still do not have a full set free of defects.
Was looking for a nice priced memory foam full matress and found the perfect one unfortunately couldn't purchase it from here since there was a wait due to covid and I needed one as soon as possible. The associate Leah was awesome and didn't try to pressure us into expensive items and worked with our budget. I'll be going back for whatever else I need for my new home.

I was treated very well with my purchases. Unfortunately when I went next day to pick up the mirror it was broken! They gave me a refund but I am extremely disappointed that they did not take care of it, especially since I had paid for it in full. I really wanted the mirror.
Wow. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Down from the order being placed incorrectly, to important information about return policies not being disclosed by employees, to delivery drivers smelling like weed and wearing no PPE, to merchandise being built incorrectly as well as damaged products, to not being able to get ahold of anyone on the phone to have the situation taken care of ... I would advise you to buy your furniture elsewhere. Absolute worst furniture buying experience of my life. Specifically Luis took my order and Derik, the store manager, supervised it and both didn't handle the situation professionally. Even corporate office blew me off and were not willing to work with me at all. Be ware kf buying furniture through Ashley's.
I Love Ashley Home Furniture. The furniture is good quality. The sales associates are friendly and helpful and helped me pick out my furniture and set me up on a payment plan for my budget. I would go anywhere else. Customer service helped me to resolve my delivery concern to change my date of my delivery. Very satisfied.
Nothing against this particular store but they are the ones that delivered my online purchase. The dresser I had to put together was smashed on one side. I called three times and was told a replacement part was being sent out. Of course nothing was ever sent. Each time I spent almost an hour on hold trying to get someone to answer. I am trying a fourth time but expect it will be the same poor service. I almost always buy from Ashley Furniture but will no longer buy anything from them considering how bad their service is.

I will NEVER use Ashley again. We have used them for 5 pieces of furniture, and EVERY PIECE has broken within a month. The latest, a $1200 electric lift chair, broke within the first month because of a faulty chassis. I had a warranty on it and called. They could not see me for 3 weeks because of COVID, which I understand. The person came and looked, said he would have to order a new chassis, and went away. That was 3 months ago. I still have not seen the new chassis, so I cannot set up a followup repair appointment. Whenever I try to reach their customer service on the phone, I am dumped into their voicemail and NEVER get a callback. DO NOT use these people - their contracts are useless, their materials are inferior, and their customer service makes call centers in India look good.

I ordered 2 make up vanities ... one arrived fine - the other broken, I had to drive 7 miles to the store to return the broken one and have a new one delivered. Today the “reshipment” was received and they sent me another vanity with missing pieces. I won’t deal with this company EVER again! I won’t even begin to talk about the bed and horrible “assembly” job that was done! I’m over ASHLEU FURNITURE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They lie. Dawn was our sales person. She told us if we had a problem with any of our items we bought we could return them to the Brandon Fl location. We said that would be totally fine we said. On Delivery the couch we bought didn't fit all we needed to do was just to exchange it. WE HAVE TRIED EVERYONE at ASHLEY FURNITURE STORES they all said NO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE NO REFUNDS NOTHING.
Bad management. Terrible store dont waste your time like I did! Waiting for the delivery date which took like 12 days and delivery never showed . They told me wait 15 more days 🤬. 39 days or more to get a couch .forget it!
My girlfriend and I have had a terrible experience with this store. Items that were ordered were missing parts (Like bed rails) the day of delivery. This took 3 steps to correct. We are still waiting for dresser hardware going on four weeks. This store charged us an additional $750 the day the furniture was to be delivered, or else they weren’t going to show up. We questionable paid it. It end up this was an overcharge. We requested an immediate credit. Nothing has been credited 4 weeks later. After trying to get and answer for weeks, the store said we have to go to our bank to dispute the charge? This makes no sense. The store told us they had no one they could speak to at their company and only could use email internally for answers. There is a more disturbing and unethical occurrence that has to do with one of the delivery employees that I chose not to speak about on social media. I am trying to find the right leader at Ashley to address this with, but have had no luck so far. I even mentioned the details to our store contact have got nowhere with no escalation. All of these issues have been brought up and covered in person and over the phone with the store main contact we were given, yet we have had no results. If I could give a zero for a rating, I would. Stay clear of this place!

The sales lady sat on a coffee table and literally broke it right in front of us lol. She was a bit weird. Almost turned us off completely.
My wife and I went to the store in port Richey fl. And was ready to buy a king size bed with storage. There was at least 4 or 5 employees in the store and not a single one acknowledged that we we even in the store. On the way out we walked right by an employee at the front of the store but he was to busy on his phone. That was our first and last time I'll be going to any Ashley store. You really need to train your employees in customer service.

Quick and easy process! Needed a headboard and was able to find one very quickly. The sales person had it written up quickly and we set up free threshold delivery within 2 days. Very reasonable price with a one year warranty. What could be better!
Too expensive
Our sales experience itself was a matter of “fuzzy math”, so the salesperson could slip the sale of the extended protection plan in without even first asking if we wanted it. We caught it, did some negotiating, and it worked out okay in the end, but it’s important to check the figures yourself before agreeing to any final purchase price. My real complaint involves our experience with how they handled our manufacturer’s warranty claim when one of the recliner mechanisms broke. Both the repair tech that went to the wrong (our previous) address, and the woman from Ashley that called afterward, were very rude and unprofessional. It took weeks for the repair to finally be arranged. I do have to say that GBS, the extended warranty company, did an amazing job cleaning up Ashley’s mess, and their customer service couldn’t have been better. Very disappointing service from Ashley. Won’t consider purchasing here again.

I will never step foot back into this store they have the worst customer service and don’t tell you everything when you purchase things thru them I have been waiting on a bed for my child for over 6 months and they keep texting me to push back the delivery date never a phone call. They should not be selling a bed or anything that is on the sales floor in multiple stores that they can’t even get at the warehouse. So it’s not only a problem with this store but the whole company my whole house is furnished by ashley which will no longer be the case buyers beware!!!!

I just want to shout out Ashley HomeStore Outlet only because I purchased half of the products in store and the products I took home that day as well as the ones delivered I couldn't have been happier! My online order didn't go as smooth but still overall pleased due to their understanding with my delayed complaint and rectifying the situation. So, I ordered 4 dining chairs (they came in 2 sets of 2), 4 patio chairs, 2 lounge chairs and 1 patio table. It arrived on time and I looked at the pile and thought WTH was I thinking??? I have to put this together... So it took me a while... An excessive amount of time with daily life lol. Upon putting them together I had some complications. I emailed them and within 45 days they replaced 1 set of 2 dining chairs due to the leg itself being on back order. Now, the patio chairs. Different story. They came from a Third Party Vendor whom assumes responsibility for the product. They wanted pictures and proof of everything yet they still never assisted them. Ashley customer service responded to my recent follow up email stating they would replace them and apologized. They were extremely courteous, friendly, understanding etc. I love Ashley furniture, decor and all!!!
We went into the store January 8th at that time we were the only ones in the store. We went back to clearance for a sleeper sofa we were interested in trying to find someone to help us. By the time we got back a guy was sitting on the couch. Here comes a woman like she was in a stampede flops down on the couch. The guy said he wanted it. Even though we were there first and wanted to look at it. That woman associate took his credit card and then said whoever gets paperwork done first. Just because he's in there weekly. The guy who was suppose to be helping us said nothing except he could get paperwork done faster. We were treated second hand. This store needs new employees it's not about the customer it's how they can make a sale. Will never buy anything from Ashley store. We walked out and they didn't get sell. Still waiting on response from management
I needed two recliners to replace a theater seating in my RV. My sales girl was Dana and she immediately understood the difficulty of finding comfortable recliners that would fit in RV. I had been looking at different stores as I travelled through the country, including other Ashley stores with no luck. Dana was the only sales rep that took the time to help. I bought two recliners, with premium delivery and the 5 year warranty plan. I am a happy camper?

My wife and I came from out of town for the holidays to visit family, with the side intent to buy a new living room set while we were here. We stopped by Ashley’s Homestore to see what furniture they had and left empty handed because the furniture we wanted wouldn’t be in stock for weeks. Our associate, Erika Major, was fantastic helping us find the furniture and went the extra mile to exhaust all options for the set. We decided to check out other furniture stores, including IKEA, and found the prices to be much higher for equal, or lesser quality. Ultimately, we went back and asked to work with Erika because of the level of service she provided the previous visit. She helped us find furniture that was available the same day by providing feedback on layout and styling options based on pictures we provided of our living room. Her ideas and interior design expertise helped us find a set that we absolutely love. The staff and management there are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend checking them out as well for quality furniture at a competitive price.

If a customer comes in and wants to make a cash only purchase without giving any personal information (name, address, phone, email). This should not only be possible, but easy and fast. Such a transaction took over 1/2 hour because no employee knew how to enter such a sale. If I am paying you cash you have no right to 'demand' any of my personal information!

We went into Ashley today looking for a dining room table. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Joshua listened to me as to the type of table I needed. I don’t know about anyone else but if you spend over 900.00 on new furniture you expect it to not be damaged or if it is the right thing to do is to take care of the customer some how. A month later the “technician” which is a third party finally arrives and it’s the wrong part. So here we are still with a broken recliner with no resolve in sight. They are not willing to do right by the customer and are not willing to do anything and hang up on you when you call them to try and get the issue resolved. I would expect something like this from Rooms to Go or even IKEA but even they have better customer service. I would not recommend any type of their “protection plan as everything is 3rd party and it is a nightmare to deal with. In my opinion this is the worst place to buy any furniture.

Terrible customer service if you have a problem with your purchase. We bought an adjustable bed and paid $200 for delivery and assembly. Bed was assembled incorrectly which caused damage to the footboard. Unable to adjust bed until problem is fixed. They are going to come look at it in a MONTH! Talked to a manager who was very unsympathetic. What a waste of money!

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire time I was there it felt like I was trying to buy a crappy car from a shady car salesman. Sales associates don’t know the products they are selling. You can’t get a straight answer on price from anyone. They try to up sell everything even after you say exactly what you want. They tried to get me to sign warranty documents and delivery documents without looking at them. I ended up returning everything I had just purchased before I left the store. I went somewhere else and had an amazing buying experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went to Ashley Home Store looking for a recliner. They had several that interested me. My search criteria involved four aspects; price, quality, comfort and appearance. Again, I had no problem there. Sales staff was very helpful and not at all overbearing. They were knowledgable and helpful, even to the point of flipping recliner over to allow me to see the construction. Yes, I did purchase a recliner from Ashley. Only time will tell if the quality that appeared to be there really is.

Furnature is ok. Price is ok. The way they make you pay is a nightmare and soooo backwords. Score would be alot higher if you didnt have to go through 3 or 4 people just to use you account when you have your card with you.

Couches took 3 weeks for delivery,paid extra 175 for delivery,they could not fit the legs in the couch and had to be returned They showed up 3 hours ago to early, ,I called to cancel ,was informed would take 3 weeks to receive the cash I gave them. She went on and beyond with any sales person I ever had. She takes her position serious a long with making the customer feel comfortable while she waits on a crazy old lady to make up her mind. I will never step foot in this store again. I went to buy a dining set that was $709 in their store. The girl was checking me out and my total came to $1965. I asked where did that 1200 extra come from on a $700 table. She said tax and shipping. I told her tax and shipping definitely dont cost that. She didnt have a valid answer on why I was being charged an additional $1200. So I said no thanks and went home and ordered the dining set plus 2 extra chairs online and with tax and shipping it came to $963.

I went to the Ashley Homestore Outlet in Port Richey looking for furniture to buy to outfit my mother's efficiency apartment in her new assisted living facility. I am a Home Stager and a Decorator, so I am fairly discerning, and I had an exact idea of what I was looking for. I was lucky enough to be helped by Ryan Everhart. He gave me his undivided attention, and helped me in selecting the most wonderful furniture for my Mom. He showed such interest and care towards me, in what was a very emotional time for me. He got caught up in my excitement in how pretty I was going to make my Mom's room, and even asked me to send him photos when it was all done(which I did, and he responded so kindly!) The delivery of the furniture went without a hitch. The crew was on time, and very patient, as they had to wait for about 1 hour to access the room, as I Needed to resolve an issue with the room before we were able to move the furniture into it. I could not have been more pleased with the furniture, and most importantly my mother loved it, and it is the talk of the facility! Not only that, the price for what I got was amazing! I will not hesitate to use Ryan and this Ashley Furniture location again for any of my future client's needs, as well as my own. Thank you Ryan for helping to make a difficult time in my life into a happy one!

We purchased almost all of our home furniture last year at this store. My bed came in 5 days late, they send out pieces to my old address. One day they came in and started unpacking parts that I didn’t ordered. I tried to contact management multiple times and it wasn’t until I showed up at the store that they finally spoke to me. As of today, I’m still waiting for credits and some other stuff that they promised and never granted. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

Other reviews about poor customer service are 100% accurate. After waiting 5 hours past my delivery time, the manager never got on the phone to speak to me. I had to go into the store to talk to him and he was completely unapologetic and didn't seem like he cared in the slightest that no one had reached out to us about our furniture delivery. After I left the store, I started receiving phone calls from upset customers looking to speak to a manager. They had forwarded their store number to my personal cell phone and I was now speaking with their upset customers! The level of incompetence I experienced (and am still experiencing via phone calls supposed to be going to their store) is astounding and I would never recommend bringing your money to this store.
I happen to come by the store just to browse for a couch and was so impressed at how beautiful the store was laid out and how beautiful the furniture was. Sergio greeted us and let us walk around on our own I felt no pressure from any of the sales people and they were actually all friendly and welcoming and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. When I found the couch that I did want Sergio explained all the processes to me about how you can purchase the couch and the delivery dates. . . The delivery guy Greg happened to be there and was nice enough to say that he could deliver it a day earlier for me. My couch was delivered today August 16 but unfortunately it would not fit through my door. . . I had Greg from one American deliver and his brother Quan and Bobby were some of the best delivery people I've ever dealt with in my life! They never seem bothered, annoyed, or rushed by the fact that the couch wouldn't fit into my apartment. . . They easily took the couch away and told me to call Ashley furniture back so I could do a reselect and get a different couch. I went back to the store today and dealt with Elijah who is a great sales person. . . No pressure just a friendly, truthful, honest guy who wants to help and he was very patient with me and explained everything and when I went to leave the store to check out I dealt with Austin who was very patient and kind himself. The employees here seem to truly enjoy their job and have a great camaraderie together and I definitely am impressed my second time around at the store!
I bought an entire bedroom set from ashley outlet. The girl that did my order was very nice but apparently there are issues with the iPads. Whe switching y order over they had all kinds of other problems which led to me being there almost 2 hours total. After having to argue and beg about the delivery date they finally said they'd do their best. They did deliver my furniture on the date said however the delivery crew barely spoke English scuffed up the dressers and when I pointed it out they used a sharpie to color it in and took pictures to say it was fixed. After they left I went to put clothes in my dresser and the drawer fell out they were missing a screw entirely. I called them to come back and they did but didnt have a screw. The customer service person called me and I told them about needing to fix the issue and she said someone would be there the next day. No one showed i called back and was again assure someone would be there. I was then told the following day it was outside the 48 hours and I should have called. So I fixed it myself. Fast forward to today at 1215 i get a call saying there was a payment glitch the day of purchase and i needed to confirm with my bank then call back. I do so and the woman tells me she has to have someone else call me back amd it has to be done before 3 or i wont get the rest of my order. Still 35 mins later and no one has called. I explain my frustration and all she says is sorry. The furniture is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star. Wont shop Ashley again.
Dresser delivered and left an absolute MESS in my house. All the packaging was opened my house so there was styrofoam everywhere. The silica gel packs were broken all over my stairs. The dresser was completely broken. I was not told about it, but found when I went to put my daughter's clothes in it 20 minutes after they left, since I had to clean the mess they left. I called and was told an email would be sent "with high importance" on Saturday. Monday, no communication. I call back on Monday. Was told the SAME response. Not willing to wait for someone to call me, since I've already seen their level of communication, I was given the number to corporate. I spoke with Ruth and sent pictures via email of the damage and of the serial number. I was told an exchange needed to be "approved". WHAT? you delivered broken furniture and I have to wait for an exchange to be approved? What kind of customer service is that? After 2 days, I received a call that it was approved and they would deliver a new dresser 2 days later. They arrived today to deliver the dresser.......only it's the WRONG dresser. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes for the 4th time in one week I was told the Returns Department needs to approve an exchange. Again.....WHAT????? Not only does they deliver a broken dresser, now they delivered a completely different dresser......all fault of Ashley's and I need to wait???? I was told that the Returns Department would call this afternoon......5pm.....still waiting. I was offered a $100 gift card. Absolutely not. I want the furniture I paid for and have YET to get because the warehouse is unable to read serial numbers properly. 3 weeks have gone by and I have no dresser. This is the most ridiculous level of customer service I have ever seen. GIVE ME THE DRESSER I PAID FOR!
This place is a joke. A day after my purchase an Adhley employee moved my delivery date to the year 2049 and now I have to wait a other week for my order from a place that offers next day delivery. I've already waited 3 days from my pur hase to not receive it. 1 week is the very best they can do is what I was told.
I want to come extremely compensated for spending almost $8000.00. I bought all this furniture on June 18th and still dont have it all. Its August now and dont have my glass to 2 end tables, my picture and haven't used my dresser yet because 4 drawers need fixed and one drawer needs replaced to my nightstand. The Clearwater water store is so unprofessional.

The customer service is non existent. A horribly organized system set up to take people's money and do half the job we paid them to do. We have had the most frustrating experience so far, and no end is in sight yet. I usually buy things from Ashleys, but never again. We bought a bedroom set, paid for it in full, and had it delivered. They stripped the screws on the bed and installed half the pieces incorrectly, then left with a most of the furniture uninstalled, never to be seen or heard from again. They did not assemble the mirror, dresser, handles, or the bed. We have spent at least two hours of our time on hold with customer service. We even spent another hour travelling to the original store of purchase to speak with someone in person, only to get referred back to the nearly non-existent customer service department. The result is, we now have a case number. Impressive. Very disappointing. All I can do is complain on every forum and warn people to save their time and money. If you ever think of buying something from Ashelys, you're better off going to IKEA because you'll be putting your furniture together yourself anyways.
This place is great during the sales process but once they have your money they could care less what happens. I wish I could rate them a negative 5. Had over $10,000 worth of furniture purchased and delivered for our new place. Twice they sent delivery men who didn't speak English. I have no problem with people who speak other languages but I need to be able to understand what they are saying to me when it comes to doing business! My sons bed has been on the floor for a month now over a missing piece. They finally came out today to assist and customer service sent the WRONG PIECE. I was told it may take another week now to get the piece but of course no one has bothered calling me. I've requested the local manager call me twice. Literally just hung up after being on hold for 15 mins with no one coming back with updates. I regret my decision to buy here! Don't do it if you're smart. They literally do not care once they have their money! I will never refer anyone here. It's just not worth the headache and hassle.

I love the store and the people that work there - however, when I was getting my FIRST beset delivered yesterday the delivery men were extremely rude and were almost upset with me? I am excited for my first apartment and it was a little off-putting. Overall I love the service and the store and it has great choices at great prices!

Great service in the store, once you buy a product though and it’s delivered to your home... completely different scenario. We got a table from here with a manufacturer flaw (it’s welded wrong), called to get it replaced, they have to send a tech out to look at and then send in a report before they will consider replacing your damage piece. The worst part about this is if your a working individual they DO NOT have any sympathy, or any way to try and work with your schedule! There is no way to try and put in for a morning apt, and they give you a four hour window. So in all I will have to miss 12hrs of work for this table, and 8hrs of it because a flaw on their behalf.

So far so good! We pre-shopped at another location and went in on a Wednesday night to make our purchase. It went pretty quickly, and the earliest delivery date was a week out. While in the store, we saw a lot of furniture, both inside and outside furniture, that looked great. If we had a bigger patio and yard, we probably would be shopping for outdoor furniture here. We have a scheduled delivery date. Will update out review when we have our furniture delivered.
A complete and utter nightmare describes my experience shopping at Ashley furniture! Everyone from the sales staff to the managers seem to be completely incompetent. I Purchased a bedroom set from the store in Tampa on memorial day weekend. The bedroom set was in one area of the store but in order to select a mattress, I was taken to a different section of the store. I confided in the sales person and expected him to guide me and properly choose the components to complete the set up that was displayed in the show room. Since sales people sell furniture for a living and customers very rarely in their lifetime buy furniture, wouldn't it be prudent for the sales person to educate and guide the customer by saying something such as "if there is something, anything wrong with your order, do not accept it under any circumstances. "? Advice like that would have been very helpful considering what happened next. Upon delivery, an oversized boxspring was brought with the set. I immediately pointed that out to the delivery gentleman and he proceeded to check the order. He confirmed that the order was correct and showed me the documentation. He expressed that if I wanted to exchange it that I would need to return to the store in order to do so. I therefore followed his advice yet upon returning to the Tampa store and asking to speak with the manager, Nyeisha, I was met with a notion of unimportance and with a flat out "sorry, there is nothing we can do for you". I patiently explained to Nyeisha the situation as it was only less than 24 hours since the boxspring had been delivered. She continued that bedding items cannot be returned and that there was absolutely nothing that could be done. This was simply unacceptable. After a few minutes of haggling with her, it seems that I had finally convinced her to at the very least attempt to help me. She said she would need to contact corporate to see how she could proceed and that they would call me. A couple of days went by and no one ever called me. I finally decided to call the store to follow up. A gentleman named Jamal got on the phone and explained that what they could do to help me was offer me the low profile box spring that my bedroom set required in the first place, at a 50% discount. He also said that they would pick up the erroneous boxspring and deliver the new one free of charge. With every intent to put this aggravation behind me, I agreed to pay the $100 for the low profile box spring and I was instructed to come into the store to settle the sale. I did just that and they asked me to pick a delivery date from several options. I picked Sunday, June 23. I was told that I would be contacted to confirm the delivery yet on Saturday, 22 June, no one had reached out to me so I attempted to call the store to follow up on the order. The gentleman I spoke with said he couldn't find any record of my order and that it showed on his side that everything had already been delivered. He instructed me to call on Sunday morning at 11 AM so that I can speak with one of the managers. I followed his instructions and was able to get a hold of Jamal once more. Jamal seemed dumbfounded and said that he would need to look into the situation. He said to give him a few minutes and that he would call me back. After one hour I still had not received any phone call from Jamal and I had now sacrificed going to church and doing some other activities with my family on the hopes that a boxspring would show up but it never did. I proceeded to call the store yet again and Jamal said that a gentleman named Ivan was supposed to have called me and he couldn't understand why I did not receive the phone call. He transferred the call to Ivan who explains that he is looking into the matter and that he will be calling me by 2 PM for an update. By 2:30 PM I still have not received that magical call from Ivan or Jamal or anyone else for that matter, nor had the boxspring showed up. I called the store yet again and it seems as though with every one of my calls more of an inconvenience is placed on the employees by the demeanor that is expressed. No answers were ever provided to me as to the whereabouts of the boxspring nor was I given a timeline as to when I could have an answer or resolution to the matter and the only thing that I was ever told was "we're really sorry we're looking into it". It would not surprise me one bit if I never received a call from Ashley furniture ever again. They have made me feel so insignificant that if a phone call or any other form of communication came from that store I would be so surprised that It would take a defibrillator to resuscitate me. Incompetence = Epic Fail
The customer service after a sale is beyond horrible. BUYER BE WHERE!!!The wrong item was delivered to my daughter. It was discovered 10min. after delivery people left. Because she signed delivery complete all the store kept saying NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS once you sign. After many phone calls from her and I it turned out the delivery warehouse made an error with the item number and were more then gracious to help solve the problem. The store did nothing to see what happened or how the mistake happened. They made the sale. They were done...

I won't ever shop there again. I ordered a dining set they was suppose to deliver it texted me they was coming never called or showed up. They rescheduled and never showed up or call. Third time I cancelled my order and went and got a refund. The lady I spoke to on the phone treated me like I was dumb and I had it never will I buy another thing from them. We were very impressed with our experience at this store, so much so that it still sticks out several months later....All of the staff was truly wonderful but Kayla went above and beyond to help us and was so wonderful with our kids too while we spent the better part of the day shopping for furniture. Night and day difference from going to RTG next door.

Went originally looking for a living room set, we ended up feeling pressure to also start looking at mattresses. we ended up actually finding a living room set and when we went to look at financing options were repeatedly told by the saleswoman one thing and luckily I am the guy that reads the fine print and when I tried to show her that what she was explaining to me wasn't what the contract I was signing stated she repeatedly said don't worry about that. if I would have listened to this woman it would have ended up costing one and a half times the purchase price. I'm glad I read the fine print make sure if you go you understand everything that they're saying to you and don't take it from them actually read the contract

Do not purchase your furniture here! The customer service is horrible and the 5 year protection plan you purchase is a waste of money and does not actually cover anything. I purchased a bed room set less than 3 years ago with the 5 year protection plan costing me over 6,000 dollars. A little over a month ago the bed gave out and they have discontinued the product. Now the only option they can give me is to purchase a new bed that doesn't even come close to matching the complete set. The 3 different supervisors that i spoke to agreed that they would hate to have a mismatch set but yet cannot do anything to make it right! Don't waste your money here!

We were called twice today by a salesperson who sold us furniture in the past. She said that there was a "special event" tonight, with "special pricing" for past customers. She said that it was a closed event, and that we needed to make a reservation to get in for the special pricing. I canceled my plans for this evening, and drove with my husband 30 minutes to the store. When we got there, there was no special event. No special pricing, just a furniture store open for business. My husband asked what happened to the event? The salesman said -oh, if you spend $1000 tonight, we will let you spin the wheel...you could win a free pillow!! Seriously? Aurora & Michael...you have cost this store our business forever by deceiving us into coming in tonight!
DO NOT BUY FROM THE TAMPA STORE!!! The worst buying experience of my life and I'm no young guy so that's a lot of experiences. Can't imagine this store can stay in business with the total lack of care for their customers. Worst customer service EVER. Bought a sofa and BR set from them. The ENTIRE experience was horrible. Damaged my front door and my sofa and salesman forgot to add dresser mirror to my order. Took dozens(no lie)of phone calls and lots of hours to finally get my mirror delivered. Took 19 days and several delivery promises before I got it. No one returned my calls over and over again(spoke to at least a dozen people). Standard answer was " nothing we can do as we don't have control of the deliveries". No one really cared after the sale was complete. A manager by the name of Joel finally got it done for me Though he also didn't always return my calls as I had to chase him down several times. He was the best they had( not saying much). I would NEVER buy from them again and would NEVER recommend that anyone buy from this store. Zero stars is way too many. They deserve negative stars.
As a Store Manager of a retail Store my job is to create the best customer service experience for all of my customers. Being that this is a outlet center I don’t expect top of the line customer experience but what I received just now was pathetic. Being left by our salesman to go charge a I pad and watch the managers go by and ask who was serving is but not help us as it was apparent she didn’t want our business cause it wasn’t going to give her a high commission. Hopefully people take this review as a warning. I have had great experiences at other Ashley home stores but this one is an embarrassment.
I will never go back again! Lied to and then was told I never shared information with the sales person to price match! Which was a LIE! The salesman, John was very confused as to how to change the price, that I SHOWED HIM, ON MY PHONE, WHICH HE MADE A COMMENT TO ME, "THAT IM ONE OF THOSE WHO LOOK THINGS UP ON LINE"! John had to have a manager help him several times to change the price. When John was done, I asked, "why is it so high"?, he said, "Oh, on your online credit card statement it will show less". Which was another LIE! I recieved my statement and it was not different! It was the same price on my receipt!! When the store was called and spoke to a manager, was told, I never showed the sales person and we can not give you the online price. That was my reason for going there! If I had to pay the price I was charged, I would had went to Havertys!! Very unprofessional!!

They can’t seem to get my order correct. Ordered 2 twin xl beds and they keep sending the wrong rails. Not only wrong but 2nd time they come out they only brought 1 not 2. Didn’t matter because it was wrong but regardless, my kids are still without beds. Not a happy customer right now.
I live in Port Richey Fl and My wife bought a mattress. The old one had no marks or stains on it was always covered. The delivery guys said it had a mark on the side,It didn't. They wouldn't take the old one. Called the store and a girl said they have the right to refuse to take it. They didn't tell us that when we bought the new one. Wife went to the store to complain and was told they would pick it up. 4:30 pm and not even a call. Never go there again.

This is the best Ashley Furniture store I have been to! I will never go to Ikea again! The sales people made sure I was completely happy with my furniture. I highly recommend Eliud, he will go above and beyond for 100% customer satisfaction. The other representatives like Aurora were also helpful. This place can’t be beat!

Great prices! We knew what we were looking for and they had something that worked perfectly.
We ordered about $3K in furniture in late December. They offered 18 months 0% APR. The furniture is OK, not great, but acceptable quality for the price, but delivery took over a month and was rescheduled at the last minute twice with zero notice. On top of that, I just discovered that they have been billing my 0% APR account some kind of monthly fee or service charge since January. Now I have to dispute the charge and file a complaint with the state's consumer fraud office, the last thing I have time for. Avoid these guys at all costs; not worth the hassle.

My experience at this store has been excellent. The store manager Eliud Castro as well as the sales representative Zwienda have gone above and beyond to make sure my family and I are well taken care off and that we are happy with our purchases. I recomend this store 100% and give it 5 stars for customer satisfaction.

Promptly greeted upon arrival. The sales guide (Desiree) was courteous and knowledgeable. The quality of furniture available ranged in according to price, of course, but was a great value compared to the other stores I shopped! The only issue was the extended warranty automatically added to my bill without disclosure That's a pretty deceptive sales practice but they did remove it upon request, before I left. The delivery charges were very reasonable, quick, and flawlessly. Jon L.

Apparently, they have an issue honouring their replacement policy. Bought an end table with a broken leg in November, had a store guarantee to have it replaced in February. Called the 1st and waited 2 1/2 weeks no response. After furthering the complaint we were told to pick up a replacement - which happened to be a scratched floor model. From other negative reviews, seems a regular habit. Too bad

My fiance and I visited the outlet last week and were blown away by the selection and quality for the price. I can't imagine getting furniture anywhere else now that I know that you can get BRAND NEW furniture here (not floor models, dented, scratched, discontinued pieces like other outlets...) straight from the same warehouse as the other Ashley stores but for a fraction of the price. We were on a tight schedule and wanted to think over our options and Jaamal was very patient and helpful. We returned last night and furnished our whole apartment for the cost of a bedroom set at other stores. We're so excited that we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Jaamal stayed and happily helped us complete our order, long past when he was supposed to get to leave and we really appreciate his patience. He thoroughly explained our financing, delivery, and protection plan options. This was the best furniture shopping experience I've had and I can't recommend this place enough.
My experience with Jarmel was outstanding . His was very professional and courteous. Earlier in the Day we spoke on the phone and later went into the Store and met him, we then went to the living room set I wanted and purchased. HORRIBLE! Not worth it at all! I bought a dresser and desk JANUARY 5, two wks later I am constantly calling where is my delivery?! After they screwed up delivery 3 times I finally get the dirty dresser. Where's my desk? I call tonight as they PROMISED it would be here by tomorrow and after 30 minutes on the phone they tell me MARCH !! They just added another month on so it would be 3 MONTHS no apology no customer service just well you have options, oh yea what are they?? Go down to the store and get a refund. . . . Are you going kidding me?! Awful nasty store and Ashley has ZERO give a shits.

On January 26, 2019 I purchase a sofa online and chose a Saturday delivery on February 2, 2019. I waited all day for my delivery and no sofa. I then called Corporate and spoke to Sammie. She stated that she couldn't find my order and that she would call IT because the order number is not coming up, she stated that she would call me back in 15-20 mins. Needless to say I didn't receive a callback. I called back a hour later and spoke to Cindy who read me the notes that Sammie put in the computer stating that I need to call IT, so Cindy gave me the number. I called and the office was closed. By the way Sammie supposedly left for the day. That's why she didn't call me back. Now it is Monday. I call "IT" and Gwen answers the phone. Very dry like I didn't delivery her sofa on Saturday attitude only to tell me that they can get the sofa to me on Thursday. I told Gwen that I work during the week that's why I chose a Saturday delivery, her answer was, "Well they can delivery it on Saturday. " I told her, "Ok. Well what happens if I don't receive it on Saturday. " Her statement to me was "well we will just reorder it again. " This company is so unprofessional. No one could explain to me what the mixup was and no one cared. Please save your time and money do not purchase from Ashley Furniture ever.
Very expensive 7k for dinning room Not
Absolute garbage customer service. I purchased a desk, paid for delivery AND setup. Delivery arrived three hours early. My desk was dropped at the front door in the box. Here’s the really frustrating thing, I called the next day to speak with a manager and an associate said no manager was in the store but would take a message. It’s been a week with no response. I tried calling again multiple times this week and nobody answers the phone. I’m now on a thirty minute hold with Ashley corporate office... Decent looking furniture, god forbid you have any issues. I guess I’ll be purchasing furniture on Amazon too....
Wasn't too impressed. Didn't seem like typical Ashley Furniture quality. Was not worth the hour drive from Tampa.

Not that this company cares but whoever is running this location should be replaced. Such bad management, lack of communication on where your product is or on any delays in shipping you have to keep calling. Bad customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. We spent over 5,000$ and still received poor service with lack of follow up. Ashley furniture you should really evaluate.

Less than a STAR..... We bought a new Tempurpedic bed in Nov 2018. When we were in the store they told us we had a 90 day no questions asked return policy if we were not completely satisfied with the bed. We were told we had to purchase the mattress protector to have the 90 day guarantee. The bed was delivered on Dec 10th. However no mattress protector was delivered or given to us. We have called numerous times and told it was on back order. We were told someone was going to pick up one at a different store and they would call us back. No one called us back. It has been approx. 1 month and still no mattress protector. We decided that we were not happy and wanted to return the bed using the 90 day return we were told we could. Called today and we were told Ashley does not have a return policy. Bottom Line - SHAME on us for not getting it in writing. Ashley Furniture are Crooks and I will NEVER buy from them again. If they want to make this right, they will allow us to return the set. Some really shady selling practices. The GM will not even take my calls.
Excellent selection prices are amazing and sales staff was the most likeable part of whole experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new mattress or any type of furniture!
Besides Madelyn, The worse customer service I have ever experience. Furniture came unfinished. No call backs or resolution to our problem yet. Almost 2 weeks now and still not resolved. Madelyn has been trying to apologize and give us some money back. Stay away from this place.
