Had a great experience with cayla and the manager ericka . Very knowledgeable and helped us get the best living room set. Didnt feel pressured or rushed. Definitely will be going back to this store.

I was Greeted soon as I walked in the store Adriana introduced her self and welcomed me to the store She then asked me what I was looking for. I told Adriana I was looking for a girls bedroom set She straight to what I was look for Showed me many different items and all the accessories that would go with the bedroom set I was completely floored how knowledgeable she was about the furniture and accessories Adriana also explained the finance options I wasn’t ready to buy that day but Adriana still spent all the time I need to make me come back and buy from Ashley when I’m ready
Went originally looking for a living room set, we ended up feeling pressure to also start looking at mattresses. we ended up actually finding a living room set and when we went to look at financing options were repeatedly told by the saleswoman one thing and luckily I am the guy that reads the fine print and when I tried to show her that what she was explaining to me wasn't what the contract I was signing stated she repeatedly said don't worry about that. if I would have listened to this woman it would have ended up costing one and a half times the purchase price. I'm glad I read the fine print make sure if you go you understand everything that they're saying to you and don't take it from them actually read the contract
Was on the search for a couch, didn't find anything that I liked. The staff was nice and didn't pressure, but the selection just wasn't on point.
Experience was pleasant. Prices reasonable.
They tried to screw me because I was using my credit card and they told me the price was $2,900 and what if I want to use my credit card Reba $4,700 what kind of rip-off is that?
Horrible customer service...furniture was damaged on the bottom of all sides from delivery and they will not replace the furniture even if it was their own negligence. Will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley’s. When your furniture is delivered make sure you have a flashlight and check all around the bottom, sides and back.
I do not recommend ever buying anything from here. The sales staff and manager at this location are beyond rude

We were called twice today by a salesperson who sold us furniture in the past. She said that there was a "special event" tonight, with "special pricing" for past customers. She said that it was a closed event, and that we needed to make a reservation to get in for the special pricing. I canceled my plans for this evening, and drove with my husband 30 minutes to the store. When we got there, there was no special event. No special pricing, just a furniture store open for business. My husband asked what happened to the event? The salesman said -oh, if you spend $1000 tonight, we will let you spin the wheel...you could win a free pillow!! Seriously? Aurora & Michael...you have cost this store our business forever by deceiving us into coming in tonight!
As a Store Manager of a retail Store my job is to create the best customer service experience for all of my customers. Being that this is a outlet center I don’t expect top of the line customer experience but what I received just now was pathetic. Being left by our salesman to go charge a I pad and watch the managers go by and ask who was serving is but not help us as it was apparent she didn’t want our business cause it wasn’t going to give her a high commission. Hopefully people take this review as a warning. I have had great experiences at other Ashley home stores but this one is an embarrassment.
I will never go back again! I was lied to and then told I never shared information with the sales person to price match! Which was a lie!! The salesman, John was very confused as to how to change the price, that I SHOWED HIM, ON MY PHONE, WHICH HE EVEN MADE A COMMENT TO ME, "THAT IM ONE OF THOSE WHO LOOK UP THINGS ON LINE!! John had to have a manager help him several times to change the price. When John was done, I asked, " Why is the total price so high?". he said, "Oh, on your credit card statement it will show different ". Which was another LIE! I recieved my statement and it was not different! It was the same on my receipt!! When the store was called and spoke to a manager, was told, I never showed the sales person my phone for price match and we can not change it. That was my reason for going in there! If I wanted to pay the price I was charged, I would had went to Havertys! Very unprofessional store and employees!

Never, ever will I shop here again. I will never purchase from Ashley because of the horrible customer service I experienced with this store. My daughter has been looking for a Bed for quite sometime, one that is not too kid looking. Because she has a small bedroom we needed a full size bed. My daughter found the Willowton panel bed online and the measurements for the full bed would work perfectly for her room. We drove from Tampa to this store in hopes we would find this bed as a grab and go to take home that day, when we got to the store we showed the salesgirl the bed we wanted online and unfortunately they did not have it in store but she said we can order and have direct shipped to our home. We received the bed, however when we tried to put it together none of the holes for the headboard or the panel rails would match up, when we called the store we were told the headboard was a queen but converts to a full. We explained it would not work, we spoke with Marisal, Sarah, Mike and Erica at this store and instead of trying to help they would argue and tell me that the headboard was correct and I was WRONG! Come to find out, the sales girl ordered us the Full/Queen headboard not the Full headboard, I was told since I initialed the sales order which had Full/Queen headboard that there were no refunds or exchanges. I as a customer should have known what their sales SKUs are and I should have known that it was the wrong headboard. This issue has been ongoing since March 27th and today is 4/9! In all of this the store sent out a technician to our home to confirm the Full/Queen headboard could not be put together with the rails and footboard I received and guess what? He confirmed what I have been saying for over 3 weeks!!! The wrong headboard was ordered!!! So the store finally said they will exchange the headboard but I had to pay shipping costs!!!! I had to pay for their mistake? The other option was I could go to their warehouse and exchange the headboard and get the right one. So I decided to head to their warehouse in Brandon, I get here and NOTHING is in the system about the exchange, thankfully the warehouse office employee was very nice and called the store and told them what needed to be done in the system. I’m aggravated as none of the employees of this store has any compassion, I asked for the district manager info and they refused to give to me and told me to contact customer care. When I asked to speak to the store manager I was given Mike and I spoke to him a few times, he told me he would call me back and he never did, I had to call him back each time (after I gave him a few hours to call back) and come to find out he was not the store manager even though he told me he was. This store needs a lesson in customer service and I suggest that you consider a workshop for them and soon, they need it! You lost this customer for good!

Had exellane service. I found the perfect dining set. Will go back to this store for all my furniture needs. The manager has a family feel atmosphere in helping chose the right furniture for your needs. He really cares for his customers. I will recommend this tire always. Thanks for a great sales staff.
