I bought an entire bedroom set from ashley outlet. The girl that did my order was very nice but apparently there are issues with the iPads. Whe switching y order over they had all kinds of other problems which led to me being there almost 2 hours total. After having to argue and beg about the delivery date they finally said they'd do their best. They did deliver my furniture on the date said however the delivery crew barely spoke English scuffed up the dressers and when I pointed it out they used a sharpie to color it in and took pictures to say it was fixed. After they left I went to put clothes in my dresser and the drawer fell out they were missing a screw entirely. I called them to come back and they did but didnt have a screw. The customer service person called me and I told them about needing to fix the issue and she said someone would be there the next day. No one showed i called back and was again assure someone would be there. I was then told the following day it was outside the 48 hours and I should have called. So I fixed it myself. Fast forward to today at 1215 i get a call saying there was a payment glitch the day of purchase and i needed to confirm with my bank then call back. I do so and the woman tells me she has to have someone else call me back amd it has to be done before 3 or i wont get the rest of my order. Still 35 mins later and no one has called. I explain my frustration and all she says is sorry. The furniture is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star. Wont shop Ashley again.

Dresser delivered and left an absolute MESS in my house. All the packaging was opened my house so there was styrofoam everywhere. The silica gel packs were broken all over my stairs. The dresser was completely broken. I was not told about it, but found when I went to put my daughter's clothes in it 20 minutes after they left, since I had to clean the mess they left. I called and was told an email would be sent "with high importance" on Saturday. Monday, no communication. I call back on Monday. Was told the SAME response. Not willing to wait for someone to call me, since I've already seen their level of communication, I was given the number to corporate. I spoke with Ruth and sent pictures via email of the damage and of the serial number. I was told an exchange needed to be "approved". WHAT? you delivered broken furniture and I have to wait for an exchange to be approved? What kind of customer service is that? After 2 days, I received a call that it was approved and they would deliver a new dresser 2 days later. They arrived today to deliver the dresser.......only it's the WRONG dresser. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes for the 4th time in one week I was told the Returns Department needs to approve an exchange. Again.....WHAT????? Not only does they deliver a broken dresser, now they delivered a completely different dresser......all fault of Ashley's and I need to wait???? I was told that the Returns Department would call this afternoon......5pm.....still waiting. I was offered a $100 gift card. Absolutely not. I want the furniture I paid for and have YET to get because the warehouse is unable to read serial numbers properly. 3 weeks have gone by and I have no dresser. This is the most ridiculous level of customer service I have ever seen. GIVE ME THE DRESSER I PAID FOR!

This place is a joke. A day after my purchase an Adhley employee moved my delivery date to the year 2049 and now I have to wait a other week for my order from a place that offers next day delivery. I've already waited 3 days from my pur hase to not receive it. 1 week is the very best they can do is what I was told.

I want to come extremely compensated for spending almost $8000.00. I bought all this furniture on June 18th and still dont have it all. Its August now and dont have my glass to 2 end tables, my picture and haven't used my dresser yet because 4 drawers need fixed and one drawer needs replaced to my nightstand. The Clearwater water store is so unprofessional.

Dana Tucker was our sales associate. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We have purchased a king size temperpedic bed and bed frame and really appreciate the one one help for making us feel confident in our purchase decision. They are dirty business. I feel sorry for other people buy w lied prices. None made in America. All they want ur money. they can get commission MG and mangers lies business. Couch and love seat not real leathers they say. But very thin leather cheap leather made China called flux leather I recommend not to shopping there. Share other media to stop buy from them. Trust store manager?

Ashley at Port Richey not really great to buy if you bought and found out retrial not correct and too soft like pillow and sit too long even cannot get up omg they dont care they send warranty people tech out and they try fix and not working really Store care about money not value customers I notice but other manager waiting on GM to approve I hope they do then i put 5 stars if not then two stars i had to add pillow that not suppose to be couch and sofa should be with out pillow and support firm not soft like pillow

Please share .... Warning to everyone I know! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE / HOMESTORE... I bought from the Clearwater location. I have paid extra for the delivery, install & upgraded warranties. 1st time they came to deliver they left pieces of the kids bed rails off, broke the entertainment center in half & told me to call it in under warranty, & had to take 6 pieces of the kids furniture back because they said the ware house was supposed to put them together before delivery and they didn’t have the tools to do so on site. This day took about 5hrs or more. No one called me to schedule their return so I called the store spoke to manager who then asked me to deal directly with the delivery company instead of him helping me. And had a warranty tech come out. ( another day off work so now this is 2 days off work). I decided I shouldn’t have to deal with delivery company and got in contact with corporate who then set up for them to return and replace the broke unit and deliver the kids units and fix the bed rail. So on 2nd delivery date (3rd missed day of work) I waited all day till 8pm they never showed never called and never reschedule. I called again they now set a 3rd delivery for today 7/14/19 (4th day off work) they show up an hr before schedule they deliver replacement for broken unit and tell me that can’t fix kids bed & 6 units for kids are not put together so they can’t deliver. Now after spending an hour on phone with Cust care and their boss they are attempting to put 6 units together but 3 of them are damaged from being wet or dropped at warehouse and they still can’t fix bed rail. Their solution is to wait 3 more weeks for the piece to ship to me to do myself or another week and maybe their tech team can come fix. So that means 2 more days minimum of missed work and that’s only if they get it right from here on out. now the pieces they just put together I inspected before they left and they damaged these pieces while putting together and are now taking these back too. And the only thing they are offering after I asked for compensation or store credit is my delivery refund of $260. I have much more furniture to buy but it won’t be from Ashley furniture.
