1st and last visit yesterday. Went to look at mattresses. I told the salesperson what I wanted and what I did not want. Went over her head. Kept wanting to write up a sale. Then tells me they do not remove dirty mattresses and maybe I should put my old mattress and box springs out by the road. She said people take all kinds of stuff. She then asked again about writing up a sale and when I could expect delivery. Told her how can I get a new mattress if I still have the old one. I will never go back there.

If a customer comes in and wants to make a cash only purchase without giving any personal information (name, address, phone, email). This should not only be possible, but easy and fast. Such a transaction took over 1/2 hour because no employee knew how to enter such a sale. If I am paying you cash you have no right to 'demand' any of my personal information!

We went into Ashley today looking for a dining room table. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Joshua listened to me as to the type of table I needed. He showed me several options and gave me a good deal on one we found online. He was not pushy (which I hate) and made us feel comfortable and satisfied with our purchase.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER GIVE THIS STORE MY BUSINESS OR MONEY AGAIN. TURN OVER IS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGERS LIE & NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO DO.... NEVER AGAIN. We bought a love seat and reclining chair. First they delivered the wrong love seat and the recliner was broken when it got delivered. The recliner doesn’t recline. When we brought this up to their attention they said if we wanted to exchange or get a refund we would have to bring the recliner ourselves to the warehouse or have a “technician” repair the recliner. I don’t know about anyone else but if you spend over 900.00 on new furniture you expect it to not be damaged or if it is the right thing to do is to take care of the customer some how. A month later the “technician” which is a third party finally arrives and it’s the wrong part. So here we are still with a broken recliner with no resolve in sight. They are not willing to do right by the customer and are not willing to do anything and hang up on you when you call them to try and get the issue resolved. I would expect something like this from Rooms to Go or even IKEA but even they have better customer service. I would not recommend any type of their “protection plan as everything is 3rd party and it is a nightmare to deal with. In my opinion this is the worst place to buy any furniture.
