I bought a couch during the 4th of July sales. Right after the 4th, the furniture price went down 25%. The customer service told me that they will do a price match and they said they need approval. It has been almost a month and i called them at least five times. Every single time they said they are waiting for approval and told me to call back. Please don’t DON’T Buy anything from them. They SUCK!!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had — frustrating and extremely stressful. It’s been over three months since I purchased a sectional from Ashley, and the issues are still unresolved. The first piece arrived with a visible stain, and the delivery team damaged the built-in cooling system during installation. Ashley has done nothing to take responsibility — we ended up fixing it ourselves. Then, they sent a replacement for the stained section, but it was the wrong part. After even more delays, we finally received another one… and it also came with a stained cushion. This entire process has been a nightmare — full of calls, waiting, broken promises, and zero accountability. To be clear, the in-store staff were professional and kind. But the support and logistics team have shown a complete lack of care. For a company like Ashley, this is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse. After over three months of dealing with this, the most recent response from Ashley was to send me a cushion filling, even though I had clearly stated (more than once) that the problem is the cushion cover — it is stained and coming apart at the seams. It’s hard to believe how careless and unresponsive this company continues to be. The only way I’ve gotten any sort of response has been through this public review and by sending a formal email to the address provided in their reply. I followed their exact instructions — including the subject line and attaching photos and receipts — and yet I still haven’t received any reply to that email. It’s been a week and counting. How much longer do I have to wait just to receive what I paid for in good faith? Why is such a simple issue being dragged out for months? This has been a completely unacceptable experience. I’m beyond frustrated, and I truly hope no one else has to go through this.

Got a whole new bed room set and a mattress here on Saturday. The customer service was Amazing. Nikki Davidson was very attentive and answered all of our questions and made sure we got the best deal possible.
