Robin Martin at the Ashely’s furniture store in Sanford Fl Is amazing as soon as I walked in the door her customer service skills and willingness to a knowledge a customer and be as helpful as she is shined through she was beyond helpful and I really appreciated that, I went in because I saw a bed I was interested in and she helped me pick out some other items throughout the time I was there, if your ever in that store definitely as for Robin with the red hair.
They made sure that I saw the different options available for what I was looking for. I thought I found the best option that was until they showed me a few options I didn't see The showroom is large and packed but the sales team knows where everything is. I got a piece that I love instead of what I liked.
I have a problem with sleeping on the bed and frame i purchase. Tried to talk to someone in Ashley furniture and Acima. Customer service ignored my complaints. The told me to contact the company I did and nothing was done, the told me to contact the store. I am stuck with a bed i can not sleep in i have gave them money and I am not satisfied. Sounds like a rip off....

My furniture was delivered 3 times damaged. Then the store delivered to my house without setting the appointment, so I was not there to receive the replacement piece. The second time they delivered the broken section of couch the delivery person damaged a hanging picture and my baseboards. I would never recommend this company. I spent over 5k and have had the worst customer service.

Update 3: Still no response from Ashley to schedule delivery of an undamaged center occasional table. I have one damaged center occasional table and two that are not. This transaction has been such a disappointment. Update2: Replacement occasional tables were delivered today with black ink or paint smudges smeared across the surface. The delivery team argued and insisted the smudges were woodgrain, but clearly they are not. I regret purchasing from Ashley. Their furniture has not been worth this ongoing headache and stress. Update1: The Ashley claims inspector was unpleasant and derisive. We’ve now found an issue with our couch, as well. We have been told the damaged tables will be replaced, but due to our negative experience with the Ashley claims inspector, we’re dreading dealing with the couch repair. Original: The sales experience was so-so. Our salesperson and the manager on duty disagreed over whether we should receive a specific discount (we didn't), and the manager wasn't altogether pleasant. After rescheduling our delivery, the three occasional tables were delivered damaged. The delivery staff were not Ashley employees and drove a rental truck. They damaged my door and left so quickly that I did not have time to inspect the furniture. As a result, I did not see the marks and dings on the occasional tables until after signing for the items. Replacement is the only viable option, but we'll see whether the repair technician agrees.

My family is having to use beach chairs in my living room due to unfulfilled promises. I got rid of my old couches in anticipation of my 9/3/24 delivery, per the sales representative. While later reviewing documentation sent by another sales representative, my new set was not expected to arrive till 9/24. I called immediately. Two days later, I was finally told they can deliver 9/14, 10 days after initial promised delivery. I was also promised 24 month financing at the time of purchase. A different representative called me the next day to tell me they can cannot offer 24 months, only 12.
Aquarius was AMAZING! She walked us around the store and showed us the furniture we wanted and similar items to it, so we had options. She was super nice and knowledgeable about everything, able to answer all of our questions. After choosing everything, she helped us through the whole purchase, getting it financed and everything. I had the best customer service for young lady named Aquarius! Always with a smile!!!!
Great shopping experience and selection, poor delivery, customer service and communication. Had to be rescheduled 3 times for delivery and when it was delivered person knocked item off wall and broke it. Didn’t say anything when it happened. Other person said something when they were done because he saw water on the floor from where the item fell in dog bowl, took a picture and left said nothing. Didn’t install the anti skid pads on the couch feet. Called about both customer service said tech had to come out to house to see couch to verify not assembled fully and couldn’t mail the pieces. Tech shows up did not get the promised notification with time frame 24-48 hours before, no one is home says in email will wait till 12:43pm, while on phone with customer service he leaves at 12:40pm as I’m telling the rep I’ll have neighbor let him in as I was 30 minutes away. She was unable to reach him and had to reschedule.

Bought a sectional couch from them and was sold on the extended warranty. they told me "you can stick a knife in the cushion and it will be covered" biggest bunch of BS! The seem is splitting on the cushion, you would think that is covered, sorry I am out of luck. Scam artist! Beware!

They sell damaged furniture! I purchased a sleeper sofa. Received a damaged sleeper sofa. Scheduled a tech to come repair it. The appointment was rescheduled due to tech being over booked. That says it all, if your tech is over booked, how much damaged furniture are you selling? On top of that the foam they call a mattress had mold underneath it. Fooled me once, never again!!!

Bought my so called leather couch 2 years ago for 5k. Within 6 months after cleaning with leather cleaner and conditioner the brown color is wiping off and it's white. Called and no answer at the store phone just rings. Went to the store asked for a manager. He gave me a email and number fur warranty. Sent them pictures as requested. They said they would not cover it. 2 months later a bracket of the recliner portion snapped could not get ahold of anybody.. I'm being told the couch is not leather by a local interior fab shop and I literally had to fab a bracket so it can recline.. I strongly recommend not shopping there as for a 5k couch is not was said to be. They lied and cheated me out of a warranty.

Robin was very helpful and showed patience during this process. I am very pleased with the customer support I received and will be back. UPDATE: Unfortunately that was the extent of my positive experience. A week later we were called and told one of the items from 1 of the 2 bedroom sets we purchased was on back order. Not a big deal. The day we were scheduled to receive our 2 bedroom sets we received a call an hour before delivery that another piece would not be delivered. When the delivery arrived it was a total of 4 pieces including my daughters bed that did not arrive. I called the store numerous times and never heard back from anyone. I also called corporate a few times and they also attempted to contact the manager of the store to no avail. Customer service told me they would contact the store manager so he could contact me. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard from anyone. The 4 pieces eventually arrived 8 days after the initial scheduled delivery. If I was told prior to an hour before delivery about all the pieces missing I would not be upset. But to be called an hour before the scheduled delivery about another missing piece to later see it was more pieces was very frustrating. I went to Rooms To Go for my living room and dining room furniture and 4 days later All the furniture arrived with no issues. Definitely not coming back

As a college student it can be difficult to find a balance between quality and affordability. Entering the store I was greeted warmly by a salesperson named Nawal. Not only was she extremely kind and helpful, but she was also very understanding of the situation. She put a great amount of thought and effort into helping me find the perfect set for my needs. To say I was happy with the service is an understatement. Excellent customer service, can’t recommend her enough.
I went to Ashley’s in Sanford to look for furniture for my new house which hasn’t closed yet. I was fortunate to have an amazing sales person named Nahid to help me decide what furnitures would look good based on the pictures I showed her. At first I told her what I wanted and how my house looked like and she thought quickly about some of my suggestions, even though were good, she gave me better ideas and after I showed her the pictures, Nahid showed me the furnitures she was talking about and suggested in what way to arrange them, it all made sense and I couldn’t be happier. I loved her eye for detail and her knowledge of the furnitures so I told her I will be back once the house closes which is soon and want to only work with her. This was the best experience I have ever had shopping around for furniture. Nahid deserves more than five stars.

After having just moved to Florida (about an hour away from Sanford) we got to the store approximately 20 minutes before closing. We had anticipated only looking at the bedroom and patio furniture I had spotted during an earlier visit to the store. However, we decided to ask if we had time to purchase the bedroom suite. They said, “Of course!”, and that we could go ahead and purchase the patio furniture if we wanted to (we were doing two methods of payment). Anyway, because of an issue with our financing account (because of our new Florida drivers license), it took almost two hours. Those wonderful ladies stayed until almost 10:00pm to get us taken care! They were amazing! Exhausted, but amazing! Thank you ladies!!!

Overall is a was a pretty good experience - we liked our salesperson. We are not certain we received all the discounts we should have, as the only special we got was one to upgrade a mattress, and if we did, we would get free delivery, which then turned into $100 delivery, so the calculated risk of throwing that on us came really close to costing the sale. But, my wife really liked the couch, so we pulled the trigger. It did cost the sale on other and future purchases - we left the store and went to Hudson's and Adjective and spent about $5K in each that day. Moving forward, we still need bar stools, bar cabinet, guest bedroom furniture, master bedroom chair and several other pieces, but we'll shop around more. The manager's decision to throw on the $100 delivery really didn't sit well with us. It's not that we're dissatisfied with the Ashley's experience, but it wasn't the best either. Having shopped around for furniture for the past month or two, I would say Ashley's is a B-, similar to a Rooms to Go.

Went in this store recently and was very put off by a saleswoman who wouldn’t stop trying to pressure my wife to let her hold our one year old son. She kept making weird comments about him and trying to get him to react in a way that made it seem like he wanted to go to her. This made my wife very uncomfortable as she is not the type to be rude and I had to step in and say no to the woman incessant requests to hold him. I understand it’s customary for the sales people to follow people around the store to offer help and make sure they get the commission if you buy and they help you but she seemed more interested in our son than helping us. I know it’s a sales tactic to seem interested in someone’s child especially if you have kids or grandkids but the delivery on this just came across as very creepy. Rest assured we will be buying from a different Ashley Store when we decide on a couch.
Nahid was so helpful and kind. She gave us the space to look around but was also readily available to answer any questions. When we were stuck between two different options she was able to show us the unique features of each sectional so our decision became much easier. I highly recommend asking for Nahid if you visit Ashley Furniture of Sanford. She will make your furniture buying experience a seamless one.

At first Robyn was very patient and helpful and took her time with us. She really went above and beyond and made this a great shopping experience. Edit- that was until the horrible experience we had with the delivery. Told would be between 12:45 & 4. Finally got here at 4:30. Delivery guys did not speak a word of English. Refused to take our old mattress even tho Robin had told us they would. It's like they got our money and then couldn't care less. Serious disconnect between store and delivery. Very poor customer service after the fsct. They sure took our money quick enough tho. We were told by Robyn they would take the mattress but when we called to complain were told she basically lied to us and that is not there pllicy. Because of the delivery issue will never shop at Ashley's again. Awful experience.

Make sure you inspect your items when delivered and not rely on honesty that they didn’t damage your items and just pushed them against the wall to hide it. I moved my couch to find a huge tear on the backside so my plans to move it to the center of the room can’t do. I called the store and they will do nothing. I bought furniture for my entire house. I won’t shop there again due to dishonesty of delivery truck people and the unresponsiveness of the store.

Bought leather couch set in 9/2022 and it's separating at the seams and leather is peeling. Contacted warranty company about it, and they have ghosted me. Shop elsewhere for pieces that last. Avoid Ashley and avoid their so-called warranty. Edit: Ashley contacted me because of this review. I was hopeful we'd get somewhere, but nope. I requested a refund of their worthless warranty, and haven't heard back in 2 months. They don't stand by their product. Shop elsewhere for better quality.
Super people at the Sanford location. Issue is not with them.Issue is with the warranty. DON'T BOTHER WITH WARRANTIES FROM ASHLEY! You'll get the runaround. You'll get rescheduled, and the only notice of which comes via email two weeks after them missing the original warranty repair date. UGH. OH! BEFORE THE DELIVERY GUYS EVEN TAKE THE FURNITURE OFF THE TRUCK, GO LOOK AT EACH AND EVERY PIECE. Is it all there? Is it all brand new stuff? Is it all in good shape? Are there any missing pieces? Check for termites in the wood. Check that the furniture is dry. Sit in your sofa while it's on the driveway. Is it the same as it felt in the store? Does everything work on it?If any unsatisfactory conditions exist, REFUSE THE ENTIRE DELIVERY. According to the other reviews here, this is an issue all over Florida.

Bad customer service department. Bought dining room set only to have the chairs delivered dirty and wet. I reached out to the customer service department and was told they would send out a tech to review and replace. The tech came out and only was going to spot clean the 4 chairs which was unacceptable. I paid for a new set not one with what appeared to be used and worn chairs. It took extra time and effort and reaching out to other venues to get it reversed. It hasn't happen yet but I trust it will.

This is going to be an updated however, very long review I would like to think Vic the store manager for all his help and getting me a resolution to the problem that happened to my loveseat. Back in 10 / 2023 he was not the store manager at that time, but he stepped up and assisted me when the former store manager left me in the lurch.. back in 10 / 2023. I purchased a Francesca dual power reclining sofa with console and i had it delivered and before it even got into our residence the delivery men dropped it 4 feet from the bed of the lift gate on the truck my heart sunk because I saw it got dented. I contacted the store because I wanted to refuse the delivery. However, none of the delivery men spoke any English, which I find wrong delivery people, must be able to communicate with others. I went back-and-forth with the original store manager and Customer Service. I reached out to Vic after dealing with Customer Service for many months he told me he was the new store manager and he would do what he could. I finally got a resolution with his assistance after a couple attempted deliveries of an exchange that were really no better than what I had , And going round for round, dickering back and forth with Customer Service escalation department, I was finally issued a partial refund, I don’t think without Vic this new store managers assistance. Would I have been able to even get that far so my rating has gone from -1 to a 3. I hope the store and the company appreciates a store manager that’s actually caring enough to go out of his way to assist someone because clearly it was a battle before he got there he saw something wasn’t right, and it attempted to correct a wrong even though because of Customer Service escalation department, which is not in his control, it took longer than expected. We finally got to a resolution, so thank you so much. I appreciate everything you did. I honestly wish we had more customer service representatives that were located inside the United States that understood and spoke a language that people understand that would probably bridge. A lot of the issues that I had to deal with because they’re given a script and they stick to the script. they don’t care about Customer Service they don’t care about your problems and I really think that if some thing is in the United States, we should also have United States customer service reps. There are many people that are disabled or semi retired that would be more than happy to work part time from home, answering the phones for Ashley Furniture.

Just don't do it- at least not unless you purchase in-store. I purchased furniture online (HUGE mistake). They described it as dovetail and soft close drawers. Not even close. This was as cheap as something I could get from Big Lots (for 1/10th of the price). It was basically a cardboard box with a glued on drawer front. The driver wouldn't take it with him and said I had to call customer service. Nobody in customer service seemed to understand English. Days later, they still haven't picked this up. They've charged my card and now I'm paying for this and the furniture I had to buy to replace this cheap, poorly constructed furniture. The online policy says you have 72 hours to report online purchases. We reported within 10 minutes of the delivery and they still won't pick it up. Save your money! Shope elsewhere. If you buy here and expect customer service, you'll get what you get. I'll never purchase furniture from here again. I can't wait to get this out of my house!

Nawal Mrabi was a delight to work with. She immediately greeted us at the door to let us know she was available to us for any questions. She helped us decide on the perfect sectional for our new home. She put all of her talent to use in helping us sketch out the space and everything! It was great! I would work with her again on any given day.

We bought a $4000 couch and purchased the warranty. Couch was delivered. Later I noticed a 6inch cut on the couch that clearly is from a box cutter. I tried to contact the warranty department that is outsourced to another country that don’t speak clearly. I filed a claim 4 weeks went by and haven’t heard from anyone. Called and spoke with the store I purchased from and was told the furniture has a 1 yr warranty with Ashley so I need to file a claim with Ashley first, so I did. I sent pictures of the damage. Two weeks go by I still have not heard from anyone so I call customer service and now they have to schedule a technician to come out to investigate the cut. Now we have to wait 3 more weeks before this can happen. I called the store I purchased from and basically got they can’t do anything. So they made their sale. I will never by anything from Ashley again and would not recommend to anyone else. Extremely poor customer service.

We just made our third purchase at this store, a dining room set. We have previously purchased two bedroom sets and we are so satisfied with the quality of the pieces for the price that we paid. We have warranty but have never had to use it. Go to this store and ask for Nahid - she is always so helpful and offers great design tips that we never would have thought of on our own!

I had purchased a new home and needed to furnish multiple rooms, I had gone to Ashley’s and selected a few sets for each room, one being a living room set which included a sectional and ottoman ( all paid in cash) the sales person mentioned an extended warranty that we could purchased that would cover ANYTHING if something were to happen to the furniture, unfortunately less than a year has passed and the cushions are flattening, I’ve reached out to the warranty department, they sent a technician out to assess the cushions to determine if we could get replacement, after not hearing back for about two weeks I reached out and was told that wasn’t covered through this warranty that I paid $600 for, I then requested a refund since I didn’t feel I was given proper information and the warranty was of no use. Another week has gone by and I still haven’t received a refund nor have anyone reach out to remedy the situation. Save yourself the hassle, go with another furniture company and don’t let them up sell you.

I have purchased from Ashley’s furniture for years and cannot believe the level of service that I have been provided lately. I purchased a bedroom set, mattress, and couch at the end of last year, which was my most recent purchase. The headboard has LED lights that do not work. I have put two separate orders for repairs and it still does not work. The technician, Bonito, has been to my house two times and blamed the remote not working the first time, then the wiring the second time. The last visit to make the repair was on August 3rd. To this day, the parts have not been ordered and the headboard is still broke and has been since the purchase of it. I have visited the local store in Sanford Florida, and spoke to the sales manager that goes by Moe. He advised that the Altamonte Springs, FL store was to blame and that I needed to reach out to that store since that is where I purchased the headboard. I have called several times and spoke to numerous employees, Freya, Watley, Jose, which all informed me that they would leave a message for the manager, Sedrick, to call me. I have reached out to corporate, even left a message for Human Resources, to attempt to get a call back. I will never shop from Ashley’s again. This has been a nightmare.

I have just had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture. Everything in my guest bedroom was cleared out because you can't have any furniture before they deliver, but when they came to deliver they discovered something wrong with a piece of my furniture. Customer service called me and the woman I spoke to was so rude to me. I asked her what my options are now that they aren't delivering my bed and the one I had in there that my elderly parents are sleeping on is gone because they told me I had to remove it before they would deliver my new bed. She refused to work with my to come up with options, I told her I wanted to be compensated at least for this horrible situation we are now in and I asked to speak to her manager. She never came back to me, never had her manager speak to me, and I waited on the phone for over 35 minutes. She eventually hung up on me. I am pregnant and we need to put the baby furniture in that room along with this new bed, and we can't do anything now because customer service was so horrendous. On top of all of this, the delivery people left without me formally refusing the furniture because I had been waiting to speak to customer service for so long they said they had to move on to their next delivery....so they left without me actually refusing the delivery. I want to be compensated for this absolute horrible experience. This has made me never want to purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again.

After waiting 6 weeks for the delivery of my table and chairs they are changing the delivery date the day before delivery. It was confirmed 2 days ago to be Aug 26th. It is impossible to get any one on the phone to help. When you call the store it goes to the customer service line that is no help! I’ve already cleared out the old table like they asked me to do. I will not order from Ashley furniture again!

I usually forget to write positive reviews but I was so happy and even cried in the furniture store that I figured the post was well worth it to all those looking for something specific or just window shopping because my experience at Ashley’s furniture was a game changer thanks to Aquarius and Moe! Aquarius went above and beyond to understand my style preference, helping me select the perfect bedroom set that suits my taste and my overall needs. I thought I was all set with my old mattress, but after trying out options in the store I couldn’t believe the difference a high-quality mattress makes. We recently moved here so there wasn’t any room in the budget for a new mattress, but Aquarius made it happen because she knew how this would improve my quality of life. Initially I was happy to get a dresser and my bed off the floor, however with Aquarius’ expertise and knowledge she got me everything I wanted not just needed. Did I mention they also donate thousands of dollars of product to children in need. It was just as satisfying ringing the bell at the store where everyone, employees and customers alike, engage in an uproar knowing that signifies a sale that helps contribute to those less fortunate. Nawal was so helpful both times we came in over the last 3 weeks. The first time we were “those people”, you know, the ones who come in an hour and a half before closing and had to be let out when we left because everything was locked up. We did leave after purchasing our bedroom set and living room set along with a bookshelf but without Nawal’s help, we wouldn’t have been able to make decisions on any of it. Even though we loved everything we bought, when we had everything delivered we realized the living room set was just too big for the space so we went back today and again, with Nawal’s help and patience, we were able to find exactly the right set for our space and can’t wait to see it set up in our home. I have nothing but great things to say about Nawal and the manager along with Diana who helped facilitate the return part of the process. We will definitely be back for any future furniture needs.

Let me just start off by saying, how beautiful the Ashley's location in Sanford is. The showroom is gorgeous, it's clean and a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere. Robin M was immediately inviting. Her presence was professional but also felt like she truly cared about us finding our happiness during our furniture buying process here, I've unfortunately had such bad luck in the past. Robin changed all that. I've never had someone wanting me to buy a temper mattress so badly. She guided us through every question (and we had alot 😅) and won me over in the end. Our experience and purchase was beyond satisfactory, smooth, simple and Robin had a genuine smile the whole time. Thank you so much Robin M and Ashleys sanford. Quick visit to the this Ashley store in Sanford and had a great experience. Excellent meet and greet by Robin Martin, smiling and courteous. Robin was respectful and professional, respected our time and space as she showed up at the right time to engage in a more specific detail conversation on the Tempur Pedic mattress.
The guys came to deliver our items on Tuesday. We were told Wednesday and I guess there was some miscommunication. They dropped off the mattress and said they would come back with the base. My boyfriend informed them he would not be home but I would be. He let them know I was 4 months pregnant and I would not be able to move the mattress. They let him know it was okay and they would move it. They come today to deliver it and I tried to communicate about the mattress and they ignored what I was saying and proceeded what they were doing. I asked them if they understood me and they said they didn’t speak English. So I called someone to tell them for me and they said it wasn’t their job but they would do it. They went back to move it but they didn’t and stood around my home looking lost. I couldn’t ask what was going on because they didn’t speak any English. I get a call from Ashley’s saying that they won’t move it because the mattress was dirty. The mattress has some pine needles on it I guess from when it was moved from my old house. But there is nothing wrong or gross about my mattress. It’s just old. I’m pregnant and so I can’t move it. Or I totally would have moved it. But they told my boyfriend that they would do it. I had a maintenance guy here working on my sink that moved it in less than a minute. Now you guys have three men here crying about leaves and a man in my house doing plumbing saying he will help me. I get it’s not part of their job but we were told they would help me since I was pregnant. So once it was moved by someone else. They proceeded and when they left I noticed my closet door was broken. It’s cracked and off the hinge. This whole delivery process was very frustrating. You have three men who were very rude to me. You should prob have people that speak English or at least broken English so they can communicate with your customers. And maybe people who are friendly too. I truly don’t appreciate this and it’s very disappointing and I have no interest in doing business with Ashley Furniture again.
I was in the store today Saturday 16 June 2023 and we were greeted by Robin Martin, she was very professional and informative about the furniture. She made us very comfortable as we were shopping for a chest and viewed other furniture we would like to purchase and we will definitely be returning for a purchase. I bought a recliner that was delivered damaged. No problem things happen. I called and they sent a warranty guy (super nice). He had to order parts and when parts are delivered to my home they would reschedule repair. Got parts and new service date. Today is the day to fix my recliner…..nope they sent wrong part. Ashley who is paying me for my time off from work? You have sent me a broken chair and now the wrong parts to fix it. I called and no one has called back. I need a new chair that is 100% please. If you want cheap/damaged furniture Ashley is 100% your store.
I have called to schedule for appointment 4 times with customer service - appt set and day of appt, no one arrives and no heads up appt was cancelled. Went ahead and bypassed customer service (outsourced overseas) after 3rd no show appointment to call the store I purchased from Sanford @ town center to speak to the woman who sold me the couch. She was conveniently very friendly while trying to sell the couch and chair, but now surprisingly rude and unsympathetic to the fact that I still do not have furniture to use WEEKS after I spent a four thousand dollars. It appears she has received her commission and now human decency is no longer needed. Abby at the location is very friendly and this has no reflection on her, as her customer service is impeccable. She was super helpful and understanding of how frustrating this process has been. I have spent over 10k in Ashley in the last 6 years. I’ve never left a negative public complaint bc it’s time consuming and can be cringey, but this woman’s treatment of me while I was in tears, oh.. I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen for the remainder of my ENTIRE existence on this earth about my deplorable experience :)

Worst customer service after you make your purchase. I came into the store, was very specific on what I wanted. all I wanted was a really big recliner that was microfiber and when you recline it stayed in the reclined position and didn’t shoot you back up. I was reassured by the sales person that the recliner that I want that they didn’t have in the store did such things and was microfiber made the purchase recliner was delivered Three days later I called the next morning and told them I did not want the recliner. It did not lock in the reclined position. They made it clam said it was gonna be 72 hours before somebody could get to me. It was seven days told them that I didn’t want the recliner. They insisted on sending a tech out. Told them they were wasting their time I wanted a recliner not a brand new recliner that had to be fixed. Tech came out, told me that the sales person should’ve never told me that this recliner locks in the lock position because it doesn’t told me that he was going to make notes for Corporate two days later lady from corporate calls and denies my claim for new recliner said I did not let them know in time told her that I would like to speak to her boss I have yet to receive any phone calls or anything from their customer service. It has been over a month.
Delivery was terrible..non speaking delivery driver hung up on me..I'll never order anything from this store again.

I went to the store to purchase a recliner. They did not have it in stock. I spoke to the lady about what I wanted and I assured that I wanted a microfiber recliner that when you recline it locks in the recline position my $900 recliner was delivered no damage but when I sat in it, I noticed it did not lock in the recline position. You sit back and it send you back up, my recliner was purchased and delivered on Wednesday. Thursday morning. I went through the proper channels and told them that I wanted a replacement. They insisted on sending out a technician to fix it. I told him I did not want my chair fixed because it was brand new I wanted a replacement now they’re telling me I waited too long for the replacement and I should’ve called within three days which I did poor customer service. Absolutely poor. So it’s my fault that the sales person gave me false information and it’s my fault that the customer service representative that I spoke to you the day after my furniture was delivered didn’t take notes properly. Rest, assured, Ashley furniture you will not hear the last of me.
Great experience! There was a large selection that was set up like a room, so it allowed to better visualize how it would work in our space. David was very helpful and highly knowledgeable about the product and made us feel confident with our purchase. He coordinated the delivery around our schedule and was very patient with us as we were deciding.

My furniture I ordered and I pay so much money come with a defective couch. I call them and email many times them even send a technician to assure me that was defected and still my couch is still not replaced or fixed.

We went into the local store, Sanford location, a month ago. We placed an order to be delivered to our new house Jan 14th. Which gave them 3 weeks to get the products in. We called to confirm delivery they stated they would have to deliver today, the 21st. We said okay, no problem. We have received no confirmation phone calls, and when we call into the customer care line not one single person can locate our order based on any of our information. Which makes zero sense because….. we provided and confirmed our contact information, address and names. In addition to this, you can’t reach anyone at the store location. Mind you… our order consisted of one coffee table and two end tables. Not a huge living room set.
the Sanford customer service is very good, but they cannot help with anything that requires service of your product! corporate office is the problem apparently!!!!! which offers the worst customer service that i have ever experienced, the quality of furniture sucks, i have been waiting for a technician for over 3 weeks, the corporate office has ignored the emails and calls from this store and when we finally get a technician scheduled (after a manager at this store as to get involved) the appointment gets changed without consultation. if we do not keep going to the store or calling the store nothing would be accomplished, i do not want this furniture that i wasted 3000 dollars purchasing, in as little as one month it looks like we have owned it for 10 years, still waiting for a resolution!! 🤬

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would! Don't ever buy from them. I spend $6,000 on furniture in November and they have yet to finish building it. They had been a mess from the second they came to my house to drop it off. I even told them to take all there furniture back but they don't even want it back. They also said they would give me 40% of my money back because of the hot mess they have done not once, not twice and not even three times but four times. I am trying to save the headache for you so don't ever buy from this place!

Happy with the $6,000 furniture that I recently purchased however when my $500 recliner was delivered the left armrest cushion was lumpy, very poor build quality. I was told twice that someone would be giving me a call very soon to resolve the matter but I have yet to hear from them. VERY POOR customer service after the sale. I will never shop there again. Buyer beware.
The staff at this store isn't the issue, however the quality of furniture and the customer support you get from Ashley is a joke! I have been going back and forth with customer service about a warranty claim for months. They keep bringing already damaged replacements... is it too much to ask to have furniture that's not already broken? Customer service is over seas people that can't speak English and read off a script. Learn from my mistake and don't buy ANYTHING from this company!!

The selection and in-store service was great and the prices are much more attractive than in the many other furniture stores we have visited. However several pieces were delivered in need of repair. Despite making many phone calls, the company remains unresponsive and the issues unresolved after all these months. Very disappointing and upsetting!
I searched online for the style I wanted. Just a basic traditional sofa not a recliner. Found it, website for the local store said in "stock ready to deliver". I wanted to sit in it before I purchased. I went to the store and they said the don't stock it. What they have, is on the floor. They did have one on the floor that was acceptable but of course it was twice the price. Left a bad taste. With 2 German shepherds and a husky we buy furniture fairly often. I'll spend more time shopping other places next time.

Bought sofa and loveseat in 2020, was offered a deal to receive $500 Mastercard gift card post delivery . But never received it, had to check with elite rewards and store back and forth many months. When I went to store and asked the store manager he said they can’t do anything. Never buy furniture here they don’t follow what they promised.

Do not purchase from this company. Our furniture came damaged and after 8 days of no call or email we decided to return the set. So far I’ve been told by the store ONLY corporate can do a return. Now corporate says that ONLY the store can do a return. This is the single worst purchase I’ve made. I have managed retail for almost 20 years and have never seen anything like this.
The couch cushions are crushed after only 2 years. I need a LED light for the entertainment center. I've been directed to 4 phone numbers and two websites and I still can't get a new LED light. I will NEVER buy a product from Ashley again. Huge ripoffs!

I bought a sofa and a zipper is missing from the footrest I contacted Ashley and sent pics they sent a tech out and then they Ghosted me . I get no answer to my emails and the complaint was submitted when it was still under warranty. I have been a life time customer and deeply disappointed in how this issue is being handled/ ignored.

Not impressed with Ashley Furniture! I ordered all new living room and kitchen furniture in January. Was not happy they wouldn’t let me use gift cards I received and was told you can’t use them on sale items either. Then I was told it could take more than 4 months. I understood that. (Pandemic and all) Then in June (5months) I get a call I have a delivery date. I confirm that is a good day. The day before comes and I’ve heard nothing so I call and wait for 2 hours for a call back. They tell me no delivery, things didn’t come in so new date July! But no one let me know! No call, text or email! I took the day off and only get a “sorry!” I’m not sure when they were going to let me know! And no one is in charge there is no one to get answers from. I am spending a lot of money and they have no customer service! No photo because no furniture yet!
How to begin expressing my frustration.*Monday June 6- I purchased a reclining sofa and a matching loveseat taking advantage of the Memorial Day deals.*Monday June 13- On the day of the delivery everything went awfully wrong. They sent two delivery guys and unfortunately one of them lacked strength. He was an older man and I witnessed how because of him the other guy struggled too to get furniture inside. Constantly dropping and banging couches on the way in. Then I noticed a tears other parts of sofa. I complained to the delivery guy and he took pictures and called dispatcher. I was told that pics were going to be sent in. When testing recliners which I did it after they left I plugged in the loveseat and the right side recliner was not setup/built correctly. It gets stuck, does a terrible noise and drags your legs towards the middle part. I decided to call the store's local phone number but instead of talking to to a staff from Sanford's office it routes you to a call center. Spoke to a lady & she scheduled me for a tech to come inspect it on the 22nd. She also sent an email where I could forward pics of the damages. Then I spoke to Adrian and he told me he could see the pics of the damages just fine and that I didn't have to submit no photos to any email or do anything on my end. Also since I reported on the day of delivery I had the option of returning it and getting a refund which I accepted. He even canceled the tech visit that was scheduled for the 22nd.*Wednesday June 15- Since I never receive a call or an email setting up a date for when couches would be picked up, I decided to call and was told that corporate was still viewing case and would send me an email.*Thursday June 16- Because once again I didn't get any email I finally got transferred to Ashley Sanford store and spoke to Abbey. Well she was apologetic and explained that I should've had contact the store first (that would've been nice if their local number went straight to their offices and not straight to customer care line) because once corporate is involved it is then considered to be out of their control. But she asked me for claim number to see what was going on. According to her there were no photos of my damages in their systems and since corporate was waiting for these photos to be sent via email ( same photos that Adrian the rep told me I didn't have to submit as it was already in their system) that was the reason why my claim was taking this long. So she advised me to go ahead and submit the photos of the damages and she would try and take it from there sending corporate a message and that she would give me a call the next day. Well once again I waited that Friday for Abbey's call and nothing.*Monday June 20- called back the store and since Abbey wasn't there I spoke to Jazmin. Again Jazmin repeated that since I sent the email to cooperate with pictures on Thursday and they usually take some time to review pics (approximately 72hrs) to give it until next day.*Tuesday June 21- Well I received an email today and of course Ashley's is requesting a technician to view and attempt to fix issue to manufacturers standards. So I called and emailed them immediately to schedule that appointment with a tech. But now I have to wait until July 5th. I just hope that tech doesn't give me a lousy excuse as why the mediocre low quality sofas I received are in good standards. Literally it's insane all this ordeal!!! Pissed
Terrible customer service. Our furniture was never delivered on the delivery date and we received no email, call or text! Stayed on hold for an hour every time we called customer service and never got a real response to our furniture being delivered. I requested a manager to call me back three times and never received a response. Several days went by and no response. I finally drove to the Sanford store and cancelled the order all together. The lady behind the desk was short with me and could care less to help solve the issue. We will never buy from them again and will never recommend anyone else to either!

You better hope to whatever entity that your order arrives perfectly the first time or you will be taken on a ride, and not a good one. We had this happen before and should have known better. This time we won’t forget. Our living room set arrived with a damaged console table. They took it back, fine. We couldn’t reach anybody on the store where we bought it as even the “local” phone number routes to a call center who knows where. So we make a trip to the store and spoke to a very nice gentleman who very apologetically offered us a different set… except we couldn’t take advantage of the special financing they had offer during memorial day. Fine! Oh! and by the way, they won’t take back the end table that went with the first console table, even if you bring it to the store. That needs to be scheduled for pickup. Okay then. I take the end table back with me. Delivery is scheduled for week… that days comes and no delivery. Person reaches out to tell us the ACTUAL delivery date is a week later than that. We are furious by now. Our set is still incomplete, they keep pushing the delivery and OH! WHAT DO YOU KNOW…. they charged us for ANOTHER delivery fee for the item that was supposed to replaced the original one. How quaint. We go AGAIN to the store. Apologies, apologies, THIS time is for real. They say your order will arrive 6/17/22 “we checked and its on the warehouse”. That’s ANOTHER week but fine… they say they are going to talk to their manager on that next Monday to see about the extra delivery fee (not counting on it but we’ll see and I’ll update my review). Today is 6/17, and of course, like clockwork Ashley Furniture drops the ball AGAIN. They call THE SAME DAY OF DELIVERY to tell us that the end table that apparently was on the warehouse magically disappeared? The next available delivery date is the 31st of NOPE! PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER. They don’t handle order cancelations. I need to go BACK TO THE STORE, yay! I’ve had it with Ashley Furniture. To say they lie is to imply malice and I don’t honestly believe that is the case. Everybody is nice when you visit the store. But they all must be hostage to one of the most unreliable inventory management systems in the industry! An order placed with them would fall into an availability roulette where your chances of disappointment are exorbitantly high. Seek furniture elsewhere.
I was so excited to get my new furniture from Ashley. The TV stand they delivered was chipped in a few places. One of the beds has a horrible smell and it doesn't fit properly to frame. They wasted more of my time by sending someone to come and SPRAY PAINT the chipped TV stand, which cost over $500.00. The manager at the store could care less, horrible customer service. Still trying to get an ashley employee to come out and pick this mess up. This is a billion dollar CORPORATION and it is terrible how they treat hard working customers.
Started the search for a new mattress and went in to see which suited me best. Nancy met me at the door and was a great sales woman. I ended up finding a mattress I liked that day and decided to purchase. It was feeling like I was at a shady car dealership that didn’t really sit right for me. had been told shipping would be free that’s why I decided to go with a Temper Pedic because I was told shipping on Beauty Rest I was interested in had a hefty shipping charge . When I met with the sales manager to go over the final paperwork I was told there would be a 300.00 shipping fee. I explained that I had been told there would be no shipping fee. Then was told that I could use the 300.00 Ashley cash I was receiving could go towards shipping. I said no I discussed with Nancy that going towards the adjustable base I decided to get. After all that I seemed to be granted everything as promised. Until I looked at my paperwork again and see I was charged 150.00 for a base warranty that I was never told I had to pay for. Was led to believe it came with the 1000.00 bed base I had purchased. I called the store to discuss this with a different sales manager and went around and around. Was told that he can refund me the 150.00 and cancel the warranty if I wanted, but that was about it. But then I’d be left without a warranty. I explained that if I had know of the additional fees I may have chose a different base and asked if I could return mine just to see what was said and he said no, no I can’t do that. The fact of the matter is that i would have probably paid the 150.00 gladly for a 10year warranty. But I was charged for it without even being told about it or explaining the warranty. Take caution when purchasing anything from this company. Not to mention when my bed arrived to my house the time it was delivered was 2 hours outside of the promised delivery time. And I received the call that they were on their way when they were standing at my door.

Ashley's lost our business forever! After WAITING for our table and chairs for OVER 8 MONTHS, we went to the store and found out the order had been CANCELLED! No notice from the store on the cancellation! Also, no updates from the store for months! Each time we called or went in, we were told it would be delivered the next month....next month... Store associates were helpful and we love their inventory. But the customer service after the order was placed, was nonexistent, unless we initiated contact. Went to American Signature and placed an order on Monday. Our new table and chairs will be delivered Saturday. That is great customer service!!

*This is for online order experience only* I purchased a set of dining chairs in mid March and have received NO updates on this order unless I spend hours calling into customer service. Even then, they have not given accurate information. Last month I was told the fulfillment date was 5/15. I emailed a rep named Tammy Crego on 5/18 to see if the items were fulfilled. I received no email response but got a partial refund notice from my bank. I called in to find out what happened and the rep again had no information on my order and didn’t see any information about a refund. This company has big challenges with communication and I will not be making any future purchases from them.

It could be zero star if possible. Purchase few items in Feb 2022 with communication to be delivered in first/second week of March 2022. Partial delivery done on 22 April 2022 after multiple follow ups. I asked for Price Match as its dropped online to 50%(not ready to do as its only within 30 days of order). I requested for starting return, so there is no return policy once its delivered. This return policy they just communicated to me today & not at the time of purchase. Online Customer Care do not support purchases done in store & Vice versa. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
We purchased a bedroom king set back in December 4, 2021 with the sales lady Nancy and was told late February early March delivery. Well, it kept getting postponed until our delivery of April 24, 2022. (5 months) The bed was correct, everything else was wrong model and diffrent color. Very disappointed . The set we purchased supposedly is now discontinued and another 12 wks if we want to order something that matches. We would never buy there again. I guess we will buy from Rooms to Go to furnish the rest of our home
We worked with a lovely woman named Nancy while in the store- she was great! It’s been the experience since we left… we received our furniture. A headboard came completely broken in half. We have sent videos, pictures, talked to ever customer service person, talked to people at the physical store with absolutely no resolution. It has been almost a month. We should have known when the GM of the store was asked about a “deal” that was clearly posted - he dismissed us and just ran off. We now went to put the dresser together and found that has a crack in it as well. Not even worth the trouble to report it at this point. Will never do business here again.
Orange rewards is a joke. You spent more than 5000 dollars to receive this 50 dollars reward. You go to the store, and they say according to Ashley policy you have to spend 500 dollars in order to use this reward. Why don’t you say that in the email? Such a waste of time. I contacted synchrony bank and they asked me to contact Ashley, but then Ashley asked me to contact the bank. I guess it’s not worth it for this 50 dollars, but I can post a comment about my feeling. It’s so frustrating. Never had this kind of shopping experience.

David Nieves is hands down the best salesperson with whom I have ever worked! On my initial contact with him, he directed me to the part of the store where I would see the most variety and fulfill my wildest expectations. After roaming for a while, he caught up with me and gave me great suggestions and input so that I furnished practically a whole house with his help.

Day 5 get a text we can schedule your delivery earlier YES please! We get rid of our bed and anxiously await our new bed NOPE they show up with the frame only, are you kidding me!!! Can’t get anyone on the phone! Had to sleep on a air mattress for 2 weeks until mattress came in! Now living room furniture we purchased on 9/19 we knew we had to wait then about a month ago we get a email we are headed your way with your delivery I was shocked and happy! But needed to make arrangements to be there with work! So I call them because they didn’t give me a date or time frame and all that excitement just to find out it’s only the coffee table and end table which we specifically said we want it all at the same time! So fast forward they tell us it will all be here 2/6 and delivered that week, so scheduled for the 10th they canceled rescheduled for the 18th THEY CANCELED AGAIN scheduled for the 20th I called made sure it was for sure they said yes everything is in. I sold all our furniture we have nothing and they just called and left me a message now they are delivering the 26th DONE DONE DONE I am canceling the order and will be taking my business else where the customer service is horrible you will wait on the phone for a hour just to speak to someone that will lie to you! I pray they give our money back! DONT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY

I do not recommend this store I've been purchased my furniture in July they sent me the wrong chairs they was wet when they arrived I was not home when they arrived because they arrive too early then I went to the store they told me since I use a different bank account and I had to close at camp out they would have to send me a check every week every two weeks I would call them is it is being processed it's being processed so wait we got the wrong case number so today I called the idiots and they said oh we put it back into your account and I'll tell them that my account was closed and he said they would have to give me a check so they'll I keep it in my account of months ago and did not let me know so thank God my daughter still had her account there because we moved from Virginia to Florida and they did not have our bank here so thank God I got a transfer to my daughter's name because I was on her account to I would not recommend them for nothing they are idiots and need to be retrain the lot into this will mail me a check and never did they're idiots

DO NOT ever purchase a mattress from Ashley’s, period!! I bought a $3000 Sealy mattress 2 years ago and it is the most uncomfortable mattress bar none. The biggest reason I purchased it was because of the 5 year warranty and firmness at the time. It’s now lumpy and folds up like a taco. Because my 3 year old spilled juice on it they will not warranty it. How does a juice spill hurt the integrity of the mattress???? Horrible all around experience from start to finish!! This happens all the time from talking to different ex customers.
If you need a mattress do not buy from Ashley Furniture. Beautyrest specifically, the pillow- top started to buckle after 1 month of purchase. Customer service came out twice and stated nothings wrong. I'm not asking for a refund just and exchange. Horrible way to treat a long time customer. This is my last purchase. Truly disappointed, times must be hard.

Beware of error messages in online orders. I received messages stating that the order could not process due to an error. I resubmitted the order 2 more times. It finally processed. When I checked my bank account they billed me for all 3 and overdrafted my account. When is called customer service they said it would take 72 hours before they could refund the error.
Beware! Customer service is horrible. Upon entering the store there were two service sales reps sitting there laughing and talking amongst them selves ignoring me. I had to ask for help multiple times in the store while shopping for accessories and furniture for my daughter for Christmas. It was apparent the sales reps go to the customers who are spending more money, because I was left multiple times for them to help other customers purchasing very large orders. When I finally got to the purchasing process the sales rep helping me switched me to another sales rep (again) to process the order. During this it took them over 3 hours to check me out, because the purchase transaction receipt was incorrect - 6xs! They even tried to hand right in the corrections and asked me to sign it, which I refused. Extremely stressful experience when trying to shop for Christmas. As of Today, I called to Check status of my delivery because an item is missing - customer Service tells me there’s another issue w one of my invoices at the store, that I need to contact the store. I explained my terrible experience to customer service and requested that they contact the store to resolve because I’ve already spent 6 hours plus of my time. Ashley’s purchasing experience is not customer friendly! Horrible experience - I will never go to this store again.
I had heard that furniture was taking a long time to be in stock due to covid so to be proactive, I placed an order in June for our closing on our house in December. On November 27, we received confirmation that all of our orders were in stock and ready to be delivered to us in December. We were thrilled! We received this confirmation via phone and email. Then two days later on November 29th, we got a voicemail that our deliveries would not be in stock until February 18th!!!! I am livid. I spoke with a manager and no one is able to help or explain why this would happen. I am furious and Ashley’s will not and has not made this right. I do NOT recommend ordering from them and I never will again!!!!!! Terrible customer service!

Warning: we have bought one and only item from Ashley’s. It was a living room set that cost about $2000. Within the first year the cushions were already completely worn down and discolored. By the second year, both of the support beams in the back of the couch had snapped. We are in the third year of owning it and now the beams on the bottom of the couch are so warped that they are touching the ground. The materials used to make our couches are incredibly cheap. We paid for the extended warranty plan, hoping not to have to use it. We have had three separate technicians come out for each of the above issues and all three times were told that our warranty does not cover that particular damage. The overall cost was around $2400. We are now going to spend that much money elsewhere for a much higher quality product because their furniture doesn’t last through the extent of even their own warranty. It’s incredibly hard to get anyone on the phone and when you do, it’s no one‘s problem but your own. We will definitely not be returning here. The sales staff were pretty friendly and the shopping experience in general went well but I can’t support a company that makes a ton of money from selling sham products. If you do decide to purchase from Ashley’s furniture, Don’t bother purchasing the warranty. Someone would basically have to set a bomb off in your house in order for the damage to be covered.

I was given the gift of a new mattress as an early Christmas present. I went to local Sanford store. My in store experience was GREAT. RJ was great. However delivery and the gentleman who delivered my mattress were not. They inspected my very clean old mattress and refused to take it, okay, fine. I then asked them if they would just take it downstairs and to the recycle area in my complex on the way out. I’m a single female and live in an upstairs apt and have a small car, there is ZERO way I can do this. I explained this and said it would be so amazing if they could help me. He couldn’t have cared less. There was no above and beyond happening. He then said he would charge me to do…wait, what?!? The mattress was $2200, I think that’s enough. They literally wouldn’t have to go out of their way to help a lady out. I’ll likely never use the company again for a large purchases. So now I’m stuck with this queen mattress leaning up against my bedroom wall and window 😞 oh and not to mention, neither were wearing a mask. They should always start out wearing a mask and ask if it’s okay to remove.

The experience with the store was everything but pleasant, they got us in and out as quick as possible. Delivery was fast but inefficient. They damaged one piece of furniture and now we are waiting a month or more to receive. They also damaged my floors in my house with the dolly and have yet to receive a resolution. I called the day of delivery, in the morning since the website offered the same set for $300 cheaper, a case was opened to have the store call within 48 hours, I never got a call. Then I called again and they opened a new case, they asked me to email the screenshots of my cart on their website which I did. Again, 48 hours later no call. Called again, waited on hold for almost 2 hours until I hung up and called back again, informed the woman I didn’t want to be on hold again, she reviewed the account and told me that it’s too late for a price match since it’s after delivery. Complete bait and switch, I’ll be sharing everywhere.

I am very glad I came to my Ashley Homestore in Sanford. My husband and I were looking for furniture for our apartment and we were overwhelmed and worried about if we would be able to get the furniture we wanted at affordable prices and in time for our move-in date. However, we met with this very nice lady Nancy who works there and she helped us through every step of the way and answered all of our questions with certainty and was just overall a genuine lifesaver. I would recommend anyone to go here and get with Nancy for any of their needs because she will get you everything you need.

We bought a living room set from Ashley Home. They offered us for $250 a 5 year protection plan. Our recliner started breaking down in the cushions. We got in touch of Ashley’s, and GBS the protection company which they claim they have a “A” rating from BBB. Well don’t fall for their scam. They will not honor anything. We might as well used the warranty paperwork in the bathroom, save your money buy from another company. Ashley’s are not honoring anything except your money!!!

This place is an absolute nightmare and their customer service from store to corporate is useless. I canceled an order I paid for in cash, 12 hours after I purchased it. I was told I had to wait 1-2 weeks for a refund check in the mail from corporate. That was on May 29th, it is now July 25th, and I am still waiting on my refund. I have been in to the store on several occasions and have made multiple phone calls, every time it’s a runaround. The store says corporate issues the refund check…however corporate says the store issues the checks. Every time I call, it’s an hour long process and someone is supposed to call back, never has anyone called back. I get endless apologies and being told how unacceptable this process is, but never an answer on where my refund is! I wouldn’t buy another thing from Ashley, and I would suggest anyone else stay far away. If you ask me they are nothing but thieves and liars. The company is an absolute disgrace. **UPDATE** Today is August 25th. I still have not received my refund! Corporate and customer service won’t return my emails and calls, you can’t get through to the store on the phone because it reroutes to customer service. This is beyond unacceptable at this point. Consumer law states a refund policy must be clearly posted, which it is. That refund policy states you will receive the refund within 7-10 business days. Funny, because I have literally been waiting for 3 months! Looks like I’m going to have to get an attorney and take them to small claims court. Then they can give me my refund and pay attorneys fees. Steer clear of this nightmare!
***Update: the store was still great but delivery is ridiculous! They delivered but one item was broken so sent it back. Brought it again but piece was missing. Sent back again. Third time also missing pieces. Then crickets for a while. Finally said nevermind, just refund please. So far 7-10 business days is 20 days and no response to calls or emails. Done trying to contact them, going to BBB. It's a shame because the furniture is nice and the people working at the store were great but delivery and customer service are disastrous. Chandra was very helpful! Available but not intrusive. She is professional and friendly. The store has a wide variety of styles and price ranges. Overall experience was great!
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by John, totally professional he showed me around the store found exactly what I was looking for, he then got the sales manager Bruce involved who was able to help us meet our budget and fulfill all of our dreams for the home we just bought this is the greatest sales team ever.
Had THE WORST experience with Ashley Furniture. I will never shop with them again. My husband and I went in to pick out a new couch for our home. We found an awesome sectional that we can choose the pieces for. We were very specific - Chaise lounge with arm, love seat without arm, corner piece, love seat with arm. The guys seemed to understand, never confirmed the orientation with us, but we didn't really seem to need to have a concern to double check him. When we got home we noticed he had ordered chaise lounge, full sofa no arms, corner piece, and love seat with arm. We called to change it and they were no help, said we had to go back in to get it fixed. My husband went back in and got it settled, as Alfaro as we knew. When he printed out our receipt it only had product numbers on it, no description. But, seeing as it's a major company I figured they had their crap together and wouldn't mess it up a second time. Delivery day comes and they deliver us our 4 piece sectional, we start putting it together and the piece that he had changed to the love seat was the completely wrong brand, color, did not match at all. We called and the lady on the phone was completely hopeless. She couldn't understand me enough to even know what piece I was describing was incorrect. We had to go in store AGAIN. Back to the store we go, turns out the sales rep put in the completely wrong order, so the lady in person couldn't figure out what piece would be wrong either. We were there for a good hour while she figured it out. She finally fixed it and was going to talk to her supervisor about giving us a discount for all of our wastes time. She called us the next day and said they could take off an additional $100 (not the greatest but whatever). FINALLY get the new piece in and they take the wrong piece away, they say they are going to bring us in the pillows for the set, never did. Then we get our bill and surprise it was incorrect. Had to go back I'm store AGAIN! The lady we worked with this time clearly didn't care about our issues and was rude the whole time. She was more annoyed that she had to fixed their mistakes and made us feel like it was our fault. I am so sick of going into that incompetitent store. Hopefully when we get our bill next it will be correct, but who knows at this point 🙄 Oh, did I also mention that each time we had to go in we had to lug our toddler in, who was never happy about the trip, and I'm 5 months pregnant and don't have the time or patience for any of this. Want my advice? Shop elsewhere 🙄

I absolutely just had the most disturbing incomplete delivery ever! Not only did the man delivering the desk park in the middle of the road so no cars on our road get by but he brought his girlfriend along completely unprofessionally dressed too. They left a huge mess from the front door up the stairs into the room and didn’t even finish assembling the desk. They were missing two screws for a bottom add on piece so they decided to not even finish assembling the actual desk they couldn’t even be bothered to finish assembling the rest of the deal they had parts for!!!!! I even asked them too or I was going to refuse delivery and he said he wouldn’t take it back calling me boss lady 😱 I have never been more disgusted with a furniture delivery everrrr. No one should ever have to have this happen after spending money on furniture expecting a delivery. Beyond awful appealing experience and I have a half assembled desk and the led lights do not work. I should charge Ashley furniture a clean up fee for the mess they made oh and btw I asked them if they were going to clean up and they said they don’t do that. Save yourself and order elsewhere.
Not happy with my overall experience. I bought a bed for my son in store. The sales rep charged us the right price but ordered the wrong bed. The store was able to fix that. However, I wanted a bed that didn’t need a foundation/box spring. We were told that it did not need one. I asked specifically because I didn’t want to spend extra money on a box spring. Guess what? It needs a box spring. Call customer service who tried to get the Sanford location on the phone. Could not get hold of anyone. Now their suggestion is for me to go directly to the store as though I have nothing else to do. This is a big company and I am truly disappointed.
*Update* It’s now July 18th.. couch was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now they’re saying the end of the month. When we complained they are now stating that it was advertised as being back ordered for 12 weeks and that we agreed to that. We were quoted 4 weeks not 12. They’re okay with lying to customers to make themselves feel better and to avoid having to do anything to make it right. Truly horrid customer service We purchased a sofa in April, they said it was back ordered and at most would take 4-6 weeks. We also ordered a table with chairs. They called and said everything would be delivered 6/7, which was 6 weeks after ordering. We called the night before to get the time and they said it would only be the table and chairs and that they won’t have the couch in the warehouse until mid July! I told them we have spent $4000 here can you do anything for us and they offered a $75 gift card... thanks but no thanks. We don’t plan on doing anymore business here. (The delivery guy was great tho)

During our pleasant conversation we mentioned an issue with a prior piece purchased and she immediately went above and beyond to inquire further. Even though it had been 4 years, our protection plan would still cover the issue. We are beyond grateful and Nancy has a forever customer in us! Thank you!

I bought a bedroom set CASH Came out damage I called them the same day that was delivered they told me they couldn't do anything about. They real quick to help you when you walk in but don't help you when they deliver something damage to your house.

Will be coming back for more furniture I cannot remember the lady who helped us but she has a southern accent and goes above and beyond for customers. I went in for a couch and I was being picky and had a lot of questions that most people would find annoying but not her, I've never felt so comfortable asking questions to a sales rep but she made me feel right at home and I noticed she did everything she could possibly do to make sure I left happy. Even expedited my order. This woman deserves a raise and I will for sure be coming back for a bed in the future because of her great service. Thank you again!
Ok I really thought 3rd visit would be a charm.... NOT!!! Once AGAIN customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I totally understand short staffing... BUT this should NOT affect the Quality of service. I walked around for 8mins searching for item saw online. Asked customer service for help, "no one available but will let know when". A she proceeds to GOSSIP with 2 workers at desk🤪. Walked around another 6mins. I noticed 2 ppl entered CSvc area.... Again prior Lady GOSSIPING with newly arrived employee.... REALLY!!! I then inquired if I could hv contact to call and get questions answered, instead of walkin around in the circus... She advised callback in 1 hour. As i walked away, the newly arrived associate asked, "is there not anyone to help her?" I replied NO as i walked out!!! Done Ashley Furniture Sanford, FL will not get my Busness!!. FYI... 4yrs ago i moved to FL. Purchased entire living, dining room from Ashley-Altamonte Springs... SUPERB SVC 1st exp w/Sanford store, horrible... Purhased from RTG instead. Master bdrm 2nd exp w/Sanford store, Horrible... Purchased from Wayfair instead. Patio 3rd exp w/Sanford store, HORRIBLE. Back to researching other furniture stores comparable items, that I wanted from Ashley.....

Terrible experience!!! Don't buy there you'll never get your furniture. Sent me an email stating it's being delivered this Saturday 4/17. Called to get the time of delivery. The lady tells me at the store it won't be delivered till May10... We have been waiting since February!!! Don't buy here you'll never get it!!!
We purchased 2 separate pieces on 2 separate occasions and both received had problems. The chair we purchased came without a piece and had a 3 month wait and the cabinet would not assemble correctly. Ian Campbell of the Sanford, Fl. Store where we purchased the items helped us get both items corrected within a week of us notifying him of the problem. He and the store stood behind their products and ensured what had been a very negative situation to a very positive experience. Definitely recommend this store for your furniture purchases.

Purchased an office chair in November 2020. Broke immediately (first week). Still to this day have not received a replacement. It’s supposed to come Thursday April 8 2021... we will see. Not happy with the quality from Ashley any longer.
Run, Run! We purchased a sofa and loveseat from this company. The display was extremely comfortable considering we had been shopping for 3 days to get the set we loved. We purchased the set, and it was delivered a few weeks later. It was delivered and I was so excited until I sat on it. It was the most uncomfortable sofa I had ever sat on. I called the store the next day to inquire. They sent a technician out and he said the set was fine. I then called the store and they said well the set had been in the store for about a year and it would take a significant amount of time to soften up. I asked if I could exchange the set and they said no. I asked for a refund and they said no. I will never purchase another set here again. I wanted to buy a bedroom set but I cant trust the quality now. I do not recommend this store.
Don’t recommend to anyone. I received an incorrect mattress in the last week shipping, after hours of trying to reschedule a shipping for the correct mattress they kept hanging the phone. So I went to the store to reschedule the shipping so they can take the wrong mattress and bring the correct one. Today, already a week since the first shipping, they took the wrong mattress and told me that MY MATTRESS was given to someone else. That they had to go back and take it from the other customer, and bring in to me. They are irresponsible, bad with communication to the customer, THEY ARE THE WORST!
Dawn at the store in Sanford, FL was very helpful in assisting my fiancee and I to get the bed we wanted at a price we could afford. She took the time to find all of the correct pieces and make sure the prices were correct, as we were buying a bed/mattress bundle. We had already ordered a sofa online from Ashley HomeStore and look forward to it arriving next month.
Horrible experience. Bought a sofa in Nov 2020, still not received yet. They are simply rescheduling the delivery for fun. No commitments, no value for words. Made a huge mistake of buying from here and blocking my money. Never coming back to Ashley again.

The worst customer service experience of my life! After being told I had to pay an extra $200 for what I was told was their white glove Premium Delivery my partial order showed up with no prior notice that items would be missing. The delivery driver didn't feel like carrying anything down the driveway so he BACKED THE TRUCK ACROSS MY FRONT LAWN just to get as close to the door as he could. The console we purchased is missing the parts to support the shelves which the delivery guy failed to mention after he assembled it. They made two attempts to deliver our dining table but both times it was damaged. One was ready to SPLIT IN TWO! Why would they even bother to let that leave the warehouse??? The dining chairs are wobbly due to unevenly cut legs. The tech that was supposed to fix everything never showed and never called. Customer service was clueless and kept transferring me around for about 1 hour. Worst or all we are now being told we have to wait 3 weeks before we will have a dinner table to eat at! Once Ashley get your money THEY DON'T CARE!!!!

Pretty good. They have a good variety of furniture for all tastes, 80% better than they used to be.
This is the first of two reviews I will write. Tonight, we purchased some furniture from Rj Carter at Ashley. Rj went above and beyond to assist us in finding just the right pieces, ensured we got the very best price and was a complete pleasure to work with. Due to inventory, we won't have our pieces for up to 8 weeks. Rj made sure we were fully aware of the process and that we could contact him with any questions during the interim. As soon as the pieces are in stock, assembled and delivered, I will post a follow-up review. Make sure to ask for Rj when you go to Ashley. 2nd review added 3-26-21. Our furniture arrived a few weeks ago, far ahead of time. We were thrilled with the delivery, assembly and comfort of the pieces. Very, very good experience.
We purchased a couch in November 2020 n they had a promotion to receive $100 Mastercard. Here it is late February n we still haven't received it. I have emailed n they just keep telling me they r checking with higher ups. False advertising.
Please don't buy anything from this store. They will delivery and if they dont assemble right they wont exchange it. Very bad cuatomer service. You go back to the store and they wont resolve anything,the delivery guys force your signature pretending that the customer did it. Please don't give business to this people. After 4 months of waiting for a bed to be delivered they called today to say it would be another 2 months. This is unacceptable and I doubt that the 4.4. review is true. I went to the BBB and saw they have 1.04 rating. They do not deliver on time and 6 months to deliver a bed is ridiculous and disrespectful to any customer. 6 months sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Really!!! You should be a shame and disgraced of what you call service. One discontent customer turns off 30 possible customers, I hope that is multiplied.

Very good quality furniture at a fair price. Only issue was our salesman sold us the 5 year warranty on our couches that protects most damage. We told him our main concern was the cushions losing their loft. He lead us to believe that was covered. Once we got home I read the pamphlet on what is and isn't covered. It clearly states cushion replacement is NOT covered. Had to go back to the store to have the warranty removed. 😞
I purchased a bedroom set back in November 15, I had family visiting for the holidays and wanted to have the room ready . I was told the delivery would take 4 to 8 weeks, I really like the bedroom set so i agree on that. I waited patiently and after 8 weeks no one called so I decided to call them an see what was taking so long. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she told me that my delivery day was February 2nd , 11 WEEKS after my day of purchase. I ask her if it would be possible for them to deliver the Monday before (1st) or the Wednesday after (3rd) because I’m working on that Tuesday, so she told me that if we do that “they would have to pushed the delivery day to the 17” ... 13 weeks after the day of purchase. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. First and last time ever buying here, 3 months to deliver furniture is way too long and thats NOT what i was told at time of purchase. My sister got some furniture at Rooms to Go in December and she already has it in her house. She never has an issue with them, so guess we’re I’m going next time. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to contact the store about a rebate I have yet to receive and the store won’t answer their phone, no one will return my calls, and corporate told me I have to go into the store if I want to talk to a human. Do yourself a favor and order your furniture somewhere else. We purchased a sectional, 4 pieces. Sectional has two recliners on each side that required chords that you plug into wall. First of all we should have gotten 3 pieces as the 4th piece made it to large. We called day of delivery. They day they put it in our house. They refuse to take back one of the pieces. 2nd, we only got one chord and sectional required two. Delivery people said they ordered it for us as they made a mistake. We have called 4 times and two different people have said they ordered our chord. It's been 5 weeks. No chord, they don't call back. It's truly horrible. We spent $3500 at this store and another $700 at a store in Melbourne and we will NEVER go through them again. They do not believe in customer service after you buy their product. I have had a couch for 5 weeks now that I can't fully use and a piece they refused to take back before it was sat on. My suggestion is to take your hard earned money and go to another furniture store. They are like used car salesman. Smiles and promises and after you buy their product nothing but lies, run around, not returning calls etc...Please see through their smoking mirrors...cause if something goes wrong you are getting screwed with sandpaper and no lube. If you at Ashely send me a pre-typed auto response reply back to my comment...well please do actually so others can see what everyone else gets.
I had a great experience with Ashley. The sales folks do not pressure at all. Our person new her products and helped my wife get what she wanted. We had an estimate but it came in lower after all the pricing was done. Delivery was fast and on time. Some items are 6-8 weeks out because of Covid. I would give them 5 stars but many of the office staff and managers were not wearing masks.

Good morning, I purchased a mattress almost 2 years ago, approximately 6 months now I have been back and forth with the “customer care” Dept. Needless to say it felt as though every single person I spoke with was trained using a different training manual. Not having heard from anyone since my last contact on Nov. 3rd ( with an understanding I would be contacted within 72 hrs) I decided to try going into the store! I met mr. Juan Rodriquez, I have to say with my level of frustration this meeting could have gone very differently, His patience, soft tone, calm and excellent customer service made this experience worth the wait, by the end of the visit my issue was resolved and my replacement delivery set for next week. I only recommend because we’ve had excellent customer service experience. But the men who delivered our furniture today broke our tv stand. A piece snapped off and they just left it inside the cabinet on a shelf, and then my husband and I noticed they didn’t attach the handles either! Pictures attached. I’m very disappointed, because the gentlemen were very nice to us, but clearly did not do their jobs right.

Their furniture are scrap, their customer service is the worst, and good luck if they honor the warranty for a brand new furniture. Be aware of the delivery times before your purchase, because you'll have to wait months to get your furniture. I'm filing a claim on the better business bureau
I ordered seven items in August from the Sanford store. Delivery was scheduled for last Sunday morning. Not happy about that, but accepted it. Delivery was chaotic with five adults and three huge pieces of furniture and three tables in the room. Plastic and cardboard everywhere. Guys did a good job and were gone. Nothing signed. When we positioned one of the oversized chairs, it was too big for the location. I called the store the next morning and got customer service. On hold and talked to them for 55 minutes as the agent kept asking what was wrong with my cocktail table!!!! Then I had to send pictures of the chair. Then he tried to transfer me back to the store but said he’d stay on the line so I’d go to the front of the que. he put me on hold and I was directed to a survey. I gave Ashley a one and the call immediately hung up. Then I drove to the store where I encountered two other customers with bad delivery experiences. One was in the phone with Christie. The other was getting a gift card for their bad experience. I explained my situation to Christie who proceeded to tell me that they have a No Return policy after delivery. I explained that we didn’t know that the chair was too latte until the guys gathered the cardboard and plastic and were gone. She kept saying it’s policy. I asked how I’d know that. She said “it’s on the back of the receipt”. I said that a customer doesn’t know that policy until after they pay. Then she told me that I should have cancelled the order if returns was important to me. I was shocked. I asked for a manager and she said that she was a manager! I’ve been messaging for a week and customer service keeps saying someone will call within 48 hrs but no one does. It’s awful. In the current economic situation, you’d think Ashley would care about customers and future business.
Walked in to purchase furniture and walked out since many employees were not even wearing a mask. The sign on the door said masks were required. Went down the street and purchased from another store where everyone was complying with the mask ordinance. If your employees are not made to comply how can you expect customers to comply. Extremely irresponsible of everyone.

Please be aware spending your hard earned money at this Ashley!!! We spent a lot of money at this Location and didn’t receive no follow up about the bad delivery service!!!! Also they want let you shop in peace without someone stalking you every 5mins!!! We made a complaint with one of the Managers about the bad experience which was a waste of time!!! Because that got us no where!!! Also Please remember when your furniture is being delivered please please make sure you take plenty of pictures!!! Went to Ashley's in sanford the lasy who took care of me Amanda she was very patient with me. I highly recommend dealing with her again.Very satisfied with my purchase. On top of that the guy who delivered my furniture to me was really good. It was only him and he was very fast and professional. Highly recommend dealing with them again in future. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Liked our sales rep and the process in the store. It was easy and smooth. Its just delivered product and service is not there. When the couch was delivered it came with a hole in the back. There was also tape under the fabric on the arm rest. Made a crackling sound every time you rest your arm. While the items were fixed the process was not fun or easy. For the price of the furniture I was expecting a better experience. Took way too many calls and still finding staples from the repair. Almost a year later we ordered more furniture from the store to give them a second chance. Of the 5 pieces ordered 4 were damaged on delivery. Not a big deal at first. Some pieces we sent back to the store and the others we are having the technician fix. Only the tech was never scheduled and no one answers the phone! Have sat on hold and left messages. Probably 2 hours of hold time and 4 messages left and no return calls. So this will be the final order with Ashley. PS this is not a Covid issue either...service side was bad when we got that couch and that was before Covid. Also their customer service is horrible! Can NEVER get a hold of a human and the automated message system is the worst. Did get a hold of a person 3 times but all 3 dropped the call when they put me on hold and never called back. Every call is a minimum of 20 min. Getting comical at this point. Now 1 week from the last add of this review. Finally got in touch with someone but they want me to send photos of the repair. Asked them to send me an email of instructions on who to send it to which they said they would.....that was 3 days ago.
They have some cheap furniture at time. Friendly staff and big place to roam around searching for furniture. A bit pricey on most items.

Of 6 pieces of furniture only 1 made it to the house un damaged. The sales staff is great but the service afterwards is HORRIBLE! No one answers the phone or calls you back. Have no idea if a technician is coming to the fix items or anything. This is the second chance I gave them to. Before I ordered from them again I told them about the first bad experience and here we are again. No one from Ashley will respond to this either. They just don't care.

I liked my salesman but am very dissatisfied with my mattress purchase. I spent almost $4,000 on a new mattress and foundation and after only a few months my mattress is now making noise every time you move on it. I called Ashley&'s to have them look at it and the technician determined it was the foundation. The tag on my foundation says it was made by Ashley&'s. They have chosen not to fix or do anything about it. I can&'t believe I spent so much money on a defective product that&'s less than a year old and that they won&'t do anything about. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I won&'t be buying any future products from Ashley&'s. Mattress buyers beware!!
I come here because it’s the only furniture store near by my area with decent options and furniture. But I don’t like coming here because they treat me like I’m poor and don’t have any money every time I come. When I purchase I purchased cash. So please let your workers know to treat your customers the same and don’t judge someone because they’re young and you think they don’t have money.

Just had a chair delivered to the door. This is a service where it is left in the box. Not open to inspect. Got it out and it has grease spots all down one side. I called store and was pretty much told that was too bad! NO RETURNS! Even Amazon will let you return damaged goods! DON"T SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Called store 3 times to discuss! Does no good! I will talk to my attorney! MAD AS HELL!

Ashley furniture is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. On May 1st they delivered us broken couches. We immediately called and filed a case. They sent out a “technician” on the 7th. He ordered the parts and said whenever they arrive at our door to call back and schedule another technician to come out. The parts arrived on May 18th. Now we have to potentially wait another 72 hours for a “call back”. For what we spent on “premium delivery” and the couches, I wish we could return these pathetic poor quality couches. But since we couldn’t tell the frames were bent and broken, we signed and voided being able to return them. Customer service is an absolute nightmare and you never get a straight/helpful answer. Please don’t waste your time and money at a joke of a company like this.
Buying a sofa was so easy but after a few months the sofa had a rip! Quality is cheap! If u finance trust me not here! U pay double and u get a cheap sofa!

I purchased an expensive sectional from Ashleys in Sanford and I just filed a claim under the warranty to get my cushion covers replaced that are falling apart and it has been denied twice! The lady that sold me this said for five years no matter what everything was covered even a bear ripping up my couch. This is totally NOT TRUE!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY!!! After a year you will still be paying for a couch that every other cushion looks terrible! The store wants $300.00 plus tax to replace the cushion covers! I am so disappointed and feel ripped off! Thought I was purchasing a better quality item should have went to BIG LOTS or some generic store! This couch is 1 year 4 months old.

My parents owned a furniture store, so our furniture was always from Ashley’s. And, of course, when I got my own place all of my furniture was and still is from Ashley’s. The reason behind my 1 star isn’t the furniture or the prices. It’s the way I was treated by one of your employees. Don’t know her name, nor have I ever seen her, but when I called to inquire about my furniture delivery being delayed, I was basically brushed off. She said, “mistakes happen”. I gave you over $10k in one transaction and this is how I’m treated? That I wasn’t even worthy of an apology when not only was my order delayed, but when they finally showed up they had the WRONG love seat. Not to mention by bedroom set is delayed from January until March! You have lost a loyal customer. Believe me when I say, customer treatment goes a long way. Think about this, the next time you hire someone to interact with your customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY Furniture Lake Mary-! I have never posted a review on a company. Ashley Lake Mary would not return chairs, in a box, within 15 days of payment and 3 days after delivery. The chairs are nice- they are just wrong size. Corporate has a return policy saying they would accept returns, and the local manager at Lake Mary said NO TO RETURNS! This is pathetic. I've bought from Ashley Furniture and will never purchase anything again from this store!!!
People read these reviews! I just experienced this poor service. The service and attitude to return an item that never came out of the box. Well within 30 days and the manager and team does not care. Not my style to post, but have never met this type of service!
We purchased a bed from the Ashley furniture store in Altamonte springs Florida. When it was delivered it was never assembled correctly. After sending technicians out multiple times and ordering multiple parts, they were unable to correct the issue. We were given a credit for the full amount of our old bed. We purchased a new bed in August of this year. The same this has happened again. Half of the screws that hold our bed together were not included In the assembly kit when the bed was initially delivered. We were told that the screws and the remaining parts for our bed would be delivered in 2 weeks. We never even got a call back. When I contacted the customer service department I was told that a case had been created and then closed without a resolution. I have called the customer service department at least 20 times since September 26th when the bed was delivered. At this point we have received multiple parts for the bed but despite me calling multiple times, we have not been able to schedule an appointment to have our bed fixed. In the three months that it has taken to get to this point our bed has sustained more damage. If you would have come back within the first two weeks then the bed wouldn’t have the amount of damage that it currently has. We spent 5000 dollars buying new furniture for our home and have had issues with everything that we have bought. The quality of the furniture is horrible. I would strongly urge anyone that is considering buying furniture from them to shop somewhere else. You will regret it.

Sales people do not even know their own inventory. Opened an acct through showcase furniture, Chad lies and false advertises, then just as I get my acct # , ashleys stops selling the couches I wanted so I closed my $3500 acct and they got nothing. Win, win!
Service was garbage, didn't even bother to ask what we looking for
On October 22, 2019 I purchased a dining room set from their store in Sanford. The salesperson was nice and offered insight when needed. Although I was willing to pick up the set after paying cash, I was told it would benefit me to have them deliver the product so I would be protected by having their experienced personnel unpack and professionally put together the table, so I agreed. I also paid for the furniture (wood not fabric) insurance plan. Upon delivery, my experience with Ashley was everything BUT professional. The two delivery people arrived dripping wet with sweat. They even started by asking for some paper towels to dry off, although they needed more than paper towels. I provided them the towels and also gave them cold drinks. They returned to the truck, with their sweaty clothing and hair and began to remove the six unprotected fabric chairs by placing the fabric portion of the chairs on their shoulders while the other person propped it on his head for support. They lined the chairs in the driveway until they were unloaded so I immediately went out to carry them inside to avoid them carrying it in due to their sweaty condition. Unfortunately, I only managed to get two in before they grabbed the others. As a result, one of the fabric chairs were stained sweat & dirt which I was not insured for. The worst occurred when they brought the table in. The table came with a lot of hardware so they place the table where it would be kept and began to discuss between themselves on the procedure to install the parts. After 35-minutes of them making no progress I suggested that they review the instructions, which they replied that it wasn't necessary and they had it under control. They still had a bag full of hardware on the floor so I left the room for two minutes. When I returned, the table was standing and the bag and hardware were no longer insight (very difficult to believe they were done in the two minutes I left). They said they were done, gave me the center leaf (which I did not want installed at the time) and had me sign their invoice. When my guests arrived for Thanksgiving, I went to open the table to place the center leaf in place and the two table legs supports came unattached from the legs (see photo-numerous missing bolts). The table was also unbalanced after putting in the leaf because it would appear the legs were installed improperly. On top of the crossover support from under the table, there was a broken screw head, where it came from is unknown other than somewhere under and part of the table. When I called Ashley to have someone come out it was initially recommended to go to the hardware store and put some screws in the frame which they were told it was not happening, it required bolts to fit it through the pre-threaded legs. Rather than fixing what should have been done at the time of delivery, I was required to use the insurance plan so a claim was called in. Several days later I receive a text from them requiring that I take photos and send it back to them so they can evaluate how to approach the issue and that nothing would be scheduled until they receive it. I took photos and explained in a returned text the problems within minutes of their notification and I received a receipt that my message was received. Almost another week passed when I called them on an update, and was told they never received my photos or text. I was then told by another employee that they did and would arrange a date for them to come out. Within 3-hours I received a call back from the employee who stated they will have someone out in 48-hours to correct the problem. 24-hours later, I was told I would now have to wait another week. I'm still waiting, on not a delivery truck, but someone with some competence, and knowledge on how to take care of their customer. I will not return to this store for any future purchases and I suggest for other potential customers to shop around before shopping here.
October 6th we purchased furniture and today, November 29, we still have a broken bed and unreturned phone calls. History: October 30- Spoke to customer service about scheduling repairs for damaged furniture that was delivered over 2 hours late on the evening of October 10th. The end of October was the earliest they could schedule repairs for furniture that was delivered on the 10th The order consisted of 3 counter height stools, a queen sofa sleeper with a chaise, an entertainment stand, a king storage sleigh bed, a dresser and mirror, and media stand. There were scratches on the feet of the bed, dresser, and media stand as well as the sides and surfaces of all furniture pieces. All 3 counter stools had scratches and 1 seat cushion was damaged and unrepairable. The entertainment stand was missing 1 door handle and one of the doors didn’t close right. In addition there was a significant gouge on the center bottom shelf with minor additional scratches in other places. A door handle and a counter stool cushion were mailed to us and we had to install them. In addition to the furniture damage, there was damage to our walls and stairwell. After disagreeing with the customer service rep about scheduling a technician, Sharon Matthews agreed to schedule the technician at a specific time and offered $150 in gift cards. While speaking with Sharon Matthews, it was shared that the king bed had collapsed near the foot of the bed after sitting on the edge. Mr. Dudley adjusted the left support leg at the foot of the bed. It was assumed that it wasn’t stabilized properly as it buckled. On the evening of Thursday Nov 8, Mrs. leaned back on her pillows and the bed made a loud breaking sound as the head of the bed collapsed to the floor. Mr. ran in to find Mrs. with neck crooked and below the headboard with feet up. It was necessary for him to pull her up and then out of the collapsed bed. Mr. then had to disassemble the entire bed and take it downstairs and then bring our previous bed upstairs and reassemble it. Mrs. Was unable to assist at all due to back pain that spread from lower back area to mid shoulder area when the bed broke. On Friday, Nov 9th Mrs. spent well over an hour on the phone with Ashley to report the incident. Mrs. requested the bedroom furniture be returned as the bed had broken on her twice. Mrs. Also reported that she had a possible injury due to the incident. She was asked to send pictures, which she immediately texted as requested. She was told that she would receive a call back within 24 hours regarding the possible injury and report filed to have the furniture returned. I have a text stating that a follow up email with directions of what to do next would be sent and the person I spoke to said I would receive a call back in 24 hours. No contact from Ashley was ever made. On Tuesday, Nov 13, Mrs phoned Ashley again. Was on hold for several minutes and disconnected twice before her call was finally answered. The customer service rep requested a complete recap of the incidents and Mrs. requested a manager. After an extended amount of time on hold, a customer manager by the name of Stephanie refused the request to have the furniture returned. She was unresponsive to the significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction we had with our purchase. She was disagreeable and said that someone would return our call concerning the incident and risk management would contact me concerning the injury. We have a broken bed in our garage, a headboard in our hallway, damaged walls in our brand new townhouse. Thanksgiving has passed and Christmas is around the corner. More contact was made to Ashley and more phone calls were unreturned leading up to Thanksgiving. Nov. 19 Nov. 22 Nov. 23 Nov. 25 No phone calls have been returned and no one has contacted us from Ashley regarding any of this. Today, December 3rd, we are going on 2 hours trying to speak to someone about a resolution. At this Sanford location, we have spoken to Destiny, Christie, and were told that the manager, Gabby, would return our calls. Tonight, we are still awaiting a phone call from Gabby as we have are continuing to remain on hold for 2 hours. We have a broken bed in our garage, a headboard in our hallway, damaged walls in our brand new townhouse. Thanksgiving has passed and Christmas is around the corner.
Sofa ripped which u can tell it was not sewed well and they said u pass a year and 1 day so they cant help me! Horrible quality and customer service!! Never buying from them again because they don’t even try to help you

Do not ever, ever, ever do business with this company. Ever. Even if you think you found a good sale, pretty table, or comfortable couch...don’t do it. We purchased a new sectional from here over a week ago, paid cash in full. Delivery date was set for today, 11/25/19. Received multiple texts for days leading up to delivery reminding us. Stayed home all day today patiently waiting. Delivery window came and went. No couch. No call. I had to call them. Turns out a piece of our sectional is on backorder and they had no intentions of delivering our couch today. To make it better, there is no inventory at the warehouse for this missing piece, and no production date for when one will be made! Great. Thanks for the heads up. So now we want a refund. But wait, gets better. When we purchased our sectional, we qualified for a free(!!!) mattress protector, a $160 value! We said, no thanks, we did not need one. But it is free, no charge they say. We take one. Guess what?! Our refund for the couch that never showed up was short $160. If we want our $160 back, we must bring back the protector. Sanford is 30 minutes away, at best. Have you driven down 46 lately? It sucks. So now I need to drive out of my way to return something I did not want in the first place on top of being screwed over on my sectional. This place sucks. Do not spend your money here. I will gladly spend more anywhere else.

Robert at the Sanford location gave us OUTSTANDING customer service while we were there. He didn't hover, but was always able to answer the questions we had. Also, the manager, Inder really worked with us to keep things within our budget. I'm not quite sure how the furniture will work out but, all the pieces we bought look great. Update: We got our furniture delivered and realized the table wouldn't fit the room. We then called the store, dealt with the same manager and were told "no refunds unless refused". We weren't ever made aware of that. That leaves us with a piece of furniture we can't use. We also noticed that we were also charged for a 5 year protection plan when we declined it NUMEROUS times. But at least we were refunded for that. So this purchase was not such a pleasant experience after all. That's why my rating has gone from 5 stars to 2 stars The furniture was just ok. Nothing that seemed super sturdy. I'm not sure exactly how well it'll hold up over time.

After numerous unreturned phone calls & 3 more deliveries over the course of 3 months we have finally received two pieces that match. The store in Sanford was not overly busy yet I had to hunt for a sales person to assist me. Once I found one, she wasn't feeling well and offered little assistance. Thankfully I knew what I wanted. I made the purchase and was given a delivery date. I was not home when the call came the day before delivery to confirm and to give me the time frame. I returned the call, confirmed the delivery and was given a 4 hour time frame for delivery. Around 3:00 pm on the day of delivery I received a call from the Sanford store asking when I wanted to reschedule my delivery. I was extremely unhappy as I had been waiting all afternoon for my furniture. I am very unhappy with the service and I have had to wait an additional two days for my furniture. I am in the process of waiting for the delivery for tomorrow. If it does not come as promised tomorrow I will be cancelling my order and will purchase my furniture from another vendor. I originally went to the Ashley store near the Mall of Millennia in Orlando. The customer service there was even worse. I couldn't even get a sales associate to speak with me. I am very displeased with the over all encounter and doubt I will ever shop Ashley again.
This review is specific to the Sanford, Florida Ashley Furniture. DO NOT GO WITH PREMIUM DELIVERY! I had 3 guys show up to deliver a couch, love seat and an ottoman. The first guy walks in and begs for water (it was a hot FL day), other 2 are our unpacking furniture. First guy walks through and inspects home on how items are going to be brought upstairs. Asks for more water before going out to get the other 2. Other 2 bring in first couch, take all the wrappings off, scratches the entire wall going upstairs, tears the fabric under the couch, rips corner fabric off, then tries to cover it up with a marker. Then on way back downstairs the one guy says in very broken English....do you have a bandaid, and continues to take off a bloody gauze pad. Then they proceed with the second couch, again, tearing the bottom. Finally on their way out, the other 2 beg for water again. Completely unprofessional, dirty and 1 of the 3 spoke very very little English.

In June I purchased a sofa and an oversized chair. { $1800.00) Including extra for "Premium delivery". It was set to be delivered to my home 6 or 7 days later. 2 days before delivery I received an automated call letting me know that the furniture would arrive on Wednesday between 1 and 4 pm.. I waited with excitement all day. At 4:05 pm I received a call from the delivery driver (James) notifying me that he had left his dolly at my house when he delivered my furniture. I immediately explained to him that that couldn't be possible because I was sitting in an empty living room and that he had not delivered furniture to me. He was puzzled and said yes he had. He shot off an address that was not mine and said that I had texted him to change the delivery address. I most certainly had not. I told him he needed to go back and get my furniture. He instead conference called me with his boss ( Yocasta Biez)who gave me the same story about my having texted them to change the address. I told her the delivery address was clearly marked on the paperwork. She told me I had most defiantly received my furniture because I had signed for it. I explained to her that I didn't have a clue who signed for it but that is was not me and that I was still waiting for my furniture. Moving forward, I called Ashley furniture, spoke to the manager Kristy, explained the situation and not only did we not come to any solution, I was actually accused during our lengthy conversation 4 separate times of having something to do with the theft of my furniture. I stressed to her that she needed to get the police involved. That this was a theft ! She said that she didn't know me and that she would have to contact "corporate" to ask what they wanted to do about it.. I told her that I would contest the charge, her reply was that "yes you can do that , that's what I would do". It is now August, I have not heard from Ashley Furniture since our June conversation. Ashley disputed the stop payment so now I have to go through it all again.. They have the address of where they delivered the furniture, they have the phone number that sent the text to change the delivery address, the delivery man said he took a picture of the furniture all set up in the apt he delivered it to. I do not understand what the problem is.. So I still have no furniture, I have no refund, I've gotten not one phone call from Ashley Furniture for resolution. Perhaps it's time for a Lawyer. This is the most unfriendly and condescending management staff I have ever had to speak with. Their delivery error became my utmost inconvenience and then the manager called me a liar and refused to provide me with her supervisors name.
Helpful staff and large selection
My entire experience with Ashley furniture has been more than disappointing beside Earl who helped us in store. I applied for the card and was approved tried to make a purchase online and the transaction would not go through ( everything showed it was still in my cart) the next day I called the card company ( synchrony) and was told the charge did go through. So I called Ashley and after I waited over an hour on hold I was told it was because I used my IPhone and that apple isn’t compatible with their website and the charge would be cleared in 2 days the latest. After 2 days we went in store to make the purchase only to find out the charge had not been cleared and there was nothing they could do. For the sake of finally getting furniture into our new house we paid cash. The day after I called Ashley again to ask about the charge being cleared after speaking with a very rude woman she said it would be cleared in 15 minutes. It and it was. Delivery day came and they only showed up with half of our box spring (a king) I immediately called the store to be told the ware house would call me the next day at 10. At 12 I had still not received a call so I called myself to find out that the next delivery would not be for an entire week later. So now here I am with a bed I cannot use for another week and I’ll have to miss a second day of work for the delivery which should have only taken one. Thanks Ashley furniture for being terrible from start to finish.

If I could give negative stars I would. We came into the store to buy my daughter a bed as we moved across country and the movers lost her bed....We were guaranteed delivery by Thursday. We kept track of the deliveries and by 10pm Thursday night the deliverers were on 11 0f 13 so we went to bed. We did not get a phone call the next day so we called the store. They stated the deliverers were running late and the next delivery was going to be Thursday. When I called this morning for an update, I was informed that someone else came in after us ordered the same bed and that Ashleys gave the bed we ordered away!!!! How does this happen? We came in paid CASH and they gave the bed we bought away.....They said they would order another bed and that it would not be in until the 22nd....and would waive the delivery fees.....We canceled the order.....This was the worse customer service we have received this far....And I am deeply sad that a company as big as Ashley would do something like this.....
Terrible Service. They did not deliver our furniture as guaranteed then when we called for an update we had later found out that someone AFTER US ordered the same furniture and that those people received the furniture over us!!!! Then we were told that they would reorder our furniture and deliver later on in the month. WE should have been contacted by the store which we never were and THEY should never have given something we purchased away....WE should have been the next delivery the very next day. However they failed across the board with their service!
Worst experience that we’ve ever had... was told our delivery would be between 3-7... 7:30 and no call so WE CALLED... was told we would have our furniture by 8... by 9pm no furniture... called the local store who told us ‘if only we had shopped in person and not online’ that they could help us... delivery team just called now, at over 9pm, to be told that the truck broke down and that ‘I’m sorry but we always have to deal with everyone when this happens’. Most ridiculous service ever... I don’t care what the quality is, I’ll never order from you again and I will make it a point to tell everyone what this experience has been like
Have been looking for an affordable, nice looking couch/sectional for some time. I found a model online that looked pretty good and the website said to go to the local Ashley Store to view it. I am very leary about buying furniture online as I like to sit in it first to see if I like it and wanted to do so before purchasing. I went to the local store in Sanford, FL and was greeted by a young lady sitting behind a podium. She did not get up when I came in but did greet me and asked how she could help. I asked for the type of sectional I was looking for and her demeanor changed immediately. She became extremely condescending and said, "Oh we don't have that here" and said nothing, absolutely nothing, else. I stood there in amazement and a bit stunned for a moment but realized that she was not in the least interested in helping me. No one else in the store was either as another employee walked away during this short exchange. I waited a short time longer to see if she would offer any other assistance but she looked down at the podium and said nothing more. Realizing that no one wanted to help me further, I walked out of the store. A shame really as I was there to make a purchase. Guess I will spend my $$ elsewhere.
Huge inventory! Sales people allow you the freedom to comfortably roam the store. Styles of furniture and color palettes are set up beautifully. Prices are good and they have next day delivery. Stop in to see some beautiful room set-ups!!

I have spent thousands at this store. I bought a mattress that is so painful to sleep on and Ashley cares nothing to fix my problem. I even offered to buy a more expensive mattress, and they will do nothing to correct the problem. I will never buy anything from them again and I recommend you don’t either. Sent me a bed that fell apart as soon as it was delivered after waiting a month for it to be delivered. They did come out and fix it i admit. Always buy a mattress you can try at home before you buy. Ashley stands behind nothing they sell. I am closing my account and I am done with Ashley furniture. Do not buy any lousy pillow top from them I promise I have nightly leg pain due to this mattress. I’m done with Ashley. Very dissatisfied customer

I never had issues with Ashley, but today the delivery personnel, and the Sanford store Manager were very lousy at their jobs. I have always purchased from them with set-up included. To my surprise, now they say I chose threshold delivery, which we clearly were not told when we made the purchase last month. Should have known there was going to be a problem when the lady helping us was new, and having problems working the system. She stated that set-up of our purchase was going to be included. Somehow she messed up, and we have to pay the price!!. Will never purchase anything else from them after this. I will make the payments as usual, but it will be the last. To the Manager: Please work on your empathy towards your loyal customers. From: Very unsatisfied Veteran!! Also be careful of what you sign. And only write a review based on how you get your overall purchases. These guys are not your friends.
Danzel went above and beyond for my girlfriend and i trying to get a new bedset and matress! He was very honest, very patient, and had a great character that will for sure make you laugh! He wasnt money hungry like most salesmen, he worked really hard to get us the best possible deal for our set! Would 10/10 recommend going to see danzel for questions and sales.

Ashley in general has great furniture at good pricing. I am very happy with my couch and dining chairs the quality is great. But the stores are run terribly. They operate like a car dealership, negotiating prices, walking back and forth to their managers desk, etc. The sales reps I&'ve dealt with did not have the best or most professional attitude that I have seen and can be pushy. I actually ended up just cancelling my last order because I was told by the store I could not get my stuff delivered for 2 weeks. I found the exact bar stools on amazon from the Ashley home store seller on amazon for a cheaper price, and 2 day shipping. So just go look at the furniture in store, then buy it on amazon for cheaper

We planned to go to multiple stores in search of our new couch, but Faiza was so helpful and the store so well laid out, that we found and purchased an amazing piece for our living room. We had a good experience. The only drawback is how long the actual paperwork takes. It’s a LONG process (not sure why they need so many steps in the purchase process). Faiza was very professional and friendly.

Amanda was an amazing rep who was able to find the perfect ppwer lift for my mom who was having unexpected hip surgery and needed the chair soon. She considered the functions of the chairs that would be most beneficail for my moms comfort. She got it order for me and it was delievered within a day. And the delivery notifications kept me updated so i didnt have to take off work a half day to sit around waiting. They notified me when they were 2 hours out and they were on time. Great experience, start to finish!

Jim over at the Sanford, FL store was amazing. He helped us get a number of pieces for our new home. He was quick and informative. He helped us make the best decision for our son's bed, living room set and my office desk.

I spent more than enough time in this store being so undecided about what to choose. But Jim stayed with us every step of the way and answered a million questions for us! His customer service was exceptional! Towards the end of me finally making a decision, he and Carlos tagged teamed to help with my craziness lol. Carlos was just as amazing. We actually left to shop around but Jim’s customer service is what really sold us and brought us back. From him greeting us as soon as we came in till the dang near 3 hours later. Not usually crazy about Ashley’s furniture after our last experience three years ago but this past Saturday we decided to give them another try and it was great! We just got some furniture deliver today and it looks amazing in our new home....

I honestly had no intentions of buying anything I was walking over to bed bath and beyond and Ashley is happened to be right next-door I was contemplating changing my bedroom set so I walked in mud this wonderful sales person your name is Amanda she was very helpful knowledgeable patient friendly I was extremely shocked I have been in sales all My life , there was no pressure I actually walked out the door I wanted to think about it She said no problem I’ll see you when you get back sure enough I walked back in I asked for her she was busy with another client they paged her she came by and said I am with another client I will be done in about 10 min sure enough she showed took care of my bedroom set paid and thanked her I am a business man I M going to refer everyone I know that looking for furniture to her . After going online to apply for a credit card we decided to visit this location to make a purchase for a bedroom set, living room set and dining room set. We walked and made eye contact with a few reps and didn't even get a hello. After about 20 mins or so if looking around we realized no one even took the time to make see if we had any questions etc. I purposely walked by the middle desk were a group of employees literally stood by just to talking. I remember 2 ladies and a guy with a black suit and as we walked past still no hello or anything. You'd think this was during peak time and it wasn't. This experience was soo disappointing and I regret even applying for this card. If any purchase is made it most certainly won't be at this location. You guys really need to do better.

Purchased a Bolanburg dining set. Very pleased with my purchase BUT had water damage which caused the top of the table to warp and the finish to come off. Called and a company tech showed and gave me the bad news that it was not under the 1 yr warantee, he would report to corporate and for them to get in contact with me and I should contact the store manager. . I'm in agreement but am looking for options. I have called the store 4 times, leaving messages for the manager to call me back. I have NOT received a return phone call. This store is located in Sanford, FL. Your marketing places emphasis on customer service and reliability of making your own furniture. Im looking for options. I'm not unreasonable.

Ashley promises next day delivery 7days a week, which is false advertising. I ordered a sectional Dec 19, delivery date was Dec 30th, then changed to January 3rd, and final delivery date January 19th at freaking month later. My kids and myself is now using chairs to watch TV in our living room due to Ashley's poor customer service and not willing to resolve the issue. Now how many more sales and customers have they lost. Little to say, I cancelled my order. Taking my business elsewhere. To bad I had to give a 1star to post this because they don't deserve that. I seen a YouTube video on their furniture, an Ashley employee commented saying Ashley can careless about customer service and quality, they only care about quantity. If this is the case, that's very sad. I have emailed the corporate office, let's see what they say. I will keep you updated.............sent email since Monday and here it's Thursday. No response from Ashley's Corporate Office..... This furniture store don't deserve anyone's business AFTER LOOKING AT THEIR REVIEWS under consumer affair reviews. Ashley sucks state wide. We had a great shopping experience with Danzel at the Sanford location. We saw a set we wanted online and wanted to get a feel for the color and height. Though the exact model wasn’t available, Danzel showed us a table from the same collection as well as a different model counter height to let us know what we would be getting. We left with our table chairs and a buffet. Thank you Danzel!
Jonathan Maxwell was the representative and was amazing it a great place to get furniture Update: The furniture that I bought, a couch that has 2 recliners and a large chair to go with it that also reclines. They are very soft and relaxing when watching TV or playing games. I have had them year amd they are just as when I bought them last year. I am very impressed with the product and I also bought three blankets that look and feel just like fur. I spurlged alittle which don't usually do but they have been awesome, really warm. I still have them and are as comfortable and soft as the day I bought them. I don't know if Jonathan Maxwell is still there but rest of the staff was very nice and patient with me since I have never bought anything like this. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will go back real soon because of the quality and kind staff.😁

Looked online and saw furniture that my husband and I liked. Prior to going to the store looked online at reviews. Due to the negative reviews here and the BBB I will not step foot inside the store.
Ultimately Filed Complaint with Better Business Bureau - check their reviews as well prior to doing business with this company - if you want any type of resolution, go through the Better Business Bureau. Resolution will still be less than your expectations though. Without question, the worst furniture buying experience. My wife and I purchased a Bedroom Set in the amount greater than $2,000. We paid for the $200 delivery and set-up. We set the delivery date one week following the purchase, so a full 7 days. They sent contractors out, not even employees of Ashley Furniture. They did not have the correct hardware to complete the set-up of the furniture we purchased - WE had to go to the local hardware store and purchase the correct hardware - even though we paid the $200 fee for the delivery and set-up. The contractors attempted to "rig" the Bedframe and Headboard, trying to leave out 2 screws - after a little resistance, they completed it correctly. The contractors they send to your home have horrible attitudes - should we remind them that we paid for their services?! Then we learned that the dresser was not put together properly where certain drawers were not closing properly, and some were not even opening at all. We ended up having the company take the dresser back. As of right now, we are without a dresser in the bedroom set. We cant even get excited about the new furniture because we are going through a complete nightmare to get it completed. Never again. We are attempting to contact corporate in order to get resolution - it shouldnt have to come to that in my opinion. Update - We have received our Dresser to complete the bedroom set. The guys that were sent out the second time were alot more professional than the first. One of the Managers from Ashley Furniture in Sanford is supposed to be working with us to resolve everything. I am still awaiting a return telephone call from him. Every time I call, he is either unavailable or he isn't in that particular day. Final Update - We learned after noticing the mattress sloping by the head of the bead, that the original guys that came out did not put the correct support beams under the bed. They put just enough to make it look right. We ended up correcting that. Contacting the store and trying to reach Carlos Ramos is almost impossible, he is either "busy" or he will be in later, no messages were returned. I finally had to speak to a different manager, Vic. Carlos had said that once the furniture was delivered to call him and he will give us some gift cards so we can complete the bedroom with accessories. The second manager Vic provides us with these gift cards, which is in an amount that doesn't allow us to do much with accessories. With this entire experience, we will not be returning to Ashley Furniture, and we will not recommend anyone else to visit them either.
If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. We purchased a sofa and chair-and-a-half back in mid November. We were supposed to get everything delivered a couple of days before Thanksgiving. A few hours before it was to be delivered, I get a phone call stating that they won't be able to deliver till December 8th. We were counting on having furniture for our new home before Thanksgiving because we had family coming over. We called customer service and they just said "sorry". We then called the store and they said "we have no solution for you". We called our sales rep and she tried to get us a loaner couch until after the holiday... the manager declined her request. The day before Thanksgiving I ended up having to pay an arm and a leg to rent wedding chairs last minute. Then, we finally got the sofa delivered but didn't get the chair-and-a-half till about a week later. When we finally got the chair, it was broken and we couldn't even take it out of the packaging. We called customer service and were told to send pictures (I never got a call back) when my husband contacted them again, they said that they'd send us some repair parts (still don't have those). Then, we called the store and they said a manager would call us (that call never came). We purchased this furniture in November...Fast forward to today 1/11/2019: the broken chair and a half is still sitting by my front door..broken.. still. We called, yet again, and they had us send pictures AGAIN. Now, we are waiting for another phone call from them that will likely never come. This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Save your money and go anywhere but here. Literally, any other furniture store has better service than these people do. Also, when they sent us an email to write a review we were told not to write anything negative about their service..lol... only write about the furniture. They said that if we had something negative to say, to call their customer service line... you know, the same people that suck and can't help you. This is a joke.
We had an amazing experience here. As soon as you walk in the workers greet you and are more than happy to assist in anything. We were looking for multiple rooms and they were able to help us find what was in our price range with great discounts. Could not be more happier with the service at the store and the home delivery
From my very first visit I had a great first experience.But,then I had nothing but issues with the furniture that was being delivered to our home.It started in November and we are now in January and we still do not have funiture that is fawless without issues.They stated they would call me back once ,they figure out what is going on with me getting new furniture.It has been ten plus calls and three plus visits and I'm still waiting on a delivery of our funiture with no issues.Look at the reviews on Ashley's and no response on trying to really fix it.According,to a manager they gave me to end tables from the inconvenience.Well,the customer is still paid for the funiture and still waiting on brand new furniture.

I visited your store in Sanford, FL last night to purchase a new table lamp for our living room end table. After 2 days of total aggravation of going into MANY stores and looking on line for a simple table lamp, I was able to find 1 (actually picked out 4/5) at Ashley. What made my visit really great, besides FINALLY finding what I was looking for, was the excellent customer service by your salesman, "Anthony!!" From the time I walked in the door, he was welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly PATIENT with me! He made my experience at your store that much better and eased my aggravation I had been going through the last day or two. You are absolutely "blessed" to have him on staff at Ashley!! What a wonderful, wonderful gentleman and salesman!! I would recommend Ashley to anyone I know and will definately return in the future, should I need anything at all! Thank you, Anthony!!

We had gone into Ashley a few weeks ago and spoken with Tiara. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went back yesterday and contacted her to see if she was there but she wasn’t, so Jim ended up taking care of us. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us at all, answered all of our questions and was very kind. We had our 19-month old son with us and he was very patient eith him, as well. He helped us figure out pricing so that we could get a beautiful living room set! We will definitely come back next time we want to buy furniture again. Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
